Had a great experience at the Brooklyn Ashley Furniture Store. The store was clean / absolutely impeccable. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. It really informed my decisions with some upcoming furniture purchases and completely changed how I view mattresses and which one I’ll buy. Raul was kind and helpful. And, big shout out to Mike, who was patient with me from the moment I stepped in, as I browsed through sofas, bed sets, and mattresses. I spent 2 hours in the store and Mike was never in a hurry or impatient. He was very knowledgeable about the furniture pieces, offered the best deals available, and showcased some great buys.
Worked with Raul, and can’t say enough good things about the experience. He was super patient with my slow decision making, took me 3 different trips to finally pull the trigger and he was ready to help each time !
