Mariam answered all of our questions, suggested alternatives and found ways to demonstrate the look we were getting without having the exact product on display. She also provided a price match. So far, great experience at Ashley.

Raul assisted me today, and he was very patient and understanding with me since I had such horrible experiences with buying furniture at other places and I was very specific about what I was looking for for my new apartment. He made sure to show me EVERYTHING that was close to what I was looking for, and the price range I had. He helped me find EVERY SINGLE PEICE that I needed for my apartment! I left there very happy with my choices and was extremely pleased with the courteous service I received from him the whole time I was at the store.

I recently just bought my first home and was so excited to go to Ashley to pick out furniture. When I went to the Industry City location, I was immediately greeted by Mariam. She is so friendly, warm, and really takes the time to walk you through all of the display furniture pieces, making sure that you have a chance to see everything and ask questions. She doesn’t rush you like most sales people do, and is so genuine in her approach that it made it so lovely working with her. I had a lot of questions about the furniture pieces and she was always so responsive to texts, even if I texted too early in the day, before the start of her shift. Even after I purchased my furniture, she checked in to make sure everything was fine. She even wanted to see pictures of the new couch and dining set that I bought. Overall, my experience with her was a 10/10 and I highly recommend working with her if you’re not quite sure what you’re looking for and need someone who is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about your decision!
