Walked into Ashley without any expectations to buy but were instantly greeted with a warm smile by Julio. He gave us space and time to feel out different pieces and offered his extensive knowledge on everything we were interested in without being overly pushy or making it feel like he was trying to sell us on anything. We were able to find a great couch and lounger for an amazing deal. Truly a pleasant shopping experience, especially in an age where customer service seems to be dying.
We spent majority of our Saturday after noon with Kris! She was so beyond helpful assisting us with our couch buying experience! She was personable, warm & funny! We feel confident leaving Ashley today making the purchase of our comfy new couch! Couldn’t ask for a better day thanks for Kris!
Kris is phenomenal. When I say phenomenal, I mean absolutely phenomenal and angelic. I have visited 10 furniture stores trying to find a proper dining set and Kris was able to find me a sturdy, extendable set for a great price in a quick amount of time! She showed us different options, explained the construction of each, and took measurements for us. She didn’t rush us, she offered us water, and was extremely patient with us. She was immensely helpful, and I am so grateful I encountered her today!!!! 20/10 experience, and she deserves a raise and a huge promotion. This was the best in-store experience I have had furniture shopping, and I will definitely shop here again because of her! All of you reading this review need to check out this Ashley Furniture store asap cause they have amazing stuff!
Thanks to this beautiful team. Jonathan Levy who hung in there with me no matter how decisive I was lol. Not once did he give up. He had a pleasant way of making it relaxing. Very knowledgeable about what suited my need. Handle everything very professionally and promptly. Simara made sure that everything went well and I was satisfied. Follow up even afterwards. Great team work. Over and beyond. But there was a problem with the order after delivery. Christine from Customer service came to the rescue. Handle the problem swiftly. Never gave up on me.
