We had found a couch online that we loved but it was discontinued and out of stock online. The store had one on the floor and Amy was very helpful and let us buy the floor model for a great price! Everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful.

I could am so happy with my experience with Latasha Chavis in Camillus NY. I went in on Nov 15 and wanted a living room a dining room set. I didn’t purchase that day. I communicated with her via text messages. I had a family emergency happen and came back on Jan 1. Latasha kept in contact with me the whole time. She gave me finance options to help me meet the amount I needed which was so helpful. She was so patient with me with all the changes I want. Everyone we spoke to at the store was very friendly! We had an appointment with Nikki and she was great to work with, very knowledgeable and patient! Great experience purchasing a smaller swivel chair for my living room. Had what I found on line in store so I could try it out before purchasing . Very easy process. Friendly staff and manager.

I didn't feel like I was being hounded. ..which i hate!! Latasha was very nice and accommodating. Was a pleasant experience and I ordered a beautiful accent chair.

Staff are friendly. However, the quality of the furniture is subjective. My furniture was damaged and was still under the 1-yr warranty but my claim was denied due to “being normal wear and tear.” It’s not normal for furniture to be damaged in less than a year after purchasing when you take good care of them.

Lisa was great. She gave us an overview of where to look for what we wanted, gave us some time, and then came back k to answer questions--it was good timing. The store is laid out nicely and had plenty of selections without being overwhelming.

Just by chance we stopped at Ashley when looking for a mattress. The staff was knowledgeable when showing us options based on our preferences. Thank you Ashley for a great shopping experience.

I had bought some years ago a beautiful queen bedroom set and just recently my husband wanted a king bed so I called Ashley and spoke with a beautiful salesperson named Nikki because I wanted the same bedframe but in a king and she looked and got the same bedframe in a king i love Ashley furniture they always have what you want and there salespeople are the best at getting you what you want God bless them ❤️

I had spent a long day hunting for a set of nightstands when I found just what I was looking for at Ashley furniture in Liverpool, NY. The best part is it was in the Outlet section- the worst part…..there was only one. I asked the clerk if she could check with other stores to see if we could locate another but she said no. I left and drove to Camillus, NY to hit other stores when I spotted an Ashley furniture store. Nikki greeted me as soon as I came in, looked up the serial number and saw they had one! She located it within a minute and I was SO happy!!! Nikki then called Liverpool and had them hold the one I found originally. I also discovered after asking some questions, that Liverpool could have called the other store. Had they done so they would have saved me the extra trip- but this way I met Nikki- who clearly understands customer service. A nice gentleman topped off my experience by carrying the cabinet to my car and loading it in. The bottom line? Go to Ashley Furniture in Camillus NY. Ask for Nikki and let her make your day. 🤗

I called and spoke to someone at the Camillus store about 2 weeks before I actually went in. I was greeted by a Sales Associate and as I was telling her what I was interested in she said my name. That says a lot about a person, that not only did she remember the need but also my name. I she was very attentive to my needs and I was able to purchase the bed that was right for me.

Nikki was a wonderful salesperson! Normally I am the type of person who likes to look by myself and ask questions as needed. When I met and browsed the store with Nikki, I never got the impression they needed to sell me on anything. I told them what I was looking for and they showed me 4-6 options the first day. Nikki measured and gave me all the pertinent information I needed. I came back with my husband and daughter the next day and we spent over an hour “trying on” all the options. Nikki’s insight and suggestions really helped us to make our decision! I was a retail Manager for 20 years and I know a great salesperson when I see one. I hope Nikki gets recognized for their knowledge and talent! We will be back to shop again with her!

I don't plan to ever shop at any Ashley store again The worst furniture and to top it off they dont warn you on their "no returns" policy. After opening opening the box we realize that it was a defective & poorly made dresser (so they call it) with brokern drawer railimgs. We paid over $1,000 for basically trash we need to throw out, they refuse to take it back & credit us.

I was about to make a purchase at Ashley, but my experience was completely ruined by an employee’s unprofessional behavior. While I was at the register, I overheard an employee named “Lisa” loudly speaking with a group of people about how much she hates Donald Trump and Elon Musk, calling Trump a Nazi and saying she hopes both of them die. Regardless of personal opinions, this kind of talk has no place in a professional setting, especially in front of customers. It was incredibly inappropriate and made me so uncomfortable that I decided not to complete my purchase. Politics should be kept out of the workplace, especially when it involves such extreme rhetoric. Employees should focus on assisting customers, not pushing personal agendas. It’s disappointing because I was ready to support this business, but I won’t be returning if this is the kind of environment they allow!!

Poorest customer service I’ve ever received. Complete disaster from start to finish, will never, ever buy anything from this company again. No accountability for their mistakes, miscommunication within their own departments, only concern for their bottom line. Most companies would trip over themselves to make things right for a customer, especially after admitting their own errors, but not Ashley. Take your business elsewhere, this place sucks.

Awful business and very misleading information given to customers. My husband and I were helped by Lisa, we purchased an entire bedroom set and paid FULLY in cash. we were told that if we ordered it all right there and then, that I would have these items delivered the first or second week of December. I have called numerous times to check in to see when it will be delivered and each time have been told that not only is it not even close to being delivered but that they have no idea when it will even be manufactured… it is ridiculous to have customers pay this much money upfront and not even have a CORRECT estimate of when they will receive their furniture. They just keep stalling and delaying and giving excuses. Don’t buy furniture from here, shop elsewhere! There are plenty of online furniture retailers these days that are better quality and much more reliable.

Purchased an area rug I thought would be perfect for my room. Took it home, and discovered the color was all wrong. This store has a large selection reasonably priced. What I liked best was the salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable but did not constantly follow me around the store. Me and my daughter recently visited Ashley Furniture store in Camillus NY. I met with Jillian Henderson during my visit. She helped us getting the right furniture for my daughters new apartment. Store was celebrating their purple event that day. Jillian was extremely professional and asked the right questions to understand our needs. Her knowledge about the products and offerings were spot on. Anytime when she was unsure about something she reached out to other team members and provided us the accurate information. The Camillus store itself is very nice, and the salespeople are helpful. We have spent over $15,000 on various Ashley items over the past 8 months (both online and in-store orders) so we are a fan of their products. My only recommendation for future shoppers is to really understand their "mattress comfort exchange policy". Their advertisements pitch a "90 day" exchange feature if you are not happy with the mattress once you try it in your home, but they will only honor that if you purchase their in-house mattress protector (which is quite expensive). You could purchase a top-of-the-line mattress protector for about half of what they charge for a lower quality mattress protector, which is what we did, but in doing so it means they will not honor any exchanges. To be fair, they did disclose this to us at the time of purchase, so it was our mistake. At the time, we felt the mattress we had selected would work well for us. It felt fine in the store, and it was an upper-end mattress with a cost of $2,600, but after sleeping on it for a while we both would wake up with some pretty serious back pain. We feel like we are sinking into the middle of it. I sent some photos to the store and they were able to confirm that it was indeed the correct mattress that was delivered. Our first thought was that there was a mix-up, but sadly that wasn't the case. We ended up moving this $2,600 mattress into a guest room that is hardly ever used, and we are now looking for a different mattress from Raymour & Flanigan that offers a more lenient 120 day comfort guarantee. We would definitely shop at the Camillus location again, but probably not for a mattress.

Although the customer service reps are kind and helpful my issue is, I purchase an additional service plan the frame, paint has chipped off, I HAVE TO pick up the replacement and put it together…. OR I can pay an additional 100.00 for it to be delivered. Someone help me to understand why??? It’s a defective product, that is why I buy spend extra money. Soooo I have to rent a truck, dispose of the old one get it upstairs and put it together …. Never again Ashley.. never again!!!

I went online later in the day to check what the other set of pillows that came with the couch looked like and I found a significant price difference between online and the store. I called and they price matched to the website and were very accommodating. I appreciate their patience and their willingness to work with me. I’m excited to get the couch.

I bought a couch from Ashley’s and it was delivered Friday. I absolutely love it so far delivery was earlier than the time they gave which was awesome. Sierra was wonderful with her help. The only thing I would suggest is if you apply for the leasing loan it’s 40 if u don’t get approved or don’t use it remind the store to put in for a refund before you leave. I had to call the next day to have it refunded and it takes like 5 days to get it back.

The furniture is good quality don’t get me wrong, but the thing is do not and I repeat, do not finance with this store. The finance companies that they go through double the price double the interest, even if the store tell you that you’re going to get a promotion with no interest that is a lie. I prefer you buy your furniture straight out! I made a purchase $1000 and end up paying $2000!

Went into the store in Camilius, NY on December 2nd 2023 and spent $5,506.82 on a beautiful sectional and dining room table set. The products were delivered January 19th 2024 and that’s were all the problems started. Upon delivery, the table did not have any hardware with it so the delivery crew could not assemble it, and one of the sections on the sectional was broken, causing it to not connect to the rest of the sectional. Contacted Ashley and they sent out hardware for the table and a new section for the sectional. Hardware arrived February 8th 2024, so for almost an entire month I had a table not put together and 6 chairs just sitting in my dining room. Then today, February 16th 2024 Ashley sent out the new section for the sectional. The delivery crew refused to deliver due to 2 inches of snow being in the driveway claiming it was “unsafe”. Now Ashley wants to reschedule the section for the sectional AGAIN, and they offered to give us a $50 gift certificate for our trouble. What a JOKE. I spent $5,506 and for all of this they are offering $50. I will NEVER buy from there again.

Misleading Promises and Poor Customer Service I placed an order for a bed in November with the understanding that it would be delivered by December 12. However, the delivery was delayed twice, first to December 23 and then to January 16, causing a significant inconvenience. What's worse? On December 12, the exact bed that was meant for my house was conveniently placed in the store as a showroom model instead of being delivered to me. When I approached the store and asked if I could take the floor model since mine was being showcased, I was outright denied without any plausible explanation. The lack of transparency and the disregard for customers' needs and commitments is utterly disappointing. Not only was the promised delivery date missed not once but twice, but the company also saw fit to prioritize using my ordered item as a showroom piece rather than fulfilling their obligation. What's most disheartening is the dismissive attitude displayed by the staff when addressing my concerns. There seemed to be no attempt at finding a solution or even acknowledging their mistake. This experience highlights a severe lack of accountability and customer care. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider purchasing from Ashley if reliability, honesty, and respectful service are essential to you. As a paying customer, the treatment received is unacceptable, and I hope this feedback prompts the necessary changes in their service and attitude towards customers.

Today I bought some furniture in this store . The furniture is amazing. But the most amazing is the staff . As soon as walked in I met Nikkie . She’s absolutely the best . Made me feel like at home , super friendly, sowed me everything I wanted to see , so patient. I’m not an easy customer btw 😂 But Nikkie helped me a lot today. Thank you very much guys .
