I have shopped here for many years now and they continue to have impeccable products and great salespersonel. My salesman , Tomas, 30 year veteran was great.. he was informative, instructive and polite. The showroom is always nice and well maintained. Ashley has a good amount of high quality furniture. However the issue starts with one manager of the store, i was unable to take his name down as he never introduced himself. Tomas called the manager over for a possible discount, the manager came over without introducing himself or any greetings and said " I cant di anything with the price and im running around ". He was abrasive and seemed angry. At this point I looked at Tomas and he apologized for the rude attitude, i saw this manager close by helping his associate so I approached him calmly and asked why the attitude. Rather then giving an amenable explanation , he said he was busy and has many customers and has no time. I said I understand but that he was abrasive and just rude( especially since my elderly mother was witnessed to this). Instead of de escalating the manager decided to escalate and said he cant go around and spend his time talking to customers. Then I said " I was looking to have a discussion man to man but..." then he said oh " now you dont think I am a man". There are always 3 sides to every story but even his sales associate standing next time to him had to jump in and apologize . I work in the medical field and I would never and have never treated someone like that... especially not introducing myself. That gentleman needs to do better. I dont need your discount but its norm to ask in furniture stores. Ill still shop at Ashley's for other reasons but just wont interact with that gentleman again. I have not added other unpleasantries and escalation tactics to this post that ensued. I am writing this cause I know I was in the right especially with validation from the other associate and another manager coming over to apologize. Just do better man.

I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with Ashley at Carle Place and have tried several ways to rectify this, so now I'm at a loss and writing this publicly in hopes that they will be motivated to actually help me. 8/19/25 - I have my eye on a ModMax sectional but tell my sales rep. (Sajid) that I need to go home and re-measure. He takes my card so I don't have to return to the store IF it will fit. It does not, and I email him hours later to ask for specs on an alternate piece. I get a curt, "I left for the day." 8/21/25 - I "check in" with him and still... crickets 8/22/25 - I call the store and speak to Anisa who says she will help me. I forward the email thread to her and she kindly provides specs. 8/25/25 - I alert Anisa that I received a text that said sectional is "on its way" when I never approved AND that the transaction (for a fairly sum) hit my credit card. She apologizes and says she will have the "management team" get back to me. 12/1 to 12/3/25 - Text exchange with an Operations Manager named "Nouman" from a "347" area code. Bottom line... they cannot refund my card but a full refund check is on its way. 12/4/25 - Text from a "Chris" (a different "347" number) asking if I still want my "open order from August." (UGGGHHHH!) Around mid-January maybe? - Sajid calls and asks if I want my order; I explain that he never got back to me, my card was charged when it shouldn't have, and I have yet to get a refund. He was RUDE and hung up on me. So there's a nice 6-month timeline in which I have still YET to see a cent of over $2,500+. Not to mention that this sales associate never bothered to continue communication with me after I left the store (of course, he was polite then), and the one time we did talk afterwards - acted completely unprofessional. Thanks Ashley!! I still have all emails and texts hence the specific dates.

Josh and Meshara were absolutely incredible in helping us find the perfect couch for our home. Their dedication to their customers is unmatched, both of them stayed a full hour after closing to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for, and they did so with remarkable patience throughout our entire decision-making process. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
