I have shopped here for many years now and they continue to have impeccable products and great salespersonel. My salesman , Tomas, 30 year veteran was great.. he was informative, instructive and polite. The showroom is always nice and well maintained. Ashley has a good amount of high quality furniture. However the issue starts with one manager of the store, i was unable to take his name down as he never introduced himself. Tomas called the manager over for a possible discount, the manager came over without introducing himself or any greetings and said " I cant di anything with the price and im running around ". He was abrasive and seemed angry. At this point I looked at Tomas and he apologized for the rude attitude, i saw this manager close by helping his associate so I approached him calmly and asked why the attitude. Rather then giving an amenable explanation , he said he was busy and has many customers and has no time. I said I understand but that he was abrasive and just rude( especially since my elderly mother was witnessed to this). Instead of de escalating the manager decided to escalate and said he cant go around and spend his time talking to customers. Then I said " I was looking to have a discussion man to man but..." then he said oh " now you dont think I am a man". There are always 3 sides to every story but even his sales associate standing next time to him had to jump in and apologize . I work in the medical field and I would never and have never treated someone like that... especially not introducing myself. That gentleman needs to do better. I dont need your discount but its norm to ask in furniture stores. Ill still shop at Ashley's for other reasons but just wont interact with that gentleman again. I have not added other unpleasantries and escalation tactics to this post that ensued. I am writing this cause I know I was in the right especially with validation from the other associate and another manager coming over to apologize. Just do better man.

I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with Ashley at Carle Place and have tried several ways to rectify this, so now I'm at a loss and writing this publicly in hopes that they will be motivated to actually help me. 8/19/25 - I have my eye on a ModMax sectional but tell my sales rep. (Sajid) that I need to go home and re-measure. He takes my card so I don't have to return to the store IF it will fit. It does not, and I email him hours later to ask for specs on an alternate piece. I get a curt, "I left for the day." 8/21/25 - I "check in" with him and still... crickets 8/22/25 - I call the store and speak to Anisa who says she will help me. I forward the email thread to her and she kindly provides specs. 8/25/25 - I alert Anisa that I received a text that said sectional is "on its way" when I never approved AND that the transaction (for a fairly sum) hit my credit card. She apologizes and says she will have the "management team" get back to me. 12/1 to 12/3/25 - Text exchange with an Operations Manager named "Nouman" from a "347" area code. Bottom line... they cannot refund my card but a full refund check is on its way. 12/4/25 - Text from a "Chris" (a different "347" number) asking if I still want my "open order from August." (UGGGHHHH!) Around mid-January maybe? - Sajid calls and asks if I want my order; I explain that he never got back to me, my card was charged when it shouldn't have, and I have yet to get a refund. He was RUDE and hung up on me. So there's a nice 6-month timeline in which I have still YET to see a cent of over $2,500+. Not to mention that this sales associate never bothered to continue communication with me after I left the store (of course, he was polite then), and the one time we did talk afterwards - acted completely unprofessional. Thanks Ashley!! I still have all emails and texts hence the specific dates.

Their dedication to their customers is unmatched, both of them stayed a full hour after closing to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for, and they did so with remarkable patience throughout our entire decision-making process. Came in here to buy a couch for $1700, sales rep Malek tried charging $2900, $1200 in delivery fees makes absolutely no sense. I cancelled the order and placed myself online and saved $1000 still getting white glove delivery. I called Ashley to have my in store order cancelled which I was assured would be done in 24 hr. Order was never cancelled and the items I didn’t want are being delivered to the wrong address. Carle place doesn’t have their direct phone number listed, and corporate says they can’t reach the store and for me to go there. Poor customer service!!!

Purchased mattress. Delivered wrong order. The emphasis at Ashley's is not good customer service its to make a sale. Instead of sending out children saying their pillow experts and silly terms like fitting you for a mattress, try being competent and learning how to write up simple orders. High pressure sales and incompetence are not a good mix.

We had such a great buying experience at Ashley Furniture, especially with our salesperson Sachin Verma. He is so knowledgeable about all the selections and is open and honest and gives his true opinions. It looks like now is the time that we should stand up for the fight this blackouts over and I'm ready for the lights, but then the lights came on brighter than ever before. I have never felt compelled the need to write a review., but I guess there is always a first time for everything. I placed an order from this store a couple of weeks ago for 2 couches. The sales rep was nice helping with the order. I had placed a 6 thousand dollar plus order from them. The delivery came and installed the couched just fine. I even tipped them because of their fast and professional delivery work. At the beginning I thought I had placed a 3 row couch, and said maybe the middle console is removable. It was not removable. Then I go see my receipt and there is no way to tell what type of couch I received since the description of the item does not specify whether it is a 2 or 3 row. I go to the website and see that the rep had ordered the wrong item. I called customer service and the lady tells me that since this is a order that was written wrong, the store will waive the delivery fee. The store manager calls me and tells me "But you received the item so you need to call them back and ask for an exchange and maybe they do it for you". I called customer service again and they tell that the store has to confirm that it was an order that was written wrong. I was told that I needed to wait for the store to reach out back to me to see their decision. Mind you I asked the customer rep to let them know that I am a Military member and to please let them know to call me early since I am not able to pick up my phone during work. I waited for a call and nothing. I dialed back to the manager and he did not even pick up his phone, he must be very busy after taking a 6k plus order from another shopper like me. Now a customer service rep who was very nice, is telling me that he will place a ticket for "Re-selection" so I can get store credit, but I will have to pay the delivery fee as the store is pretty much denying wrong doing. Here is the thing tho, I am not asking for a refund. I was simply asking for an exchange for an order that the store placed mistakenly. In addition, I asked if Ashley offered a military discount at the time that I was placing my order in the Carle Place store, and I was told that they did not offer military discount at the moment. I found out that they do offered Military discount if you placed the order online, not at the store. I guess the commission was more important. I guess I will wait on a resolution from the customer service department since the store is not interested in this issue.

I was able to get the delivery date that I needed. The delivery arrived on time, and both drivers were very friendly, professional, and very quick/ efficient with carrying in and setting up the sofa. I had a very frustrating experience with the Ashley Furniture location in Carle Place and feel compelled to share it. I am getting married soon and intentionally placed my order back in November to ensure our apartment would be fully furnished well before the wedding. We ordered a bedroom set and a dining table, expecting a smooth process given the lead time. Unfortunately, from the very first delivery, things went wrong. The bed frame base with drawers was damaged, and the dresser was also damaged, so both items had to be sent back. That alone caused delays, but we were patient and understanding. When the replacement delivery finally arrived, another issue occurred—the dresser mirror was missing. When I went back to the store to address this, I was told the mirror is sold separately. This was never explained to us at the time of purchase. If dining chairs can be clearly explained as sold separately, the same transparency should apply to a dresser mirror. This was a failure on the part of the sales associate, and now we are dealing with the consequences. To make matters worse, we were then told the mirror is either on backorder or possibly discontinued, and they “won’t know until next week.” This uncertainty has completely disrupted our plans. We may now not have our bedroom fully set up before the wedding, which is incredibly upsetting given how important this time is for us. What made this experience even worse was the attitude of the store staff and manager. They were dismissive, showed little concern, and made us feel like our situation didn’t matter at all. There was no sense of urgency, accountability, or empathy for the inconvenience and stress this has caused. For such a major life event and such a large purchase, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I expected far better communication, professionalism, and ownership of mistakes. Unfortunately, this location failed on all fronts. I would strongly caution anyone especially those furnishing a home for a special occasion to think twice before ordering from this store.

SCAMMERS!!! We went in store just to browse and were approached by the store manager. He told us that the couch we were actively looking at was 40% off and another sales representative came over to talk to us. They convinced us to purchase the couch, even though we said we did not have measurements, because the sale was only one day and they told us we could modify/cancel the order later as long as we did not confirm delivery!! They also tried adding on a 5-year warranty without our consent. If i didn’t catch it on the bill before paying, they would have gotten away with it. The next day, we were measuring and realized it would not fit. The store called us to confirm delievery during the middle of our measurements and we told them we were unsure. Then the store manager rudely hung up on us and we got a text that delivery was confirmed - totally without our consent. We were both panicking and called customer service to cancel the order in which they called the store and claimed to have submit a cancellation ticket. It wasn’t until HOURS later when we went to a different location that we got help. The other location called this store to ask why the order isn’t cancelled yet and go ahead and cancel and the store argued with them for almost an hour refusing to cancel. It was so bad that we had to get on the call twice to also defend ourselves and request a cancel. The other location helped us to find a couch that fit and they were very professional and went through every charge on our bill. They also apologized for the horrendous behavior of the Carle place manager. Avoid!

hello, customer service is not working so leaving this here to see if there is anyone who can help us or just a warning to all future customers. my partner and i recently purchased a matching bed frame and dresser from here and this was during the memorial day sale back in september. it is currently november barely scratching three months of having this bedframe and it has already broken on us so many times. the first time it broke was three weeks after installation and actually during installation i had mentioned to the technicians building the bedframe that the pieces looked off and did not seem to have been built properly. instead of trying to repair the issues they created the technician took a hammer and hit the piece of wood and metal bar in place. might have seemed like a solution at the moment but what he didn’t realize was just hitting the wood with a hammer eventually the pieces were going to slip off again because he didn’t fix the problem he just put a temporary bandaid on it. but it was fine we still thanked them and tipped heavily. fast forward to our first incident one morning when my partner rolled over in bed and our entire middle section of the bed collapsed……can you imagine how terrifying at 6am in the morning to have your entire bed break? from that day on we tried contacting customers service and they said they will send a technician to repair our bed but they needed to come evaluate the circumstances first. so they came and said the entire bottom half needed to be replaced not repaired but directly replaced and they’ll order new parts. until they came back to repair our bed we had to sleep with the broken bed and the aches in our spines were constant. it was so painful and such a hard time we could not sleep at all. finally we were relieved they came one morning replaced the entire bottom half and we were at ease. i even tried jumping on the bed a little to see how the new parts were holding up and it felt good. we were able to sleep again, until a week later….. we weren’t. we started to notice creaking sounds and wood snapping again and the PTSD ignited and we were confused. Once again the bed is started to tilt and break at different points and of course once again we called customer service and they said they will have a technician come evaluate our circumstances AGAIN. Look we truly genuinely do not want any trouble or issues but we can not keep participating in this endless cycle of repairs breaking repairs breaking, we just want a refund and to end this nightmare. asking to please have someone help us PLEASE there’s no way a simple king size bedframe i bought in september has been giving me so many issues right now in November it’s only been three months??? there’s no way there should be this many problems. to anyone reading this please send help and any customers contemplating purchasing furniture from here please do your research!!

Lisette was amazing ! I bought a dining room table from here a few years ago and I absolutely love it, unfortunately I didn’t get protection at the time. One of my grandchildren broke a chair from the set and so I came in to Replace it; she went above and beyond to help me find it when it wasn’t on the showroom floor. Great customer service and she even went over the protection plan with me so I won’t ever go through this issue again. I won’t make that mistake again when I come back to buy my new sectional. Thank you so much Lisette. Definitely ask for her when you come in.

They’re telling us next week as well and now it’s not till the end of November The delivery time does not work for us. They refuse to call us back. There is no direct line to the actual store. This is so unprofessional horrible horrible customer service. We are going in person to get a refund. If not, we will have to take them to court too many furniture stores to deal with to go there.

No one hound you when you walk in, they let you move around but was close enough is you needed assistance. We had an excellent experience at Ashley. Sachin and Aielf were particularly helpful in explaining the products that would fit in our living space. The outlet had a wide variety of furniture to see and touch, providing a much-needed visual experience when buying furniture. This was much better than online shopping, where you can’t get a sense of how it might look in your own home. Ashley makes the process of buying furniture much easier by demonstrating the products in person, illustrating how they look in a real house.

BEWARE! A 5YR LIFE HAPPENS FURNITURE PROTECTION PLAN WAS ADDED TO MY ORDER WITHOUT MY CONSENT, OR EVEN ANY RELATED DISCUSSION! Mariano was the sales person and he informed that the receipt for the sectional purchase would be emailed to me. I never received the promised invoice and after two days called customers service to inquire. Once sent by the national Ashley Customer Care Team (not the CP store) , I noted the added $500 charge!!! Never even a chat about what it was? I’ve tried calling the store and supposedly a “ticket” was opened to investigate and adjust my order accordingly. Lesson learned - take a hard copy of the order receipt at time of purchase.

Ashleys has great furniture! With the help of Sajid and Deon we were able to get an amazing bedroom set, mattress and dining set. We took our time and made multiple adjustments without a hassle. The staff was very patient and walked us through the entire process.

The service at the store was great however once a sale is complete the service and quality are a disappointment. I purchased a couch 2 years ago and have been dealing with piling fabric since day 1. The extra care insurance is a total waste of money. Material not covered. Cleaning not covered and replacement not issued. I will never ever buy from Ashley again and I will make sure my friends who are shopping for new furniture don’t go to Ashley either.

My wife and I just had a wonderful experience with Ashley Furniture and Outlet in Carle Place, NY. From the outset when we arrived at the store, we were warmly greeted by advisor Jerry Cook who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and listened to our concerns about living room furniture and was able to find the specific models and colors we were looking for. His manager Chris A. was also a treasure as he helped with the particulars of the sale making sure every last item was explained to and understood by us. Even though we were not in the market for a mattress at the time, Jerry also showed great concern for my wife who has a handicap and demonstrated the new mattress technologies that are currently available should we decide to deal with this in the future. When we received our delivery, we were notified ahead of time and could follow online the route of the delivery truck driver. The two delivery men, Leoncio and Ricardo, were very pleasant and quite earnest in getting our two items in the door, even though it was a very tight fit. They did an expert job and made sure the furniture had no damage, demonstrated the items and arranged them in the room per our wishes. Prior to their departure, they connected me by cell phone to Customer Care who made sure that we examined the items and that they were to our satisfaction and if we later had any queries, they would be glad to take care of them. In short a wonderful experience. We highly recommend Ashley in Carle Place and appreciate those who dealt with us.

Beware – This place is full of scam artists. When my delivery arrived, the delivery team couldn’t get the item through the hallway, so I had to return it. I called Ashley’s to cancel the order, and they told me I had to go in person to the store to cancel it. I went in and waited over an hour for the manager to show up. That’s when the real problems began. The manager told me they couldn’t refund the delivery fee because it was handled by a third-party service. I was never informed of this when I made the purchase. In fact, they told me that if anything didn’t work out, I could return the item with no issues. The manager kept insisting that this policy was stated in the paperwork I signed. So, I read through my policy right there in front of him—and it clearly wasn’t mentioned anywhere. I even asked him to point it out, and he couldn’t find it either. So please, be careful when dealing with them. They’re misleading and will not take responsibility for their poor service.

We have furnished 4 homes in our lifetime so far, and we have never seen the high level of professionalism and communication, which was as exemplary from purchase to delivery as this was. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible experience. Sales man told us we only needed 36inches for the couch to fit. We measure door and hallway way had space to spare. Delivery guys tried and couldn’t get it in. Customer service is awful trying to charge me an additional $350 when it was their fault. They offered me a refund when they weren’t willing to work with us took my refund and took my business elsewhere. Called the sales guy who said nothing I can do. Maybe you shouldn’t give customers false information. We wouldn’t have bought the couch if we knew there was a chance it wouldn’t have fit through the door. Also still waiting for our refund. Was told after my 7th phone call to customer service that the order was never canceled and the store has to cancel it and didn’t. Also they refused to give the delivery fee back when they destroyed the walls in my hallway. So if you want to avoid the worst customer service known to man don’t even bother buying your furniture from here. Took our money to Raymour and what a great experience it was!!

My fiance and i stopped by Ashley Home Furniture to browse, but were repeatedly pressured by a salesman who refused to respect that we were just looking. Despite politely declining help multiple times, he continued pushing mattresses and trying to steer us into a sale. What made the experience worse was his condescending attitude — offering unsolicited financing options and gradually “downsizing” his pitch from a house to an apartment setup, and from a king-size bed to a twin. The implication was clear, and frankly, insulting. We understand that sales are part of the job, but patronizing customers and making assumptions about their finances is not. This interaction was enough to guarantee we won’t be returning.

From start to finish this transaction was perfect. I needed a recliner, I went to Ashley, was greeted by a superior salesperson who directed me to a chair that I wanted. In almost no time flat it was written up on Saturday and today is Tuesday and I am sitting in it in my living room! There can be no mistake with when the delivery is coming and when it did come to verify gentleman brought the chair and set it up and in no time flat it was ready to be used. I had a bad experience with an employee by the name of Brandy A Flores. I went into the store to browse for sofas. When I went in he approached me and asked me if I needed help and told him I was just looking but I was interested in a recliner sofa. He showed me one particular piece that was more 2K. I found that very odd because it was not even leather. He exchanged information with me. After a few days I finally decided that was the couch I wanted. I went online to check for the price and it was about 600 less of what he told me. I wanted to test him and texted him to send me the link. Instead he only sent me the pic without no info of the couch. He was just trying to have me overpay for something that was not reasonable. I can’t imagine how many people get scammed by him. Please be aware of this guy. I called Ashley Furniture and a nice representative helped me get the couch for almost 500 less and told me employee at the store was unprofessional.

My husband and I visited the store in search of a couch for our new apartment, especially with a baby on the way. From the moment we arrived, Slawek was incredibly helpful. Absolutely Horrible Customer Service – DO NOT SHOP HERE We purchased a $2,600 couch from Ashley’s Furniture after carefully measuring our space and confirming with the sales staff (who will remain unnamed for now) that it would fit. After nearly three weeks of waiting, the first set of delivery drivers arrived, extremely rudely claimed it wouldn’t fit, we were questioning of why will it not fit and what should we do, they told customer service we accepted the couch but —took it back with them and called us as he was driving! We had no idea they had left! Customer service then had the audacity to tell us that we had to pay for redelivery, even though their own notes confirmed we accepted the couch. It took a manager’s intervention to get the redelivery approved. When the second set of drivers finally brought the couches inside, they damaged BOTH pieces and informed us that one required an in-home breakdown service. However, when we followed up, we were told by customer service that NO such service exists—completely contradicting what the delivery team told us. Frustrated, we went back to the store and spoke to the same manager who initially helped us. He assured us he would take care of the issue and asked for a few days. That was on Tuesday. It is now Friday, and we have heard absolutely nothing. Meanwhile, one of our couches remains stuck in our doorway, damaged, and unusable. To make matters worse, we have a five-month-old child who now can’t even play safely in our own home because of this mess. The complete lack of accountability, communication, and professionalism from both the store and delivery service is unacceptable. We will NEVER shop at Ashley’s Furniture again, nor will we recommend them to anyone. I will be filing a formal complaint—and if this situation isn’t resolved soon, I will have no choice but to escalate it further.

We are thrilled with our new couch. Our salesperson, Carl, was not only knowledgeable about the products, but was incredibly patient and found for us exactly what we were looking for. He turned a potentially stressful experience into a very pleasurable one. Thank you Carl! :-)

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. My Fiancé and I ordered a sleeper sofa and dining room set from this location which we were told would absolutely be delivered on February 4. Long story short, the couch was never delivered and the dining set came damaged. It took us over a week to get any kind of assistance which ended up with them just saying they will need to replace the entire dining room set. I spoke with a manager in the store named Jacob who assured me that they will waive the delivery fee of $250. I asked for confirmation of this to be sent to me via email which it never was. We were also told that the couch is now out of stock. When the delivery for the new table came, it was only two chairs. We declined the order for the couch. Now we are being overcharged for the table set and they have not removed the $250 delivery charge. We have attempted to call back the store and the customer service number but literally no one is available to help. The store keeps saying that there are no managers on hand and won’t be available until Friday. How is that possible? How is the store operating without a single manager on site for an entire week? This has been a horrible experience and we truly and deeply recommend staying away from any Ashley furniture home store.

Hi I had a very frustrating experience today I purchased a couch and love seat and a coffee table with Ashley furniture agent over the phone I was made assure that if I don’t like the product as long as I return it to the delivery drivers right away my card will be given a full refund So today when the delivery came I did not like the sofa set and told them take it back and make sure I don’t get charged for this delivery since I am returning it right away I did like the coffee table but returned that too because if I kept it will be charged delivery fee for partial acceptance of delivery but later I spoke to multiple people and they said I would be charged $170 delivery fee even though I returned it right away to the delivery crew delivery crew was couple of kids like teen agers I am so upset that Ashley furniture or it’s crew did not keep their word and now I am charged $170 without even buying anything I demand the refund of $170 I even told the supervisor that at least deliver the coffee table that I did like so at least I get something delivered and not pay $170 for nothing but did not accommodate me at all don’t buy from them they are misleading and unprofessional.

Terrible customer service and terrible policies. I bought a bed frame and after 1 year it broke. I also purchased the warranty at that time…they do lot stand behind their furniture and now I am being told I need to pay for the “shipping” of the part that broke as it is not included in the warranty. Now they are saying the bed is discontinued and won’t be able to get the part…. What a joke.. DO NOT BUY FROM Ashley furniture!!!!!!!!

Horrible service 1st time using Ashely.. placed my orders early in January. Delivery came and was missing items. 2 and half weeks later i got the missing items delivered. Called customer service they were useless calls go outside the U.S.A. Store doesn’t have a direct line.

My grandmother is a picky shopper, but found a few pieces she really loved at Ashley’s. We were immediately greeted by Tom who was very helpful, and we were also helped by (please forgive spelling!!) Aileef; they were very attentive and accommodating. We had a great in-store experience overall!

Worst experience ever. Save your time and Money, go to basically anywhere else instead. Countless problems, no follow up from anyone, had to cancel half my order, other half came broken, a million phone calls and headaches later it has now been over 2 MONTHS and i'm still fighting with them. No one cares and no one answers. Magically, there is never a manager there whenever I call. 1st and last time i will every be shopping with this company.

I want to share my experience with this merchant, highlighting my incredible second visit! My first encounter was with the assistant manager Jared, and honestly, it left much to be desired. I stopped in with my daughter to find a bedroom set for her. After explaining my budget, I was met with a rather disappointing response! Jared informed me that we wouldn't be accommodated and suggested that the selection I liked wouldn't last more than three years. He then pointed me towards items that were way outside my budget. My experience?? They sent the order incomplete & with the wrong part's! Labor day weekend we went to purchase a bedroom set..never again will I ever purchase from them!! I am still waiting on a refund they owe me for their mistake on my order.. I have called them 10 times & they keep giving me the same bullshit. " I WILL MAKE A NOTE OF THE $ 109.7O THEY OWE YOU & A REPRESENTATIVE WILL CALL YOU! This is going on since September! They told me to purchase SLATS FROM AMAZON BECAUSE THE WAREHOUSE DIDNT HAVE ANY. So, I ordered from amazon & when they delivered the set which came with the wrong patrs they brought in the slats. I told to return them & to credit my credit card. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE $$$$ THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED MY CALLS OR CREDIT MY CC. I HAVE NO CHOICE NUT TO GO TO THE STORE!

I visited Ashley Furniture in Carle Place after a long day of work and shopping. As soon as I walked in Donovan greeted me and came over to help. I was on a mission to buy a specific bed and wanted to see if they had it on display before I ordered it. Unfortunately they did not but Donovan was super helpful. He pulled it up on his computer, matched the price, helped me set up the delivery day that works best for me and even applied a coupon I had . He was personable any easy to talk to while we got my order in. Hoping the bed matches the great service when it gets here 🤞🏼 Update - wrong item ordered by Donovan. Delivery came with one small piece of shelving. Can’t get in touch with anyone in the store because calling leads you to a customer service number. They can’t help because it’s a store matter and no one at the store is answering for them either. Still waiting for someone to call me back. Beyond disappointed and getting more frustrated. I will tell everyone I know and not know not to shop here. It will be a lot as I work in the area at the mall in a store that gets a lot of traffic

I purchase a Tanavi sectional from Ashley with the 5 year protection plan and the fabric is of the lowest quality and the protection plan is a complete scam. Within months the fabric was pilling and there is no controlling it, the couch looks like it is 10+ years old. We had a warranty claim denied for a spill as well as the pilling. Spent $3400 on a couch that didn't even last 5 years.

Loved the bed however after the item was assembled in August it was realized that it was too high for a senior who had a stroke. She tried to manage and after realizing we are unable to lower it so a call was made to the store. Unable to get in touch with the store because it is a general number. 1 sign of not being good business. We had to speak via text and they said that the warranty is over but it's only 2 months. Unfortunately we did not ask thinking we get at least 6 months. 2nd sign of not being good business. I told them I was going to write a negative review because of this and they did not try to help me further. The home is close to the store it could be after a delivery. But NO ACCOMADATION were made. But we were accommodating when the canceled the first delivery and put it the next month. Be careful buying anything from Ashley Furniture on Carl Place. After they get your money they cannot help you.

Gustavo was excellent and was beyond helpful. My wife and I had trouble finding a couch due to our apartments layout and Gustavo was able to find us one that we absolutely loved while being fair with the price. I would most definitely be coming back here for all my furniture needs as long as he’s there. He was knowledgeable and very resourceful.

Kevin helped us purchase some bedroom pieces today. From the start he made us comfortable - told us he wouldn’t crowd us as we looked around but would stay in our eye-line if we had any questions. It was the perfect approach. We felt comfortable to walk around at our own pace. Once we found something we liked, he came to us - answered our questions, offered some options we weren’t aware of and not long after we bought the two pieces we were looking for.
