Sunny was extremely helpful with the process, highly recommend shopping with him. Very responsive and was great. The delivery between the window I was told and went super smooth. The delivery workers were very patient and did a great job!

SCAMMERS!!! We went in store just to browse and were approached by the store manager. He told us that the couch we were actively looking at was 40% off and another sales representative came over to talk to us. They convinced us to purchase the couch, even though we said we did not have measurements, because the sale was only one day and they told us we could modify/cancel the order later as long as we did not confirm delivery!! They also tried adding on a 5-year warranty without our consent. If i didn’t catch it on the bill before paying, they would have gotten away with it. The next day, we were measuring and realized it would not fit. The store called us to confirm delievery during the middle of our measurements and we told them we were unsure. Then the store manager rudely hung up on us and we got a text that delivery was confirmed - totally without our consent. We were both panicking and called customer service to cancel the order in which they called the store and claimed to have submit a cancellation ticket. It wasn’t until HOURS later when we went to a different location that we got help. The other location called this store to ask why the order isn’t cancelled yet and go ahead and cancel and the store argued with them for almost an hour refusing to cancel. It was so bad that we had to get on the call twice to also defend ourselves and request a cancel. The other location helped us to find a couch that fit and they were very professional and went through every charge on our bill. They also apologized for the horrendous behavior of the Carle place manager. Avoid!

hello, customer service is not working so leaving this here to see if there is anyone who can help us or just a warning to all future customers. my partner and i recently purchased a matching bed frame and dresser from here and this was during the memorial day sale back in september. it is currently november barely scratching three months of having this bedframe and it has already broken on us so many times. the first time it broke was three weeks after installation and actually during installation i had mentioned to the technicians building the bedframe that the pieces looked off and did not seem to have been built properly. instead of trying to repair the issues they created the technician took a hammer and hit the piece of wood and metal bar in place. might have seemed like a solution at the moment but what he didn’t realize was just hitting the wood with a hammer eventually the pieces were going to slip off again because he didn’t fix the problem he just put a temporary bandaid on it. but it was fine we still thanked them and tipped heavily. fast forward to our first incident one morning when my partner rolled over in bed and our entire middle section of the bed collapsed……can you imagine how terrifying at 6am in the morning to have your entire bed break? from that day on we tried contacting customers service and they said they will send a technician to repair our bed but they needed to come evaluate the circumstances first. so they came and said the entire bottom half needed to be replaced not repaired but directly replaced and they’ll order new parts. until they came back to repair our bed we had to sleep with the broken bed and the aches in our spines were constant. it was so painful and such a hard time we could not sleep at all. finally we were relieved they came one morning replaced the entire bottom half and we were at ease. i even tried jumping on the bed a little to see how the new parts were holding up and it felt good. we were able to sleep again, until a week later….. we weren’t. we started to notice creaking sounds and wood snapping again and the PTSD ignited and we were confused. Once again the bed is started to tilt and break at different points and of course once again we called customer service and they said they will have a technician come evaluate our circumstances AGAIN. Look we truly genuinely do not want any trouble or issues but we can not keep participating in this endless cycle of repairs breaking repairs breaking, we just want a refund and to end this nightmare. asking to please have someone help us PLEASE there’s no way a simple king size bedframe i bought in september has been giving me so many issues right now in November it’s only been three months??? there’s no way there should be this many problems. to anyone reading this please send help and any customers contemplating purchasing furniture from here please do your research!!
