At this store, the customer service especially via phone calls was terrible! We were treated rudely and arrogantly, with no patience whatsoever, addiotionally the products arrived in poor condition and their customer support lacks credibility. I would never recommended this store to my friends!

I’ve witnessed firsthand a situation at this store where customer service was very poor, and the delivered products did not match was promised, showing defects. If you value your time and money, I recommend caution. The experience was truly disappointing!! 👎🏼

**Terrible customer service and poor purchases, i Will not return!!*** I am writing to formally document a highly concerning experience with Ashley Furniture regarding a dining set purchased in November. Upon delivery, the item arrived in unacceptable condition: visibly dirty, with chipped wood and clear signs consistent with prior use or floor display. This does not meet the reasonable expectation of a new product. Unfortunately, the delivery receipt was signed before a proper inspection could be conducted. The issue was reported immediately through multiple phone calls and written communications. Despite consistent follow up over a period of nearly four months, the matter remains unresolved. An inspector was sent to evaluate the product and verbally confirmed that the dining set was in defective condition. However, subsequent communications from Ashley Furniture inaccurately stated that the inspector found no issues. This discrepancy raises serious concerns regarding internal reporting and transparency. Replacement parts were ordered, with delivery delays exceeding three weeks. Later, I was advised to pay an additional $156 for a full replacement set described as “new.” The replacement delivered was in worse condition than the original. Even the delivery personnel acknowledged the condition as unacceptable. The item was refused at delivery. Subsequently, I was informed by a representative that a credit in the amount of $814.68 had been approved due to the ongoing issues and was instructed to visit the store before a specified date to utilize it. Upon arrival, I was informed that no such credit existed in their system and was redirected to customer service, where again no resolution was provided. As a result, I have incurred financial loss, received a defective product, and experienced repeated miscommunication and delays. Additionally, my elderly grandparents intended users of this dining set have been unable to safely use the furniture since December due to its condition, significantly impacting their daily living. This experience reflects a failure in product quality control, customer service standards, and resolution processes. The lack of accountability and consistent misinformation are particularly concerning. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering purchases from Ashley Furniture.
