We were at Carle Place store ordering a sofa for our Aunt. Our salesman Slawek was great. He was very patient with helping us pick out the right couch as it had to be a certain size and color. We are very pleased with the service we received and will definitely shop there again.

I had a bad experience with an employee by the name of Brandy A Flores. I went into the store to browse for sofas. When I went in he approached me and asked me if I needed help and told him I was just looking but I was interested in a recliner sofa. He showed me one particular piece that was more 2K. I found that very odd because it was not even leather. He exchanged information with me. After a few days I finally decided that was the couch I wanted. I went online to check for the price and it was about 600 less of what he told me. I wanted to test him and texted him to send me the link. Instead he only sent me the pic without no info of the couch. He was just trying to have me overpay for something that was not reasonable. I can’t imagine how many people get scammed by him. Please be aware of this guy. I called Ashley Furniture and a nice representative helped me get the couch for almost 500 less and told me employee at the store was unprofessional.

My husband and I visited the store in search of a couch for our new apartment, especially with a baby on the way. From the moment we arrived, Slawek was incredibly helpful. He greeted us warmly and guided us through all our options, taking our specific needs into account. With his expertise and the support of his manager, Malik, we found the perfect couch that we both love and feel good about. Slawek really understood the importance of durability for our growing family, including our dog, and presented us with the best choices available. We are truly confident and happy with our decision!

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service – DO NOT SHOP HERE We purchased a $2,600 couch from Ashley’s Furniture after carefully measuring our space and confirming with the sales staff (who will remain unnamed for now) that it would fit. After nearly three weeks of waiting, the first set of delivery drivers arrived, extremely rudely claimed it wouldn’t fit, we were questioning of why will it not fit and what should we do, they told customer service we accepted the couch but —took it back with them and called us as he was driving! We had no idea they had left! Customer service then had the audacity to tell us that we had to pay for redelivery, even though their own notes confirmed we accepted the couch. It took a manager’s intervention to get the redelivery approved. When the second set of drivers finally brought the couches inside, they damaged BOTH pieces and informed us that one required an in-home breakdown service. However, when we followed up, we were told by customer service that NO such service exists—completely contradicting what the delivery team told us. Frustrated, we went back to the store and spoke to the same manager who initially helped us. He assured us he would take care of the issue and asked for a few days. That was on Tuesday. It is now Friday, and we have heard absolutely nothing. Meanwhile, one of our couches remains stuck in our doorway, damaged, and unusable. To make matters worse, we have a five-month-old child who now can’t even play safely in our own home because of this mess. The complete lack of accountability, communication, and professionalism from both the store and delivery service is unacceptable. We will NEVER shop at Ashley’s Furniture again, nor will we recommend them to anyone. I will be filing a formal complaint—and if this situation isn’t resolved soon, I will have no choice but to escalate it further.

We are thrilled with our new couch. Our salesperson, Carl, was not only knowledgeable about the products, but was incredibly patient and found for us exactly what we were looking for. He turned a potentially stressful experience into a very pleasurable one. Thank you Carl! :-)

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. My Fiancé and I ordered a sleeper sofa and dining room set from this location which we were told would absolutely be delivered on February 4. Long story short, the couch was never delivered and the dining set came damaged. It took us over a week to get any kind of assistance which ended up with them just saying they will need to replace the entire dining room set. I spoke with a manager in the store named Jacob who assured me that they will waive the delivery fee of $250. I asked for confirmation of this to be sent to me via email which it never was. We were also told that the couch is now out of stock. When the delivery for the new table came, it was only two chairs. We declined the order for the couch. Now we are being overcharged for the table set and they have not removed the $250 delivery charge. We have attempted to call back the store and the customer service number but literally no one is available to help. The store keeps saying that there are no managers on hand and won’t be available until Friday. How is that possible? How is the store operating without a single manager on site for an entire week? This has been a horrible experience and we truly and deeply recommend staying away from any Ashley furniture home store.

Hi I had a very frustrating experience today I purchased a couch and love seat and a coffee table with Ashley furniture agent over the phone I was made assure that if I don’t like the product as long as I return it to the delivery drivers right away my card will be given a full refund So today when the delivery came I did not like the sofa set and told them take it back and make sure I don’t get charged for this delivery since I am returning it right away I did like the coffee table but returned that too because if I kept it will be charged delivery fee for partial acceptance of delivery but later I spoke to multiple people and they said I would be charged $170 delivery fee even though I returned it right away to the delivery crew delivery crew was couple of kids like teen agers I am so upset that Ashley furniture or it’s crew did not keep their word and now I am charged $170 without even buying anything I demand the refund of $170 I even told the supervisor that at least deliver the coffee table that I did like so at least I get something delivered and not pay $170 for nothing but did not accommodate me at all don’t buy from them they are misleading and unprofessional.

Terrible customer service and terrible policies. I bought a bed frame and after 1 year it broke. I also purchased the warranty at that time…they do lot stand behind their furniture and now I am being told I need to pay for the “shipping” of the part that broke as it is not included in the warranty. Now they are saying the bed is discontinued and won’t be able to get the part…. What a joke.. DO NOT BUY FROM Ashley furniture!!!!!!!!

Horrible service 1st time using Ashely.. placed my orders early in January. Delivery came and was missing items. 2 and half weeks later i got the missing items delivered. Called customer service they were useless calls go outside the U.S.A. Store doesn’t have a direct line.

My grandmother is a picky shopper, but found a few pieces she really loved at Ashley’s. We were immediately greeted by Tom who was very helpful, and we were also helped by (please forgive spelling!!) Aileef; they were very attentive and accommodating. We had a great in-store experience overall!

Worst experience ever. Save your time and Money, go to basically anywhere else instead. Countless problems, no follow up from anyone, had to cancel half my order, other half came broken, a million phone calls and headaches later it has now been over 2 MONTHS and i'm still fighting with them. No one cares and no one answers. Magically, there is never a manager there whenever I call. 1st and last time i will every be shopping with this company.

I have been buying furniture from Ashley for years now, it’s the best quality and we love it! We just bought a new couch and are so excited! We also had the best experience at this Ashley store! I want to share my experience with this merchant, highlighting my incredible second visit! My first encounter was with the assistant manager Jared, and honestly, it left much to be desired. I stopped in with my daughter to find a bedroom set for her. After explaining my budget, I was met with a rather disappointing response! Jared informed me that we wouldn't be accommodated and suggested that the selection I liked wouldn't last more than three years. He then pointed me towards items that were way outside my budget. Feeling discouraged, I attempted to shop online, but that didn't go smoothly either. Determined, I decided to give it another shot in person, and that’s when I met the lovely Stevette. What a breath of fresh air! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, and it felt as though my needs truly mattered. The entire experience was worlds apart from my first visit. Stevette and her colleagues went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. To top it off, Chris even offered me a delightful cup of chai tea! I felt completely at ease with the friendly staff, Christopher, Gustavo and my main man, Sajid. They treated me with kindness and respect, restoring my hope in shopping with Ashley's furniture. A huge thank you to Stevette for her fantastic customer service and endless patience. I’m excited to return for more items in the future. Thank you so much for turning my experience around!

My experience?? They sent the order incomplete & with the wrong part's! Labor day weekend we went to purchase a bedroom set..never again will I ever purchase from them!! I am still waiting on a refund they owe me for their mistake on my order.. I have called them 10 times & they keep giving me the same bullshit. " I WILL MAKE A NOTE OF THE $ 109.7O THEY OWE YOU & A REPRESENTATIVE WILL CALL YOU! This is going on since September! They told me to purchase SLATS FROM AMAZON BECAUSE THE WAREHOUSE DIDNT HAVE ANY. So, I ordered from amazon & when they delivered the set which came with the wrong patrs they brought in the slats. I told to return them & to credit my credit card. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE $$$$ THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED MY CALLS OR CREDIT MY CC. I HAVE NO CHOICE NUT TO GO TO THE STORE!

I visited Ashley Furniture in Carle Place after a long day of work and shopping. As soon as I walked in Donovan greeted me and came over to help. I was on a mission to buy a specific bed and wanted to see if they had it on display before I ordered it. Unfortunately they did not but Donovan was super helpful. He pulled it up on his computer, matched the price, helped me set up the delivery day that works best for me and even applied a coupon I had . He was personable any easy to talk to while we got my order in. Hoping the bed matches the great service when it gets here 🤞🏼 Update - wrong item ordered by Donovan. Delivery came with one small piece of shelving. Can’t get in touch with anyone in the store because calling leads you to a customer service number. They can’t help because it’s a store matter and no one at the store is answering for them either. Still waiting for someone to call me back. Beyond disappointed and getting more frustrated. I will tell everyone I know and not know not to shop here. It will be a lot as I work in the area at the mall in a store that gets a lot of traffic

I purchase a Tanavi sectional from Ashley with the 5 year protection plan and the fabric is of the lowest quality and the protection plan is a complete scam. Within months the fabric was pilling and there is no controlling it, the couch looks like it is 10+ years old. We had a warranty claim denied for a spill as well as the pilling. Spent $3400 on a couch that didn't even last 5 years.

Loved the bed however after the item was assembled in August it was realized that it was too high for a senior who had a stroke. She tried to manage and after realizing we are unable to lower it so a call was made to the store. Unable to get in touch with the store because it is a general number. 1 sign of not being good business. We had to speak via text and they said that the warranty is over but it's only 2 months. Unfortunately we did not ask thinking we get at least 6 months. 2nd sign of not being good business. I told them I was going to write a negative review because of this and they did not try to help me further. The home is close to the store it could be after a delivery. But NO ACCOMADATION were made. But we were accommodating when the canceled the first delivery and put it the next month. Be careful buying anything from Ashley Furniture on Carl Place. After they get your money they cannot help you.

Gustavo was excellent and was beyond helpful. My wife and I had trouble finding a couch due to our apartments layout and Gustavo was able to find us one that we absolutely loved while being fair with the price. I would most definitely be coming back here for all my furniture needs as long as he’s there. He was knowledgeable and very resourceful.

Kevin helped us purchase some bedroom pieces today. From the start he made us comfortable - told us he wouldn’t crowd us as we looked around but would stay in our eye-line if we had any questions. It was the perfect approach. We felt comfortable to walk around at our own pace. Once we found something we liked, he came to us - answered our questions, offered some options we weren’t aware of and not long after we bought the two pieces we were looking for. After spending a day going to all of the furniture stores in the area, we were exhausted and overstimulated from “used car sales people” techniques and people pressuring us to buy and not allow us to look. At Ashley’s we were greeted but given the space needed to look at things on our own terms. Tatiana greeted us but allowed us the space to chat and look at couches. Once we felt ready she guided us and we purchased our first big couch for our first home! She was compassionate, kind, knowledgeable, and personable. We will recommend Ashley furniture to everyone! We had a really great sales assistant named Angel who was very friendly and responsive to our needs. We were looking to replace a den couch/recliner and did not want to spend a lot of money. He immediately took us to the ‘outlet’ part of the store where we found the perfect piece. He did not try to waste our time by showing us the more expensive offerings which we were not interested in since this was a den piece, not a living room one. Angel is a young guy and this seems to be his first job out of school and he’s killing it.

He then asked my husband if he wanted water or coffee and my husband said water please. I went to the store in Carle Place although my sister warned me not to go cause the sales employees are horrible. I went yesterday walked in and an employee walked right passed me and said not one word. I walked the whole store and I looked to see who was were and another employee passed me and just smiled so I made my way back to the front and finally a person followed me to outlet room asked if I need help. I said no thank you, you are the first and only person to talk to me. I need a new bedroom set but it’s okay and he says but I’m here now I said No thank you and walked out. Perhaps because I was young or brown skin. Idk but they had no Customers store was empty so what do you all think was the reason for the mistreatment? Lesson learned Ashley’s Furniture

I apologize for the long winded review but there are so many issues with the order that I placed. First off it starts when I went into this location for a counsel. Spoke with a sales rep and he stated that it would take 6-8 weeks to arrive after a different location a week prior to purchase informed me that they can’t order because they cannot give me a delivery date. When the rep at carle place told me we can get it we decided to spend even more money and purchase a dinning room table set. The dining room table set got delivered within a week and that day I realized that on Ashley’s website the furniture I purchased was cheaper. I called the office and when I asked for a price match they said it can not be done. Fast forward to 8 weeks after ordering I called Ashley and they informed me it will be an additional 3 weeks. When the first delivery got set on the morning of delivery I received a phone call saying that the unit was damaged and it would take an additional 6-8 weeks to get the unit. At this point my tv, cable box and router is resting on my floor with 2 younge children in my home because I threw out the old counsel. At that time I spoke with an operations manager at the store and he informed me he can get it to me that Tuesday. I told him that’s great. I asked for some form of compensation (at least the price match) he informed me that he will speak to a sales manager and get back to me within an hour. I called 3 hours later and every hour after that until someone at the store answered I said who I was and then they hung the phone up. Fast forward to 2nd deliver date once again morning off delivery I receive a phone call from someone in corporate informing me that they will get this resolved and they will link up with someone from the location for compensation. The person from corporate gave me a new delivery date. I spoke with someone from the office and he heard me out and he informed me he will get me an answer on what they can do. Now the day before the 3rd delivery at 830pm I get a call from the warehouse saying the unit came damaged again and the new delivery date is a week from then. We will wait and see if that actually happens but the day the 3rd delivery date was I received a phone call at 739am saying that they are 15 minutes away. Unfortunately i am still waiting. Wouldn’t expect anything less. Let’s see what they come up with to compensate this issue and if the unit actually gets delivered on the 4th date that is promised.

Needed a certain mattress and he took the time to check and see if it was in stock so I wouldn't have to pay for a delivery fee. No luck still had to order it. But, Still worth it.

If you go to Ashley ask for Derek and jj. They were a great team who were so patient and kind showing us our options. They made sure everything was handled smoothly, including texting us on the day to make sure it went well. I never felt rushed or pressured and they took their time! So grateful for them!

We went in on a Friday afternoon & by Sunday we were back in the store to make our purchase. The entire process was smooth & our couch arrived within 3 days. CLASSIC BAIT & SWITCH, went to Ashley Carle place location Feb 4th 2023 2pm Sunday, selected a bedroom set full-size for my daughter, a few days later it was delivered to my home when my daughter got home from school surprise surprise it’s a completely different design from what was displayed in showroom ,what a disappointment , Ive been calling every department, they have bounce me to another department to another manager, it goes on and on , I have spoken to maybe four or five managers and I’m still getting the runaround, well Ashley review this , “you sent the wrong item.” You never had that design in a full size so I was lied to, (just to make a sale )that’s a classic BAIT & SWITCH ..I am frustrated , as this should be a simple fix, Im not resting until this is resolve, I’ll exercise every medium to get Ashley to right this wrong… however long it takes, I’m not going away… In this era of social interaction with different social media platform reputation is currency . My name is Samantha I worked with Tatiana and Malik and they were the most pleasurable experience to deal with. It’s crazy walking into furniture stores, and you have to deal with people bombarding you and that was not my experience here I walked in. Everybody greeted me very nicely nobody attacked me. I saw Tatiana who I didn’t know who she was right away but I saw, and noticed the way that she was handling a customer And I really thought highly of how she was talking to the customer and being so friendly and just a normal person and I specifically waited for her and I’m so happy that I did. She helped me find the perfect couch. She listened to everything that I said that I wanted. She led me to every couch in the show room that she thought that I would like and we patiently tested every one of them out going back-and-forth from a few of them weighing out our best option. Malik came to help as well because he noticed that we were searching for different couches and that we were laughing so I guess he wanted in on the fun lol anyway, they both were super helpful. We ended up putting the best fitting couch together with an ottoman they even threw in a free floor lamp, everything was a seamless process start to finish, and I had a great few hours interacting with the both of them and furniture shopping. It was a pleasant, beautiful fun experience, and I met kindhearted good people who are sales people, but don’t act like sales people, they act like normal people who just are there working and guiding you to what you’re looking for having you make the sale everybody was professional and efficient. The store was clean and great prices for excellent furniture built to last. I also bought the stain protection because you have unlimited times where you’re allowed to claim and when you buy a white couch you need it and you’re silly if you don’t get it yes it’s a few hundred dollars extra but also hiring Stanley Steemer to come clean one time is way more than what the price of the protection is for unlimited services these days you have to be smart with your money anyway talk to Tiana at the very end wrap my floor lamp starts to finish if you head to the website and you see Tatiana with a white floor lamp, wrapped and tissue paper you’ll see that’s my purchase lol she was such a pleasant girl to work with and I’m so happy that I met her and I will be coming back to them for any future purchases please I highly recommend that you go see Tatiana and you will thank me later thank you guys for giving me a great experience and I just want to say this was not a paid review. I thought I had a good overall experience with this store, until I had issues with my purchase. Just be aware that there are no refunds and no exchanges after delivery on any of the products - unless they are visibly defective upon delivery. I now have a $2500 mattress that is not comfortable, and there's nothing anyone can do about it. I would strongly suggest going to a different furniture/mattress store for all your purchases. Sometimes things don't work out, and to spend this amount of money and not be able to return an item is insane and disappointing. Update - well it’s been 5 months and the Sealy mattress is still TRASH! I’m still waking up with aches and pains even after the “break in” period. For those reading DO NOT buy a mattress from this store. And frankly do not buy anything from this store because they offer ZERO returns if you’re unhappy with your purchase. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. You won’t regret it.

Derek made the process so seamless. Had no idea where to begin. He helped us find two beautiful sofas, end tables, coffee table, gave us a great rug recommendation and even helped us chose the paint that would go well with our furniture choices. I'm unsure how this place has 4.6 stars, but it definitely seems fake. I've never had as much of an unpleasant experience purchasing furniture as I did here. The person who helped me, Angelica, did not meet our basic needs in terms of a designated time frame for the delivery, which was communicated 48 hours prior to the delivery over a call, and sending important documentation over in a timely manner. You're better off building your own furniture from recycled materials than giving this place your business. Do yourself a favor and go to Bobs.

Outstanding New Year's Eve Shopping at Ashley Carle Place My New Year's Eve visit to Ashley Future Store in Carle Place was fantastic. Derek, our salesperson, was attentive and knowledgeable. He presented sofa options below, at, and above our expectations, allowing us to make an informed decision. We ended up ordering a leather sofa at the best possible price during the year-end sales. Do not trust the Carle Place Ashley store: Over the winter, after shopping around in many furniture stores, to furnish our soon to be new home in Florida, my husband and I found many pieces that we liked at the Ashley store in Carle Place. The first question we asked our salesman was “Do you have stores in Florida?” We were told NO by our salesman Angel. Then we asked if they deliver to Florida and we were told no, but that they were willing to hold the furniture we wanted and deliver to our NY home closer to our moving date in July. We bought over $13,000 worth of items. The manager, Marian, was involved every step of the way and knew that we were furnishing our new home in Florida. Never once did he say “We have stores in Florida!” My husband and I had to rent a storage unit to hold the furniture once it was finally delivered. In addition, since it isn’t being delivered to our new home, we have to pay to move it to Florida and forgo having the bed and the sectional put together and the 3 day window to inspect our purchases for damage. While in Florida last week, we passed an Ashley store within 30 minutes of our new home to be! Upon walking in, the friendly and knowledgeable saleswoman said, “I just sent someone moving to Atlanta to another store in Georgia because it was the right thing to do.” We were so upset because we were misled and lied to to get a sale! We are now not getting the level of delivery service and guarantee for our expensive purchases due to Angel and Marian not being forthcoming. On Sunday, while back in NY, we went directly to complain to the manager(s) of the Carle Place location. They explained that Ashley is a franchise that is independently owned. They agreed that we were misinformed. The manager listening to us said there was nothing he could do to make this matter right, but he took my phone number and promised that I would get a call from their boss. It’s been 3 days and I have yet to receive a call! *Originally I gave this store and salesmen a great review but had to edit my review once I learned about Florida locations.

This place is so huge and pretty with various furniture. Especially the salesperson whose name is Mr. Daguy is so nice and sincerely.

John was mild mannered, kind and patient. He was not pushy, he answered all of our questions and heard all of our "must haves" which assisted us in finding a new couch and ottoman Edit: John, who was all of these things in the store ordered us the incorrect couch orientation. After waiting for over a month, our couch arrived and it was wrong. We called the store to speak with him and no one answered so it got rerouted over and over again to customer service. They finally put us in touch with one of the managers, who assured me John would call upon arrival to his shift. He did not. After waiting over 4 hours, I called a John frustrated and upset, to which he said well who's to say who's fault it was... we explained to John what we needed and even drew the orientation out for him. Ashley has difficult lingo (right arm facing sectional, left arm facing love seat) - we didn't know which was which. So we trusted our "trusted advisor" to order what we were showing him. I am all for people making mistakes. We are human beings. It took John the whole 10 minute phone call to apologize and take any ownership at all after I had to repeatedly tell him, the least you could do is apologize. He could've had the decency to pick up the phone himself and call and say hey this got messed up, I'm gonna get it fixed for you- I wouldn't be here rewriting a review- something I've never done before. We asked both John and the manager to keep us posted with the ETA for our correct (hopefully) couch. Neither of them have done that without prompting on our end. Having had a previous issue with Ashley of Carle place and trying to give them second and third chances, after this treatment and lack of accountability- they will not be recieving any more of my business and I suggest you take your business to a different location as well.

EDIT 12/27/23 The couch we ordered with John around Thanksgiving weekend arrived on 12/23, but it was the wrong couch. We showed John a dozen times the proper orientation of what we needed to fit our living room, and the reverse order was placed. As the customer, it should not be on us to know the proper terminology for furniture placement. Mistakes happen, we are human. But after 6 hours of waiting for John to call and half a dozen phone calls that got rerouted from the store to general customer service then back to the store, John did not take any accountability for his mistake. His responses were the opposite of how he was in the store, and had the audacity to place the blame on my wife that this situation occurred. We are still waiting for John to reach out confirming our new delivery date. Ashley of Carle Place does not do right by their customers; do not give them your business. We certainly will not be. (Original review below) John was very kind, patient, and personable. He was able to answer all of our questions and assist us in getting our new couch.

My Friend and I Just purchased two mattresses from this Store. Our Associate, Maleak Jones was extremely professional. Maleak took his time with us to aid in our decisions. One of the worst experiences I've had. The salesmen and everyone in store are great, but after we ordered it has been a nightmare. First off we chose ashley furniture because we didn't want this headache. We spent near $10,000 and on a pair of couches, a sectional for the basement and 2 mattresses with bed frames. Fast forward 2 weeks and the couches, along with one mattress is being delivered. The other mattress ended up being on back order which we were informed a few days before the delivery date. The 2 couches in the living room were easily delivered along with the full size mattress, then the sectional (which I measured the hallway several times before ordering and knew it would fit) comes and they get everything but the corner piece into the room. They were trying to fit it through with the curve against the wall, damaging the sheetrock several times, all they had to do was turn it around. They tell me it needs to be taken apart and I talk to their supervisor about them bringing it back to the warehouse and having their team remove the back of it so it would fit. Fine, $180 charge, agreed they left. I go into the back yard and see the piece sitting out there with it going to rain that night. I call my brother he drives an hour and took us about 3 minutes to get it into the room that it didn't fit. A few days later the bedfranes arrive in boxes that looked like they were having a throwing competition with. What do you know, both bedframes are damaged and the one is missing a leg. A week later the final mattress arrives, great. They come rolled up vacuum sealed so I have them leave it in the living room while my new bedframe from RAYMOUR AND FLANIGAN is being setup. A few hours later we move the mattress up and open it, SURPRISE, it's the cheapest $800 mattress that they sell. We spent over $2000 on the mattress we ordered, now we have the replacement mattress being shipped after waiting another 3 weeks. I called to ask about the cheap mattress that is here and told them that I wanted a supervisor here when they remove it because now the house it fully furnished and they will be bringing it past 2 TVs, and the lady at the warehouse got an attitude with me about how their movers are professional, and it won't be a problem. In the next sentence she asked me if I had rope to tie the mattress in half for them. I'm sure this will go great tomorrow. Conclusion, ashley furniture is not a great company anymore and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Overpriced, lots of fees one of the items was damaged upon arrival that we didn't notice it right away, as they didn't install it, so we left it in the box. They wanted to send a technician. How do you fix a mirror that has a blemish?? It was also hard to get in touch when there was a problem/change needed for the order. our order was shipped in parts, instead of one order, which caused me to have to tip them twice and be available for two days, which was annoying.

My family and I had a great experience at this store. Derek and Christopher make you feel that your best interest is a client, is their priority. Outstanding customer service!

I purchased a sectional set in 2021. I was told the entire sectional sofa was 100% Genuine leather. Unfortunately, the sectional is now pilling and looks horrible. I went back to the store today was advised that only the back of the chair is leather. This very disturbing as I spend over $4,000. Customer service advised I would be refunded $200 for the warrant. Everyone needs to be aware of this store as they provide customers with information that is incorrect to secure a sale. I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. I am now considering taking legal actions as the invoice stated - Genuine leather.

We visit this store for the first time ever when shopping for sectionals sets at other stores around the area. We were impressed with the selection of furniture and the attention received by Kaylee, she was very patient and easygoing, totally NO pressure or rushing us, customer service and prices convinced us to buy here. Return policy is horrible: the mattress and box spring bought came 1 day earlier than our bed and we did not realize the bed did not need a box spring. Tried to return this un-used product and was basically told tough luck. Other stores allow you to try a mattress and return it if you don’t like it, not here. I won’t be buying from here again.
