I purchase a Tanavi sectional from Ashley with the 5 year protection plan and the fabric is of the lowest quality and the protection plan is a complete scam. Within months the fabric was pilling and there is no controlling it, the couch looks like it is 10+ years old. We had a warranty claim denied for a spill as well as the pilling. Spent $3400 on a couch that didn't even last 5 years.

Loved the bed however after the item was assembled in August it was realized that it was too high for a senior who had a stroke. She tried to manage and after realizing we are unable to lower it so a call was made to the store. Unable to get in touch with the store because it is a general number. 1 sign of not being good business. We had to speak via text and they said that the warranty is over but it's only 2 months. Unfortunately we did not ask thinking we get at least 6 months. 2nd sign of not being good business. I told them I was going to write a negative review because of this and they did not try to help me further. The home is close to the store it could be after a delivery. But NO ACCOMADATION were made. But we were accommodating when the canceled the first delivery and put it the next month. Be careful buying anything from Ashley Furniture on Carl Place. After they get your money they cannot help you.

Gustavo was excellent and was beyond helpful. My wife and I had trouble finding a couch due to our apartments layout and Gustavo was able to find us one that we absolutely loved while being fair with the price. I would most definitely be coming back here for all my furniture needs as long as he’s there. He was knowledgeable and very resourceful.

Kevin helped us purchase some bedroom pieces today. From the start he made us comfortable - told us he wouldn’t crowd us as we looked around but would stay in our eye-line if we had any questions. It was the perfect approach. We felt comfortable to walk around at our own pace. Going to Ashley’s furniture was honestly a breath of fresh air. After spending a day going to all of the furniture stores in the area, we were exhausted and overstimulated from “used car sales people” techniques and people pressuring us to buy and not allow us to look. At Ashley’s we were greeted but given the space needed to look at things on our own terms. Tatiana greeted us but allowed us the space to chat and look at couches. Angel Landaverde was the consumate professional : knowledgeable, caring and courteous. He spent an inordinate amount of time explaining the features of the sofa and loveseat, warranty,sales order,and delivery process. Communication was excellent.

We had a really great sales assistant named Angel who was very friendly and responsive to our needs. We were looking to replace a den couch/recliner and did not want to spend a lot of money. He immediately took us to the ‘outlet’ part of the store where we found the perfect piece. He did not try to waste our time by showing us the more expensive offerings which we were not interested in since this was a den piece, not a living room one. Angel is a young guy and this seems to be his first job out of school and he’s killing it.

Chris, our sales person was not pushy, asked the right questions, and helped us feel comfortable with our purchase.

He then asked my husband if he wanted water or coffee and my husband said water please. Angel showed me love seats that I really liked and he showed me certain things about the loveseats..I asked my husband to come over so I can show him the loveseat.that I like and he agreed with me. I went to the store in Carle Place although my sister warned me not to go cause the sales employees are horrible. I went yesterday walked in and an employee walked right passed me and said not one word. I walked the whole store and I looked to see who was were and another employee passed me and just smiled so I made my way back to the front and finally a person followed me to outlet room asked if I need help. I said no thank you, you are the first and only person to talk to me. I need a new bedroom set but it’s okay and he says but I’m here now I said No thank you and walked out. Perhaps because I was young or brown skin. Idk but they had no Customers store was empty so what do you all think was the reason for the mistreatment? Lesson learned Ashley’s Furniture

I apologize for the long winded review but there are so many issues with the order that I placed. First off it starts when I went into this location for a counsel. Spoke with a sales rep and he stated that it would take 6-8 weeks to arrive after a different location a week prior to purchase informed me that they can’t order because they cannot give me a delivery date. When the rep at carle place told me we can get it we decided to spend even more money and purchase a dinning room table set. The dining room table set got delivered within a week and that day I realized that on Ashley’s website the furniture I purchased was cheaper. I called the office and when I asked for a price match they said it can not be done. Fast forward to 8 weeks after ordering I called Ashley and they informed me it will be an additional 3 weeks. When the first delivery got set on the morning of delivery I received a phone call saying that the unit was damaged and it would take an additional 6-8 weeks to get the unit. At this point my tv, cable box and router is resting on my floor with 2 younge children in my home because I threw out the old counsel. At that time I spoke with an operations manager at the store and he informed me he can get it to me that Tuesday. I told him that’s great. I asked for some form of compensation (at least the price match) he informed me that he will speak to a sales manager and get back to me within an hour. I called 3 hours later and every hour after that until someone at the store answered I said who I was and then they hung the phone up. Fast forward to 2nd deliver date once again morning off delivery I receive a phone call from someone in corporate informing me that they will get this resolved and they will link up with someone from the location for compensation. The person from corporate gave me a new delivery date. I spoke with someone from the office and he heard me out and he informed me he will get me an answer on what they can do. Now the day before the 3rd delivery at 830pm I get a call from the warehouse saying the unit came damaged again and the new delivery date is a week from then. We will wait and see if that actually happens but the day the 3rd delivery date was I received a phone call at 739am saying that they are 15 minutes away. Unfortunately i am still waiting. Wouldn’t expect anything less. Let’s see what they come up with to compensate this issue and if the unit actually gets delivered on the 4th date that is promised.

I was greeted with professionalism by a store manager and treated with attentiveness by sales representative Mr. Daguy. Needed a certain mattress and he took the time to check and see if it was in stock so I wouldn't have to pay for a delivery fee. No luck still had to order it. But, Still worth it.

If you go to Ashley ask for Derek and jj. They were a great team who were so patient and kind showing us our options. They made sure everything was handled smoothly, including texting us on the day to make sure it went well. I never felt rushed or pressured and they took their time! So grateful for them!

After spending a good amount of time in the store we came across a couch we truly fell in love with. We sat on the couch had a whole conversation to the point where you felt like you were sitting in your living room with a friend and honestly that’s what had us hooked. We went in on a Friday afternoon & by Sunday we were back in the store to make our purchase. The entire process was smooth & our couch arrived within 3 days. Although the customer service was great in the store. The product arrived and it was so poorly made. They two handles were not able be screwed properly by the delivery person. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until they left. So disappointed. I want my money back or at least Ashley should replaced the screws and the handles.

This store is very shameful, very dishonest, and very disappointing. They don't have a return policy but they will tell you they do when you shop. Once you sign the deal and leave the store they will treat you like garbage and gaslight you going forward. They don't stand by their products, the salesmen will play dumb to your face, and they don't stand by their word. If you shop here you had better hope everything you order works perfectly otherwise you are going to be in for a real eye opener.

CLASSIC BAIT & SWITCH, went to Ashley Carle place location Feb 4th 2023 2pm Sunday, selected a bedroom set full-size for my daughter, a few days later it was delivered to my home when my daughter got home from school surprise surprise it’s a completely different design from what was displayed in showroom ,what a disappointment , Ive been calling every department, they have bounce me to another department to another manager, it goes on and on , I have spoken to maybe four or five managers and I’m still getting the runaround, well Ashley review this , “you sent the wrong item.” You never had that design in a full size so I was lied to, (just to make a sale )that’s a classic BAIT & SWITCH ..I am frustrated , as this should be a simple fix, Im not resting until this is resolve, I’ll exercise every medium to get Ashley to right this wrong… however long it takes, I’m not going away… In this era of social interaction with different social media platform reputation is currency . ASHLEY FIX THIS!

My name is Samantha I worked with Tatiana and Malik and they were the most pleasurable experience to deal with. It’s crazy walking into furniture stores, and you have to deal with people bombarding you and that was not my experience here I walked in. Everybody greeted me very nicely nobody attacked me. I saw Tatiana who I didn’t know who she was right away but I saw, and noticed the way that she was handling a customer And I really thought highly of how she was talking to the customer and being so friendly and just a normal person and I specifically waited for her and I’m so happy that I did. She helped me find the perfect couch. She listened to everything that I said that I wanted. She led me to every couch in the show room that she thought that I would like and we patiently tested every one of them out going back-and-forth from a few of them weighing out our best option. Malik came to help as well because he noticed that we were searching for different couches and that we were laughing so I guess he wanted in on the fun lol anyway, they both were super helpful. We ended up putting the best fitting couch together with an ottoman they even threw in a free floor lamp, everything was a seamless process start to finish, and I had a great few hours interacting with the both of them and furniture shopping. It was a pleasant, beautiful fun experience, and I met kindhearted good people who are sales people, but don’t act like sales people, they act like normal people who just are there working and guiding you to what you’re looking for having you make the sale everybody was professional and efficient. The store was clean and great prices for excellent furniture built to last. I also bought the stain protection because you have unlimited times where you’re allowed to claim and when you buy a white couch you need it and you’re silly if you don’t get it yes it’s a few hundred dollars extra but also hiring Stanley Steemer to come clean one time is way more than what the price of the protection is for unlimited services these days you have to be smart with your money anyway talk to Tiana at the very end wrap my floor lamp starts to finish if you head to the website and you see Tatiana with a white floor lamp, wrapped and tissue paper you’ll see that’s my purchase lol she was such a pleasant girl to work with and I’m so happy that I met her and I will be coming back to them for any future purchases please I highly recommend that you go see Tatiana and you will thank me later thank you guys for giving me a great experience and I just want to say this was not a paid review. I thought I had a good overall experience with this store, until I had issues with my purchase. Just be aware that there are no refunds and no exchanges after delivery on any of the products - unless they are visibly defective upon delivery. I now have a $2500 mattress that is not comfortable, and there's nothing anyone can do about it. I would strongly suggest going to a different furniture/mattress store for all your purchases. Sometimes things don't work out, and to spend this amount of money and not be able to return an item is insane and disappointing. Update - well it’s been 5 months and the Sealy mattress is still TRASH! I’m still waking up with aches and pains even after the “break in” period. For those reading DO NOT buy a mattress from this store. And frankly do not buy anything from this store because they offer ZERO returns if you’re unhappy with your purchase. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. You won’t regret it.

Derek made the process so seamless. Had no idea where to begin. He helped us find two beautiful sofas, end tables, coffee table, gave us a great rug recommendation and even helped us chose the paint that would go well with our furniture choices. I'm unsure how this place has 4.6 stars, but it definitely seems fake. I've never had as much of an unpleasant experience purchasing furniture as I did here. The person who helped me, Angelica, did not meet our basic needs in terms of a designated time frame for the delivery, which was communicated 48 hours prior to the delivery over a call, and sending important documentation over in a timely manner. You're better off building your own furniture from recycled materials than giving this place your business. Do yourself a favor and go to Bobs.

Outstanding New Year's Eve Shopping at Ashley Carle Place My New Year's Eve visit to Ashley Future Store in Carle Place was fantastic. Derek, our salesperson, was attentive and knowledgeable. He presented sofa options below, at, and above our expectations, allowing us to make an informed decision. We ended up ordering a leather sofa at the best possible price during the year-end sales. Do not trust the Carle Place Ashley store: Over the winter, after shopping around in many furniture stores, to furnish our soon to be new home in Florida, my husband and I found many pieces that we liked at the Ashley store in Carle Place. The first question we asked our salesman was “Do you have stores in Florida?” We were told NO by our salesman Angel. Then we asked if they deliver to Florida and we were told no, but that they were willing to hold the furniture we wanted and deliver to our NY home closer to our moving date in July. We bought over $13,000 worth of items. The manager, Marian, was involved every step of the way and knew that we were furnishing our new home in Florida. Never once did he say “We have stores in Florida!” My husband and I had to rent a storage unit to hold the furniture once it was finally delivered. In addition, since it isn’t being delivered to our new home, we have to pay to move it to Florida and forgo having the bed and the sectional put together and the 3 day window to inspect our purchases for damage. While in Florida last week, we passed an Ashley store within 30 minutes of our new home to be! Upon walking in, the friendly and knowledgeable saleswoman said, “I just sent someone moving to Atlanta to another store in Georgia because it was the right thing to do.” We were so upset because we were misled and lied to to get a sale! We are now not getting the level of delivery service and guarantee for our expensive purchases due to Angel and Marian not being forthcoming. On Sunday, while back in NY, we went directly to complain to the manager(s) of the Carle Place location. They explained that Ashley is a franchise that is independently owned. They agreed that we were misinformed. The manager listening to us said there was nothing he could do to make this matter right, but he took my phone number and promised that I would get a call from their boss. It’s been 3 days and I have yet to receive a call! *Originally I gave this store and salesmen a great review but had to edit my review once I learned about Florida locations.

John was mild mannered, kind and patient. He was not pushy, he answered all of our questions and heard all of our "must haves" which assisted us in finding a new couch and ottoman Edit: John, who was all of these things in the store ordered us the incorrect couch orientation. After waiting for over a month, our couch arrived and it was wrong. We called the store to speak with him and no one answered so it got rerouted over and over again to customer service. They finally put us in touch with one of the managers, who assured me John would call upon arrival to his shift. He did not. After waiting over 4 hours, I called a John frustrated and upset, to which he said well who's to say who's fault it was... we explained to John what we needed and even drew the orientation out for him. Ashley has difficult lingo (right arm facing sectional, left arm facing love seat) - we didn't know which was which. So we trusted our "trusted advisor" to order what we were showing him. I am all for people making mistakes. We are human beings. It took John the whole 10 minute phone call to apologize and take any ownership at all after I had to repeatedly tell him, the least you could do is apologize. He could've had the decency to pick up the phone himself and call and say hey this got messed up, I'm gonna get it fixed for you- I wouldn't be here rewriting a review- something I've never done before. We asked both John and the manager to keep us posted with the ETA for our correct (hopefully) couch. Neither of them have done that without prompting on our end. Having had a previous issue with Ashley of Carle place and trying to give them second and third chances, after this treatment and lack of accountability- they will not be recieving any more of my business and I suggest you take your business to a different location as well.

EDIT 12/27/23 The couch we ordered with John around Thanksgiving weekend arrived on 12/23, but it was the wrong couch. We showed John a dozen times the proper orientation of what we needed to fit our living room, and the reverse order was placed. As the customer, it should not be on us to know the proper terminology for furniture placement. Mistakes happen, we are human. But after 6 hours of waiting for John to call and half a dozen phone calls that got rerouted from the store to general customer service then back to the store, John did not take any accountability for his mistake. His responses were the opposite of how he was in the store, and had the audacity to place the blame on my wife that this situation occurred. We are still waiting for John to reach out confirming our new delivery date. Ashley of Carle Place does not do right by their customers; do not give them your business. We certainly will not be. (Original review below) John was very kind, patient, and personable. He was able to answer all of our questions and assist us in getting our new couch.

My Friend and I Just purchased two mattresses from this Store. Our Associate, Maleak Jones was extremely professional. Maleak took his time with us to aid in our decisions. First off we chose ashley furniture because we didn't want this headache. We spent near $10,000 and on a pair of couches, a sectional for the basement and 2 mattresses with bed frames. Fast forward 2 weeks and the couches, along with one mattress is being delivered. The other mattress ended up being on back order which we were informed a few days before the delivery date. The 2 couches in the living room were easily delivered along with the full size mattress, then the sectional (which I measured the hallway several times before ordering and knew it would fit) comes and they get everything but the corner piece into the room. They were trying to fit it through with the curve against the wall, damaging the sheetrock several times, all they had to do was turn it around. They tell me it needs to be taken apart and I talk to their supervisor about them bringing it back to the warehouse and having their team remove the back of it so it would fit. Fine, $180 charge, agreed they left. I go into the back yard and see the piece sitting out there with it going to rain that night. I call my brother he drives an hour and took us about 3 minutes to get it into the room that it didn't fit. A few days later the bedfranes arrive in boxes that looked like they were having a throwing competition with. What do you know, both bedframes are damaged and the one is missing a leg. A week later the final mattress arrives, great. They come rolled up vacuum sealed so I have them leave it in the living room while my new bedframe from RAYMOUR AND FLANIGAN is being setup. A few hours later we move the mattress up and open it, SURPRISE, it's the cheapest $800 mattress that they sell. We spent over $2000 on the mattress we ordered, now we have the replacement mattress being shipped after waiting another 3 weeks. I called to ask about the cheap mattress that is here and told them that I wanted a supervisor here when they remove it because now the house it fully furnished and they will be bringing it past 2 TVs, and the lady at the warehouse got an attitude with me about how their movers are professional, and it won't be a problem. In the next sentence she asked me if I had rope to tie the mattress in half for them. I'm sure this will go great tomorrow. Conclusion, ashley furniture is not a great company anymore and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Overpriced, lots of fees one of the items was damaged upon arrival that we didn't notice it right away, as they didn't install it, so we left it in the box. They wanted to send a technician. How do you fix a mirror that has a blemish?? It was also hard to get in touch when there was a problem/change needed for the order. our order was shipped in parts, instead of one order, which caused me to have to tip them twice and be available for two days, which was annoying.

My family and I had a great experience at this store. Derek and Christopher make you feel that your best interest is a client, is their priority. Outstanding customer service!

I purchased a sectional set in 2021. I was told the entire sectional sofa was 100% Genuine leather. Unfortunately, the sectional is now pilling and looks horrible. I went back to the store today was advised that only the back of the chair is leather. This very disturbing as I spend over $4,000. Customer service advised I would be refunded $200 for the warrant. Everyone needs to be aware of this store as they provide customers with information that is incorrect to secure a sale. I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. I am now considering taking legal actions as the invoice stated - Genuine leather.

We visit this store for the first time ever when shopping for sectionals sets at other stores around the area. We were impressed with the selection of furniture and the attention received by Kaylee, she was very patient and easygoing, totally NO pressure or rushing us, customer service and prices convinced us to buy here. Will update delivery when we receive the sectional. Delivery was perfect an on time. The guys took care of setting the sectional up and to clear all packing materials.

I had an amazing experience working with Julio Argueta. He took the time to show me several pieces that were present both on the floor and those for shipping through Ashley's warehouse. He was extremely patient and provided me with a wide variety of styles available in several price ranges. I am very pleased with my furnishing, now thats it's all completed (bedroom, living room and kitchen). We just bought the Maggie couch sofa and love seat from Ashley today and we’re so excited to get it delivered. Mark was the associate helping us out and he was amazing. Return policy is horrible: the mattress and box spring bought came 1 day earlier than our bed and we did not realize the bed did not need a box spring. Tried to return this un-used product and was basically told tough luck. Other stores allow you to try a mattress and return it if you don’t like it, not here. I won’t be buying from here again.

For starters the store is beautiful and I love how I was offered water, coffee or tea didn’t feel rushed out like I usually do in other retail spaces. She was amazing to know she just got hired shows the rigorous training you all go through. She made me feel so comfortable I can’t say the last time I had experience like that in a retail store, maybe pre Covid. Great job will be costing Carle place again keep this gem around she’s destin for great things!

UPDATE 11/30/23: Claim was approved over 2 months ago and still no refund. Not sure why the customer need to chase for 6 months for an error made by the store. Be very careful and read entire invoice before signing anything in store - DO NOT LET THEM RUSH YOU. Sales rep Peter sold us a 6pc reclining chair, 5 pc bed set, as well as a TV Stand and fire place insert. He added on a 5 year extended warranty plan to all items without clarification. Any item bought "AS IS" aka floor model is NOT covered by ANY warranty plan (1 year manufacture nor 5 year extended) One of the automatic recliners arrived broken and we were still dealing with customer service for 2 months now being passed along because no one will take responsibility. The bedframe and fireplace arrived damaged as well. The delivery guy took the broken item into the truck, PAINTED OVER THE DAMAGE and tried to pass it off. We returned all items due to the lack of trust and integrity. I did NOT receive my refund for the returned items and I called the store weeks later to follow up. After weeks of chasing, I asked to speak to Peter who has yet to return my call. The lack of care in service is appalling. The Ashley's customer care rep told me specifically the Peter had misinformed me of the qualifications of the 5 year warranty and I had purchased a non applicable plan - still working on refund for this. We've had better luck purchasing replacement furniture online and putting it together ourselves. Extremely disappointed that such a large company could have so many issues.

Furniture was delivered while we were not home. Fire pit table was covered once we got home and I did not think to inspect it. Once we opened it up to use it the first time, about 3 weeks after delivery, we noticed it was damaged on all 4 sides of the fire pit table. Ashley refused to rectify the damages because they weren't reported soon enough. Very sad to spend $6,000 on outdoor furniture and it gets delivered damaged and they cant rectify the issue. What makes it even worse, they had me submit the claim and go through the whole process, submit pictures, etc. Just to call me and tell me it is not covered.

This company messed up in so many ways it is hard to even count. Without going into too much detail, they delivered a broken chair to my parent's house. Customer service was so poor I eventually went to the showroom. Thankfully, the manager their was able to help me get the chair repaired, but the overall experience with the company was a nightmare. Three full days on the phone with them and I was eventually able to schedule a service appointment. I'm only writing this review because I'm sitting here waiting for the service technician to call me between 12 and 4 and the last time I missed their call. Unprofessional and rude.

The experience at this Ashley Furniture location was exceptional! Mark had helped us throughout our visit and made everything simple and easy. He took his time, was patient and understanding towards what we were looking for. We were able to find everything we needed smoothly. First time visiting this store - after searching for almost a year finally found what i wanted. Not only did this store have a nice selection of varying styles to choose from but pretty comfy furniture at great prices. The sales team is very courteous, extremely helpful - not pushy or intrusive at all. Will update after delivery! Update: happy with delivery - they were on time and very good about calling when the delivery was 10 minutes out and driver called when they arrived. They came prepared and worked quickly.

I purchased 2 lamps over a month ago at the Carle Place location and have been back 3 times to pick them up with no luck. There is definitely a communication breakdown here between the warehouse and the store. No one seems to know what’s going on and without a “visual manager” (not even sure what that is but if they are important they should be working on the weekends) in the store no one is able to track down my order. They will be delivering them to my house this week. Fingers crossed!

Customer service is disappointing...I purchased a couch in 2022. Not long after the purchase, there was a problem with the loveseat. The loveseat can be reclined and is electric. However, it is stuck open and we weren't able to close it. I had purchased the warranty so I set up a claim. They use a third-party service called 5starservice. The claim was set up on 8/2022. At first, we had no problems. They sent a technician out to fix the couch. Someone came and did the repair. The fix lasted a week and then, we had the same issue. I called in the same month to let them know we are having the same problem. I was told they are going to order the parts that are needed and then would arrive in 8-12 weeks. I never received any parts. I followed up in October and they said my claim was closed and denied. I never received one phone call about this. I had to argue to let them know that they made the mistake. We had to set up a new claim in October and I am still waiting on the parts approval for the order. It's been six months...Each time I call they keep telling me that it is still being worked on. We were excited about our new furniture when we bought it but, I don't recommend them anymore.

Just left Ashley’s of Carle place LI. Although we didn’t get what we wanted I have to say the service of the staff, particularly from Jeff was impeccable. Very friendly and personable. We spent an hour trying to find what we needed to no avail and not for lack of trying. We will definitely return. Thank you Ashley’s!

Well dont speak out of your A*** promise customers something you can't give. Don't sell broken furniture either, for children to sleep on.

Do not shop at Ashly furniture. Your better off going to Roseavelt ave and buy the cheapest furniture and it would be better/ last longer than this place. We purchased a dining set from there, no even 2 years later the leather started to peel. We were sold a platinum warranty and told everything was covered from rips to scratches no matter what. What a scam and flat out lie. 2 grand in the garbage. I would also like to add we barley used it. Mostly on holidays and family dinners. A total of 2 dozen times, at most.

WORST STORE EVER. We came to the store looking for a sectional that was in stock and could be delivered within a week. Candice our salesperson told us the sectional we liked wouldn't be delivered until 12/17, so we said no that's not going to work for us. She said hold on let me speak to my manager, comes back to us and said I can have it to you by next Saturday.We call to confirm our delivery since we never heard anything the night before. The woman who answered the phone told us our furniture would not be coming until December 20th! So they lied to make a sale. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! THEY LIE TO MAKE A SALE.Went to Raymour instead and it was a much easier and reliable process!!!

We had a great experience here. Met with Jeff at the door and he was on point. Will spare the details but we are able to spot a furniture option for the bedroom and moved on to a mattress selection, where we met Ana. Ana was very knowledgeable and pretty much knew with we were looking for. We did pivot to another set of furniture because of our mattress selection but we were very successful in doing that. Excellent experience here! Looking forward to having better sleep!

Visited Ashley’s in Carle place after shopping all over to other furniture stores and going to multiple Ashley’s locations. After meeting Derek Cherney I decided to purchase a couch. He was nice, patient and honest. He made the shopping experience much better. I will definitely be a valued customer thanks to Derek. Anyone needing any furniture should go there and ask for him. He really took care of us!

False advertisement/ scam. The manager was very misleading when selling me the platinum warranty for our couch. He told us it’ll be hassle free claims and repairs are done in house. We were never given an information booklet with the full terms and conditions of the plan. When we tried to put in a claim after my child drew all over the couch, the company (which is outsourced, not from Ashley like told) refused to replace the cushions that were damaged bc it was in too many different spots , nulling the warranty. Such a scam, hopefully this review will help others from getting fooled as I did

I’m amazed with this store and their great team … it was my first time visiting this store and as soon as I walked in, it felt like a warm and friendly environment. A guy named Robert (Bobby) welcomed and attended me and he was very kind and patient with me 👍🏻 excellent customer services …. I explained what I was looking for and he made sure to show me the different types of couches they had and helped me figure out which one would be ideal for my parents. He was very attentive and made me feel even more excited to purchase what I was looking for. He made my experience at the store amazing and my parents gratefully received their couch with only 4 days after I ordered which is amazing 👍🏻 and the quality of their products and prices are spectacular…. Ashley was a great experience from showroom to delivery! Derek C at the Carle Place store was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and full of great recommendations! We are going back for other furniture soon and will work with him again! Ashley styles are just what we need and the prices are super reasonable. Other friends had recommended Ashley to us after looking at ridiculous prices elsewhere. We want to push the recommendation now to others to go to Ashley!

Candice was the reason we decided to buy at Ashley’s. Prior to meeting her, we had gone in the store on a Monday night and we did not feel a very welcoming vibe. So when we decided to try the store one more time, we were surprised at the kindness and professionalism of Candice, and then Ana! Both were amazing at ensuring we were well cared for with tea and that our selection of couch would fit in our home. Would definitely recommend doing business with this Ashley’s and make sure to talk to Ana and/or Candice for great customer service!

The customer service team and delivery men were all very courteous and helpful to our needs. But we will never order from Ashley Furniture again. First of all, our sales representative did not inform us that everything purchased is NOT returnable. We ordered an extremely expensive motorized base. We were very unhappy and uncomfortable sleeping on it. We called to return just the base but Ashley furniture would not accommodate us with a refund or echange. Mywhich we only had for two weeks but after several phone calls and a runaround from this company

Really enjoyed buying a new sectional for our new renovation. The salesperson, Peter, was very patient and helpful. We worried about the furniture fitting through the doorways and he told us to take pictures of the pathway the furniture delivery needed. His friendly manner was just what we needed having been to several other furniture stores. The price was great too but the friendliness mattered more. Thanks.

Ashley's was first store i went to to look at for my couch and love seat . Josh was patient and knowledgeable. He steered us in the right direction. Pete was there for when I returned to purchase the sofa and love seat he made it easy and seamless. Helped set us up with a delivery date . I definitely will come back again .

The furniture is decent, but the warranty service may not be worth it as there's a lot that isn't covered... typical warranty service. For 300 bucks, they could at least cover the first claim of it's small enough. Customer service feels like you're a bother to them.

Poor customer experience and chaotic selling process. Buying furniture here means coming prepared to haggle like in a used car dealership. The sales rep will tell you a discount only to be told that they can not honor the discount. I literally had a coupon for 20%, when presented the sales rep told me that they can only do 15% because the sale order was under $3000. No where on the coupon does it state that there is a minimum spend to avail the coupon. And the weird part is that prices on the Ashley website are comparable to what the sales person will give you. I recommend going into the store only to browse and get a feel for the furniture. If you like something order it online and avoid haggling and knowing you will get ripped off. Most times the Ashley website has cheaper prices than the physical store.

Transaction was smooth. Sales person Joshua explained everything and advised at his best. We definitely recommend shopping from Ashley specially your expensive furniture.

Nice furniture & the sale reps I had were so nice. Tara from the Glendale store is so helpful. Goes above & beyond to assist you & very knowledgeable. Not her sale but she informed me about going to the Hybrid Ashley store in Garden City where both Outlet & new pieces are shown. Chris T, Mgr of the Carl’s Place store was great too. Patient & showing me different options of recliners. & colors to go with the couch I wanted that was in the outlet center. Had a nice experience purchasing furniture thanks to these great Sale Representatives. James in the Farmingdale Outlet was nice as well, but Glendale & Carle Place stores were more convenient to go back too. Plus I purchased a recliner that was in the store vs the outlet, which better fit my need than the one that was part of the couch selection.

They are awesome and truly cared about what we needed and weren’t pushy or trying to just sell for profits sake. We had very specific needs and they met every single one. Delivery is just a scam trying to force you into paying extra money for the break down services. According to Ashley’s delivery people the same size couch that fit in my house before cannot fit now so I have to pay for break down services. Waste of my time and money. Trash service and trash delivery.

The team at the Ashley Homestore were extremely helpful during my search for the right couch. Due to Jeffrey and Marlon’s guidance/professionalism, I purchased the perfect sectional for my new home. I am excited for its arrival, but can’t thank the team enough for their help during this process!

Absolutely the worst experience dealing with this store and company. I purchased a living room set and the sofa was sinking within 3 months. We are not heavy people at all. I called to exchange and they have jerked me around for 6 months and now tell me since it’s over a year they can’t do anything. They jerked me for months with emails prolonging the replacement. I’m so upset. I’ll never buy from this company again.

They are very helpful and friendly. Josh and Derick are very accommodating. Josh answer’s all our questions and help us decide on what best for my husband that has a back surgery recently. He knows his products and also he helps us manage the our payment option. The store is very clean, they have great products and everybody greeted and talked to us even we are not their client. Very good team work. Josh is actually quite new in that store but he is very knowledgeable. And we really appreciated that Derrick made my husband cup of coffee even they’re already closing. It was a great experience. The associates would even do a mock diagram on their iPad to ensure the furniture made sense for the rooms it was going to be placed. Only downside is sales reps do not give their cards out. It can be a little bit of a hassle to get in touch with the sales reps after I leave the store.

Warranty service not worth entering at all. I joined the Platinum Warranty Service when I purchased my dining room table. At that time, the salesperson explained to me that any minor scratches during the five-year period would be covered by the warranty and the table would be almost brand new. But in reality, despite the large scratches, all claims were not approved no matter how many times I made a claim. Our family has to continue to use the scratched table by paying not cheap and useless money for insurance. I consider this warranty a scam. I would like to educate everyone to never enter into it.
