My wife and I just moved to the area and we needed to furnish our house, having no clue how to do it. We went to a few furniture stores, and left with some prospects of purchase but didn’t buy. Our last stop was Ashely in Farmingdale, and thankfully we had Mike Lopiccolo to help us. It was a seamless, easy and fun process. Mike’s knowledge of product and patience were greatly appreciated. As he explained everything to us and showed us all possible options, we knew that we were in the right place. With this guidance we purchased both a couch and dining room table that will truly turn our house into a home. I will be quick to recommend folks from the area and those out of the area to stop in and work with Mike for their furniture needs. We left breathing a sigh of relief and the confidence to know that if needed any more furniture we have the exact person to go to.

Marisa Weinstein thank you so much. Your expertise is so appreciated. I do shop at Ashley's furniture and staff is usually friendly and knowledgeable, but Marisa is beyond that. She completely understand the in and out of anything I was curious about and helped me make the best decision. She's a wonderful story telling, entertaining relatable and a overall good time. I do not like shopping but Marisa made this enjoyable. And my dad love the product!

Absolutely Disappointed – Poor Customer Service and Empty Promises We recently purchased a floor sample bed from Ashley Home Furniture, and from start to finish, the experience was frustrating and disorganized. The salesperson, Karim, was friendly but clearly new and just following his manager’s lead. When we first walked in, they were heavily promoting a “free Stanley cup” offer with purchases over $299. We ended up buying a floor sample my mother liked, and were told the 20% scratch-off discount didn’t apply—fine, we understood that. But after completing the purchase, the Stanley cup promo was conveniently forgotten. I had to bring it up myself as I was walking out. The salesperson just handed me a slip of paper and that was it. Despite following up multiple times afterward, no one gave a clear answer or seemed to care. I guess once the sale is made, customer service is no longer a priority. To make matters worse, we were told we couldn’t pick up the item right away and needed to wait 72 hours for the warehouse to prep the floor model for pickup. I questioned this since it was a weekend and seemed like a simple request. When I called back on Monday, they said we could pick it up after all. So I rented a van—only to arrive and find the item hadn’t even been moved. It was still sitting on the showroom floor in the exact same spot. Then came the attitude from the visual manager (I didn’t catch her name). She was completely condescending and claimed, falsely, that no one ever said the item would be packed. I had to correct her—I didn’t refuse packaging, I refused to pay $300 for delivery. Instead of owning the miscommunication, she chose to lie and deflect blame. No wrapping, no protection—just a large, heavy item we had to lift ourselves from a warehouse bay nearly 6 feet high. Shoutout to Kevin from back of warehouse. Who was super helpful and had more customer service and care than the management!! To top it off, as I’m about to leave, I’m stopped and told I still need to “pay”—despite having paid in full at the time of purchase. Turns out they just needed me to sign something, which took another 15 minutes. During that time, they brought out another part of the bed

Kareem was very helpful and helped us find the perfect furniture for our home. He gave in depth explanations for all the products and made our worries and any issues with the products go away. Fae was also very helpful with explaining the payment and all the steps during purchasing our furniture

We just purchased a new sofa, bedroom set, dining table, and mattress, and were extremely happy with the entire experience. Each piece not only met but exceeded our expectations in terms of quality, comfort, and style.The entire process—from ordering to delivery—was smooth and professional. The team, Mike and Karim were so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful with explanations, which made the experience stress-free. Mike even offered water and made us coffee.
