Worst store. They have the worst customer service. They delivered the wrong size rug to our home and we called right away and asked to exchange it for the bigger size and they gave us so many issues. Told us we have to pay for another delivery fee. I will never buy from this store again and I will never recommend this store.

Bad experience Was told a potential delivery date Couch was then not available for that date. Was given another date that it would be available. Couch never showed on the date we were promised Called and found out the delivery was never scheduled. Was without a couch more than 2 weeks when we were originally told we would have it in 3 days.
Absolutely blown away at the customer service we received from Marc at this location!!!!!!! We have already recommended him and this store to a few friends who are looking for furniture! The store itself was very well stocked and super clean! We did not feel haggled or hassled at any point, especially under Marc’s care. We are so grateful for him as he made an overwhelming and dreaded process enjoyable, easy and fun! My husband and I needed a couch and had a pretty specific style in mind as well as the exact dimensions needed. Not too picky on material or colors etc, but, more so the style we wanted and something that would fit in our house. Marc greeted us as we walked in but did not follow us around or overcrowd us. Cant tell you how many other stores we tried prior to this one and had sales rep following and badgering us. So uncomfortable but I can’t stress that enough that we did not feel like that in the slightest here. At first we decided to look at a few options on our own since we kind of knew what we wanted to look for and then enter Marc !!! He checked in on us and we asked if he knew if they had anything to fit our vision/needs and size- and he was super quick to show us a few top running options. From feeling overwhelmed, dreadful about the process and ”furniture fatigued”, to excited to have two or three top options we loved equally- Marc was able to help us buy exactly what we wanted! Did not feel pressured or pushed into anything and I’m so glad we worked with him. He was the key to this process for us. Not only is what we bought the style we had in mind, but it’s going to fit the vibe of our new house perfectly. We are SO excited to receive it this weekend so we can begin to enjoy it and host holidays! Highly, HIGHLY recommend you ask to work with Marc. He was so knowledgeable, processional, and personable! This place is such a find! Lots of items on display with fantastic prices! The sales representatives, especially Mike, couldn’t be nicer. They give you space while you walk around making decisions. I would just like to say thank you to Marisa at this lovely establishment. I am a very old woman— I am slow and take a long time to make decisions because I am living on a budget. She was so patient with me and my toasted brain. She even helped me shuffle around with my bad knees. I found a wonderful new bed after Putie and I wore out the one I had. My back was in a shambles. I am now sleeping so nicely and my hips can move again, ooh dah dah! Thank you, Marisa, for helping out a senior citizen like me. She even put up with an hour of my boring stories and endless questions. I highly recommend this store and urge you to ask for Marisa- I am from the old school where customer service used to mean something and let me tell you, she is up there with the best of them. It was a good experience because we bought a dresser that was at a decent price but not real wood. I didn't like that shipping was the only option (especially when there was one on display that was in perfect condition). I guess it's not like the 'ole days anymore... 1/4 of The price of this nice "chest of drawers" was for 'shipping' which was $100 and then add L. I.'s pathetic tax they tax on us.. It ended up not being such a decent price 😔
The absolute worst customer service and uneducated employees. Do not know their company’s policies. They will upsell products, when purchased a couch Marisa added 5 year customer care and guarantee to fit. Then went for a bed and received the wrong mattress. It was not what was on the sales floor. Was told could send out a tech to check out bed and customer service said employees are not authorized to suggest that service. Sonny has no customer etiquette. They are clearly only worry about the commission and not the customers. Make sure you double check everything they give you. Regardless of their error it ends up being your fault because you should Clock in and know sku numbers even though the sales receipt does give details. STAY AWAY

Ordered 4 chairs and was given a time frame of 7-10 days and at the time told them I needed them no later than 8/16 and they told me NO PROBLEM. Needless to say 3 weeks later I received a call they were in. I needed the island chairs to show off my new kitchen to guests who ended up on folding chairs. Ashley’s refused to compensate me for their screwup so I will tell everyone I know to never shop at Ashley’s . If I could give zero stars I would

My husband and I visited the Ashley outlet in Farmingdale , NY today. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly employees who were helpful in directing us towards the item we were looking for. The store was not crowded at the moment which let the employees, Marissa and the store manager, to engage in conversation with us. I felt like they were old friends they were so friendly. We had been looking for new seating for our living room for quite some time. We have looked online and in multiple stores but either didn't see what we liked, the cost was over budget or it was out of stock. We went to the Ashley Furniture Outlet on route 110 in Farmingdale, NY and was assisted by Marc. He was attentive without being pushy and listened to us described what we were looking for to fit our needs. Marc showes us sofas and love seats that matched what were were looking for and explained the features and options. He was very engaging and made the process enjoyable. The delivery team - both at Ashley and the actual guys that come are scam artists. They try to make deals so you give them extra cash then say Ashley will reimburse jt. They speak in Spanish to each other , then lie to you about what was said. Ashley team on the phone speak to you like you're a dumb piece of sh*t. Disgusting and never go back. You have been warned.

TERRIBLE STORE. Not only did they assemble my couch leaving a nail sticking out of it causing a small scrape on my mom's arm, but when I recently called because I need help disassembling my couch to move into a new home, they refer me to 3rd party resources? What kind of business is this? If I purchased this from YOU, why don't you provide this type of long-term service? This is out of my control and I shouldn't have to track down 3rd party companies to assist with a purchase I made directly from your store.

Had a wonderful experience at Ashley's HomeStore Outlet. I have previously purchased our dining room set and guest bedroom set here. The prices were what we were looking for and we received quality products as well.Our recent purchase for our basement couch was the best experience we've had due to the sales associate, Marisa. She was SO helpful with products and sizing for what we were looking for. She clearly loved what she does and knows her stuff. Our purchase was due to her wonderful help and guidance. We went home to double check the measurements and returned back to make the purchase when she was there. She also offered to finalize the purchase over the phone if it was easier for us. She worked with us on pricing and we appreciated her help! Would definitely return again and work with Marisa!

They had nice stuff at a good price. Tony helped me and another young guy who unfortunately I can’t remember his name. I came the next morning to pick up a couch I bought and when I got there the other guys working said they weren’t prepared to move the couch out and asked me to come at another time. For me this was my only chance to take the couch with a busy week ahead and having asked a friend for a favor in helping me pick it up. So they said go ahead and take it. It was on a back wall with much more furniture blocking a clear path to take it out, which I had to move myself. Another gentleman who was shopping with his wife is the one who helped us to clear the way. I just thought it was crazy how they sold a couch and then weren’t willing to bring it to the outside of the building for me.

We originally went to Ashley’s Furniture store to furnish our new home. The pricing was a little bit out of our budget especially to furnish a whole house. We decided to take a look at Ashleys Outlet. We were greeted by Jessica who showed us around the show room and helped us pick out all the furniture we needed and answer any of our questions. We were able to pick out and get all the furniture we wanted and needed for about half the price of the Ashley’s Store. After we left I started to question the couch we picked out while we were waiting for delivery. I reached out to Jessica and she went out of her way to search for every single couch in their inventory that matched more of what I was looking for. After her sending me over 100 couches I was able to pick one that fit more of our style and I was happy with. Once all our furniture was delivered the delivery guys put everything together for us and explained how certain pieces worked. It was the best decision to go with Ashley’s Outlet. The whole process was effortless and we are in love with our furniture especially the couch! And a huge thank you to Jessica for being so amazing at her job and what she does and going above and beyond for her customers!

LOW Quality products they DON'T STAND BEHIND! Furniture is 1 year old. It's falling apart and leaving dangerous furniture nails on the dining room floor. We purchased the 5 year protection plan. They don't care that this is dangerous because we have a young son... they admitted to me on the phone that it's unsafe and told me to highlight the safety risk when I talk to "Platinum " the warranty provider. Despite platinum website, saying that you can file a claim over the phone, they refuse to take claims over the phone. Worse yet it takes two business days to review a claim. So the soonest that I will be able to talk to a real human being about the giant furniture nails That are falling on my floor is four days from now. It's currently Friday and they told me they will most likely call me on Tuesday.This is at least the 3rd nail that has fallen out, if not the 4th... we only just figured out where it's coming from... 2 came out in the last 2 days!! Never again Ashley!!! Never again Platinum!!! Use Raymor & Flannigan. For the tribal extra money it costs to shop there, they'll actually give a shit about you as a customer. Shop at Ashley, save 5% or less, they'll never respond to you or care about your concerns... you are ON YOUR OWN!!!

I walked in and not a single person came to help. I needed a recliner for my brother, who is very very sick. My intention was to come in and buy same day. Someone finally came to ask us if we need help but there was a white woman next to us and he helped her instead. Needing the chair, I asked him the price. He gave it and continued to help the woman. No problem. It was taking a while so I sought out someone else asked if the chair came in any other color. He did respond but before I could blink my eyes, he left us to go help a white couple. Baffled and insulted I left the store. I can't believe they treated me like that. It was terrible. I went to a furniture store (Bobs had why I wanted comparable) and a very nice worker helped me make my purchase. Customer service goes a long way. I will never be back to Ashley. Raymour & Flanigan and Bob's have so much better customer service!! Go there instead!!!!
Ordered and received a sectional. Service was very good but moments after it was delivered we noticed a big stain on the sectional sofa ☹️
I cannot fathom the unprofessional behavior I experienced today. We parked in the lot as we were looking to purchase a sectional (we narrowed it down to 3 and were very excited.) We went to make a quick stop in the lot next door. A salesman banged on the glass and told us we couldn't park there (quite rudely.) I understood as there is limited space in the lot and I explained we were going to pick up one item and come right back to shop. He informed me I would be towed. Despite his blatant nasty attitude (again, I understand due to limited space he wanted to ensure we were actually customers) I then offered to make my purchase at their location first. He then condescendingly and rudely told me even if I did purchase from there, he would still have me towed if I picked up my singular item next door. I will admit I was not so polite after as he completely embarrassed me in front of other patrons and left absolutely livid. We went to Raymore and Flannigan's down the road instead and got a beautiful reclining sectional without the embarrassing, rude and condescending attitude.
My wife and I had an amazing sales experience with salesman, AJ. AJ was extremely courteous, professional and respectful. AJ was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure the furniture we chose was in stock and could be delivered on the date we wanted. AJ went above and beyond to make our first shopping experience with Ashley Furniture a positive and memorable one. We can not thank him enough for all that he did for us.

Awful experience!!!! Awful customer service!!!! I paid in full for a sectional. I was assured it would be delivered as soon as I wanted it. I let them know 3 weeks ahead of time when to deliver. Half of the sectional was delivered! When I questioned where is the missing pieces I got a million different excuses. Then after a week of trying to find out what's going on I now get told that there discontinued it!!!! Then they offer me the floor model that was in there store for months! I paid for a brand new sectional!! I was assured ot would be put aside for me and tagged bc I paid in full!!!! Now they want to offer me a store model with a measly 150 bucks off!!!!! I am still waiting for customer service to call me back it's been 3 weeks now!!!!!!! The worst experience!!! I'll never recommend this company!
Absolutely awful!!! Delivery men put a hole in my ceiling, scratched my brand new wood floors, chipped my wall and broke my light switch. ....ALL of which is on video and was sent to the claims department and customer service. The delivery men said they would pay cash to for the damage and told us that we could not report it to Ashley. They would not take all the damaged furniture and we did not pressure them to as we were made to feel VERY uncomfortable in our own home with unprofessional behavior. After contacting Ashley, they are refusing to pick up the remaining pieces and credit us and no one has contacted us regarding the thousands for dollars in home damage. The reps were defensive and in not so many words called us liars. The videos and the pics prove otherwise. My advice is to stay far away!! I should have believed all of these bad reviews!!!

I purchased a sectional because of how truthfully I thought the agent and this place was. l was promised by Mike L. That the sectional couch were coming with 4 pillows (As per Mike L.), After getting the delivery, I only received 2 pillows. I tried to get in touch with him by calling the store and they continued to tell me that I would be responsible for the other 2 pillows if I wanted it. Mike L. Was suppose to give me a call back but never did. It is very unusual for me to leave a bad feedback but I don't like being promised 1 thing and when you purchase your sectional (everything is well and promised) BUT when its time to fix the problems, no one wants to get back to me nor fix the issues. That's horrible customer service and false information. I hope somebody could get back to me in regards to this.

We went to Ashley Outlet Store in Farmingdale looking for a couch, with no intention of finding something we would love. I was in the store and the assistant manager Anthony barret advised me to open credit made me run my credit telling me the item I wanted was in stock but after I ran my credit he said it's not in stock what a scam just to get his benefits I would of never open my credit i wanted the sleeper I didnt like the couch that much with out the sleeper the furniture is so cheaply made from the beginning he was more mad at his own mistake very dissatisfied with his service he couldn't even say he was sorry or was his fault

We walked into Ashley not knowing exactly what we wanted and was pleasantly greeted with Marisa. She helped guide us to what might look best in our space. We had stopped at a few other showrooms in the same day but had decided to purchase from Ashley outlet in Farmingdale solely because of her. The next day unknowingly we contacted her on her day off but she immediately responded and got back to us with all the information we needed to move forward on a purchase. 10/10 service by her and she made this whole process super easy. We will be definitely recommending her and Ashley going forward!
Absolute worst experience. Spend your money elsewhere!!! The manager was incompetent. Not in a way that would be a mistake but would actually lie just to make the sale I purchased a couch for a Super Bowl party that I was guaranteed would be delivered before the party (except for the ottoman). The manager multiple times said it would be there with no problems he called the warehouse and made sure the appropriate notes have been made. But of course the warehouse said they won't ship it separately and said blamed on the manger. Then I had to front the money for a delivery team to pick up the couch separately. That Ashley's was reluctant to use and take off my bill at the end. The second issue was the payment. I was told I was put on a free payment plan and was NOT signing up with a credit card. I thought why not? This was a $3300 purchase so I might as well take advantage. Not only did the store manager tell me this was not a credit card. The clerk working the finance department assured me this was not a credit card. To their own admission they told me after the fact that I they where wrong. The 3rd issue then comes with the "warranty" that I now know I was conned into purchasing. It sounded like a fair deal. It covers any damage or stains to the couch and will replace what ever they can't get out. After spilling some wine I decided to use it. Of course this takes MONTHS to process. The warranty company has you fill out paperwork online but then does not contact you at all. After a week I finally was able to get through after calling and they said it would take another 2 weeks to get a technician out. Finally a tech comes who couldn't get the stain out. That's the last I heard from the "warranty" company. I called Ashley direct and they said they would send condone to replace the fabric. The fabric would take 2 weeks to deliver THEN they would have to schedule someone to come out that took another 2 weeks. I asked my point person Melanie why doesn't the tech bring the supplies, so he can make sure all the parts are ordered properly. She said no trust them they will make sure the right parts are ordered and of course 2 months later the tech is here saying he doesn't have the right parts. So now I will have to wait another month. Melanie has not been the least bit helpful. Has not offered anything ( rush delivery, a simple discount on the couch or warranty). Thsi was after spending $2,000 on a bedroom set a month before. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT SHOP HERE. The headache of dealing with them is not worth your time and energy.

Rudest sale manager told me one price come back to buy it next day 45 min drive up there just be told they are charging 1,500$ more then quoted and told me I was a waste of his time nice to say to a customer stay far away from here better options and nicer people at other outlet locations stay away from this one

DO NOT SHOP HERE. So much frustration dealing with this company. To be fair, my instore experience was quick & easy. Everything beyond that was overwhelmingly frustrating. I would rather chew on mud than go through this process again. I paid for the couch to be delivered on Apr 1st (confirmed with the salesman). I call a week ahead of time & nobody has any record of this day. Lost a week. The delivery guys show up 6:30am on Saturday & the couch doesn't fit through the door. Now I need to pay an extra $200 for some special break down & rebuild service. Whatever, lost a week. Two days before the delivery it gets randomly rescheduled for a week later. Some issue with their system. Lost a week. Finally, the delivery guys arrive and start rebuilding the couch!! It's the wrong couch lol. A mis-pick from the factory. Lost a week. I promise I would have lost more days/weeks if I didn't constantly call to confirm the dates. Every time I have a conversation with a customer service rep, the next rep has absolutely no idea what I'm talking about. I literally needed to babysit this company throughout this whole order. I couldn't brainstorm more ways for this couch to frustrate me. The worst part of this process was dealing with the customer service. Truthfully, I went full Karen because this whole process was just not right. I am taking days off of work, I am constantly calling the store to confirm & reschedule and all the while I am sitting on beach chairs in my living room waiting for a couch that was supposed to be delivered a month ago. I was treated with disrespect from so many employees. I call to complain & the line goes dead.. or I get put on hold for 25 mins.. lol. Both happened in the same day so I had to go to the store. I finally get through to their 'customer service manager' (Amar) and he is the most disrespectful by far. Had no patience for me or my problems. Honestly, I hate leaving reviews but I was just too disrespected throughout this whole process. I told them I was going to leave negative reviews everywhere I could if they didn't make this right & they didn't care at all. So that's what I'm doing. Do not shop here. No respect for customers and no accountability on their constant mistakes. Do yourself a favor and eat mud instead.

I was very happy. Until I got home and took out the boxed chair and the two chairs do not match! During dinner, the person who was sitting on the assembled chair barely fell because screws fell out of the chair ! I guess it wasn’t assembled correctly, I hope tomorrow the salesman or customer service will make this right. Ashley did call me and said they would exchange the chair but it would be next month, I said that was fine

Beautiful furniture; Worth the Trip. I was happy with my purchase and after having a situation while in warranty they were able to send out a replacement. My only complaint is that it took over 3 weeks for the replacement to be shipped... still waiting for delivery & installation.

5 stars. We have a small living room with tough measurements for furniture. Basically the girl at bobs didn’t really know much about measurements and turned us off after telling us the dimensions we needed were going to be difficult to find and there’s not much options. She gave bad vibes we left. Went to Raymour and Flanagins…lol, never again. Last place that we were passing by, Ashley Furniture. Walked in, was approached by Meech who said he can help us out. Explained what we needed. He didn’t even flinch at the dimensions. Showed us around. Asked us the best questions. Had us draw a lay out of the living room and how we exactly wanted it. He proceeded to find us EXACTLY what we were looking for, to the T. Down to earth, not salesy or pushy ( he didn’t even need to be due to how genuine he was). Ashley in Farmingdale NY, see meech. Best place to buy furniture on long island
After searching for weeks and weeks, and from store to store, walking into the Ashley furniture outlet in Farmingdale was like a breath of fresh air! We’ve been on the hunt for a sectional sofa for a family room and found one we really liked at Ashley furniture outlet. Our salesman Joe could not have been nicer and his associate Samantha was just as lovely to deal with. There was no high pressure to buy, they were very knowledgeable about all the products that they sold and the whole process from start to finish was super easy. I highly recommend checking them out!
Went shopping on Black Friday shopped all over and I found excellent service provided by the sales representatives that inspired my husband and I to make it the final stop in our furniture hunting for Black Friday. Thank you Joe and Keith for having the patience to work this through and making sure that we walked out completely satisfied and the prices were great so I would highly recommend. Ashley is the WORST!!! I purchased a dining room set, was told it would be here November 17 as I need it for a dinner party November 20. Got an email saying the delivery for the table was unscheduled but the 6 chairs were coming. What!? So I’m getting chairs but no table…when I called I was told the table was coming November 22….this place is a joke!!!

Sales people were great. Response for damages not so good. They do not stand behind product as should. New product damaged by delivery and hidden fro. I will never m us should have been replaced but weeks of phone calls results in nothing being done only lip service. Do not purchase by anything unless you inspect it with a magnifying glass before signing for it, you are stuck after that

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ordered a bedroom set, came damaged, every single piece, delivery guys parked on my lawn, left styrofoam all over the place inside the house and outside. When I pointed out the damaged furniture, delivery guy took out a sharpie to correct the damages. Customer care service was not helpful until I had my sister-in-law, who’s a lawyer, call them. I will never buy anything from them ever again. Buyer beware!!!

We hit 8 furniture stores along Sunrise Highway and Farmingdale with our last stop being Ashley Outlet. Jessica the sales rep was what made the difference, she was very knowledgeable of the inventory on offer and walked us through the store and online catalogue. Her professionalism, patience and good nature replaced our frustration with an enjoyable and productive shopping experience and a new dining room set at an amazing price. Her dedication did not end after the sale, in the days that followed she assisted with the paperwork and coordinating the delivery to fit my busy schedule. If you are in the market for furniture save yourself a lot of time and heartache and just go to Ashley Outlet and ask for Jessica.
I just received my fourth delivery to replace six dining room chairs that I received in September. Every time I am delivered new chairs all the chairs have the same problem in which the screws do not tighten. Today was the fourth delivery and I was told the warehouse would inspect the chairs to make sure that were manufactured correctly. The screws did not tighten and some chairs were even missing screws! Today I am grateful the delivery crew used screws in their truck to replace the incorrect screws. All the previous deliveries have been a waste of time. Customer service has not been helpful throughout this process. I will not make another Ashley furniture purchase!

The purchasing experience was pleasant- they misinformed me about the quantity of pillows I would be receiving. The delivery experience was unacceptable. The drivers were rude. My husband explained the layout of the new sofa- the delivery man snapped at him and told him "let me do my job"! Unacceptable behavior. They did call to update me on arrival which I appreciated. I specifically asked when buying the furniture if the delivery men were going to be nice and respectful. They also tried to dispose of the boxes in my neighbors trash bin. They were rude about removing them. Again unacceptable behavior.

VERY CHEAP FURNITURE! A review of my furniture after less than 2 years of owning it.We bought a full sectional and a matching ottoman for about $2,000. We thought we got a great deal but....buyer be ware! This store is full of very very cheaply manufactured furniture. One part of my sectional makes a loud squeaky noise every time I get up or sit down. My ottoman has one side of the padding completely slumped - it looks absolutely horrible. We had Ashely come to take a look...they determined the sofa wasn't assembled correctly and "fixed" it. It still makes a squeaky noise and Ashely refuses to come fix this. They are clueless on what happened to the ottoman - CLUELESS!!!We have a 5 year protection plan but Ashley will give you the FULL run around if you call them. A million questions ALL DESIGNED TO GET THEM OUT OF HONORING THEIR WARRANTY! I'm truly disappointed and feel like I got completely shafted by this store.Never again Ashley...never again....STAY AWAY!

Absolutely will never do business here, ever again. I went in to this store at the end of March, it is now almost August. I told the salesman that I have a very narrow stairwell and a limited space on the second floor to place a couch. He sold me on an 88" sectional sofa that he ensured me multiple times would fit, even after I saw a sign hanging from the item that stated it does not fit in tight spaces. Again, he ENSURED me this item would make it up my stairs. Come delivery day, the couch ultimately DOES NOT fit and they were trying to charge me almost $200 to CUT the couch to make it fit. Why would I ruin the integrity of the couch because of the mistake of their sales rep? So, I refuse the delivery. I was NEVER once told that I would still be responsible for the almost $200 delivery fee. However, now almost August, it turns out I'm in collections for a delivery fee that is "non refundable" because "that's how we pay our delivery team". Had their sales person never ENSURED me on multiple occasions that this item would fit I NEVER would have purchased it. So now I am out $200, which is now ruining my credit score, because of a mistake made by one of THEIR employees! Oh, and did I mention it took SEVEN phone calls to their customer service line to actually reach a person who worked in the Farmingdale store? Because their customer service line can't help you, only the store you purchased it from can. Ashley Furniture STEALS money from their customers and I will NEVER do business with them again.

Our experience with Amanda was great. ALTHOUGH, after we decided to cancel, and they required us to go INTO the store to cancel, which we did with the manager. We waited a few days to receive a cancelation email, instead we are receiving delivery emails. We are out of the country and they are giving us a problem. BEYOND frustration that this wasn’t taken care of at that moment when we canceled. VERY unprofessional. I shouldn’t have to keep on top of other companies/adults.

More like 3.5 stars. My main issue is that things don't change much inside. Seems like the same products for the last year. The bedroom furniture in the back is cheap and the same stuff can be found online much cheaper.
I had a truly awful experience receiving products and following up with wrong assembly and undelivered items. In-store, the staff member Amanda who assisted us with finding the furniture was very nice. Store manager Sam was much less so, she kept brushing us off to go to other customers, didn't really answer our questions, and deceptively priced things instead of giving us discounts they were advertising. We received two beds using their "white glove" service, and the assembly was completely messed up because they mixed up the parts for each bed. When we called to have this corrected, the representative was so rude and tried to make it seem like it was our fault that the delivery workers put the mattress over their mistakes to hide them. We had items that we also needed to pick up from the store that no one gave us tracking information for, and the corporate system refused to give us a direct number to the store, giving us a number to the regional automated system instead (perhaps they are so shoddy and disorganized, they don't even know the number to their stores). They really charged so much for customer service and satisfaction guarantees, and then made it near impossible to access these services. I'm so disgusted. I will not only never use Ashley for furniture purchases ever again, I will tell every relative, friend and coworker not to go to this horrible store.

Now we got the fourth barstool... some years ago, my wife and went over there to get 3 counter stools... we assembled all of them, we enjoyed doing it and at the same time we watched a movie and having some meal, we did it in our own pace... the gave us a good price and 6 months to pay them...

Jessica at the Farmingdale outlet was very helpful and patient. The dresser was delivered damaged and Ashley called me 10 minutes after delivery to make sure that everything was ok, I expressed my concerns and they gave me instructions on how to set up a new date for redelivery for a new dresser. They worked around my schedule. It took 2 deliveries to get a better replacement but the overall communication was great. Ashley stood up to their promise! The dresser looks beautiful!
Came into the store looking for a new sofa and I was greeted by a lovely young lady who was only to happy to help me she showed me a few sofas and I showed her a picture of one that I saw from a competitor's ad and she brought me over to another sofa and asked me what I thought, I really liked it so then a manager came over and we started talking and I expressed how I liked the sofa and decided to make the purchase .The only thing that I regret is not buying the ottoman maybe I'll take a ride and go back and order one.Thank you Jessica Smith and Mike your a great team and look forward to doing more business with you both again.

Samantha was so kind and knowledgeable. I just wish we were able to stay with her during our duration of checking out. We were switched to a gentleman who was clearly not as knowledgeable and make quite a few errors that we had to later go back and correct. But that was truly not the biggest deal. We had a great time at the store and would shop there again in a heartbeat. Delivery was so fast and efficient. The delivery men were extremely professional and kind. We were slightly worried about the couch not fitting through the door and they had such a positive attitude about making it work. They got it all in with no issues and took all the packing garbage with them.
We have a sofa that has a piece of wood sticking out under the cushions. We took a picture and sent it to them. We have a 5 year plan. It’s year 3. They would not cover the damage. We do not abuse furniture. We have one child that is 18 and a lazy dog. I have to throw this piece of junk out. Go somewhere else
I had a great experience at the location at the Farmingdale Outlet, on Long Island, NY earlierthis week! A wonderful sales associate, Joe helped me select a new sofa. I had too many questions, but he was both attentive and knowledgeable about the merchandise. I felt really well taken care of!
I bought two sets of furniture in November.One set came with one sofa first and the other two seater weeks later.When the sofa was delivered the DAMAGE that it had was unseen to the naked eye unless you picked up the couch. Upon moving the sofa , the entire MIDDLE seat was totally broken in half.Ashley gave me a BROKEN piece of furniture then I was told they can only offer to fix it rather than. Replace it. Three techs so far, the first one saying the kind of break in the sofa definitely happened in transit or the factory. He left . Second one came and basically did surgery replacing the entire frame with wood. I want to reiterate I paid for a NEW SOFA not a broken one that needs to be fixed. He repaired the frame and ordered foam and fabric for the uneven seat and snag in the material.Weeks later another tech to replace those parts . I was scheduled for a Saturday, which I called out from work to be home for same . A tech showed up to fix the rest, only to come inside my house unnecessarily and tell me ITS TOO LATE AT NIGHT TO FIX and they will come back another day . That is two weeks ago.It is beyond absurd how this company would give me a BROKEN piece of furniture , insist on basically doing surgery on it to be repaired and then never following up when the tech left my house two weeks ago without fixing it with a new date. I'm livid and will be doing whatever I can to contact corporate and who ever else I need to for this disgraceful service. What a nightmare to pay good money for something and receive it broken and them not do their due diligence and replace their broken sofa or even finish repairing MONTHS later. I am so embarrassed that I gifted my mother a sofa set from Ashley furniture that arrived broken from inception.

I went in looking for a full set for my apartment and came out happy with the price and what I bought! Jess helped me on the floor and was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and friendly you could not ask for someone better to help you. If you are going to go to one place to get fun other I would highly recommend here!
Staff and place was nice. They had a lot of low cost options but they felt kinda cheap quality. We passed on everything we looked at.
Run! First we were promised a 6 week delivery it took 10 weeks. Only to receive it and it’s broken and stained. So now I have to take another day off when they get around to taking care of this. Also in the store the cushions were much softer, these are so hard they hurt my hips. I will definitely be decorating the rest of my house somewhere else.

Of course they take forever to deliver a single piece of furniture(table) and even after they take forever, you expect them to do it right… nope, my furniture came in damaged completely in horrible state as if it were picked up from a local sanitary department. Oh and mind you even after the people delivering saw the condition they tried to convince me to KEEP IT. Never coming back here again.
Update: im changing my review because our furniture came on time and looks great. However, whoever answers the phones should be trained on customer service

We loved the layout of this store and how easy it was to explore different options. Right away we were greeted by Joe and he helped us find the right sofas. He was very patient and made sure to find us something that we loved! We described our old couch and that we loved it but were just looking to upgrade to something new. We were actually able to find a set in the same color and very similar fabric. So far, our recliner has arrived (only piece that was in stock) and we absolutely love it. I've had nothing but issues since we ordered our dining room table. First, there was major issues with the availability of the unit we ordered, which I understand given the supply chain issues, however, we were constantly mislead about the delivery and promised our unit was on hold when in reality there was no unit there. The guy we spoke to about the unit (which is not the person who sold it to us, that was a woman, I believe one of the managers) was a little rude about the status, he kept saying it wasn't his fault and there was nothing that could be done, even though two weeks prior when I talked to him he told us he was keeping an eye on our unit and making sure it was reserved for us and didn't go back into circulation. He also said he would give us a call if there was anything that changed, but I didn't find out there was a delivery issue until I called customer service to find out when my unit would be delivered. Once we finally got it delivered there were more issues. 3 chairs of our dining room set were damaged, which apparently is our fault that I didn't see it while they set up the table, even though the delivery guys basically ran out of the house the second the set was set up with no time for me to inspect it. Because of this only a repair can be done not a replacement of the damaged chairs. When I called customer service to report the damages I was told to send pictures and they would order the parts and send someone to repair. It has now been over two weeks and every time I call to check on the status I find out no one has ordered any of the parts and they need more information (information which has already been given but apparently not saved into the system by customer service). They keep promising it will be ordered within 24 hours but never is. I spoke to customer service again today, so hopefully after this call the parts are actually ordered.
Michael was our Salesperson and he was delightful..full of knowledge and personality. I purchased 3 rooms of furniture at the most reasonable prices. The pieces I purchased are exactly what I was looking. Michael took into consideration that I was buying 3 rooms, gave me a very good number, I signed the paperwork and delivery was set..I will definitely recommend Ashley Outlet and to ask for Michael. Honestly the worst customer service. Still haven’t received my full couch and it’s been over 2 months. Spoke to a representative in the farmingdale outlet for a sectional ( mind you there is no actual contact number listed for the outlet so it is extremely difficult to get in touch with the store. Even if you hear a dial tone the call drops because they do not answer there calls) On the scheduled delivery day the manufacturer said “ the material of the love seat portion of your sectional ripped, but would you still like us to deliver the other pieces. Now have to wait an additional month to retrieve half of our couch.
Disappointing for an outlet store. Expected more deals and at Christmas. Just a Regular priced store.

Terrible location, manager (Samantha) does not know what shes doing. This place gives you empty promises just to make a sale. Our furniture arrived to our home damaged twice! But wait it gets better, they deliver us barstools all scratched in every leg so we refuse the delivery, 4 days later they deliver us the exact same barstools with the scratches colored in with sharpie! When we called this outlet explaining what happened Samantha told us to call customer care for financial accommodation because she does not have a authority to do that. When we called customer care, we have on a recorded line them saying that the sales person who sold us the furniture (samantha) is the only one who can give financial accommodation. We spent 3,000$ on furniture with them and it is the worst mistake ever please dont make the same mistake! All they do is put you on hold for the longest time and send you back and forth saying “call here because we dont have authority” each person we spoke to blamed it on someone else, samantha on customer care and warehouse, customer care on samantha and warehouse on both.

So originally I had five stars and a beautiful review to write. In the beginning we were we were very pleased but it turned out that everything was a façade. My wife and I paid in full for four different furniture, the total came out to almost $3000. The feeling that I have is before the customer pays you get all the accommodations attention respect and cooperation. But after the transaction went through there were major problems with the Wherehouse and the floor store. Not to mention it was the manager of the Ashley HomeStore furniture outlet that was our sales person. Samantha was her name. We believed we were making the right choice going to Ashley’s but you are definitely better off going on Wayfare. We ordered a coffee table dining table a couch and a rug with two barstools from Wayfare and it’s already arriving after one week as opposed to two months if we have waited for Ashley‘s. Don’t get me wrong we understand that there is a shortage but that’s not the problem that we had with Ashley‘s. Please do not shop here!!!!!! WORST STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!!!!! The delivery team forged my signature and never delivered my 3,000 dollar mattress! When I went into the store they were so nice to me and had great service but Once they make their sale they do not care about you or your furniture. I am on my 7th delivery with them because they keep sending me cracked or damaged furniture they aren't able to assemble. The delivery team is not white glove! It's a third party that is so unprofessional and rough handles the furniture! They damaged my house in the processes of moving the furniture causing holes in my walls and scuff marks. Then when you try to refuse your damaged furniture it becomes a nightmare because you get the run around. Its been over a month and nothing has been resolved! There is no direct store number so you have to go through multiple costumer service representatives that have no clue what's going on explaining your self so many times! It's been truly the worst experience of my life and now I am considering a lawsuit due to the forged signature and them entering my home unauthorized leaving damaged furniture I never signed for ! I had over seven deliveries with them and each one was a nightmare! For one of the delivery the guy left my dresser in the box and told me he doesn’t get paid to assemble it only deliver it! As shown in the photo below my dresser was left in the box upside down! Please save your money and time! The worst part is they pretend that they care by saying I want to do right by you will give you 500 back! What is 500 dollars going to do if the furniture is damaged and you can't use it!!!! 500????? BACK ON A 10,000 bill is such a joke after everything they have done and all the trouble they caused me!! Why don't you get the delivery correct and send my quality furniture! Worst part is they try to just keep the sale appose to addressing the situation!!! HERE WE GO AGAIN WITH THE RUN AROUND YOU CAN CONTACT US!! AND WHEN YOU CALL YOU GET NOWHERE! I was struggling to find the best sofa bed at a great price. I love online shopping but it doesn’t allow the touch and feel of the product. After driving and checking at other stores Ashley Homestore had just what I needed. Great price and selection along with having delivered in 3 days. Will definitely recommend
Worst store, worst furniture experience in my life. Our salesman AJ is very nonchalent and don't seem to care to learn about follow up and follow thru. Never called us once after learning that we waited for a delivery that was never scheduled and when Sam finally scheduled delivery, they never came wirh all the furnitures that Manager Sam promised plus they delivered a defect in manufactured bed, 3rd delivery same nonesense, no one in this company can get it right. No communication not so ever between store and corporate. Now today 4th delivery and these people still bring the wrong screw to attach to footbed. We felt like that we simply been punished for dare to buy at this store. My husband and his brother tdrove 60 miles each times during 4 times already to the store to fix things because nobody answered phone till now we are still at the end of our rope.
Mike at the Farmingdale outlet store was extremely courteous, professional and very pleasant to deal with.
The folks at the store know their stuff and when they don't they know exactly who to ask. Even though it was an outlet Joe took the time to walk me through looking for the piece that I wanted and was super nice the whole time. I was blown away by the prices and the quality was still Ashley. More importantly than the man explained that if you're looking for something at Ashley that you should stop and check with them if you can pay for it in a year they give you the outlet pricing. If not you don't get the outlet pricing definitely worth the stop. The store is laid out with warehouse shelving on the outside so you can quickly see a full set of furniture , sofa is on the bottom, and as you look up the shelf the smaller pieces go. They also have other sets in the middle. They do only carry basic colors though. It's also not like scratch and dent. You don't purchase the floor models they order originals for you but not customized. You won't be able to pick your fabrics but if you're looking for a standard piece and a standard color definitely worth a stop.
Had a great experience with Stephanie and AJ. They were courteous and all so helpful. There was another gentleman that put my chair together, sorry I didn't get his name. A bug THANKYOU to him. Will be back to store in December. Need a new bed.
Work with AJ! Can't say enough about our positive experience working with him. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the couch we wanted in a timely fashion and made sure to keep us in the loop the entire time.
I ordered this dinning table set from Ashley's on April this year and received the delivery on 06/18/21. Without even 2 months of usuage we noticed big cracks on both side of the table. Ashley send out a technician on 9/16 who determined that the table can't be fixed. Ashley claimed that because this damage wasn't there at the time of delivery they will not be responsible for the damage. So once the product is at your house whatever happens it's your own problem. What kind of quality is this that it cracks within 2 months of normal usage? And the insurance plan they tricked you to buy? Forget about it. Can't get a hold of nobody. Submit the case on their site and nothing happend.
This is the 3rd large purchase we have made from Ashley’s and from customer service, processing our order, delivery and quality, we have had an excellent experience. Ashley’s is the only place we will shop for all our furniture needs.

Shopping is something my husband despises. Today Mike and Samantha made the whole experience of shopping for den furniture fun and exciting. They both shared a professionalism we have not witnessed in a long time. They spent so much time with us and their expertise was invigorating. We highly recommend Ashley outlet store as well as these 2 outstanding sales people who went above and beyond helping us decorate our home.
Nikole helped me to buy the mattress. She was very patient, helpful with cool attitude. She gave me the space to choose freely no pushing to get things! I enjoyed working with her.

Ashley Furniture has the worst customer service I’ve ever come across. I purchased $7,000 worth of furniture on March 24th 2021 with a delivery date of April. It is now July, and I have not received my full order. I received a partial in April because I insisted on not waiting for all of my order to come in. A second partial delivery in May. I get a call while I am on vacation the week of July 4th..I explained that we won’t be back in town until July 12. They tell me they can’t schedule a delivery that far out. I call on the 12th and they tell me they can’t deliver until August and I can’t schedule a delivery. They took my furniture and gave it to someone else! I ask to speak to a manager and proceeded to get the biggest run around. Several call laters I ask to be compensated for my inconvenience. I certainly can’t tell my credit card company that I’m not paying without incurring a fee. Why should a huge corporation be able to use my money for free! One person started to say,they won’t charge me for delivery but then said they can’t because I’m not being charged! I paid $280 for delivery. It’s not my fault it is taking 3 deliveries for one order! Store manager calls me and says the best he can do is allow me to schedule delivery for Aug. 17th! How magnanimous of you! Shame on them for not knowing how to treat a customer. Oh-and no one could provide a phone number to “Corporate” so that I can file my complaint. Never again will I spend a dime here or @Raymour & Flanigan, their sister company.

We made a purchase of 2 full queens bedroom sets which included queen beds, frame, the whole queen bedroom sets in January 2021. These bedroom sets were for our 2 kids. We moved from Queens (1 bedroom) to Bethpage. We were told to expect our order in February due to COVID. The sales person was Dan. It is now June 2021. I received half of my purchase which were the 2 bed frames (no beds) , 1 night stand and 1 dresser. My kids are still sleeping on the floor since January. I was told the rest of my order will be expected in July. The usual excuse was COVID and back order and orders being routed from Texas. For a big company like Ashley, I wasn’t expecting these issues. I just a bought an Tempur Pedic King Bed with everything from Tempur Pedic store and we have received it already ( less that 6 days). We went with Ashley due to a referral from a friend and because it is a big well known company, but I have now regretted my decision. I called in every week for my order status, but was given the same excuse.

I wish I would had read the reviews before attempting to purchase furniture at Ashley Home Store Outlet on Route 110. I went to this store on February 13, 2021 to purchase a couch. I purchased not only a couch, but also a table, 4 chairs and a bench. The salesman named Dan told me because of the pandemic that these items will be delivered on the second week of April. He said they will give me a call before delivery. I was ok with this and was willing to wait 2 1/2 months. Well, now the second week of April comes and I didn’t get a call so I waited till the third week and I called the number that’s on the purchase order. The person that spoke to me informed me that since the items are on back order that it will be delivered maybe in July!!!! I was very upset and decided to go to the store to speak to Dan. When I get there, I sense that Dan is nervous and he tells me that he’s shocked that I didn’t get the couch because other people have purchased the same couch after me and they already has theirs delivered!! Then he said that I could have the table but not the chairs because they are in back order till July!!! Really Dan! So my family of 5 has to take turn eating because we won’t all be able to sit at the same time!! I asked for a refund which Dan said he emailed his supervisor to approve it. Dan called me the next day to tell me that they will refund me. He said it will take approximately a week to get the refund. Well, it’s been 3 weeks and no sign or call or email about this refund! This is disgusting customer service! I would never buy anything at this store! They are horrible with communication and with customer service! They never called me to inform me about the items being on back order. They tell you that you will get a refund in a week and it’s been 3 weeks! First and last time dealing with Ashley Home Store Outlet!
I wish I would had read the reviews before attempting to purchase furniture at Ashley Home Store Outlet on Route 110. I went to this store on February 13, 2021 to purchase a couch. I purchased not only a couch, but also a table, 4 chairs and a bench. The salesman named Dan told me because of the pandemic that these items will be delivered on the second week of April. He said they will give me a call before delivery. I was ok with this and was willing to wait 2 1/2 months. Well, now the second week of April comes and I didn’t get a call so I waited till the third week and I called the number that’s on the purchase order. The person that spoke to me informed me that since the items are on back order that it will be delivered maybe in July!!!! I was very upset and decided to go to the store to speak to Dan. When I get there, I sense that Dan is nervous and he tells me that he’s shocked that I didn’t get the couch because other people have purchased the same couch after me and they already has theirs delivered!! Then he said that I could have the table but not the chairs because they are in back order till July!!! Really Dan! So my family of 5 has to take turn eating because we won’t all be able to sit at the same time!! I asked for a refund which Dan said he emailed his supervisor to approve it. Dan called me the next day to tell me that they will refund me. He said it will take approximately a week to get the refund. Well, it’s been 3 weeks and no sign or call or email about this refund! I really enjoyed my experience shopping at this store. All of the staff seem very friendly. The sales guy Benjamin was very helpful. He was very patient with me as i was undecided as to whether or not i wanted the gorgeous bed that i had ordered since it was a Queen and it didnt come in a full size I called him to take items on then to take items off and then to put the items back on again. He helped me each time and offered to come into the store on his day off so that i can test out another mattress that i had seen online. He was very helpful and i do plan on going back for more furniture. 😊

The furniture was what we wanted, but the sales person had a poor attitude. When we asked if we could possibly be notified on the day of delivery if the truck was an hour or two out, he said no, and when we expressed our disappointed (but in no way were disrespectful to the sales person), they replied "well that's Ashley furniture's problem not mine". Seriously??!! Well he's probably bitter in the rest of his life, and that's his payback ahead of time. Ashley Furniture should better vet their sales people. This guy left us with a negative shopping experience.
Highly recommend Ashley’s outlet. have bought furniture from them multiple tiles and each time they have been extremely helpful and have wonderful policies. They always have an amazing selection and even have exact pieces from Ashley’s that are listed for a much lower price than the non outlet store. Howard and Harry were both extremely attentive and really worked with me to ensure that I left very happy with exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend working with them both!

Route 110 is packed with places to shop for furniture, but this is absolutely the place to go! The prices are essentially unbeatable, fastest shipping around (even with COVID delays), and the employees are extremely kind and helpful. Howard and Harry really took the time to work with me and answer any question I had (their level of patience is unparalleled). I’ve been shopping around for weeks now, and I walked in and left with exactly what I came for - with a very reasonable delivery cost! They were very courteous and polite throughout the experience and made everything easier. Don’t make this your last stop for furniture, you won’t regret coming here first!

Stay away from this store. Ordered a desk in November, they never called after 2 months of waiting for it to even remotely say it was in and ready for pickup (delayed cause of COVID i figured). I had to call and speak with corporate representatives probably about 10 times who couldnt even get in contact with the store. The store doesnt answer the phone, emails or even return phone calls when the representatives did actually get in contact with them. To top this off, I got the desk and was unpacking it at home to find no hardware. Another hassle of trying to contact the store. Representative said it would come in 7-10 days, the store said they would look for the hardware but never called me back. Needless to say I am never buying anymore furniture from this store ever again and I suggest going else where to buy furniture. It is not worth the frustration.
Furniture doesn't have an "outlet" feel, I ordered a sofa and received a brand new one shipped and assembled in my apartment less than 2 weeks later. Hassle-free experience I'd recommend before trying the regular "dicscount" furniture stores
Usually I don’t do this but this time it’s just touching my nerves My delivery schedule was 11:45am-3:45pm, I cancelled my work and stayed home. They haven’t showed up. Till 9:35pm, I had to call the driver not to come any more cuz I have to go to work the next day. Cannot give them another 2 more hours to do installation. During the day, I had to call 2 times to confirm if the driver can make it shortly, they gave me different kinds of excuses, and guaranteed for the arrival. First time I was told before 3:50pm, second time I was told before 8pm. It’s my first time that I ordered from Ashley, it’s just beyond my expectations. Unbelievable delivery service.

This is our third furniture store we attended today and we were successful in making a purchase for items we did not expect to find here. The salesman Juan and manager Howard were exceptional! Juan was very helpful and informative. We came in with no expectations to purchase a mattress and we walked away with two. Good customer service is hard to find and we found it here. Salesperson in the store was great. However, delivery men were terrible! My 18 year old daughter was home and they left the nightstand incomplete, falling apart, missing a screw! I purchased a sofa and love seat it was 2 month wait for delivery. It came and on visual inspection they looked good. After sitting on and using arm rest it was completely broken. They refuse to replace it they suggest tearing up fabric to repair the frame. It is a brand new sofa what can I do. I’ll never shop there again

I'm giving the actual store 2 stars because they cancelled my order without telling me, proceeded to confirm a delivery date, then never call again so I had to reach out. The people on their customer service line were absolutely NO help at all and sounded like they had no idea what they were doing. Absolute poor communication from everyone EXCEPT an associate there, Dan Lerner. He noticed this mistake in their system before I reached out to try and resolve it to help me, and when I finally got in touch with someone he made sure my problem was resolved and my delivery was still on time, even though the order was "cancelled" in their system.

Stay away! Ordered a couch beginning of August 2020-Was told shipping is lagged due to COVID- totally understood. Received a call several days ago couch was in and I scheduled a delivery date for today Sept14th... called their customer call care center this morning for delivery time- was told NO COUCH!! Apparently couch was given to another customer !Next time couch will be in is 4 weeks from now.No response from sales person or store manager Definitely not a professional place.

I went into the outlet store looking for a new couch. My kids and I walked around, took pictures of couches we liked. The sales people were respectful and not pushy at all. We went to a few other places and ultimately went back and purchased a couch on 8/15/2020. It was delivered today. I was given a delivery window of 12:00-4:00. The couch was delivered at 7:00pm. The men had a hard time getting the huge couch into my house, and scratched the paint off one wall. Other than that, I love my new couch and would definitely recommend to others.

Back in early July I had visited the Ashely Store in Farmingdale. We just got a home which we needed to FULLY furnished (living room, bedroom and dining room) We did visit your competitors but liked what you had to offer. We were only looking for the other parts of our house but landed up also purchasing our bed from you. Our bed was delivered on July 27th and not only did the delivery guys damage my BRAND NEW house but also left me with a defected bed. When they were here I said please take this bed back as it is defected, they said it was just how the bed was placed in the truck and that with in 72 hrs it will go back to normal. We were also the last delivery and there was no call prior to deliver you showed up with no call, and when I went to look at the bed the drivers were already in the truck and out of my block before I can even talk to them. Not only did they leave when we asked them to stay, the delivery guys damaged my new floors and wall. I have placed a claim into customer service as well as claims and have not heard back from anyone. I was speaking with someone and was suppose to have a call on Aug 7th between 9-10am and guess what no call. I call and email daily and nothing. It took till August 13th to get someone out to look at the bed, and now today August 22nd the new replacement bed was delivered and guess what it is still defective but better then the first delivery. The first bed we could not even sleep on it. Second issue- we ordered our couch from you and on the first delivery you delivered the wrong piece, now last Saturday was suppose to be the delivery with the correct piece. Well guess what, that is correct you came back with the same WRONG piece. The driver showed me the packing list, it shows what should of been delivered but it was not that piece of the couch we needed. Now we are on Saturday August 22nd and you were supposed to deliver and it was not in stock. So we are waiting for the 29th of August for a delivery and hoping this will be correct. Now when speaking with the sales person that sold us the bed was NO help. Basically just said to call customer service and guess what customer service was horrible as well.
Shopping there was no problem at all. Everyone was nice, of course, they work on commission. Once the sale was made the problems began.I was assured by our salesperson there would be no problem fitting intomy apartment. Well, first only one piece was delivered but nobody let me know that. I paid to have my furniture removed the day before delivery (Ashley will NOT remove your current furniture). Then the couch was to be delivered the next week. Surprise! It didn&'t fit in. Now they have to bring it back and disassemble and bring it in 2 pieces to fit. When I contacted the salesperson he said he would take care of the charge for that but of course, I later found out he didn&'t have that authorization. So now it is set up for a week later. Hard to believe but they delivered the couch without breaking it down so of course it STILL doesn&'t fit. Today I am trying to figure out this with customer service who has about a 3 hour wait to speak to them. Please go ahead and purchase from Ashley if you want to take 3-4 days off from work and be totally frustrated and angry.
We looked at an Ashley and other nearby stores for a new living room set. We needed one made of material that could resist animal wear, mostly cats. Found a sofa and love seat at their outlet at an amazing price. It wasn&'t shown at the local store. Very helpful staff. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. We were not ignored. Delivered within a week, and looks great. They even moved our old couch, and showed up at 7am, so we didn&'t have to sit home all day. Very comfortable.I know complainers are more likely to post so I thought a different experience should be noted. This purchase was made in 2019.
The store was clean and well organized, and the staff were helpful, but beware of the hidden charges. After picking some tables we liked that were reasonably priced we were informed that there was no pickup option. Our only choice was to pay a $150 delivery fee. Anyplace that doesn't offer pickup should include delivery in the price. In the end the furniture isn't quite the deal it seems to be.
The in-store service was perfectly normal and what I expected. The delivery came to our apartment early then proceeded to bring the couch into our lobby only to decide that the couch did not fit in our elevator. (For the record the elevator is completely standard size and when we were purchasing our couch we were assured that the couch could fit.) We then asked them to bring the couch up the stairs only to find once they reached the top floor that they could not fit said couch through the last door. In order to make room for this couch my family and I had to take out a couch from our living room that was the same size as the couch we had purchased. I almost singlehandedly was able to wiggle the couch through the same size door that the delivery men struggled with. They then proceeded to reload the couch and left. So far we have been met with a second delivery fee due to the sending back of the couch and they are planning on charging us more for the disassembly service. My super was watching them moving the couch and pointed out that people do this every day in our apartment complex of over 500 apartments. None of those movers had an issue. All in all very disappointed that the second half of the buying experience has been so annoying, time consuming, and frustrating. The store has yet to offer any recompense for our troubles.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! We placed an order for a bedroom set and put it on layaway since we weren't ready for the delivery yet. We specifically asked if can CANCEL AT ANYTIME. The sales rep said yes many many times. Guess what, after the 2 hours of waiting for the order to be placed, the front desk says that we have to cancel it within 15 days!!! This is on top of the rep running back and forth to ask things while we were in the store and the whole process that should have took a half hour TOOK TWO HOURS. JUST TO PLACE THE ORDER WITH THEM IN THE STORE!!!! The only thing is she was so so so so nice and we felt really bad for her because she was extremely apologetic. Anyway, we cancelled it 3 day's later. First of all, to get in contact with someone over the phone is almost impossible. Finally we got someone on the phone. The person we originally spoke to said they will cancel it and send us the cancellation confirmation. 3 days later, nothing. We called and finally it was sent to us after being on the phone for 40 mins. BUT WAIT, THERES MORE!! So they said 3-5 days for a refund. 7 days later, nothing. Called back. They said they will call us back. 2 days later, no call back. We ended up calling again. This guy answers and he said he will take care of it, gave us his personal cellphone and said he will send us the actual cancellation RECEIPT. Never got it. Called again. He said he forwarded the information higher up, bla bla. Another week goes by. NO RECEIPT, NO REFUND. Had to do a dispute on my card. It took A MONTH to get back the damn refund ! Can you believe that? What happened to 3-5 days? THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK TO AND THEY ARE TERRIBLE. PLUS, THE FURNITURE QUALITY IS TERRIBLE. WE WERE JUST DESPERATE. THEY CHARGE DOUBLE OF WHAT THEY SHOULD.

I have had such a terrible experience with Ashley, both the store and customer care. They&'re incredibly hard to get in touch with and are clearly trained to give customers the run around. Our issue could have been easily fixed, but Ashley decided tomake us fight and call multiple times. We had furniture delivered on the wrong date, and better yet, it was damaged. We were so understanding, but they took advantage. Now, they&'re asking for more photos of our damaged chairs and have yet to set a delivery date with us for the new ones. What a waste! Our money should have went to a more deserving brand.

They claim they're America's #1 furniture store and I never see more than one or two cars in the lot. They are so over priced. And they don't tell you to look online as they have some of the items a bit less expensive online than if you just buy it from in the store. I'd give it one star but my in laws bought us a desk from there that they found $200 less online. The sales people are Hawks in the store too.
Stay away horrible customer service poor quality furniture. I put in a claim 6 weeks ago about my wall unit being damaged getting the run around. They were supposed to come today with my new wall unit and they never showed up no one ever returns my calls. Tomorrow I'm going there and I'm not leaving until I get results. I paid a lot of money for this wall unit no going to get away with it.
6 MONTHS LATER!!!!! STILL WAITING!!! 1/2 year with a broken furniture!!!!!!!!! This has been the worst experience ever. I purchased back in September, it is now January. First I ordered California king bed set and mattress. They sent the wrong size mattress! It did not fit on the frame! Called the delivers as they were still on my block and they refused to address the problem. Called Ashley store and corporate and I had to prove they sent the wrong piece!!!! Neither side corporate or the store in Farmingdale would take blame. The salesperson Dennis ended up ordering the wrong size. They left me with the wrong mattress for almost 2 weeks. My husband and I already disposed of my old mattress, we were forced to sleep on the couch as we could not open the new mattress because they wouldn&'t take it back and we would be reliable!!! They decided to take off delivery fee. Dennis the salesman is a nightmare! As soon as he got our money he didn&'t give any time or effort to solve our problem. Always forgetting to call me back or update me on the issue. Problem number two, they delivered a broken dresser! I informed the dresser back in September, they did not place the order for the new part until November! And now it is January and I was just told I won&'t get the part until February. This company is a joke. They sell garbage and don&'t solve any of the problems that they create! Worst customer service ever. DONT BUY!!!
I purchased two of the same couches in November 2019 sales person was great but in Jan 2020 the “wood” on the couches are peeling off. Beware do not buy the Brown chenille couch with “wood” accent
Dealing with Ashley Homestore Outlet has been a complete nightmare. It has been an AWFUL experience. Two months ago my sleeper sofa couch broke. Since then I have been back and forth with many different sales representatives and gotten nowhere. They have been to inspect it several times getting the information wrong, the parts incorrect. Now the couch has ruined my rug and I am deeply concerned that the staples keep coming out of the couch and the wood continues to break with my pets and children around. Someone is going to get hurt and I am STILL WAITING for an answer. I will be continuing to spread the word of my unbelievable unacceptable experience with ASHLEY Outlet and letting everyone know NOT to buy here.
Very relaxed atmosphere, the sales person was very patient with all my questions and concerns. Never too impatient or annoyed. Tami was one of the most professional and caring people I have ever met, I fully recommend this outlet store and Tami my sales person.

Its been a complete disaster. The original salesperson left the company, passed it off to another associate who botched the order. Wrong bed delivered (headboard correct, footboard incorrect). Long wait times and no answers over and over. Spent hours on phone. 2 weeks later after having my claim approved by corporate, new footboard delivered. Numerous calls to corporate and store. Wrong again. Takina (GM of store) told me not her responsibility and needed to deal with Customer Care. Customer Care passes back to store. Then lied to by dispatch on next delivery date. Now waiting an additional day since they are closed on Thursdays for deliveries. Waiting for regional manager Felice to call me. Im not holding my breathe. Cannot believe the experience. We are sleeping on a mattress on the floor for 2 weeks in our new home.

This place is absolute garbage! Do not waste your time going here! I spent a month and half on a tear on my couch which I paid a 500 dollar warranty. I made an appointment to repair the damage and it was a month wait. Guess what?! No one actually came! This is the worst furniture place ever! Everything started off well. Went into the store dealt with a salesman named Dennis. He seemed trustworthy gave us a pretty good deal then came delivery time. Received a delivery window between 12:15-4:15pm. Furniture didn&'t show up until 6:15pm causing me to miss work. Delivery men were unapologetic and very rude. Furniture was also damaged so I sent everything back with the delivery men. Called my salesman Dennis and told him how dissatisfied I was and that I was considering cancelling the whole order. He pleaded with me not to and to reschedule delivery and that he would call me the next day and would &"take care of me.&" Trusting him, i rescheduled the delivery and awaited his call. Delivery came and unfortunately i couldnt take off of work again so i had a family member wait at my house for delivery all the time not hearing back from Dennis. I got home from work as the delivery men were pulling away, inspected the furniture and discovered a couple scuff marks and a small nail sticking out of the back of my brand new sopha. Called Dennis again who had still never gotten back to me and explained the situation. He told me there&'s not much he can do after delivery was made and i would have to go through customer care. Customer care would not send me a new sofa, instead they said they would send out a repairman in a few days to fix it. Contacted Dennis yet again and told him what he did wasnt right. He told me to contact him again the next day and he would work something out. Contacted him the next day and once again did not receive a reply or call back. Terrible customer service, rude delivery men, and damaged furniture. Will never go back.

I was very impressed with Ashley Furniture&'s selection and prices. Spent over $4,000 in one day. I received my furniture and in only 3 weeks my wooden kitchen table that I purchased from them became defective. I have now called 25 times, spoke to 5 different people and no one is helping me replace what is clearly a manufactures defect on a $1400 table. Horrible customer service. Managers that are useless and a salesperson that is equally useless. I am not going to pay my bill and let&'s see how that gets there attention. I say STAY AWAY.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I went into the store and no one approached us. No one even looked in my direction as sales associates just kept walking passed us without a glance or a simple hello. I walked around the store and looked around for a bit. Still no one approached us. We left and we will be telling others we know not to go there.
I purchased a couch & love seat December 2018 and have been trying to have it repaired since May 2019, Horrible customer service, I have had repair person to my house 3 times - each time the wrong parts were ordered, I have multiple parts sitting in my living room, and as we were trying to get one part of couch repaired, the other side started to have issues- the leather was peeling, I called and was told it was a warranty issue, and given their number, the warranty dept said absolutely not it was still covered by Ashley, I contacted them again, I have spent the past 5 months going back and forth- I have had to call multiple times and at one point a man told me that they would be contacting me to replace the couch (it is even in their notes in my claim) - they never return calls when they tell you they will- after numerous hours on the phone with them I was told today they will come out to repair the couch! ridiculous, how many opportunities do I need to give them to repair this couch! I have been extremely reasonable (3 attempts) but now I'm done. Ashley you have lost a customer, I will never again purchase another item from you- your customer service is horrific.
I ordered a chair which we picked up at the store. Once we got it home we discovered there were missing parts. Juan, our salesman, personally came to our house to deliver the missing parts and assembled the chair himself. This was outstanding customer service. All our encounters at this store have been very positive.
Our salesperson was very nice. That’s the only good part of the experience. The couch is absolutely garbage. They added all sorts of hidden fees. The quality is awful. I will never, EVER use Ashley furniture again.. can’t wait for them to come get this piece of trash.

I went into the clearance center at Ashley and was approached by a young man named Juan Garcia. This young man was a god sent, he had the patience of a saint working with me to buy a bedroom dresser, desk and an additional piece to my living room set that I had purchased last year. I of course didn’t know the name of the sectional but he found it and also found out that the desk I picked out could not be assembled! When I told him I was old and couldn’t put it together he offered to come to my house and put it together for me!! This young man has gone above and beyond and I hope Ashley appreciates what a fine young man they have representing them! He is a diamond that in these days is hard to find! Please ask for him when you go in, you will not be disappointed!! Also prices and selections were great!
Went to look for furniture for a new residential home my company is opening up. Me and a colleague walked around the store for 1.5 hours and nobody asked us if we needed help. 2 women walk in and instantly were asked if they needed assistance. To think we could’ve spent our unlimited budget in the store.

Went in looking for a new mattress and we had Tay as our sales person. She was a decent sales person but had more focus on the mattress fitting computer and getting a picture for a charity if we bought a mattress.We were a pretty easy sale. Wanted a good nights sleep and bought their best mattress, cooling cover and two bed gear pillows. We told Tay about our current box spring and she said it was fine.Turns out we needed more of a flat surface box spring platform or we could void the warranty.We called the store and nobody called back at noon. We called and got Tay finally. All we asked for was to buy the flat box spring and not have to pay shipping. We would have purchased it together had the sales person been more knowledgeable. All we got was attitude from multiple employees and no acknowledgement of the pictures we sent Daryl via e mail. The employees were very rude and would not give an inch. Kept quoting corporate policy and just giving us a very bad attitude.So after spending 2500 on a couch and 5000 on the mattress plus extras, Ashley lost a customer for life. Just a disgusting customer service experience by unqualified sales people with a millennial attitude when you ask a simple question.For reference we bought the mattress two weeks ago and have had it 8 days.
I should have stuck to bobs furniture ...the furniture and customers service is 100x better than this Ashley piece of shit over a month just so they can fix a drawer With bob&'s furniture it would have been replace not fix within a week I have to but my living room and my 2nd bedroom guess I&'m going to bobs not to this trashy place again

I didn’t have a problem with the store itself except the fact that I bought a kitchen set in April and 2 weeks in one of the chairs broke. I called the store and they told me I had to call customer care in Edison New Jersey. WELL! It takes 5 minutes of hitting prompts just to get to that store on the phone and then there is a recording that says there is 2 calls ahead of me. I was on hold for 35 minutes!!! I finally hung up and called back and left a message. Do the same for the next 3 days. I then called the store mad as hell! The gentleman in the store assured me he was emailing customer care for me because the store doesn’t have a direct number either !! (How ridiculous !). I still heard nothing. I went back to the store and the same guy said he would email again and cc the supervisors as well! It’s been over a week and still have heard nothing!’ I emailed the guy at the store and I haven’t heard back from him now either!!! I’m going to bring the chair into the store and take the floor model if I have to!! This is a disgrace and a rip off! I think they are waiting until my 90 day manufacturers warranty runs out!!! I would never recommend this shoddy operation !!! Absolutely horrible!
The salespeople at this store could not be nicer! However, the same could not be said about their manager, Tim. He was rude, obnoxious, and unwilling to be of any help. All he does is walk around being impressed with himself and bragging that he is the manager - a position he is certainly not worthy of! Because of him, the outlet as well as the store (both in Farmingdale) have lost a very good customer!!! Ashley - choose your management team more efficiently!

So, I do not usually publicly rant, EVER and I am sure many of you had a pleasurable experience with Ashley Home Furniture Store/Outlet but I cannot say the same. Mistakes are made, understandably so, however in this case, they did not rectify the situation professionally at all, so we ended up fighting for a full refund of our money because of a simple mistake made on THEIR END while inputing our info into the computer. We spoke for a good 20 minutes about our living situation and how it is a small space and tight entry way, so the salesperson sold us on "GUARANTEED DELIVERY" which simply means if when they deliver the furniture, if it does not fit, they will break it down in the truck, move it in the apartment and then put it back together. This sounded perfect, and would've been if she put our order in the computer correctly. When they arrived, guess what? It did not fit, so I brought up the guaranteed delivery which they said we declined. This is NOT true, infact, we were SOLD on the guaranteed delivery option. The only thing that we declined was the $200 warranty for 5 years. Both Chris and I were on the phone back and fourth yesterday for HOURS as we were being told that we declined the guaranteed delivery and that we signed off on it. Our receipt states delivery charge... $80 then at the bottom of the receipt says customer declined GTD service. My question is, after having a long discussion of our concerns of the couch not fitting in our entrance, (a good 20 minutes) then being SOLD on the GUARANTEED DELIVERY OPTION (which we obviously needed and agreed upon) When we do the final signing of everything, how are we to know that the delivery charge shown, was not the GUARANTEED DELIVERY CHARGE, and how are WE supposed to know while reviewing before signing that Customer declined GTD services means GUARANTEED DELIVERY to even say oh wait, we didn't decline this!? VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS STORE. We were being jerked around for hours yesterday and all to fight for getting the full refund because the way they wanted to "rectify" the situation, after 15 phone calls later... was to charge us AGAIN for the delivery men to come back, and leave it there for Chris to take apart the couch himself, then proceed to move it and put it back together himself as well. OR wait for it to go back to the warehouse in Jersey and not get it for another week or 2.

I SPOKE TO A GIRL NAMED HAYDEN WHICH BY THE WAY WAS VERY RUDE!!, TOLD ME THAT THE MOST THEY CAN DO IS SCHEDULE SOMETHING LAST WEEK OF APRIL .. THIS IS UNACCEPTEDABLE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ENED UP ARGUING WITH HER ON THE PHONE AND SHE HUNG UP ON MY FACE!!! THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE??THEN I CALLED COPRATE AGAIN AND THEY WERE COMPLETELY USELESS . THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE STORE MANAGER TO COME BACK TOMORROW. I WAS TOLD THAT THE ORIGINAL EMPLOYEES WHO ASSISTED US ARE NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY. HOW IS THAT THE CUSTOMER’S FAULT?! COORPARATE REFUSED ME TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER UNLESS THE FURNITURE IS IN MY HOME. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS A STORE ISSUE. HOW IS THIS A STORE ISSUE WHEN I’M CALLING CORPORATE ? Went into the store today to put money down on the bed I ordered. I asked to see what the mattress looked like that I was going to purchase. The salesman was off today and was recommended that someone else would show me. The gentleman that came over to me was very rude and it felt like he was calling me cheap! He said " Are you going to have a human sleep on that mattress" Money is tight right now and that is all I could spend on the mattress. Well I'm going to pay off the bed and now buy the mattress elsewhere.

Don’t buy anything in this store they sell the item first and then tell the customer they don’t have a item in there warehouse. After that they are not give you a right date and time to delivered they schedule 3 times my item delivery date I miss my work because of them. And then I go to the store why my item was not delivered I ask for a manager they said they don’t have any manager in our store which is not true I know who is the manager. They have a very bad staff they made a mistake and they are not giving me my shipping fee back. Please I suggest you don’t go Ashley furniture always go bob
Just wanted to show my appreciation for two wonderful ladies - Tay & Krystle. My fiancé & I came in looking for something very specific and in our price range. These women were incredibly helpful, professional and sweet as ever. They were knowledgeable and made the overall experience an absolute pleasure. Unfortunately when push came to shove, the measurements of the piece we wanted didn't work in our small apartment so we didn't go through with the purchase, but I really wish we could have because it would have been a pleasure to do business with them. When I got there I was shown a different couch that was "almost identical" (called the "Bolzano Reclining Sofa) which was cheaper so they talked me into getting that one instead. I got it delivered on February 20th, no issues at all they were in and out and it looked great. It was super comfortable for the 25 days that I was able to use it... Because on March 17th the half of the back of the sofa snapped and dropped to the ground when I went to recline in it. You can only imagine how upset I was, I went back to the store and demanded a refund or an exchange due to the fact this sofa was NOT EVEN A MONTH OLD! They told me there was absolutely no refunds or exchanges and I had to file a claim and only if Ashley Furniture felt it was their responsibility then they would have a technician repair it. After days and countless phone calls they tell me I'm able to set up an appointment for someone to come out and look at it but that there were "no available appointments in the near future." So I tried to keep my patience in check and a day or so later I called back, when they were supposed to call me mind you, and they said the next appointment was for April 5th... 3 weeks after it had broken! Finally the guy comes and tells me it's pretty badly damaged but he could fix it. In fact, that technician was the friendliest and most helpful person in this whole situation and he doesn't even work for Ashley's! I called them yesterday once they had his report and they told me they would be ordering the parts but that it would take at least 7-10 business days just to process the order and then who knows how long until they arrive at my house. Oh and get this, I can't even make the appointment for the technician to come back and do the repairs until the parts are physically in my possession. And guess when the next available appointment is... "nothing in the near future." This has got to be the worst purchase and customer service I have ever experienced and I'm usually very understanding. I'm still not going to have this issue resolved for probably another month.

We have had an awful customer service experience though we did enjoy a good price discount on our kitchen table. We ordered it on February 10th and planned to pick it up in store but were convinced that we should let them "white glove deliver and set up" so we said okay for March 2 delivery "anytime" however we didn't think 6:00am was what they meant when they said anytime. We had to argue with them that that's an unacceptable time to conduct business and they wanted to CHARGE us to change the delivery when we never confirmed that it was an okay time. This process was so aggravating over the phone I was YELLED AT by the operator. We went to the store and spoke with our sales man Stan who ultimately got a manager involved to get the table delivered to store WITH A FEE but they claim they will be crediting our originally purchase the difference and NOT refunding the initial $75 delivery set up charge.....Fine. We go to pick it up (not thinking to call and confirm it's arrived the day they told us it would) IT WASNT THERE... no call nothing. We are told come back Tuesday (5 days later) again, NOT THERE! This time we were smart enough to call to confirm.We moved to Brooklyn March 2 and will have traveled back to Huntington twice to pick up our table. I should be charging THEM $75 for the hassle of going back and forth and it's now been 2 weeks we are living in our new place with out a kitchen table. We will certainly be speaking to our credit card provider about "services undelivered" regarding the originally $75 charge. 1 Star for good price but it comes at a COST OF AGGRAVATION and for sure we will never buy from Stan or Ashely Furtiture ever again.

crap furniture i had ikea furniture in better shape after 3 years. . when they deliverd on tues just 3 days ago it had paint peeling off bedroom set. . brand new delivered to me tuesday paid over 2k and its falling apart ,,,lopsided drawers . . . salesman tom and manager never answer phone. . . im waiting for it to be fixed and it will take over 2 weeks so my new furniture is useless i will be filing a small claims action to cost them money as a corp. has to get a lawyer they screwed with the wrong one

If there was a way to leave negative stars I would. How to review what is turning out to be one of the worst purchase experiences I have had to date. On January 6, 2019 I purchased over $7200 worth of furniture from Ashley Homestore in Farmingdale. I went back and for the with the Sales associate and was very specific with what I needed to purchase. I have text messages between myself and the sales associate detailing out exactly what items I needed. Fast forward to delivery day, they bait and switched the box spring, charged me over 70.00 more for a lesser quality item, offered to refund the difference of that item and to date I'm still waiting for that refund. Next, they ordered and charged me for the wrong dresser. They charged me for a dresser that costs 150.00 more than the one I specifically ordered. They said I approved the order, I did approve the order but there is no way to know that the wrong item was ordered since it simply said 5-drawer chest of which there were 2 sizes available. The headboard was also damaged, and they offered a paltry credit for the damage which also to date has not been received. That was only the bedroom furniture. We also ordered a living room sectional. The main parameter for this sectional was that it had a power recline chaise. That was the only reason I actually ordered the set. Upon delivery I realized that neither the chaise nor the recliner had the power option as ordered. I immediately contacted the store to remedy the situation. The delivery men were stuck at my house for almost 2 hours while the store tried to determine what to do. The delivery team is unable to leave the home until a customer either accepts or refuses delivery. Finally, the Farmingdale store manager decided that while they were trying to track down and set up delivery of the correct furniture the wrong pieces were to remain because they couldn't figure out a timeframe for redelivery. The manager also offered to refund the taxable delivery charge of $250.00 while he worked with the store to find out what additional percentages, they could credit for this mix up, can you guess if I have received this promised credit?? Adding insult to injury when the living room set was delivered, they slid the chaise across my hardwood floor. The over 3-foot gouge is going to cost over $500.00 to fix and we may still need to sand and refinish the entire floor. The store manager was on the phone when the damage to the floor was discovered. He told me to take pictures of the damage and email them to him so this could be remedied. I immediately sent those images. Fast forward 2 weeks................................. over 28 emails between myself, the store and their corporate offices over 5 hours of phone calls. To date none of the aforementioned credits have been received. None of the additional credits have been discussed or received. The furniture has not been fixed, adjusted and no redelivery dates have been sent. After my last phone call with the North East Corporate offices they were trying to work with the store to figure out what happened. They said the store closed the case as everything ok. So here it is 2 weeks later and there is no resolution, no new delivery dates, there is absolutely nothing done to remedy this situation and Ashley Homestore is completely unresponsive to calls, or emails. I have now reached out to the credit card company to file a credit dispute in hopes of a resolution. They have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY BAIT AND SWITCH, DO NOT ORDER THE CORRECT ITEMS, DO NOT OFFER ANY RESOLTUION AND DO NOT CARE. BUYER BEWARE.

Went to buy bedroom furniture and the staff was very friendly and so helpful. I was helped by Alvin and big Chris they worked very well with helping me buy what I wanted and stay within my budget. I will definitely come back here whenever I need furniture again. I would also recommend it to my family and friends.
Great start but horrible experience due to incompetence of the warehouse not being able to get me my extra piece for my living room in time. CSR did there best but I hate when people don't keep there promises and they didn't want to give me a break on another piece I wanted to order even they messed up.
Because the couch and the chair we bought here wasn't good the chair and the couch were broken we never going to buy anything at the store anymore is awful
EDIT: I added 3 photos of our new bedroom set to the Google Photos listed. From the moment my fiancée and I first visited this particular location, we've felt nothing but welcomed. We met Ashley (ironically) while looking for a bedroom set for our new apartment, and she's helped us every step of the way. Even when we were back and forth on designs, sizes, and especially when we struggled to find a mattress that suited both of our needs, Ashley was extremely patient and understanding. She was never pushy, never tried to sell us something that we didn't want, and made sure to listen to exactly what we wanted. We have had horrible experiences in the past with other furniture companies hounding us for credit increases, attempting to force sales, and continuously reaching out via phone calls to have us return to the store. In this particular store, all employees (Ashley included) are friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and cared only about our satisfaction. We just got our bedroom set delivered and installed today, and everything was perfect. We were the first family delivered to, and Ashley Furniture kept in constant contact with us to ensure time, date, and location were correct. The movers were very kind and knowledgeable about how the frame worked (we purchased an electric adjustable base). We couldn't be happier. Ashley has been with us every step of the way, and any obstacle we came across she made sure we could find a solution through it. She's left such an impression on us that this Ashley HomeStore Outlet is our first choice for any further furniture, and she is our go-to person. We trust her judgement, and we have already started the journey of furnishing our living room with her help. We highly recommend her, and this store, to anyone looking for furniture at a reasonable price.
all the staff at the Ashley HomeStore Outlet were terrific! Our sales person, Justice, was very helpful, attentive, and knowledgable about the furniture and helped us make our selection. The store manager and Justice went above and beyond in personally helping us get the item delivered the same day, even in a snow storm! It was a great experience and highly recommended!

I pulled into the lot of Ashley’s outlet in farmingdale with first time buyers jitters, was greeted immediately by Ashley. As anxious as I was I could tell Ashley was going to be a good fit for my personality in aiding me find just what I needed. She went above and beyond. I was wondering about how a taller person would fit on one of the couches ....and cue Ryan ! Ashley called Ryan, Ryan came over and helped ease my concern about the couch. The two of them moved furniture allllll over the store to help me put everything together, see the colors and match out different products to complete my new living room and bedroom. A very stressful event turned into a great situation. I was never rushed or pushed into anything. My experience with the team at this Ashley location with Ashley, Ryan and Chris was wonderful and I highly recommend this store and their staff.
So not worth the aggravation!!!! Tried multiple times to get in touch with our sales rep who was either not in the store or in a meeting, a message was left that we called and we would receive a call back which never happened. Spoke with another women about my order where she explained the sales rep updated our order. It came Monday and it was not what we ordered, my fiance called and spoke to some one at the store before the deliver men left and the women told him that we should of accepted the order. Well maybe if we had x-ray vision to see in the truck then we would of knew it was not what we ordered. Tuesday i spoke to some one and was told they are working on it and that i would get a call back, well guess what that didn't happen i called them and was then told that the rep was not in to sign off on the change would of been nice to get a call about that. So if we do not receive call back tomorrow 1/30 about the corrections we will send the couch back get refunded the money and go somewhere else that has better communication skills with their clients.
My experience here is amazing. Big chris and Ms. Julie were amazing, they are very knowledgeable and sociable. I purschase a 5 pcs dining set and im in love with it. The hospitality is definitely the bread winner along side with the knowledge of amazing furniture.
Alvin is a friendly, personable associate whom made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked in. He made the effort to get to know me and what I was looking for. He worked with me and gave me options. I would recommend this store and strongly recommend working with this associate.

As I was leaving, I inquired about one item and he gave me abundant information, offering to inquire if I could pick up the item rather than have it delivered. There was zero pressure. He contacted me promptly and told me I could, indeed, pick it up. I purchased the recliner over the phone an hour later and my hubby picked it up an hour after that. Terrific salesman. As for the chair, comfortable and stylish!
This is for the Ashley Outlet 1821 Rt 110 Farmingdale and the salesman, Alvin. I walked in just to browse and Alvin gave me space but was attentive enough to answer questions. When I asked about a chair, he quickly obtained all the info, even finding out about the possibility for a pick-up rather than a delivery. No pressure -- I left the store waiting to hear about the pick-up. He texted me within the hour that it was a go! I purchased the recliner over the phone an hour later, and my hubby picked it up an hour after that. All along Alvin was great. The first time with a furniture salesman that I didn't feel tons of pressure and have to listen to endless nonsense about things I could care less about. He gave me enough information to make a decision and I felt he was honest. I will be here next time I need furniture. As for the recliner: it's stylish and super comfortable!
I had a great experience at Ashley outlet! They are not commission-based so you can walk around and get help from the many salespeople they have on the floor, but without any high pressure to buy. They are well-staffed, have high-quality, modern furniture and were very easy to work with from start to finish - including fast delivery dates and high-quality service. Joe, Steffon, Jamani and Julie were so helpful and I absolutely love the living room set that we bought (modern greys - sofa, loveseat and coordinating cocktail & end tables). Highly recommend!!

Stay away!!!! I ordered an entire apartment of furniture and paid for the guarantee fit service and it was the WORST shopping experience in my life - and I've been a homeowner for 30 years. The salesperson was friendly but it took FIVE deliveries to get my order delivered due to many, many mistakes. I had to rearrange my work schedule 4 extra times. I called the store over a dozen times between August & September and I was never connected to a store manager. I received over a dozen promises for a manager to call me back - never happened! I called the corporate office - not helpful. The delivery men literally made holes in my walls and huge scuff marks. In the end, I did not even wind up getting what I wanted. Stay away!! They have terrible service and they don't care about their customers. At one point I thought I was being punk'd. Worst furniture store EVER.Seriously.The.Worst.
This used to be my favorite store and I previously bought lots of my furniture from them. A few days ago I got a dining room table delivered and it came damaged. The driver who already got his $50 tip from me was in a big rush to get to his next delivery and basically lied to me and told me he called customer service and they are aware of the problem, they would call me within 15 minutes to take care of it and not to worry because the customer service team is excellent and they will just send someone else out to take it back and replace it. All of that was untrue. He was in such a rush he left two large boxes on the side of my house and left a nail hanging out of the underneath part of the dining room chair. The next morning my son sat on the chair and cut himself very badly from the nail. I have had a total of five correspondence calls with the customer service office each time worse and worse. The first girl said it was my fault for letting the guy leave as if I had a choice and when I signed my name I told him it was under protest and I wrote damaged on the paper with my signature, but that still wasn&'t good enough. I went to the store personally the next day and was told I couldn&'t be helped since I contacted customer service. The last four days have been over-the-top stressful because Instead of just replacing that the next day, they made the experience so horrible making me provide them with a written document along with photos of the experience only to be told they will let me know the status after they do a full investigation. Investigate what? The table was damaged? I&'ve been a loyal customer for years? It got worse and worse with each new customer service rep that I then told them I only want a refund now which says on the website would be no problem at all, but apparently each person I speak to I have to re-iterate the same agonizing story only to be told they will never deviate from their policy. This has got to be the most negative experience with a company for receiving a damaged dining room table along with a nail being left hanging out. The nail cut my son&'s hand and there was blood everywhere. I&'m sure some people would be making a big deal about that as well, whereas I am only asking for a refund!!!!For such a small amount of money to make such a big deal about their policy being, once I signed for it I am stuck with it, damaged or not, no exceptions, no refund, we don&'t care you&'ve been a customer for years etc. Is very sad. I am done with Ashley furniture.This has apparently happened to other people as I saw in the reviews so like someone else wrote, make sure you inspect your furniture when it is delivered and if anything is wrong, even regardless of what the driver tells you, physically make him take it apart and bring it out of your house otherwise you will be put through this nonsense for days as well!
I’m supposed to get a delivery of a couch tomorrow. Confirmed today with my wrong address. Emailed text and a phone call to confirm. Called them to change address to correct one. Got the couch out of the house this morning. Come to find out someone left ONE message on my phone that i didnt see because i was our all day..... to hear them say we can’t deliver it tomorrow!!!! I have 3 children and no couch to sit on because i was supposed to have a new one tomorrow morning!!!!! One message. That’s all. Why wouldn’t you do the same thing for a cancellation. Text email and a call and if you didn’t hear from me no further calls were made!!! So now what!!! Poor communication on their part!!! I’m very upset and so is my husband. Fuming actually!!!!

Our sales consultant Big Chris made our experience at Ashley Outlet Center a very pleasurable one. He was very patient and helpful to ensure we selected furniture we would be very happy with. He also worked out an extremely reasonable payment plan that worked for me & my family. The complimentary popcorn was certainly a hit with the kids as well. We will absolutely be returning for any future furniture purchases!
