Adam was an excellent salesman. I could have bought the same furniture, cheaper, in Amazon but decided to buy it from Ashley because of the guarantee and the delivery. Adam also delivered my living room set and he was friendly and very accommodating in helping us set the furniture in place. I would buy from Ashley again

My mother and I had the best experience at Ashley’s furniture in Geneva while shopping for new living room furniture. The sales rep that assisted us was very user-friendly. She didn’t try to sell us on anything just explain to us the pros and cons of the furniture we were looking at we ended up getting to loveseats, both of which reclined, and one of which had a cupholder in armrest in the middle, the price was very fair and the date we ordered the furniture to the date arrived was only 10 or 11 Days. On the day of delivery, I had plenty of notification at a time for when the delivery would arrive. Both movers showed up with a smile on their face and were extremely polite and courteous. They took their time moving the furniture in to ensure everything wasn’t damaged while moving it. During assembly, the explained all the extra moving pieces to me and how to operate the different controls. I haven’t really left the living room since Saturday afternoon. I’ve been enjoying the furniture so much. I’m going to purchase more furniture from there soon. I highly recommend exploring the store if you’re looking for new furniture at a good price with a good product, fast delivery times and polite service!

They price matched a sofa for me (about a $150 discount!). Salespeople very helpful in finding something in my budget. I also ordered their deliver service to move the sofa into my 3rd floor apartment. The delivery guys were friendly and efficient.

We stopped into the store today to look at a few pieces; fabric, firmness, quality, etc on a wim. We had the most delightful sales rep; Tom. He was amazing showing us all the things we thought we liked and some not so much. However he knew what we were describing and immediately and without being pushy showed us items he thought we might be interested in. Since the experience was so pleasurable thanks to Tom, we turned around at the doors and purchased new livingroom tables to match our chair and chaise we had just purchased.excellent people skills and customer service.

Through Doug I ordered a couch, chair and ottoman. He was wonderful to work with. Everything went smooth and efficient. I however returned the next day with a few questions. Tom waited on me and was so graciously accommodating. Between the 2 salesmen I received the best service and am a happy customer!!!

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable not in the least bit pushy as some other stores can be! Here's a tip look online to see pricing there, they will price match as most of the time it is cheaper on there!

Fabulous service and great couch

It’s been So Long.. Too Long since I have taken time and finally Bought a new Living Room Set for myself and I finally found the perfect fit Looks, Comfortable and the Price you just can’t beat the Prices and the Sales are Insane .. the Transition from the time I put in the Order to Delivery was Excellent.. the 2 men that Delivered today were EARLY .. they Arranged everything for me, they handled the furniture with Care, Where other companies in the past have destroyed walls and doors and at times even the furniture but these 2 men truly made the process so easy for me.. We will Definitely be getting our Dining Room Set from here in a few months ..

Absolutely horrible customer service. I purchased several sets of furniture over 10 months ago at the Geneva NY location. They scheduled delivery in June which is when the issues started. 1/3 of the purchase had damage. As of tonight 12/14/22 I have yet to receive the replacements. They claim to have 2 out of the 3 items that were damaged. They would like to offer me a $100 dollar refund for an entire bed frame that is damaged because it is supposedly still on backorder. If you are reading this I strongly recommend dealing with a different Ashley HomeStore!

Purchased a mattress and it killed my wife's back. We exchanged it for a different model and now Ashley is trying to keep the $1000 difference in price . I have contacted customer service and filed a claim. Will never do business there again. I'm highly disappointed in the level of customer service at the store .

We love our new sofa sectional. Great sales team! They communicated weekly; keeping us informed. Excellent delivery team!!! They were polite to chat with, swift with their delivery, and respectful of our door frames and our new furniture. Jack LLC dba as Ashley HomeStore in Geneva NY, likes to only promote his small store location as a hometown neighbor. My mother who is 80, made a purchase of furniture from Ashley HomeStore. This was going to be her last purchase of furniture and wanted something special. She spent big money at Ashley HomeStore in Geneva NY at Jim Colizzi’s franchise. My mother waiting over 6 months for her furniture. When it arrived, the furniture was broken, my mother didn’t want to accept it. She was bullied and told she had to accept it or lose her money. She felt beaten and accepted the broken furniture. She kept calling the store to get a full refund , but refused to this day and it’s now been almost a year. She is so heartbroken, cries and is beaten up by Jim Ashley HomeStore Colizzi’s. Who is the owner! You might expect that type of behavior from their Manager or sales person, but not from the business owner. She was afraid to report it, due to retaliation from the owners and being a small community. *** WARNING ***. Don’t do business with Ashley HomeStore in Geneva NY. Staff was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. They were not pushy. Products seem good quality. Place is in rough shape and could use some upkeep. Still worth going to.

I went to buy a new mattress and box spring. Everyone was very helpful. My bed was supposed to be delivered on February 9th . It was delivered on the 5th and slept on that night. The guys that delivered it were great. They took our old bed and were finished in about ten minutes.

Beyond upset. Paid great money for a sectional that we had to wait 12 weeks for. We get it and within week the cushions are going flat. 2 of the pieces don’t even fit together. Also sits lower then the rest. Hate it.

Great service at the Geneva Ashley Furniture my husband bought a new recliner found one he liked at a great price. The next week the recliner was delivered the two young men Jason and Euler were very polite brought the recliner in carefully tested it because it is electric it worked perfectly. I’m not a fan of recliners but this was so comfortable. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture in Geneva NY.

We needed a new twin mattress and wanted it to be firm. The first one we saw was perfect and the purchase transaction couldn’t have been easier. 20 minutes later we were in the car going home! We were told delivery would likely be 2-4 weeks but it was here in 12 days. Delivery men were fast and efficient. Very happy in their work. We’ve purchased at the Geneva Ashley store before and have never been disappointed!

We ordered 2 items from Ashley Furniture in Geneva that were delivered today. The 2 men that delivered the items were polite and efficient. We love what we bought and the salesperson we dealt with in the store never pushed us, gave us the space we needed, and answered all of our questions. He told us that due to Covid and everyone buying things that we’d have to wait 8-14 weeks to have the items delivered. We waited 12, so I appreciated the heads up. They look beautiful! We are very satisfied.

Finally decided to get new living room furniture after 20 some years. There are many places to choose from locally. We decided to stop here at Ashley's, and are very happy we did. The location has a LOT to choose from, for every budget. We spent over an hour, happily trying out new sofas and recliners. Much to choose from. Our salesperson Doug made himself known to us but did not follow us or pressure us. He was very helpful, and when we finally made our selection, everything was wrapped up in jig time. Military discounts included. Our new furniture was delivered yesterday, by 2 great delivery guys who were fast, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely recommend, and we are so happy with our new furniture. This is a great place to check out.

My fiance and I just purchased our first home. We decided to use Ashley furniture after looking at pictures online. Scotty greeted us at the Liverpool, NY as soon as we walked in. He helped us furnish our dining room, living room, and bedroom. He showed us many options, listened to what we were looking for, and helped us pick out the perfect furniture for our home. I think we would have been too overwhelmed without his help but he made it so easy !!

Excellent Furniture, but no plan for using a debit card. Only layaway 90 days. Not workable for me. If you don't qualify for financing, to are out of luck.

I have purchased all of my furniture from Ashley in Geneva over the past 15 years for good reason! The quality and prices are great, and their staff and delivery team are the best! My most recent purchase of a couch and chair had to go in for repair (someone jumped on it and broke the frame), and they picked it up, repaired it and delivered in back to me overnight in like-new condition! Thanks to the delivery team of Adan and Jason for your friendly service and respect of my home when picking up and delivering! I would recommend Ashley in Geneva!

I had to wait for over a month for delivery. Then they were hours late. They damaged my couch and headboard in transit. Said they would replace but still haven’t heard anything. The delivery guys also threw the cushions in my front yard while they carried the furniture in. It wasn’t exactly dry that day. Not impressed.

Customer service is their top priority at the Geneva Ashley furniture HomeStore. We’ve bought pieces from them for our apartment and two homes so far. During our latest purchase we had a few errors with our kitchen table, and they were very quick to respond with fixing the problem right away and corrected it without any hesitation. They made us feel just like family! You can tell they really care about their customer overall and are never pushy!

This review is for the Geneva store almost a year ago me and my wife were wanting to buy a new bed frame so after shopping around we walked into Ashley’s looked around found a bed frame that we really like at a very decent price no pushy salesman we decided to use there option to pay for for it weekly payments from ur checking account witch is 90 days same as cash witch was great paid it off and all went just as they said said it would then we decided to buy the matching dressers so we went right back to Ashley and used the same salesman ( chris) bought the too matching dressers a wall clock and coffee table on the same plan. To save a few bucks I decided to pick up the stuff myself as I do own a truck so the called and it was a Friday night after work went to pick it up got it home and got it upstairs and left it there my wife was very excited to get the stuff set up as I believe she’s a little OCD that Saturday I was going to PA to pick up a car I bought so her and her kids witch r 22 and 25 unpacked the stuff and started getting it set up all was going well until the last dresser the big one with a mirror one of the corners was very heavily damaged ( really bad) as she text me pictures of it and was almost crying so on Monday I called and talked to a salesman at Ashley’s I figured well I’ll find out how good of a place this is to do business with or not so I was telling the salesman the problem they asked to email pictures to them and they would order a new one so as I waited for them to call and say they got it in to go pick it up and bring the damaged one back they called my wife and set up a time to bring the new and set it up and take the damaged one so this place isn’t all about the sale there r wanting u to come back and do more business with them and they most definitely have mine as we were wanting to buy a tv stand with a fireplace in it there was no shopping around we knew right were we were going to go so we found what we want on line and wrote the number down called the salesman and asked can u get this and as of today it’s ordered that easy how nice to have a place to do business with like the Ashley’s in Geneva thanks guys customer for life

My experience with Geneva Ashley is mixed. When my boyfriend and I walked in, Chris was very friendly and engaging. He was very helpful in providing his opinions and showing us sofa examples online. The main reason we purchased over $1000 worth of furniture is because Chris confirmed that he had all my furniture items in stock and would be delivered in 6-10 days to our home. On the 10th day when we had not received our furniture, I called Chris and left messages for him to contact me. I waited a total of 4 weeks before finally calling it quits because I had still not received my furniture and Chris still did not call me back! I went into the store and requested a refund. I am done shopping with Ashley in Geneva.

Fine at first , great sales rep good prices. 5 months after purchase the whole side of my loveseat broke. They came once late no fix, stayed home again for a call they were late, then couldn't fix it ...they had too many other appt scheduled, now I had to call them again to schedule the repair...9 days from now...i paid cash for 3 pc. Lr set on Nov. I have the means to purchase the full couch that goes with it. .no one has really been interested enough to talk to me. I am also looking for a coffee table. I don't really know why. I hope this attempt at repair will work.

If I could give no stars I would. Went to Ashley about 6 months ago to purchase a new mattress, box spring, and headboard. They said everything would be delivered by Wednesday. That Tuesday I called and asked if we could pick it up ourselves and they said we could so when we got there they loaded THE WRONG item. There was such a lack of communication with them that they didn't even have our bed down there for us to pick up. It wasn't until this past Saturday (April) that we moved and noticed something wasn't right with the box spring. Upon removing the dust cover, we noticed the flimsy 2 x 4 was broken right in half. It was now 6 months later so we decided to go in and see what could be done. Doug, the one we originally bought it from, did his best to try and help us, but told us since it's been 6 months there wasn't much he could do. Then Jim, the OWNER, tried to help. He came behind the counter and immediately started ridiculing me for how I was standing. Told me this was a friendly place and my arms crossed and hand on hip was "threatening" to him. He then proceeded to tell my boyfriend and I that he wasn't calling us criminals but it sure felt like he was. He then refused to help us because we weren't being "nice enough". I was extremely frustrated because we spent over $1,500 on this new bed and they were refusing to help us again because my boyfriend wasn't smiling because he was not amused with how rudely and disrespectfully Jim was talking to us. He was going to give us a new box spring for free but the catch was that we had to fake smile and act happy even though we were extremely frustrated. So basically what happened was...he tried to BRIBE us to be nice to get something for free. He told my boyfriend he knew his dad and tried to hold that against him to be nice. He then gave us his phone number and told us to call back at 1pm when we were ready to be nice because he didn't like how the situation was going. All we wanted was some help, which Doug was offering, but then Jim came in and made us feel like we were the problem and would not resolve our issue for us. They don't stand behind their products and obviously for a good reason. Not to mention, as we were leaving a FedEx worker walking in with a box for the store dropped it right on the sidewalk. So if you want broken furniture Ashley is the place to go to. I work in customer service, I know what dealing with difficult customers is like, but never ONCE have I EVER bribed a customer. We are extremely upset with the treatment we received from Jim Colizzi, the OWNER, and we will not be bringing our business back to Geneva Ashley Furniture. No OWNER should EVER talk to his customers like that. Unless you want to be treated like a child, 10/10 definitely would NEVER recommend.

When buying our bed we should have known. There was a date it was supposed to arrive and it didn’t so they didn’t deliver it. Went to pick it up and they couldn’t find it at first. Got the box spring and it ended up being broke didn’t realize till we moved 6 months later went in and Jim wanted to treat us like small children. This is an awful place don’t give them any money it’s not worth it. Typical salesman just trying to make a comssion

Hi I had the best experience at Ashley furniture store in Geneva New York. An associate named Kelly helped me out and told me all the options that were available and informed me what options were on sale. Kelly was very easy to connect with and she acted like I was her friend and helped me deal with any potential issues. Kelly made my experience perfect and from now on I will only consider working with her and going to her for my furniture needs in the future. This is my second mattress purchase from Ashley’s in the past 10 years. We shopped 3 other stores and found this to be the best deal with the least amount of hassle.

I simply can not put into words how great this store and people that work there are. They have always gone out of their way to be helpful and give great customer service. We bought leather chairs there years ago and the mechanism has been replaced twice free of charge. 11 years later it's gone again and they again are going to replace it free of charge. A store just doesn't get better than this. I wish I needed to purchase more furniture just to buy it from them. Thank you Ashly Furniture.

I had a good time picking out our new bedroom set. They gave me a good deal on it and I only pay $200 a month for a new dresser a vanity with a mirror, king size new mattress&box spring, new headboard footboard and rails, and storage drawers underneath the bed. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Went in somewhat knowing what I wanted. Our sales rep Andrea was very nice and worked with us to stay under budget. Was not pushy and gave us plenty of time to browse and test out sofas and mattresses. When it was time to select the mattress she did not try to sell me on things I didn’t need such as the boxspring. Most places wouldn’t hesitate to upsell me on things I didn’t need. She was very forthcoming on what I would be able to afford and didn’t try to upsell me on anything which is rare this day and age. Great shopping experience!

My husband and I went to the Ashley Homestore just to look. More like to get an idea of what things cost. A new bedroom. Andrea Murphy took care of us. What a nice person! She answered all our questions,and even went to look up prices, then gave us a military discount! The store has a quiet, easy going ambiance, even though it is located on a main street. It was a very enjoyable shopping trip.

They have plenty of microfiber furniture. The staff were very friendly and professional and willing to give any assistance needed. Prices are reasonable. A decent place to shop for furniture.

Fantastic and personable. Love dealing with privately owned businesses. I tried dealing with the conglomerate Ashley in Rochester and was a terrible ordeal. I ordered a couch in February. I gave them a couple months to deliver as we went out of state. Well they missed the delivery date and rescheduled on me 3 times!!! I canceled my order with the Rochester store. Store in at Ashley in Geneva which is privately owned. Reordered my couch there within a half hour with a much better price even. The owner was fantastic! Will have my couch in 7-10 days not 4 months! Will be buying more furniture from Ashley in Geneva!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Mary Jane and the staff at the store were extremely helpful. I moved here from Arizona, and I swear that they moved heaven and earth to get my furniture delivered on time if not early. They were friendly and welcoming in their store. The delivery gentlemen were skilled and efficient as well. I would buy again from them. I definitely recommend them to others. The prices are very fair as well. They do match what you see online too.
