Through Doug I ordered a couch, chair and ottoman. He was wonderful to work with. Everything went smooth and efficient. I however returned the next day with a few questions. Tom waited on me and was so graciously accommodating. Between the 2 salesmen I received the best service and am a happy customer!!!

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable not in the least bit pushy as some other stores can be! Here's a tip look online to see pricing there, they will price match as most of the time it is cheaper on there!

It’s been So Long.. Too Long since I have taken time and finally Bought a new Living Room Set for myself and I finally found the perfect fit Looks, Comfortable and the Price you just can’t beat the Prices and the Sales are Insane .. the Transition from the time I put in the Order to Delivery was Excellent.. the 2 men that Delivered today were EARLY .. they Arranged everything for me, they handled the furniture with Care, Where other companies in the past have destroyed walls and doors and at times even the furniture but these 2 men truly made the process so easy for me.. We will Definitely be getting our Dining Room Set from here in a few months ..

Absolutely horrible customer service. I purchased several sets of furniture over 10 months ago at the Geneva NY location. They scheduled delivery in June which is when the issues started. 1/3 of the purchase had damage. As of tonight 12/14/22 I have yet to receive the replacements. They claim to have 2 out of the 3 items that were damaged. They would like to offer me a $100 dollar refund for an entire bed frame that is damaged because it is supposedly still on backorder. If you are reading this I strongly recommend dealing with a different Ashley HomeStore!

Great experience. Jamie at the Geneva store was helpful on the phone and in the store. The delivery went smoothly and the gentlemen were courteous and helpful also. My husband loves his new recliner!

My supposed FIRM mattress sinks down about 3 inches when I get into it at night. Not even a year old and I need to throw it out. $$$ down the drain. Desperately wish I had gone elsewhere 😪 UPDATE, Oct. 4, 2023. Now it sags 6 inches. I bought it for back pain and now my pain is worse than ever. There is nothing I can do. I can't afford another one 🤬
