I recently visited the Ashley Glendale location and had the pleasure of being assisted by Mileinny. She was incredibly attentive to our needs, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We arrived close to closing time, but she never made us feel rushed—even though we ended up staying a hour past closing time. I really appreciated how knowledgeable she was about the furniture and how accommodating she was in helping us find options that met both our needs and budget. Even after the purchase was made, she followed up to make sure everything arrived as expected and to see if we needed anything else. Mileinny provided truly exceptional customer service, and I highly recommend working with her! We are extremely happy with our couches and bedroom set.
