Great customer service. Hailey took care of us very well. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to purchase at this store.
DO NOT BUY ANY FURNITURE FROM ASHLEY. If I could give 0 stars I would. The furniture is garbage, it won’t last more than a year, it will barely last a year before it starts falling apart. DO NOT BUY THEIR WARRANTY, as it will only cover accidental damage such as spills and you will essentially be wasting your money if anything else happens to your furniture as they will not fix it ! They will tell you they are a 3rd party and that you will need to contact Ashley. Anything over 1 year Ashley will not cover! Buy furniture from a better furniture company that sells furniture that is worth the price. Stay away!!!

Terrible Experience with Ashley's Furniture I regret to say that our experience with Ashley's Furniture has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite assurances regarding the restuffing of our couch, we were blatantly misled. Not only were we unable to locate replacement parts for damaged sections, but the fact that the couch has been discontinued made matters even worse. Despite investing in a supposedly comprehensive 5-year warranty, it feels utterly worthless given the lack of support when we needed it most. This experience has left us deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned. We cannot in good conscience recommend Ashley's Furniture to anyone after this ordeal.
