I had a young salesman named Cameron who was just the nicest young man. He showed me respect whether I was looking at top end or medium cost. I had looked at Raymour and Flanigan but an honesty their prices were very high and the salesman did not make me feel valued. Also Ashley Furniture worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted and had so many discounts today that my price was just wonderful even with protection and white glove delivery. PS my purchase allowed me also to make a donation to golisano Children's and they took it off the price of my furniture! Way to go Ashley Furniture

I normaly wouldnt shop here, but i wanted a recliner i could buy off the floor. I found a nice leather one on clearance. After using it, my back was killing me. Not ergonomic. They would not take it back because clearance. I understand their policy, but they lost me as a customer.

Furniture is comfortable but when all was set up the head rest was not functional in our recliner. Two days later and the head rest stopped working on the right side of the couch. Still waiting for it to be fixed and we purchased the couch on February 6th.

I came in to purchase a sofa a friend had recommended to me and I had intended to buy based on the online price, In the hopes that the store would honor the price online. I was assured they would honor the online price of 899.99, turns out they don’t actually honor prices for their entire site, they only honor prices for the exact zip code of the store you are currently in. While the online prices displayed automatically are all set to whichever store offers the lowest price in your state by default. Very deceptive practice in my mind, I would have happily payed the full price if they had consistent pricing between stores and sites, or made the conditions for price matching more explicit online. Guess I’ll settle for my old sofa

Went to Ashley to look for new living room set. The selection was overwhelming but Cameron was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting us to decide which set to choose. Any questions we had, he had an answer. For being a fairly new person, he worked as a seasoned veteran worker. Definitely recommend!

Ashley's no hassle warranty is nothing but a hassle. We had to threaten them with the attorney general to cover was was covered by the manufacturer warranty, let alone thier premium protection plan they push on you that has no "hassles." Needless to say they reversed their decision. It was covered. It's stapled to all their furniture, what was covered. What a hassle. Anyway, the furniture itself has only been ok, looks good, but not very durable. They take months to deliver too. We will be looking elsewhere next time.

Store is beautiful laid out, friendly staff! This was my second purchase with Ashley Furniture in Henrietta. My first salesman in December of 2023 was great and not hovering or pushy. I regret i didn't have him again. This past visit as usual I like to browse a little on my own, but as soon as my husband and I walked in the store we knew where to go and was walking fairly quickly as we were somewhat on a time constraint. We'll Nate Amelung a salesman came at us like a vulture practically ran after us.. that doesn't sit well with me. Fact is we were there for a reason and overlooked it. While looking at mattresses, we knew what we wanted, but also quickly found out ge was fairly new and had to have manager assist him. We asked a simple question about matching the manufacturers online brand deal and they raised eyebrows and did some configuring... in the end they couldn't even give us what the brand offered. We should of walked away because they couldn't give us the free bedding which was a $600 value or the bundle deal if under $1900 . No in the end they charged us $205.16 for the bedding on an unauthorized charge as they sneakily broke up the transaction which means it won't fall under the 12mo 0%interest financing. Today I sent over 3hours trying to contact somebody and no response from anyone, couldn't even speak to anyone at the store by calling because they prefer to be left alone and receive texts.,, . So because I was responded to and couldn't reach anyone, immediately called Synchrony and submitted a fraud claim. Amazing that a few hours later I received a call from Nate saying what he feels happen and it was out of his hands. He apoligized for the way ut was handled and the inconvenience, but he was also quite rude about it!.. This is my last purchase with Ashley Furniture, I will never go to them again. Be warned everyone of their trickery, scamming and watch out for the vultures... at least Raymore and Flannigans aren't vulture, high priced but not vultures. Respectful! Do better Ashley's

Really disappointed in my trip to Ashley Furniture. Was looking for a new couch with my girlfriend. Found a couple we kind of liked but didn’t love. She made a joke to the salesman about how expensive things are and he replied with a belittling comment. I was disgusted. It was rude just because we’re younger than 30. We then bought a couch for more money next door at Valu City because of the great experience our salesman there provided.

I went into Ashley for the first time on January 2nd to treat myself to a new Queen mattress for the first time in 15-20 years. I was greeted promptly and asked what I was searching for. Misael walked me through the showroom, and into the mattress section. I don't think this poor man knew what he was in for. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and led me through the entire process, explaining the differences between each mattress type. I narrowed it down to three and finally two and I think he saw light at the end of the tunnel. I finally chose a Beauty Rest and went back up to complete the necessary paperwork and schedule the delivery. I can only hope the rest of my experience goes this smoothly. Thank you, Misael!

No matter what department, Cameron ŵas very informed about the product. He was not a pushy sales person but very pleasant and intelligence.

We already had our mind made up in purchasing the Isanti bed frame and night table. Sales person was great. Delivery people were kind and seemed to know what they were doing. As I glanced into the room as they were cleaning up I saw many parts still on the carpet. Looked to be washers and a few other things. Not sure if the parts bag hade so many extra. Maybe so. Noticing now the set up was not done correctly. We paid $150 extra for delivery and set up so this is disappointing. Bed is missing two center support posts. Just laying in ground and we put a bin under it to hold it together. The night stand dresser drawer is crooked. One side shows the support rack and other side is very flush. We are going to try to fix it in our own if Ashley doesn’t come fix these issues. Over all we like the look of the bed and side table. Just wish it was assembled correctly and the drawer wasn’t crooked.

12/02/24: This Ashley Furniture location is a rather large store with an extensive selection and variety of stylish furniture, bedding, and home decor pieces at reasonable, or at least competitive, prices. FWIW, after shopping at several other furniture stores in the area, I actually visited this store twice in late November in an effort to purchase a new sofa and loveseat. Surprisingly, I was ignored completely during my first visit. None of the sales associates greeted me or even offered their assistance during my visit. Even more frustrating was that I couldn't get the attention of any associates after multiple attempts, so I left. The store wasn't very busy with customers during that visit but, I was shopping alone so I suspect that may be why I was ignored and wasn't considered a serious shopper. My female companion and I returned to the store as a couple the following week during Black Friday weekend because we still needed to purchase new furniture. During that second visit, we received more attention than we needed, and from multiple associates. Even though there were more customers during that second visit, I received a totally different response than during my first visit. Hmmm. We were greeted by Cameron Carr during the second visit and he offered to assist us during our search. We spent nearly three hours looking and test-driving the different seating choices, and Cameron would circle back periodically to check on our progress. We eventually narrowed down our choices and made a decision on a comfortable living room set and completed the sale with Cameron. Cameron was courteous, engaging, and made every effort to assist us, so this story ends on a positive note. The furniture hasn't been delivered yet, so I may include an update after delivery. I don’t normally write reviews but after having such a great experience here I really wanted to let people know. If you’re looking for a great, unrushed, non pressured shopping experience, this is the place to go. I was greeted when I walked in and assisted by Chris who took the time to show me my many different options and really made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I also loved that even though I wasn’t looking for financing when I went in, he informed me of a no interest financing deal so I was able to save my cash and pay off over a certain time with no interest. I was also really impressed that Chris knew the weight of the couch which helped me decide that I would much rather have delivered than do myself with a friend. I am very happy with my purchase and will certainly be doing more business here in the future and recommending to whoever will listen.

We ordered a reclining couch and chair in May. There has been nothing but problems with this Textline recliner. The store keeps trying to fix or replace the non working parts and sections but every time there is an issue. We ordered in May and it’s Oct 31. Shop elsewhere.

That’s twice now they have come through with solutions nobody else had.

My son purchased a sectional sofa at the end of June 2024. In order to get a 60 month no interest financing, he was told that that a mattress, 2 bed pillows , and a ser of sheets would need to also be purchased. Immediately his first bill was not correct. So he called Ashley and they asked him to come back in to sign some form, which he did. 2nd bill comes in, still incorrect and then he gets a letter from TD Bank that his payment is overdue, etc. Calls both TD Bank and the Ashley store. Once again he is asked to come back to Ashley and sign another paper that would then be sent to TD Bank again. Next bill he gets in October is still incorrect and gets another letter from TD Bank about overdue payments. He calls TD Bank and they are even confused about his bill and what he should be paying. Met by Taylor at the door. She was helpful and friendly, and even took the time to find out a few details about a possible out of town purchase. Selection and staging of furniture was good. Wished for the bedroom set we liked to be available in person, but other than that, a great experience. And Taylor was an ideal salesperson, accessible but not pushy.

I bought a beautiful table that came with three chairs. I picked the merchandise up over two weeks ago. I just received a call today to inform me that one of my chairs is still there. They had taken it out of the box and assembled it because the box was damaged. I don't know whether to be happy or angry. Happy because they alerted me that I have a chair missing (I haven't opened the boxes yet. They are labeled 2 out of 2) or angry because they didn't tell me during the scheduled pickup there is an additional box. If the box was damaged, was the chair damaged also? I'm hoping not.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience here. We were helped by Robbie to find a king bed and mattress. Not overbearing like you experience with a lot of salespeople, just helpful! I am so sad and angry with the Ashley store protection plan! I purchased a marble table set from Ashley two years ago. I saw a crack on ona of the leg, I called the store hundreds of times, they redialed us to the customer service and still waiting to hear back from them to solve this problem! I spent two months and now the leg completely broken and my dining room is a mess! I left tons of messages, nobody cared about us! And I am still paying monthly payments! I have small kids at home and this is a huge security issue! What a shame! No solution!

Not the best experience at all, it started out great. We walk in and we're greeted by a nice gentleman that asked what we were looking for. We told him twin beds bud cheaper ones and our budget was around $500 since it's going in a guest room. We look at the few there and the beds were under budget, but when adding a frame and box spring they were way over. We asked about a metal frame instead of a wooden frame twice. He completely ignored that and tried to get us to say yes to over $700 bill. After asking again about the metal frame he just said "I don't know". He tried to make us say yes still by offering a 50% off for the box spring but only if we get the wooden frame. We were completely shocked by this and just walked out. Went over to Raymore and Flannigan's found everything there that fit out budget perfectly without getting hustled. Don't waste your time here!

My girlfriend and I were helped by Alex at the Ashley Furniture in Henrietta. I would say Alex was the best sales person I have ever worked with. He explained a lot of things in the beginning but than let us go explore by ourselves. He did not feel like he was pressuring us, or trying to drill a couch down our throat. He than helped us get a couch close to our budget and we thank him very much for that. I would recommend going here too all my friends and family.

Gotta love blatant racism in 2024. This past Saturday my mom and I went into this store to look for a sofa for her den. When we walked in there were about 5 sales associates talking amongst themselves not helping customers. No one greeted us tried to help us or anything. After about 2 minutes a white family comes in and they are greeted by the sales associates and one of them immediately comes over to assist them. Meanwhile still no one has acknowledged us. I asked the question "Whats the difference between us and them?", turned around and left. I will never shop here again. We found what we needed at another store who was glad to help us.

Glenn was great, he worked to get me exactly what I wanted. He ensured I got the price I seen online. Ismael assisted in ensuring that the transaction went just as smoothly. Excellent job done by both.

I had an excellent experience shopping at the Henrietta Ashley location. Cameron was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions and wasn't pushy which was a nice change from other furniture stores I visited. I highly recommend Cameron for all your furniture needs.

Do not shop here. The sales associate was quite dishonest in telling me that I could return something if it “didn’t work out”. Purchased a reclining sofa for over $1500. The color was not as depicted, which I could’ve lived with. But the quality is poor, the unit is unstable, and it’s literally painful to sit on. Inquired about returning and was told I had to give it time to “break in”, but to keep the receipt. I gave it time, only to be told by another associate named Karah that they don’t accept returns once an item has been accepted for delivery in the home- which was absolutely not the info I was given. I didn’t even want the $$ back, I just wanted to exchange it for something else. But dishonest sales people and poor quality items don’t work for me. I will never give this place my business again. They also removed my genuinely honest review from their website, which is also indicative of their dishonest business model and poor customer service. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I was more than pleased with my experience with my Ashley Experience on 8/10/24. Not only was the customer service impeccable, I learned more about my purchase than when I originally purchased my mattress. We never felt pressured or that we were getting a selling spiel!! Not only was the associate courteous, he was personable. He was training a young man and that was my suggestion to him, be personable & knowledgeable about your sale not just the basics!! Fantastic experience

She didn’t hover yet was available for any questions we had. Then once we decided she made sure the purchasing process was quick and painless. I love the couches my husband and I bought and we will be going back for the chair and ottoman! They’re so soft and comfortable!

I had a really GREAT experience at Ashley in Henrietta. I stopped at a couple of other stores before I went to Ashley, I was feeling pretty discouraged about the experience I was having trying to buy new furniture at a good price. Mohammed was wonderful! He was professional, funny, easy to talk to & very knowledgeable about each product I asked him about. He also wasn’t pushy or “salesy”. When I said I wanted to look around he let me & came back when he saw I needed help. I really appreciate that when shopping b/c some sales ppl can be so annoying. Also, I’m soooo excited about how quick the delivery will be. I made my purchase on Wednesday & it’s being delivered by Tuesday. They will also remove the old mattress. Only caution is that there are tons of birds, feathers, and bird poop at a neighboring store. I suggest you park closer to the Wegmans side to avoid bird droppings on your car. Oh, Mohammed asked a supervisor (I think her name was Ashley or Rachel) a very good & reasonable question, but she was rude, condescending, seemed annoyed to help. She was helpful, but easily unlikeable.

I had been shopping for a love seat sofa for a while now. As I entered the store, was warmly greeted by Lisa. Lisa alerted me to a very attractive camel leather sofa. She was perceptive to my taste and flavor. It was very attractive, comfortable and would certainly compliment my den. The purchase was made and presently awaiting delivery. It was a great experience with many options for choice. I favored Ashley due to the fact of the positive experiences of a family member, one being customer service. Whenever confronted with an issue, it was scheduled, arrived in a timely manner and resolved quickly.

Our experience at Ashley Henrietta today was fantastic. We shopped around at multiple locations looking for a bedroom set and mattress, and none could beat the quality and value at Ashley. In addition, our sales rep Cameron was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in finding exactly what we needed. The actual purchase of our items went good. Never heard from anybody before the actual delivery day that they gave so we called and our items weren't in but they never told us so now we have wasted vacation days and we disassembled my daughter's bedroom furniture and removed it now she has nothing for another 10 days almost....not happy!

We were shopping for a sofabed. Popped into Ashley and found a good selection, though most of the floor models were the sofa version, not the sleeper. Nevertheless, there were several different styles, with a good variety of fabrics available. We homed in on one that met our needs (style, price, and delivery date) and bought it on the spot. Great salesperson (Barb), no pressure, no hassle, very nice to deal with. This was our first sales experience at Ashley, and it was excellent.

I heard about a bankruptcy sale going on at Ruby Gordon’s and HUGE WARNING: DO NOT GO‼️ I hear they’re not giving customers their purchases. I left there and went to Ashley’s and OMG! The same sofa set I was trying to buy from the bankrupt company was around $700+ less. I received help from Mike. He made me feel comfortable. He spoke with logic and common sense. He had a really caring way about him. I was appreciative to have found a furniture store I feel I could trust with my personal information and the quality of my purchase. I told Mike what I was looking for and it took no time. The cost sent shock waves thru me. The whole staff was extremely professional and welcoming. There’s a sales rep there named Trevis. Tall young black man who dressed so sharp and greeted everyone with a smile as they walked in. His dreads were neatly placed like the well priced furniture on the floor. Impressed didn’t even begin to describe my experience in that store. Misael was another rep from that store. Handsome and sharp. They don’t play about their customers. Very attentive, attractive and will go out their way to please you. I will purchase more items from this location and will definitely recommend them to family and friends. Thank you so much Ashley’s. Bought two recliners, tables and huge sectional in April of 22 didn't get delivered till may 14th. Last fall one of the recliners the head part of the chair became sticky (googled it common issue with manufactured furniture) called them they said out of the one year warranty so you will have to contact the Platinum Ultra Premium Protect plan people. Money around with pictures and what not to be told to bad so sad normal wear. Go to the store talk tot he manager and person who handles this stuff. Get me all warm and fuzzy that they agree this shouldn't be this way. Get a call from Ashely in house service and get told normal wear. Warranty only covers rips, tears, punctures etc. I say well if I go cut it you will fix it? Well intentional damage is not covered. So to bad so sad. I tell her then we are back to the drawing board I want a refund for the useless warranty. The warranty people will do that and oh by the way it will be prorated. Sadly our daughter and son in law just bought a mattress there at our suggestion and we planned on a dining room set. Ashley will never get another dime of our money ever.
