I had a really GREAT experience at Ashley in Henrietta. I stopped at a couple of other stores before I went to Ashley, I was feeling pretty discouraged about the experience I was having trying to buy new furniture at a good price. So I went in was immediately greeted by Mike B. He was the only salesman that day that took the time to walk me around the store told me about sales going on and financing options. I went back with my partner the next day and we bought a few items and had a great time with Mike and had a few laughs. He’s a very good salesman and extremely friendly. We will definitely be back! We had a great experience looking for a new couch at Ashley! Soooo many choices! Parsa greeted us when we came in and pointed us in the right direction. He allowed us to look by ourselves for awhile which I really appreciated. When we were ready, Parsa answered all my questions with absolutely no pressure to buy anything. We ended up getting a great deal on a sectional, chair, and ottoman! Parsa made the check out process fast and easy. Will definitely shop at Ashley again!

The sales team was friendly and helpful. The furniture that would have been my choice at regular price was on sale for nearly half off. Delivery was supposed to be 2 weeks, but they were able to deliver a week early, on my birthday! Just a great overall experience.

Mohammed was wonderful! He was professional, funny, easy to talk to & very knowledgeable about each product I asked him about. He also wasn’t pushy or “salesy”. When I said I wanted to look around he let me & came back when he saw I needed help. I really appreciate that when shopping b/c some sales ppl can be so annoying. Also, I’m soooo excited about how quick the delivery will be. I made my purchase on Wednesday & it’s being delivered by Tuesday. They will also remove the old mattress. Only caution is that there are tons of birds, feathers, and bird poop at a neighboring store. I suggest you park closer to the Wegmans side to avoid bird droppings on your car. Oh, Mohammed asked a supervisor (I think her name was Ashley or Rachel) a very good & reasonable question, but she was rude, condescending, seemed annoyed to help. She was helpful, but easily unlikeable.

Barbara was very nice and helpful. She didn't follow us around and let us look. She was there for questions when we were ready and we appreciated that.

I had been shopping for a love seat sofa for a while now. As I entered the store, was warmly greeted by Lisa. Informed her of my desire and presented me with a quick overview where to locate my interest and informed me of her checking in with me as I browse. Lisa circled around to my location a while later with any questions and we did engage. I did view a few items, asked a few questions and moved forward, continuing our conversation. Lisa alerted me to a very attractive camel leather sofa. She was perceptive to my taste and flavor. It was very attractive, comfortable and would certainly compliment my den. The purchase was made and presently awaiting delivery. It was a great experience with many options for choice. I favored Ashley due to the fact of the positive experiences of a family member, one being customer service. Whenever confronted with an issue, it was scheduled, arrived in a timely manner and resolved quickly.

Our experience at Ashley Henrietta today was fantastic. We shopped around at multiple locations looking for a bedroom set and mattress, and none could beat the quality and value at Ashley. In addition, our sales rep Cameron was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in finding exactly what we needed. He dealt with our terrible senses of humor and was able to swing some deals, which was much appreciated. 5 stars!

Never heard from anybody before the actual delivery day that they gave so we called and our items weren't in but they never told us so now we have wasted vacation days and we disassembled my daughter's bedroom furniture and removed it now she has nothing for another 10 days almost....not happy!

We were shopping for a sofabed. Popped into Ashley and found a good selection, though most of the floor models were the sofa version, not the sleeper. Nevertheless, there were several different styles, with a good variety of fabrics available. We homed in on one that met our needs (style, price, and delivery date) and bought it on the spot. Great salesperson (Barb), no pressure, no hassle, very nice to deal with. This was our first sales experience at Ashley, and it was excellent.

Purchased a whole living room set, the big couch main under support has broken in 4 places causing the couch to sag. I placed a claim under the warranty I purchased back in January. It’s currently Mid March and not a single form of communication from Ashley or the Warranty company. Furniture quality is absolutely awful, warranty service I’m pretty sure is a dead website. Have tried calling a few times now and still haven’t heard anything. Be wary of this cheap furniture that is heavily inflated for no reason, and also avoid the warranty. 2 stars because staff is nice…but as a long time Ashley customer I can now see how they really feel about their customers, and I will no longer continue my Buisness here

I heard about a bankruptcy sale going on at Ruby Gordon’s and HUGE WARNING: DO NOT GO‼️ I hear they’re not giving customers their purchases. I left there and went to Ashley’s and OMG! The same sofa set I was trying to buy from the bankrupt company was around $700+ less. I received help from Mike. He made me feel comfortable. He spoke with logic and common sense. He had a really caring way about him. I was appreciative to have found a furniture store I feel I could trust with my personal information and the quality of my purchase. I told Mike what I was looking for and it took no time. The cost sent shock waves thru me. The whole staff was extremely professional and welcoming. There’s a sales rep there named Trevis. Tall young black man who dressed so sharp and greeted everyone with a smile as they walked in. His dreads were neatly placed like the well priced furniture on the floor. Impressed didn’t even begin to describe my experience in that store. Misael was another rep from that store. Handsome and sharp. They don’t play about their customers. Bought two recliners, tables and huge sectional in April of 22 didn't get delivered till may 14th. Last fall one of the recliners the head part of the chair became sticky (googled it common issue with manufactured furniture) called them they said out of the one year warranty so you will have to contact the Platinum Ultra Premium Protect plan people. Money around with pictures and what not to be told to bad so sad normal wear. Go to the store talk tot he manager and person who handles this stuff. Get me all warm and fuzzy that they agree this shouldn't be this way. Get a call from Ashely in house service and get told normal wear. Warranty only covers rips, tears, punctures etc. I say well if I go cut it you will fix it? Well intentional damage is not covered. So to bad so sad. I tell her then we are back to the drawing board I want a refund for the useless warranty. The warranty people will do that and oh by the way it will be prorated. Sadly our daughter and son in law just bought a mattress there at our suggestion and we planned on a dining room set. Ashley will never get another dime of our money ever.

I shopped here after going everywhere else because of feedback I had heard previously. My husband went to look at a sofa we saw online. It was the perfect color. My husband bought it because he was told there was a one year warranty. Within weeks, the sofa lost the comfort and support it should have had. We called the store to find out the salesman no longer worked there. The store told us we had to call some other place and gave us the number. We did, and got a recording of how to submit a claim. We did, only to have them ask for photos. We'll the damage isn't visual, although the photos we sent did capture the sinking that was happening. They wrote back to request additional photos because they couldn't tell. Well of course not, you have to sit on it to feel the discomfort!. We gave up. We will never buy from here again. They got our money once and that is enough for me.

Very poor experience, would not recommend. When in the showroom I asked the salesperson for the price and the lead time. I was told 2-3 weeks for delivery. Great! Placed my order and about a week later my delivery was scheduled for 9 weeks after I placed my order. I went in and spoke to the salesperson and expressed my concerns, and she agreed that it was unacceptable. She made a phone call and told me that somebody would reach out to follow up with me. Did not hear back. Went in again and all I was offered was a partial delivery at about 7 weeks and was told that the salesperson would be reaching out to me which again did not happen. I can’t help but feel like I was lied to in order to get the sale and based on the way they handled it, it seems to be common practice for them. No follow up from anyone or any effort to make things right.

What could have been a really awful experience after being delivered a damaged product and jumping through too many hoops, was rectified with excellent service recovery! The personal outreach from the Wellsville groups corporate office really made all the difference!

The salesman was great. The furniture was what I liked. But it came down to a shipping issue. Somehow if I order online I can get shipping, but if I order it from the store NO shipping. Seems like a serious flaw in how your business is managed. It cost you a sale.

I purchased a bed set from Ashley's furniture . Prior to the order I asked a , what I thought to be a easy question. Was this furniture made from solid wood . The consultant responded with yes. I purchased the set and after it arrived I had my father come over to look. I explained from what I was told it was made out of solid wood. He said it was not and that there was engineered wood along with veneers , that were not synthetic and not natural. I explained this to Ashley's and they said the best they could do was to give me a $100 or swap it for a different set of furniture. I told them it was inconvenient and they said I'd have to pay a 12% stocking fee on cancellation. The sales rep told me that most customer do not want to hear about the details , and therefore they do not explain them and consider it to be just jargon. I think it is wrong for a consultant to generalize what each customer needs or wants. This information would have been useful prior to my purchase and would have helped me to make a better buying decision . Ashley's reps did a poor job of needs analysis on what I wanted and what was important to to me , and made an assumption that I was like everyone else . This was extremely unsatisfactory and now I am having to jump through hoops to find a resolution .

My partner, our 4 year old, and I came in to Ashley this evening looking for a large dining room table and breakfast bar. Our 4 year old is extremely high energy, impulsive, and always super silly. A store full of fluffy comfy furniture looks like a gymnasium to him! My wife and I went in only shopping for a recliner. We were greeted at the door and felt very welcome even though we were only looking for one item. The sales person asked a few questions and pointed us to that section. When we said we were prior customers the sales person looked up our purchase from 8 years ago! We couldn’t match that set but we found a complementing color. All in all a great experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a bedroom set from Ashley. The initial delivery resulted in damage to my home that I didn’t find until looking behind the dresser weeks later- they took no responsibility. The bed frame broke after a couple months, VERY cheap product. They sent replacement parts w installers that told me they had no idea what the parts were or how to install them. The bed frame broke again thereafter. They said they’d send new parts but then reversed course on that. Customer service is HORRIBLE. They just read off a script. I asked to talk to a manager they refuse to let me. Desperately trying to find a way to reach one for resolution, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ASHLEY!! I’m a very reasonable consumer, I know everything isn’t perfect. Ashley Furniture does not care about their customers, they ignore them.

Update: Their after sales customer service is absolutely horrible. We explained to our sales person that we needed a mattress and base with minimal to no motion transfer. After sleeping on the purple mattress and ergo motion base for a little over 2 months we are not happy. Whenever someone gets up or turns it wakes the other person. I called the customer service line wanting to exchange the base for something more sturdy because that is the issue. They said the base is most likely defective and we have to contact the manufacturer. We explained that it is not an issue of a defective base just a cheap one. Partially my fault for trying to save money. Considering we spent $4000 on a base and bed you would think they would be more helpful. Plus Ashley doesn't offer a sleep guarantee like almost every other mattress company. If we bought it directly from Purple instead of trying to support local workers they give you a 100 day guarantee. The sales person said they would honor it since it is on Purple's website. Hindsight is 20/20... I would not recommend buying from Ashley Furniture since they don't stand behind their products. Barbara was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. We went to three other places and bought a Purple Mattress here. Mainly due to Barbara not pressuring us to buy and being so incredibly helpful.

The store is playing a pricing game in which the prices listed at the store can be very different from the prices you see on their website. The same furniture is listed as $1000 more when bought at the store. The store intentionally increases the prices and then tells customers that they can get a 30%-40% off to attract more customers. However, in reality, customers don't receive much of a discount in the end. PS: For certain items, the prices that you see on a mobile browser may also be slightly higher than the prices for the same items on a desktop browser.

I had the absolute worst experience with Ashley Furnature. I picked up a Dresser that first of all they were supposed to call me when it came in and no one did so after waiting a long time I finally called only to find out that it had been in, and just no one has ever called me. Then, I’ll bring the dresser home and all its surrounding wood and productive, foxing, and open the dresser only to find that the dresser was very sloppily constructed, and the whole bottom shelf at the bottom drawer with the iron is super glued in a very drastic angle and that the side of the dresser was not constructed properly to the back of the dresser on one side as shown in the pictures. I called customer service and they had me send in photos for an exchange and I agree that it was totally a manufacture error, but refused to deliver a new one and pick up the old one and said that since it was initially a pick up order, despite everything, being their fault, I had to reload this heavy dresser a vehicle, which I would have to borrow from someone else, lug it back up half an hour away, and then lug the new one back into my house, or pay $100 to have Ashley do it when they already had a garbage product and never even called me when it came in. They also said I had to keep the current broken one and store it until the new one came in so I have a broken dresser sitting in the middle of my kitchen because I have no way to move it. They refused to waive the fee and had absolutely horrible customer service. I would never ever shop here again, and I am so irritated with an disappointed in my experience.

Shopped this Ashley store a number of times over the last fifteen years, all positive, but my most recent experience will be the last. On Aug. 5, I placed an order while furnishing my son’s apartment. We secured a delivery date of Aug. 22. The following week, we determined we needed one additional item of furniture, ordered it, and attempted to add it to the Aug. 22 order. At this time I discovered (as did my sales person) that the Aug. 22 delivery was no longer viable for all but a couple of items, yet nobody had notified us or the store (claims the sales person). Included was the bed, though the mattress was available, so the sales person added a temporary bed frame so the new mattress wouldn’t have to lay on the ground. And we were scheduled for Sept. 12 delivery for the remaining items. On Aug. 22, they failed to bring the temporary bed frame and said they’d bring it on Sept. 12, but as they were bringing the rest of the bed that day, I told them not to bother. On Sept. 8, I received a text (not a call) saying they changed delivery routes, could no longer deliver on Sept. 8, and would instead deliver on Oct. 4. It took a lot of work, but I was granted an “exception” to accommodate delivery on Sept. 20 instead. Fast forward to Sept. 20, one of the items shows up broken (they didn’t even take it off the truck or let me see it; just stated it wasn’t in acceptable condition to deliver). The good news, at least, was the bed was assembled and mattress off the floor. I received a call the next day and was able to schedule delivery for the dresser for Oct. 18. Happy to report as of yesterday everything has been delivered. The biggest issue is my son lives 2-hours from Rochester and is unable to accept delivery during the week, so this was three trips (four hours roundtrip each time, plus time wasted waiting, and work schedules accommodated) in order to get Ashley to make a delivery. It was completely unacceptable and the best they offered was a refund of $100 + tax, which they offered on Sept. 21, but as of Oct. 19 has not appeared on my account. On the flip side, I ordered a sofa and love seat from Raymour and Flanigan. Their communication was more spot on, they delivered sooner than Ashley originally offered and delivered that day, on time. The dichotomy between the two couldn’t be more great. I will stick with Raymour and Flanigan moving forward. It is clear the Ashley stores have no control over the company doing deliveries.

Kal was the best bed-sales person I have ever had the pleasure of working with! I already LOVE the Ashley furniture store in Henrietta, NY but Kal and Peter made the experience even better. They went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations! I even left with an adjustable base that day. Which was not something I had planned on getting, at all. However, I am very happy with my decision to go forward with that additional purchase. I had originally went there to get a Tempur-Pedic mattress and regular non-adjustable base. I left with more and a great deal to boot! Thank you guys! I’ll be sleeping like a baby! They are good at what they do so even if you don’t go in there to get a Tempur-Pedic, like I did, they will still make sure you leave with the exact right mattress fit for you! They also helped my parents two weeks before and my parents love the mattress that they picked out. They also got an adjustable base! Thank you Kal and Peter!

It was good accept finding out the cost of delivery was $200 at the very end of purchase. Most places delivery is free or much less. I cancelled order (found same item cheaper online) and the salesperson was rude about it and hung up on me when I wanted proof that it was cancelled mailed to me.

I stopped in to look for a twin bed. I saw several I liked. The fact no one bombarded me at the door when I walked in was great! The sales person was amazing. He informed me of all the great sales going on and answered all my questions . I then was helped with a mattress by a great sales woman. Then was offered a great finance deal . It was my lucky day for sure. I walked away not just with what I wanted but even more. To have such a friendly no pressure experience has been wonderful. Ashley has always been our “go to” place for furniture. Love our recent purchase of living room furniture and I want want to send a shout out of praise for Ubong our salesman. He was patient in my decision making as our living room is an odd space. He wasn’t pushing me for a sale but truly wanted me to find what was the best fit & design for this room. He didn’t mind me coming back several times as I tried to work it all out. In the past I’ve had others who were a bit pushy on making a sale the day I came in but not Ubong. I highly suggest working with this young man for your next purchase!

The only reason why I am not giving the experience five stars is because it was a really long wait to cash out once we had made our decision, and this was only because he was helping another customer when we returned.

New Update: Skip to bottom Had issues with missing parts in my delivery, still haven’t received yet. Not happy about about the long wait. However, Amber has been really helpful and good with communicating with me on the issue. So 5 ⭐️stars for her Update: waited 2 weeks from that date for delivery to come. They didn’t know what part was missing. So they had to build to figure out what it was. After they assembled This time another part was missing. Had to wait another week and a few days . this time no one communicated with me when the package would be here or updated me with any information. Called in yesterday for them to tell me that the pack has been expedited but we can’t tell when it will come I would have to call customer service. Package came today and was sitting out in the rain. New update: 3 weeks later and I still don’t have the right part. (Don’t even bother shopping here, I’ve lost all patience. ATP it’s ridiculous)

We needed new living room furniture for our new home so we decided to try Ashley Furniture in Henrietta. Our salesperson was Barbara Kardos-Brown. Wow!! We can’t say enough great things about her and the terrific customer service she gave us. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. We even bugged her on her day off and she didn’t mind one bit. The prices and selection at Ashley were unbeatable. We’ll never buy furniture from anyone else besides Barbara again!

The sales team and store are great. I would shop there again. However, read the delivery and return policies CAREFULLY! We ordered a couch and matching loveseat. The couch would not fit into our apartment. It was just 4” longer than our old couch, but that was apparently enough to be a problem. The loveseat fit just fine. We were given the option of returning both or keeping the loveseat and ordering a different couch. I was not home at the time so my partner opted to keep the loveseat and return the couch. When I got home I instantly wished I’d been present for delivery. The loveseat is massive for our space. It’s certainly… a presence! But since we accepted it into our home, we cannot return it due to store policy. We’ve since ordered a more appropriately sized mismatched couch and are stuck with a loveseat I very strongly dislike. If we’d ordered online, we’d be able to return it and replace it with the much smaller loveseat that matches the couch we’ve settled for. I understand this is our mistake, but what a pricey bummer of a mistake. I’ll reiterate though: the folks working at the store were wonderful. Updated to 5 stars: New couch and matching loveseat arrived today. They are perfect! I’m wildly impressed at how far the staff went to fix this situation for us. Thank you!!

I came here looking to furnish my one bedroom apartment, as I have recently moved. Trevis from this Ashley location met me with exceptional service. Trevis was very personable and helpful, yet not at all overbearing or pushy, as can sometimes be the case with salespeople. Trevis was professional, kind and patient. He provided me with ample resources to weigh my options for a couch purchase and he answered all my questions about the product thoroughly. Walked in after looking for a few weeks at various furniture stores. Liz was amazing helpful and was able to help us find the perfect couch, recliner, and coffee table for our home. Couldn’t be more grateful and happy for this experience!

We bought furniture back in 2016 and at the time, was told to get the warranty since it would turn into a $199 credit for store purchases. We’ve now tried to use the credit twice, but apparently it can only be used on regular-priced items. This wasn’t told to us at the time, and since almost every item is on sale either in store or on the website, it’s actually more expensive to use our credit rather than buy items at normal sale price. This renders the credit useless, which the store admitted when we spoke with them. The last item we tried to purchase didn’t show as “on sale” on the website, yet they still refused to use our credit. They’ve admitted their mistake and say that what we are seeing is correct, yet still won’t let us use our credit.

Purchased a mattress and adjustable base, with Trevis as our sales associate. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and gave us all the time we needed to try them out. Highly recommend Trevis if you're in the Markey for any furniture need.

I went to the Henrietta store a couple of days ago to return a floor lamp that was defective. I said to an employee “I have a return.” He interrupted me right there and said “did you call to tell us about it?” “This isn’t Walmart you can’t just carry it in and expect a return!” It wasn’t worth trying to discuss or look for a bedroom set as I had planned. Your bad behavior and attitude influenced me too never shop here again. Not cool. And PS: no Walmart employee has ever treated me this way.

Most of our house has been furnished by Ashley. The last couple of years the quality has gotten cheaper but more expensive. We bought our dining room set and was talked into purchasing protection plan with it. Come to find out the company is a third party company that quickly became clear is some shady business. The company denied our claim we made when after a few months the finish on the table started peeling off. Right on the agreement the company states that is something they cover. Obviously we were pretty upset since we are paying for this protection plan that we can’t even use. When we went directly to Ashley furniture they immediately offered to send out their own tech at a cost to us, but would not help us with this third party company. Complete scam all the way around. I will not be purchasing any more furniture from this company. They are scam artists and their customer service sucks along with the quality of their merchandise

I have never been so unhappy with couches before. My reclining couches have been stuck for over two months. Everyone is sending me to different departments, no one wants to help because I have an extended warranty meanwhile we have nowhere to sit. I am utterly disgusted with Ashley, all the thousands of dollars I’ve spent over the years and no one will take ownership to make this right.

we ordered a sofa on feb 7th..and we were informed that we wouldnt have to wait more than 4 weeks. Actually they prided themselves on the fact that their furniture is made in batavia..thats why we wouldnt have to wait as long as other furniture companies have to wait. So needless to say...we were excited about that. Now we are told that it wont be delivered until march 23rd...thats 6Weeks..buyer beware.TheThe sales people will tell you anything to make a sale!!!

I had a great experience with Ashley store. Our sales woman Jodi was very helpful. I always thought Ashley furniture was too expensive but I went in to look and found them to be very reasonable and very good quality. The furniture is solid unlike the furniture at Raymour Flanigan. They offer a great warranty too and if you don’t use it in the 5 years, you get your money back. I would definitely buy furniture again from Jodi.

Their products are actually good but their customer service should be a half star. Bait and switch tactics. My favorite, they essentially offer a rebate in the form of an Ashley gift card. However you can only use the gift card to purchase stuff they carry at the store and only at full price. Thus my $200 gift card is useless as it's cheaper to not use it. Will no longer shop here. So just to update I tried reaching out to the number given in response from the "Owner". Was told they couldn't help me but given the number of another department that perhaps could. I gave up after trying 6 different departments and getting hung up on twice. Your customer service was even more impressively dismal than I had even imagined.

I called to find out if they had a specific collection on the floor so that I could see it in person. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone confirmed that they did have it. Drove to the store, found the collection I was looking for and also walked the entire showroom just in case there was anything I'd missed online. I was in the store for 15 minutes and not a single salesperson or store employee spoke to me until I was walking out the door. Collection pieces are available at several other stores in the area and I'll be making my purchase at one of them.

Greeted upon arrival. Immediately assisted with what we were shopping for. Friendly staff. The shift manager (Matt) was patiently assisting two newer hires with entering in sales. He was efficient and made the process easy to understand for his fellow teammates. Therefore, kudos to Matt for understanding the importance of teamwork. It helps make a shopping experience enjoyable and memorable.

We had a great experience thanks to our saleswoman Jodi. She had the perfect blend of helping, but not hovering and she got us everything we wanted! We bought our first living room set at Ashley eight years ago, and now our second. Will keep returning.

Wish I could leave zero stars. Ordered a $3,000 bedrooom set that was one screw up and broken piece after another. Was given $400 in Ashley cash as an apology only to find out it can not be used on anything online or on sale. Went to a store and asked them to work with me on an item I wanted and was never called back. Will return the bedroom set just to get rid of the bad juju.

I bought the furniture but one of the employee broke the furniture while loading it. They said they will replace the part in 1-3 weeks but it’s just extra waiting and hassle because of something they did.

It takes quite a lot to get me to write a review. I actually meant to write this two weeks ago when we made our purchases but life happened. Better late than never! My wife and I went into the store because we were hoping to get something as a gift for a family member. We were met at the door by Misael Lebron, who had just started his shift having come from another job. From the moment we walked in, to the moment he walked out, he was the one who took care of us and I would more than highly recommend seeking him out. We had all our questions answered and he did everything he could on his end to make sure we had a decent price on things we were interested in. Also was very thorough on how to use the 72 month financing to our advantage. He comes across as empathetic, as opposed to a salesman trying to get all he can from you. Maybe he is the greatest con man I ever met, as I jokingly told him. But I do believe his heart was in the right place and he was genuinely looking out for us. We were very happy with the things we bought but even happier with the service. Would again highly recommend seeking out Misael. He'll take good care of you.

My girlfriend and I where on the hunt for a new couch and I am so happy I shopped at Ashley homestore in Henrietta. The store had tons of options and the staff was really friendly! We worked with Jodi McKain and she was super helpful and made the whole process really easy and stress free. The gf and I must have sat on every couch there multiple times and instead of pushing us to make a purchase or just walking away, Jodi helped narrow down our choices and spent time with us to help invision these couches in our space. Now that we have received our new couch, I can say Jodi's insight was spot on and we could not be happier with our purchase! I will definitely go back to Ashley homestore for my future purchases!

The sales people we dealt with were extremely helpful and patient with us. We got our furniture really fast, which was amazing compared to other stores we’ve dealt with during Covid. They were very professional when they came to set it up in our home. We are very pleased.

Need to have a new couch fixed and it's like buying g a house. You have to go online take pictures, write an essay and still have to wait for a call back. What happened to a call and a quick appointment? Not happy right now.

Post pandemic, most furniture stores will have you waiting times up to a year for arrival, but not Ashley. 5 Stars across the board for Ashley Home Store for multiple reasons. They have an amazing team, from sales to delivery scheduling associates & capped off by a great delivery team. The delivery team assembled everything for us & were very professional. Amazing staff, beautiful selection and stock availability is A+....stop by you won't be disappointed...it's a guarantee.

Ashley Homestore in Henrietta, NY is by far the best furniture store in the area! We went to every store in the greater Rochester area and Ashley was by far the most professional, clean, and had THE best staff. Our sales rep Daniel Roberts was true super star! He was extremely friendly, personable , knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and helped us pick out the perfect couch for our new home! Dan quoted us 12-14 weeks for delivery, with everything going on in the world, we understood and said we will take it when it comes! However to our surprise the couch arrived exactly 2 weeks after purchase! The delivery team was also the best I have ever experienced they said they had been with Ashley for 17 years! They unload my couch, carried it up two flights of stairs and had it set up and installed perfectly in 10-15 minutes, it was unreal! Overall Ashley Homestore is a great company, the local team in Henrietta, NY and the delivery team are all 10/10. I will be recommending them to everyone I know in the Rochester area!

Matt Neider, the salesperson who helped me, was excellent. He was pleasant, took time with my needs and never pressured me at any time. I am sure that it was his attention that I purchased 2 chairs on my first shopping trip to look for chairs. Never cared about going to another furniture store.

Extremely unhappy with our purchase and business. Will not be purchasing from here in the future. We had amazing customer service in store. However, not with delivery - our couch came half done and is taking us almost a year with zero apology to get the couch completed and put together properly. Having to put your own couch together after the amount of money spent on it bc of the mistakes of the manufacture was also not on my too do list with babies. Very disappointed in this company.

Ordered a bedroom set and mattress in September 2021. Was told it could take up to 16 weeks for delivery due to covid back up. Because i would have to move old furniture out when the new furniture arrived, i stated that i did not want any items piece by piece, i wanted them all delivered together in full. A few weeks later i get a text that my mattress is ready to be delivered, and i had to call again to state i did not want it until the whole set was ready. 3 months later i get a text that my order is ready to be delivered, so i cleared out all my old furniture to make room for the new. Turns out, all they were brought was the mattress, with no information as to when the rest would be coming. I had to then move back in all my old furniture. Ashley customer service offered no compensation or credits for their mistake, and just blamed it on the warehouse but couldn’t give me anyone there to talk to. 3 more months later i get another text saying that half of the order is ready, and if i didn’t accept it now, they would reallocate it to another customer and i would have to wait even longer for it when the rest of it was ready. So i again took a partial delivery. Finally after 8 whole months, twice the amount of time they told me originally, the entire order has been delivered. I wanted to give up half way thru out of sheer frustration with this process, and just have everything returned and refunded, but they said they don’t take any returns or refunds, Even for the items i hadn’t even received yet. This process has been an absolute nightmare, customer service was atrocious and unhelpful, and i would never recommend doing business with this store.

I ordered a bed from @AshleyHomeStore in December 2021, it came in March damaged. They sent a new one in April and the hardware was missing! 🤦🏾‍♀️ Said the hardware would be delivered “mid May”. I called today and they’re talking about “mid June”! I am so fed up! It doesn’t seem like anyone at @AshleyHomeStore cares that we’re going on 6 months without a bed! This is ridiculous! My husband and I spent over $8,000 at Ashley Furniture and now that they have our money, they don’t care what happens after.

Had a horrendous experience with the salesperson Matt today at the Rochester store on Hylan Drive . His personality was cocky and beyond rude, and he talked down to my friend who was trying to look at a table . Made us both highly uncomfortable on multiple occasions and in many ways.

Anthony helped my Husband and I pick out a bedroom set and mattress. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Can’t say enough about how wonderful he was to work with! We will definitely be back after that experience.

If you buy furniture at this store be very careful if you purchase the extended Platinum Warranty coverage. I purchased a lift recliner chair at this store because I needed the lift assistance to get up after my leg surgery. Had a problem with the chair so the lift no longer functioned. Three companies are involved with this "Platinum Extended Warranty ". Ashley Furniture, The warranty company, and the tech company. Each one points the finger at the other and claims " not my responsibility ". Bottom line, in 3 months it will be one year and my chair still does not lift. So my recommendation is to never buy furniture with an extended warranty from Ashley Furniture.

Went into the store and told they were running a great 30% off deal. I was so excited. We home to measure, pulled up online and it was HUNDREDS of dollars cheaper. So, ordered it online. I was told delivery was 8-12weeks, which stinks but ok. I knew when I purchased. I get a text that delivery is 24 MONTHS out. ALMOST HALF A YEAR!!!!!!!!! That's a far cry from the 12 they gave me. So many lies and deceit. Do business with an honest company. It's too bad....I only just started buying all the furniture for my new house. Why can't people just be honest!

We needed a new dining room table and some stools for our kitchen, we went to Ashley and we received all our things. We had a few snags, but with Covid we expected that. The dining room table we bought, wasn't what we expected , it wasn't what we thought, it was super wiggly, and we had the service team come out, and they said that it was a "lemon" or put together wrong. so need less to say , we were in a situation that they were only going to exchange the table, but to find a table that would match the chairs would be impossible. Well, we went in and saw Amirah and Tracy, and they were amazing. they were very understanding of our situation and they made it right. I highly recommend this store, and especially these two. They made it right and we will be back and refer people to them!!!!

will never order from here again.was the worst experience ever my bed was delivered unopend and they damaged it all up it looks horrible. and when I orderd my bed it stated that i did not need a box spring or foundation but when I get the bed and put it up i do. they they gave me a 150$ gift card and I was told I could use it on anything in store so since I needed a box spring now I was going to use the gift car well when I get in store they tell me i can't use it on my box spring or anything that have to do with bed now I have a gift card thats useless to me worst place to order anything from never again

Check that the salesperson helping you isn’t jacking up the price. Just typical, isn’t it? Us: yea we will take this loveseat Salesperson: great, we have a great 20% off deal, and today only I’ll give you 30%! Us: wow great. Us later that night: checks online on the Ashley furniture website and the same loveseat is available for $400 less than what we paid for in store… Very predatory.

Brand new recliner broke as someone sat on it and almost fell out of the chair. I called and was told it would take weeks for parts to come in, then weeks to schedule a technician to see if the chair can be fixed with parts and then if not , order a new chair and take months for it to come in. The chair is not fixable the frame is uneven and the wood cracked and there was wood shavings all over my floor. Just terrible process that makes no sense. Blindly orders parts over phone that they think is necessary before someone even looks at it. All the while still paying for a chair i can’t even sit it because it’s too dangerous and broken in half. Oh and of course blamed the pandemic for the delays. I shouldn’t have to wait for a “third party” Mr. Fix it technician to come over and attempt to repair my chair. How about you do what a reputable company does and come pick up the broken chair or i would even drive it to the store just to get it out of my house and give the customer a brand new chair or refund in a reasonable amount of time. Nope, neither are options. No longer a customer. Update!! Now the other recliner is making a loud spring noise and not working properly. Looks like I purchased a defective product as they now are ordering parts to fix the five month old recliner. But it’s ok they hide behind the absurd one year warranty . DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY

She didn’t pressure us at all to purchase our mattress and didn’t sell us anything we didn’t need, which to me is huge. She was so helpful in guiding us to exactly what we were looking for. The delivery people are great! But we were lied to at the store as they told us all of the furniture was made in the USA that's why it takes so long because the factories here are running behind. That was a lie as the stickers on the furniture says made in Vietnam!

In store experience was phenomenal. The delivery experience so far has soured all good will the in store employees garnered. Was told to schedule delivery and remove any furniture as they don't take furniture from the home. Only to them to arrive with just a table and not the rest of the furniture THEY scheduled to be delivered. Now I don't have a choice but to have an empty living room for 4-5 days. Instead of making it a priority to recify the issue I have to essentially get pushed to the back of the line until their schedule opens up. World class POOR customer service

Do not buy anything from this store. They make junk and then do not stand behind it. Buyer beware. We have bought many pieces from them and they fall apart! Save your money!

I’m only giving this one star because our new mattress is so comfy so I’m well rested. All sorts of issues with this store. Had a bedroom set we really liked, so we spend several hours in there when we purchased going over exactly what we wanted. Stated multiple times that we wanted the set to include two nightstands- set gets delivered and only one nightstand. Salesperson never included the second in our order. Delivery guys were quick and professional. Upon inspecting the set, noticed multiple scuffs and chips on the nightstand and dresser. Wood glue showing on edges and one drawer was crooked. Called the customer service line and they offer a $100 store gift card. Finally got them to agree to exchange the dresser. We had to then order a second nightstand and are still waiting for an exchange for the dresser. Slimy business practices, spend a little more and go somewhere local.

Our salesman Hassan was fantastic. He was energetic, knowledgeable and made sure we got the best price there was. I honestly had had no plans of buying anything but the deal he was able to get me pushed me over into buying on the spot. Great experience

Shane Fornier confronts me as soon as i walk in the door, and keeps following me. What am I going to do, walk out with furniture? If I want to talk to a sales rep, I will come up to the person when I am ready for info or a sale. I find it very rude to be hounded by sales people, that don't really do anything at all.

Barbara was hands down the best representative that we could of dealt with. She was so knowledgeable about the pieces I was interested in and went the step further to make sure my item from a different store would fit properly with their product. She never once pushed a sale pitch onto us. Thank you Barbara!!

I should have listened to all the reviews and gone elsewhere but they had what I was looking for. I ordered a sectional and recliner. I knew it would take some time and I was fine with that. When the furniture arrived it was the wrong chair and the couch was damaged. I was told if I refused the chair the replacement time would only be 2-3 weeks due to it being their fault. So I did that. I called about the damage and was asked to email pictures, which I did. I was told I would get a call back by end of the day. That didn’t happen. It wasn’t until 4 days later and me making several calls did I finally get answers. The sales were blaming customer service and customer service was blaming the sales department. It was a joke. They finally order parts to fix my couch. I called today as 2-3 weeks pasted to check on the status of my chair and was told it would not be in until December 7th. So they lied to me. And I’m still without a chair. Through all this not one time did anyone say sorry that caused this mistake. You would think with Ashley being a large company the salesman who ordered the wrong chair or the manager would at least call to apologize and offer some sort of remedy. Nope! Not only are the customer service employees rude but I had to beg to speak to a manager. Only after I mentioned how I couldn’t believe they treat their customers this way did she offer me a $50 refund. Big deal. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This company is a nightmare to deal with.

I will start by saying the sale team was good. They seem to have a lot of communication. Issues on product follow through with logistics. Being in retail I understand that day and situations can go side ways. With that said it is inconceivable on how we have been treated when it came to delivering our product. Even though the gave us a window they narrowed it down to arriving around x.The I was called a hour and half earlier say the would be at my house in Fifteen min. After I had requested 30 min prior to delivery.the day before. I had told the driver I was informed by that it would be delivered around x and I should call for a reschedule. My conversation went that would talk to the driver to reroute after the following job and they would call me on the way. Apparently this was LIE. 45 min after no follow up I called back and was informed that they could not reroute and we would have to take delivery on a new date, 12 day later. No other solution, no wiggle room a halfhearted apology no other manager, no compensations. By the way we had removed our beds and donated the furniture the night before so my child, wife and I will be sleeping on the old couch for next 12 days. You can forget about the new couch sets and I said sets that we where gonna purchase. In my business our director goes out with the president of logistics and Gets it done no excuse that we won’t wait 45 min after inside corporate makes a mistake they provide customer service. A service that my family did not get. Thanks for two empty rooms for 12 day now

Went here with my friend to help him look at couches right from the start we said no leather ( he has cats) they showed us several couches all leather and even lied to us saying that leather was good for pets and were incredibly pushy the whole time we were there just trying to make sales not listening to what we wanted and just telling us what we wanted to here. We went to several stores that day all with very similar or the same selection in stock at lower prices and here there was over a year wait even though they told us the others get the product from them. When we tried to leave we were chased to the door to order one last exclusive deal and told that "it's ok if we go to their competitors and that's our decision"

After having a bad experience at Ashley, I went to Markson's Furniture, and it was incredible. At Ashley, I worked with a salesperson who was so condescending that he insulted me multiple times. I actually had to tell him I felt uncomfortable and stated, "It doesn't seem like you want my business." After deciding on the set I wanted, I saw Markson's had the same set for significantly less money. The salesperson at Markson's said they can get almost anything that's in the Ashley stores. The salespeople at Markson's were terrific and worked together instead of competing against each other, which didn't happen at Ashley or the other stores. I saved more than $900 on the SAME set at Markson's. I still got five year protection on the furniture too.

Great service. Looking for smart sofa, a few with high quality but really expensive. The salesman was good. The deliver day is in November.

Misael was the absolute best! he dealt with my crazy flip flop decision and my audibles lol. he really helped navigate the store and knew the products well. this was painless and relatively quick despite me being silly. he is also baby approved lol.

Hassan was an excellent salesman, we ended up with a great deal and new couch we loved.

Bought chairs from these guys and instead of bringing them out to us so we can put them in our car they told us just to go back and grab them our self. They had 8 guys just standing around and rather then helping us we had to go all they way back in the store and carry them our self with no help.

My boyfriend and I have had such amazing customer service at this location. Lidya has been such a huge help to work with, despite 2 different couches not fitting in my apartment (fingers crossed for 3!). Her willingness to help us out and maximize a past credit has been above and beyond our expectations. Definitely go here and ask for Lidya if you're in the market for an Ashley piece!

I love the experience at this store, it was fun, simple and a lot of laughs, but always mantaining a good calm and serious demeanor when it came to the items and what was possible, I would recommend this place hands down and if you do go in, definitely ask for James, he is hands down the best person to get, specially if you are a first time buyer.

Very disappointing experience here. We went in and the saleswoman (name excluded on purpose) was beyond pushy and rude. She was rolling her eyes and had many comments that were not needed or wanted. We really liked a piece of furniture but after dealing with this saleswoman we wont be purchasing and wont be back. I know below soon will be a comment from Ashley below apologizing for our experience as that what companies do but we will not be back. That experience was awful and I will never recommend this particular Ashley to anyone.

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Not pushy at all when looking at furniture but helpful anytime there was a question and extremely friendly. Misael was awesome to work with. They offered an online price guarantee and Misael looked up online pricing for the item we purchased and found us an incredible deal on a bed frame and 2 night stands. Would definitely recommend going to this store and working with Misael!

Matt was outstanding to work with. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. We came in looking for a sectional couch and found one that is perfect! Really a great experience!

The time at Ashley Homestore Henrietta, Ny is genuine one of the best experiences I’ve had with customer service. Salesperson, Peter, had been nothing less than great. He was incredibly helpful as well as friendly, and I’m truthfully happy to work with him again.

Stopped in after dinner on a Saturday night with my wife. We were casually looking for replacement sofa and loveseat. We were greeted by the shift supervisor and treated extremely well. We were not pressured and spent the better part of two hours in the store comparing several pieces in our desired style and type. We ended up buying a set. The receipt is in the photos. We felt we had a pretty good deal. Based on reviews, we choose a well rated line. According to the internet it is arguable we ended up paying too much. I have attached a couple screenshots the day of for comparison. Please keep in mind you can't try out a couch on the internet. If we all try out furniture and then go buy it online eventually all the stores will be gone. So we accepted some level of markup consistent with the level of our need for interaction from the staff and availability of things to touch and feel in person. Overall a great experience. We will shop here again.

Had the worst experience of my life! I ordered something on November and called them a month after if it was ready or not. Two times they told me it is ready and I went to pick it up, but they said It is not ready. They told me probably someone lied to you!!! 4-5 months passed in this. Then I called them back on March 30 to see what happened. They said someone already pick it up!!! What the heck? I waited 4-5 months and at the end they telling me someone else already pick it up for you??? I would never buy anything from them again. I definitely not recommend it. By the way it was the Ashley store in Henrietta!

Went to this store to search for bedroom sets and Sean was amazing! We found exactly what we were looking for and he made process very easy. He was patient and we didn’t feel rushed to make a decision while we were there. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and the entire store had a positive friendly atmosphere. It was overall a great experience and we will be going back to Sean whenever new furniture is needed!

I don't even want to give this one star. I was given a chair that is remote for massaging and heat and it was missing the adapter. I went to the store and asked if the part could be ordered the told me that they would put it in to the parts department and that I should get a call within 24-48 hours. I never got a call and when I called today they told me that because I did not purchase the chair from them there is no way of knowing if the parts department would order it. I did my homework and the chair was purchased there just not by me. Very rude man that I spoke with. I will take my business to Raymour and Flannigan before I go back to them

We bought new furniture for our living room two couches end table and coffee table took 12 weeks to come in now they're saying 24 weeks and blaming it on covid still. They're $350 coupon for new product is only off of full retail not sale price or online ordering.

Sean was an exceptional help when my partner and I were searching for a new Living Room set. He was very knowledgeable about the various sets and guided us in the direction for us to find the perfect couch and a beautiful coffee table. Honestly, probably one of the best experiences I've ever had in a retail store.

Purchased a recliner in September, it is now March and they say it will be June or July before they can get it to me.

The salesppl were nice & quick to sell u something, everyone was friendly though. Plenty of free parking. Handicapped spaces avail. A LOT of younger salesppl. The store played up-beat music, the showrooms were brightly lit. Prices were kinda middle-of-the-road for wot u got, not too expensive, not too cheap. If u have nothing to do for the day, nice place to visit for an hour or so.

We purchased a dining room table & server over the weekend. Matt was very patient & helpful. Our table came from one collection while the server came from another. Matt even carried an end table from the server collection half way across the store so we could compare colors with the table & chairs. Definitely recommend talking with Matt!

Ordering my living room set with them was a big mistake! They made me wait over 7 months. They would cancel the scheduled delivery with hardly any notice and reschedule. They did this over and over. I had to take days off from work for no reason. Do yourself a favor and get your furniture somewhere else.

Jay at the Henrietta store is AWESOME. He sold us our couch and as soon as it arrived we went back to him to look for other things to use with our Ashley Cash! Very happy with the purchase, the delivery, and the customer service provided by Jay.
