Had a great experience in the store, they gave us the space to look around and take our time. Anthony helped us out and was very patient, as we discussed all the different options. We had our new couches delivered 3 days later -- very pleased!

John was so helpful when Anthony and Mike were not able to be there. He did an awesome and very thorough job of helping me. So pleased with John.
THESE LAZY GOOD FOR NOTHING TRASHBAGS NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I LITERALLY CALLED IT FOR AN HOUR AND NOBODY PICKED UP. I DON'T CARE OF THEY WERE BUSY, HAVE THE RESPECT TO PICK UP THE PHONE AND SAY SOMEONE WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU OR THEY WILL RETURN THE CALL. OH WELL THEY LOST A $15,000 SALE. I KNOW MY MONEY DOESN'T MAKE OR BREAK THE STORE BUT GUESS WHAT. I PLAN ON PURCAHSING A LOT MORE FURNITURE FOR MY OTHER HOUSES AND LOOKS LIKE THEY WILL LOSE OUT ON A TOTAL OF ABOUT $60,OOO MAYBE MORE. SOMEONE LOST OUT ON A NICE COMMISSION. MAYBE NEXT TIME YOU WON'T BE SO LAZY, YA MORONS OFF TO ANOTHER STORE

Marvelous experience. Sales person , Michelle, was perfect. Knowledgeable, informative, amiable- and above all, not pushy. She made me feel comfortable and therefore confident in my purchase. The store itself had annoying music.
