I have been on the prowl for my soulmate of a section for several years now! Ashley's has a great selection but I feel like I am not finding the one and keep coming up on the fence as to settle! If only the Cambri set wasn't so white, it would be home with me now. I'm considering the Bresslyn as it was my second choice and is the Hot Deal through Presidents' Day Sale! $1599 is a great price! If only I could find a sectional as easily as I fell in love with my Bolanburg dining table! I am happy with my Willowton bedroom set as well! Both such easy decisions to purchase! Very good customer service both Sierra and Tim were helpful but not pressuring sale! I'm still hoping to find the one and not settle for something I don't love! Ashley's make a darker version of Cambri! I'm liking the Carynhurst coffee table and Breesslyn but not loving...

I worked with Tim and he was absolutely phenomenal! I came in looking for a bedroom set in the process of moving. He showed me sets that fit my exact needs and kept me in the price point I wanted! I couldn’t have been more pleased with his help! Definitely recommend going there with him or any of the sales associates! They weren’t pushy or just trying to get a sale from me. You could tell they genuinely cared about my son and I during this process!

My experience at the store was OK. Laurie, I hope I got the spelling right, was friendly and very quick to help me purchase a swivel chair for my wife’s birthday. This Kearney leather swivel chair had a price tag on it for $799 but I previously checked the Ashley website and the same chair was $479. This Liverpool Ashley store agreed to match the website price, it was explained to me that the Ashley stores are privately owned and not related to the website business. Though that may be true it’s very confusing to a customer. In my opinion, there should be a website for each individual Ashley store. The store agreed to “honor” the website price point, and I was made to feel like they were doing me a favor. Not in a snarky way but just a factual way. However, just one month earlier I had gotten the exact same chair at the Ashley in Marcy for $449 and another one at the Chinatown store in Solvay for $442. They price matched the Marcy store and gave me a little more off. This proves the furniture business is a funky business. I urge all new customers looking to buy furniture to price check all the local stores and all the online entities so that you are armed with knowledge on who’s got the best price. Then ask them to price match. This particular chair is worth $449 and not a penny anymore. $799 is off the charts unreasonably expensive. What if I was an unknowing customer and just ponied up the almost double amount? Ouch. $449 is a fair price, the customer wins, and the store wins. But it’s not worth $799 so that’s why I urge all new customers to really price check this stuff. This is nothing against Laurie as I believe she has no control over this funky business. And she was really upbeat and nice on a dreary Syracuse day. The reason I bounced around these three stores to get this exact chair is because I only buy things that are in stock. They each had only one chair in stock. I bought the floor model at the store in Liverpool and oddly enough it was the most expensive of the three. I will still shop at Ashley but I will be vigilant in what I’m getting.

I was greeted very kindly by Lorrie and told her what I was searching for. She pointed me in the right direction. I was only looking for a coffee table, but was able to get the end tables as well for an excellent price. Excellent service from her as she also quickly brought me to the register to cash out.

My husband and I planned on coming in to Ashley to look around with no plans on buying anything. We were immediately greeted by a very nice women. She asked what we were looking for, which was ideas for 3 different rooms in our home, and she brought us to the bedroom set section of the store. She had us trying all sorts of beds and even gave us different pillows!! It was an entertaining experience for sure. She was so down to earth and made it fun. Skipping to the end,we bought a new adjustable bed, dresser, end stands and pillows. She was helpful and informative every step of the way. They close at 8 and she was with us until 8:30. When we go back for our living room furniture I will be looking for her and her only. Our furniture gets delivered the 28th!!

When I arrived at the store Lorrie was busy with a walk in. We waited a few minutes and normally we would have left after few minutes but Chad stepped up and took the wife through all the mattresses that may be comfortable with her since I had gone through them in previous visit. Once Lorrie was finished with her walk in she came over to us and we work out the mattresses that the wife and I were comfortable with. My feeling is that both Chad & Lorrie went above and beyond what I expected. Again thank you for the assistance in getting a new mattress for the first time in 25 years.

Left Ashley not super pleased, I should’ve just ordered my mattress online. I was told there was a sale going on through Presidents’ Day, after informing them I what specific mattress I was interested in. I received no discount or sale. Then I was told one price on the mattress protector, I agreed, then at check out it went up $80 because “he got the price wrong” Spent about 45 minutes trying to complete the sale of my mattress, the employee didn’t really seem too sure of what he was doing. I think it’s wrong to tell me there’s a sale after I told the employee what specific product I wanted, then be charged full price. Along with the sudden price increase of the protector. Anything to make a sale at this store

What a great experience. I went in knowing what I wanted and worked with Patricia…who made my experience all the better. She was knowledgeable and so friendly, making the entire transaction effortless and smooth. I ended up having to do a return and she made that just as easy as the original transaction. Highly recommend 😃

Many thanks to the excellent team at Ashley Furniture in Liverpool, especially Lorrie. We happened upon a newly clearanced item in the back room that was perfect, except we also need the matching chair/ottoman. They patiently found these for us at the Camillus store. They went above and beyond to help us with this purchase of great new living room set at a spectacular price. This would be a five star rating if they had better hours for us to pick up our new furniture. But we’re so excited about our purchase and would definitely return.

We bought a sectional back in December and put half down up front. We did a payment plan that will cover the rest over a year span which we are happy with. While picking out our couch we told the sales rep we were concerned because we live in the top floor of an apartment building with narrow hallways & we were told delivery would NOT be an issue as long as we have standard size door frames- which we do. Fast forward to delivery day, my fiance is here by himself (i am pregnant) accepting the delivery, and our delivery drivers refused to attempt to bring it up the stairs due to a “liability”, yet they claimed we could do a return and choose a different couch. Mind you, this sectional was one of the most affordable in store, and is less than a quarter of the amount i was approved for via Wells Fargo- interesting. After that offer, these men left our brand new couches on the sidewalk in front of my building in the middle of winter on a Tuesday while everyone is at work, unable to help my fiance even with the smaller parts of the sectional, because they claim they must move “all or none”. Luckily he was able to contact family to leave work early to help, and the sectional made it into the apartment no problem. I spent all day trying to contact the store via phone, and never once did i get a reply or a call back. I finally “texted” support and got ahold of customer service, and was offered an apology and $100 off from the couch which doesn’t even cover the full delivery fee, or a $200 gift card which is only valid with another separate purchase. I urge shoppers to consider another furniture store that is willing to follow through with their job or at least give adequate compensation.

Ethan was really great! He was new, so his coworker pitched in and helped out. I think she was the manager actually! My brother got what he was looking for and me too! We had my 6 year old with us and everybody, especially Ethan were really great with him!

The furniture we have gotten from rent a center is crap the materials used in the furniture is cheap particle board and crap metal but after spending over 4 grand on two couch sets that have fallen apart in less than 3 yrs I would never ever recommend this company

Stopped in on a whim and explained to the saleswoman that we were just looking. She acknowledged that and continued to look with us for over an hour. She never pressured us, and was very helpful, super friendly and tolerated our silliness.We ended up finding the perfect couch, on sale for 2 more days at 20% off. When I explained that the couch was for a house I wouldn’t be occupying for 6-12 months. She told me they would hold it for 13 months. I wasn’t ready to make the decision at that moment. She encouraged me to think about it and to call on the last day of the sale and let her know my decision. At no time did I feel pressured. I ended up buying it and can’t wait to see it in my new home! It was a very positive experience with NATASHA! Have been back twice since initial visit and received the same excellent assistance from Natasha. Last visit was for a bed frame and mattress. Natasha spent a good amount of time making sure I found the mattress that was just right for me.

Our salesman was very outgoing, reasonable and not pushy. She was overall very helpful and patient with us. Only downfall was I wish she would have been more knowledgeable about qualifying for finance. She told us we could apply for interest free financing with an extra discount but turns out, we did not qualify and I got stuck with a new credit card I did not want. She pitched us a price before we decided to make the sale, then come to find out we had to pay even more than what she said.

I wish I could leave more than five start for this Liverpool store. I reached out them because the couch we wanted was on clearance. I was told by my local store in Ohio they may have one in stock. I went the chat route and was messaging with Quinn. Quinn advised they didn’t have it in stock after checking their website but stated they would check the store. I received a message back from Quinn the very next morning and stated they had found the couch. I then spoke with Natasha and she was able to complete the transaction in a timely fashion. Both Quinn and Natasha were extremely helpful and I was very vey impressed by their willingness to help. If I had a business I would want both of them on my team. It’s nice to have great customer service these days.

Very good experience. We needed a new twin size mattress that was comfortable, mostly firm and a nice quality. The price was very fair. Our salesperson, Natasha, is knowledgeable, patient and worked with our expectations.

Bought a durapella sectional that we were told all plugs together, delivery occurs and nope, 3 separate plugs. We contact and an appointment for a technician is made as they swear it all connects together, less than 24 hours before appointment they cancel with a 3 week out new date. 11 days after getting the couch a tear at a seam that looks to be a framing pressure point occurs, mind you we were told durapella will not rip. Again we contact and are offered $75 off the piece or as a gift card, or they will order new fabric and mail to us, once we have we then have to contact to arrange a technician to come out, and which will probably cancel. Point blank, customer service sucks and do not believe your sales associate as to see the warranty and very thoroughly read.

Came into Ashley furniture with my family looking for a sectional (couch) came into contact with Patty at the store, She was very professional and helped me and my wife navigate the store until we found the perfect piece for our living room. She was very accommodating to us as we have 2 small children and that can sometimes be a hassle while shopping! I chose a bedroom set from the main showroom. I was not made aware that the items were being marked at clearance or listed at a $0.00 value. This was not communicated to me clearly, and I did not knowingly agree to forfeit standard warranty protections or return rights. Dan, the sales representative who assisted me, was very enthusiastic and fast-talking—frankly, he would excel in used car sales—but that made it difficult to catch the fine print. I trusted that I was being offered a discount, not that my items would be coded in a way that would compromise the quality of service or protections typically provided. Had I understood this, I would have asked to see the clearance item marked at $0.00 and would have taken the time to inspect the bedroom set closely for imperfections ( but who does that when you believe you’re purchasing new furniture) Unfortunately, I walked away thinking I had received a great deal (given the total amount of my purchase) only to later find that a portion of my purchase had been processed and placed in a clearance category with limited support and coverage. Despite this horrible experience- I was more than willing to work with your team member Rebecca to reach a fair resolution. I appreciate your support, understanding and diligence, in helping to resolve this matter. Your assistance increased Ashley’s ratings from a 1 to a 3. Thank you again for your assistance. 5/12/25. BUYER BEWARE — My experience with Ashley Furniture in Liverpool, NY has been absolutely terrible, and I want to warn others before making the same mistake. I worked with a sales rep named Dan who showed me a bedroom set, mattress, and living room furniture on the MAIN showroom floor. Dan was friendly and offered me a “discount” — something I appreciated at first. What he didn’t tell me was that in order to apply that discount, he submitted the sale as "clearance" items without my knowledge or consent. I NEVER walked through their clearance section and picked out a bedroom set! To make things worse, when the items were delivered, they were damaged. One dresser was replaced — but everything else? I was told I had “no warranty” or right to return or exchange anything because it was coded as clearance. Chad, the manager, told me something completely different — that it wasn’t clearance — and offered the replacement of the damaged dresser and assured delivery of the chest that was never received. Now- there’s an issue with the nightstands!! Pictures attached! Ashley Furniture is playing a dangerous game here. What you think is a discount may actually be them quietly removing your rights as a consumer. I unknowingly signed a clearance acknowledgment buried in paperwork that was never explained to me. Shame on Dan for sneaky sales tactics. Shame on Chad for supporting them. Shame on Ashley Furniture for allowing this to happen under their brand. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT before you leave the store. That discount may come with strings you weren’t told about. I rate this store a big fat ZERO. Do better, Ashley!!

My mom and I were looking to both purchase new furniture for both of our homes. We had previously gone to a different furniture store and were not even approached for anyone to help us. As soon as we walked into Ashley we were greeted right away. We were asked what we were looking for in a couch. I told him I had 2 toddlers so it needed to be kid friendly. He immediately knew exactly what I needed and after only looking at 2 couches I found exactly what I wanted. Pleasant experience so far. Chose furniture, established delivery date...earliest avail was 6 weeks away. For what I am paying, delivery fee of almost $400 seems a bit excessive. Final review will come later after furniture is delivered, etc.

Horrible experience, lies, and intentionally hurt my credit. ordered a new mattress and a couch set used their "financing". They set delivery for weeks (almost a month later) as per my request as I had to get rid of the other mattress and couch. However the couchwasn't delivered and I had to call 10 times to get an answer on that. The bed was being delivered separately and came right in time. Mid November. Couch was scheduled to deliver black Friday. Cleared my schedule and messaged store to verify delivery time and got a "we don't know deliver guys will contact you a few days before" I assumed I'd still get it that day and proceeded. End of the next week I get a message to confirm delivery for Dec 5th. (The 1 year anniversary of the passing of my son 7 yr old son), no thanks, also shut down and didn't respond until the week after. Next message offered delivery 2 days before Christmas. Excuse me delivery was originally scheduled for nov 29th and now your saying you won't until dec 20th or 27th... During all this discussion I asked for phone calls multiple times as I also hadn't received a bill and knew it has been 30 days since I signed up for the financing. They said "billing doesn't happen until delivery so you'll be good until 30-40 days after." I let them know I couldn't find or access anything online and was anxious to make sure I didn't miss the payment especially after canceling the couch. They assured me I'd get something in the mail and set up the account. As we canceled the couch I wasn't sure if there even was a balance left since I paid $1410 out of pocket and mattress was 1200 before add ons. Ff to today my husband hops on credit karma and low and behold a report of a 30 day late payment to tdfiannce who holds our Ashley balance. I call and immediately pay the total balance tell them to cancel the credit card, and find out the store set me up for paperless billing and never gave them my email address. So 60+points off myself and my husband's credit score the snakes haven't lost a thing, we never got a couch, but they sure got their $1700+late fee!

Furniture is junk! I bought a set of furniture less than a year ago and the couch is already falling apart. I purchased extra insurance incase of anything like this happening. When i called to have my couches fixed with said insurance, which was supposed to be 5 year long insurance that could be used at anytime. Ashley home furniture's response was "no we cant help you with that". Then what did i pay for Ashley home furniture? Stop scamming people. Will never be going here again and will not recommend to anyone!

Staff was very friendly, and that’s where it ended. I ordered three couches back in the middle of November. The sales person, who was very nice and not pushy told us 1-2 weeks. It’s now towards the end of January, I still don’t have my furniture due to the truck getting stuck(I get that things happen). The person on the phone was friendly and apologetic but couldn’t tell me the next delivery date until tomorrow, hopefully they call. I took the day off from work and will most likely have to do it again. I don’t see myself purchasing another item from this store, if it’s too far out for delivery I’ll just cancel my order.

I have just purchased a complete bedroom set with mattress ,my sales rep Dan Nye did wonders for us ,he made sure we walked out the door bieng a very happy customer, he went above and beyond to make this happen ,this is the second time I had purchased from Ashley Furniture in Liverpool NY and I am very pleased with the whole process!!Ashley Furniture is the best!!!!

The salesman met me at the door, politely. He then followed me around the store for an hour and kept asking, "may I help you?" When looking at dining sets I eventually asked him, does the dining SET include the chairs ($1,700). He practically ran to me said "No, thats for the table and extension leaves", at which point he pulled the paper out of the add, opened it up and each chair was $250. I then asked if he had any tables that were actual solid wood, not plywood with a veneer. He looked at me flat faced and stated, "well thats pretty much all of our furniture." Im giving one star in part for an attempt at PRESSURE SALES, AND for the quality of the "wooden" furniture. Absolutely nothing was impressive. Cheap quality for great quality prices.

Was looking for a Matching Loveseat and Recliner. Went to Ashley Furniture first to start our looking journey and met our Salesperson Patricia. She was very helpful and showed us around the place taking us to sets that suited our taste. We saw a set we like but decided on looking at a couple other places and trying out the furniture before making a final purchase. She gave us her business card and told us about the upcoming deal the following week. After looking at the other places we decided to go back to Ashley and purchase the set with Patricia. Very happy with our choice and our salesperson!!

Our sales person was wonderful and very knowledgeable. They gave me the time to just look on my own without bothering us every 5 minutes which was awesome. Our only issue was when it came to the invoice. They had over charged us $780 dollars. Luckily when we got to the car my husband looked over the bill and noticed it. There were 3 different mistakes on the bill. Next time we will definitely ask to see it before they charge my credit card. Now we are just waiting for the credit to come through. They also did not tell us before hand the amount it would cost for delivery. The price for delivery is outrageous

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH MY ASHLEY PURCHASES. THE YOUNG MEN WHO DELIVERED THEM WERE PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL.

While the original delivery and installation did not take very long, filing a claim took forever. The bed frame we purchased was installed incorrectly and the support legs broke/deformed within a month of using the bed. After I filed a claim with Ashley and it was approved, it took OVER THREE MONTHS for the new pieces to be delivered and installed. Once our claim was approved, we received radio silence from Ashley. I called 6 times to get updates on our replacement, and no one was able to get me any information besides “call back next week”. Absolutely absurd customer service.
