Think twice before you purchase a mattress from that store!! Although we had previously great experience with an Ahley Store in Myrtle Beach, our experience in this store was extremely disappointing. We went to buy a new mattress and base (~$5000) and the salesperson who was very nice but deceitful, told us that we have 30 days to trial and the mattress and can exchange to a different mattress if we didn't like it. That matched most if not all mattress stores that give a grace period for in home trial. Within 2 weeks my wife couldn't stand the firmness of the mattress, so she went to exchange it with a softer one (one that we also liked while we were there and is even more expensive). To her surprise the store manager told my her that we cannot replace the mattress and that we have to contact the vendor directly!!! The manager also acknowledged that the salesperson was mistaken when she told us we have a grace period of a month to trial the mattress. This is deceit and fraud and I'm submitting complaint to the better business bureau. In addition, my wife complained that the mattress base was not working correctly and they promised to send someone to fix it but NEVER happened. NO ownership whatsoever! Honestly, we would've been better off ordering online! So disaapointing!!! Will never buy anything from Ashley again!
I was very impressed with this furniture store. I had a very good shopping experience here, and will go there again for other furniture purchases!

Today we were at Ashley Furniture and worked with Brittini! I cannot say enough phenomenal things about the service we received today! She took into considerations our style and needs. We ended up finding the perfect furniture for us. Going back in the future to continue shopping with Brittini! Definitely recommending her to all our friends and family!
The minute I walk in I was helped even as I gave the cold shoulder as if I was just looking, Caitlyn continued to walk around the store with me explaining pieces and options. From the moment we met she was super helpful and realistic not just trying to push on anything. She remained patient and diligent. After 2hrs she helped me find the perfect pieces for my living room and dining room. Although she was fairly new she was very informative and knew the aspects of her job. Caitlyn helped me apply for finacing and working around my budget. This was my best experience ever while finding furniture my day was truly made. Hope the rest of the process such as delivery goes just as well. Thank you again Caitlyn
I could not be more disappointed with Ashley's customer service. I was promised delivery on March 12th shortly after purchasing my furniture, I paid a $200 delivery fee. When March 12th came, the delivery driver claimed my street was blocked and couldn't deliver the furniture. Despite repeatedly telling both the driver and the people at Ashley that he was on the wrong street because mine was clearly not blocked, the driver refused to make the delivery and the unhelpful people at Ashley offered nothing other than that they'd call in 1 to 3 days to reschedule. Four days later, Ashley did indeed call and schedule delivery on the 19th, I told them that was good although I'd need to confirm that I had access to the freight elevator that day. The next day they told me the 19th was no longer available and that maybe Tuesday the 22nd would work. I have now been without furniture in my apartment for weeks and I cannot keep taking time off from work on hope that Ashley will actually follow through with one of their delivery promises.
