So we ordered 2 couches they took my name 3x and my address 3x I corrected them each time! I get a text with the wrong name and a phone call regarding delivery with the wrong name and address!! I have little faith that I’ll see this furniture anytime soon!
Helpful and knowledgeable staff at the store and friendly delivery people
We were greeted right away after entering the store. Matt was very helpful and told us how to find and order furniture not on the showroom floor. Ordered over the phone from Angela and she was great - helpful and personable. Very good shopping experience!

Went to the Ashley Store in search of a recliner. We were greeted by the store manager, Mary Claire, and then we were left to take our time to browse. When we found a couple of items we liked, Mary Claire came to help us make a decision. A good “no pressure” shopping experience.

Friendly and helpful
I was looking for a queen comforter set and saw what I liked online. I live about 25 miles from the store. I got to the store which was well kept . A very nice saleswoman greeted me and asked what I was looking for. I told her, and she said apologetically, that the store has comforters for the displayed beds but doesn't sell them in store. So much for brick and mortar versus online!!
