Mark was great to work with!

I bought a recliner from them and at just over a year it started not working right. At 18 months it stopped working entirely. I called and they said the manufacturer warranty is only one year. I asked how much a repair might cost and they refused to tell me. I’ll pay for better quality elsewhere before being blindsided by a repair person who may or may not fix it.

Angela was very helpful. She helped guide us through the many options of quality furniture with no pressure. I will ve sending anyone who asks about furniture there!

I wanted to share how great my experience was with Joe Tahan’s Furniture (Ashley HomeStore), even after a bit of an unexpected hiccup. I drove about 1.5 hours to pick up my furniture and discovered that while the main store was open, the warehouse was already closed. Obviously, that was frustrating after such a long drive, and there was some confusion around availability and pickup timing. However, what happened next completely changed my perspective. The owner of Joe Tahan’s personally left his home and came to the warehouse around 8:00 PM just to meet me and resolve the situation. That level of commitment and care for a customer is incredibly rare these days and honestly meant a lot. He was kind, apologetic, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Everyone I interacted with at the store was helpful and professional, and the furniture itself is beautiful—I absolutely love it. While things didn’t go exactly as planned at first, the way the team handled the situation speaks volumes about how much they value their customers. I would absolutely recommend Joe Tahan’s Furniture and would not hesitate to shop here again.

The associate walked us through several sectional options and took the time to price out different configurations with clear dimensions to fit our space. We ended up purchasing the Acklen Place Next-Gen by Nuvella and couldn’t be happier. Even with a snowstorm, delivery was on time and the install was completed in under 30 minutes. bought set of lamps paid for them at store because warehouse had one set ,I had to drive across town to warehouse to pickup lamps after getting to warehouse only had ONE lamp and they come in SETS . so had to drive BACK to store to take one off the Floor.No one knows why only ONE at warehouse.

Very Pleasant, Great place to shop

All of the staff was accommodating. I loved that no one hovered over us while we checked out different couches. However If we had a question they were prompt in helping us/ getting info. Update: The customer service after the sale has turned out to be horrible. We ordered new pillows with the purchase of our first two couches. They said that they would be in in a couple weeks. Since then we purchased ANOTHER sectional sofa from them. We've called several times for an update on said pillows. Every time we have called We've been meet with rude employees who seem like they could care less about our product and cannot answer where the pillows are or when they will be in. We've been waiting for 3 days now for the store manager to call us back.

So we ordered 2 couches they took my name 3x and my address 3x I corrected them each time! I get a text with the wrong name and a phone call regarding delivery with the wrong name and address!! I have little faith that I’ll see this furniture anytime soon!

I was looking for a queen comforter set and saw what I liked online. I live about 25 miles from the store. I got to the store which was well kept . A very nice saleswoman greeted me and asked what I was looking for. I told her, and she said apologetically, that the store has comforters for the displayed beds but doesn't sell them in store. So much for brick and mortar versus online!!

Getting ready to move from S New Jersey to upstate New York. Getting ready to move from New Jersey to upstate New York. I need a new furniture delivered quickly, but the Ashley store in the area where I live did not deliver to my new address. Checked online and found another Ashley store close to my new address, call that store with the information that I had gathered from my local store, and they were able to accept an order over the phone and provide me with an acceptable delivery date. Ariana was my sales rep and she did an excellent job.

Alex went beyond the call of duty when he listened to my description of marks that were on the last piece of furniture I purchased from Ashley of Marcy. The delivery team (a year or so ago) either did not point out and or discover these marks and I didn't notice them until after they left. I wasn't going to let it stop me from enjoying the piece of furniture nor did I feel it was worth calling and bringing it to the stores attention even though they were noticeable. After Alex patiently listened he said, "that's not a problem, you could have called us, we have a team that takes care of these kinds of issues." He said, "I have a kit in the truck, I'll be right back." He returned and matched the color of the furniture and the piece looks great. Great job! Salesperson , check out clerks overall staff are patient professional and friendly. Was a pleasure shopping at Ashley much more than just furniture. Accessories are beautifully displayed. Prices were very reasonable and styles beautiful. Definitely my go to store for all my furniture needs. Can’t wait for the delivery. Will keep you posted 😃

Mary Claire was very kind and patient as i spent quite a bit of time deciding on my purchases. She offered valid suggestions and I never felt pressured to make a decision. Mary Claire also remained close but didn’t hover which I really appreciated. I was happy to see the no interest financing on my way into the store!! It was a quick and easy process (less than 5 minutes) to obtain 24 months interest free that allows me to pay over time and not have to let the cash go all at once. Purchased on Wednesday and delivery is Friday because my selections were in stock, yeah!

No service after sale! Horrible experience!

Very nice and easy to deal with. The only downside is $129 to deliver 29 miles. What happened to free delivery? I know gas is expensive, but the price of goods has gone up too.

Adrianna greeted us and explained the where to find info and pricing. She checked up on us for questions at just the right time and answered with confidence. The product is good; we will be returning to purchase.

Really liked the dresser set we selected. It was a good price but it was the last one / the floor model, we should have received a discount for this reason I believe. Sales people extremely friendly and a very nice store and selection.

Very friendly and helpful

Arianna was fantastic! I was able to walk in look at mattresses find what I needed and make my purchase all within a half hour! Only suggestion is supply a stool for we shorter people to get up on them to try them out!

Angela is amazing. No pressure sales. She let us take our time and make our own decision. We were looking for a desk that would hold our printer and supplies in the office. We found a server cabinet that fit our exact needs. And bought two recliners too.

Purchased a sectional couch. Large selection to choose from and nice spacious store. Matt provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable!

Good amount of displays. Mark greeted us soon after walking in. He did well to realize right away that we didn’t want to be bothered with sales people so he let me know he would be near if needed. After browsing, he answered questions honestly and accurately and honored an online price for Ashley. I bought two couches and two recliners and am very happy with both.

I recently went to Ashley Furniture in Marcy and I had nothing less of a great experience. Staff was friendly, and the store was very clean and organized. Mary Claire Clark was the Manager who helped me from beginning to end. It was the easiest process thanks to her! Because of her knowledge and patience, she directed me to exactly what I was looking for and the purchase of our new sectional only took less than an hour. I highly recommend going to this location and requesting Mary!

We have been waiting for this store to open and it's big and beautiful. We were greeted at the door by Tia. She asked if we were looking for anything special. We had a certain size requirement for our space and she spent quite a while with us looking at all different options. We left with a lot of options and returned the next day to make a purchase. What a no pressure fun experience this was, no pressure at all. The selection and quality is amazing. We had to wait for our sectional but they kept us up to date on the schedule with outstanding customer service. The delivery crew of Brandon and Isaiah got the job done, getting a sleeper sectional onto the second floor. Very respectful of our home, protecting doorways and floors. The total experience from start to finish was a pleasure. We already are planning our next purchase. Thank you Ashley of Marcy.

Since Ashley Furniture has opened up in Marcy I’ve done a majority of my furniture shopping here. Recently I’ve bought a couch, accent chairs, a bedroom set and a dinning room set. The prices are very reasonable and the sales/promotions offered are excellent. The staff are very helpful and not too pushy like some other stores.

Went to Marcy location to search for a chaise sofa with my daughter. Angela greeted us and showed us exactly what we were looking for. Went to 3 other stores same day, but returned to Marcy location because Angela didn't try to upsell us and allowed time to make our decision. Store is new, well layed out with a very good selection. I would definately return.

Impressive pricing; however, the level of customer service falls short of expectations. Our purchase agreement stipulated a delivery timeframe of 3-4 weeks, but we were recently informed that the delivery will be delayed by at least another week, extending the wait to 5 weeks. Regrettably, there is a recurring need for callbacks when seeking assistance, and regrettably, we have yet to receive an apology for the inconvenience caused. In an attempt to mitigate this inconvenience, we inquired about complimentary delivery, but alas, we are unable to discuss this matter with the office staff for another 2 days.
