The ashley at Middletown is awesome great customer service was displayed, Brad and Amir was the MVP they were very patient with us and knowledgeable of the furniture's.
Amir was such a pleasant and nice person! He was patient as we were indecisive with purchasing a dinning set. Every quote we asked him for he kindly gave (even when I forgot one) and he needed to quote me again. Great sells man and wasn’t over the top trying to make a sell - so happy we worked with him. Always ask for him!
Jessica and Ethel were fabulous in assisting my husband and I on purchasing a new living room set. We felt confident in their professional advice, as well as their personal interaction with us This location had such great inventory and we had a lot of choices to choose from Jessica also assisted my daughter and future son in law with their sectional purchase and did a fabulous job as well! The employees of this location were all professional and very personable. I highly recommend this store
Stopped by Ashley Furniture to browse for a new mattress. I was greeted promptly by a very polite young man named Shavoy. He was very knowledgeable with all the mattresses they had. Soon we were joined by Ethel who happens to be the store manager. She saw I was very interested in a particular mattress. She proceeded to lift the head and feet on this particular mattress. Not only did I buy a mattress but I also purchased the lift mechanism as well. Ethel & Shavoy were absolutely amazing! They are an asset to the Ashley Brand! I’m looking forward to my delivery in three days! Thank You Ethel & Shavoy!
My fiancé and I went to Ashley’s looking for a sectional in December of 2023 and fell in love with a couch with help from Jess. We wanted to wait until we closed on the house we were in the process of buying. That didn’t happen as quick as we thought and set us back to March of 2024 to move in. We came back to Ashley’s to see Jess again and to purchase the couch we fell in love with only to be disappointed that Ashley’s had discontinued the couch in the color we wanted. Jess and Brad were determined to help us find a different couch that was similar. Jess and Brad were very patient with us and listened to what we wanted and knew their inventory very well but we still had our hearts set on the first couch we had picked. They both went above and behind and pulled some strings that got us the configuration we needed in that discontinued color! We are so appreciative and grateful for them both and will be returning in the near future to furnish the rest of our home with the help from Jess and Brad from Ashley’s in Middletown!
