the sales associate Dylan and manager Howard created such a warm and welcoming experience for my friend and I. My friend was purchasing a new sofa and they provided such amazing customer service that we just couldn’t say no. They helped us with finding the best price. After we finalized the sofa she wanted, they showed us some mattresses and pillows just for fun while we wait and we were all having a great time just laughing and having so much fun. Truly the best experience here and we will 100% be returning for those pillows!!! Thank you Dylan and Howard!!! 10/10 recommend, always.
Nick, the manager, was very helpful locating the tv stand that I had seen previously. He was fast and efficient and very personable. I walked out with a smile on my face.

At first I thought the salesman (I won’t reveal his name) went above & beyond to help my family get a couch! But I was never made aware of ALL the terms and conditions. NEVER given a copy of my lease. Was told it would be a month until payment came out and it came out 2 weeks later, which made me negative in my bank, bc I wasn’t ready. No one helped me. Acima told me Ashley’s knew info they were denying. As a single mom, I feel like I got ROYALLY screwed. They do not look out for their customers. Only the quick buck they make. I won’t ever shop here again! Quality of the furniture is horrible too! Very upset!
