Went in for one thing and bought something else lol. Great customer service, great delivery, great overall experience.

Worst furniture store! With no accountability! We purchased furniture from Ashley nearly 20.0000 thousand, with platinum furniture protection. In less than 3 years my headboard changed color for no reason. I filed a claim & they denied it. But I payed 1500, for the protection for nothing. Shame on you Ashley. Your company should have done the right thing by replacing it or giving me back my money. Horrible experience 😪

Great products and great service!

Max (salesperson) was professional and supportive. We found a better price elsewhere, and he matched the price for us. Then, when we checked out, we were pleasantly surprised to find an additional discount! We compared most of the furniture stores in Westchester county, and Ashley (Mohegan Lake) had excellent quality items with a competitive price-match policy. Thanks Max!

Ashley furniture in Mohegan Lake was wonderful. We went in for the labor day sale and got a couch and love seat for a great price. It was delivered within the week. The delivery men were wonderful with communicating when they were coming and set everything up within minutes . We will definitely be buying from Ashley furniture again in the future.

Today the delivery of my Ashley furniture was very organized and went smoothly.The deliverymen worked well together. They set up the furniture where I requested; they were very neat; and, they left no debris behind on the premises. I am very happy with Ashley's delivery service.

Awful experience. Purchased a couch that completely fell apart in a matter of months. The insurance we were told to buy did nothing. Store Manager Jim advised us that this will be handled as a defect and that new parts were to be provided. Despite his advice, nothing has been done and I have been following up with him since June without any proper response and how this would be remedied. Horrible customer service and quality of service. I will not shop here again.

The delivery of our new bedroom set went smoothly. Erick and His assistant worked carefully, making sure nothing got damaged as they moved the new furniture. They work strategically with every piece of the furniture as they placed it where we wanted. Our furniture looked just lovely. Thank you for the great service!

Abel and assistants were on point. A chair arrived damaged and he immediately took pictures of the damage, called and put in a replacement order. New replacement chair arriving next week. Well done.

Store experience was okay. Furniture was delivered and we realized that they’re much bigger than expected for our living room. Asked the delivery guys about returning them and was informed to contact customer service to do so. When contacted customer service was informed that apparently they do not allow any returns and that I should’ve given the items back to the delivery guys. I explained that the delivery guys told me I had to contact customer service but they were not receptive to do. I informed customer service that no one informed us that returns are not accepted but they claimed that no returns are allowed and it is stated on our receipt in which I pointed out that it wouldn’t matter to inform us on a receipt because at that point it means we’ve already made the purchase. And then customer service terminated the conversation. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had buying furniture and would never spend my money at Ashley’s again. So very disappointed.

Sales person sold us "durable, low maintenance" outdoor table. It did not last a single season. Support team could not help at all. Do not recommend this store. *EDIT* Even more disappointed as the message below led to them telling me that outdoor furniture is expected to get ruined if it is left outside in the rain. Not a pleasant experience.

The Cortlandt Manor NY working with salesman Everton Reid was seamless. Was not a high pressured salesman . He was very informative to help select the right furniture we were looking for our kitchen. The quality was solid wood and the chairs were made with quality products being solid wood and spring cushion seating. They also were great with pricing. They accommodated my delivery schedule as we were renovating our kitchen. Even the general manager came over to thank us for using Ashley’s. He was also making sure that we were completely satisfied with what Everton was showing us. Oscar who was one of the delivery team members was very cooperative and careful as they assembled all the furniture. Quick and concise. They made sure I was 100% satisfied which I was. I would highly recommend Ashley’s in Cortlandt Manor, NY due to all the above.

Had a wonderful experience in the store twice with sales people. They couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. I had a nightmare experience with the delivery . They gave me 4 reasons why they couldn’t carry in a sofa, remove a sofa and be on their way. They didn’t want to move the furniture so over several phone calls back and forth I got 4 different excuses why. I’m very sorry but the experience today completely negated how hard the staff in store work to satisfy customers. Never again for me.

Quality furniture and great prices! Their delivery system is phenomenal! You get the ability to track the delivery and a to the minute ETA. My delivery guys were very accommodating with my requests. Hats off to the Ashley crew.

The Mohegan Lake store is fine but Ashley Customer Service stinks. My expensive couch got stuck in the recline position and has been open in my living room for a week. After many calls with customer service, many questions about what’s wrong, and no hope in sight of having this eyesore in my living room fixed there is no date in sight to repair this simple issue of a button that stopped working after I pressed it with my finger tips. I went back to the store where staff agreed that customer service stinks and offered to follow up on my behalf but I still have not heard back. I don’t recommend spending top dollar there if you cannot count on customer service afterwards.

Nice store with great products, the problem is the pushy little guy of a salesman. I have plenty of Ashley products that I've been satisfied with , so I walked into the Mohegan lake store to check out what lineup of sectionals looked like . I explained to the sales guy that I wasn't set on what I wanted, I wasn't buying anything today and I want to see what would fit in my space , colors materials etc. The little guy with the big beard kept pushing the Ashley card on me and being combative on why do I need to check out the materials, basically asking me why would I dare walk into their store without buying something before I left . Those sales tactics or lack there of , made me not want to give that company a dime of money ever again . I was looking to spent $3k before the end of the year as Ashley as my first choice , but Ashley lost a loyal customer in 15 mins with bad sales tactics. This is why online retailers are winning, I guess that's another win for wayfair or whatever company allows me a buying experience of not having my arm twisted into a sale .

Very impressed! Amazing service, our go to guy is Max. He was very attentive and listened to my husband and my requests. He listened to what we were looking for and gave us wonderful suggestions. We also wanted a later delivery as we were installing hard wood floors, and they were able to accommodate. After our flooring was done, I called Max to move up the date of delivery and he was able to accommodate as well. The white glove delivery service was seamless and the delivery men were very respectful. They called ahead of time and installed everything quickly. Wonderful service! Very happy customers. We love our new couch. Thank you Max!

TJ was friendly and not pushy. He let us take our time and pick out exactly what we wanted. We got to pick a delivery date, which they stuck to. They arrived when they said they would, and assembled the furniture right where we wanted it.

Good experience would have been great if the store had more than one power lift chair to try. This floor model was not right for our needs so we settled for an online choice but almost left the store empty handed. If it wasn’t for my husbands broken back and our excellent saleswoman, Michele Burke we would have gone elsewhere!

In September, I purchased furniture from this store, and during the delivery, the delivery personnel scratched my floors. After submitting a claim via email and not receiving any information, I visited the store in person to report this issue. I was informed that someone would reach out to me to address the matter. However, I have not received any follow-up communication.

My husband and I found our perfect dining room table and chairs at Ashley furniture in Mohegan Lake, NY today. We didn't have a lot of time to spare, and our Ashley associate, Christopher, quickly understood that and worked with us. He answered our questions, quickly worked out the total price, and he never tried to upsell us things we didn't want. We also asked about a queen size mattress and the foundation for it that we need as well, and he showed us a few that met our needs in that department, too! We ended up purchasing all of the above, as well as a large mirror that we saw on display that will fit and look perfectly in our new home! We really appreciated Christopher's honesty, knowledge of the products in their store, and the suggestions he made that were spot on to our needs and wants!! We HIGHLY recommend Ashley Furniture for their fair prices and excellent products, and we also HIGHLY recommend working with Christopher!

Highly dissatisfied. I placed my order at the store for a sectional and when it got delivered a part was damaged which customer service over the phone told me it would be reshipped. Over a week later I called to see when the missing part would be reshipped and they give me the run around that it will not and I have to go into stores to reorder. I attempted to call the store numerous times and no one answers. The sale was complete by the store manager, Michelle who I texted regarding my concerns and was not able to help me due to being out for personal reasons. She did not redirect any other sales associate to assist. In my option they just want to make sales and do not care if they are for filled or not.

Stay far away. They do not honor their prices or sales. We tried to buy a dining room set and had the price change 4 different times. They had signs everywhere offering 60 day interest free payments, but when ready to buy we were told we can only get 6 months interest free. My mom and I had the pleasure of speaking with Ray S at this store last weekend. We were looking to furnish the family room and were immediately greeted by Ray S when we entered the store. Ray spent time with us, provided different options on the sectional we were looking at, and told us about the fantastic sale going on at the store. We took a day to think about it and came back the following day to purchase. On a final walk through the store my mom saw a completely different set and fell in love. Ray provided a full breakdown and pricing for each option, all with a smile on his face. He was patient and kind throughout the whole process. Not once did we feel pressure to purchase or buy. The in-store selection is stunning and Ray made the experience all the more better! Will definitely be back once my husband and I purchase a home!

Ashley Furniture has a great selection of good quality items. We purchased a chaise sofa and our saleswoman was professional and so very helpful and kind. We are so glad that Ashley is in Mohegan lake ! Now we don’t have to travel too far to find quality furniture.

Today Saturday we finally received the item that we purchased at this store 3 months ago. The delivery crew came at 7am on a saturday, thats riaht at 7am on a saturday, they brought the item and left, wife went back to sleep. 15 minutes later, someone was banging at the door, Really not knocking, banging, We thought it was an emergency, we had 5 guys with the truck waiting at the front door all loud talking about we had to answer a call from their manager about us receiving the item...Really? At 7am? All we want is to go back to sleep. They were lucky i didnt open the door and or call the police. Real Nasty people. This store needs to spend sometime training this guys, isnt there any better delivery personal ?? Next time I will go to Ikea.

Raymon Simmons was an excellent salesman. He was patient and extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Even though we were unable to buy the desired headboard at the store we were able to purchase it online thanks to his expertise.

Chris was great. He took his time and explained everything to me. He didn't rush me. He listened to me and answered all of my questions. He is very kind, patient and knowledgeable.

I was immediately greeted by Chris who asked me if there was anything I was looking for in particularly and after telling him what I was looking for he showed me several options. He patiently waited for me to make a decision as I went back and forth. He gave me all the pros and cons and I was able to come to a decision that I am happy with. Kudos to Chris!

The salesperson Michelle was very helpful and informative without being overwhelming, allowing us to overlook the furniture and decide what we’d do. She didn’t pressure us and allowed us the space that very often other salespeople do not. We appreciated her approach as well as her knowledge about the products.

Had my mind set on buying furniture here but walked out disgusted and disappointed thanks to their sales person Ray. Everytime we were interested in a piece he would make a comment as if we could not afford it.

My husband and I visited the new Ashley store to browse and were met by Ray. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He then introduced us to Chris, their mattress specialist. The two men spent the next hour educating us on the best mattress and technology for us. We purchased a new mattress and adjustable base before we knew it. They didn’t put pressure but they sold us with warmth and knowledge. We left there feeling good and can’t wait to get our delivery!

I thought Janiha who helped us pick out our living room set was wonderful. She was warm, personable, and patient! We were not able to commit on our first trip to the store but Janiha made sure we had an appointment to come back to the store later in the week that fit our schedule to complete our shopping experience. Upon returning to the store Janhia was not available, but Kevin her colleague assisted. If you want to see real teamwork at play come watch these two at work! After speaking with Janiha on the phone to make sure he understood our needs, Kevin assisted us with the final sale as if we were his clients! The only reason I didn't rate the store 5 stars was because of the lack of options for colors in the fabric of the furniture. The sales associates truly drove this sale home! Thanks J & K!!

creepy old man who worked there wouldn’t let us shop in peace. yes we are young but we were shopping for my grandmother. he kept on staring at us and following us through the store. also asked us personal information about what school we go to. !! i felt very uncomfortable and at one point he follows us out the door. !! be careful !!

Your associate Gabriel Matos was the only one who approached me and my daughter since we work with cleaning product and we didnt look like we fit in the store the day we visit. Kevin was amazing at getting us new dressers and making payment plans incredibly clear. I previously planned on coming back for my next piece of furniture, but their "warranty" program is more of a "if and when we feel like it". Purchased 3 items, one wasn't put together correctly and is missing pieces, and it's been idiotic trying to get them to actually fix their failure. Already had one person come to fix the cabinet they didn't put together correctly, and am now waiting another month for the parts that the cabinet is missing. I didn't buy a floor model, but that floor model quality is there. Sales team gets an A, customer service a D.
