The sales staff at the Nanuet Ashley store were exceptional in every aspect. From the moment we walked into the store we felt at home with their friendly greetings and no pressure approach. Even though we had already made the purchase on a previous day, they took the time to go over some questions we still had about the setup of our new furniture. Special shoutouts to Jerry and Robin(?) for explaining in detail different possible arrangements for our home setup. I went into Ashley Furniture in Nanuet last night around 7 PM with my parents, and we had such a great experience! We were greeted at the door by Nerine, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. She made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable, and we ended up finding exactly what I was looking for—a comfy, cozy couch for my new apartment! She was working alongside Nicole, who was also absolutely wonderful. You can tell they make a great team and genuinely care about helping their customers. We were so happy with our experience at Ashley Furniture in Nanuet and really appreciate all of their help!
