Amazing experience and top notch customer service. My family and I were so warmly greeted by Brad. He took his time walking us through the whole store to find our perfect couch. We had been to about 3 other stores in the area and did not receive the welcome and assistance that we received here. We told him some dimensions, and he went and scouted out multiple couches that would potentially meet our needs. We narrowed down to about 2 or 3... and finally came to one... He explained everything so thoroughly and anything he didn't know, he sought guidance from Nerine who was also a doll. Even when we had to leave to get some more measurements, they were kind and didn't hassle and were beyond patient. Brad stayed past his time and made sure my family was happy. So happy that we found our couch for our new home at this location. Brad and Nerine are a dynamic duo. We will definitely be back when we are ready to purchase our next set of furniture.

We entered on a Saturday looking for a dresser, and we were immediately assisted by Nerine the sales manger with great help. We were really pleased with the experience. Bernie was very accommodating and made sure we left with exactly what we were looking for.
I wasn't to impressed with this store, I was in on 2 separate occasions. The 1st experience was that the gentleman (wish not to name, names) really didn't know his product knowledge nor knew what he was doing. Not sure if he was new or not. I think they need more training. Seeing that training was going on in the store for new hires and they greeted us better. The 2nd visit we were looking for ottoman bench for in front of our bed. Was greeted by a lovely young lady (can't remember her name) and told us it was on line only. I actually saw a rug and she got a measuring tape out and measured it for me. Which i was shocked she did thst. Unfortunately it wasn't the size I needed. Told us she would email us her card and never did. Honestly I really can't trust the employee's so far to really wanna buy my furniture here for my new house if they could do the right thing the first time.
Just purchased a great new sectional and rug with a matching ottoman. Jeffrey was great and helped us with our purchase. Definitely will be back to Ashley furniture in Nanuet.

Had no problems purchasing the couch. The sales person called a third party delivery service and gave me a price quote. I was told I would receive a call re delivery time. When I called the delivery person he was not aware of it. I called the sales person and he did not answer. I called the store and they did not answer. Went to the store and the person at the desk explained they do not deal with delivery the sales person does and he was out sick. I called the delivery person who said he would be here between 4 and 6 PM. It is after 6 and he is not here and has not called.

They completely took advantage of a family member when it came to a replacement mattress. I am appalled at how they conducted themselves.
Where do I begin? I feel like I have been stuck in the Twilight Zone. I have been put through the wringer by Ashley. Downright taken advantage of. To try to keep this as brief as possible – not a single person I know along with myself will ever spend another penny at Ashley. In about 2019/2020 I purchased a mattress. Within 3 years it was defective. There was a HUGE gap in the middle. After weeks of ‘fighting’ I got them to admit it was under warranty and they sent someone to inspect. The photos and videos I provided so blatantly showed an issue. The gentleman who came to inspect could see there was a problem before he even walked into the room fully. Fast forward a while later I was able to make an appointment at my local Ashley (Nanuet) for reselection. I had a manager assist me. Upon checking out he assured us that if there was a problem we can call back within 90 days and replace it. Based off the show room, we chose a firm Tempur Pedic, which was an upgrade. I spent roughly $800 more (at this point I am over $3,000 into a mattress alone). When the bed came (every step of the way scheduling with Ashley is infuriating) the bed was NOTHING like the showroom. We called and were told to wait 45 days and if there is an issue we can replace it. Fast forward about 50 days and we call. It softened a very little, but it was still uncomfortable. They said to wait a full 90 days. I start to reach out to the manager who helped us and no response. We call again when its been 90 days (mind you, it takes several calls and HOURS of time to get someone) and we were told that we CANNOT exchange the mattress. After weeks and weeks of fighting and trying to get managers I finally hear back from the original manager who is on extended leave. Mind you, this is the summation so I will provide only one highlight from my calls with Ashley managers: “you should have known that a 1,000 people have laid on the mattress in the showroom and that the actual mattress won’t feel the same”. A MANAGER SAID THAT TO ME! Absolutely disgraceful. After more time of fighting I finally got them to say I can get a new mattress, but there would be a $300 deduction in the swap. I was defeated and agreed which was incredibly saddening since I chose to spend my hard earned money at this establishment. I was literally sleeping on the floor, waking up tingly and sick from this current mattress. Fast forward and I go to select a new mattress. It was the same price and an even swap. When I go to settle up I WAS CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $502.86!!!! I was consistently lied to, there is no organization, and this company will never see a penny from me again. Edit Post Ashley Response: How can you say you haven’t had wait times exceed three minutes? That’s a downright lie. I also emailed that email and got a bogus generic response with no additional support or guidance.

Today it was a very good experience deal with Lisa at Ashley Store in Nanuet. She very patient helpful and takes time to explain and help us to understand what we need.
I had my living room furniture delivered on January of this year. I started having problems with the arm of my chaise chair and the ottoman. The arm is loose and the ottoman has a really poor fabric. The fabric is pilling all over. That piece looks so old that looks out of place from the rest of the furniture. I called the main office to have someone look at it but they never showed up. My furniture should be under the 1year manufacture guarantee. But when it comes to warranty they try their best not to cover anything. I think my next step would be to contact BBB. Someone named Kieasha answered my review in google and said she sent me a direct message thru Yelp lol and I'm still trying to find it. Unfortunately I have seen the same message sent to other customers, I guess is a business practice.

Loved my experience here. I’ve purchased furniture in the past and the entire process always seemed to take long causing me to avoid the process. We walked in and was immediately greeted by Jeff and he was super helpful. We were able to make a decision, apply for financing and have all our documents signed in less than an hour. Make sure you have them break down what you are paying for. I made the mistake of trusting them to only find out how much shipping we paid on a $300 ottoman. They were not upfront about any additional costs. We were planning on getting other pieces there but will look elsewhere now.

Lots of good options, friendly people. Systems are antiquated and need to be updated. Took a lot of time finishing up the process and itemized receipt was confusing. Was hard to get into contact with a help desk rep, had to call multiple times.

Had a great experience at the Nanuet, NY Ashley Furniture Store. Loved that one of the sales team person introduced themselves to me and then gave me the opportunity to browse and take my time looking around the store. They did not hover around me like other furniture stores tend to do. When I was ready to purchase I was assisted by Reggie a sales associate at the store. Reggie was courteous, attentive, knowledgeable about the products, patient and most importantly worked diligently to please me and assist with getting me what I requested at a great price. It was a very pleasurable shopping experience especially when selecting a bedroom set which I was extremely satisfied with. On Thursday 20 July I was please to meet Mr Jeffery Joseph he took the time and address our request on some of the sofa. We informed him that my wife wanted my daughter to see, on Friday 21 July we returned a little after 6pm and we miss him but we were happy to meet Reggie his assistance was also great he understood that we was looking to purchase the sofa chase and the half chair. Just want to inform that both of the trustees advisor was awesome, also there another young lady working on Friday did not remember her name was super helpful. We are very grateful.

Ashley’s furniture is low quality and the company doesn’t stand behind their product. This is not furniture built to last. I purchased sofas less 11 months ago from Ashley’s Nanuet, NY on June 30, 2023 immediate the fabric started pilling and has to be shaved regularly. The cushions were already replaced a few weeks after they were purchased due to pilling and fabric stretching out of form. Alberto, guest experience manager from the Nanuet NY location, told me that it is normal due to “use”. This is cheap furniture at premium prices. Don’t buy from Ashley’s.

Went in on 4/16/23. Store is clean and had plenty on display. Spent about half an hour there and was never approached by any associates. There seems to be big discrepancies in price with the same models on the sales floor and the same model listed online.

If I could give your company -5 stars I would. My husband and I bought a very expensive couch from Ashley's and have not been happy with the product at all. Within 2 months of owning the couch we ran into issues with the cushions. We've spoken to management many of times to try and rectify the issue, but they are not willing to work with us. We've had a technician come to the house at least 5 different times to bring it back "up to standards". However, after only 2-3 days after it goes back to what it was like prior to the technician coming out. We've had new cushions sent to us and it still does not resolve the issue we currently have. ASHLEY FURNITURE IS OKAY WITH STEALING OUR MONEY. My family has bought from Ashley and we also furnished our new home with some pieces from Ashley, I never thought I would say this but I will NEVER give Ashley's my business again. I'm so disappointed in the product we bought and I'm even more disappointed in the customer service. Management has closed our complaint stating they did "everything" they could, but yet my couch is still not fixed. I have some cushions that are 3inches lower than other cushions. I'm disgusted with this company. UPDATE: I had called customer service and was told that someone from management (Wendy) would call me back by the end of the day. Mind you I called earlier on in the day so there was more than enough time for a phone call back that same day. I NEVER got a phone call back so I called the next day in the late morning to follow up and and apparently Wendy and the other manager were out. This is not unusual because they did this when they were dealing with my husband. They said they would call back, we wouldn't hear from them for weeks at a time and when we'd call to follow up they would happen to be off. Since they were off I asked to speak to someone above them and I was told no. Their customer service is a complete disgrace!
Dont bother waisting your time and money. The sales person and Manger guarantee delivery on a date of there choosing and failed to deliver. They don't even bother to call you, to let you know your purchase is being delayed an entire month later. I called the store to speak to a manager. I was told he would call me at 1pm and no call or message received. I finally went to the store and spoke to the Manger who was indifferent and not concerned with the issue. He blamed the delay and incompetence of Ashley's employees on there computer operations system. Then to brush me off with his tone and demeanor he ask me how I wanted to proceed because there was nothing he could do. I ask what was the cancelation process and he replied "done there is no process". To Ashley CEO, you need customer service and managers who who will make you money not loose money. I never said that I was going to cancel or that I wanted to cancel. But he walked me right into cancelation, there goes your sale. Imagine you buy from them and there's an issue with your purchase, how would they take care of it?. They would dismiss you as they did me. Purchase at your own risk.

I was very impressed with the selection the store had. I was also satestfied with my purchase Jeff was thoughful throughout the process. I would highly recommend their services. Only downside to my transaction is I bought a floor model which could not be delivered to me so I had to take a day off of work, rent a truck, pay a friend, just to recieve my purchase! I was promissed an additional $100 off my purchase for this inconvenience and never recieved it because the sales team couldn't communicate that amoungst themselves before they closed my purchase order. I didn't spend thousands of dollars on my couch set but I feel like if I did spend that much I would have never had to worry about delivery.

Let me start by saying this. If you're in the Rockland area or even considering going to this Ashley Furniture, look no further. This is the place to go. I bought my couch through Reggie and let me tell you this, he was anything but a "salesman". I never once felt pressured, forced to buy, smothered, etc. He got me the best deal possible and didn't even push the protection plan on me when I stated I don't need it. Even his co-workers who I didnt deal with, I could tell by the way they handled their customers, they were exactly the same. This was easily one of the best buying experiences I've had and I will be recommending anyone I know to this place. 100/10 Five stars!

I went to Ashley home store in Nanuet looking for some bedroom furniture. I was greeted by Fazny after walking into the store. Not only was he super friendly, he was very helpful and worked with me to find what I was looking for within my price range. One of the items I was looking for was a wardrobe-like piece with storage for my bedroom. They didn’t have what I was looking for in the store but I was able to show Fazny a similar piece and he pulled up something online that I absolutely loved and got it ordered for me. Overall I had a great experience.

I was looking to purchase a sofa, rocker recliner and mattress. I ended up buying all my furnishings at Ashley. I had a great experience working with Gayle and Austin. The first time I went in to the store, I met Gayle. There was no sales pressure put on me by her. She was there to help yet allowed me the distance to look around. Though I picked out the rocker recliner I wanted, I wasn’t exactly sure which sofa I was going to purchase. I told Gayle I needed to go home and think about which one I was going to choose. She gave me her card, told me her hours and explained that I should make an appointment to meet with her and her sales team partner, Austin, if I planned on purchasing a mattress as well. The next day I called her and set up the appointment with them. When I finally went in for my appointment, Gayle introduced me to Austin. We went back to the mattress section. At that tine Austin explained the differences between each mattress while I tried each of them out. Not only did I not feel rushed, but they made sure I chose the exact “mattress comfort” that worked for me. After I decided on the mattress, we then went back to the sofas. Before I made my final decision, they were kind enough to have the rocker recliner I had chosen brought to the back of the store. They had the chair placed by the sofa I was considering, to make sure I liked them together! And as a bonus, I even found the perfect area rug! Thanks again to Gayle and Austin for making my shopping experience easy and fun. P.S. I also would like to say that the gentlemen who delivered the furniture also went above and beyond with their delivery service. All in all, I highly recommend purchasing from Ashley.

Nanuet store has an amazing selection but most importantly they have this amazing, super helpful salesman named REGGIE! We came in looking for a dining room and family room furniture and were indecisive. Reggi got our price points, found out when we needed it by and was able to direct us to the pieces that worked for us. In just twenty minutes, he helped us organize our purchase, where, when and finance options we didn't even know about. My husband and I can't say enough good things about him. He's not just about the sale, he actually helps later if you have questions and call him after the sale. Great service!

Waited 5 months for it to arrive and my chairs r higher then the table and it came all scratched up
worst service ever! first, we bought a dining table and they sent the wrong one, which thankfully, they exchanged for the original one we wanted. then we bought a couch and placed it on TOP of the back of our pickup truck and when we came home, we finally noticed that the back panel of the couch was broken. it was impossible for the couch to have broken during the trip home since we did not put any heavy pressure on the couch. they refused to let us return it even if something clearly happened to the couch at the warehouse.
I've waited over a year since our purchase to write a review of Ashley Furniture and here it is, because I want to allow people the opportunity to turn elsewhere:Ashley Furniture is unequivocally the worst consumer purchase I've made in all my life. The customer service is terrible, not returning phone calls and not providing clear information. Mind you, we furnished an entire house with Ashley Furniture, so there are many pieces to this puzzle. Half of our office desk arrived as expected, and they attempted to deliver a completely different other half of the desk and insisted it belonged together. After their "technicians" assembled the hardware for all of our furniture, I tested everything out because it was clear that not one person who showed up knew how to do a halfway decent job. ALL of the opening handles were loose, the desk drawer was installed improperly (more on that), and like a previous review, we only got half our sectional couch! What a joke. We waited months (!!!) for the correct other half of our desk to show up and by this time, the half that had been previously delivered and improperly installed was damaging itself due to the drawer not closing correctly. After I called and complained about that, they sent a "repair technician" two months later with, wait for this, ***SPRAY PAINT*** to touch up our desk. The guy pulled the paint out of his backpack like he was doing graffiti, absolutely pathetic and an inexplicable resolution to this issue.Christmas time comes and we are wrapping presents on our dining room table which was part of the purchase. A piece of scotch tape falls onto the table for not even one second and when removed, it pulled up the lamination from the table. We hysterically laughed because at this point we knew how garbage all of our furniture was already so it was insult to injury. Three quarters of our furniture that has handles have all of the handles wobbly because the screws were installed loose, wore away the wood, and now there is no way for a tight, secure handle. I've had to make multiple repairs myself because who knows what recently released inmate they may send to your house to make such repairs. We won't even get into the scam that Synchrony, their financial institution they use, runs with "deferred interest." Stay far, far, far away from Ashley Furniture, and I mean that as much as I can get through to a complete stranger considering spending one dollar with Ashley. Spend the little extra money to go somewhere else because it will avoid many many headaches. It is all cheap, veneered, Chinese garbage that is designed to look nice until it gets to your home. The only way I would be satisfied with Ashley Furniture is if they offered a full and complete refund for their poor excuse in which they consider furniture. I wouldn't even keep it. I'd burn it as firewood and sleep on the floor.
Not very welcoming when you enter the store. Associates see you walk in and and they walk away without greeting you or asking you for help. You walk around the store and no one asks if you need help. Items don't seem to be worth the price that it is being sold for.
I came to Ashleys looking for a specific bed set in mind and left the store with that exact same one! How many of you can say that? But of course, I couldn’t have done it without my sales rep, Reggie. Reggie greeted me at the door, and he asked what it was I was looking for, I only briefly explained to him the bedding set. However, Reggie knew what I needed right away and which one it was! His customer service was phenomenal, and he answered all my a million and one questions. Thank you once more! We came into Ashley’s looking for a coffee table and end tables and were initially greeted by Ryan. We were there for 3 hours because we were very indecisive about what style and size we wanted to go with for our living room set. Ryan was extremely patient, friendly and helpful when it came to us going back and forth about styles. He let us use his tablet, the big computer touch screen, and walked us around to test out certain styles. We ended up ordering a whole new living room collection set he suggested to us. He also gave us a really good deal on everything including the protection plan. We would definitely recommend this Ashley’s location and working with Ryan!

Put up with my nonsense and actually was able to put me into an exact match AND have it delivered (scheduled so far) 4 days later. Huge deciding factor. Reggie was super friendly and I’ll be back for more, as Reggie I’m sure saw.... after the holidays. 🙄 Reggie closed the deal and now I’m just awaiting my new couch. Thanks Reggie, and Ashley Furniture for making it easy. Ok. That’s all the kindness I have for the entire day, maybe week!....Now let’s talk about the delivery fee.... $79??? DISAPPOINTED! DO NOT SHOP HERE. after spending nearly $7000 through Ashley furniture i find this store in Nanuet NY lacks ZERO customer service. Kenny, April and their Store manger have yet to return A phone call regarding a back order (yes I get it, many places are back ordered) a 4 week back order is going on 15 weeks and They, however, won’t even return my call. i have left text messages, phone calls, now have resorted to corporate. customer service goes a long way these days and the store does not have any. Once you order you will NOT HEAR back.
The 5 stars i am giving is only for the sales person named Reggie. I had a terrible experience with Ashley Furniture that lasted for for about 4 months. I was owed a refund as well and was given a run around to get my refund. Reggie was the only one who was nice enough to help me resolve the issue he was kind, understanding and professional. So thank you Reggie from the Nanuet Store in Rockland County, NY
They said I was going to get my furniture in 2 weeks it took them two months every single time I try to call it says you're 60 in front of me
The communication plan promised by the salesperson was not at all honored. As for delivery, the information communicated by text message and phone message were different. When we called, information on delivery was not available. We cannot, therefore, schedule our own week or the upcoming holiday because of their ineptitude. In times such as these, it would behoove them to be more careful about personal interactions by ensuring in-person deliveries were better managed. It certainly felt that it was more important to make the sale than to serve the customer in a way that was wholly meaningful to them. We chose Ashley because we liked the quality of furniture but, because of their unreliability, will never purchase from them again.
Don&'t buy furnitures from Ashley Furniture. We bought recliners. Customer service is terrible. They will keep you on hold on the phone forever. Delivery team is awfully bad! Not a satisfied customer! I wish we didn&'t shopped here.

To be fair. The person I dealt with when I first went to the store in August was very helpful and professional. That’s where it all ended. I bought these couches in August. We were told because of COVID we wouldn’t get them till October. The FIRST time they deliver the couches the driver tells me this is wrong as I tell him I ordered right love seat, left sofa sectional. They sent two right pieces. I call Ashley. They say the driver was wrong they are both the same. This makes no sense. He says for next delivery, make them bring it in For the SECOND delivery I notice immediately coming off the truck it’s wrong. I tell them Ashley instructed me to have you bring it in, they say it’s the right order. The love seat is correct, the sofa is not, it’s suppose to be left but it’s right. ITS ALSO A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COUCH!!!! So, now I have to have a THIRD delivery. No compensation or discount from having to take off work two days for the delivery. Go elsewhere.
This is not a place to buy furniture. It is said to provide the best service before making a purchase, but the service provided by this store is completely absurd. I was on standby at 50 minutes to connect to customer service, and the technician told me that after ordering the part, the customer service would give me a call when rescheduling, but the customer service did not even know when the part would arrive. Then, when the part arrives, I call Customer Service again and ask them to schedule. I can't understand why I need to use it like this while taking my busy time due to a defect in the product a little bit 6 months after I used it. Think again before buying a product. Not really here. this is really ridiculous customer service.

After about 2 weeks, I decided to pull out the receipt and closely examine it. I realized that i was overcharged on every item by a salesman named Sam. I returned to the store and got a clear delivery date and confirmation from a nice man named Reggie. Reggie also adjusted the prices. The high chairs were in my home within a few short days. Here's where it got crazy. Two weeks later the sectional was set to arrive. The delivery men came and begin unloading. After about 20 minutes I realized something was wrong. Half of the sectional they bought into my house was from another entirely different furniture set. They delivered me half a sectional. They told me that they were told the day before that a piece was missing but to still make the drop off. Nobody told me about the missing piece and this does not explain why they literally bought in and unwrapped an entirely different sectional piece with my order. I spoke to their boss and the store manager who assured me that the other piece would be delivered within a week. He also took off half the delivery price. A few days later the missing sectional piece was set to arrive between 12 and 4 pm. I got a call at 2:34 that they were 10 minutes away. At around 3:50 I called my sales guy Sam. He said that the actual delivery window began at 12:45 and that sometimes they could be a little early or late and not to worry because they deliver up until 8 pm. At around 6-7 I began calling the store and getting placed on hold and bounced around. I literally was being hung up on. My girlfriend tried calling from her phone but it was linked to the sales transaction so They ignored her calls too. It's 7:20 and I still don't have my sectional. Do not buy from this place. We had an awesome experience shopping here. April was extremely helpful and patient with us in our shopping process. If you get the chance to, work with her—she is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Stay away! Bought a floor sample and we were told we would be contacted about delivery. We never were. You can’t call the store directly, you have to call through there corporate line; I hope you have all day. We were told delivery would be by a third party company. There was no paper work about it. It wasn’t until I called multiple times that the delivery company called and we were told that it would be 250.00 to deliver a couch, love seat, an end table and coffee table to Pomona from Mahwah. Had we known we would never have purchased. The assistant manager Sam, told me he has no authority to do anything, I’d have to wait for the store manager who conveniently wasn’t in today. He also said he has nothing to do with pricing since it’s a 3rd party company. They work on Ashley’s behalf and there is no transparency because they want to make a sale. BEWARE and for your own sanity shop elsewhere. I’m canceling my entire order if they don’t do something by tomorrow

When I walked into the store we purchased it for almost double the price that was advertised online. They also have a warranty and delivery fee higher than what is available from Ashley.com. I came back the next day and they honored the online price but not the delivery and warranty price. They explained the online store and showroom are two different entities so the prices can be different. As a consumer why would anyone ever walk into a showroom if the SAME company online is undercutting their retail stores? Fast forward to delivery months later. On the day before delivery I get a notice they would be cancelling my delivery because the piece is backordered. I called and apparently the company fulfills the order just a few days before delivery is scheduled not when I placed the order months ago (You would think it would be sitting in the warehouse collecting dust). Anyway, I call again and they tell me the piece should come 2 weeks later. I call again two weeks later and they tell me to call back at the end of the month. I understand we’re in the midst of the pandemic but COMMON! Me and my wife are both front line workers (she’s a clinician and I’m a pharmacist) we’ve been working non stop for the past few months and moved for her job during this whole mess. We don’t have anything to sit on at home and it honestly sucks. Ashley has done absolutely nothing to clarify delivery dates or provide any help both online or on the phone. Honestly, just avoid them. If your not going to get ripped off in store, you’ll likely be subject to their 2nd rate service. We were lucky enough to be subject to both.

It&'s the worse place store and customer service don&'t work since the moment from delivery to product quality and service they didn&'t do anything to make it better, after three weeks passed nothing they solve I made a purchase of two adjustable bases, Two mattresses a set of dining and living-room furniture the delivery guy LeonelWas rude and didn&'t give us the chance to check anything the chairs had scratches, Pablo the sales person in nanuet did a mistake with the order sent the wrong mattress , the adjustable bAse has a problem they sent a technician that didn&'t do anything just reported a squeak costumer service takes forever to answer and when you reach them the easy said it&'s nothing they can do how possible after a person is buying all this they don&'t care about customer satisfaction

When I got home I realized I had to switch the two end pieces so I text my salesman Mike and he said no problem he would make the switch. Well August 6th my delivery date comes and the couch is delivered and the two end pieces were never changed and were the wrong ones. I refused delivery of them and sent them back. I called a few times in the next month and kept getting “the pieces are on truck status” then was told “we just took them off truck status” no one could give me a timeframe for the delivery of the two pieces. Finally on sept 3rd almost a month after receiving my couch I went to the store my self to get it handled and the date of delivery was finally scheduled (have yet to receive, date is for next week) that was issue number 1. Issue number 2 is that a week after I received the delivery I notice the leather on the back seams of 2 of the 4 pieces was splitting, not what you should get from a week old couch! So I called the customer service line and they told me to send pictures of the damage and the tags on the pieces so I did, after a few days of no response I called and the guy on the phone tells me “oh yeah that’s not supposed to be like that, we’ll get some one out to repair it” so I agreed unwillingly because who wants a “repaired” couch that was only delivered a week ago. After some back and fourth on following phone calls to schedule a date for the repair man to come, he finally shows up. When the repairman got there he looked at the damage and found another spot on a 3rd piece (now 3/4 pieces are damaged in the same way). He asked me if they sent the “parts”. I told him no that they never mentioned anything about sending out parts so he tells me he can’t do anything and gives me a look as if to say I’m not surprised this has happened (apparently this has happened before). So when I went back to the store that day which is the same day to finally find out a delivery date for the missing end pieces the woman at the store when I purchased the couch (Nanuet) tells me I have to call the customer service number to see about replacement. I called today (9/6) and she tells me they do not do exchanges or refunds and can only send some one to repair the pieces to “showroom quality” I told her I did not pay $2100 for a repaired couch. After some more back and fourth it was clear that no one in this company or even the store itself was willing to do the right thing and even try to salvage a customer. Because not only will they not exchange the pieces or take the couch back and refund my money they were not even willing to offer and compensation for needing to have the couch repaired a week after it’s purchase. So I bought a bedroom set from Ashley furniture and it has been less then a month and the bed fram is falling apart. Called them to come fix it and they has given me the round around. And you cant return the furniture once it's used. So I'm suck with a broken bed and lost 2k. Please be aware and dont buy from them
I bought a bedroom set and within 3 days the bottom legs fell off. Called for Ashley to come fix they they didn't come. Said I didn't confirmed the apartment but I never got a call. Then they told me that its normal for the bottom legs of the bed to come off. I am only 140 pounds and I cant even lay down on my bed. They wont take take it back. So now I'm stuck with a broken bed that I paid 2000.000 for. Please be aware of this and dont buy from this company.
First time horrible horrible horrible experience. They delivered soffa which did not fit and had to return back but they damaged my house walls, window frame and entrance door. No feed back yet!!! Also they delivered a round table with 4 chairs all damaged and scratched first and second delivery! Super unprofessional delivery team! Strongly don’t recommend Ashley!

Bryan the manager and Kenney one of the many amazing sales people showed my wife and I a entertainment center and a incredible sectional that we fell in love with and needed to have.
The salesperson misinformed us of the shipping process to get their quick sale. The salesperson was new to this location, and unaware that this location does not deliver furniture broken down and to be built in the home, unlike most Ashley locations and franchises in the United States. As a result, our couch was delivered assembled and did not fit through our doorway. I called the location and informed them of the issue and that I expect a full refund due to their error. I received a call from the salesperson telling me they can still offer me the break down service until Francesa, the supervisor, overheard the salesperson once again misinform me of the process and corrected him, before speaking with me on the phone. My service fee refund of $86 was denied. She told me the only person who could help me is the Ashley CEO, and she refused to give me the contact information. They have still denied me a refund of the $86 service fee, despite the evidence presented. I received irrational phone calls containing abusive language from Brian, the sales supervisor standing up for their salesperson's error. Brian has flat out denied the evidence, despite his supervisor, Francesca, witnessing the second occurrence. This franchise location's leadership and customer service is absolutely abysmal. It has been an absolute nightmare to manage, and emotionally draining to be treated this way. They should be avoided until they have policies in place that are fair to you, the customer.

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE!!! Stay away from Ashley's in Nanuet in particular. The first piece of furniture that was initially delivered sat in my house for literally two seconds!! Their was so many dents and scratches I returned right away and had to wait an ENTIRE MONTH to get a new one!!! Last, but not least, ALL SALESMAN PRETEND TO BE YOUR FRIEND (Sam) than when it's time to check out smacked with a $500 fee (we were not told about). ALSO, they completely robbed us of the 1 year interest free, because they matched the price online to 6 months. AGAIN, THEY NEVER TOLD US!!! THEY JUST WANTED A SALE!!! THIS PLACE IS TRASH!!!

BEWARE ..Ordered living room sectional which was delivered this morning 4/5/19 at approximately 9:30 am. Two men delivered they brought furniture in we looked at it we found no tears in fabric. Delivery men had me sign receipt for delivery then one took photos called number had me talk with woman on other end asked if delivery was ok etc i had to electronically sign for delivery. They left approximately 30 mins later we were sitting on piece of sectional hand over back felt broken wood in back under fabric called and was advised we accepted so claim has to be filed they have to come inspect it it they can repair it they will if not that piece will be replaced entire sectional cost over 2500 hundred dollars with insurance over 3000 dollars. They stated we should not have signed what are you supposed to do go over every of furniture and with your hands. YES you should and when they can only make 2 deliveries a day you want to see how fast their policy changes AND i asked to speak with customer service supervisor was told NO. They didn&'t tell us No when we gave them our hard earned money. It is total scam and they know it. Very disappointed with Ashley Furniture thought they were supposed to be a little high end guess not.
I ordered the sofa to be delivered on 19 March between 2 PM and 6 PM. I had to call three times to get a woman named Jackie tell me that the driver would be at my house by 5:30 PM driver never showed up, never once called, and it is now 6:30 PM and I still haven’t heard anything from the store which I’ve called several times and been put on hold for 25 minutes at a time, nor have I heard from the driver to say he was running late or that the order was going to be Delayed or delivered.
Horrible experience. Bedroom set came with two damaged pieces. Repairs and exchanges were nightmares. Ashley did not care we wasted over 10 hours of our time with replacements and technicians to fix. Called corporate they don’t care. The store gave us the run around for weeks trying to get someone to be accountable. I will never go back. I Cut up my Ashley CC. Stay Away!!!!

This was my first time shopping with themEVER. That was DEC 2018 it is now MARCH 2019 and i still haven't received my order. The first delivery date (I took off of work) my delivery was scheduled for 9-1pm. I got a call the same day 9:20am saying they can't deliver the item is damaged. I was disappointed but I understood. The second delivery date (I took off of work AGAIN), I got called the day before my delivery was scheduled telling me the item is damaged and can't be delivered..... I told the person who called to just cancel the oreder because I felt like games were being played. I was told I had to contact the Nanuet NY a store directly. I was told they cannot cancel because the order is sceduled for delivery I tried to explain the item was not being delivered. They began giving me the run around I was told i had to speak to a manager, i was kept on hold, then hung up on. When i called back they refunded my down payment but told they would not refund the delivery fee for items that never arrived to my home. I became LIVID. I had to threaten to contact the "Better Business Bureau" before they took me seriously. To date i have no receipt of the cancelled order and the order is still reflected on the credit card I opened. THEY ARE FRAUDS AND SCAMMERS...... BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!

Very rude people
We just purchased a sofa & loveseat set from the Ashley/Nanuet store and it was a an excellent experience. We were assisted by a sales rep, Jack, who was extremely knowledgeable, patient & very pleasant. We must have gone around the showroom at least 3 times & he gave us the option of following us or coming to him with questions. The best option is having the rep escort you because you have a lot of questions & Jack was amazing. We are very happy with our purchase. The showroom has so many options & the sales are great. We even saw bedroom furniture we may purchase soon. I highly recommend this store.
I WOULD NEVER shop here again..terrible customer service. I strongly urge everyone to stay away from Ashley as a whole organization.We received our delivery, which we paid an arm and leg for to begin with and while the delivery was made the drivers made me sign and then told me to go check if there was any damage on the items. On my way back downstairs the drivers had already left and ran out. When I came back I noticed my stools were too high for my island. I called customer service not even 5 min after and they told me they could do NOTHING because I had already signed. They basically told me once my name was signed, they have nothing do with customer service. I will be reporting this to the BBB shortly.
My mother and I bought around $8,000 worth of furniture from the store. Within three months, my cushions have flattened and the fabric has pilled. Mind you that this is my living room set for my second living room that we rarely use. I make sure that I keep the children out of this room as they have their own family room. I called customer care only to be told that this is not a manufacturer default. After 3 months my furniture is falling apart. I will make sure that I never buy anything from Ashley again!!!

I love Ashley Furniture because they have great prices and their furniture is really good and reasonable I just bought my couch there
