Ashley Store | New Rochelle, NY 10805

This store had the worst service of any Ashley’s I’ve ever been to. They push you to get the “Ashley” protection plans on their furniture and make empty promises regarding incidentals/ furniture breaking. Then when something goes wrong they tell you it’s third party coverage and there’s nothing they can do because the warranty isn’t through Ashley’s. Poor quality furniture prone to breaking, you’d think they’d do a better job of protecting their customers(especially when they suggest you spend hundreds of dollars on the warranty), but they just want the extra sale and won’t help you when you need it. If I could give 0 stars I would!

I worked with belkis, she was great and knew what she was talking about l. I bought a floor sample dining room and living room set that looked brand new. The fact that it’s discounted made the purchase even better for me . I would definitely use Ashley again

Donna Morgan was my salesperson at the New Rochelle location. I was impressed with her knowledge of the items in the store . She had compiled a list of the items I wish to purchase that I had discussed with her previously. So when we had the second meeting the transition went smoothly. I am very pleased with the deal and lööking forward to the delivery.

If you're looking for furniture look no further and head to Ashley’s in New Rochelle! Before coming to this Ashley’s location I was starting to get discouraged that I would never find a couch to fit through my tiny door in my new apartment. My mother and I went in late one evening to just look at a different location because we were in the neighborhood. As soon as we walked in, the angel named Donna Morgan greeted us! After hearing our concerns she said 3 magical words to us that gave both of us the best hope. “Guaranteed to fit!!” and she was right! She listened to our preferences and measurements and educated us on many different options. She understood our price range and didn’t make us feel uncomfortable or like she was stalking us through the showroom. Donna knew all information about every couch and answered all questions with the knowledge she held. She saved the best for last and it was even on sale! I left with a beautiful couch purchase and an ease of mind that I wouldn’t have to be sitting on beanbag chairs for the next 5+ years lol. Eric was there as well and was very kind in helping us with our purchase too! The couch was soon delivered and put together by an amazing team. Eric even called after delivery to see how everything went! Amazing, caring, and intelligent service and I am so happy I stopped into Ashely’s in New Rochelle!

Belkis is the best..great customer service understanding and problem solver...Am.not too happy with the guaranty company my sofa caught on fire because a short circuit in the wiring system and they are taking too long to solve such a sensitive matter...

Came in yesterday with a certain budget to purchase a sofa and Mariano Checo was exceptional in helping me find one! Mariano showed me some sofas on the floor but after accounting for taxes and delivery, the totals were above what I intended to spend. Nevertheless, he was extremely patient and persistent, going above and beyond in helping me, even going through as many sofa options in Ashley's clearance inventory to find the best one for me. Eventually, Mariano was able to find the right one for me! I highly recommend everyone ask for Mariano when they visit this Ashley Store location! Belkis Girgenti made shopping for home furniture fun and easy! We gave her an idea of what we wanted and she walked us around to all of the options that matched our vision. The salesman never offered me the option of taking home the box spring and mattress covers for the new bed. When the delivery team arrived they did not have any covers. They mailed them by mistake causing a huge inconvenience to myself and my 90 year old mother.

Had a great time testing different couches to see which one would be the best fit for me. I was helped by Eric Valentin and he was crucial in my search for the right couch. I ended up getting the Durapella and im so glad I did. This couch is the only one that fits perfectly in my studio apartment without taking up too much space. Once again thank you Eric for helping me and my brother. I will definitely come to you guys for future purchases!

I came into the New Rochelle location one hour before closing on a mission to get a new mattress. Belkis immediately greeted me with a smile and a readiness to take on the challenge. After trying out multiple mattresses and PILLOWS, I walked out of the store a half an hour later after purchasing not only the mattress I cannot wait to sleep on but accessories and this fabulous cooling pillow that keeps my head and neck aligned. Who knew? Thank you Belkis!

Unbearable Disaster I went to Ashley Furniture store in New Rochelle to purchase a Queen size bed and Mattress protector since March of 2024 for my mom. Unfortunately, mom decided she didn’t want it anymore. I cancelled my order right away with Mr. Mariano (the sales rep) which confirmed it was cancel. The leasing company ACIMA then called me in April 2024 requesting their money. I informed them I DO NOT have anything for them and to speak with Ashley furniture store. ACIMA Leasing company then contacted me stating an adjustments is being done. I explained again I DO NOT have anything for your company. It even went as far as Ms. ANNETTE BATISTA in the accounting department stated in an email a "refund adjustment was sent to ACIMA some time ago, and the adjustments was for wrong amount and will be updated". NOW TODAY MAY 27th 2024, JOHN from ACIMA called me early in the morning requesting $299.00 and informed me Ms. ANNETTE BATISTA emailed him stating I am liable for $299.00 (A MATTRESS PROTECTOR I DO NOT HAVE AND NEVER RECEIVED). This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with and they have the nerve to tell me things will be resolved yet on the backend I'm still being charge for something I do not have. So anyone who is looking to purchase any furniture’s from Ashley Furniture in (New Rochelle) please think twice before dealing with this store because it is all about commission of sale and not the customers best interest.

bought a couch from this location back in December 2022 and was met with good service. Everything was good until the "5 - year premium protection" was brought up. The pitch was you could get it cleaned within the span of 5 years when it gets dirty. I was initially against the idea but the manager was pushy and offered to lower the price. We caved and checked the receipt some time later to find out we were charged the full price but didn't make a fuss about it. Figured it wasn't a big deal. Recently my fiance and I moved and the sofa got dirty (some dirt on the side of the couch but nothing that can't be scrubbed out). Made a claim to get it clean online and was met with immediate rejection. Not only did we pay full price for the '5 year premium protection' plan, but it's practically useless. Lourdes was very professional. She listened to our interests, requirements, amd concerns. We were shown a reasonable variety of items to test and finally choose from. Lourdes was very informative and helped us weigh our options to make an educated final decision.

If you thinking about purchasing from this Ashley location, I would without a doubt ask if Eric V. is on the floor to help you with what your looking for. I am unfortunately very indecisive and Eric V. had all the patience in the world for me. He listened to what I was looking for & helped me explore all my options. I ended up purchasing the Maimz with ottoman. It was a perfect alternative to the chaise I was originally going to purchase. I also purchased the furniture removal, and it was worth every penny. The delivery guys were equally as professional, quick, and very hard working. All in all 5 out of 5 stars!!!

I purchased a couch and chair from the Ashley store in New Rochelle. The salesman offered me an option to get a protection plan. I wasn't interested. He wrote up the sale and told me that he threw the protection plan in for free. I didn't question it because it had a 00 cost on the receipt. When I got home I reviewed the bill and realized he had actually added the plan to the cost and overcharged me the extra $200. I called and he tried to tell me the furniture was more money than was listed on the price tags. When I told him that was ludicrous, he said he'd have the charges reversed. A month later, it's still on my bill. Beware of this store! Check your receipt carefully!Don't shop here!

My experience was interesting. I must say the first visit to the location on Thursday was horrible the Sales associate was very rude. The worst furniture store ever. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy stuff here. Because they sell low quality defected furniture and provide no warranty or customer service. Initially, I had a pleasant experience with this store ; however, that changed drastically after I made my purchase. The furniture I received was in poor condition, and when I contacted the manager to address the issue, they were dismissive and incredibly rude. It’s disappointing that the customer service took a nosedive post-payment. I wouldn’t recommend this store due to the lack of quality products and the disrespectful attitude exhibited post-sale.

We thought we know what we wanted before we got to the Ashley store in New Rochelle. We were looking for a loveseat and a sofa, and we had been searching for it online and i the stores for several weeks. The sales rep, Mrs. Donna Morgan, was so friendly, patient and understanding that she steered us thru all possible options without a single feeling of "being pushed". She insisted to take us to the other end of the store just to feel the materials and sit on the sofa itself countless times, just for the sake of getting rid of any doubts and discomfort in our minds. She even did not lose her natural smile when we changed our minds in the very last second after she had completed most of the paperwork. This was the most pleasing shopping experience we had in so many years. This in fact was a reason why online shopping can/should never replace the experience in the shops -at least for such items like you need to see/touch for yourself. Donna acknowledged me as soon as walked through the door even while she was helping another couple. She took stock of exactly what I was there for as I searched the show room floor. With her immediate help I was able to choose a piece I felt comfortable with and Donna did the rest !

I had a terrible experience at this location. The employee was so eager to get her commission that the main detail was overlooked and not mentioned. I suggest reading the fine prints yourself especially if you’re purchasing a sealy mattress. They are a third party so getting any assistance is impossible. Sealy refuse to offer any compensation since the purchase was not made directly from them. I figured this review might help a few people.

We shopped at Ashley in New Rochelle and our salesman was Mariano Checo. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He is a great salesman. He established a personal connection and showed us how Ashley could create more value for us if we bundled our purchase under their 0% financing options so we purchased a few more items that we were going to purchase at a later date. i went to ashley homestore in new rochelle to look for a double recliner for my den and when it was all said and done , i got two single recliners which will work with a little furniture rearranging. no pushy salesperson , no pushing to buy, plenty of space and freedom to roam around and checkout all the furniture and other homegoods freely. 2 recliners with extended warranty, delivery fees and taxes with a total of 1900 bucks . was able to get the delivery date that works for me and ashley homestore send back the needed insurer form to my building management in a snap. overall i can say that ashley homestore has a good selection of quality furniture at prices that are more then reasonable.

Loved it as soon as I walked in I was serviced , I had my baby with me they spoke and played with him so I was able to make my purchase. I would definitely recommend this location

Went here to get bedroom furniture. Everton was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable and made our visit and purchase seamless and very enjoyable.

When I moved to my new apartment I purchase my furniture with warranty. When I placed a warranty request they kept denying my request and they didn't give me any response. My tablet set chairs are weak and broke. My couch have a lot of lint and stains. I would never purchase my furniture from Ashely again

don't do it! have had nothing but terrible experience...my husband and I purchased a dinning room set, it was delivered. first dinner party, 1 week after delivery, bench leg broke and one of the chairs creeks. after weeks of back and forth, replacement bench comes soaked and ice cold which tells me that it had to have been loaded on the truck night before. and no service to the chair. request refund yet again of the whole, unreliable set, but apparently their is no 30 day return policy by ordering from the sales floor, had i ordered online would have been different outcome,really?!, even though the set would probably come from the same closest warehouse. after tax and delivery 2k down the drain, and i still have a questionable bench and creeky chair. im devastated. all ive wanted for a very very long time was a new dining set. done, never again purchasing anything from this company and a good friend of mine just stopped from pulling the trigger on a 3k couch after I talked with him to tell him my experience.why? because the floor manager I originally spoke with had the nerve to tell me he has heard of issues with couches but was surprised about the issues with my set... smh...bad quality, worse service, never again!!!! and I will continue to tell anyone who will listen not to buy from ashley. you should all be ashamed of yourselves. I'm left crushed and devastated and now have to worry if my family sits at my table for a meal. and yes, we have an investigation open in NJ on this and I will not rest on the matter until we get refunded. don't bother reaching out. we all know you won't do anything because you have had 5 to 6 customer service liers working over time to keep calling us to do absolutely nothing. ashley, word of advice, stop taking advantage of good hard working people. it isn't right.

The shopping experience was great. Our salesperson introduced herself at the door but then left us alone to shop on our own. The one thing I hate about furniture shopping is the "blood in the water" mentality. That is when salespeople pounce at the door and stalk you while walking the space. That did not happen at Ashley's in New Rochelle and was a big part of why we took our time and found what we were looking for.

I don't know how this company is still in business. Bought a couch broke 3 different times simply by sitting on it. Protection plan is a joke. Thought it was a fluke and just purchased a bedroom set. Big mistake. Chest broke, they came with a replacement....wrong piece....idiots. They come back two weeks later, broken again same spot! This furniture is garbage. It's clearly a defect and they won't reimburse you the set. BBB needs to get involved.

Erica was fab. She was patient and kind. She took all over the store so I could see my furniture options. The supervisor was great to. He made sure I got what I really wanted and he explained my contract to make sure I was clear about the payments and my delivery.

My sales representative Erica spent hours with me helping me find just the right pieces. Her attitude, patience and attention to my needs was spectacular. She went above and beyond by helping getting a chair from the store to my apartment. I am a senior citizen and would not have been able to do this without her assistance. The manager Jarrod also spent a good deal of time helping me sort out my order and insuring that the delivery would be accomplished in a timely and efficient manner. All in all I am more that satisfied by the service and commitment I received at the New Rochelle Ashley home store.

Just stay away from them, save yourself the headache. A year later and I'm still dealing with customer service over several pieces being delivered damaged, deliveries not being scheduled properly, discounts not being applied when promised and so much more. Advice on like where to get furniture tho ?

By far the worse experience in the world dealing with this particular store. We purchased a living room set back in March, we were told that the chaise for the sectional would arrive early May and that wasn't the case. When it finally got delivered it didn't fit through the door we contacted our sales person Belkis Girgenti and she advised that the chaise had to be re assembled with an extra charge which we agreed to pay for however no follow up from her on who or how we make they payment so now we are back to waiting with no definite answer on when we will receive it. We tried to call Belkis to discus the frustration and she has literally done nothing to assist except blame us for the issue. We also purchased a tv stand with a fire place in which the back part of it is already falling apart.

The sales people make false promises. Don't waste your money paying for the furniture warranty. The company they use is Platinum warranty service and Five star service. They give you a run around to clean or fix your product. I told my sales person I have kids I don't want a light color sofa. He said don't worry get the warranty they will clean anything. Yeah sure 2 years later and they still haven't cleaned anything. I'm so upset 😡 😫

I didn’t enjoy my experience here. At the time I was inexperienced and it was my very first time buying furniture since I had just gotten my first apartment and was moving out of my parents home. I will never return to this place or any “Ashley” furniture store because I felt forced to spend over my budget. It took me years to pay off my couch and dining room set just because extra stuff that I didn’t need was added for their convenience. Never again!

The service i received today was excellently heart warming. My Sale person Mr. Everton Reid provided step by step demonstrations that was easy to understand. At first glance I wasn't sure if I wanted to make a purchase, but Mr. Reid convinced me with very important information that convinced me. Wish they would just exchange the piece rather than try to fix a broken unit. Out of frustration, I went to the store to cancel the upcoming order for the dining room set. Sadly, the majority of the funds returned were applied to my finance and not to my credit card which I also used for my order. What an awful, pain-filled experience. Never again

Just purchased a sofa from Everton at the New Rochelle location. Excellent service and very enjoyable experience. Everton was able show me multiple options that met my needs and preferences and I felt like I was shopping with an advocate instead of a salesperson. This was my first and last time coming to this store. I went to this store because I was passing by and wanted to give it a try. I went for a simple wall art & a blanket, when the guy who was helping me was about to finish my transaction called the manager ( an old woman), before she leave she gave me that look like I owe her something (this was not the first time she did that while I was walking through the store) . First of all I went to BUY not to ask her to pay for my stuffs. Second, I was very patient and didn't make any problems because the wall art that I decide to buy there was damage in every corner. The response that I got was that it was not their fault but the one who was in charge to fixed them on the wall. Third, the guy who was helping me out before selling me the wall art, was asking what type of car I have. He needed to make sure that the wall art was going to fit into my car before he can give to me. Me and husband find a solution and after explaining to him that I would take it on top of my car they decided to sell to me. Probably this guy asked that because at first I went for another wall art but I ended up with a bigger one. But still the WORST experience ever just for a simple wall art.

Great experience getting our new couch with Robby. He helped us over three different visits and was a great communicator in between the visits as well as in the store. We had some challenges with the space in our living room and concerns about a couch fitting in our elevator, and he walked us through the process in a way that put my wife and I at ease in our purchase.

After careful review, we regret to inform you that the damage reported is not covered under the Terms and Conditions of your Protection Plan. Please refer to Exclusion , "Stains or damage from acid , bleach , caustic solutions, nail polish remover, mildew , mold , or reoccurring damage as a result of lifestyles . " is not covered by your Platinum Plan.We have bought 4 warranty plans never used but now that we used this the reply of the warranty, they just make money . Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Miguel was amazing!!! He was friendly and very knowledgeable about all mattresses and furniture. He went above and beyond!!! Took the time to explain the difference between mattresses and the process to finding the right one for my husband and I. I was referred to the New Rochelle store and told to ask for for Miguel, it was the best referral. I would recommend the New Rochelle store and Miguel.

The customer service was great up until it came time to deliver on their merchandise. I had two different delivery dates and both experience were horrible. First delivery showed up at 10pm even though we were given a window of 1-4 and then the second delivery, even though it was scheduled a week out, the manager called me the day before to tell me that they couldn’t provide proof of insurance costing me to spend more money. If you are looking to buy furniture, I would recommend any other place before coming here!!! This is the worst experience I have had buying furniture and I will never spend another dime at this place!

This is my second time coming back to Ashley and working with the associate Robby J. As soon as I walked in with my mother we were welcomed immediately by Robby and helped my mother look for the perfect sectional. He went above and beyond to draw the layout to help my mother picture the sectional in the living room. He walked us through pricing and availability. Disgusting piece of furniture,I would put my picture up,but can't. Called costumer service and didnt like the answer I was getting the bottom of my table was damaged they sent another one which was damaged and the tech guy said it will continue to happen so he used a marker and paint to touch it up.Then go to the store where I purchased it from and the manager said he will email someone. A angry person here.never again.

Jose Cotto was a great help. He was very informative and actually cared about my health. I needed to buy a new mattress because I’ve been sleeping on a pull out couch mattress for years. My back has been aching so it was time for a switch. I needed a switch but on a budget. I asked other workers for help and they weren’t welcoming because I didn’t look like I could afford anything in the store. I just had came from work, and I work a physical labor job, plus I’m in my younger 20s so I still look like a teenager. When I asked for help they were a little off putting and they didn’t seem as knowledgeable about the products. But Jose came through to the rescue. He treated me like an actual person. New information on all of the mattresses and found me one within my budget! If I was to go back, I’m definitely asking for him again.

Beautiful furniture but terrible customer service. I will never purchase anything from this company again! I The delivery men refused to bring up my delivery stating the furniture was too heavy, damaged my walls delivering half of my purchase which came damaged. After several attempts In Rescheduling and confirming dates the company canceled delivery without notice and now says the item is out of stock. Spoke with a customer service manager Rachel Nelson that was arrogant and condescending and told me there was no one above her that can assist me. I’m beyond frustrated at this point and just wished I’ve never ordered from them to begin with.

On April 21, went to buy head board, night tables, and a armoire. The sales representative she didn’t know what a armoire was. Look at a head board it cost more than a whole bedroom set. ($900). Left afterwards dissatisfied.

Look, it's fine. The furniture is okay. They don't disclose upfront that they're a religious chain, which pisses me off, but the real problem is commission-based sales. If I wanted to experience the horror of being stalked, I'd cover myself in steaks and walk around a safari park.

I had an horrible experience with an online order and this company gave me such a hard time to get my sofa, I was furious ! Until I came into the store ready to get out of character due to my frustration, the manager Steven quickly came to me and told me he’ll help me resolve this. He lasted 2 hours on the phone helping me get my refund. He did a great job I am satisfied with how Steven handled this situation .👏🏻 I will not be buying from the company again tho.

the worst customer service in furnituring. they never pick up the phone, or transfer you to a dead line. it's unbelievable. their orders always have an issue, and don't try calling them bc u won't get it resolved. If i could give them a - 5 i would. shopping on line is cheaper then going to their show room and less issues. Good Luck!

We purchased our bedroom set on October 3rd, 2020. at the Ashley Homestore in New Rochelle. On Saturday 31, 2020, my husband and I picked up our bedroom set from the Warehouse in New Jersey.  We realized that the Five Drawer Chest has a manufacturer's defect. On November 2, which was the next opening day, on Monday, we called the Store.. After that, we received an email for us to send the pictures of the item.. The same day, we sent the pictures. We did not receive any response from the Store. Then in the same week, we called again and explained the situation. The representative told us that we will receive the part and that an Ashley Certified Specialist will come on November 19 to fix the defection. On November 14, we received the part ordered. But on November 19, I waited all for the Specialist to come fix the piece. But no one showed up. So I called, the same day. Unfortunately, and told that they have ordered the wrong part, that’s the reason they did not show up. Moreover, the representative told me that the malfunction cannot be replaced, they are gonna make a request for an exchange. They will call me the next day for the follow-up. I did not receive the call. So, I called, and was told the same thing. They put a request for an exchange. So I have to wait. I waited, I called, I waited again, with no response from the Store. My husband and I keep calling, we send emails, and we even go to the Store twice while we are now living in Rocester which is more than 5 h drive.  Finally a representative named offers us only a 150 .00 USD dollars credit for it. After all, we said we were just gonna accept it and finish with that. So, we did accept it. But until now, we still don't have an answer from the Store.

It's one of the best furniture store to shop. They have reasonable finance.

Had such a great customer service experience again at Ashley in New Rochelle. I am a repeat customer because of the service and quality. Miguel Quiles is an outstanding sales manager with excellent customer service, professionalism and attention to detail on what we were looking to purchase. Very patient with our many changes. Took an hour for help

I recently went in there on New Year’s Eve to purchase a new mattress for my girlfriend and myself and was met with a warm welcome when we walked in even though it was New Year’s Eve and an hour before closing time. I don’t remember the name of the sales person who helped me but he was happy we had that talk. I think his name was Jose. He had both of us lay on the dream machine and told us exactly what kind of mattress we needed again he was very happy to have that talk. We finally found the mattress we liked and financing was very easy he was happy to have that talk. We got an awesome deal on it and it was insanely easy and he was happy to have that talk. So I’m glad we had that talk Jose I hope your as happy as we were to have that talk.

Would have given 5 if they had the piece we liked. Salesperson Donna was so nice, welcoming and knowledgeable :) nice furniture too. I would highly recommend.

Just bought a new beautiful bedroom set at Ashley Furniture, New Rochelle. The store is fantastic the staff super helpful among them our sales rep Belkis Girgenti . She was fantastic in her knowledge of what to look for in purchasing a mattress and sorting out all the details of payment methods that are offered. Within the 20 min I was in the store I was approached 4 times. I didn't even want to keep looking because I wanted to "just look" and if I had questions I would go to the assigned associate. Very annoyed to be bothered every 5 min.

Salesperson was helpful however the problem is with the delivery service ... they want to set the date/time when they want to deliver the furniture and not the other way around. I asked to speak to management to no avail ... it’s disorganized and logistics is incoherent. It’s like everyone is working from home and can’t get in touch with a decision maker. I asked that someone in management give me a call to work things out - no one has called back. I asked that my items be delivered to the store in New Rochelle ... the delivery service says they don’t deliver to the store???? It’s almost as if they took the money an ran with it ... will not buy here again !!!

The store is very organized & has a great selection! Everyone was very helpful - huge shoutout to Everton who guided us through purchasing furniture for our first home! He was awesome! Will recommend to everyone!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Was not told products were backordered until 6 weeks after purchase after being promised items would arrive within 4-5 weeks. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general against the store. Corporate's response is to call the store. The store does not answer.

If I could give Ashley a negative star I would. Wife and I went to buy a sofa. Store was well run, lots of suggestions. No problem with the store but customer service sinks. We get a call that it will be delivered on the 21st. I noticed that the address was not complete so I tried to correct it. It is automated so I can't. I text several times but no reply. I get an email asking to confirm delivery, again I reply to correct the address, no reply. I call the customer service line and opt for a call back, no call back. Day of delivery time frame is 12:30 to 4:30, I try texting again. At 12:45 i get a call that the driver will be delayed, Sounds like a party in the background, try to ask for new time frame and correct the address, no answer. 3:45, getting worried, check the website where they have a delivery tracker, put in my phone number and tracker says cannot track call the store. Call customer service at 3:50 told several people in front, wait will be 9 minutes, I do not opt for call back. After 15 minutes I am hung up on. I get a call back asking for me to complete a survey. I try calling again. Finally get to talk to a person. Sad customer service. they bombard you that you are getting a delivery but no way to ask or correct mistakes. I will not use Ashley again even if they were giving away furniture

We worked with Miguel Quiles not once, but twice. The first time he helped us pick out our living room set. He was patient, honest and very genuine. A couple months later we moved to a new house 2 hours away from New Rochelle and went back just to be able to work with Miguel again. He spend 3 hours with us helping us furnish our new home. He is the person you want to speak with when going to Ashley's. Thank you Miguel!

Miguel was extremely helpful to us in finding the right furniture for our new apartment! He was patient with us although we came a bit closer to closing time and he really helped us understand all of the different options for us and what would work best. Miguel isn’t your typical salesperson, he isn’t just concerned about you buying the most expensive items- he genuinely cared about our budget and made sure we stuck to it. He was not pushy at all and we really appreciate that as other salesmen are extremely pushy (at the co-op location). Thank you Miguel for helping us furnish our living room and bedroom. Ashley’s furniture is also great quality as we were originally opting for Bob’s furniture but the money was well spent here!! The quality is unbelievable. I’m gonna first start by saying I am not a person who likes to leave negative reviews! However this store leaves me no choice,. My husband and I went there to buy a sectional for our new place. We purchased a sectional along with tables. I was told it would be delivered by 8/22 which we find out that it was just a table that would be delivered, when we were expecting everything , so now we are told that everything would be delivered on 8/27 to find out that not even accurate. I never received a phone call or an email on any changes . So we decided to go to the store the sales person says it will take 5-6 weeks now because they didn’t have my piece we believe they sold it to someone else. They didn’t care about anything. This was very discouraging to us and we cancelled the order and asked for our money to be refunded, until this day it’s been 4 days no refund either!! I’m so upset because we can’t go anywhere else to purchase the sectional we want. We will never go back to Ashley for any purchases, I don’t recommend this place at all. We are really disappointed at Ashley HomeStore in New Rochelle!

Wow today I have the worst experience I ever had in my entire life.I don't really recommend nobody to go to this store or any Ashley store this people do not do anything for the client i will contact the BBB for this because when a client gonwith your on policy policy that Ashley store write not me this kind of thing are unacceptable.I cancel my all entire order just because the manager of the store name Peter do nothing about it to keep me and my wife happy but is ok thank you guys for nothing very disappointing by this store and the personal. Remeber DO NOT RECOMMEND

On October 2017 I purchased a mattress from Ashley Homestore, at the time of the sale the salesperson informed me the mattress comes with a 10 year warranty (listed on the receipt also). He informed me that if there were any issues with the mattress that it would be replaced with a new one. Now I need the mattress swapped because it has become uneven and uncomfortable and no one knows anything. I visit the store and was told to contact the manufacturer, I contact them and was told there is no such warranty.

I came to Ashley's to buy my son a couch and the experience with Belkis was so good, I went back and bought myself a bedroom set and sectional for my living room. I had such an amazing experience at the Ashley furniture store in New Rochelle today. Such a beautiful store with many beautiful options. The salesperson Belkis was so sweet & helpful. Extremely satisfied with my shopping experience.

This location is near construction, on both sides of the access road, so many people may think it's closed. Parking spaces were cut in half to what was previously there. Also, the store was renovated, so it's about a third smaller, but still has a decent selection. Different entrance than previously. They claim to have a sale, but the prices must have been inflated to account for the 'discount'. Was very impressed with salesman Everton, but his manager seemed to be a pain. Noticed an employee waking around, wiping down surfaces. Overall, a decent experience.

We loved Ashley homestore in New Rochelle. The furniture layout was well organized and it was easy for me and my wife to select the furniture set of our choice. We were greeted by sales rep Peter T. He spent less than 20 minutes helping my wife and I select furniture for our home. He was very knowledgeable about the store's merchandise. He gave us great advice about picking our selection. This is a great store to shop for furniture.

As I went into Ashley furniture the other day with my mom to get bedroom sets a lady name Belkis Girgenti (Assistant Selling Manager) was a wonderful person to come and get what you want from the store. She’s very welcoming and always ask what are you looking for and always give her best opinions about what you are looking for . PLUS SHE WORKS WITH YOU 💯. She not a person that will rush you she takes her time with her customers till you find the right thing. IF YOU WANT A GOOD SALES PERSON GO TO Belkis!!! Visited this location last weekend with my mother. After looking around we were greeted by the manager of the store, Belkis. Belkis went above and beyond to answer our questions show us prices and was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses and expandable bases. Today I received my dining room and bedroom furniture. The delivery men were careful transporting the furniture and set up quickly. I have already recommended Ashley furniture and more specifically Belkis to my sisters and Im very happy with the entire experience from beginning to end :)

when they say you will receive your furniture on a particular day you should receive it!! Worse store ever! I ordered furniture from Ashley Furniture Store in New Rochelle, NY and I'm totally disgusted with their service. I was supposed to receive three pieces of furniture today and only received one to be told one of the pieces was on back order. However, there was three pieces, one delivered today, one that is sitting in the warehouse, and another on back order which I was not told about. The piece that is in the warehouse was not delivered today because there is another piece on backorder. I do not understand why I was delivered one piece of furniture, one is in the warehouse and the other is on backorder. The piece that is on backorder was not told to me in the store (by the sales person who probably just wanted her commission) it was on backorder but via voice message that I found out about on the day of delivery. When I placed the initial order, I was told I would receive everything today February 3rd. I took off from work to have a full set delivered only to have one piece delivered. I always have issues with my deliveries with Ashley Furniture and vowed never to order from them again (I've been ordering from Bob's furniture). However, on January 25th, I decided to give you guys another chance. Please be advised, I will NEVER order from your store again. NEVER. It always happens - you guys do not deliver good service when it is time for deliveries.

i bought a pullout couch from them. after 10 months it was falling apart at the sides. within the 12 month warranty so I called and they sent someone out to fix and reinforce. Maybe they should have just told me that the couch wasnt built to last with the pullout bed in it, I could have just got the cheaper version. Now the couch has completely collapsed after 2 years.

Although I’m not yet able to comment on the product, because I haven’t gotten it yet, I need to give a five star review to Brianna. She spent a long time working to figure out exactly what my style is. I decided to place my order the next day but she was out sick. Still, she coordinated the whole thing getting me in contact with the right person allowing me to do everything by phone. The next day (still out sick), she followed up in order to set up delivery for me. Without a doubt, best service I’ve received at any furniture store I’ve visited!

Went to all local furniture stores and this was the best for us by far. Everton was a great help. Not too pushy like most of the salesman can be and very knowledgeable. We ended up buying furniture for bedroom, dining room and living room. Great service and great prices. Ask for Everton when you go and he’ll take care of you.

We bought a LEATHER couch that was over $4,000 at this location. Had no idea that the whole couch isn’t leather. Never mentioned that it wasn’t fully leather. Apparently the back and the sides aren’t real leather and now we have visible ripping on the inside of the seats that happened naturally. They basically didn’t care and told us we would have to do it privately with a company. This couch is only 2 years old. A couch this expensive shouldn’t be having rips after only 2 years, and we aren’t even using it 6 months out of the year. Make sure you ask all the right questions because they withhold information.

please note the only reason why I am giving this store one star is because of the customer service provided by Belkis Girgente. She was extremely unprofessional, rude and treated us without manners, her attitude was unpleasant and made us not want to return to this specific store.

By far the worst customer service ever!!! Ordered a three piece sectional gave measurements of doors and guaranteed would fit.Paid for white glove delivery which means delivered set up and garbage taken away. Third piece did not fit and while on hold with store for an hour driver was instructed to leave with piece. Left two uncrated pieces in living room and now want me to pay another delivery fee and additional fee to have someone come out to take apart and reassemble inside. Asked them to come take back two pieces and they refused saying that they are mine. In the process of all of this they broke the handle off of my storm door. Have had multiple conversations with store and customer service and have just been given the run around. Have reported to the better business bureau and my credit card. PLEASE DO NOT BUY from Ashley They Should be put out of business!!

BUYERS BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have had the worst experience with this store, when I attempted to buy a sectional. First they overcharged for the protection plan, only after I complained two days later and spent 3 hours on the phone did they put the money back on my card. They promised a “white glove delivery” which included unwrapping and installation of the sectional. As you can see from the photos this was not done, they got 2 of the 3 pieces of the sectional into the room and left them spread across the room still wrapped and not assembled. In the process of trying to get the third piece in they broke my screen door and left. They are now telling me that if I would like the third piece of the sectional, I will have to pay $100 re-delivery fee and pay a third party $150 for install. I have spent hours on the phone with their “customer care” department to get this rectified. They have left me on hold for hours. I have since told them that I would like to return the couch as they did not handle the situation professionally or provide the service I paid for. They told me they would not accept the return and hung up on me! This entire experience is unprofessional and I have reported them to the better business bureau. This is not a company that you should deal with.

It turns out they had it and claimed they called me. Yeah right. I have only 6 months to use it or lose it. It cannot be used toward the order I had on hold and it has to be with their stores which does not include any stores in PA. So I cancelled my order because now if I received an order and had problems I would have to travel back to New York to find something else. Too bad they don't tell you these rules before you order stuff. They sell you what you want to hear. Never again with this company. They delivered the wrong furniture and waiting over a month now for my credit to the account, another store told me they are holding on to meet there numbers for the quarter and they are known for that .

You guys are the worst to deal with I’m still sitting here with damaged furniture that was delivered to me this way back in June once you leave the store and they deliver it the store wants nothing to do with the situation anymore I should know we have gone back to the store a few times looking for some type of way to resolve this issue because your “customer service number “ is just so unbearable to deal with every bad review I’ve seen is true. I should have done my research before hand we spent good money in the store and for what to have damaged pieces

Purchasing from Ashley was the biggest mistake I have ever made. This store, in particular, has the worst customer service... reps that do no give you their last names or allow you to speak to the manager. my experience with this store was very very bad they sales rep didnt add the insurance i asked for and 18 months later the bed broke. Mind you all of my furniture with Ashley was bought with insurance but this one was not due to the sales rep not applying my request to my purchases. they service is bad bad

My Mother, sister and I walked into this location of Ashley‘s today and actually it was my sister who wanted to just go take a look at some dining table sets. We were on our way to Cosco‘s...there’s one in the area. We were greeted by a young lady named Belkis, and I have to say, she was very knowledgeable, very friendly and right away she helped us and answered all our questions without any pressure to buy... she was extremely patient and took her time, making sure to be very attentive to our needs and address them. She found us exactly what we needed. We ended up making a purchase right there on the spot unexpectedly.... we don’t usually do that! I have to say her service was so good that if I ever need another piece of furniture again I will specifically go to that location to work with her. She worked with us to stay in our budget and the whole experience was delightful. The selection of furniture was wide as well...which also made finding the right piece easier. Ashley Furniture is lucky to have her on their team and I hope they appreciate and reward her for her exceptional service. Belkis did not ask me for this review... I was the one who asked her if there was any way I could commend her service... so, thank you All the best to you and see you when we are back in the market!

My fiance purchased his bedroom furniture here. He was initially happy with it until the dresser started to have issues opening and closing. The alignment was off. He missed the year warranty cut off (although the product started falling apart within a few months from purchase). They told him he had to pay to fix the dresser which he refused. We now need to replace the whole dresser and it is only 2 years old. My post is for anyone looking for quality furniture; this is not the place for you. Quality and service are major and this place has neither. Do not waste your money.

Horrible. I measured and measured again then went into Ashley’s picked out a sectional and was told yes this will fit no worries. It didn’t and I got refunded the couch price (but still lost on the delivery charge). I asked the delivery guy what size couch can I get he said anything under 89 inches so I went back picked out a sofa loveseat that was 87 inches. It was brought and they said no it wouldn’t fit. Now I am out $220 for delivery charges and was told that I can get a guaranteed delivery where they take the couch apart and assemble it inside but that would be $169 on top of the $220 I already spent on delivery charges. They didn’t help at all and all they care about is the sale. They will tell you whatever they have to and they can care less. If I could I would give this store a 0 stars. Go to another location if you want one of their items just not the New Rochelle location. UPDATE- they won't return the delivery fees that i paid over $200 for they were nasty and they said its not their problem and that it is on the back of the contract they make you sign. keep that in mind when you go into this store.

We had a great experience at this Ashley Homestore location thanks to Glenda Payne. She greeted us soon after we walked in and let us know if we had any questions to feel free to ask. She allowed us space to browse at our leisure but was readily available for any questions we had. She had all the answers we needed and if she didn’t know it off the top of her head she would quickly find the answer. She assisted us in getting exactly what we wanted and helped us with keeping it within our budget. Glenda was so pleasant and professional. I highly suggest if you visit this location ask for Glenda Payne.

The worst experience I never had. . We went to this store looking for a living room furniture,but guess what! There was this guy who came around when we were looking and told us not to look at certain sofas because they were to expensive for us, like really!! if we were there it was because we were buying something,and it wasn't he's problem if the one I was looking was to expensive I could buy it if I wanted,so not enough! We got this lady who came and told my 1 year old nephew to stop crying at the store. Updated we got what we needed from Raymond and flanigan where the service was excellent really nice sales people there.

I recently visited Ashley furniture and had a great experience. I was greeted at the door by Ben who turned out to be an amazing salesman, he didn’t make you feel uncomfortable by being on top of you trying to forcefully make you buy something. Instead he let you take your time and go through the store while giving you space to look at and observe the furniture, he wasn’t on top of you like in most furniture stores and the was very appreciated. He was very informative and tried his best to accommodate my needs and wants in what I was looking for. Thanks to the amazing experience and the good quality in furniture, I purchased a sectional, entertainment center for my living room and my bedroom set as well. Went to look at a new adjustable base for my Tempur-pedic mattress-- we were warmly greeted by our salesperson Peter, who made us instantly feel right at home. My husband and I explained what we were looking for, and Peter took us to the Tempur-pedic mattress area-- he had us lay on the mattress while he proceeded to demonstrate and explain the features and pricing of this particular base and some of the other bases. He was thorough in explaining our financing options;while we didn't qualify for Ashley direct credit-- he offered us two alternative options. We were not pressured to make any immediate decision-- we took his information and told him we would give him our final decision in a few days. Overall, it was most pleasant shopping experience!

When you walk in, just ask for Gabe! He is beyond awesome and very very helpful! He explained everything to us, answered all our questions and helped us from as soon as we walked in the door. He didn&'t linger or hover at all - you know how sales people like doing that (rolls eyes) - but not Gabe! It was great. They have a wide selection of stuff, ranging from cheapest around to high end. The salesman was very chill, he made himself available while not stalking us or being too pushy. They also offered 6 months of interest free financing on their store card which is another huge plus. Overall I am very pleased, and will be shopping there again when the need arises.

And the store manager, Gorge is a piece of ... , very rood person that called the coops in me for just yelling to him and asking for my money back. Warning guys!!! Do not ever go in yonkers location because in there Damian the store manager is another liar who messed up all my situation with couches. The new rochelle store is another thing. I have never had to do with more rude and unprofessional person in all my life. I was supposed to call the coops on them because they would not give me the money back, but George, was shaking on his hands and attitude and misbehaving toward the costumer is soo bad. My wife and I went in there the other day after buying a new house. The staff was unprofessional and doing nothing but joking around the entire time We where there. I had Aldo as a salesperson and when I came back from the bathroom my wife said he was flirting with her and made her very uncomfortable. We will never be back here again. I suggest raymour for all your furniture needs

I had a horrible experience at Ashley’s in the the Atlas Mall location. Needless to say, that because of that experience, my husband and I decided to go to the location in New Rochelle. New Rochelle was delightful! We had Janicia as our sales person and I must say she was amazing! She was down to earth, joked around with us, and was very patient and did everything that was needed for me to get my furniture. Janicia UR THE BEST!!!!! The whole New Rochelle location ROCKS!!!!!!!

I've been waiting on my furniture for the past 2 weeks, they agree to offer me free delivery after screwing up the first time around. NOW today FRIDAY JANUARY 4th, 2013. Last week Wednesday was the first scheduled delivery, then it was moved to Thursday as they couldn't deliver, I waited over a week and TODAY (01/04/13) THEY called me during the Hours of delivery and told me that ONCE AGAIN they couldn't DELIVER. I AM Extremely UPSET at the fact that not only did I cancel previous arrangement for this weekend due to this BUT they're ALSO Being extremely UNPROFESSIONAL by not Picking up my phone call as they have my number on record. The sales rep I can say tried to accommodate things and keep me a happy costumer but he has failed as the company that he sadly works for is very unprofessional once they got your money. I will BLAST THIS MESSAGE IN ALL SOCIAL MEDIA as companies like this should go out of business since they do not have any costumer service.
