Our entire experience was very pleasant from the moment we walked in. The staff members were all very friendly and welcoming, especially Belkis. She was AMAZING! We told her what we were looking for and she went through many options with us and was very patient with us as we had a ton of questions. If you thinking about purchasing from this Ashley location, I would without a doubt ask if Eric V. is on the floor to help you with what your looking for. I am unfortunately very indecisive and Eric V. had all the patience in the world for me. He listened to what I was looking for & helped me explore all my options. I ended up purchasing the Maimz with ottoman. It was a perfect alternative to the chaise I was originally going to purchase. I also purchased the furniture removal, and it was worth every penny. The delivery guys were equally as professional, quick, and very hard working. All in all 5 out of 5 stars!!!
