I came to the store just to accompany my mother on her furniture purchase, but I ended up having a great experience myself! The entire team was welcoming and helpful, “a home away from home!”. Erick, our salesperson, was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. Corey, the manager, also made us feel at ease and well taken care of. And shoutout to Carlos for the delicious chai latte, it was such a nice touch! Even though I didn’t buy anything this time, this is definitely a place I’ll be coming back to when I’m ready to order furniture.

Carlos was fantastic, respectful and Helpful with us. He helped us pick out 2 great sofa beds, showed us multiple and even helped with color combinations, he got us approved for credit but took it a step further and helped us get more funding approval. He helped us past closing and made us feel like family. Amazing salesman and human being thank you Carlos!

I don't know what he did but We ended paying mores the $2000. Me Stupid i did not realize after 3 year that why still paying! The cc told us if you not paying during 2 year it wil be charge 20% The salesman never told us that! Any don't buy it anithing there!! Plus the furniture got old quickly !!

I went in to purchase a bed for my son and was assisted by Carlos and Ashley whom were both very knowledgeable, super helpful and patient with the process. I ended up buying a bed, chest of drawers and mattress. Update… I received the the bed and the incorrect color of chest and was told by Carlos and manager Cory to come back to the store to select the correct color. I do not enter orders in the system. I showed Carlos the color I wanted and the incorrect sku was entered even though I specified the WHITEWASH color. First time and last time buying from Ashley or this store in particular. I did speak with Victor from the warehouse who will assist with ensuring I receive the correct color chest.

Lito was very attentive and patient, happy we walked in spur of the moment and walked out couch owners.

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because Ashley Furniture as a whole is very helpful. However, at this store… Mel’s customer service was terrible. He will charge you for things you don’t need to be charged for. He cares about the sale, that’s it. (No surprise there, that’s all most of these guys care about) We got a couch from here like a month ago and after some COI trouble things got too difficult for Mel and he abandoned our ordered and cancelled it. We LOVED the couch and kept asking him if there was anything we could do and he said no and his attitude was terrible about it. He saw it as lost money. Disappointed in Mel but pleased with Ashley Furniture as a whole. Ashley Furniture kept reach out and now we are sitting on the couch we loved and hopefully someone else got the commission.

Secondly, I was not pleased with the addition of a warranty to my purchase without prior consultation. Upon request, the warranty was removed, but I would have preferred to be informed of any additional charges before they were applied.

My bed for my grandson was delivered on June 6. We’re now in August still having had the headboard put on the bed the delivery guy shoved the pieces under the bed Left the headboard, leaning against the window at the head of his bed and left still waiting for it to be attached. Headboard against my grandson‘s bed not attached not a safe situation and still hasn’t been resolved, don’t know if I’ll ever deal with Ashley’s again

We bought a few things about a year ago and the salespeople were amazing but the warranty it’s a scam. Idk if the sales people know how bad warranty is or maybe should change company because they really push for it. It’s so so difficult to reach warranty and they don’t fix the problems. I’m so disappointed because our couch wasn’t cheap.

6/15/2023 I'm changing my review because I have yet to receive the furniture that was bought a month ago. Ashleys called on 3 separate occasions to reschedule our delivery claiming they don't have parts of the furniture. I don't know if this is a scam or someone is not doing there job, but I want my money back! Who waits a month for furniture?!

Jordan greeted me at the door, listened to my interests/budget/concerns. He showed me items that I purchased via leasing. Jordan and another staff member made sure my niece and I were comfortable. I had no problem moving around the store with my walker.

My experience with Ashley store was a nightmare. I bought a living room set for $2500 which so received on January 12th. The love seat arrived broken which I notified the store about the next day. After 3 weeks of calling about the issue, they had sent someone to repair the issue about the broken furniture that arrived. I waited 4 months for someone to come repair the love seat from their company which originally came damaged. Without any actual repair or fixes on this issue, the repair man couldn’t do anything to fix it and a representative called me from Ashley’s store and said that the love seat can’t be exchanged since I already signed and received this (damaged) order that was placed into my living room area. Ashley’s store is the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and bad company who provided me horrible service and care for this package.

From entering to leaving the store the whole team was great and welcoming. Jasmine and the whole team helped not only me but each other out. They really went above and beyond. And i would love to thank everyone and i will definitely come back and also recommend other to come.

All staff gave me a fantasric service. That also applies to Nef. I brought a new bed, a new lamp, a new dresser and a desk with the chair. I told Nef that the desk wasn't going to fit inside my bedroom but he kept insisting it will fit. We are always listening to those who know best. My nightmare began when the desk arrived to my house. The desk is extremely too big. It blocks my closet and my path to move around inside the bedroom with my wheelchair. My apartment is equipped for people with disabilities. I forgot to tell the guy who installed my desk to take it back. I entered into a shocking mode that I couldn't react at that moment. I called customer care and I explained to them the desk was too big. They told me they will replace the desk but I would have to pay for the difference and the delivery cost. This situation put me very stressful to the point that I got sick. In my opinion, I feel I don't have to pay for the difference and the cost of delivery. Especially, when it wasn’t my fault. Nef is to blame. I will buy my desk somewhere else and throw away the new one. I don't want to deal with the Ashley's Furniture Home Store stress. Honestly, they don't care about customers with disabilities. All they care about is getting excellent reviews and blaming customers when something goes wrong. I urge customers with disabilities to avoid this or any Ashley's Home Furniture Store location. Don't give them the satisfaction to get you sick and all stressful.

When the sofas arrived at my apartment, I came to find out from their bank Acima Credit, that in 12 months, I’ll be paying more than 50% in interest, which was $.2,700.00 extra for sofas that were suppose to be $2,190.00, which this crook Ashley stated that there will be no interest for the first year. I wanted to return the sofas back, & Elijah, the store employee stated that I couldn’t return them, which I didn’t understand why when I only had them not even a month. I have to say Elijah tried his best to help me as much as he could, but the result, I was stuck with the sofas. I have proof of this sale transaction, not only cause my fiancé was present, but more importantly, I recorded the entire conversation till I exit the store. ASHLEY, I’ll see you in small claims court.

For the past 2 weeks my fiancé and I have visited Ashley Furniture Store 4x (UES location-E117 street). Each time we went Nef assisted us with every possible question we had. The showroom was beautiful and affordable, the salesperson Elijah, was experienced and courteous, the delivery was a very good experience in all areas- timing, communication, and especially delivery guys. Tajiri was extremely helpful with my purchase of my mattress and bed-frame. She kindly took the time to throughly show me the different options that the store had to offer and I was pleased with the bed-frame that I eventually ended up choosing. Her colleague, Ari, also assisted me with the transaction and guided me through the delivery process. I was impressed with both of their customer service skills and was glad that they assisted me during my search for my new bedroom furniture.
