This store is a bunch of crooks they are not even Ashley they are licensed and Ashley don’t accept them the worst experiences with them I am getting a lawyer and swing them they sold me something and sent something else and they stole half of the bed and said you must by it again iam so sorry to went this store

We bought a few things about a year ago and the salespeople were amazing but the warranty it’s a scam. Idk if the sales people know how bad warranty is or maybe should change company because they really push for it. It’s so so difficult to reach warranty and they don’t fix the problems. I’m so disappointed because our couch wasn’t cheap.

I went to Ashley because my husband love a living room set I didn’t wanted to change my couch but I gave him a chance. Went we arrived Ricky greeted us by the door and his was very nice he gave me my space to walk around and see what they have, them I went looking for him because I love that he left me alone and was not pushing for a sale . I was able to negotiate with him on the price and I got a better price than my husband got the day before I end up buying the set in total 14 pieces. He was so kind because I got there 30 minutes before closing and we left at 8:20 pm on a Sunday . Went my husband went to pick up the furniture he help to bring it down to the truck that was very nice of him . 6/15/2023 I'm changing my review because I have yet to receive the furniture that was bought a month ago. Ashleys called on 3 separate occasions to reschedule our delivery claiming they don't have parts of the furniture. I don't know if this is a scam or someone is not doing there job, but I want my money back! Who waits a month for furniture?!

Jordan greeted me at the door, listened to my interests/budget/concerns. He showed me items that I purchased via leasing. Jordan and another staff member made sure my niece and I were comfortable. I had no problem moving around the store with my walker.

My experience with Ashley store was a nightmare. I bought a living room set for $2500 which so received on January 12th. The love seat arrived broken which I notified the store about the next day. After 3 weeks of calling about the issue, they had sent someone to repair the issue about the broken furniture that arrived. I waited 4 months for someone to come repair the love seat from their company which originally came damaged. Without any actual repair or fixes on this issue, the repair man couldn’t do anything to fix it and a representative called me from Ashley’s store and said that the love seat can’t be exchanged since I already signed and received this (damaged) order that was placed into my living room area. Ashley’s store is the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and bad company who provided me horrible service and care for this package.

From entering to leaving the store the whole team was great and welcoming. Jasmine and the whole team helped not only me but each other out. They really went above and beyond. And i would love to thank everyone and i will definitely come back and also recommend other to come.

I will report my case of discrimination to the proper authorities. Four months ago, I went to the East River Plaza Ashley location. This was my first time shopping with Ashley's Furniture Home Store. All staff gave me a fantasric service. That also applies to Nef. I brought a new bed, a new lamp, a new dresser and a desk with the chair. I told Nef that the desk wasn't going to fit inside my bedroom but he kept insisting it will fit. We are always listening to those who know best. My nightmare began when the desk arrived to my house. The desk is extremely too big. It blocks my closet and my path to move around inside the bedroom with my wheelchair. My apartment is equipped for people with disabilities. I forgot to tell the guy who installed my desk to take it back. I entered into a shocking mode that I couldn't react at that moment. I called customer care and I explained to them the desk was too big. They told me they will replace the desk but I would have to pay for the difference and the delivery cost. This situation put me very stressful to the point that I got sick. In my opinion, I feel I don't have to pay for the difference and the cost of delivery. Especially, when it wasn’t my fault. Nef is to blame. I will buy my desk somewhere else and throw away the new one. I don't want to deal with the Ashley's Furniture Home Store stress. Honestly, they don't care about customers with disabilities. All they care about is getting excellent reviews and blaming customers when something goes wrong. I urge customers with disabilities to avoid this or any Ashley's Home Furniture Store location. Don't give them the satisfaction to get you sick and all stressful.

I admit, I didn’t read the computer screen completely, due to the fact the I trusted her because she sounded so nice & trust worthy. I signed under false pretense. When the sofas arrived at my apartment, I came to find out from their bank Acima Credit, that in 12 months, I’ll be paying more than 50% in interest, which was $.2,700.00 extra for sofas that were suppose to be $2,190.00, which this crook Ashley stated that there will be no interest for the first year. I wanted to return the sofas back, & Elijah, the store employee stated that I couldn’t return them, which I didn’t understand why when I only had them not even a month. I have to say Elijah tried his best to help me as much as he could, but the result, I was stuck with the sofas. I have proof of this sale transaction, not only cause my fiancé was present, but more importantly, I recorded the entire conversation till I exit the store. ASHLEY, I’ll see you in small claims court.

For the past 2 weeks my fiancé and I have visited Ashley Furniture Store 4x (UES location-E117 street). Each time we went Nef assisted us with every possible question we had. Kevin help and professionalism was unmatched during our visit on Labor Day. It showed care, patience and expertise to help us pick the perfect sectional + ottoman set. Kevin customer service is something I've have yet to see, especially in NYC furniture stores
