He told us if we needed anymore help to let him know. So,my husband and I looked around and ended up picking out a new living room set. So, we were very happy with everything and we will be going back if we need anything in the future

I was in the market for a small recliner. I was greeted by Colton who found several recliners that fit my criteria. I left and checked out Raymour and Flanagan with less luck. I returned to Ashley Furniture and closed out the purchase of the recliner with Colton. He was gracious, knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate all the help that Colton provided!

This is the second piece of Living Room furniture that I have bought from them. The service has been really professional both times. Just help that I asked for, & no pressure toward any specific items, or newer series in what i was looking for.

Not very impressed with this store at all. As soon as me and my family walked in they were aggressive. One specific man started following me and my family around being rude but no one else.

I had a very positive experience at the Ashley Store in Olean, New York on 9/10/25. A woman named Jessica greeted me, inquired what I was interested in which was lighting and accent tables for my living room. She offered information on a sale on many of these items and advised she would be available for assistance if I had any questions. After meandering throughout the whole store, I had chosen six items including a display cabinet. Jessica walked around the whole store helping me find the items again! I can't say enough good things about my experience with Jessica. I would give 10 stars if that was an option!!!

Jessica Austin, I cannot say enough known this woman for most of my life went to high school with her. What a fantastic job she has done for this company with all areas of the business. Ashley furniture is lucky to have her. She is a asset to their company.

I gave Ashley home furniture a second chance after being screwed on a bedroom set warranty. I stupidly bought a dining table set when it arrived my husband Was home. I got there about two hours later. I immediately called and told them a gouge was on the top of the table. I took a picture and sent it. I was given a call 3 weeks later and told that the driver took a picture of it after delivery and the mark was not there. He was calling me a liar and said we must have done something to it in the two hours it was here. I am 68 years old my husband is 71 and we live alone. have nobody living here but us. I told them I want to see the picture the driver took. Of course they did not want to show me that. I was told that with the extended warranty that no matter what happens to the table it is covered. What?????? Than why is it not covered HUH. If you want to do business with them go for it but I will never be seen near that business again. Larry and Sandra Field

We walked in expecting just to look at styles and prices and then go and shop online. We were pleasantly surprised when our salesperson, Annette Belleville, walked up and told us the sectional we were looking at was on clearance, but that the price could go lower. We walked around and looked at more stuff, but ultimately decided the clearance couch was the one for us. Annette noticed we were younger and really struggling with if we can afford this right now and dropped the price even lower and halved our delivery fee. Walked out with an AMAZING 3 piece sectional originally priced at around $4200 for $1500 . Couldn’t be happier!

Nice huge showroom w variety of furniture on display. Warm n welcoming. My husband has neuropathy so he sat while I browsed the showroom n went 2area I wanted him 2check. I did notice a wheelchair available at front door but he chose not 2use. There was no "spectacular sale" or special pricing going on. There were variations in quality available.

Paul was fantastic to work with on our new furniture. He gave us all the time we needed to search the showroom, try out lots of pieces, color coordinate accent pieces and think things over. Told me the furniture was in stock. Been waiting for weeks.Was suppose to be delivered on 1/11 Had someone picking up old furniture on 1/11. Got a text a week before delivery and said going to be at least 1/25. I will never buy from here again. Was suppose to be in stock. Should have never took that long to start with. And now this. Don't waist your time.

Modern furniture is literal garbage. I bought a couch here for $1000. Supposedly on "clearance". Brand new. It reclined on both sides. I'm a single guy living alone with no pets. Not particularly big. I bought this couch 1 single year ago. Both recliners are broken. It absolutely disgusts me that people can get away with charging $1000 for a hot pipe of trash that won't function after a single year.

The associate showed me many choices, I made my selection, and purchase was very easy. when we left it had snowed but an associate had shoveled and salted each side of our vehicle so we wouldn’t slip. Outstanding customer service… 10/10

Tyler Tascone was a lot of help in deciding and making everything happen. It was a fun experience.

As soon as you walk through the door there is a salesperson waiting to greet you and try and sell you everything. The high pressure sales force makes it impossible to just look around the store. One sales lady came back 7 times in 15 minutes. I cannot go to this store alone. It is worse than going to a car dealer.

Sale personal was ok very quick to want to make a sale , my problem after spending 3500 dollars is very poor service after the sale . I've now waited almost a full month to have my defective furniture looked at and still no call today to confirm a tech to view the furniture. Truthful I just want it out of my house , if service is like this one month after the sale what's it going to be 6months or a year. Poor service, poor quality, but fast to take your money. NOT GOOD NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

We were able to find a dining room table and chairs after looking for months. Paul at the olean store was great. He was Efficient, clear and concise. We wrapped things up within 20 minutes or so and also came in on a sale day; which gave us a savings as well.

3 Trips furniture shopping.. Finally we found the living room set we had been looking for. Tyler was very helpful once again.

Sales person was excellent. She was very helpful. The sale was easy. The only complaint we have is that we were told delivery in our area is Tuesdays. This does not work for us but we have no choice. We are paying alot of money for furniture AND one of us has to take a day off work to accommodate delivery. There needs to be more flexibility in the delivery schedule.

You all need to get together with your IT guys and update your computer system it takes too long to process a purchase no matter how expensive or not and the paperwork is not well managed you don't have to kill 3 trees for a $50 PURCHASE but your service is wonderful 😀

First entering the store my family and I got a warm welcoming. That continued our entire visit. Our Sales Rep was very helpful and got us the best deal. The furniture that I ultimately purchased, I paid less for them on the showroom floor than the same exact items that were in the Closeout Room. Jesse is great to work with. I have no complaints regarding customer service. My only complaint is the “protection plan” they offer customers. It is definitely no “protection plan.” We paid extra for this plan and it does almost nothing for your damaged furniture. We have gone back and forth between corporate about our issue and nothing has been done. Needless to say, we will never purchase anything major from Ashley.

We have purchased multiple pieces through Ashley Home Furniture. Most recently being a sofa, paid extra for the protection package. Needless to say the “protection package” has miles of grey area that make it so the protection doesn’t apply to your purchased furniture. After multiple phone calls with Ashleys regarding our personal situation, multiple redirections to other departments. We STILL have no result for our couch that we paid extra to have the “protection.” Instead we were told that it would be all at OUR COST?!?! I have since networked out and spoken with a former manager of Ashley’s who states that framework is covered under State Law in both NY AND PA. Irregardless of discontinuation of product or manufacture warranty. Also stating that there is no standard help to quality of customer service. Which I firmly agree with and which was made obvious during this whole encounter. From the local store in Weston Mills NY, to the corporate service representatives. I can confidently say that if you are wanting quality service and quality furniture, look elsewhere. (UPDATE)11/30/2022 Called number that was provided in response from Ashley’s to original review out of Weston Mills NY. Spoke with representative who again stated that since manufacture warranty (AKA ASHLEYS) along with sofa fabric is discontinued there is no resolution that can be provided neither in store credit nor replacement of couch of same or lesser value. Received a phone call from agent Id 1225 Shannon out of Batavia New York warehouse. Was told that she was the highest level of “management” that we were able to speak with. Was also informed by Shannon that the only reason she called us was because she had to, and didn’t have any resolution to our issues we had presented. This issue was originally presented to Ashley’s in early 2022. We STILL are getting no resolution and have networked out to a former manager of Ashley’s who as we already stated In The previous review informed us that by state law in both NY AND PA framework is covered for seven years. Ashley’s IS the manufacturer, they may have changed the frame for the model which makes our model discontinued BUT Ashleys is still the manufacturer of our couch. As is all there furniture. HEADS UP!! Horrible customer service on management levels!! Again if you are looking for quality service and quality furniture, looks elsewhere.

Great place!!!

Bought a sectional for 2500.00 last August. It was understandable due to covid that it took until the end of November to get furniture. A week after getting it a zipper broke they came looked at the sectional and order new to replace. A month later a different zipper broke. Went back to them and they ordered new to replace that one as well. 5 months it took to get the new parts to fix. Then set a date to have it fixed then 3 days before the appointment they called needing to reschedule it. It is the worst experience ever. I will sit and sleep on floors before I ever go back to ashley furniture.

Was greeted at the door, asked for recliners, and the greeter said, "they're all over the place.". He handed us 20% off flyer and ignored us. We left, never to darken their doorways again.

I bought a set of bunk beds in november said I wouldn't receive them till January. Called them when January came and now they say May not happy at all.

Had a wonderful shopping experience at Ashley, our salesperson, Rosemary, made all the difference in the world! We went to look at recliners and with her help found the perfect match for us. We also ended up buying a tempurpedic adjustable bed, totally unplanned, but who could resist after resting in such comfort! Rosemary put zero sales pressure on us, but spent hours answering all our questions and working a great deal for us with her manager. Hoping when we receive our new furniture it is the same quality as the service we received!

The store and sales staff were great! The only downfall was the unavailability of furniture due to shutdowns because of COVID. However, fortunately they had a clearance area that had just what I needed. I would recommend this store to family and friends..

We bought an item 6 months ago .. sales rep did not mention that it was on back order just said “ system not working “ ... yea great lie , we understand no delivery during covid but for item to still be on back order until September is ridiculous. They have called us and scheduled a delivery date twice only for me to call and be told we have more months to wait . Don’t waste your money here. Also rude customer service. Take your business somewhere else
