I gave Ashley home furniture a second chance after being screwed on a bedroom set warranty. I stupidly bought a dining table set when it arrived my husband Was home. I got there about two hours later. I immediately called and told them a gouge was on the top of the table. I took a picture and sent it. I was given a call 3 weeks later and told that the driver took a picture of it after delivery and the mark was not there. He was calling me a liar and said we must have done something to it in the two hours it was here. I am 68 years old my husband is 71 and we live alone. have nobody living here but us. I told them I want to see the picture the driver took. Of course they did not want to show me that. I was told that with the extended warranty that no matter what happens to the table it is covered. What?????? Than why is it not covered HUH. If you want to do business with them go for it but I will never be seen near that business again. Larry and Sandra Field

We walked in expecting just to look at styles and prices and then go and shop online. We were pleasantly surprised when our salesperson, Annette Belleville, walked up and told us the sectional we were looking at was on clearance, but that the price could go lower. We walked around and looked at more stuff, but ultimately decided the clearance couch was the one for us. Annette noticed we were younger and really struggling with if we can afford this right now and dropped the price even lower and halved our delivery fee. Walked out with an AMAZING 3 piece sectional originally priced at around $4200 for $1500 . Couldn’t be happier!

Nice huge showroom w variety of furniture on display. Warm n welcoming. My husband has neuropathy so he sat while I browsed the showroom n went 2area I wanted him 2check. I did notice a wheelchair available at front door but he chose not 2use. There was no "spectacular sale" or special pricing going on. There were variations in quality available.

Paul was fantastic to work with on our new furniture. He gave us all the time we needed to search the showroom, try out lots of pieces, color coordinate accent pieces and think things over. He was very knowledgeable in the company, what could be ordered for us and made the purchase go through seemlessly. We cant wait for installation and assembly. Thank you Paul!

Told me the furniture was in stock. Been waiting for weeks.Was suppose to be delivered on 1/11 Had someone picking up old furniture on 1/11. Got a text a week before delivery and said going to be at least 1/25. I will never buy from here again. Was suppose to be in stock. Should have never took that long to start with. And now this. Don't waist your time.

Modern furniture is literal garbage. I bought a couch here for $1000. Supposedly on "clearance". Brand new. It reclined on both sides. I'm a single guy living alone with no pets. Not particularly big. I bought this couch 1 single year ago. Both recliners are broken. It absolutely disgusts me that people can get away with charging $1000 for a hot pipe of trash that won't function after a single year.

The associate showed me many choices, I made my selection, and purchase was very easy. when we left it had snowed but an associate had shoveled and salted each side of our vehicle so we wouldn’t slip. Outstanding customer service… 10/10

We were interested in the new super soft corduroy which they had a bit of. She let us have time to ourselves and was easily available any time we had questions. Like a refined server at a restaurant with marble floors. Very comfortable to ship here. No talking you into things. Very welcoming and relaxing. Would recommend.

My friend and I went in looking for a new recliner. Not necessarily ready to buy. A representative named Tyler pointed us in the right direction. After trying out many options Tyler asked us if he could help us in any way. He was very friendly. We both decided to buy the same love seat. Tyler explained the price and financial options. Also the warranty, extended warranty and delivery if needed. He did not pressure us at all. It was a good experience and I will return when I need something else.

As soon as you walk through the door there is a salesperson waiting to greet you and try and sell you everything. The high pressure sales force makes it impossible to just look around the store. One sales lady came back 7 times in 15 minutes. I cannot go to this store alone. It is worse than going to a car dealer.

Sale personal was ok very quick to want to make a sale , my problem after spending 3500 dollars is very poor service after the sale . I've now waited almost a full month to have my defective furniture looked at and still no call today to confirm a tech to view the furniture. Truthful I just want it out of my house , if service is like this one month after the sale what's it going to be 6months or a year. Poor service, poor quality, but fast to take your money. NOT GOOD NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

We were able to find a dining room table and chairs after looking for months. Paul at the olean store was great. He was Efficient, clear and concise. We wrapped things up within 20 minutes or so and also came in on a sale day; which gave us a savings as well.

3 Trips furniture shopping.. Finally we found the living room set we had been looking for. Tyler was very helpful once again.

Sales person was excellent. She was very helpful. The sale was easy. The only complaint we have is that we were told delivery in our area is Tuesdays. This does not work for us but we have no choice. We are paying alot of money for furniture AND one of us has to take a day off work to accommodate delivery. There needs to be more flexibility in the delivery schedule.

You all need to get together with your IT guys and update your computer system it takes too long to process a purchase no matter how expensive or not and the paperwork is not well managed you don't have to kill 3 trees for a $50 PURCHASE but your service is wonderful 😀

First entering the store my family and I got a warm welcoming. That continued our entire visit. Our Sales Rep was very helpful and got us the best deal. The furniture that I ultimately purchased, I paid less for them on the showroom floor than the same exact items that were in the Closeout Room. First off all the salesman have shaved heads and it's kinda hard to keep track of your guy ! We had Tyler and he knew his stuff and got us squared away pretty quick. Answered all our questions and made the process painless. Good dude!

We were very happy with the assistance Tyler Tascone gave us in selecting a new mattress. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He did not try to “sell” us; rather, he listened to our needs and provided in-depth explanations of our options. He is a credit to the Westin Mills Ashley store.

Jesse is great to work with. I have no complaints regarding customer service. My only complaint is the “protection plan” they offer customers. It is definitely no “protection plan.” We paid extra for this plan and it does almost nothing for your damaged furniture. We have gone back and forth between corporate about our issue and nothing has been done. Needless to say, we will never purchase anything major from Ashley.

We have purchased multiple pieces through Ashley Home Furniture. Most recently being a sofa, paid extra for the protection package. Needless to say the “protection package” has miles of grey area that make it so the protection doesn’t apply to your purchased furniture. After multiple phone calls with Ashleys regarding our personal situation, multiple redirections to other departments. We STILL have no result for our couch that we paid extra to have the “protection.” Instead we were told that it would be all at OUR COST?!?! I have since networked out and spoken with a former manager of Ashley’s who states that framework is covered under State Law in both NY AND PA. Irregardless of discontinuation of product or manufacture warranty. Also stating that there is no standard help to quality of customer service. Which I firmly agree with and which was made obvious during this whole encounter. From the local store in Weston Mills NY, to the corporate service representatives. I can confidently say that if you are wanting quality service and quality furniture, look elsewhere. (UPDATE)11/30/2022 Called number that was provided in response from Ashley’s to original review out of Weston Mills NY. Spoke with representative who again stated that since manufacture warranty (AKA ASHLEYS) along with sofa fabric is discontinued there is no resolution that can be provided neither in store credit nor replacement of couch of same or lesser value. Received a phone call from agent Id 1225 Shannon out of Batavia New York warehouse. Was told that she was the highest level of “management” that we were able to speak with. Was also informed by Shannon that the only reason she called us was because she had to, and didn’t have any resolution to our issues we had presented. This issue was originally presented to Ashley’s in early 2022. We STILL are getting no resolution and have networked out to a former manager of Ashley’s who as we already stated In The previous review informed us that by state law in both NY AND PA framework is covered for seven years. Ashley’s IS the manufacturer, they may have changed the frame for the model which makes our model discontinued BUT Ashleys is still the manufacturer of our couch. As is all there furniture. HEADS UP!! Horrible customer service on management levels!! Again if you are looking for quality service and quality furniture, looks elsewhere.

Great place!!!

Bought a sectional for 2500.00 last August. It was understandable due to covid that it took until the end of November to get furniture. A week after getting it a zipper broke they came looked at the sectional and order new to replace. A month later a different zipper broke. Went back to them and they ordered new to replace that one as well. 5 months it took to get the new parts to fix. Then set a date to have it fixed then 3 days before the appointment they called needing to reschedule it. It is the worst experience ever. I will sit and sleep on floors before I ever go back to ashley furniture.

Was greeted at the door, asked for recliners, and the greeter said, "they're all over the place.". He handed us 20% off flyer and ignored us. We left, never to darken their doorways again.

I bought a set of bunk beds in november said I wouldn't receive them till January. Called them when January came and now they say May not happy at all.

Had a wonderful shopping experience at Ashley, our salesperson, Rosemary, made all the difference in the world! We went to look at recliners and with her help found the perfect match for us. We also ended up buying a tempurpedic adjustable bed, totally unplanned, but who could resist after resting in such comfort! Rosemary put zero sales pressure on us, but spent hours answering all our questions and working a great deal for us with her manager. Hoping when we receive our new furniture it is the same quality as the service we received!

The store and sales staff were great! The only downfall was the unavailability of furniture due to shutdowns because of COVID. However, fortunately they had a clearance area that had just what I needed. I would recommend this store to family and friends..

DO NOT ORDER !!! Worst furniture store ever . We bought an item 6 months ago .. sales rep did not mention that it was on back order just said “ system not working “ ... yea great lie , we understand no delivery during covid but for item to still be on back order until September is ridiculous. They have called us and scheduled a delivery date twice only for me to call and be told we have more months to wait . Don’t waste your money here. Also rude customer service. Take your business somewhere else

We went to the Olean Ashley’s. Bob helped us here, and he was AMAZING. So happy with the service he provided and how nice he was. 10/10 recommend. We are now going home with our new couch!!!

I went to Ashley HomeStore in Olean/Weston's Mills tonight to look for a new couch. I worked with Rosemary Conroy. She was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and definitely not pushy. She showed me around the entire store, even the discount area. I found what I was looking for and she was super helpful with the entire process. I highly recommend Rosemary.

I’ve been an Ashley customer since the beginning. I deal with Bob as my salesman and he is always helpful and leads me to what I need and want. Deb is knowledgable friendly and always able to answer my questions. Last but not least is Randy who is the best furniture repair man ever. Can’t review the whole staff because I only use my favorites over and over. A few times I was not happy with my purchases and they were quick to make everything perfect for me.

Debbie was able to order the return piece of my desk that I have been looking to order for months. She made the transaction effortless for me. I would but from this store again.

Excellent selection of furniture. Great service. Convenient location and adequate parking. Can be difficult getting into 417 due to heavy traffic and speed of vehicles.

Had previously purchased a living room set with no difficulty. Today I purchased a bedroom set, additional mattresses, and even a recliner glider for our new baby. It was a great, seamless experience thanks to all the help I received from Tyler. Would Definitely recommend.

Great customer service

Terrible service. We spent 12k there on furniture and the new chair broke. They had it repaired twice then took it to the store to repair again. Never called us to let us know the repair was done and they had it for months if not longer. We tried to pick up the chair and they said we can come anytime so we go there twice and are turned away because they said they had to schedule it for the warehouse guys to be in. Went back a 3rd time to pick it up and then was scolded as to why the chair sat there so long with out pick up. Told them that we tried 2 other times but the lady acted very snobby. 4 different people giving us the runaround and not knowing what their job is and blaming us. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Also had to wait about a month after ordering the new furniture there for it to arrive. Grade F for failure.

Good deals if you look good for them

Poor customer service. Salesperson ordered wrong size mattress. When it came to reordering right size and adjusting price, seems like a simple fix to me, but salesperson not willing to work with me. All she was worried about was trying to get me to buy the wrong size mattress she had ordered. Ended up having to cancel order and going elsewhere. Shopping there was a miserable experience they don't even deserve 1 star. Wouldn't recommend anyone shopping there.

Ordered furniture in February and they said it would be 3 weeks until delivery. March 14 th came around and they called and backed it up again till April 7th. Then called me and backed it up to April 30th. On april 29th I took my old furniture out of the house and gave it away so we could shampoo the living room carpet and get ready for the delivery. They called me on the 29th of April at 4pm to say it would be on may 7th. The lady was rude as hell and talking over me and being arrogant as hell. DO NOT GIVE OLEAN ASHLEY YOUR BUSINESS. YOU WILL BE SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED!!!

They were a great help. The staff were friendly and knowledgable. They helped me pick the right bed set and mattress based on my tastes and ailments. The store is huge, but doesn't feel cramped. The store was very clean and thoughtfully layed out. Even their clearance section was kept clean and tidy. They had a great selection and everyone was nice to talk to. They run great deals and have something for everyone.

Lots of furniture

Great place to furnish your entire house. Make sure you do your homework on your prices though many don't realize that the online prices are much cheaper than the in store pricing the only problem is if you buy online they charge you an arm and a leg for shipping. This store will match the online pricing and you can usually get it delivered for around $70, really cheap compared to the more than $600 they wanted to deliver a livingroom set. Besides its better if you can actually sit on the furniture to make sure you think it's comfortable before buying. This staff here is friendly and very helpful. If your just looking for one piece and not a whole set make sure you check out their clearance section in the back of the store they have really good deals back there!

I don’t know who is in charge of the stock/shipping but today I was expecting a delivery, I waited until 2pm to call and question the lack of furniture in my house and all I got was “We had to reschedule your delivery. We made an attempt to call you two days ago” Thinking I had missed a call, I went back on my call log, not one call came in to my phone on Tuesday, only one call went out. They gave no reason for delaying our shipment, and said the next date for shipment was not guaranteed either. Very upset, seeing how I spent $4,000 on this purchase I will (at the next shipment date) have been waiting a month for. Even during the purchase at the store it was odd, as we purchased protection on one of the items and we were told it was “going to be about $115” and as we were checking out and going over the receipt we were told “So it ended up being a little more, it’s going to be $200”. I will not be shopping here in the future and I will make sure all of my friends who are looking to update their furniture know to AVOID THIS PLACE.

Orchard park was great I left there happy went to olean store to pick up was told I could [2hour drive). When I got there they told me that today isn't a pick up day I was very frustrated after having to find a sitter for my 1 year old and had to bring my 4year old with me. And i went on and on saying how hard it was for me to get out here and all they had to do was get it to the front door since they wouldn't let me carry it out the store...But maybe I made a mistake sum how.. the the lady at the front desk in Olean came up with a story that right after I left the o.p store there front desk (joe) called Olean and said that I was very Adamant to get my order and I was going to come get it knowing that they didn't do pick up that day. So I called Joe in orchard park who was very Professional and he told me he did not say that so right then I said cancel my order not because I couldn't pick up but because Olean front desk lied to my face right in front of the store manager I just couldn't let myself give them a sale

Great selection and service

Such a great selection of mattresses and furniture. You won't find a better team of employees anywhere else!

I can't speak for the other associates here, but do not buy from Doug N. Was promised a discount of $140 on my purchase. When it was time to pay, I had a feeling I did not receive the discount based on the associate's nervous look. I asked them to print up an itemized receipt before I would pay. And yup, discount was only half what he told me. Had the person I was shopping with not been so frazzled, I would have made an issue out of it. So, he may have cheated me out of $70 but he lost any future business of mine. Seems a little short sighted.

This store is HUGH and they are full, with so many choices. We bought recliners, checked them out and then left, checked prices elsewhere, and this was the best deal. We love our new chairs!

I am happy overall. The furniture seems to be well made so far (only a few weeks mind you), and the delivery men were really friendly and helpful. I wasn't thrilled with the salesman at first. I feel like we were pegged in the salesman's opinion as not being able to afford it. He kept talking about if we paid in cash and if we didn't we would still need a deposit for the credit card.. which was fine but the 3rd time it was mentioned I was thinking forget it. Once we qualified for the in-store credit card and the amount we qualified he changed his tune! I didn't need a cash downpayment after all... The delivery was 20 mins past the allotted window. They did apologize and something had come up but we weren't notified till we call them.

My father and I went to the Westons Mills store on the 8th of August 2016. Bought 2 new mattresses for ourselves. Yesterday, Saturday 8/20/16, the delivery guys showed up to deliver them. My father's mattress was there, but when I looked inside the back of the truck.......... I noticed that the warehouse didn't load up any box springs or frame for mine. I mentioned this to the gentlemen making the delivery. They looked kinda confused, then asked me if I had my paperwork. I showed them what I had. Two phone calls were made and things were straightened out. Because there was a mistake, the store offered me a $50.00 instore gift card or $100.00 off of my bill. Now I will say........that is pure class ! They didn't need to do this. I understand that mistakes happen and nobody is perfect ! I set up a delivery date for next weekend. I'm happy with how quickly the issue was dealt with. That's service ! I will be shopping there again very soon ! I will tell anyone that wants to listen to take a trip out there first before looking any other places ! Great job folks !

What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Angel our sales person knew her product the staff was friendly. None of that furniture store sales aggressiveness which would have been a deal breaker. The selection of furniture was vast and the quality was not bad either. Pricing was fair and the delivery of the furniture was on time and nothing was damaged. The truck drivers were careful setting up the furniture. I am sold on the customer service and product. Finally a purchase without problems.
