It has took me a very long time to find a nice natural wood bedroom set and when I found one at Ashley’s I was a little torn because I had such a horrible experience with Ashley’s furniture in Amherst when I purchased a couch I was lied to about the protection plan amongst other many things…. However Nick , the sales person that assisted me in the orchard park location has been nothing short of great… he gave me my space as I looked around and then was there when I had questions he made the process smooth. I thank him very much for assisting me in this purchase and I will be back to see him for others. Thanks a lot Nick

Even though I just went to look around, I ended up buying so much of the sale items and furnishing my whole apartment for a very reasonable price … Definitely, I would recommend going to Ashley furniture.. First, I would like to thank Nick C. for his stress free salesmanship. First my husband and I were looking for a leather sofa with reclining chairs on the end, then we decided we need a mattress first. Wonderful full fledged selection, and designed beautifully so you really felt like you were in a home. You could wander around the very different styles until you really felt like it was “you”. I spent a great deal of time at a different major brand furniture store and didn’t walk away with anything chosen. Not at Ashley. Purchased a whole list of things. All of the staff you came across had a great upbeat manner. I worked primarily with Eric. He had a perfect blend of widespread knowledge, very helpful and available, while at the same time not being too pushy of a salesman. He had a good sense of what was right for that specific customer. He continued with great customer service after the initial visit to square away the final purchases electronically (my choice) instead of in person. Beyond all of that, their products felt very solid and well constructed. I absolutely recommend purchasing from Ashley’s and asking for Eric specifically! : )

Had a great experience working with Kiana, at Ashley furniture, was actually a very fun time and learned alot about the build quality of the furniture! Got a decent deal and picked a very nice sofa chaise couch. The only reason for a star missing was the delivery time, 3 weeks! Seems a lil long, but it's no fault of the sales people, I'm sure!!

Bought a recliner 3 years ago, the mechanical part underneath broke and they won't do anything about it!! Paid good money for it. Will never shop there again. Had other problems before too!!

We didn't want no body pressuring us. we walked in they greeted us and asked.a quick question point us. In a direction we went and browsed. They came over one time to see how we were doing. Then we asked some questions what we saw and made the purchase. No high pressure selling at all. joel answered our questions and let us think left us alone. We went back to him. I was met at door by Ryan.I told him i was looking for a lift recliners or power one.He was very patient as I sat and used remotes or power panel. Most were not wide enough and asked for a tape measure. I settled on a lift chair that was just brought in earlier that week. It was the same price as just a power recliner. It could be financed 12 months same as cash. I was given a $100. Card to be used another time. I wanted a new lamp and manager oked one that was over $200. The chair hasn't been delivered but I would go back there when I need more furniture hands down All staff were pleasant and helpful. De

Just had a great experience at Ashley Furniture! Went in looking for a specific chair. When we walked in sales associate Kiana asked if she could help us. After we explained what we were looking for, Kiana and another associate, Janet, did a forward scout as we did a walk through of the store. Within 10 minutes they showed us the chair we wanted. Caring and professional sales people along with the knowledge of what is in their sales room helped us to leave with a smile and a beautiful new chair.

The salesman was friendly and helpful and the buying process fast and easy. However, I had been looking at the sofa set online for weeks and the pieces I wanted totalled $2000 at the regular price. I asked if there were any black Friday sales. The salesman then listed off inflated prices and told me that for Black Friday pieces were now 25% off bringing the total down to $2,000. Obviously the prices were inflated to show a discount that wasn't actually there and I ended up buying the sofa set for the regular price and didn't make any complaints about the fake sale. I just don't think it's a good look for the company when you inflate prices for a day so that you can offer a discount. I would rather him have just said there wasn't the discount than for there to be a fake one! Customers usually pre-shop online so they can see right through these lies. Other than that the experience was good and I'm excited to get my new couches. They felt like good quality and hopefully they endure seven people, a dog and a cat!

I wouldn't give one star because we went in to get a simple rocker recliner. We didn't want to pay the $300 delivery fee, so my husband wanted to pick it up on the way home from work. We had to wait for the chair to be delivered from Batavia to the store. The employees put the chair in the truck and my husband came home. We had to move the old recliner out of the way and get the new one in the house and put it together. Get in place and it's not a rocker. We are not happy. My husband called the store. No one can help because no one knew what to do. Now we wait for the "service" dept to call tomorrow. It's not broken, it's the WRONG CHAIR!!!!! I WANT IT PICKED UP. And I am not waiting for another 2 weeks for a chair!!!!!!!!! Refund to come!

Giving 3 stars because of “deal” scams. I’ve been watching the price of a specific $850 piece of furniture for a year. Suddenly the regular in store price increased to $999 and the “Black Friday deal” took 20% off. So it was still cheaper than what it had been but it’s hardly a doorbuster deal. Our salesman sensed our frustration and was able to get $50 for white glove delivery instead of $99, which we certainly appreciated, but it solidifies the fact that these prices are just made up and changed willy nilly all the time. Beware.

They were AWESOME. Pointed me in the right direction of what I wanted. After I looked around a few minutes, the salesperson came around and asked a few questions. She was then able to show me a sectional that can be pieced together. This was great because I have a very limited space in my living room. There was no pressure at all to buy. The receptionist and salesperson were very helpful, funny and personable. This is the second couch I have purchased from them. I will definitely go there again and refer people to them anytime.

Very good. Erik was excellent and very prompt in getting information for me to make a decision to buy. Now for the other side. Furniture was supposed to be delivered last Thursday. No calls and no show ladt week. I drove all the way to the store Sunday. No one knew why not delivered. I wanted to buy the love seat and now told discontinued. So now I want to cancel it all and get my money back. Your now delivery is over 5 weeks out when it was supposed to be here last week.

My brother recently passed & left behind an Ashley-made dresser that, despite having a broken drawer, my family wasnt ready to part with yet. The folks at Ashley helped me ID the model & sent me free replacement parts so that I could repair it & let my family hang onto it - seems like a small thing but it was such an incredible gesture. Top notch customer service, happy to be a customer.

Don’t be a sucker and buy their warranty through the third party, we reported a burn mark on the couch, the lady at the warranty company asked if anything else was wrong, I told them the cushions were fading and the stitching was fraying. They added that to the claim and denied it because it was an accumulation of damage and considered normal wear and tear. Salesmen won’t tell you the scam of the warranty, they’re just looking for their commission from that part of the sale. Buyers beware

Everyone we have come in contact with at Ashley was super helpful and provided excellent customer service. The sales rep we got was in training so he was receiving assistance, and both of them were very helpful and answered our questions thoroughly. My son hurt himself while in the store and they rushed to get us a first aid kit and seemed genuinely concerned for his wellbeing. We also had to reschedule the delivery of our bed and the scheduler made it was super easy.

I really don’t rate much but I am here to express my deep frustration and disappointment with a mattress I purchased from Ashley Furniture approximately two years ago. This was a significant investment—nearly $3,000—with the expectation that I would be getting a high-quality product that would support healthy sleep. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. Over time, I began experiencing severe back pain and could not initially understand the cause. It wasn’t until I inspected the mattress closely that I noticed deep indentations on both my side and my husband’s side, with a noticeable bulge forming in the middle. It became clear that the mattress was no longer providing proper support. I visited the store and was told to file a claim online. I followed all instructions, submitted the required photos and measurements, only to be told that the indentations were not “deep enough” to warrant an exchange. This response is incredibly disheartening, especially considering the cost of this mattress and the physical discomfort it has caused me. This was the most expensive mattress I’ve ever purchased, and it has turned out to be a complete disappointment. I expected a much higher level of quality and customer support. Instead, I was met with rigid warranty terms and no concern whatsoever for the impact this faulty product has had on my health. I strongly caution others against purchasing a mattress from Ashley Furniture. In my experience, their products are overpriced, their warranties are ineffective, and their customer service lacks compassion or accountability. I sincerely hope Ashley Furniture takes feedback like this seriously and re-evaluates how it stands behind its products.

Went into Ashley's to check out an ottoman tray my significant other wanted to buy me for my birthday. Kiana greeted us and took us through the store to peruse all that was available in the store and online. Funny thing is, the very first tray she showed me was the one I chose. Every time I've come in over the years, Tom Kowal has always taken the time to listen to me in regards of what I have in mind, taking me over to the area/areas in question and then giving me the time and space I need to look things over and try them out before he helps narrowing things down a bit by ssking all the right questions and go over all the unique features of each piece of furniture. On Friday, April 11th my needs had changed in the aspect of what I had been pursuing and Tom showed me what Ashley carried in the recliner I was looking for, tried them out as Tom went over the different features each one had, and in less than an hour I made my purchase! Yes, Tom is a good sales man, as opposed to a good salesman and the difference is Tom really care about you and not just making the sale. The representative stated that chips due to accidental damage and issues caused by sunlight or moisture are not covered, even though these are normal household conditions. The warranty exclusions were not made clear at the time of purchase, and I feel the refusal was unfair. I expected better quality and customer service from a company like Ashley. I recommend buyers carefully review the fine print before purchasing. I hope Ashley Furniture reconsiders how they handle warranty claims, as it affects customer trust.

Our salesmen were Tom and Shaun. When I say we couldn’t be happier, that is the gods honest truth. They were easy to talk to, get a long with and even went to the extent of playing with our 3yr old son while we shopped around. They understood our situation and made sure they could help us in every which way they possibly could. They made us feel as if we were apart of their family, instead of some strangers. If I had to recommend any place, it would be Ashley’s Furniture. If you need someone you can trust that will give you an honest price, go to Shaun or Tom. I cannot thank or praise them enough!!

The transaction was fine. She was nice but not pushy. She told us to order in store even though the couch was not on display because they would deliver it into the house, but I could have gotten online with the same kind of delivery. So don't fall for that. She made it seem that when they were ready to deliver they would call and schedule a time that worked for me... but now they are saying they only come to our area which is only 34 miles away every other Wednesday and gave us a 3 hour time limit that we cannot change. She said something like "the soonest that it would be delivered would be Jan. 15 but they will call you few days ahead of time to schedule the time that works for you" come to find out they have very limited scheduling and I cannot be home on Wednesday so now my husband has to take off. Not very happy about this and the delay of getting our couch. I rescheduled but they can only reschedule for the day and not for the time frame. so annoying!!
