I still was not sure if I wanted to buy it so he encouraged me to look around and maybe I would see something else that I liked. I never felt pressured into buying anything and he left me to look around on my own. They have a great selection of furniture! I found a coffee table that I liked much better and did want to buy, and I decided to get the end tables to match. Zachary, along with the manager worked with me to get the best price. I really don’t rate much but I am here to express my deep frustration and disappointment with a mattress I purchased from Ashley Furniture approximately two years ago. This was a significant investment—nearly $3,000—with the expectation that I would be getting a high-quality product that would support healthy sleep. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. Over time, I began experiencing severe back pain and could not initially understand the cause. It wasn’t until I inspected the mattress closely that I noticed deep indentations on both my side and my husband’s side, with a noticeable bulge forming in the middle. It became clear that the mattress was no longer providing proper support. I visited the store and was told to file a claim online. I followed all instructions, submitted the required photos and measurements, only to be told that the indentations were not “deep enough” to warrant an exchange. This response is incredibly disheartening, especially considering the cost of this mattress and the physical discomfort it has caused me. This was the most expensive mattress I’ve ever purchased, and it has turned out to be a complete disappointment. I expected a much higher level of quality and customer support. Instead, I was met with rigid warranty terms and no concern whatsoever for the impact this faulty product has had on my health. I strongly caution others against purchasing a mattress from Ashley Furniture. In my experience, their products are overpriced, their warranties are ineffective, and their customer service lacks compassion or accountability. I sincerely hope Ashley Furniture takes feedback like this seriously and re-evaluates how it stands behind its products.

We were very pleased with Shaun at the Amelia Drive, Orchard Park location. He didn't pressure us into purchasing, as we told him up front we were shopping. He still took the time to give us options and select the best fit for us. We left and went down the road only to find we really liked Ashleys selection and took advantage of the Memorial Day sale. We returned to purchase our modular power sofa. We hadn't planned on buying a new mattress. We decided to "look" at them and Shaun pointed out what was wrong with our current mattress. He was very thorough in explaining the best choice for us and we decided to purchase a new mattress as well. We have bought from Ashley's in Phoenix in the past and their great service and quantity precedes them in New York. I was met at my entrance by a young salesman named Jarred who gave me a few instructions based on my wants and let me roam until I found what I was looking for. At that point Jarred came to my assistance, he answered all my questions and made my decision very easy. He then talked to his manager with my requests and I walked out very satisfied. Went into Ashley's to check out an ottoman tray my significant other wanted to buy me for my birthday. Kiana greeted us and took us through the store to peruse all that was available in the store and online. Funny thing is, the very first tray she showed me was the one I chose. It looks perfect in this room and replaces the smaller tray I had. I'm very pleased with this purchase and it was a pleasure meeting and searching with Kiana.

Every time I've come in over the years, Tom Kowal has always taken the time to listen to me in regards of what I have in mind, taking me over to the area/areas in question and then giving me the time and space I need to look things over and try them out before he helps narrowing things down a bit by ssking all the right questions and go over all the unique features of each piece of furniture. On Friday, April 11th my needs had changed in the aspect of what I had been pursuing and Tom showed me what Ashley carried in the recliner I was looking for, tried them out as Tom went over the different features each one had, and in less than an hour I made my purchase! Yes, Tom is a good sales man, as opposed to a good salesman and the difference is Tom really care about you and not just making the sale. We were a little hesitant to shop here, mostly because we didn't want a sales person to follow us while looking around. But when we told Maryem we just wanted to look around she let us wander and only checked on us once in a while to see if we had questions. I purchased furniture from Ashley with the confidence that their warranty would cover any issues, but I was extremely disappointed when my claim was denied. The representative stated that chips due to accidental damage and issues caused by sunlight or moisture are not covered, even though these are normal household conditions. The warranty exclusions were not made clear at the time of purchase, and I feel the refusal was unfair. I expected better quality and customer service from a company like Ashley. I recommend buyers carefully review the fine print before purchasing. I hope Ashley Furniture reconsiders how they handle warranty claims, as it affects customer trust.

Our salesmen were Tom and Shaun. When I say we couldn’t be happier, that is the gods honest truth. They were easy to talk to, get a long with and even went to the extent of playing with our 3yr old son while we shopped around. They understood our situation and made sure they could help us in every which way they possibly could. They made us feel as if we were apart of their family, instead of some strangers. If I had to recommend any place, it would be Ashley’s Furniture. If you need someone you can trust that will give you an honest price, go to Shaun or Tom. I cannot thank or praise them enough!!

The transaction was fine. She was nice but not pushy. She told us to order in store even though the couch was not on display because they would deliver it into the house, but I could have gotten online with the same kind of delivery. So don't fall for that. She made it seem that when they were ready to deliver they would call and schedule a time that worked for me... but now they are saying they only come to our area which is only 34 miles away every other Wednesday and gave us a 3 hour time limit that we cannot change. She said something like "the soonest that it would be delivered would be Jan. 15 but they will call you few days ahead of time to schedule the time that works for you" come to find out they have very limited scheduling and I cannot be home on Wednesday so now my husband has to take off. Not very happy about this and the delay of getting our couch. I rescheduled but they can only reschedule for the day and not for the time frame. so annoying!!

Yes the furniture is pretty. The warranty that we were persuaded to buy was a joke. When we had service come out to fix a couple spots on our table the color was way off. I let it go but then got fed up with the poor mismatched paint job I called service to try and remedy this myself. Service advised the table was discontinued and advised me to call Mowhawk Paint with the product sku to obtain the color of the paint. Mowhawk was a nightmare to talk to, they were very confused as well. I called service back and asked them if they could speak directly to Mowhawk to aid me in finding the paint color. They said no they couldn’t do that. This was a problem they couldn’t fix but should have been able to while I was under warranty. They refused. I just want the name of the paint color, which nobody seems to know. They are sugary sweet and nice when you are spending a lot of money on their furniture.But useless in future problems they promise they will address. I’m not buying from them again…

Everyone here was amazing! None of the sales reps pressured me into buying anything. However, throughly explained comfort, style, and pricing. Naim was nothing less than great and so was the manager. I also got expedited shipping because my sales rep went the extra step to call in so I didn’t have to sleep uncomfortably during my transition back to the states from Japan. Also, the sales were too good to pass up with financing rates! I will be back!

What we really needed and wanted was a new mattress, she mentioned that they’re having a mattress sale as well, took us back, and explored every option of mattress in detail. We were blown away about all the information she knew. We bought a purple mattress because we needed one but also of how personable Rosemary was. We're moving into our first new home as a family of 5, and we came in for new couches, but left with that, a new bed, mattress, nightstand and TV stand! We got approved for 5 year interest free financing and we're so happy with the products we purchased! We do have to wait about 4 weeks for delivery which is the only negative- but were told we can call back and get an earlier partial delivery if some products are available earlier. Also- every staff member we came in contact with were extremely friendly to our very talkative 4 year old & 2 year old! Highly recommend this store!

If I have any issues with the furniture post delivery I will update this review but the in-store experience was fantastic.

Ashley Furniture assured me that the delivery people would move the old sofa out to the front by the street so our garbage people could take it. The delivery people said they do not move the old sofa. Now I'm stuck with two sofas one old and one new in the family room. Very disappointed in Ashley's furniture!

Ryan was so helpful and worked with my son to find the dresser he wanted. He was patient and didn't give any pressure. We are very happy with our new dressers.

Maryem Almraisi in the Orchard Park, NY store was amazing from the moment we walked in the door. She was attentive but not at all annoying, like some salespeople. Her sense of humor is great and we'll definitely seek her out next time we look for furniture. Oh, and we did purchase a nice living room set (that we'll have to review when it's delivered).

We've brought lots of furniture from many different stores over the years. But, nobody has had a better selection, better quality for the price, or the customer service that Ashley has provided us. Plus the staff is alot of fun to deal with, and they work very hard to get you what you're looking for.

He made the experience wonderful and I felt well informed with no pressure, that I bought the mattress and bed frame on that day. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, did not feel pressured to buy and they didn’t hover over me while I was trying to look around. Prices are very comparable to the other furniture stores around Buffalo. Naim was particularly helpful, good guy.

Terrible service. Once you’ve bought something and they have your money, they don’t care anymore. We bought a new living room set, and the salesman said it would be three weeks max for delivery. At the 2.5 week mark we called and it turns out the couches are out of stock. They never bothered to call and inform us. We have a tentative date nearly 7 weeks from when we purchased, but there’s no guarantee we’ll get it then. This is our second time buying from Ashley’s, with the same awful experience. Do not waste your time here.

Was met at the door by Tom...he was friendly with a great sense of humor. Was looking for lamps, found two I liked and we were out of there. Love the layout, easy to find things. Great staff. Will be back soon for a loveseat.

We went in not expecting to buy furniture that day but they had amazing deals and the sales guy we worked with was amazing and quick! In less than an hour we bought a couch and recliner on sale and a mattress! It was our first time buying from there and we will def be going again! We have not received our items just yet but I’m sure they will be in good condition!
