We were a little hesitant to shop here, mostly because we didn't want a sales person to follow us while looking around. But when we told Maryem we just wanted to look around she let us wander and only checked on us once in a while to see if we had questions. She was absolutely wonderful to work with when we did decide on a purchase. Would love to shop here again if we need more for our home.

It was VIP day and he needed to be reminded there was a discount mentioned when I walked in. He seemed reluctant to give 10% VIP . I wish the original girl was working that day. Found an item at the right price and we were very well treated by all the different staff we met. On a scale of 1 to 10 we got 11!!! Thank you for this shoppingvexperience.
I purchased furniture from Ashley with the confidence that their warranty would cover any issues, but I was extremely disappointed when my claim was denied. The representative stated that chips due to accidental damage and issues caused by sunlight or moisture are not covered, even though these are normal household conditions. The warranty exclusions were not made clear at the time of purchase, and I feel the refusal was unfair. I expected better quality and customer service from a company like Ashley. I recommend buyers carefully review the fine print before purchasing. I hope Ashley Furniture reconsiders how they handle warranty claims, as it affects customer trust.

Our salesmen were Tom and Shaun. When I say we couldn’t be happier, that is the gods honest truth. They were easy to talk to, get a long with and even went to the extent of playing with our 3yr old son while we shopped around. They understood our situation and made sure they could help us in every which way they possibly could. They made us feel as if we were apart of their family, instead of some strangers. If I had to recommend any place, it would be Ashley’s Furniture. If you need someone you can trust that will give you an honest price, go to Shaun or Tom. I cannot thank or praise them enough!!
The transaction was fine. She was nice but not pushy. She told us to order in store even though the couch was not on display because they would deliver it into the house, but I could have gotten online with the same kind of delivery. So don't fall for that. She made it seem that when they were ready to deliver they would call and schedule a time that worked for me... but now they are saying they only come to our area which is only 34 miles away every other Wednesday and gave us a 3 hour time limit that we cannot change. She said something like "the soonest that it would be delivered would be Jan. 15 but they will call you few days ahead of time to schedule the time that works for you" come to find out they have very limited scheduling and I cannot be home on Wednesday so now my husband has to take off. Not very happy about this and the delay of getting our couch. I rescheduled but they can only reschedule for the day and not for the time frame. so annoying!!

Everything was very satisfactory was not in a rush to purchase any furniture as I’m building a new condo and won’t be ready till after the first of the year. I did have a sales representative. His name was Tim or Tom not exactly sure which one but was very kind showed me around and definitely would come back to check again, but I did buy a few discounted pieces that she use for display and was very satisfied. Was very kind and also walked out with the decorating pieces and put them in the truck for me. . I really appreciate it working with him.

I have never purchased anything from Ashley. I walked in and was greeted by a sales rep. I immediately told her I just want to look and if I find something I like I would give her a shout. She immediately smiled and said that was fine. Well I found a sectional and a recliner I loved and I went back to her to purchase. She was wonderful and I would recommend Ashley to my friends and family.
Above and beyond customer satisfaction. Store manager went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with his resolution to an opportunity that had occurred. So satisfied we bought a dining room set as well.

Yes the furniture is pretty. The warranty that we were persuaded to buy was a joke. When we had service come out to fix a couple spots on our table the color was way off. I let it go but then got fed up with the poor mismatched paint job I called service to try and remedy this myself. Service advised the table was discontinued and advised me to call Mowhawk Paint with the product sku to obtain the color of the paint. Mowhawk was a nightmare to talk to, they were very confused as well. I called service back and asked them if they could speak directly to Mowhawk to aid me in finding the paint color. They said no they couldn’t do that. This was a problem they couldn’t fix but should have been able to while I was under warranty. They refused. I just want the name of the paint color, which nobody seems to know. They are sugary sweet and nice when you are spending a lot of money on their furniture.But useless in future problems they promise they will address. I’m not buying from them again…

We were not pressured or followed around. People were around to answer questions. Wish there weren't so many pillows on the couches, made it a bit more difficult to sit on and test. Other than that, nice experience.

Everyone here was amazing! None of the sales reps pressured me into buying anything. However, throughly explained comfort, style, and pricing. Naim was nothing less than great and so was the manager. I also got expedited shipping because my sales rep went the extra step to call in so I didn’t have to sleep uncomfortably during my transition back to the states from Japan. Also, the sales were too good to pass up with financing rates! I will be back!

My fiance and I had an amazing experience at Ashley furniture all thanks to Rosemary dirienzo. We walked in looking for a new couch, she knew every detail. She showed us around the showroom with our options, was honest about what we could get verses what we couldn’t get. Now we wanted a couch, but didn’t really need one. What we really needed and wanted was a new mattress, she mentioned that they’re having a mattress sale as well, took us back, and explored every option of mattress in detail. We were blown away about all the information she knew. We bought a purple mattress because we needed one but also of how personable Rosemary was. Beautiful store, excellent selection, very friendly and helpful service! Casey was our salesperson and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience and service. We're moving into our first new home as a family of 5, and we came in for new couches, but left with that, a new bed, mattress, nightstand and TV stand! We got approved for 5 year interest free financing and we're so happy with the products we purchased! We do have to wait about 4 weeks for delivery which is the only negative- but were told we can call back and get an earlier partial delivery if some products are available earlier. Also- every staff member we came in contact with were extremely friendly to our very talkative 4 year old & 2 year old! Highly recommend this store!

Ashley Furniture assured me that the delivery people would move the old sofa out to the front by the street so our garbage people could take it. The delivery people said they do not move the old sofa. Now I'm stuck with two sofas one old and one new in the family room. Very disappointed in Ashley's furniture!

I had been searching the Ashley website for a new kitchen table and after having a few final contenders in mind, my family went into the Ashley store in Orchard Park to see the tables in person. Maryem was extremely kind to my small children and very helpful in the selection process. She was able to walk us around the store to each of the choices we had in mind prior to our visit, and I was very happy with her expertise and advice when making our final decision. It was a very productive visit and we are excited for our new table to arrive soon!

Terrible service. Once you’ve bought something and they have your money, they don’t care anymore. We bought a new living room set, and the salesman said it would be three weeks max for delivery. At the 2.5 week mark we called and it turns out the couches are out of stock. They never bothered to call and inform us. We have a tentative date nearly 7 weeks from when we purchased, but there’s no guarantee we’ll get it then. This is our second time buying from Ashley’s, with the same awful experience. Do not waste your time here.

We went in not expecting to buy furniture that day but they had amazing deals and the sales guy we worked with was amazing and quick! In less than an hour we bought a couch and recliner on sale and a mattress! It was our first time buying from there and we will def be going again! We have not received our items just yet but I’m sure they will be in good condition!

Ashleys delivery service messed up. Idiot people transcribed the wrong zip code for the driver instead of ours, and went to buffalo ny instead of blasdell. Refusing to come out today now. Will call to reschedule tomorrow which is ridiculous. Bad service!!!! 👎

The problem I have with ASHLEYS Home Furniture is that you don’t really know how much you are spending per piece. Whatever appears on the receipt is overly discounted, a cheap mirror for the dresser shows 699., but you only pay 249.,they send you a coupon in your email , but don’t itemize that discount. I am to receive a veteran discount of 10 % ,when I asked about it ,I was told it was already figured in,before I told him I was a veteran, so , I suppose everyone gets the same veteran discount? I visited on Saturday , then looked around for the same items , I revisited on the following Saturday and told him about the veteran discount, and the price was identical with the email coupon presented as well. Bad Form ASHLEY.. Explain this to me, please before I cancel on Monday .

The sales associate that worked with us was great! Just hoping there's no problem with delivery. Update: BUYER BEWARE! The couch was extremely dirty and worn and had a tear on it. It looked like it was several years old. Of course, we didn't accept it. We won't be shopping at Ashley's again. If we don't get it replaced quickly I will be posting on social media that Ashley's sells dirty used furniture. I received a call the day after the delivery about the mattress they delivered. Yep, it is the wrong mattress. I even asked the delivery driver to check his info he had on the mattress with my invoice. He stated it was the correct mattress. The mattress they delivered just happens to be $800 more than the one we originally purchased. Typical bate and switch. Our options are trade it for the original one we bought or pay the $800. So if we were to give the mattress back it's now used and they will try to resell as new. So BUYER BEWARE, Ashley's sells used furniture as new.

After circling the store for a good amount of time not being able to find what we had in mind Naim came to us and listened to what we wanted. From there we found what we had in mind. We made the purchase. Naim set up the delivery. The delivery went well and the furniture looks great.

Warranty service will not honor your claim. I was sold on a 5 year warranty through 5starservice.net. They rejected my claim over a typo and will not let me correct it. They will find any reason they can to not honor the claim you submit. Consider the warranty service useless. Ashley should not be doing business with this organization because it’s hurting their reputation. I will now have to purchase a new cushion out of pocket after paying for a warranty. 2 stars because working with Ashley directly was a positive experience. They need to re-evaluate how they handle warranty’s.

The delivery was flawless! Two friendly (and very strong!) men took care when entering my home and efficiently assembled the products I ordered (bed and dresser). Unfortunately, delivery is the only area I can rate Ashley 5 stars. The headboard arrived damaged, and Ashley offered me $50 (less than 10% discount) or $100 gift card (15% discount). I questioned if this was the best they could do, considering the bed was nearly $700. They said that was it. I chose the gift card. What they failed to tell me is that the gift card is only able to redeemed in store, where prices are significantly higher than online. I will no longer recommend Ashley, and I’m unlikely to purchase from them again. Love the furniture I picked (Trinell), but I found very comparable prices elsewhere online- I just chose to order through Ashley because I considered them to be a good company!

Our salesperson, Mary Beth Lewis, was very friendly and created a relaxed atmosphere. If we asked her questions that she wasn’t sure of the answer - she went out of her way to find the correct answer for us. The manager was also more than helpful when I wanted to know about the auxiliary battery system - he walked with me to the chair we purchased and showed me the system. This is our 2nd purchase from Ashley.
My experience was just ok. The sales portion seemed to go well, but communication afterwards was not very good. I had to initiate calls every time to get our products delivered. Was not a very smooth process, and had to wait over a month to get one of our products, when the indication to me was that it would only be a week or so.

Rosemary and Mike you should be ashamed of yourselves. Went in yesterday to purchase a new couch (had an instore credit of 608$) they both gave me the absolute run around. When it came time to pay the difference, (540$) the manager came running over flailing his arms stating “This won’t work. This won’t work. I’m calling upper management.” After rosemary promosed us 30/35% off deals and matching the websites cost. They tried charging me 900$ for a couch that was listed on website for 849$ WITH my 608$ credit. Then told me my credit is ONLY good @their store – O. Park location. Which was a total lie because I called corporate and asked myself. Thanks for wasting mine & my family’s time. I will shop elsewhere!
Do not shop at Ashley's!!! EVER! Bought a $1500 recliner. It was never right from beginning. It was repaired twice and breaking again. Management will not do anything!!! I even bought an extended warranty! They do not stand behind their products. They are awful. We will tell everyone.

Casey did a great job showing us the couches and their functions (power recline, massage, etc.). The quality at Ashley is higher than most other furniture stores. The prices are slightly higher, but the furniture lasts twice as long.

We had a truly amazing experience shopping with Jordan at Ashley today. We went there with a budget and a huge list of needs for a recliner. We needed a non rocking xtra big/tall recliner with motor for decking - without a lot of crazy extras like a massager. He found us a clearance model super sturdy, extra tall solid construction, beautiful color, handsome design and an awesome warranty! Jordan also got us a wheelchair for my disabled brother and completely extended himself to help us find what we needed and he was extremely friendly - thank you!

I just spoke with the most unfriendly sales woman (her initials are SES I think; she never introduced herself and had no name tag). I arrived knowing exactly what I wanted, but I had a couple of questions to ask. She was obviously getting frustrated by my questions and confusion. I asked for a paper quote and she responded that she couldn't, then ultimately settled after I pleaded again by giving me a reused sticky note with chicken scratch handwriting on it. I ended up walking out and will find somewhere else to make my purchase, despite Ashley having what I want, at (I think) a reasonable price. TLDR: Sales person was rude and impatient, I went elsewhere to make my purchase because of her.
Whatever you do... Do NOT deal with Jordan!! He is a liar!!!!! Made a side deal with him to buy his used bedroom set, Instead of me buying new. He said he can give me a better deal. When it came time to make the deal happen he "Ghosted" me!! So now I will go to another competitor and buy new!! NO COMMISSION FOR YOU!!!

Had my new bedroom set for 2 months, the frame broke. Waited 9 months so far for the part to be made for a technician to come repair it. I got one of the two parts in the mail and since then no one can give me an ETA on when the next part will arrive (its been 3 months since the first part came in) and no one can help me when I call. The last customer service rep I spoke with agreed I have been waiting far too long and was going to look into doing something for me. No call back so I call again two weeks later for another rep to tell me they cannot do anything for me. I understand supply chain issues, but paying nearly $10,000 for a bedroom set that has been broken 5 times longer than not with no possible eta one when I can expect it to be fixed is unacceptable. I will be shopping elsewhere the next time around for furniture
Unfortunately I won't be purchasing another product from this company and will dissuade everyone from purchasing from them. My girlfriend and I were ecstatic about our beautiful sectional until after several months the frame snapped and several springs broke. We both are under 150 pounds by the way. They sent someone to assess the sectional who determined it was a manufacturing flaw. It took months to get them to take the furniture in for fixing and then several weeks to "fix" it. Even though we weren't thrilled about the situation, we understand mistakes happen and were happy once we got our furniture back. Ultimately a while later part of the frame broke off again where it was supposed to have been permanently fixed. The warranty supposedly does not cover the issue due to it being over one year. However, since this issue is due to a manufacturing flaw that should should have never occurred in the first place, and was never fixed properly, I believe they should honor the warranty.
I would never purchase anything from this store again without first looking at online prices first. Our salesman pushed to lock in our purchase last week and luckily I didn't. When I opened up Ashley's website I was able to purchase the exact same items at discounts up to 50% less than in the store. Only good this store was to me was being able to see the furniture in person.
We went to this store today to find a table that I saw on a competitors site. Hoping to find it in person and purchase. We did find the table. The table was 899 in this store. At the competitors site it was under $600. We asked if they would price match. We were told no. They only price match their own website. So we left. Then at dinner decided to look on the Ashley site and saw it on there for under $600. However the other store price matches and we appreciate that effort so we will be buying it from the competitor. This store marks their products up high in hopes no one goes online and sees how high they are marked. I will never recommend this store or shop here. This is bad business to not price match competitors current pricing.
I went with my friend to find him a new couch, and the sales woman (I believe Maryem was her name) was fantastic. Not only was she one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, but she was realistic with us. She admitted she was new and went to ask questions when she didn’t know the answers rather than making up answers. Such a nice person with a kind soul who you can tell wants to sell you something you’ll love rather than just making money. I’m still blown away by her kindness.
I bought a power recliner at the Orchard Park Ashley store back in early February. It was on clearance and they don’t Warranty clearance items so I purchase the extended warranty. Ashley furniture suggested the warranty and said it’s a great warranty. My chair broke after a week. I pulled out the warranty paperwork went online filled out the forms and submitted a claim. It’s said on the website I would hear back from someone and 24 to 48 hours. A few weeks went by I believe and after several attempts to contact the company I called Ashley and explained what was going on they must have reached out to the company because within a couple days I was contacted by the warranty company. The company name is five star warranty. They scheduled a repair man to come to look at the chair. Three weeks later I get a call from the repair man and he came the following day to check out the chair. He diagnosed the problem as a bad mechanism and he was going to order the part . And after another 2 to 3 weeks of not hearing anything I called the warranty company and they said they were ordering the part and it could take up to four months for the part to come in. I just got off the phone with Ashley furniture and they are refusing to do anything about it. Nothing at all. I asked to talk to a manager and she said she was a manager at corporate headquarters. I will never buy anything from Ashley furniture again and I suggest you do the same

I just wanted to say that the experience I just had with my electric recliner of 7 years old with the girl in your parts department who went over and above by sending me an entire replacement motor when I only asked for a broken plastic piece for my electric recliner from a discontinued Ashley brand I couldn’t be more impressed, you’ll have my business for life! Thanks for all you do!

Beware of subpar furniture and blatant false advertisement of the warranty. Platinum Ultra Premium protection for complete accidental coverage for five years on your new furniture really means , "it is not complete, exclusions DO apply but we will not advertise those exclusion and when you go to make a warranty claim we will deny it. Because basically the only thing we cover scratches after the 1st year. So remember complete 5 year warranty is a one year warranty and then after that covers basically nothing do yourself a favor take your $200 for the warranty go to another store and buy somebody else's furniture.

My mother and father visited recently to look for some wall paintings. They had a bad customer experience with one of the employees. We can't be 100% sure but my mother felt it was because she was wearing an Islamic headscarf. My mother wanted to buy a painting and asked about its return policy. The male employee claimed false store policies about the return policy and was rude according to my mother. And when asked to check stock on an item he pretended to check and then quickly said no... Fortunately, my mother came back another time and met a very kind lady who helped her, clarified the stores real return policies, and even helped my mother bring the items to the car. Her name is Madison D. My mother chose to not report the first individual. Leaving four stars because of how nice the lady was on my mothers second visit.

I would give this store a negative 100 if I possibly could. This is the worst service I have ever got at any store in my 64 years of life. I ordered a sofa and rug in the beginning of April with a delivery date of the middle of July. I checked with the store the first week of July and was told it is still on schedule. I called the middle of the month, and was told it was delayed until the beginning of August. I talked to the store manager, James, who said there was a problem getting the fabric in. He then said that he would a follow this order personally and connect with me every Friday. Well, that lasted exactly two weeks. When I finally got to talk to him on August31. He said that he turned it over to Tom, the sales manager and thought that Tom was taking care of it. I finally decided to take it to corporate, where Iesha said it would not be in until the end of November at the earliest. Now they have kept thousands of my money since Early April. Needless to say, I CANCELED MY ORDER. They will never see me again. I’m glad to see they are doing so well that it doesn’t bother them to loose one customer. Why do you keep taking orders and purposely mislead people? I really wish I would have read all these reviews before I went there. Lesson learned.

We ordered a tempurpedic mattress back in February! We spent a GOOD amount of money on this mattress. I called a couple weeks ago to see where it was. Was told it was in and they set up a delivery date for me for today, July 3rd. I thought it would of been cool to get our new mattress on my birthday. I got the text notification that it was on it's way and the time frame it would be at our house. While we waited we put up our new bed frame. I noticed it's been awhile so I called to see when the delivery people would be here. Turns out my mattress wasn't coming. Apparently the delivery facility tried to call me 2 days prior to tell me they needed to reschedule but I never received a call. So I called and spoke to the manager, at Amelia drive, and it seems no one knows what other departments do there because they're all separate. I demanded it be fixed today and it can't because there is none of the mattress we ordered avaliable. We're not impressed. We will never buy from Ashley's again. This has been the worst experience I've ever had in retail. Don't bother reaching out to me Ashley's. I've talked to enough of you today. 6 months of patience and it has worn thin. Ashley did end up reaching out to me and making it right. They gave me a $500 gift card and we're thinking about using it for a new dining room table. I'd like to thank you for reaching out to me, I was just very angry and very upset.
If I could give less than one star I would!!! We ordered a livingroom set. Waited MONTHS for it to be delivered. We finally got a message that 2 out of our 3 pieces were ready for delivery with delivery dates attached. With our work schedules we had to find someone who could be there for the delivery. When we replied only 3 days later their response was " Unfortunately, during the wait your loveseat has been reassigned to a different customer and we only have the sofa available." Are you kidding me?! We had to wait months but Ashley's couldn't wait a couple of days? Furthermore they couldn't even pick up the phone and call BEFORE they gave our furniture away to someone else. BAD Business Ashley's!!!

The gal that helped us did amazing! Showed us great products! Now I get it is covid. But it took 4 months to get a couch, then the delivers dented our wall. Our bedroom set took 2 months. Then one of our bedside table wasn’t working. If you want fast delivery of furniture. I don’t recommend Ashley. Good products though.
Edit: the below response from Ashley was a generic customer service number who said that there is nothing to do to help us besides the 100 dollar credit. Original review: I back all of the negative reviews of this place as of recent, just to add another case against them. we ordered a table and chairs set. The table arrived on 3/3 with no chairs... went back and forth with 3 different people on delivery of the chairs... as of 3/9 we were told there was no update on the arrival of the chairs. On 3/10 we get a random text that the truck is coming for delivery in ten minutes. Luckily I was able to get out of work to meet the truck... I signed for the package that was supposed to be left at the door according to the driver who thankfully had called us because he felt uncomfortable doing so. Once the drivers leave I open the box and find out that it is not my chairs but a giant recliner chair... we immediately called them thinking they just dropped off wrong the box. We were told they didn’t have our chairs but they would come get the recliner on 3/11. They never came. So now I have a dining room with no chairs... my old chairs don’t work because they are too low for the new table and I have a giant recliner box in my 1000 sq foot apartment. We were escalated through 3 different mangers who all told us there is nothing the best they can do is pick up the chair on 3/17. When we told them that is unacceptable they told us they would look into refunding us. So We said no that’s fine we’ll just keep the recliner... I’ve looked into the legal side of these things and am not 100 percent but pretty sure this would count as a unsolicited package because there is no shipping address on it. When I told the manager that. He threatened to call the police..... so after a heated exchange I agreed to let him work out things on his side and get back to me.... today we were told that they will give us 100 dollar refund and they still can’t come get the chair until Wednesday. I would honestly tell people to garbage pick their furniture before buying from these people... I essentially paid them 400 dollars to warehouse a chair for them while I had to stand at my kitchen table for two weeks.

My husband and I stopped in here to look for living room furniture and were never acknowledged by anyone in the entire store. The layout made no sense to us so we just wandered around a bit before deciding to go elsewhere. Customer service was severely lacking which definitely did not make our experience a positive one.
Great...got a great deal on our new furniture!! We've had the same furniture since November 2005...it was time!!! Found the micro fiber material we have loved for almost 16yrs. If it wasn't for the center of our reclining couches sagging in we would be in great shape because the material still looks like new!!!
Mother lawn for all of our elderly bought furniture they have been waiting eight months for the furniture they gave him partial furniture to just sit down because they sold her other stuff never sent them a bill or anything because they haven’t got their furniture yet horrible customer service a very ignorant lady that works in the warehouse so she answers to no one. Then we find out that they put them in collections because they haven’t paid a bill but they have never received a bill so we had to go to the store and complain to a supervisor we will be contacting a district manager and we will be putting this on all over the social social media
This review is gracefully a 1 star because I can not go any lower. We ordered a sectional, end tables, coffee table and an entertainment center back on November 7, 2020. Was told 12 weeks due to pandemic. I called at 12 weeks to be told another 2 weeks. I just called again and now another 3 weeks. I have had no furniture since the 12 week mark. They don't even call you to update the situation with you and when you do call, you get transferred repeatedly to the wrong department. I understand there is a so called Pandemic going on, but this is not acceptable when there are so many people that are working, including myself and my husband. Did people just not think that the you would not need furniture anymore? Not impressed what so ever with this purchase that you needed ALL my money upfront in November for me not to have the goods over 3 months later. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Might need to look elsewhere!
Terrible experience even with Covid going on i waited 5 months for my couch which I get but in those 5 months no one called me to update me on anything I had to call every month and ask. Also got my couch delivered the 2 guys wore no masks walked all in my house with wet snowy and salt shoes all on my brand new living room carpet I got done and the best they could do Is give me $50 back... what a joke not going back to them
Customer service is not a priority for Ashley. Delivery date was already pushed back by a month, and typical Buffalo winter weather is used as an excuse to push it back by another week after the roads were already well cleared. Customer service places all blame on a 3rd party delivery service, and offers a nearly insulting level of compensation, citing “company policy” Pricing is fair on the surface, but it’s quickly apparent why.
Just a note to make mention of the excellent customer service I received from Janet Forzesi at the Orchard Park store. I ordered furniture in the height of the pandemic and waited weeks for delivery, furniture delivered in November and was damaged. Furniture was left and new pieces were delivered weeks later. On a cold snowy dark morning the delivery driver drove over our lawn customer service issued is a gift card compensating us for all our troubles..... Thanks Janet from Alden

Update: 2023- need to get new parts because a piece of the bed is defective. I'm told my warranty they sold me isn't valid for that, and even if it was, the bed I bought isn't made anymore so they don't make those parts. They also won't refund the warranty or use it to apply towards a similar part I would need. You're better off hitting your head against a brick wall than getting assistance from anyone at this company. I was also told their service department has no supervisors and that "we are all trained the same." Must be why no one can help because no one is steering the ship. Mindblowing how incapable this company is of handling a minor issue. Ordered furniture in August. Still waiting to get it in November even though I was told it would be delivered in October. Got half of what I ordered and with the state shutting down, probably won't get the rest until February. Customer service with this (15+ phone calls) is horrible. Literally go anywhere else. I will never buy from them again.

Buyer beware. Don't believe the delivery dates. Shopping experience was fine. We received a delivery date. A week before the delivery date I reviewed a text saying it had been pushed back over 2 months. 2 months is a long time so we went back to the store. They gave us a credit to save the sale. Reasonable. The new delivery date is coming up and I inquired so I could take off to receive the furniture. Now the NEW best delivery date is pushed another month and a half past the last one. So if we actually receive it then it will be almost 4 months late. I JUST WANT FURNITURE.

Absolutely Regret Ever Purchasing Furniture From Here. I Ordered A Kitchen Table And A Sectional At The End Of June And Was Told That We Would Get Our Furniture In 6-8 Weeks Due To The Pandemic (Understandably). They Have Been Extremely Terrible In Communicating Updates Regarding The Delivery. My Delivery Has Been Pushed Back 8 Times Already And I Had To Call Each And Every Time To Find That Out. I Received Partial Delivery Which Included My Kitchen Table And My Ottoman. Those Items Were Supposed To Be Delivered Between 11-2 and I Had To Call Every Hour After 2 Until My Furniture Was Finally Delivered At 6pm!!!! Now Almost 5 Months Later, I Still Have No Damn Sectional Yet. I Called A Couple Days Ago And Was Told That Everything Was In And Ready For Delivery. I Call Today And Get Told That Parts Of The Sectional Are Not In Yet. Im Furious! So Far They Have Done Absolutely Nothing To Compensate Me For All Of The Frustration But Give Me $100 Credit On a $3000 order! PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. They Are More Concerned With Collecting Your Money Vs Actually Fulfilling Orders.

Told me how much time it would take for delivery. And also recommended a place to go to lunch when we were about to leave. Ashley HomeStore is the worst company I’ve ever worked with. i was supposed to be having furniture delivered tomorrow. they were happy to take the $1500 out of my account when i ordered it LAST MONTH, but have given me no information since. i tried to call today and a recording informed me they’ve suspended all deliveries for the time being. they never even attempted to tell me. tried to call the distribution center since its nearby to find out if i can just pick up my furniture and the number doesnt even work. i’ve tried every customer service number, Facebook messenger, e-mail, and messaging them on their website and have not been able to get to a single human being
I don’t understand some of these bad reviews, I always have an amazing experience at this store. I don’t live anywhere near orchard park but anytime I need furniture I go to the store out there! My husband and I bought a couch back in November and absolutely love it. It came quickly for being around the holidays and in wonderful condition. I recommend asking for James, he’s the absolute best! He is super sweet, has great insight, is super helpful, but doesn’t pressure you to buy or hover over you. He’s the main reason I come to the orchard park store and my favorite sales person. Thanks for always giving the best service!

Terrible quality after 4 years our sofa cushion has a hole in it! And wait there is more.... we have the extended warranty! They are calling the hole a manufacturing defect... the extended warranty does not cover manufacturing defects! Crooks! Thieves! Avoid Ashley like the plague!

If there was a choice to give zero stars I would. Bought 2 sets of furniture here, took 4 trys to get it all delivered. Clearly their customers time is less valuable then their own employees because having to take off from work 4 separate occasions is no walk in the park. Was offered refunds that still have not been given. Product is damaged with no effort to make that right. Dealt with the home store and then after so long was told they could no longer help that we had to call customer service. Who have now pawned us back on to the home store who has not called as promised. Delivery appointments were made in store supposedly by someone in my household multiple times when we were at work, nothing was ever communicated correctly. We were told our refund was given back to us on the financing we had used, when last I check no financing was taken? This has been the worst experience with retail I have ever had. Will never shop wih this company again and have already advised 2 people interested in going here not to waste there time, which they didnt.

One star because I can’t give any less. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in any retail situation. We purchased a dining set and were sold what we were told was solid wood. Either she lied or was uneducated about the product. Within 2 months of normal use, the Laminated top began to warp. Clearly their idea of a solid wood table included a sticker that looked like wood over plywood. I called to complain and was told by the store manager that he would inform some call center of the issue. I’ve heard nothing. This happened before thanksgiving. No follow up was had from the call center or the store. We chose the financing and at this point I can see that we will be replacing the top of the table before the garbage I was sold is even paid off. Interestingly, when the set was delivered 2 of the stools were assembled incorrectly. I contacted the store and the call center numerous times to fix this problem. I was told I could (on my own time and $) return them to the store and pick up what I actually ordered, I could drive 1.5 hours to Batavia and make the switch, or be at their mercy of a driver date and time when they found it to be convenient.. this would require I take another day off of work to get the items I ordered and paid for. Only after a complaint to the state attorney general did Ashley start to treat me with any kind of customer service. Now I have this issue with the quality of a product the sold me. Luckily, my case against them with the attorney general is still open so I guess my only recourse is to go that route again. Do not waste your time or money with Ashley’s. They sell over priced garbage and lies. You will regret it and in order to get any action you will waste many hours of your life. Buyer beware.

I’m so disgusted on the way Ashley’s does business. The material of my furniture was pulling away causing holes. I spoke to a gentleman that got in touch with upper management that agreed this was not due to pet damage and would have this fixed for me. So I called to schedule the appointment and now I’m being told that I have to pay out of pocket when I was told specifically that I wouldn’t. When I called Ashley’s I was told they lost old records and now I have to pay out of pocket because they have no old notes. So because of Ashley’s negligence I’m stuck paying out of pocket for furniture that fell apart to get it fixed or I look at damaged furniture until I throw it out. I’ve been a long time customer of Ashley’s but not anymore. I will take my business elsewhere.

I am extremely disappointed in this company. I received a broken table, which they replaced with a table that the top started separating 2 weeks after I purchased it. They did not refund my money for over a month, and claimed they did not have my address to do so. I waited on the phone each time I called for more than 20-30 min only to be told to call a different number. I am now still waiting 3 weeks for my refund money for my table. I will never shop at Ashleys furniture again.

I'm not one to ever post reviews, but I have to warn anyone who is even thinking of purchasing from this store. Working with Ashley Furniture in Orchard Park has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had to deal with. This has been a 2 month issue. I've gone back and forth between Orchard Park and Batavia SEVEN times because of missing parts, wrong parts, or just plain issues. Two months later and I'm still missing a main support to our bed. They refunded us $100 and thought that was sufficient for the inconveniences - I'm pretty sure I've spent more on gas to go back and forth between these places than the $100 is worth. They forgot to order the sides of the bed when we first purchased it, so they're also telling me that they "ordered those at no cost for us" - BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T ORDER THEM WITH THE ENTIRE BED! So they're telling me they technically gave us $250 off - even though the bed rails were not ordered correctly on their end. I have called countless times, been told the part is being overnighted on 3 different occasions and that I'll be getting a call back from a manager more times than that, but a manager has only called me one time after my seventh visit, and another time this morning as I asked for my refund. After I've had this issue, I've talked to friends and co-workers and not a single person has said they've had a smooth transaction with Ashley. A couple of those friends have also had their entire transactions refunded, but the "manager" said she couldn't do that for mine. Save yourself a headache, order the same quality furniture from Amazon, and be assured all the parts will be included. I've ordered 3 other beds from Amazon and have had no issues - much better service and a whole lot faster too.

Horrible Experience from one and only experience 3/2019. Entered the Orchard Park NY store, bought a loveseat. Was told 4-6 weeks for delivery. Understandable. HOWEVER, the day my loveseat was being delivered it was something TOTALLY different than what I purchased. Different color and style and no mention of being a different item. I declined the delivery of wrong item. Called the store and was told my item was DISCONTINUED and no one even bothered to call me about this, they just tried delivering something else!!! How can you have orders for people and then suddenly discontinue the item without filling the orders you have and not call the customer?? The Assistant Mngr did offer the floor model for half price, which was on the floor about one in a half years. I declined that. Took quite some time and several phone calls to get the sale backed out and my initial deposit refunded to me. Now I just found out the bank that handles their credit accounts is still showing a pending sale, which should not be. I was told someone from HQ would call me as the C/S rep wasn't able to clear that away. No one called me, I called them. Surprise, surprise. Supposedly this will be handled today. I requested my account to be closed and I will NEVER step into an Ashley Furniture store again. The one star is too much to even give.
Best place to get a furniture set
We came in first thing this morning so I could show my son the new sectional that I purchased yesterday and Kathy greeted us and made us feel welcome right away the moment we walked through the door. When my son and I realized that the new furniture wouldn't fit in our living room, Kathy was kind, courteous, and listened to what our needs were and showed us a few different sectionals. She was was very knowledgeable, and knew exactly what we were looking for! Kathy was able to find something that we loved and that is going to be absolutely perfect! We even discussed different options with decorating our living room. However the furniture sold to us has been completely the opposite of the buying experience. Cushions have been replaced, fabric replaced, frame was fixed after being picked up and taken to the shop to be mended as the wood was split for no reason. Complained to the bbb and all we got was a earful of “we tried to make it right”, “there’s nothing else we can do”, and have photos of the technician sent to our home using cardboard to fix the arm on the end of our sectional. You have got to be out of your mind to buy this junk! Buyer beware....
We came into the store about a month ago just as we were closing on our new house. We worked with Martin to find several pieces for 3 different rooms including a mattress. Martin spent almost two hours helping us find all of the pieces we needed, but also gave us time to browse and discuss on our own throughout our shopping experience. He came across as knowledgeable without being pushy. We have since received our call for delivery confirmation and should receive our pieces this week.
I worked with Justin G. to purchase furniture for my new house. Justin was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly and knowledgeable yet not pushy. It was a great buying experience and we look forward to working with him again in the future. Update: Its now been over a moth and a half since I purchased my furniture and the original delivery date has long come and gone. Most of my items didn't make the first delivery date because they did not come in to their warehouse on time. I finally called to check on the status of the remainder if my items and they wont be delivered for another two weeks, which means that if all goes according to what I am being told it will have taken over 2 months to get my new furniture. If you are looking to get your items fast then I suggest that you verify that they have the items in stock before ordering.

Avoid at all costs. Incompetent staff, even worse customer service. My fiancee and I went to this store in April of 2019 to order a couch and coffee & end table set for our new place together. We ordered the Kisper table set. When the items arrived weeks later, the couch was damaged in multiple areas and it turns out the woman with whom we purchased from wrote down the completely wrong table set on the order. We sent the table set back immediately and were told that customer service would be calling us the next day to arrange for a couch replacement or repairs. A few days pass and we hear nothing, so we call customer service. They tell us that the couch will be replaced and that we will receive the correct table set. We set a date for the items to be delivered. My fiancee receives a call (after I specifically requested they call me with any further developments as she cannot answer during work hours), saying they have to change the delivery to an even later date, and they're only available to deliver on Wednesdays. This is terrible since we both work full time jobs and cannot be home to accept the delivery. But I tell them that it's fine, and we'll arrange for someone to be there to accept the delivery. Just now (TWO MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE), my mother went to our house to accept our delivery. THEY BROUGHT BACK THE SAME (WRONG) TABLES FROM THE FIRST DELIVERY and said they didn't have an order for the couch. Tl;dr: They'll send you damaged product and the entirely wrong product, offer to fix it, take forever to do so, and it won't even end up fixed. Buyer beware.

Took 2 months to get my coffee table and end table. They scheduled my delivery promptly when I purchased but then kept canceling my delivery as they did not have the products. I finally get them but the drawer on the coffee table is broke. Trying to get them to fix the damaged drawer is ridiculous. Calling customer service is at least 10 minute hold before someone picks up. This was my first purchase at Ashley and wish I never bothered.
If you walk in the door and don’t ask for Justin immediately you are rolling the dice! He did everything in his power to set himself atop of sales people that have truly made a huge effort to make my wife and I experience as good as can be expected. Thank You for all your help!

I stopped in the store about 3 weeks ago to look for a sectional sofa. Mary McIver approached me and my daughters to offer assistance. She was very helpful and informative. It was refreshing to speak with someone who would listen and not just be interested in making a sale. I went home to discuss with my family. Due to circumstances, I was not able to return until this evening. Since Mary was so helpful the first time, I asked for her again. I was definitely impressed when she commented about little personal details we spoke about on my first visit. Mary took the time to explain my options and made the effort to make sure I was making a decision I was happy with. When you think of no options and boring selection you think of this place. Options like a color palette and wide selection of fabrics to choose from are non existent. Your overall options are take it or leave it. We left it.
I'm not satisfy myself with the purchase of the set of recliners from day one..and they don't let me return it or exchange.. the material is so cheap wrinkle already and l don't even sit on it... l wasted almost 6,000 dollars and l will regret all my life. Every time l see the money l spent on the recliners l feel miserable, the worse part is that lm still paying.

The service that I have received here after I have spent close to $6,000 on a beauty rest black natasha mattress and juararo storage bed frame with bedroom set is unreasonable and disgusting. I am appalled at the lack of customer service skills this corporation and its employees have offered in assistance to help fix the problems we have encountered. We purchased the bedroom set and mattress which were delivered November 29th, 2018 (5 months). On March 19th 2019, we were woken up by a noise as the bed shifted beneath us. We both got out of bed at 4am and found that the cheap support beams underneath our new bed were bent completely sideways (pictured below) and gouged our hard wood floor. A call was made and the guest relations was going to ship the same part to be placed under the bed by their installation team. I questioned the fact that the bed is just too heavy for this cheaply made bed frame, and I wanted other options. Mind you when we purchased this mattress we specifically asked the women, Gretchen who sold us the bed, if this bed frame would be suitable for the weight of such a heavy mattress set. So I headed to the store to speak with a manager instead of on the phone. At the Orchard Park, NY location, I was then dismissed when questioning about who to speak too and told that nobody at the store could help me... After being lied to a "manager" came to speak with me. This James Sanford, then "made some calls" to see if he could obtain a heavy duty bed rail frames that would better support this heavy mattress. Seeing as the bed had no support system we waited 3 weeks without sleeping on our four month old bed/mattress. Once the parts finally arrived at the store, the manager?? James Sanford came out to our house to install the heavy duty bed rails. My father stayed at the house during the installation and observed as they didn't complete the job. There was bolts missing in the new heavy duty support beams, that the manager deemed appropriate and left after my dad questioned that the support was crooked and missing bolts. After weeks of phone calls between myself and my husband with the store, installation, guest services and corporate NOBODY helped us. I have exhausted all resources with contacting this company/corporation and no assistance was given. We did not receive a new bed frame, additional help to fix the issue, compensation for the time/efforts of a broken bed that could possibly ruin the $4000 mattress we purchased from them. I am so disappointed with the lack of service they have provided and will NEVER step foot/purchase from this store again...
Absolutely horrible customer service after the sale. All they care about is selling you then the delivery setup and customer service afterwards was the worst experience of my life.

Ordered lots of furniture a whole living room and and kitchen. Every piece of furniture was damaged or has has something wrong . Someone was out multiple times to try and fix some of the furniture and they just keep saying they need parts needles to say it had been over 3 months and it is still not fixed and not usable. Also it took over four months just to get the kitchen set . ...........So UPDATE from last post ashleys tried to deliver me new furniture on 3 different occasions each time the furniture came it too was all damaged . They then said they would deliver me parts which they did 8 huge boxes that I could not even lift and now have to store in my home taking up a ton of room !!! So Ashley's told me a technician would call to set up appointment . The tech called and couldn't come for over 6 weeks !!!!! So I took the day off of work with no pay and the day has come and guess what no SHOW tech. I called Ashley's and they so tell me they are no longer working with that company and they are so sorry they didnt show .....that does not pay for my missed day of work and the 5 months that I have had non functioning furniture and the storage of 8 huge boxes taking up my room !!!! His answer to the problem . I will call the new company and they will call in 2 to 3 days to set up an appointment !!!!! So yet again another missed day of work and still no working furniture and still storing boxes !!!! This company is a Joke !!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FURNITURE from this company !!!!! You will regret ordering furniture from the so called number 1 furniture store in America !!!!!
Horrible. Never called me one time. I had to call to schedule delivery then called again to confirm, which they did confirm delivery. I was told they would call me later that day, day before scheduled delivery, with a time. They never called. I called the morning of the scheduled delivery only to be told it wasn't being delivered. I literally through out my old furniture because they confirmed the delivery. Now I have no furniture after waiting three weeks since the purchase and Easter is this weekend which I'm hosting for my family. Now I have no where for people to sit. I'll never step foot in a Ashley store ever again. Read the reviews all over the internet, they are true.
Helpful but clingy employees
The absolute worst customer service I have ever had to experience. Total purchase price was $4800. The right style couch was delivered but not the right cushions. Buyer beware, what you order from store might not be what you receive. The "only corrective" option to my deilemna was to take the cushions I received to the store and exchange them for the display cushions. Absolutely Not! On top of all this the couch was delivered dirty and with the armrest broken. I purchased the premier warranty through Ashley in case every day accidents happen which sounds great, right? WRONG! The warranty company is an off company that Ashely will refer you to if something happens. I have been waiting several days to schedule an appointment with this company and they have not made any contact. This is purchase has been the worst experience I have ever dealt with. Every time I have called customer service, (at this point, 5 times) I have been on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes and have been told I will receive a phone call with a resolution to all these issues within the day. I have not received one call back. I am going to assume it's because they are dealing with many more issues and unhappy customers. If a zero star rating was possible, Ashley Furniture would have received one.
So ordered a love seat and couch waited 3 weeks for delivery. They deliver it and the love seat was so damaged it was unusable we refuse it. They leave we find the couch is ripped and missing pieces. I lose my mind they give me a good deal on the chair for the set. Now I get off the phone with them and it will take another 4 weeks for delivery. So now we get to live on one broken couch for a month. Do not buy from this place!!! the sales people are very nice but they have no control over anything!!! 4000$ waste of money. So second delivery went better I'm still missing parts under the recliner all of them. There is supposed to be a bar here to keep the fabric from ripping when kids crawl on them they have the nerve to tell me it's discontinued so take the bracket off then... Never again will I go here... Save yourself the headache
Store employees are ok but corporate is useless. First we are told 1 date for the furniture. They cancel that and push it off 2 weeks. Now we get a call that half the delivery was damaged before it got on the delivery truck so we can only get half our stuff. No idea on when that will be. I hate this place. Today is day 37 for there 28 day delivery guarantee. Update. The recliner on half the loveseat broke. After 2 weeks. They ordered a part without looking to see what the problem is. It will be 3 weeks and we have to call back when we get the part. So 6 weeks out to have my furniture work. We are cancelling the sofa. This place sells junk.
Wait like 30 days, move all your furniture out because your new stuff is scheduled, then never get a call all day call them at 5 to be told ooops your stuff was never shipped. Will not recommend this to place to anyone. Now it's another 27days to receive my stuff and when you go to cancel they have the nerve to tell me theres a 12% restocking fee for items that havent even left the manufacturer. Way to screw your customers
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Is it possible to give less than 1 star? THEY DESERVE A ZERO IN MY BOOK. I DEFINITELY do NOT recommend them for furniture OR ANYTHING. They seem to have decent reasonable product & nice sales people but I ordered a 3 piece sectional sofa and waited 4 weeks for delivery. They call the day ahead of delivery day and tell me they are missing legs for one of the pieces of sofa. Not a big deal at this point however they show up for delivery the next morning and are missing the biggest piece of the sectional sofa I purchased! I called store 3 times (starting at 10 am when they opened ) wanting an explanation AND even expected date for rest of order and not one person has returned my call. Each time I called I was on hold for 10+ minutes BEFORE speaking to a real human being (so I thought). Is it me or should these people be concerned why I only have 1/2 of a couch I ordered & and paid for??? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!! THEY ARE NOT THERE TO HELP AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT SATISFYING THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! 4 WEEKS AND STILL DON'T HAVE PRODUCT I ORDERED & PAID FOR AND HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM ANY OF THE 3 PEOPLE I spoke to asking FOR HELP. I WAS CALM THAT GOT ME NO WHERE I AM DONE WITH THAT. THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH WHEN THEY MESS UP YOUR ORDER!! Bought mattress on February 24, understanding delivery will be a few weeks.my items delivered on March 30 , great now one item not on truck I called at 908am women said she would get back to me never called back so I called the store they have my item in store but only 1 so why can't I pick it up have to wait until Monday until someone calls be back.I just don't understand
We ordered a couch 3 weeks ago and ask for it to be delivered to the Olean location for pick up. I call the Olean store to see if our couch is in and she says to me that they don’t see it coming to their store..... so she finds out for me that it was delivered to the Batavia location..... I call the orchard park store where the couch was originally purchased and I get told that I can go to Batavia and get it or not until April 6th they can ship it to Olean for me to go there and get it..... wow thank you for all the help or for the offer to have it delivered directly to my house since it was your mistake but no I’ll just wait yet another week and then have to still go pick it up!!!! May find a new furniture store!!!!

My entire home is all Ashley's.. the bright colors and gorgeous artistic choices make every visit great, Also comes in the factor of the quality of the furniture..I'm a heavy woman and we'll sometime being heavy does not make for all furniture.. My first visit I worked With "Tom" and I'm just gonna say it I didn't feel comfortable saying "hey I need strong furniture because I heavy" but with a smile and a pat on the back he said " you no longer have to worry about it, I will take care of you always and when you come in here everyone will know how to help you and what to show you so you're never uncomfortable again" 5yrs and counting from kitchen chair to beds my life has been wonderful.. Terry Ms Deb Marty TomJohn, Kaitlin and Dan have made my shopping experience epic .. my house is gorgeous and the envy of all hahahahaha.. well it is .
My boyfriend and I recently had some issues with delivery with Ashley but we needed new bedroom furniture so decided to go back for another try. Our consultant Marty was absolutely wonderful, he was so understanding about our issue and helped us fix our problem right away. His customer service is great! Recommend anyone who goes there to ask for him! Definitely will be back for other items to complete our new home!

Terry Butryn was our sales consultant and she was FANTASTIC! She was not pushy at all but made sure to check in with us to see if we had questions. She was great about helping us find the perfect sofas and entertainment center/end table that suited our tastes and specs for our living room. When everything arrived, it was perfect for our living room. The delivery men were very professional. They had a tough job delivering our furniture on an exceptionally cold and windy day. They were very polite and made sure that everything was set up correctly, working, and there was no damage. We were very impressed with everyone's professionalism from the showroom to the delivery. We have been customers at Ashley in the past and we will continue to do business with them in the future.

3 1/2 stars. We have many items from Ashley's and we do like them all. In the past we have never been in a rush to receive our items due to moving and having to sell our old items, so we never really paid attention to just how long it takes to receive our products. But with our last two purchases, same item, we are past 3 weeks just to receive a simple kitchen table, we had to have the first one replaced. Going forward, unless we are not in a rush, Ashley's will not be a store we going shopping. Other stores can delivery in days, why does it take weeks with them!?
John was awesome. He helped us get all the information we needed and worked with us for several visits to the store and discussed payment options to get us the furniture we needed at the price we wanted! Brandon was great and made the checkout process smooth and easy!

Upon entering we see but quickly overt our brief eye contact,a quick right and beelined away from the friendly door greeter. Hubby watches my back for ensuing flock of vultures. We caught our breath,but quickly worked our way through half the store before John magically appeared from behind a bookcase I'm assuming.He gave us his name ,I gave him my "we hate salespeople,the it's the last day deal,it's the only one left in our computer ,so don't miss out .etc.Graceful as he entered he exited saying "Let me know if I can help you when your done looking."as quickly as he appeared ,he disappeared behind the curtain ,he was gone. Finding 3 sets of couch and loveseats to our liking ,I thought ,where is John?Not 10 seconds later John sensed our need,but didn't scare us with any sudden movements. He then answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns,soothing us ,as we paid probably easily $1000 more for furniture than we wanted to.Just because of John. But I do have one bit of horror to proclaim.I was not happy that there was a delivery charge of $199.Then the office okayed a $99 delivery.I my opinion if it's over $1500 delivery should be free. Also my husband and I have never bought warranties on anything we ever bought,until.....wait for it....... JOHN gave us the DL on the plan you have for 5 years.I nearly questioned my sanity as I said "yes add it on" what the heck!So another $200 but John promised no worries! So John is now the second most trusted man in my life.Gold star for John. P.S. I'm giving 5 stars before my furniture is delivered ,this might need updating.but as of this moment I'm pleased no salesmen died today,my husband didn't hyperventilate from shallow breathing,and I get the rush Every time I think of my new furniture.Blessed be. Now on to the carpet stores.....

In moving to Buffalo I was pleased with the selections and fair pricing offered but extremely pleased that they made my deal even better. The furniture consultant ( Rodger ) allowed me to roam at my own pace looking at the different arrangements without any pressure or disruptions to my thoughts. I was also assured by ( Dan ) as I made another visit to give me the comfort of my choices. Excellent & understanding team.

The two back legs of my dresser broke off While moving the dresser. They were assembled Incorrectly The screws used to attach The legs were not Long enough. I reported the complaint.Ashley would do nothing About it because it was passed one year. I didn't think to check it when I bought it for defective manufacturing . It's not. Normal to take your furniture apart To See if they used all the right hardware
We were at Ashley and found a few couches/sectionals in styles we really loved. We were told delivery would take up to 3-4 weeks, and so we decided to try a couple other places as we were hoping for something sooner. There was no comparison. At Ashley, Rodger took great care of us (while our 2 kids were all over the store). He was not pushy and extremely patient. He was knowledgeable regarding products and helped ensure the space and furniture would work well (haven't recd the couch yet). Great customer service! Thanks!... Def worth the wait.
I left a bad review explaining the nightmare I experienced with delivery of the furniture I ordered and amazingly it disappeared!! Delivery was so bad I ended up cancelling my order and went somewhere else with much better customer service and reasonable delivery. I had such a bad experience here that I will never return or recommend this place to anyone!!

Anytime I have called for anything I always get put on hold for so long that twice the phone hung up on me. Had to call the customer service dept. and that took four tries then call for a delivery set up time and that took 2 times and am still trying! Annoying.

I had a wonderful experience with my sales woman her name is Gretchen. So if you want to have the same great experience as I had I'd ask for her.
I purchased a sectional with them on October 5th 2018. I was told that they do not hold any product in their store (we have shopped with them previously and knew this) that they would need to order it. We went in prior to our home closing and ordered the sectional for 2,000$. I called the next day and scheduled the delivery on October 23, 2018 (18 days later). I had taken a day off in order to accept delivery and the day prior to delivery, they tell me that the love seat (the middle of our sectional) had arrived to their store damaged, and was not safe to deliver. So they said that they would "rush order" a new one. I accepted the partial delivery and told the person on the phone that I wanted a reimbursement of the delivery fee (150$) for the inconvenience. They told me that they would call me back that night, which they never did. I emailed corporate who informed me they were a franchise and I would need to contact the store direct, which the number they gave me led me back into their customer service hotline. The day after delivery, Oct 24, they told me that the soonest they could get me the love seat was Nov 7th! (33 days after purchase). I called that hotline back and complained to the person about the delivery timeline and asked for compensation because this was ridiculous. She then told me that should could get me the love seat by Nov 3rd (29 days after purchase) when they had just told me that they could only do the 7th. She also informed me that the max compensation she could give me is 50$ or 75$ store credit. I told them to give me the 50$ because I would not be shopping there again. They told me that they do not see this as an inconvenience as they are still delivering within their 28 day window (which they are not by 1 day). I have reached out to corporate again to no response. This is just the worst experience I have ever had and would recommend going elsewhere.
Orchard park store went to make a return from an online purchase of defective merchandise. Manager was rude and could care less. Said it was my fault for ordering online.
This place frustrates me, you can either have a good rate or get a discount but if you take a long-term you have to their buy warranty. Which I think New York State made illegal for car dealers about 10 years ago not sure why the furniture business is still doing that unfair practice. Either way, Every sale has some sort of idiotic caveat that ruins the experience for the shopper. It’s one of those places where a sale is never a truly sale it’s always an introduction of the the asterix and very small fine print. Then they had the gall to tell me that the online pricing was different then the in-store pricing that Ashley Online is not even part of Ashley locations so when I see deals online like I would with any other business they’re not the deals available at the actual store. Do you see my point? I think the NBAs at corporate have lost sight of the customer experience and are slowly damaging the brand that I have been loyal to for many years. I can only say I do not recommend Ashley furniture anymore.
Summary: Great selection, good sales people, scheduling the delivery is a nightmare, follow threw needs work. The delivery guys are great! very nice. So many things went wrong and mishandled that I hit the character limit my first time. It should not be this hard to get furniture.
What a beautiful store, with a great selection of furniture - what a shame their customer service and quality is terrible! We ordered 3 pieces of bedroom furniture - a dresser, mirror and night stand back on August 11. On the day of the 1st scheduled delivery, September 1, we got an early morning call that the mirror would not be delivered due to "a problem". When the delivery crew arrived - they were very helpful and courteous - we found out the dresser had 2 major flaws in it, and we refused to accept it. We did accept the nightstand, only to find out it wobbled terribly. They promised first to have a tech repair it, we requested a replacement. So 3 strikes on the first delivery attempt. We went back to this location, to speak to our Salesman, Tom. He promised to "take care of us" by having a "rush" put on another delivery of these items. That didn't happen. He promised to send us 10 matching drawer handles for our other dresser, that never happened. We got a $150 gift card as part of the promotion when we bought the furniture. We were told we couldn't use it toward anything on sale or clearance. No exceptions. We did buy anything else that day. The first day that was offered for a new delivery was yesterday, Sept 19. Again, crew was on time and polite. They brought the 3 pieces, again. There were minor problems with 2 of the pieces. The mirror was missing some stain right in front along the bottom. The dresser, again, had wood imperfections on the front, and it looks like a hair got trapped under the top coat of the varnish on the top of the dresser. Honestly! However, we did accept the furniture - because we waited this long and cleared out the bedroom so many times. We just felt we couldn't go through this another time. Customer service and quality have been disappointing, to say the least. We were told by Customer Service that the order for the matching drawer knobs "was not in the system", but they would arrive in another 2-3 weeks. We'll see. I'm awaiting a response to this review, but I would warn everyone not to deal with this store.
Bought 2 mattresses, two box springs, 2 nightstands, a dresser, table with chairs, and bed frame. There were damages to all of them. Everything. It took 7 redelivery attempts to fix everything. And there are still issues. Enough is enough. What a joke of a company. Then they message me and say they will help resolve the issue. How about delivering me furniture that is not damaged. I bought new not used.

This place has a wonderful selection. The guy that was the most helpful with picking out a couch for our living room was Tom - a very down-to-earth, friendly, and charismatic fellow who knows his furniture! ;) The prices could be a bit more reasonable, however. Pretty pricey place!
Gretchen was fantastic, personable, understanding and knowledgable to our purchase. She researched discounts and financing and was completely honest when it came to opinion questions. She took her time with us and ensured we were comfortable with our purchase.
Gretchen went above and beyond what she had to. She sat with my mom for three hours and sold the mattress that my mom wanted and not the most expensive one. And when the delivery people brought the mattress they did not bring a bed frame or set up the bed for my mom. We had to call several times for the delivery location to tell us the bed frame wouldn’t get here until September 5. That’s over two weeks with a brand new bed on the floor! When Gretchen our sales person found out she took a bed frame from their location and drove it out to my moms house herself and set it up for her. Gretchen deserves much praise and a raise! I will refer anyone to her! But your delivery department needs a lesson in customer service. Very rude!

Went in looking for something to put in the spare bedroom that I am also using as a craft room . It was wonderful how they let me look around without being on my butt. But then once you have questions nobody will take the time to help.
I bought a dining room set and special chairs and also a cocktail table...3 months later I have two loose chair seats made out of wood and a damaged pump on my expensive screen door. Another 3 months later still waiting for phone calls that NEVER get back to you so I call and still waiting for a fix to any three items damaged from delivering my dining table! Called today and complained more about all the problems and was told by the stupid woman I would get a call back by 4:30pm after she gets a hold of the people to see when the new chair seats will come and yes more problems getting the seats and I already waited 3 weeks with no call. Also waited 2 weeks and no call back for my screen door when the guy from the company said he would go out of his way and come look at it and call right after! No call waited and still have to wait until after he is done on his vacation. Wow I don't know ANYONE that takes a 3 week vacation and is NEVER in his office to respond to e-mails!
Little high pricey
Our experience at Ashley Homestore wasn’t just about purchasing furniture. Cathy made the few hours we were with her about helping create a feeling of home before we even unpacked and settled in to our new house. She was quick to gain an understanding of our tastes and preferences. Her knowledge was prominent as she was able to pinpoint my thought process and bring it to life. I can say we walked in as new customers and left with a lasting friendship and lifelong clients. Thank you again for all of your help, Cathy!

While the sales person was helpful, the disclosure was not even close to thorough. We picked what we wanted. When he came back from seeing pricing and getting everything typed up, he told us that he got us a better deal on everything then told us that we’d HAVE to get something else like the protective cover to qualify for the financing. No problem, I get that. So when it was all said and done, he didn’t tell us that we HAD to take delivery which had a charge, which put us over the mark that we had to hit to get the financing so any extras were unnecessary and unwanted, but presented in a way that we had to take them. Not happy about that.
The couch I bought isn't as nice as it looks. The cushions have to be constantly flipped because the 2 cushions push away from each other if you're sitting on them where they come together. You have to sit exactly in the middle of each cushion. I've never gone through this with any other couch that I've sat on. Very disappointed in my purchase.
Our saleswoman was amazing and she got us the best value for our money. We felt comfortable and not hassled or rushed. I wish all sales personnel was that professional. Kudos to Ashley Furniture.
My boyfriend and I came in for furniture and were very happy with our purchase today! I cannot wait to get my new couches!!! Also very satisfied with the customer service from not only our consultant (Lauren) but the rest of the employees as well! Everyone was very nice and helped us through everything. Always appreciated!
For the most part it was a great experience. Greg assisted me the first day. I felt comfortable and he was very knowlegable and I could definitely tell he’s been working in sales for a long time. True sales person through and through. Ultimately, Kathy went through all the paperwork with me the next day and I wish she was the one who assisted me from the start. She’s awesome! Greg saw that I came back to make the purchase and I was a bit disapppointed that he didn’t say thank you for for coming back or anything. I guess he just assumed that he’s getting the sale so why should he care. Even Kathy called the next day to thank me after my purchase! She should receive credit. But, oh well. Overall, good experience. I wish the salesman was a bit more thankful and considerate since I did come back. I will come back to see Kathy!! That’s for sure.

Very satisfied with the entire experience. I was not "hounded" walking through the door. I was able to browse various couches and when I was ready to select one Consultant Joe Healy was able to assist me. Joe answered every question I had about the sectional, warranty, different configurations and prices, material, durability, etc.
Gretchen was the reason for the sale. We could buy a mattress at many different places. The low pressure but knowledgeable sales presentation made us comfortable.
I was very disappointed by Ashley’s support with a porduct they sold me. I purchased a mattress protector with a ten year warrantee. After not taking it off the mattress I paid $3000 for five years, I decided to take it off and take a look. It was shredded and there was a mark on my mattress which looks like it came from the material the inside of the protected is made of. I followed the instructions and sent the protected to protectabed. Protectabed told me I mishandled the protecter when washing it. I never took it off and only washed it before I sent it back for their testing. I was put on hold by Protectabed many times and was told the supervisor was not there and never got a call back. So I have a damaged bed and Ashley will not stand by a product they sold. If you look, there are ton of complains on Protectabed for this same issue, 56 with the BBB alone. Yet Ashley continues to sell this product from a fraudulent company. I am stuck with a damaged mattress and Ashley says tuff luck they done handle the warranty. Weak response from such a large company. I would not trust any product they sell since they don’t do homework on product they sell.
**update 03/06/18** we just received our call with a reschedule 😮 really hoping it doesnt get rescheduled again. We went in to "window shop" for a new sofa on 02/25/2018. This is the first time we have visited the OP location, and I was pleasantly surprised with the layout and size of the store. There were so many selections. After testing out what felt like a hundred sofas, the store manager Tom Kowal assisted us with our purchase. Even though I was only "window shopping" I am glad to say we chose a very nice sofa and cannot wait for it to be delivered. We will continue to do business with Ashley in the future.
Just bought a tv stand and coffee table here and the customer service was awesome. Rodger Steele was so much help. I had a bad experience at another furniture store and It was a night and day difference how well I was treated here. Will definitely come back here in the future!
We bought a couch. We went through the whole process which wasn't terrible in the store. The Store staff is friendly. My issue is that I called the delivery department to schedule my delivery which cost $279 which I think is crazy to begin with, but whatever. They tell me Tuesday between 8AM-10:30AM. I get an email and text message confirming this. I TAKE OFF of work to be home for this delivery. Nobody comes. I call the delivery line, after 15min on hold as they "research the problem" they tell me someone should have called to let me know that the furniture was delayed. I tell them I understand that there was delay but I took off of work and have to pay $279 for this couch to be delivered and nobody came. All I asked was for a free delivery another day for my wasted time and they said someone would call me back about that, which nobody ever did. They ended up delivering on the following saturday. I work 50 hours a week and time off is precious to me. If Ashley screwed up and never contacted me to let me know there was a delay then at least deliver the furniture for free to keep a customer. Won't be shopping with them anymore.
After hours of online shopping I called to ask if the Owingsville kitchen set was available in the showroom and the kindest woman, Kathy, answered the phone. She was beyond helpful in the purchase of our new kitchen set; had it not been for her I would have purchased online and had been building it myself. She suggested Ashley deliver my items so I didn't have to deal with the hassle of building and walked me through their warranty which I gladly purchased. This purchase was even more exciting because of her. The biggest thanks to Kathy! I'm so looking forward to getting my new family table and I'm sure it will be just as beautiful as she said it will be.
Gretchen was AWESOME to work with! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for furniture. She wasn’t pushy and let us looking around at our own leisure but made sure if we had any questions she was right there to offer any help. She was honest when we asked for her opinion and didn’t just say yeah looks good to try and make a sale. I would be DELIGHTED to work with her again.

Products are awesome! Lauren was Awesome! Prices were great. However the manager made me feel like I was a problem. Plan on making several more purchases but I don’t want to feel like that again. Someone must have made a comment to him that I didn’t appreciate the way I was treated because he came back to me finished up my sale and was extremely pleasant.

Service was great. Martin our salesman was very helpful and not pushy. Only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review is because of the "delivery fee". You pay a different price ranging from $70-$500 depending on the cost of your purchase and there is no option for self pick up. If I don't have a choice about pick up or delivery then I feel delivery should be included with the purchase for no extra fee
Our salesman was very helpful in store. Our delivery guys had a difficult time getting our couch in to our two entryways but didn't give up and was able to find a way to get it in. My only issue was that it took a little longer than expected to get our items and we had to reschedule our original delivery date.

The couches and chairs here are nice looking, and the prices are very affordable. We just needed a simple rocker/glider for our babies room and didn't want to spend a fortune this time. If you go there ask for Rodger Steele. He was very knowledgeable, and made the process a breeze.

Horrible. Will never shop here again and I advise you not to either BEWARE.! They promise you everything to get you out the door. Now I have a very expensive piece of junk. Bought five year insurance for my set of furniture which they told me would cover everything.! less than a year later it deteriorated. Tried to claim it and was told that it wont cover my issue and id have to pay someone. At the time of delivery they also scratched my set and got no help with that either. Stay far far away from this place.

I am dropping my 5 star review to a 1 star review. Initially, I was very pleased with our experience. Unfortunately, one of the items that I ordered had been discontinued. They notified me the day before my stuff was being delivered (approx a MONTH after I purchased.) They found the item but it was in another city- they said I'd have to wait a week for it. The following week comes & goes- I hear nothing. Call the sales associate back- she tells me it's "en route" and you should hear something in 3 days. I do get a phone call that day. The associate on the phone tells me that the item doesn't work properly, they have to order parts to fix it and it'll be another TWO WEEKS!!!! I get back on the phone with the sales associate- she tells me that there's nothing they can do, sorry about the wait- we don't have control over these situations. I get on the phone with corporate and she says "Did they give you a loaner base?" No they didn't. I also don't appreciate the sales associate LYING TO ME when she said it's "en route." Being charming on the sales floor is great but the follow up is incredibly disappointing. I bought furniture for 3 bedrooms and a living room there- spent lots of money, only asked for 1 free item of the lot (less than $200) and this is the care I received. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on!!

My husband and I needed an entire household worth of furniture and we had been shopping around everywhere and our experience at Ashley Furniture was by far the best. Our sales associate Ken Stablewski gave us our space and allowed us to take our time picking out our furniture while being readily available to answer any questions or concerns we had. The long term financing was a great option for us because at the time we were in the wedding planning process and we had not decided yet whether we were buying, building, or renting a home. This option allowed us to order all of our furniture and push out our delivery until we were ready and knew where it was being delivered. The customer service we had received was fabulous from start to finish in all areas of the buying process from ordering to delivery. We have had our furniture now for over 4 years and it still looks brand new, everyone always compliments on how great it looks. We had such a wonderful experience at Ashley Furniture that when it came time for me to make a career change in my retail background I applied to Ashley Furniture in Orchard Park and now almost two years later I am part of the management team as a Shift Supervisor. Will definitely not be shopping here again. Purchased a sectional and had to wait 28 days for delivery. To add insult to injury, once couch was ready for delivery was notified that half of it did not have the original legs and would be shipped with temporary replacements. Was told new legs have been ordered and will need to wait another 20 or so days. All in all, a 2 month wait time for a sectional. Unacceptable.

Good furniture selection
After going to several furniture stores we settled on a couch at Ashley Home Store in Orchard Park, NY. The downfall started when the furniture was delivered and several wrong pieces of furniture came in. It was determined that a mistake was made by the sales staff and I understand that happens. The real issue is that we came into the store with specific deminsions for our living room and reiterated our measurements because we wanted a perfect fit especially when spending several thousand dollars. They gave us a guarantee that it would fit or the money would be returned. At this point the couch does not fit and it has been a struggle dealing with the "care center" due to the fact that they can't answer my questions without a managers input/approval. I am very displeased and upset at the process of returning a product to this store. I feel as a customer there are better ways Ashley furniture can handle this.
Took advantage of the 0 percent 60 month. Was a great experience from beginning to end. Took about 40 mins or so and we were out the door. We kind of knew what we wanted but the staff knew exactly where everything was rather than having to wander forever. Gina mykulak was who helped us. And we would for sure call her back .
This company will tell you one thing and do something different. I have never felt more lied to than I did today. The sales person told me that the "Durablend" material would hold up great, we didn't believe it so we were told about the extended warranty and how we would be protected. We bought a $2500 couch and the warranty as well. Of course several years in the couch finish has been wearing and flaking little by little... The manufacturer of the couch told us nothing was covered, The warranty company told us nothing was covered and now Ashley wants to give us the same durablend fabric that is failing us to replace the fabric on our couch when all I asked for was a $300 credit towards a different couch and different material as we do not trust this fabric any longer. Ashley refused. all I can say is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AND THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS OR THE WARRANTIES THEY SELL. NOT EVEN THIER MANUFACTURERS STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL. Even Ashley's rep stated "The durablend is hit or miss, some people have issues and some don't, looks like you got a bad batch."

Never buying anything from here ever again. The couch we purchased fell apart, is the most cheaply made piece of furniture I have ever seen, and was offered a repair of the couch 4 weeks after I contacted them. I couldn't go without a couch and replaced it in the meantime. Just avoid this company and store at all costs. They'll tell you anything to get a sale and jerk you around before offering anything to make things right, which will be too late. If we were offered the repair from the get-go there would have been no issue.

Decent place for furniture
The shopping experience with Ashley Furniture was great. The salesperson Kathy M allowed us to take our time in comparing and selecting our new couch and recliner. On the day of delivery we were given a call to let us know they will arrive in 10 min. 10 minutes later the truck arrived, the delivery men were really friendly and efficient. They placed blankets on the floor so not to track snow into the house. The only down side, they do not take the old furniture away. Not a deal breaker, we can take care of that ourselves. Terrific experience all around.
Our consultant Kathy Michalski was a great help in helping us find a set of chairs for our living room. She explained the sale and payments very well. The only thing we were unhappy about was how she explained we could pick up any furniture we buy from them. Our previous purchase we were told by that consultant that we had to pay for them to delivery it. So basically they ripped us off for over $150 in delivery charges that we didn't have to pay. I have a truck and could have picked it up myself. So be careful if someone tells you that you must pay for shipping.

My wife and I had been in on Black Friday to shop for furniture and dealt with Tom Kowal. We ultimately didn't buy anything then. However, we recently decided to buy a sleeper sofa for our 2nd living room and my wife remembered one she had seen that she wanted. So we stopped by and Tom was there and greeted us by name and with a smile. Pleasant to talk to as before, despite it being a busy Sunday. and listened and answered my wife's questions on the sleeper sofa she wanted - letting her know that it came in different colors etc. Not once did we feel pressured to buy a more expensive model, nor add any other soft furnishings. If we can ever decide on a sofa set for the main living room, we will return here and work with Tom again!

My visit to the Orchard Park store was really very pleasant. I only wanted to see what they had on sale but a friendly gentleman walked up and asked what he could do for me. I told him I probably wouldn't be able to buy anything but he walked me thru the store anyway, speaking to me and my friend, explaining the different things I should know about the sofas. I couldn't make up my mind on Sunday but went back on Monday, found out I could get a color I liked in the style I liked, and a credit plan that is exceptional. I really liked the salesman and the effort he put into a "Possible" sale. Tom Kowal was my salesman and as far as my son and I were concerned, he is top notch. I give him the highest rating possible Can't wait for my new sofa to be delivered..

Excellent store. This store will let you move accent pillows and throws around the store if your spouse is very picky and takes along time to make choices. If your really serious they may even move a piece of furniture to another display if you want to see a different combination.

Christian Latona was a great consultant. He was knowledgeable and had good suggestions. He left us time to discuss our opinions between each other before moving on to the next mattress suggestion. Some sales people are so pushy it becomes annoying when they follow you around, but we didn't feel this way at all. It was a refreshing change of pace. We were able to finance the mattress and he explained the options well. I left there feeling confident we made the right decision! Always a good feeling.

Horrible customer service. Saleswomam Kathy blatantly lied to us to get a sale. Promised us a $100 gift card. When we didn't receive it right away we called and she stated that the delivery crew would have it on delivery. The delivery crew said it happened a few times that day and they knew nothing about the gift card. When we called customer service nothing was done about it. BEWARE OF KATHY M. WILL SAY ANYTHING FOR A SALE. EVEN PROMISE MONEY. VERY FRAUDULENT. She also told us we could exchange anything we didn't like...another lie. Customer service didn't do a thing about it.

Well I received my furniture!!! I thought it was great until I moved my end tables to the correct place and they are very wobbly !!! My entertainment peace piece has missing wood on leg and scuff mark on corner in the front. So, needless to say VERY UNHAPPY! I have tried to get someone to help me out on replacing it possible fixing and that is a joke!!!! This third party system of Ashley's sucks as you get many calls with no solution. I am aggravated and disappointed in the service of trying to get my furniture taken care of. All I am getting is the run around. Communication is terrible and I will not recommend or go thereto get anything again.

I have owned my couch for almost 3 years. In the time I have had it the back support beam has snapped, the piece on the floor behind your feet has also broke and is now sticking out so I stub my toe everytime I walk by the couch, both arm cushion beams have snapped, the springs as well as the wood under the cushions have either popped out of place or broken. There IS NOT A SINGLE SCREW OR NAIL IN THEIR COUCHES. All of their couches are made with plywood, and staples. They are not meant to last longer than a few years. I purchased the extended warranty and the second you move from your original address when purchased, the warranty is voided. I had to argue with Ashley furniture to send someone out to my new address which was only an hour difference and they said they would send someone. Upon review he said they would either give a replacement or do an exchange. I got a call today from the corporate office saying they will not be giving me an exchange nor a replacement. I asked for a small discount off because I've only had it a few years and everything has broke and they were NOT willing to offer me even a 10% discount
This is the WORST place to buy furniture from! My grandma bought a couch from them and even bought the extended warranty on it. 5 years later the couch has fallen on the ground. Every board is out of place. The springs aren't in the right spot. They built the couch with plywood and staples. I kid you not it is the cheapest couch ever made. My grandma only used it for sitting. Never abused it in anyway possible. She paid over $3,000 for this cheaply made couch. When we went to call to get it replaced or fixed, Ashley furniture told us there was nothing they can do.. They know we bought the extended warranty but still refuse to fix it. Poor company. I wouldn't even give it a one star. Very upsetting. My family and I will NEVER buy from them again.

Horrible service!!! This is my second order in the last month which gave me only unpleasant experience and much stress. The reclining love seat from my previous PO which was delivered to my house stopped working 2 minutes after the delivery crew left. Ashley's in store customer services told us that we accepted the order and there is no way the defective piece of furniture to be replaced. They could order a part (which they weren't sure was the defective one - first we have been told that it shall be the button, thereafter the girl changed her mind and said that probably it is the reclining mechanism), which would be delivered within a month. After 2 hours of calls and unpleasant conversations we have been told that Ashley will make us a FAVOR by replacing the defective unit which they sold us by another. A few days later I purchased a table with chairs. The estimated pick up in store date on my order is 12/12/16. Today is 12/22 and I have been told that my table will be not available before the first week of the next month!!!! It seems that we will have our Christmas dinner on the coffee table... The only positive experience with this store was the 'in home' delivery service. These guys really did an excellent job. Probably their manager shall take over the entire store management.

This post is from Doug and Sharon L. Denise M. has now assisted on two occasions to purchase furniture from Ashleys. We have been so impressed with her that we are convinced that Ashley's is the furniture store to start with and that Denise is the only sales person we would use. First she absolutely knows her store. She has taken us around and around the store and knew which items met our needs. We purchased three couches, two desks and sundry other items so we have really put her knowledge to the test. Next I felt that she was out to give us the best deal possible. We were wondering if a particular couch would match our blue rug. Shew excused herself and when she returned,, we could not see her head, she had so many pillows in her arms. And then she did not mind returning the pillows even though we decided that with the help of those pillows that the couch would not match. And finally, she has a great sense of humor. If you want to purchase furniture, start with Ashley's as they have a nice selection at reasonable prices and definitely ask for Denise. She makes furniture shopping a pleasure, not a chore.
Purchased bar stools and recliner today. Mary, Kaitlin, and all of the employees that we encountered on our visit were extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The store honored online pricing on our bar stools, which was a great plus. Will definitely be doing more business there.

I can't say enough good things about Kathy Michalski. My boyfriend and I went in to look at living room furniture for our first house. Kathy greeted us at the door to let us know of the deals going on, she then let us look around and checked back in with us. We found a beautiful set but were unsure of the placement in our living room. Kathy looked at pictures of our room and offered her advice on the placement and possible color schemes. Kathy was so incredibly helpful and patient with us, I think we spent about three hours in Ashley and Kathy never appeared to be come frustrated with how long we were taking. I will definitely be returning to Ashley Furniture and would even say I'd go as far as calling ahead to see if Kathy was working. Thank you Kathy!!

I have made several big purchases in the past year and always have a good experience. Most of the sales representatives are not pushy. The only thing I wish was better was delivery it takes 3-4 weeks normally I don't mind but when you need it asap it kinda stinks. Other then that great customer service.

Me and my Fiance bought two recliners last night and I cant wait to get them. Lourie was great and helped us find the ones we were looking for and had us in and out no time.
Our sales person was Alex Piotrowski and she was AMAZING. My husband, kids and I spent a few hours going back and forth about what we wanted, which I am sure most people do, but Alex was incredibly patient. We told her what we were looking for and without blinking an eye she showed us choices and knew everything off the top of her head which was impressive due to the options available. We had our 4 month old son and our not even yet 2 year old daughter with us and as my husband and I tried to discuss our options, she would talk to our daughter and play with her and her toy, knowing that we could use just a few moments of adult conversation about what to pick. As the time grew longer, we were still undecided and our kids grew more impatient/moody, Alex showed not the slightest frustration. At the end of the day she helped us pick a couch that we absolutely love, fits our needs, style and our daughter made a new friend! WHEN we come back we most certainly will be asking for Alex!

We have made several big purchases from Ashley in the past and have always experienced excellent customer service. This most recent purchase was another great experience. I went in with a specific agenda of what I needed/wanted and I worked with Josh Hutchinson. Josh is very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. He did not uncomfortably follow me around while I shopped, but rather he listened to what I was looking for, gave me some pointers and suggestions, then gave me space to look and think while periodically checking on me. I really appreciated Josh's salesmanship style that was not over-pushing the product but very professionally helped me know what my options were. What's more, Josh and the store manager worked with me to iron out the financing so that this was a win-win and I will have great additions to my home. Thank you Josh Hutchinson for another great Ashely experience!

First time at Ashley"s store in Orchard Park. What a great store. Looking for a rocker/lounge chair. We saw Dave Williams and asked him about the lounge chairs they carry. He showed us many chairs. Found a great one. Dave was never pushy and answered all our questions. We definitely will go back there again. Only thing we didn't like was the $99.00 to deliver one chair. Dave made us a deal but still think delivery was to high. (this is store policy). If you were buying several pieces of furniture I could see it. Thanks Dave and staff at the desk, for explaining check out process. You made it easy for us.

Last week I had a mattress delivered and the delivery guys were very nice and polite and were in and out within 10 min. My Salesman Christian was great and pointed me in the right direction of a mattress that I can say is so comfortable and finally getting a full nights sleep. My husband and I have been working with Sales Manager Jason Thompson for almost a year now. We keep coming back to Jason because he always respects the fact that we like to browse without being "stalked". He lets us take our time and checks in every so often. He's offered advice and design help and we haven't been steered wrong yet. We're very happy with all our purchases and will continue to seek Jason out when new furniture needs arise.
Worst product and worst customer service, I had gotten a couch from here as a gift last year. In less than a year the couch started to sag. I called this location where the couch was purchased and corporate aswell and was transferred back and forth about 5 times both told me couch is under warranty yet they are NOT able to repair or replace couch!!! They want me to pay for a repair on their cheap faulty engineering. Its not a warranty it is a scam. Save your money and pay for a more expensive couch some where else, it will save you money in the long run!! I spoke with a manager at the Orchard Park location last week he said he would figure out why this is happening, never heard back from him, and all corporate did was deny, deny not put me in touch with a manager and just ended up putting me on hold. I belive her name was candice??
Myself and my fiancé walked in just looking around getting ideas for our futute house. Tom was great brought us over information and let us wonder around. Just checking in to see if anything caught our eye. Once we found our bedroom set Tom was amazing. Willing to work with us so we could get this set that we both fell in love with.

The store was very cooperative in accommodating my timeline and even the delivery team was outstanding. We were greeted by a very friendly staff member, John. He helped us find what we were interested in and then gave us time to look at everything they had to offer.
