Very good. Erik was excellent and very prompt in getting information for me to make a decision to buy. Now for the other side. Furniture was supposed to be delivered last Thursday. No calls and no show ladt week. I drove all the way to the store Sunday. No one knew why not delivered. I wanted to buy the love seat and now told discontinued. So now I want to cancel it all and get my money back. Your now delivery is over 5 weeks out when it was supposed to be here last week.

My brother recently passed & left behind an Ashley-made dresser that, despite having a broken drawer, my family wasnt ready to part with yet. The folks at Ashley helped me ID the model & sent me free replacement parts so that I could repair it & let my family hang onto it - seems like a small thing but it was such an incredible gesture. Top notch customer service, happy to be a customer.

Don’t be a sucker and buy their warranty through the third party, we reported a burn mark on the couch, the lady at the warranty company asked if anything else was wrong, I told them the cushions were fading and the stitching was fraying. They added that to the claim and denied it because it was an accumulation of damage and considered normal wear and tear. Salesmen won’t tell you the scam of the warranty, they’re just looking for their commission from that part of the sale. Buyers beware

Everyone we have come in contact with at Ashley was super helpful and provided excellent customer service. The sales rep we got was in training so he was receiving assistance, and both of them were very helpful and answered our questions thoroughly. My son hurt himself while in the store and they rushed to get us a first aid kit and seemed genuinely concerned for his wellbeing. We also had to reschedule the delivery of our bed and the scheduler made it was super easy.

I really don’t rate much but I am here to express my deep frustration and disappointment with a mattress I purchased from Ashley Furniture approximately two years ago. This was a significant investment—nearly $3,000—with the expectation that I would be getting a high-quality product that would support healthy sleep. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. Over time, I began experiencing severe back pain and could not initially understand the cause. It wasn’t until I inspected the mattress closely that I noticed deep indentations on both my side and my husband’s side, with a noticeable bulge forming in the middle. It became clear that the mattress was no longer providing proper support. I visited the store and was told to file a claim online. I followed all instructions, submitted the required photos and measurements, only to be told that the indentations were not “deep enough” to warrant an exchange. This response is incredibly disheartening, especially considering the cost of this mattress and the physical discomfort it has caused me. This was the most expensive mattress I’ve ever purchased, and it has turned out to be a complete disappointment. I expected a much higher level of quality and customer support. Instead, I was met with rigid warranty terms and no concern whatsoever for the impact this faulty product has had on my health. I strongly caution others against purchasing a mattress from Ashley Furniture. In my experience, their products are overpriced, their warranties are ineffective, and their customer service lacks compassion or accountability. I sincerely hope Ashley Furniture takes feedback like this seriously and re-evaluates how it stands behind its products.

Went into Ashley's to check out an ottoman tray my significant other wanted to buy me for my birthday. Kiana greeted us and took us through the store to peruse all that was available in the store and online. Funny thing is, the very first tray she showed me was the one I chose. It looks perfect in this room and replaces the smaller tray I had. I'm very pleased with this purchase and it was a pleasure meeting and searching with Kiana.

Every time I've come in over the years, Tom Kowal has always taken the time to listen to me in regards of what I have in mind, taking me over to the area/areas in question and then giving me the time and space I need to look things over and try them out before he helps narrowing things down a bit by ssking all the right questions and go over all the unique features of each piece of furniture. On Friday, April 11th my needs had changed in the aspect of what I had been pursuing and Tom showed me what Ashley carried in the recliner I was looking for, tried them out as Tom went over the different features each one had, and in less than an hour I made my purchase! Yes, Tom is a good sales man, as opposed to a good salesman and the difference is Tom really care about you and not just making the sale. I purchased furniture from Ashley with the confidence that their warranty would cover any issues, but I was extremely disappointed when my claim was denied. The representative stated that chips due to accidental damage and issues caused by sunlight or moisture are not covered, even though these are normal household conditions. The warranty exclusions were not made clear at the time of purchase, and I feel the refusal was unfair. I expected better quality and customer service from a company like Ashley. I recommend buyers carefully review the fine print before purchasing. I hope Ashley Furniture reconsiders how they handle warranty claims, as it affects customer trust.

Our salesmen were Tom and Shaun. When I say we couldn’t be happier, that is the gods honest truth. They were easy to talk to, get a long with and even went to the extent of playing with our 3yr old son while we shopped around. They understood our situation and made sure they could help us in every which way they possibly could. They made us feel as if we were apart of their family, instead of some strangers. If I had to recommend any place, it would be Ashley’s Furniture. If you need someone you can trust that will give you an honest price, go to Shaun or Tom. I cannot thank or praise them enough!!

The transaction was fine. She was nice but not pushy. She told us to order in store even though the couch was not on display because they would deliver it into the house, but I could have gotten online with the same kind of delivery. So don't fall for that. She made it seem that when they were ready to deliver they would call and schedule a time that worked for me... but now they are saying they only come to our area which is only 34 miles away every other Wednesday and gave us a 3 hour time limit that we cannot change. She said something like "the soonest that it would be delivered would be Jan. 15 but they will call you few days ahead of time to schedule the time that works for you" come to find out they have very limited scheduling and I cannot be home on Wednesday so now my husband has to take off. Not very happy about this and the delay of getting our couch. I rescheduled but they can only reschedule for the day and not for the time frame. so annoying!!

Yes the furniture is pretty. The warranty that we were persuaded to buy was a joke. When we had service come out to fix a couple spots on our table the color was way off. I let it go but then got fed up with the poor mismatched paint job I called service to try and remedy this myself. Service advised the table was discontinued and advised me to call Mowhawk Paint with the product sku to obtain the color of the paint. Mowhawk was a nightmare to talk to, they were very confused as well. I called service back and asked them if they could speak directly to Mowhawk to aid me in finding the paint color. They said no they couldn’t do that. This was a problem they couldn’t fix but should have been able to while I was under warranty. They refused. I just want the name of the paint color, which nobody seems to know. They are sugary sweet and nice when you are spending a lot of money on their furniture.But useless in future problems they promise they will address. I’m not buying from them again…

Everyone here was amazing! None of the sales reps pressured me into buying anything. However, throughly explained comfort, style, and pricing. Naim was nothing less than great and so was the manager. I also got expedited shipping because my sales rep went the extra step to call in so I didn’t have to sleep uncomfortably during my transition back to the states from Japan. Also, the sales were too good to pass up with financing rates! I will be back!

We're moving into our first new home as a family of 5, and we came in for new couches, but left with that, a new bed, mattress, nightstand and TV stand! We got approved for 5 year interest free financing and we're so happy with the products we purchased! We do have to wait about 4 weeks for delivery which is the only negative- but were told we can call back and get an earlier partial delivery if some products are available earlier. Salesperson was very helpful, good service however as a repeat customer I am shocked at how expensive delivery charges are every time I purchase from this store. The delivery charges are more expensive than other local competitors and they never comp them regardless of how much you spend.

If you’re in the market for furniture please ask for Maryem. I just purchased a couch , dressers and bedroom pillows from her.

I doubt what salesman by the name of Hunter. He was very pleasant kind and took his time with me and explained everything and my daughter came in and dealt with Hunter and her experience, which I was there with her was excellent too thank you.

I was greed on that Saturday, from an associate. I started to walk around looking while I was greeted by another associate telling me about the deals and if he could help me. Came in for a pillow. Left with a pillow. had an excellent experience with salesperson Maryem who had me try a few different ones until I found one that was just right.

Friendly, looked for the best deals and took his time with us even though the store closed he finished our purchase.

Rosemary was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. I found what I wanted online but, wanted to come and check it out in-store. Rosemary showed us some comparable stuff and also helped us with price matching. I would recommend this location. If I have any issues with the furniture post delivery I will update this review but the in-store experience was fantastic.

Ashley Furniture assured me that the delivery people would move the old sofa out to the front by the street so our garbage people could take it. The delivery people said they do not move the old sofa. Now I'm stuck with two sofas one old and one new in the family room. Very disappointed in Ashley's furniture!

We had an excellent experience, the delivery crews are great and the sales people are very informative, especially Candice Stalker! She was very friendly and never pushy. She helped us narrow down what we where looking for and come to a final decision! We're extremely happy with our new furniture and plan on going back for more in the future!
