Wonderful experience purchasing a dresser from the store in Patchogue. Tommy our salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery was flawless and Kevin was very careful with our delivery and removal of our old dresser.
I went into the Ashley store in Patchogue after spending several days trying to find a couch online. I had some pretty strict size constraints, but still wanted to get the biggest and most comfortable couch I could fit in the space. I basically told the staff member helping me, “I want a couch where I sit down and it’s so soft I sink into it and asphyxiate,” and gave him my maximum length and door-width measurements. He took me around the store, showed me all the options that would work, and explained the differences between them, including the fabrics, available colors, sizes, and pricing. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying something. We eventually settled on the Maggie Sofa, which was exactly what I was looking for. Since I was in the middle of moving, they were also very accommodating with delivery. I was able to choose the specific day and was given a reasonable four-hour delivery window, which made planning around the move much easier. The delivery crew was fantastic as well. They expertly navigated the couch through the doors, brought it directly to the exact spot I wanted it, and cleaned up all of the wrapping and packaging afterward. Both of the guys were extremely nice, professional, and respectful. Overall, I had a great experience from walking into the store through delivery. The Maggie is ridiculously comfortable, I got exactly the kind of couch I was looking for, and both the sales and delivery experience were excellent.
