I recently purchased a home and needed a new dining room set and bedroom set. Nick was very educated in helping me pick out the best products for our home and all the financing options available. Went into Ashley’s furniture on a whim to look for a couch/sleeper for my basement before heading to a bunch of stores tomorrow. When we went in we were greeted by Nick P who was extremely helpful in showing us which couch/sleepers they had to show. Well we don’t have to go to another store tomorrow. Nick P was able to explain everything about the couches, was extremely nice and didn’t push to sell us anything. The whole order process was no longer than 10-15mins and everything was explained thoroughly. Now we are just waiting on delivery. Very happy with the experience and now this will be our first stop when we need any other furniture.

I *hate* furniture shopping, it’s hard to make decisions and I often feel a lot of pressure from the sales teams. Ashely has just been next level with their team - no pressure and really helpful. Jessica helped me piece together our new living room, she really understood what I was looking for and was able to find items that were not obvious to me on the floor until I had the perfect living room. Kinda wanted her to come do that for my entire house after that, really had so much fun working through it with her help which is absolutely opposite how I felt about any sales team ever. Beware buying the floor models. I purchased an electric recliner and the motor stopped working the next day. Contacted their service dept was told floor models are as-is, no warranty. Very disappointed

They were able to schedule delivery this week, however due to my work schedule, I needed a Saturday delivery! The first available saturday was April 6th as they were booked up. I took it but staff stated they would check tomorrow to see if something opened up to possibly deliver it earlier! Alice the Manager was able to create some magic monday 3/11/24 and I am now getting it Delivered this Saturday instead of waiting a few weeks! This store scams its customers and doesn't follow up! I was sold 2 desk chairs at $600 each with their protection plan knowing the chairs were going to be used in a commercial space. The chairs are garbage and fell apart. When I went to use the plan I was told I couldn't because the chairs are in a commercial environment which voids the warranty I was sold and paid for. I brought the chair into the store where I was promised by the manager on duty Dan Mullin that I would be contacted the next day. It's been over 3 weeks and I have heard nothing. I'm stuck with a $1200 pile of garbage and a bunch of lies, from the point of sale to the managers I'm dealing with now. Do not buy from them, they will sell you products and services you cant use, all they want is a sale and your money.

Dan at Ashley Furniture in Patchogue has been helping me decide on a bed purchase for a while (I‘ve been stopping by periodically when I’m in the neighborhood to ask questions as I think of them.) He is always pleasant and courteous, and answers all my questions. He also didn’t rush me; he let me lie in the bed(s) until I felt comfortable in my choice. To make a long story short, I finally pulled the trigger and purchased 2 XL twin adjustable beds. I got a $400 discount for “Black Friday” with delayed delivery (my choice). Dan helped alleviate all of my concerns and made me feel confident that I was making the right decision. After all, beds are NOT cheap! I’m thoroughly satisfied with the service provided by Dan and the selections offered by Ashley Furniture. Ask Dan when you come in to look/buy. You won’t be disappointed.

Ashley's furniture makes buying furniture so easy. I bought several pieces of furniture recently and Carl has been so helpful and easy to work with. He has even helped me with orders after hours with great patience. He has taken all of the stress out of buying furniture and getting it delivered.

Do NOT use Ashley Furniture! I was quoted a price for my furniture in writing. I went to the store the same day to complete the order. When I got there I was told the salesman Carl had “made a mistake” and they couldn’t give me that price or any price close to it. I spoke to Alice, the manager who confirmed there was nothing they could do. I also reached out to Dana Braunschweiger, the regional manager, and received no response. This was my message to her: Hi Dana, I’m the customer that was just at your Patchogue location. I’m extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in Ashley furniture. I’ve never had dealings with your company and for this to be my first experience indicates it will be my last. I’m very upset that your company didn’t honor the total given to me. Unfortunately, word of mouth and social media is typically the best way to retain and or lose customers and when a company doesn’t do the right thing it will reflect poorly on them. Had you honored the price I was given, I would have purchased the items despite the hassle. Now I’m left with a poor image of your company and how you treat your customers. The lack of customer service at Ashley’s should be a warning to all, please spend your money elsewhere.

Terrible service from Ashley furniture and the customer service… they delivered a defective couch from day one. My issue has not been fixed and I have been having issues after issues with this “brand new couch” I am very disappointed and I will have to reach out to BBB at this point or a lawyer because I don’t know where else to turn too… I’m so sorry and upset that I didn’t read the terrible reviews about this company before hand… If only they just rectified the issue and replaced the couch from day one instead of trying to rebuild my couch like an old Buick. This is so wrong and I feel like I have been SCAMED

Worst Experience ever. Ever worse Product! Customer service is a joke. Can’t believe this place is still in business! Purchased a brand new couch paid around $4,000 for the couch only for it to arrive a cheap broken piece of junk. Ashley sent a service tech to rebuild our Couch rather than replace it with a new one. The service tech ripped the couch open and stuffed it a couch cushion to reinforce than terrible stapled it back together! Then 2 months later the pull out bed frame broke with my mother in law sleeping on it!! I was lied to every step of the way by the salesman in store! WHO swore to me this couch was top of the line. And that the couch was made with a new special tech that eliminated the painful bars in the pull out sofa! Boy was that ever a lie! Rather than just replacing the couch with a new one they keep sending a repair guy here to destroy my couch and leave! This place is a joke !! And should be shut down! Do NOT EVER BUY FROM ASHELY FURNITURE

My husband and I had gone to the Ashley in Patchogue today and we had a wonderful experience with Nick. As soon as we walked in the door, he had greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile. When we first walked in we met Shanice. Such a helpful individual, she was patient and nothing but supportive. She gave us many options of how to configure our outdoor furniture set, which my hubby loved so we come back and get it. We went into the store to browse today. Worked with Nick and found the perfect dining table at a great price so we went ahead with the purchase. Nick was knowledgeable and very accommodating Great experience

Horrible horrible company! Do not order anything from this company ever! Bought furniture from them and my couch came ripped not once, not twice but three times my items were delivered defective and unusable. Then they tried to convince us to keep the defective furniture that we paid thousands for after the 3rd attempt to deliver us defective items. We received a measly $250 back for the delivery fee when I had to take off 3 days of work to be home for the deliveries and now 4! They value there employees time because they clearly didn't want to do the work to return it for the 3rd time but they don't value your time in the sense you have to be home for these deliveries. Sure accidents happen but this is a joke that my furniture was unusable 3x now. You need to make things right by the customer when you MAKE MISTAKES. It's called good business and this company has none. Ashley furniture needs do a much better job at compensating their customers if they want them to return. We have a really bad taste in our mouth about this company and I made sure we advised all of our family and friends not to SHOP HERE!

Beware of purchasing furniture from Ashley and buying the extended warranty. It covers nothing. I bought living room and dining room furniture from them. The pop-up coffee table is peeling color coming off and warping. The dining room table, the finish came off where the plastic knobs underneath my lazy susan came in contact with the table top. I bought the extended warranty which is not cheap only to be told nothing is covered. I would have to pay for a technician come to my house. The set is about a year old. Why does the warranty state this is all covered, but I'm told this falls under normal wear and tear.

Sam and Alice were wonderful. Not your normal up-your-butt sales women and it was so much appreciated. I appreciate the opinions that I asked Sam for, sometimes you want people’s opinion, not just “whatever you like”. Great experience, hope to go back for more furniture.

I answered that I would recommend Ashley but I do have some reservations. I brought a coupon for ‘$100 off a purchase of +750$’ that I had received via email when I signed up for A List status. Steve told me it would be honored. A few moments later when Samantha was ringing the purchase up she informed me that it was for online purchase only. Tiny, tiny print at the bottom of the email!!I could order online for $100 less? Doesn’t make sense, now I understand why so many people order online and only go into furniture store to check out purchase in person. Then go home and order online. I am not blaming sales staff but I definitely want to speak to regional manager. I am not happy and not sure if I would recommend to my friends and family. Linda Keyes

Horrible customer service, I simply requested a service to move sofa to one of the floor in room on upper floor, first they refused to service saying the space is short and they are afraid something might so i asked them to move it to the same floor to another room and seems they didnt wanted to work today at all and refused to service saying floors are too nice and will get scratched. I repeatedly told them its a simple lift ill sign the waiver and take personal liability if any damage happens but the service guys were committed to not to move at all. Not even once he tried to lift the couch to see if it was heavy at all. Zero efforts just upfront refusal to service. Attached a photo to show the sofa which was to be moved a few feets away to another room. Also their customer rep told me NO RETURNS so im now forced to keep the sofa

Got our patio set delivered today. 250$ delivery charge. Came super late, missing 1/3 the order. No compensation just “we will reacheudale you another day 9-5 delivery time” super nasty customer service too. Never will buy from them again

Just really upset with the couch i have . It doesn’t even fit my living room and so the sectional part is moved to a diagonal side to fit .. just really annoying . When the people came to put it in we recieved a phone call if everything’s good we said yes and within the hour of trying to figure out how to fit it in our living room after that phone call we called back saying it doesn’t fit they proceeded to say they couldn’t do anything about it so basically I’m stuck with a couch that clearly cannot fit . Measure your space before buying so you don’t end up like me .

We bought bedroom furniture and dealt with ken and Alice and they went above and beyond to help us, they answered every question we had and we had a lot and they never rushed us or made us feel like we were asking to much, they were never pushy or followed us around the store like most sales people do but they were right there if we needed them. We came back the following day because we had some questions about pricing and ken spent so much time with us and made us feel so comfortable about our purchase. I cannot say enough about the two of them, they were extremely professional and such nice people to work with I highly recommend asking for them when you are looking for furniture

We were told our couch would be in before April 20, 2022 now they are telling us that the delivery will not be in until after May 5. They promised us it would be in and now it’s not going to happen! The sales person Lorraine even said to us that she would rather not promised a date when it would be there so she told us it would come in later which would’ve been April 20. Don’t listen to these people when they promise you something!

I was lied to regarding the delivery of my furniture which was purchased on January 05, 2022. The first date was January 28 then it changed to January 21 now I am being told it will be February 14, 2022. Several calls have been made to the salesman and he hasn't returned my call. Response to the owner- I received notification on the 21of January That my order has arrived and I shall be receiving a call letting me know my delivery date. According to the warehouse, my entire order is there. Your salesman Craig Rissland told me that the owner purchased extra furniture due to the COVID Pandemic not having his CUSTOMERS waiting a long time for three delivery. Question Owner, who is lying to the customers?

DO NOT DEAL WITH DAWN P OR THE MANAGER ALICE as they act like they care BUT the actions they took (NONE) A couple of years ago I bought a mattress from Sales Associate Dawn and because of her kind and professional manners I recently was in need of furniture and followed her to her new store and made a very large purchase; however a personal dilemma came up that I needed to cancel my order. I actually felt so badly with all the help she offered me during the sale REASSURING me with everything, I went in with a little gift. The problem is I came in as this was still in the SALE process to CANCEL and Dawn and her manager Alice wanted to try and save that Big sale and put me on a customer to call list explaining that there would be no deliveries until I called! And then table pads are delivered WITHOUT me calling for a delivery! (and no table delivered because the only call I made was to CANCEL!!! When I called her immediately and again Dawn told me she was not in the building but that she would handle it and NEVER did. Her manager Alice also told me she would handle this error on their part and never called me back and the same with Nina (In Operations)which is a BIG PROBLEM!!! All 3 Ashley Associates telling me they are going to handle their mistake and did NOTHING and now a charge of $454.05 appears on my bill!!!!!!!!! For table pads that were for a table I canceled!!!

I went to the Patchogue store to see if they would honor the online prices I got that were less and they did! Shawna was so lovely to deal with and extremely helpful! She went through my whole order until everything matched and I was completely satisfied. Such a pleasure and left a very happy customer! Thank you Shawna!

I furnished my whole home with Ashley Furniture. Great products and great service. I’m very happy with my purchases!

The salesperson went out of her way to help me. I bought two lamps and other items but was mistakenly charged for three lamps. When I pointed out the mistake I asked to see the manager as the clerk said my ‘refund’ would take up to two weeks to process. I said it wasn’t a refund it was an overcharge on Ashley’s part, but they wouldn’t give me a receipt stating so. I had to wait 20 minutes for the manager (at my insistence) to hand sign my receipt with the amount due me and his signature. Needless to say I won’t be shopping at Ashley’s anymore.

I will not know until I receive my delivery. Yet the salesman was very Thorough. So far, so good.

Dan is fantastic, the service was wonderful and effortless. The staff was extremely welcoming and not pushy in anyway. I would recommend to family and friends.

My husband and I have been to this store a few times over the past month for great reasons. Initially, we went in to look around for a sectional. We were immediately greeted by Ashely who was a pleasure to work with. She walked around the entire store with us and asked questions to better understand our needs and wants in a sectional and was able to point us to sectionals that fit those needs. She went above and beyond by even helping us stage some of the furniture to help us visualize what it would look like in our living room. By doing this, we ended up not only purchasing the sectional, but came back to purchase two end tables and two chairs to go along with our sectional. Truly a great experience. Ashely you are great! Andrew Levy was our salesperson. He was fantastic. He was knowledgeable about the furniture we were buying. They didn’t have it in store for us to see. We were going to drive 40 minutes away to a different store so we could see the item in person. Instead, Andrew saved us time and money by face timing one of the sales associates so we could “see” the item. He was a pleasure to work with and well be back to shop for furniture with Andrew.

I was moving into a new house, we had some furniture, but needed a lot. I walked in after a month of trying to find well priced items (in my very specific style) and as I walked in Shawna came up to me and we had a great connection. She helped me scope out some pieces and then I left and brought my husband (+dog) back to finalize the order. She was a pleasure to work with and made the process so easy. She shared her work cell too and we were able to add to our order over the next month, when we realized we forgot items. It was like having an amazing personal shopper to help finalize the orders. This place and all the CS ppl are amazing, especially Yaw, Alice and Paul We went in on Wednesday to purchase a dining room set and found it cheaper on line, went in the next day and they price matched it and we ended up also purchasing another part of the collection. We were looking for something specific, and with a little help from Craig we found the last piece I needed. Mix and matching two different sets to create a perfect living room for my new apartment. I had a fabulous experience at Ashley Furniture!!! I started of with Shawna who was very nice and knowledgeable. She gave me all the information I needed on the piece I requested. I came back in to complete the sale Shawna left for the day and I Sammy started to help. She was sweet and nice!! Very knowledgeable and personable I loved every minute I was with her. Originally the item was on back stock and we found out the item could be delivered within a week. Sammy was so happy for me you would’ve thought she was going to be enjoying the set me. I loved the my experience there the manager was very nice and engaging as well. Ashley Furniture in patchogue is the best. I will continue to do business there. Thank you guys!!!

I purchased two items from This location and Yaw helped me both times. He was super considerate and helpful! He helped me visualize the furniture in the layout of my space and was very knowledgeable. I would definitely return to purchase more items here!

Craig was very helpful, patient and accommodating! I told him about a negative experience I’ve had with delivery from a different Ashley store in the past and he made several accommodations to ensure I have a good experience this time, including giving me his personal business card so I can contact him directly if needed. We can’t wait to come back to Ashley in Patchogue, and Craig specifically, to furnish the rest of our home!

When purchasing my couch, it was through Craig. I don’t recommend using him to anyone. All he wanted to do was make his sale and get us out the store. He promised things he had no business promising to anyone. He made guarantees when it was out of his hands. Instead of being honest and a good sales person, he was the exact opposite. When we tried to get updates and more information, he was the furthest thing from helpful. I feel bad for anyone who buys through Craig. I’m not sure how someone can do a job so poorly and remain at that job. It’s sad and I hope this review can prevent future customers from purchasing from him!

We LOVE our outdoor sofa! We worked with Shawna at the Ashley HomeStore in Patchogue. Shawna was attentive and helpful and was able to get our sofa delivered in the same week. She answered all of our questions and we could not be happier. I was using the website at first, but the in store experience was MUCH better-- I am SO GLAD WE WENT INTO THE STORE. The stock items were very different in store than online and with Shawn's help we were able to get our sofa almost immediately. The delivery was well organized and on time. I highly recommend Ashley in Patchogue for any furniture needs!

We had an incredible experience shopping here! The store is beautiful and very clean. I was greeted at the front door the moment I walked in by the sales associate, Jeffrey. He is very professional, patient (had a newborn with me both times) and helpful. We ended up furnishing pretty much our entire summer house (both indoor and outdoor) with beautiful pieces. Samantha, the store manager, was great and helped us close out the purchase late in the evening. All in all, they knock it out of the park with customer service here and I highly recommend them. Can’t wait to have the furniture delivered - thanks again Jeffrey and Samantha! We’ve done 2 more rounds here since our original purchase in 2021 and always a great experience. Dawn and her Manager were excellent! We did Round 3 at Ashley Furniture to furnish a number of rooms in our new house. Juana, our sales associate, is EXCEPTIONAL. She was patient going through floor plans and went above and beyond to help pick pieces, coordinate deliveries and much more. I would have never expected such customized care from a “box” store but Juana completely exceeded my expectations. Beyond that, the furniture looks amazing and is great quality. We had a better experience at Ashley then we did at high-end furniture stores in High Point, NC. Kudos to the Ashley Patchogue team.

I walked in looking for a dining room table. I was in there about 15 minutes. Nobody asked if I needed help . Nobody approached saying someone will be with you as soon as they can. There was a woman who saw me as she was continually walking around with the same lamp. So I leave I call the store next day to inquire how long the sale would be going on. The woman who answered told me she had no idea. Any furniture store I've ever gone into someone asked if you needed help & if you did someone will be with you. I'm glad others had a good experience

My husband and I came in looking to purchase a new couch! As we were sitting down admiring a set an amazing salesman by the name of Jeffery came up to us. He asked us what we were looking for. Our likes and dislikes, color of carpet and walls in the room we would be putting the couch in. He proceeded to show us 5 different couches explaining everything about them. He patiently sat with us while we worked out financing and down payments. Within less then an hour we walked out proud owners of a new living room set being delivered in a week and a half. Best experience furniture shopping we ever had. I highly recommend to visit Ashely in Patchogue and ask to see Jeffery. You wont be disappointed.

First off Ashley home store offers a huge selection and options to furnish your home. The customer service/sales agent Asia was extremely helpful and made the process as simple as possible. She gave me the space to choose the pieces and helped make my dreams come true with being able to finally have a fully furnished apartment. I look forward to working with Asia in the future.

My wife and I went into the new store at the behest of a friend of ours, after he went and said it was fantastic. I was skeptical but after seeing the place for myself, WOW. We were lucky enough to have encountered Asia when we walked in and holy cow, what a phenomenal representative. She showed us many chairs, listened to all of our needs, worked within our budget, was NEVER pushy but attentive, and ultimately got us a wonderful recliner that I really loved. Assisted by Paul (who was incredible in his own right) the two went above and beyond, made us feel comfortable in our purchase and contributed to a tremendous experience. I look forward to doing business with them in the future and for a long time to come.

I went to this brand new location today to purchase a sectional and bedroom set for my new home. The entire showroom was so spacious, clean, and beautiful. Alice Binnie was our sales person and she was so friendly and helpful! We were even measuring dimensions to ensure the items would fit. Visited the brand new Patchogue store and was blown away at how clean, bright and modern the store was. It has a very inviting feel when you walk in.
