Walked in Sunday afternoon with my mother and literally was not acknowledged by a single staff member. The store itself was fairly empty, only one other patron who left soon after we arrived. It was so noticeable because the other potential customers were serviced and greeted kindly. We were so off put that we left and ended up at Raymour and Flanigan and went on to order a living room set, mattress, reclining motorized love seat and dining room set with the help of Mark, who is awesome! Ruby and Larry at Bobs Furniture next door were great as well! Shame they missed out on thousands of dollars of business and commission because of poor attitudes. Maybe it was an off day but think, twice about spending your hard earned money at this location!

He said everything was fine and that they would ship the product on Friday. We threw everything out of my daughter's room because it would arrive on Friday. We waited, and no one ever wrote or called to confirm delivery. So we called the store. The number they have here isn't direct to the store, it's only for customer service. We haven't been able to speak to the salesperson, and they told us they wrote that we would pick up the bedroom set at the store, but we never said that! We've been calling for several days, and they always tell us the salesperson will contact us soon, but they haven't. Now, even to give them our money, we have to go through unpleasant, stressful moments! We haven't received a response and will have to go directly to the store. Very bad service. (Original) Fuimos hace pocos días y decidimos comprar un juego de habitación con descuento para mi hija y Brandon el vendedor hizo todo los arreglos para hacer la compra, dijo que todo estaba bien y que enviarían un día viernes el producto y nosotros tiramos todo de la habitación de mi hija porque llegaría todo el viernes. Esperamos y nunca nadie escribió o llamo para confirmar el delivery entonces llamamos a la tienda y este número que tienen aquí no es directo a la tienda es solo para servicio al cliente, no hemos podido hablar con el vendedor y nos dijeron que el escribió que nosotros iríamos a recoger el juego de habitación a la tienda y nosotros nunca dijimos eso!! Hemos estado llamando varios días y siempre nos dicen que pronto se pondrá en contacto con nosotros el vendedor y no lo ha hecho.
