Meshara was wonderful she was extremely patient and understanding with our needs. My family is very indecisive with everything and took a while, but she gave us the time we needed. She helped us make great decisions for our home, and lastly was kind through it all.

Meshara was amazing and very patient, will definitely be returning if the purchase was worth it. Excellent customer service. Ryan also was very helpful. Upon further review, the prices and selection are about the same as online and questionable, but the staff is trained well. The selection itself is pretty limited but we were assured the stuff is good quality. Remains to be seen. In the future, I would do a price comparison before I buy. Also, return policy here is a process and strict, be sure of your purchase.

Stay away from Ashely Furniture Outlet in Rosedale! I went there with my ACIMA credit, and I met Adam some lady who said she was the manager. They gave me a good deal on the couch, bed and ottoman. But I did not get how much I was going to pay and did not sign a lease. Then I went to the store to cancel it for they wrote the wrong address. I met Meshera who worked with me, and help be revised the order. Then on Monday, September 2nd, 2024, I get and email from their delivery person that it will be delivered on the 17th with the bed, couch, mattress and ottam. I called the store and spoke to some person, then Meshera called me to come in on Saturday, September 7, to fix the situation with the order. He said he would call me back, but never did. When I called on Friday, September 6th I was told my order was cancelled and the customer, which was supposed to be me stated she did not want the furniture. I never told Meshera that, he told me to come into the store on Saturday, September 7, at 11:00 am. When I called Ashleys number I was told that they will have someone called me to no avail no one called. I am not wasting my time to go to the Ashley Store in the Five Towns outlet in Queens ever again. They are con artist and crooks and if that order comes, I will call the police on the delivery guys for this is nothing but a con job against poor people. Very Angry Andrea D. Robinson

Ashley furniture store they are nice to talk to about purchasing furniture, but the rules and regulations differ from the store to this phone calls as well as the delivery phone calls. On Tuesday, the phone calls started stating that the The couch I purchased will be put on the truck on Wednesday, 10 July 2024. And I had just that day, July 10, 2024 to change my purchase or if I did not want to couch at all Permission to do so would be lost. Why are they putting my couch on the truck on Wednesday to be delivered July 12, 2024 I don’t know. I would lose the opportunity to change my mind, And if I change my mind, I would lose $100. If I change the couch that I wanted, it would cost $100, If I changed the delivery day, That would cost $100. If I was not there when they are delivering the couch, it would be automatically delivered another day. It would cost $100. Ashley furniture store as well as a lot of other businesses are giving out too many and way too much conditions to purchase items from their store, That would generate more money than the items are worth. Beware, all Entities are trying to generate more money, By setting to too many conditions on purchases, Of clothes, Furniture, Or any item that has been brought from their establishment. Their rules and regulations do not coincide when purchasing all items, But differ From the actual agreement. Ashley furniture store and their rules and regulations do not add up together.

I went to this store to CANCEL an order and delivery. Upon arrival Meshara the store associate informed me that it is canceled. However it was never canceled and I received a text that the item will still be delivered. I am very disappointed with this misleading customer service.

While walking through just "looking" a really nice gentleman named Kevin helped us out. Then Meshara joined us and they were helpful and personable, they are the "dream team" here. I would definitely recommend coming here they were great.

Had the worst experience! Would’ve rated it a zero if I could. I was fortunate enough to move into an apartment and was looking for a bed set: a bed frame, a mattress, a dresser, a couch and maybe a night stand. Brandon, the salesperson who helped us was PERSISTENT. None of the furniture he showed us look great. We tried to leave several times to look else where because I didn’t like what I’ve seen, but he kept directing us to the next furniture set. Must be getting paid commission. I guess he convinced us to buy something because we did. And it all came up to about $4,000. I lost the mattress proctor the same day I bought it and had to purchase a brand new the next day. What’s the point of all the warranties and “protection plans” I purchased for my furniture. I’m aware it’s my fault for losing it, but loss should be included and covered too. The dresser I wanted is not the dresser that was sent! I got a media chest instead with 2 drawers. Brandon picked that out for me on purpose when I asked a DRESSER with 6 drawers. I complained about it to said salesperson and silence. It’s half the size of what I needed and now I can’t even return it back and have to buy the actual dresser instead. What was the point?!!!! Will never shop with y’all again.

He said he would make sure she received credit for the sale. I appreciate that. I like managers that look out for their employees. The other young lady that assisted me, I believe her name was Shereen (?), if that's not correct I hope it's charged to my head and my heart. They were both, helpful, kind, funny, understanding, and extremely patient with me when my card informed me that I had spent entirely too much money in a day :) I would definitely recommend this location. I purchase a sectional on the 27th of August, one week after delivery a section appears defective. I reached out to Ashley and have been getting the run around since. I have a warranty on the item and was told it was void because I used their recommended delivery man to take it to my house. To date I'm still trying to find someone to assist with my issue. I will never shop or recommend anyone to purchase from Ashley. Very unethical salespersons and rude customers service staff.
