Ashley furniture store they are nice to talk to about purchasing furniture, but the rules and regulations differ from the store to this phone calls as well as the delivery phone calls. On Tuesday, the phone calls started stating that the The couch I purchased will be put on the truck on Wednesday, 10 July 2024. And I had just that day, July 10, 2024 to change my purchase or if I did not want to couch at all Permission to do so would be lost. Why are they putting my couch on the truck on Wednesday to be delivered July 12, 2024 I don’t know. I would lose the opportunity to change my mind, And if I change my mind, I would lose $100. If I change the couch that I wanted, it would cost $100, If I changed the delivery day, That would cost $100. If I was not there when they are delivering the couch, it would be automatically delivered another day. It would cost $100. Ashley furniture store as well as a lot of other businesses are giving out too many and way too much conditions to purchase items from their store, That would generate more money than the items are worth. Beware, all Entities are trying to generate more money, By setting to too many conditions on purchases, Of clothes, Furniture, Or any item that has been brought from their establishment. Their rules and regulations do not coincide when purchasing all items, But differ From the actual agreement. Ashley furniture store and their rules and regulations do not add up together.

I went to this store to CANCEL an order and delivery. Upon arrival Meshara the store associate informed me that it is canceled. However it was never canceled and I received a text that the item will still be delivered. I am very disappointed with this misleading customer service.

The whole experience was good. We are awaiting the furniture. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was due to the longgggg time to process the paperwork. We paid no financing and purchased all pieces that came with the set. We were the easiest customers for his day.

While walking through just "looking" a really nice gentleman named Kevin helped us out. Then Meshara joined us and they were helpful and personable, they are the "dream team" here. I would definitely recommend coming here they were great.

Had the worst experience! Would’ve rated it a zero if I could. I was fortunate enough to move into an apartment and was looking for a bed set: a bed frame, a mattress, a dresser, a couch and maybe a night stand. Brandon, the salesperson who helped us was PERSISTENT. None of the furniture he showed us look great. We tried to leave several times to look else where because I didn’t like what I’ve seen, but he kept directing us to the next furniture set. Must be getting paid commission. I guess he convinced us to buy something because we did. And it all came up to about $4,000. I lost the mattress proctor the same day I bought it and had to purchase a brand new the next day. What’s the point of all the warranties and “protection plans” I purchased for my furniture. I’m aware it’s my fault for losing it, but loss should be included and covered too. The dresser I wanted is not the dresser that was sent! I got a media chest instead with 2 drawers. Brandon picked that out for me on purpose when I asked a DRESSER with 6 drawers. I complained about it to said salesperson and silence. It’s half the size of what I needed and now I can’t even return it back and have to buy the actual dresser instead. What was the point?!!!! Will never shop with y’all again.

He said he would make sure she received credit for the sale. I appreciate that. I like managers that look out for their employees. The other young lady that assisted me, I believe her name was Shereen (?), if that's not correct I hope it's charged to my head and my heart. They were both, helpful, kind, funny, understanding, and extremely patient with me when my card informed me that I had spent entirely too much money in a day :) I would definitely recommend this location. I purchase a sectional on the 27th of August, one week after delivery a section appears defective. I reached out to Ashley and have been getting the run around since. I have a warranty on the item and was told it was void because I used their recommended delivery man to take it to my house. To date I'm still trying to find someone to assist with my issue. I will never shop or recommend anyone to purchase from Ashley. Very unethical salespersons and rude customers service staff.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience with this company. I don’t even know where to begin. Well let’s start with the lies and bad business practices we were met with on the sales floor. Someone told us he was a manager and was not! They told us that our furniture was one price and we later found out that if not paid in full in 90 days that the price TRIPPLES! The delivery guys are the absolute worst! They bribe money out of you during the delivery or threaten to not be able to get your furniture into your apartment. They bribed us twice and we told Ashley furniture and they told us this was ok and normal for them to ask for extra money during the delivery! Terrible experience and scam

I went to the location on Rockaway Turnpike and I was pleasantly surprised. It is huge, tons of selections, great staff. Horrible customer service the manager Joseph was very obnoxious. He deliberately charged my account with numerous false fees and when I asked him to fix it after the third try it was done . When asked will I shop at Ashley’s again I said no not this location he became very upset demanding a reason why..I felt so uncomfortable…his behavior was absolutely disgusting

Not only did she help my father pick out furniture that he is very pleased with, she went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting with the delivery of the furniture. My father lives in a building with very challenging restrictions on deliveries which made planning the delivery extremely difficult.
