DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. My order was taken down wrong. I was told over the phone to come in person to fix the mistake. The person who attended me was NASTY. I was told "you have to wait until the furniture is back in the warehouse." SO awful in her condescending tone. I explained that the delivery had already been delayed on their end and I was leaving for an emergency trip overseas tomorrow and she stated "Oh well I guess it will have to wait until you come back." I asked for the manager she stated " I am the manager". She did not even leave her desk to see the dining room set that I wanted and the one that was delivered. Never in my life have I had someone speak to me in such a way. I will be canceling my entire order because I am done. I thought I had a great experience purchasing the dining set and its turned into a nightmare. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and order from a different chain store or a different warehouse. Respectfully this store is filled with people on their phones who do NOTHING. Never again

Awful experience. I went there on a Sunday, dealt with Dana. She was very nice and helpful. I picked out the couch I wanted but I had to go home and measure my space. I came back on Wednesday to buy it. The associate was so rude. I wish I would’ve asked her name. I left. Why should I spend a lot of money there and let them get commission. I went to the Linden location and associate Steve was so great. My couch is being delivered soon. I’ll never step foot in the SI location again.

We were victims of a bait and switch scam by Hanadi Afana the salesperson and the extremely rude and unprofessional manager Mike. I am not sure how he is actually a manager and is supposed to be there to help when all he did was give us the run around and is full of lies. We are disgusted by this whole store. After 2 months of many calls to the store and customer service the issue is not replacing the bed frame with the one that we actually ordered since they sent us the wrong one, we were told we would not be charged for pillows and we were, we were told the mattress protector would be half price and it was not. We were promised brackets for the bed which we never received. DO NOT SHOP HERE ....YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF AND REGRET IT. Show less

I changed my 5 star review not because of the store everyone there is wonderful but for their customer service people you have to speak to over the phone. They do not do their job and they are completely rude. I have NEVER received such nasty customer service in my life. Besides the 1st bed coming in broken and the new bed needing to be serviced 1 month after they put it together which took them 3 months to get someone out to my house and now the bed is broken and my daughter is sleeping on the floor and all they can do is say they are mailing the parts to fix it when no one came in to look at it and its not fixable. The bed is defective and I would either like a new head board so I can attach the metal bed frame or a refund because this is not how you do business. I will never purchase another item from Ashley again

Elizabeth was nice however the manager DANA - very dismissive and rude. Me & my mother went in for counter stools. Elizabeth helped direct us in the area to check them out, than when we had questions she directed us to Dana the "manager" i guess? She first asked us what we were interested in than goes to check if they are in stock.. she comes back to tell us no their not and they would have to be ordered... Before we could even make a decision she walked away from us.. with no word no nothing. RUDE... but that was ok because although we ended up paying triple the amount at Raymour & Flanigan - WE ARE SATISIFIED with our purchase and the beautiful customer service we received. Thanks Anyways Dana. Pray you dont treat someone else like that. It made me feel like a pretty woman moment like if she judged us and thought we could not afford the furniture there... But BIG mistake :)

We decided to stop by Ashley furniture (Staten Island branch) to search for a new dining table and chairs for our home. We ended up purchasing other furnitures there for our bedrooms. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable. Her manager, Mike was also very helpful in answering some of our questions. Had an amazing experience at the Staten Island branch. Serenity helped us furnish multiple rooms of my house and fit different pieces together. She showed us only what we were looking for and made the process easy and convenient. There was no stress involved in purchasing or designing and instead felt natural and this was all thanks to Serenity’s help; with her knowledge of their catalog and how she cared about whether we were getting the right pieces, we walked out happier than ever.

I unfortunately had a unhappy shopping experience making a purchase here, I was told one thing and then was later was told it wasn't the case and was a mistake. give benefit of the doubt but it happens again and again and now I have to wonder how much I was told was fact and how much was fiction to get a sale on me. This has left a sour taste in my mouth and felt like I was lied to. I do not think I will be coming back here again in the future.
We were in store for a long time and Serenity was so very knowledgeable and such a nice person. We saved so much time because of her knowledge. Very patient even though I asked a lot of questions, as well.

This is my second time buying a couch from this company. First time no issues. Second time when my couch was delivered the couch was dirty and had a hole in the fabric. The manager was not very friendly. As i wait for my new couch im sitting on the floor waiting for my delivery. I should have been given my delivery fee waved for all my troubles. The couch was not cheap and with this economy i expect more!

Please avoid this store. First of all you have to wait for delivery more then a month. We paid for delivery but when delivery guys came sofa was too big and couldn’t fit in elevator. So they decided to take back the sofa i had to add money and paid to them so they took it to the 4th floor. They damaged the sofa when getting inside the building and they were accusing us for damaging the sofa. Finally we had to return the sofa back. We will never ever come back here and not recommending this place to anyone unless they change the way they treat their customers

My husband and I purchased a sectional with an ottoman back in March. Our sales associate told us that we would have it in three weeks, which turned into three months, due to delivery issues and furniture shortages on our particular pieces. It was very frustrating and we felt helpless as nobody could seem to help us. Finally, a woman of the name Jessica Orellana saved the day. She reached out to me personally and told me that she was going to make sure that there were no further issues regarding our delivery, and she kept her word. She scheduled our delivery for a sooner time and it was a very smooth, quick, and respectful delivery experience. Not only that, she contacted me the next day to make sure that I was happy with our service and that we liked our furniture. My husband and I felt very uneasy about our purchase through Ashley Furniture, until Jessica Orellana made it right. I’m not sure if she works in headquarters or just in customer services in general, but she is a pure example of what a company should be. She was caring and handled business quickly and efficiently. Truthfully, she’s the only reason why I would ever buy another item from Ashley ever again. One star is generous! I purchased 5 counter stools from this location at the end of March. When I made my purchase, the store mentioned that their system was down. Nonetheless, I put my faith in Ashley because they seemed like a well-known, reputable business. My order took over a week to process. Once processed, I had to follow-up several times for a confirmation and delivery date. Finally, the delivery date came and the wrong items were delivered. I went back to the store on April 17th, about 5:30 pm, to cancel my order and get a refund. The female customer service rep was on a personal phone call while I waited to be helped. Once she decided to acknowledge me, I was greeted with a grumpy attitude. I gave her the card I used to process my order and she told me that my “Santander” card cannot process my refund. She said, “We always have issues with Santander cards.” She called over the manager, Michael. He also was unfriendly and unaccommodating while holding his Dunkin coffee cup. He called his manager and not one person was able to assist me in getting refunded. Ashley took my money and I do not have furniture! I had to call my bank to dispute the charges. The employees at this location are unfriendly, unprofessional and should not be in customer service! I am utterly appalled by the lack of courtesy and attention to my concerns. The manager and customer service rep were both rude and condescending. I will NEVER do business with Ashley again! I will NEVER recommend Ashley to anyone! Someone in the corporate office needs train the employees at this location and contact me regarding my refund. Ashley Furniture - you should be embarrassed!
Chet Holly is a very warm and personal. He is an amazing salesmen and helped me out with not just getting an amazing first mattress for my 3 year old daughter; but Chet brought to our interaction a warmness and a personal human touch that made me truly feel appreciated. Just from meeting Chet for 2 days, I know he truly cares about pleasing people and is great at what he does. I never write these reviews but there is something about Chet that inspired me to go out of my way to make you you guys know he's a true asset to your store!

I had purchased a couch in store that was only in stock online. The customer service in store by George was awesome. He helped me place the order very quickly and smooth. I did end up finding a couch online for cheaper and Sean the manager was very helpful and attentive to my problems. I definitely appreciate how the situation was handled and will be coming back if I need anything else for my new appartment!

My mom and I worked with George at the Staten Island location. He usually works at the Tom's River store but is currently assisting in Staten Island. He was very eager to work with and helped us with everything we needed. We felt very comfortable working with him and could be honest about pricing. He helped us greatly and brought down the prices on items however he could. It was a pleasure working with him today!

Should’ve read the reviews before coming into THIS location. Not a local resident in SI but decided I’m the area anyways and find some furniture. (Live about 2 hours away) Buying process was super smooth until it got to returning. 3 different surprises. Feels like they just want your business then chopped liver after. 1. Ashley’s website says 30 day return but THIS locations policy is different. staff is rude and never disclosed any of that. 2. When we were able to return the furniture they told me we would get a refund (I was under the impression it would go to my card) AGAIN nobody told me the steps so they made me go into the store 2 hours away 3. I come on a weekend and they tell me they can’t refund me the money Waiting to go back and see the next undisclosed surprise. Definitely not the right way to do business and treat customers post delivery

Absolutely will never buy another couch from Ashley furniture or the protection plan. The couch after only 2 years has completely sunk on the left side. I called the protection plan which I was informed that any normal wear and tear, rips, stains etc would be covered.called and found out normal wear and tear is not covered and have to pay for outside source to fix my couch now. Extremely disappointed in Ashley Furniture as well as Protect All and this is the protection plan company who they source out to.
This has been a nightmare since I purchased and paid in full the couch I ordered . I'am now waiting 2 months for a couch that was supposed to take 3-4 wks for delivery. Holidays came and went as promised I haven’t received as of yet. I’ve already warned my family & friends not to step foot in Ashley furniture stores. If possibly They would get no stars from me. I will be returning to store to get full refund 🤦♀️😩 so upsetting
Dino helped us and hes amazing, soul reason for us to buy it from Ashley but we experienced worst customer service after purchase, I received a faulty piece and they couldn't rectify/resolve it even after 6 months. Please dont buy anything from Ashley if you care for your peace of mind. Thank you

I would like to share my bad experience with ashley’s. I purchased a couch with insurance for the protection plan. they told me they will replace the couch if anything is wrong with it. Except animals ofc. Instead they did the opposite & the man on the phone told me it’s up to him if they want to replace my couch. I’m sorry if I am spending almost $5000 i would you replace or fix my problem. instead of telling me it is up to you if you want to replace my couch. Was not even a manager, and wanted to tell me HE wasn’t replacing my couch. Very disappointed. & if that’s what you want, shop with ashley’s!! oh & i can’t forget the phone call i was expected to get. They told me to wait for a phone & it’s been almost 2 weeks & i am still waiting! TERRIBLE COMPANY. making customers upset is their specialty. & they just care about money! if you don’t believe it test it out. Couldn’t even offer half prices on something to make the customer happy. Disgusting!

My wife and I went to all the other furniture stores on Staten Island and some in New Jersey and couldn’t find anything we liked to furnish our dining room. We went to Ashley Furniture and Samuel helped us find exactly what we wanted. Not only did we purchase a dining room table and chairs but also a recliner. Samuel was very helpful, patient and insightful and didn’t push us into buying something we didn’t want. Dino gave us insightful tips to help cover our new chairs. Because of employees like this my wife and I will be going back to Ashley to get a new bedroom set and more to redecorate other rooms in our home. Thank you so much.

I will never shop at Ashley Furniture again and would only recommend my worst enemy to shop there. Not only did I have THREE separate issues, I get bounced around from customer service & the store itself. I had a piece delivered damaged, had to wait two weeks for replacement and when it was delivered was damaged again. Ordered a couch I saw in the store to later find out it was mislabeled. A completely different colored couch arrived. If you want a miserable experience and months of headaches, then I highly recommend Ashley furniture.
Do not buy furniture from this place! The “warrantee” you pay for doesn’t cover the terrible quality that will be your couch. We have no pets and only had this couch for two years, light use. Good luck trying to get them to honor the warrantee also because it won’t happen. Stick with a better brand of furniture never again with ashley. Absolute garbage. And the coverage is a scam please don’t buy from this company.

If there was less than one star, I would have definitely chosen. They HAVE THE WORST DELIVERY CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They don’t call before they show up and expect you to be there at their own convenient time. I Called customer service to speak to the supervisor and a guy named David didn’t want to transfer me when I said I would like to file a complaint, and the funny thing is he was asking me WHY DO I want to speak to his supervisor. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. They wanted to drop my furniture off at a stranger’s place because they didn’t want to wait

I purchase a sofa sleeper bed and the 5 year protection program from them. The sales people are wonderful and so helpful to take your money. So literally two days ago I used the sofa bed for the first time and the metal frame snap causing damage. The sofa bed is unsafe and unusable. So now these so call wonderful people that gladly took my money aren't willing to help me. So I been calling numerous numbers and speaking to number people in regards to this matter and since is not a furniture issue and only internal. I was told they will NOT cover it. That I will have to put more money into it. To get it fix out of my own pocket. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER HAD TO DEALWITH. HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS WHEN THEY SELL UNSAFE FURNITURE. LUCKY no one was hurt. But it seems I might have to take it up a chain if this isn't correct.
I ordered a twin mattress and a protective cover from Ashley of Staten Island.I told them that I'll pick up both from the store.They called to pick up stuff.I came to the store and picked up both, the mattress and the cover.But when home I discovered that while mattress was OK - twin, the cover was King, although the box said 'Twin'.Ok, error happen, so I came back and returned the cover.They promised to replace it within a week.Well, it's been more than a month and every time they don't call me I need to come to the store (30 min drive one way) just to hear - 'sorry, next week'.Finally I was fed up and came to the store to cancel the order for the cover.During this month my credit card company renewed my credit card.So, when I presented this new card to the customer service person (Candice) she refused to process the cancellation. I had this situation many times - with Costco, Home Depot, even Shoprite. They are not asking for the credit card, but only for the receipt.Any way, I am very unsatisfied and have opened the dispute with my credit card company.P.S. Oh, and BTW they still charged me for delivery $39.99 although it was me delivering their stuff to my house. What a fraud!

Fraudulent sales! Unfortunately, we couldn’t get our money back. Originally we purchased a bed from them, but it was a defect (we later found out). Because no matter what kind of bed foundation we bought from Amazon, it still makes sounds. Then, we went back to this store to find a solution, it turned out to be a bad decision. The sales person told me he would find a perfect foundation to fit our defective bed. Again, when the recommended foundation shipped to our house, it was almost the same as we ordered from Amazon previously but tripled the price. Disappointed! We asked to return it immediately, and the customer service said no because bedding products aren’t returnable, even if it was just delivered today and we haven’t opened it yet. What a nightmare!
Don't buy here. Their products are defective and their salespeople lie (or are incompetent) and when you discover it, they offer no help. We bought a bed frame here with shelves in the footer. But the shelf walls are higher than the bed supports (what idiot designed this?), so any boxspring you put on it will have one side sitting higher instead of lying flat. We went in and explained the issue and the salesperson assured us that he had a boxspring that would work perfectly with that frame. We trusted him, but the boxspring he sold us is just a plain old metal boxspring with no accommodation for the shelf. We called to return it and were told there are no returns for bedding.

if i can give this place zero stars i would! unprofessional, sell you garbage and promise it’s memory foam but inside is a bunch of filling like from a teddy bear. sofa is making a weird noise as if something is broken and now i’m stuck with it. i will never buy a thing here again. $2,700 down the drain. the sofa cushions sink all the way into the sofa when you sit on it and i know this will be going to the garbage real soon. i am absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service here! don’t waste your money. update: we are in august and the sofa is totally damaged a tech from Ashley came out to check it out and stated the whole sofa needs to be replaced it was not manufactured properly Ashley is still refusing to replace the sofa telling me they will have a tech take the sofa apart and repair it. After $2700 i do not want that. i want a new sofa! i will be taking them to small claims court and contacting the news. they will not get away with this!

Don't ever buy anything from this company or store, we got a sofa 5 years ago, they sold us a insurance that cover everything, they make you sign a document (8 pages) and no one explains to you how to works, today I call for the first time and guess what don't cover! So the insurance is a scam, sold by the people at the store. Never ever again. And they told you is on the paper that you signed !who read 8 pages
Let me first say one of the worst businesses i ever dealt with i spent around 13 gs on bedroom sets and everything pretty came damaged either by the delivery service or was defective my daughters bed frame came cracked and the delivery guys who put it together didnt they never bolted the headboard to the frame i finally after many phonecalls with customer had them come out and replace my daughters end table was delivered damaged but ashley refuses to send another one i just called today cause my other daughters draw is off the track and customer says its not covered so i asked what is covered on the 5 year protection plan no answer he said someone will call me back ive been dealing with this for months
Such a horrible experience I will say avoid this place at any cost. The sales manager was mongering over like some one is going to steal there bed. I was made so uncomfortable to look around. But this is what I am going to do that how they treat people of color. Lodge a suit against store for racial discrimination.

I just bought a sectional recently and after two weeks the sectional has already broke. I never spent this much money on a piece of furniture only to have it broken within the first two weeks! I called customer service several times and callers just take your information. A manager has yet to call us after two weeks. We even emailed pictures. My husband and I call every two days. We also purchased the insurance and it is definitely a rip off because like I said someone has yet to contact us for a replacement. I have to be honest- I don’t even want a replacement. It’s actually worth it to spend a little bit more money and go elsewhere!!! Terrible customer service and the quality of the furniture is extremely poor. Don’t do it!!!
Went on a Sunday to only look at couches and a dining room set walked out with a good deal and Ayana G. had a lot of patience with us and our children. She was honestly amazing.

I would recommend Joe to anyone to go to for assistance in finding furniture. It would have been a 5 star review for if the manager that helped us wasn't so rude because Joe made a little mistake. Visited the one on Staten Island. Was helped by Dino,really nice gentleman that give you honest opinion. If you looking for small sofas ,this isn't the place. All sofas are 95" long or more & about 39" wide, however the selection is beautiful and some wonderful decor.

If I could give a zero rating I would. I am completely dissatisfied with Ashley Furniture. I have had nothing but problems from the second I placed my order. The associate at the store told me my order could be delivered any day. Which was not true. They only deliver to brooklyn on Thursday. Then when I called to place the delivery I was given an attitude by every associate I spoke to. @statenisland branch I was informed multiple times to “take off of work “ in order to receive my order. Which is not possible due to my line of work. When the furniture was finally delivered they delivered two footboards !!! And the dresser was completely broken on the bottom. The wood was also chipped. It was lopsided and the drawer does not open. I am beyond disgusted and appalled with my experience with Ashley furniture. I will never ever purchase any items from this company again. It was horrific and your company should be embarrassed of how poorly things are ran at your facility! No one has been able to provide me with any answers on how to resolve any of the issues associated with my order. Please contact me so this can be handled asap. Thank you

We purchased a few pieces of furniture from the store at 1201 N Central Expressway, Plano, TX. The sales staff were quite good, but we faced several issues. The delivery team was not knowledgeable or good; two of the items came in damaged, and it took me 3+ hours on the phone and a visit to the store before Ashley addressed it - but not to our satisfaction. They make it very hard to return/exchange. They have outsourced customer care and most of the time it's very hard to understand what the customer care person is saying. In addition, part of their delivery was supposed to occur at a later date. The date came and went, and there was no communication or update from Ashley. I'd avoid this business if possible.
Extremely unprofessional customer service and delivery. You can't seriously believe using the "truck broke down" excuse will work on me 3 times in a row. Ordered this couch well in advance. Sales rep was nice but ordered the wrong piece for my couch, waited 2-3 weeks for the couch with a wrong piece to be delivered, had to wait for a truck twice to come pick up the wrong piece which took 2-3 weeks, now waited another 2 weeks and it was supposed to be delivered today but never got a call and truck never showed up. Called the store, phone rang for 15 minutes, a lady picked up, put me on hold for 5 minutes, said truck "broke down" so it was canceled, then literally hung up on me. Now I got a weird looking short couch (because its missing a middle piece) for my party this weekend to show the family my new house. Highly doubt a new delivery will be rescheduled within a few days.I'm livid.
Shop at your own risk!!! I have ordered pieces of furniture over 2 months ago. And still have only received half of it. Was told on the spot that all of the furniture that i have picked was in stock and put a deposit down for it. This “deposit” meant that it will still be in stock came back the next day and payed in full, now its backordered after i had already payed. If i had known that it was backordered i wouldnt have bothered but they made sure i didnt get that information until after the full amount was given to them. Half of the furniture got delivered on Memorial Day Week and manager told me that the other half will come in the week following. Still nothing 2 weeks later. Called constantly never picked up. When they did pick up asked for my phone number put me on hold and cut the line. I would try another phone they dont recognize and immediately pick up (sounds like theyre avoiding me) How is that a way to run a business? I will never do business with them again. Spend the gas and go to Raymours a few streets down. Got my stuff delivered when they said it would and great customer service.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have waited since Easter for my table and chairs to be delivered. As I was shopping the salesman told me that everything was in stock I put a deposit came back the next day payed and after I payed they told me I couldn’t cancel for 12 weeks and that all of a sudden my chairs were out of stock. What was the point of my deposit then. I got my table delivered the week of Memorial Day but my chairs wouldn’t come until next week. Next week comes still no chairs I called back today and now the chairs are discontinued. How does that happen no idea. Why would they sell me something that was “ in stock” but now discontinued. No one called me or any of my other phones and when I did call I would have to call up to 10 times for them to even answer, just for them to leave me on hold and cut the line. This store is the worst don’t shop here!!!!
Don’t waste your time with this place. 75% of the items on the floor are out of stock with an estimated delivery of 12 weeks. Once the 12 weeks come and you expect the item to be ready, be prepared for them to tell you another 12 weeks, then another, then another until you have to cancel. They have no idea when the items are actually going to be delivered and don’t care to find out. Useless workers, shop elsewhere. Update 10 months after order. Decided to cancel and bought else where for 1/3 of their price and was to able to get it same day. Don’t waste your time with this useless store.
I purchased a king bed frame and I also added the delivery service to my purchase. I waited about 3 weeks and I received the product. The delivery people dragged the bed from one side to the other while assembling the bed and scratched my floors to the point that i have to re do this areas. I called the store and they provided with a customer number which I filed a claim. For the past month, every week i had call to know the status of my claim and the only thing that answered is “we are waiting on the delivery people to answer”, I shouldn’t have to wait on the “delivery people to answer” because I did not contracted them I used a service that you guys provided. This is completely disrespectful towards a customer, to come and DAMAGE PROPERTY!! First and last time ill buy in this store.
Isa the sales person who helped me with my sale was exceptional. So the star is for him because if I could give a zero for their desk people I would. I ordered a fireplace last week of November 2021. We were told 3 months MAX. I called in February. They told us it was backordered and would have it by first week of April. We agreed to wait. First week of April, called again. Gave us April 20th. Called April 21st. Told May 7th. Called May 9th. The girl was completely rude and told us "I don't know, May 16, May 23rd, May 30th. Who knows. Nobody knows. and hung up" Updated: Tried calling again and this time they answered. The girl was apologetic and explained the issue with the warehouses. I understand its not their fault. I truly do. But sometimes, just explaining what you've done on behalf of the customer helps. Thank you to the person I spoke with today. July 2022 - Still no fireplace....or call from Ashley...So I decided to give them a call. Manager said they cancelled my order. What I had not received a call from them whatsoever not even to give me back my deposit. And she said it was out of stock. So a week later I walked in and found the desk empty. Looked around and the girl working was asleep on one of the sofas. I said Hi just here to get a refund for an order that was cancelled. SHE ROLLED HER EYES. Yes. I told her about my order and guess what she said the item was NOT out of stock. What the? So the manager lied? Then she said she can reorder but it would be more expensive. I said, but you cancelled it no me. She said she couldn't help me and was super rude the entire time. They really need to think about getting different desk people The sales people are super helpful. But your desk people makes customers NOT want to go back.

I bought a TEMPUR PEDIC the worst unit. I had to have the service technician come over so many different times to replace the lift unit's on the base unit. And also the massage parts. The parts he came with were defective and had to be done over at a different time appointments. The form mattress is not even and at the bottom of the mattress to the base unit is a funny smell. The company will not do anything to help me with this mattress and base unit problems. I had to order a twin XL from another company because I'm in pain on that mattress because its not even it's sagging. And I have an extened warranty. I ordered a new mattress and base unit I don't know if you're company sent a floor model to me or a defective unit. I have a queen size unit. Is this how you're company does business. I need to have this unit replaced this is terrible going through this I lost money. My bedroom stinks from that unit now you tell what will you do to help me with this instead of passing the buck to other departments. Even the delivery people were horrible missing parts I had to go to the store to get the parts. And the delivery guys were upset about taking my old mattress unit away that was agreement I had to call the store up to have the salesperson explained to them. They knew about it because it was written down with the delivery men. Even the women that does the orders play's dumb and leaves you holding the bag. e bedroom stinks from that unit

The sales are nice because they are trying to sell. But the services are not good. I have ordered a few pieces of furniture in early February, and it is now almost May and I still haven’t get my furnitures. We bought a few things but the bed and dining table set are not in stock. The sales told us that the bed and dining table set are not in stock, so we need to wait to arrive at the warehouse. But whenever it arrives, they will ship it to us. Whatever come to the warehouse, they will ship it first. So I have been trying to find out when can it arrive, the Ashley website cannot check the order and I can only call the store to find out. So when I call the store, they said they don’t know, there is no update and they will call me when it arrives. So I have been waiting and waiting and keep calling to make sure every two weeks. So I just called again today, they said the bed has arrived but need to wait for the dining table set to arrive. I asked them can they ship the bed first, they said no, unless you want to pay extra for the shipping cost. I am upset because that wasn’t what they told me when I made the purchase. And every time when I go into the store to ask about the order, they gave me a bad attitude. And I find out that most of the time, online price is cheaper. And you cannot do a price match online, you can only talk to the store manager to see if they can do it for you. I was going to order more stuffs because I need it, but with this experience, I will just buy it in somewhere else or buy it on Ashley Home website. Overall, I will not buy at this Ashley Home store anymore, it is not a good experience.
Absolutely awful experience. The moment you walk in, the salespeople hound you like vultures. There's no chance to actually look around and see what you like, all they want to do is make a sale. When we actually did end up ordering something from Ashley, it broke not even six months later, but they refused to deal with us, even though it was still under warranty. I would never consider purchasing furniture from here, or any other Ashley location; you can find the exact same pieces elsewhere, and actually be treated like a human being.

Receptionist are definitely very rude. You ask them a question and they reply with a smart remark. I don’t get why you would hire people like these ? More people have complained from what I see on these comments, Very unprofessional. In person and over the phone they give you an attitude. If you don’t like doing your job, don’t work there. They need to hire better workers, your gonna lose more customers with employees like those.

Worst experience ever, I ordered the sofa in September 2021, it’s now Jan 2022 I’m still waiting for it, customer service in store is awful when I asked where is my sofa only answer they give me is keep on waiting until they call me and hang up the phone.
Horrible service !!! Treated my disabled mother like a burden and didn’t give her the help she deserved !!! Changed the prices of dining room chairs on her 3 times during her visit threatening her that if she didn’t open a card it would be higher even though she already had an Ashley card from a prior purchase! Tried to get her to open a new credit account. They are corrupt and only car about their commission

This was the worst experience I’ve had at any store in Staten Island. Salesman entered the wrong number for my mattress and frame, and it was delivered via third party who installed it incorrectly, leaving the bed on a slope. There was a hidden fee not placed in the contract, so they refused a refund on delivery. Front desk (Breanna, the WORST) could not be bothered, even after being spoken to by corporate. She also had the audacity to watch TikTok videos and roll her eyes instead of helping. Take your business elsewhere, Staten Island. This place sucks.
I purchased furniture here in June and was delivered August 9. A defective and damaged sectional was delivered to me and up until now it has not been replaced or repaired. Everytime I called the store the office manager directs me to call customer service. Office manager is very rude on the phone. I have called customer service, called corporate and im tired of calling Now I am been referred to call furniture doctors...this store is scam. Unnecessarily overpriced and they don't care about their customer service. AVOID THEM IF U CAN. I wish I can give no star..
I spent over 2 hours with Design Specialist Charles S. He was extremely helpful and patient. Wasn't pushy at all. Worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. I will definitely go back for all my furniture needs.
If you want to wait 5 months o more to get your items this is the place to go. Worst experience, never again. Hopefully when I get my order, Hopefully is the right one.

He answered my many questions, demonstrated products expertly and offered solutions and alternatives to assist me, all the while including my daughter in the process. Diana was an absolute pleasure and was so patient with all of my needs. I am very difficult and indecisive and she helped me from start to finish with a wonderful disposition. She was helpful and honest! I did not feel like I was in a transaction, I felt like I was shopping with family. She is amazing and I recommend her for anyone who shops there. We have been looking for a new couch for a good price. We were approached by Diana at the Richmond location who was so friendly and helpful. She helped us find a couch in our style and within our budget. Diana really worked with us, making our first couch buying experience so smooth and painless! I placed an order online for a love seat, it was back ordered and they said it would be 4-6 weeks, no problem. I received an email in 2 weeks with a tentative delivery date- it just arrived bright and early in the time slot they said- looks great! Thank you Ashley!!

He left us alone to look, but kept checking on us to see if we had any questions. Even when writing up our sake he was polite. I think this brilliant salesman has a bright future. Even when checking out our purchase the manager came over and was talking to us like we were old friends. If you are looking for furniture and go into Ashley please ask for Isa, you won’t be disappointed

My husband and I went to about 4 furniture stores before we went to Ashley Furniture store on Richmond Ave., Staten Island. We walked around a bit and no one really said anything to us which was fine. All of a sudden a salesman who was so friendly with a great smile asked us if we were being helped. We said no...he came right over and from there on was so funny, respectful, helpful, answered every question, was just the best! His name is Isa Jusuf..so if you go to that store...ask for him. He's very professional, honest and just a delight to work with. Loved the entire experience. The young ladies behind the desk doing paperwork....also very professional, pleasant and helpful. I will definitely go back to Ashley Furniture and I most definitely will ask for Isa Jusuf.
BEWARE Do not go to the Staten Island Ashley Furniture. Save yourself a headache and disappointment. It was one of the worst experiences I have had in my home. I should have learned my lesson I had an issue with them a few years back with my couch as well. I wanted to give them another shot. I ordered a dining room set in June they finally delivered the in August and it was completely WRONG. Not only wrong but damaged. Then had the nerve to tell me it would take another three months plus to get the right set that I originally ordered in June. I called the store, I called customer service, I called corporate and not one person even attempted to help me. The customer service there is horrifying. The level of incompetence and nastiness is absolutely a disgrace. Do you self a favor and avoid the store completely.
Working with Isa was a very pleasant experience. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, the process of buying 2 recliners and a dining room table was a breeze. He’s very personable and not pushy in the slightest. The products are great and he works with you in terms of your budget. If you go there you should definitely ask for him.
Isa helped us purchase a bedroom set. He was a 5 out of 5 with his customer service. He was extremely patience and professional. It was a great experience and I highly recommend asking for Isa if looking to purchase furniture at this Ashley’s location.
Do not get any warranty as they will not honor their offer. My couch lasted maybe a little over a year and it has been nothing more than a hassle these past few months trying to get them to replace it. Not only that but are also pushing blame on the company who does their insurance in the first place and asking for me to call corporate.

When I got to the store Nelson helped us completely through the whole process and the general manager price matched both the dining room set and living room set to an unbeatable price which was amazing! Now the here’s where the funny stuff starts, upon checking out there is a cashier there who handles the checkout process I believe her name is Candace, who was on the phone throughout the whole process and actually told her GM to wait a second when he asked her a question bc she was on the phone, rolling her eyes, looked annoyed as if I was interrupting her day and was rude when speaking to my husband and I, dressed as if it was almost time to hit the club which I could careless about but there was nothing professional about it but I guess her dressing matched her attitude. I went in recently to pay off my living room set and spoke with a manger about the whole ordeal and she said something will be done (there is a lot I’m leaving out because there is just way to much to write) well guess what I called the store today to let them know that my furniture was being delivered butttt the screws were missing to the table, her response (deny the furniture, they will have to reorder it) I said “are you serious”? Her next response “well what is that you want to do” not mentioning that it will take another 2-3 weeks for a new delivery!! I want corporate calling me or that stores manager’s manager!!!! It’s sad when you have a bunch of nice people working at that store but just one person makes me not want to go there and ever do business with them again!!

The reason why I gave one star not for their great furniture but because a woman named ANNE picked up my phone call today 2/2/2021 at 1:55pm and was absolutely RUDE and VERY SARCASTIC to me. I was inquiring about my delivery status and told me sarcastically "if i look at my invoice on the bottom where i signed and initialed shows would take about 4 to 12 weeks which be March 2, 2021" I called last week to someone else who very nice and mentioned to me to call weekly cause their can be other cancellation that would bump up my delivery sooner. This woman ANNE should not be answering customer calls. Because of her I will not be buying from Ashley furniture anymore so that I don't have to speak to ANNE.

I had ordered through a 3rd party who sold Ashley furniture and due to COVID 9 months later I still didn't receive my order. I finally decided to go into the actual store today and was able to find the same sectional I was waiting for. Jimmy was our salesman, he was very professional and took his time to show us our options. I'm glad we were able to go in person and get the experience of shopping in store. Jimmy helped make the transaction smooth. I highly recommend Ashley's on Staten Island . Ask for Jimmy you will not be disappointed. Excellent customer service!
hello i ordered online and received my king bed frame in july, it was not properly put together and therefore broke so someone came finally and brought new parts and put it together, Last night while on the bed .. the bedframe broke again on the side rail and wooden slates in the middle.. i called numerous times and it will only let me leave a voice mail and no one has gotten back to me..

This Staten Island store is a rip-off They literally double the original prices and then they advertise 50% off . Please Compare this particular store prices with the Ashley website prices and you’ll see what I’m talking about .. for example this table showing in the photo below was priced 1060.00 at the store.. in the meanwhile on Ashly website was priced 450.00 ..
Not very helpful staff. Seems like they don't care. While I was there another customer asked repeatedly where customer service was, two sales people were too caught up in their own convo to even hear her. My dad had to show her where customer service was.
i have not encountered this level of incompetence in a long while! I just called this Staten Island location and the person who picked up was extremely unhelpful. I asked about sectionals as I noticed online they hardly had anything in stock. She told me that they were not connected with online; so I asked her if she can give me an estimate of what they did have in stock. She said she could not give me an answer bc she did not know what I was looking for. I told her any sectionals- I just want an estimate of what I’m going in for so I don’t waste my time. She then said she didn’t know (her only response for any question I had), that if I wanted maybe a 3 piece sectional, they may have 2 pieces but not a third. I did not accept that answer and the girl hung up on me! Really pathetic! I will not waste my time going there and they just missed out on a potential customer.

After everything was signed and done, they tried to place our order only to realize that they can’t deliver to Long Island (which was the first thing we asked them when we entered the store). Later that day we get a call that, they figured out a way to deliver the furniture, but we will have to come back next week and show them ID in person. We come back and look over the order information, only to realize that they ordered one nightstand instead of two. Next of, a couple days before our delivery was scheduled we got a call that the coffee table we ordered was no longer available. Come delivery day (almost a month later), they not only delivered the wrong colored sectional, but the completely wrong bedroom set after we pointed out every piece we wanted to the manager in person! They completely ruined my new apartment. Update: The situation has (finally) been resolved and all of the proper furniture was delivered today. I have to give a huge thank you to the management for working to quickly resolve everything.

If you expect delivery during your lifetime, think again. If you expect a return call from the manager, think again! Asked for a manager at 3pm over the phone. Was told he was “at lunch”. 3 hours later, still no call.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The worst customer service on the planet. We bought two beds, a couch and a love seat and kitchen chairs. The furniture took a long time to come but we understand with Covid. The chairs came and the company brought the old chairs downstairs and outside and put the new chairs in the kitchen. We then were advised the rest would be coming another day. We called to change it to a day we could take off work. We spoke to the store and were advised they would not take the couch but would move it outside and would take the old mattresses. When the delivery men came they refused to take the beds and said they would not move the couch. They were also extremely rude about it as well. We spoke to someone on the phone who wouldn’t give her name and they said oh the store must have misinformed you. Well that's a pretty big thing to misinform someone about. We tried corporate as well and they too were no help just transferring us to the same person who wouldn’t give her name and just kept saying they use a new delivery company. We made them take everything back and we will never do business with this company ever again because of this experience.

I purchased a Tempur-Pedic this year from this Staten Island location and they gave me the worst service ever. Repeatedly hanging up on me when checking order status and stating that there is no order status. I waited 4 months for a mattress and base to be delivered. Not only that, I have now come to find out that the electronic base was incorrectly installed now resulting in damage to my expensive bed frame. Horrible in-store service, horrible delivery service and horribly phone service. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Came looking for a new couch and cocktail table. The salesperson Kenny who serviced us was very helpful and knowledgeable on everything. Store was very clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The pricing was amazing and I believe I couldn't of found a better price elsewhere. The quality of the furniture was very very good and I will definitely return in the future. They also delivered and installed the furniture for me for a great price. Definitely would recommend and would like to thank Ed and Kenny very much for their help and being so awesome.

Buyer BEWARE they sold my daughter the bardarson couch,chance attoman the attoman had more firmness and support and within 2mo it looked like it was 5yrs old. She also purchased the Platinum protection plan a lot of good that did they ripped her off on that too. They over charged her on the furniture by $1000 They replaced the cushions by having them delivered and drop in plastic bags infront of her door in rain water. smfh who does business like that. First of all the salesman Moe was fantastic. Very courteous and attentive and made buying our king size bedroom set a breeze. When we were able to come back and pick up our merchandise, I had to wait for the staff members to break it down. Problem number one. Problem number two they couldn’t even wrap our merchandise due to lack of supplies. I had to beg them to use used wrappings from the mattresses they had unpacked. Problem number 3 when I asked for tape to tape the draws closed, I was given gift wrapping tape. I am appalled that the amount of money (over 2 thousand dollars) that was dished out and we couldn’t even get anything to wrap the mirror or any of our pieces. Unacceptable!!

The staff was amazing! Jo Jo took us around to see all the couches that fit my criteria, which saved a lot of time. She answered all my questions and when she couldn't she got the manager, who was fabulous. He even carried over a huge ottoman so I could see the complete look before I purchased. They gave us a good price and the financing staff processed my application quickly so we were out of the store in record time. I don't think I ever made a major purchase that quickly with the confidence that I made the right decision for my space requirements and family. It was the best shopping experience I ever had! Me and my wife went shopping for new couches. Seen a set that we liked the salesman gave us a price that we agreed on, Shame on me and my wife for not shopping around and getting other prices at other furniture place here on Staten Island. My parents liked our couch so much they decided to get the same ones. They were advised by friends of theirs to try Murano furniture on hylan blvd where they bought the EXACT set for $800 cheaper than Ashley. I never wrote a review in my life till now. I called up Ashley and Spoke to the manager ED and asked how in the world is this possible? the same EXACT couch EXACT brand and told them how unfair this was and said he totally understand my frustration but there was nothing he can do .I told him I did not blame him or the store but myself for not shopping around. Word of advise shop around before you buy.

Very large store with tons of couches to check out. The prices overall were quite high and they had a "sale". This sale just had all prices crossed out with no price given now that the items were on sale. Hard to gauge prices like this.

On Nov. 11th I purchased a table set from Ashley furniture on Staten Island. I had to wait until December for the delivery. Upon receiving the delivery there was a very very large crack down about 1/3rd of the table. I quickly told the delivery guys who reported it and customer service called me while they were there. I was told their policy is to send out a technician to look at the table to see if it can be repaired before issuing me a new one. They said I would have to wait up to 4 days for this person to call me to come. I waited......heard nothing. I had to call back myself and ask what was going on because I hadn't heard from anyone. The new representative said she had no idea why someone would say they were sending a tech because my table was unrepairable. I had to wait until Jan 4th for the new table to be delivered and had to host the holidays with this large embarrassing crack down the table. Reminding you I purchased this table NOVEMBER 11th!! The week the table was supposed to be delivered I get a call that they can't deliver it anymore the 4th and have to reschedule and couldn't come again until the 18th of January!!! After waiting so long what's another 3 weeks right? So the 18th arrives and the new table ALSO CAME DAMAGED AS WELL!!!!!!!! That's right...second table was also damaged. At this point I was very annoyed because it was another day off I spent waiting for a table about over 2 and half months of waiting to get another damaged table. I called seeking compensation or to see what they would offer me to just keep the second damaged table and do you know what they offered me?!?!?! 50$....that's correct...50$ when I paid over 1500$ for the table set and waited multiple days off to still to this day not have a table without damage. They offered me nothing for all the hassle I had to go though and for the fact that it's JAN 20th and I still don't have the table I paid for is a joke. This company is disgraceful and I have never been so dissatisfied in my entire life and the customer service could of cared less. NEVER EVER use this company and I will NEVER use them again in the future...HIGHLY DISSATISFIED.

Upon receiving the delivery there was a very very large crack down about 1/3rd of the table. I quickly told the delivery guys who reported it and customer service called me while they were there. I was told their policy is to send out a technician to look at the table to see if it can be repaired before issuing me a new one. They said I would have to wait up to 4 days for this person to call me to come. I waited......heard nothing. I had to call back myself and ask what was going on because I hadn't heard from anyone. The new representative said she had no idea why someone would say they were sending a tech because my table was unrepairable. I had to wait until Jan 4th for the new table to be delivered and had to host the holidays with this large embarrassing crack down the table. Reminding you I purchased this table NOVEMBER 11th!! The week the table was supposed to be delivered I get a call that they can't deliver it anymore the 4th and have to reschedule and couldn't come again until the 18th of January!!! I spoke to someone from the Staten Island location to see if they would refund me the delivery fee since I had to wait so so long and they canceled on me the second time and I was told someone would get back to me in 2 days...that never happened. After waiting so long for the second delivery what's another 3 weeks right? So the 18th arrives and the new table ALSO CAME DAMAGED AS WELL!!!!!!!! That's right...second table was also damaged. At this point I was very annoyed because it was another day off I spent waiting for a table about over 2 and half months of waiting to get another damaged table. I called seeking compensation or to see what they would offer me to just keep the second damaged table and do you know what they offered me?!?!?! 50$....that's correct...50$ when I paid over 1500$ for the table set and waited multiple days off to still to this day not have a table without damage. They offered me nothing for all the hassle I had to go though and for the fact that it's JAN 20th and I still don't have the table I paid for is a joke. This company is disgraceful and I have never been so dissatisfied in my entire life and the customer service could of cared less. NEVER EVER use this company and I will NEVER use them again in the future...HIGHLY DISSATISFIED.
Dino Reversi was exceptional on helping me pick out my couch for my first apartment. I even had to go back to add on a piece to my couch and him & the manager there helped to make it another smooth experience
I was looking for a new couch, not set to buy one that day but the sale was too good to pass up! Sales agent John greeted us, advised us on the sale then let us look around with hassling us. The store was clean and the displays were set up with enough room to move around also showing a lot of accessory options to purchase. My husband and I were in and out in less than an hour and cannot wait for the arrival of our furniture. I have purchased only Ashely furniture since 2001 and am very happy with all of my previous pieces.
HORRIBLE scary experience!!! As I walked into the RICHMOND Ave store, on Saturday, November 2nd at about 2:15, A sales person insisted on talking to me, I was in a hurry and responded that I was just looking around, browsing for a coffee table. This salesperson followed me around the store walking about 6 feet behind me with her clipboard , as I was walking out the store because I felt so uncomfortable, I asked her why she was following me. She began raising her voice and pointing her finger in my face saying 'let me tell you something , it's my job to follow you!' When I asked her why she was yelling at me she became more infuriated and started screaming louder catching all the shoppers attention including other sales people. She then told me to leave the store. When I asked one of the other employees who intervened for the salesperson's name he stated that he was not allowed to give it to me...therefore I took some pictures. Look at the pictures of the salesperson who was screaming and pointing her finger at me in the background laughing! I guess she thinks that stalking and harassing shoppers amusing! The bald guy is the one who refused to give me her name! I tried to reach the corporate office I was on the phone for about 45 minutes and kept getting transferred from one call to another other...absolutely disgusting company in every way possible! I honestly cannot stop shaking from this aggressive encounter.
Zero star! Don’t buy from Ashley! I had the worst experience ever. Took over two months to get furniture delivered when they guarantee 2-6 weeks. The sofa was delivered missing legs. The dining room bench broke the first time someone sat on it. I have been having nothing but issues trying to get the bench fixed. Guest relations blames the showroom, the showroom blames guest relations, an outside repair tech needs to come to my house to assess the damage before ordering another one which can take 2-6 weeks again. I’ve sent emails with pictures of the broken bench to multiple accounts and never once heard back from anyone. Today is Jan 8 and I’m still waiting for the furniture I originally ordered Nov 11th. Customer service is horrible and everyone just passes the buck. I needed all this furniture for Christmas which came and gone. I have a party this weekend where people need to sit down and I was also promised the replacement chairs would be delivered to the store today. Receptionist states delivery didn’t happen maybe it’ll be here next week. I was willing to take 2 chairs from the display just to have something to sit on and was told no. At this point maybe I’ll have my stuff by the spring. I will never go back to Ashley and I will never recommend it to anyone. Corporate was no help either. Please take your business to another store.

This place is huge and neatly kept. Staff were professional and available as needed. I was assisted by Charles. He was great! He literally carried an accent pieces to the area of where the living room set was at to give me a visual. He had me view items on the big screen, went to the back opened the box and had me look at the item before making a decision. He went beyond for us. Now I await for the delivery and will update the review then.
Salesman Dino was very rule to me, I ordered $3000 furnitures from him, and he told me I will receive them in two weeks. I did not receive them after two weeks , so I sent back to find out why. This time he told me that my furnitures will arrive in 2-6 weeks. I just move in our new house , we really need our furnitures. I try to cancel my orders, and Dino told me there will be 25% charge.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They never call you to set up a delivery when they say they will. Had to call them each time to set it up. And they didn't have our records the third time we called about our couch. Delivery guys were rude. Had to take off from work 3 times for them to fail to deliver! Absolutely the worst customer service! DO NOT GO HERE!
Worst experience EVER!! My wife and I ordered a QN Sleeper Sofa Columbus day weekend along with a dining table with stools. We received delivery 3 weeks later and the delivery team didn't even bother to take the sofa off the truck because they deemed it was too big. We went back to the store the next day and spoke with our salesman, Kenny, gave him all our entry way measurements and were told, "It'll fit!". So we rescheduled AGAIN, this time our delivery was pushed 4 weeks later. This time the delivery team actually took the sofa off the truck and the sofa was too big. Disappointed with Kenny, we went back to the store for a 3rd time, this time we chose a much smaller sofa so there wouldn't be any issues, or so we thought. We set up delivery for the following weekend, waited for a delivery confirmation that never came. I called the store numerous times, each person less helpful than the last and was finally told that the delivery wasn't scheduled because the warehouse was out of stock. Absolute WORST customer service I've ever experienced and will NEVER SHOP THIS STORE AGAIN!
Kenny was a delight. We came in a week before Christmas we got the right set and was given a delivery date before Christmas! So helpful and patient with us and gave us his honest opinion. Definitely will come again and be seeing Kenny! You wont regret coming here

First time shopping in Ashley Furniture and it was a good experience. My family and I went around the store looking for a nice sectional for our living room. We were assisted by JoJo for both days we were there. We had to come back twice to make sure everyone "butt tested" the seats. Other employees and managers helped at times and they were all nice too. In the end, especially with such great sales, we ordered a new sectional and look forward to the delivery! I'll definitely keep Ashley Furniture in mind for the next time we're looking for furniture!

They have the worse staff at this location. The customer service people there who check on your orders are extremely rude. They are in the sales business you Would think they would hire staff who would represent this store and make this experience pleasureable. Additionally there timing on when furniture is expected in the warehouse is false. They give you the runaround how the warehouse will call u when it arrives and to be only told it isnt in yet wait another week. They didnt say that when they are taking ur money. I will never purchase another thing at this location.
I ordered 2 Ashley brand mattresses at this location and was told I would have them in 2 to 3 weeks. It took them closer to 3 weeks to make them and after they went to the warehouse, they called me to schedule delivery for another 2 weeks. Overall for 1 full mattress and 1 twin mattress it will take me a month and half for something that should've been made and delivered within 3 weeks. Had I known it would take this long, I wouldn't have ordered those. Next time salesppl need to be more clear and honest.
I am moving into my new apartment and I was cruising the store when Dina enthusiastically greeted me and asked if I was being assisted. She was the only representative who approached me in the 30 minutes I was there. We literally spent over three hours picturing and envisioning how my new apartment would look. She helped me choose every single piece of furniture and even advised on how I should decorate each room. She was so helpful and sweet and down to earth regardless of how indecisive I was, all while assisting two other customers at the same time. Then she went out of her way to help me and fought for me to obtain the most affordable rate possible. To anyone visiting this store please ask for Dina!! Bought a couch here in September. Bernadette was able to help me find the couch I was looking for and answered any questions I had about delivery. It was a great experience overall. My couch was delivered last week and it's beautiful.

Went to this location just yesterday (10/19/19). JEREMY WAS GREATTT!!! He saw me discussing this awesome couch with my boyfriend and came right over. He immediately knew I had a question and answered it without hesitation. That's a great salesman for you. Give that man a raise. The team was great and helped us complete our order quickly. Move in date was secured without any problem. Ps. . if you see another salesman working with a couple, don't try to take his sale.

I’m not the one to write reviews, especially poor ones. But in this case feel obligated to do so because of the horrible customer service experienced with this place. First of no one picks up the phone when calling the number they provide to reschedule or cancel you delivery, it just rings and rings during regular business hours. So had called the store and spoke to CSR named Corry who was pleasant and rescheduled my delivery per my request from 9/21 to 10/1, “you are all set sir”. So all was fine till Sat 9/21 when I’m away on a gateway and they call my cell saying that they are at my door. I explain that I had rescheduled with Corry from the store, they then proceed to call me a liar and threaten me with a restocking fee. Call and ask to speak with a store manager and placed on hold for half hour and then disconnected line.

We were in this Ashley store for almost 4 hours, we couldn't decide on what to get. Jeremy and Kenny and Bree were so helpful. they stayed with us the whole time, they were the best customer service representatives and gave us a lot of discounts. i would recommend them to everyone.
I really regret leaving a positive review for that place. They delivered the wrong item. Wrong color and after the delivery people came and delivered the item, they were instructed to come back and take it. I was told to contact customer service and the store manager. Customer service are very rude and disrespectful. The store manager is no where to be found, always busy with the client, wouldn't return my numerous phone calls. I did not get any confirmation of when I should receive my item. They ruined my plans, I have family coming over from abroad and they are gonna have to sit on the floor until God knows when. Dont buy from them. Horrible service.

My family and I had Dina as our sales representative. We had a very good customer service experience from her. When you go there, I would recommend requesting Dina as your guide to buying furniture for your home.
By far the worst, the W O R S T, absolute worst customer """service""" experience that I have ever had. Over a month later the couch was received and that was after 3 times of "misunderstandings" and "broken pieces upon inspection" which prevented the couch to come on time. No one from that store has ever E V E R returned my call when I had pleaded for someone to. The warehouse would call instead of the HomeStore manger, and even if that's who would ultimately handle the countless issues, it is common decency for the HomeStore to call and offer some sort remorse for all of the mess ups by this place. Last Thursday I called to check on the status of the delivery refund that I was assured about receiving, they said they'd have to call back but SURPRISE!! No call back. I'm honestly disgusted and wish that we would've just went somewhere else after the first 2 times THEY needed to reschedule because of "broken furniture" and "we lost the reservation for your delivery". I would never recommend someone to go here. Its even more disheartening to think of how courteous and eager the salespeople and managers are when theyre processing your credit card but then they couldn't care less once you walk out the door.

DON'T DO IT Find another option you will regret this experience. I shopped only and paid using a debit card. The delivery was not for another 3 weeks but they authorize a charge every 3-4 days (their policy) meaning I lost the use of that money for several days at a time. Then they double charged me 2 days before the delivery and could not be reached to rectify the error. I had to contact my bank to reverse the charge finally. If you like feeling abandoned then this is the store for you. NOT FOR ME.....NEVER AGAIN

I am very disappointed with this store we bought a very expensive bedroom set with mattress the delivery came in 3 weeks with headboard and foot board both damaged and the the dresser was all stained plus they messed up on the mattress sending me not the one we ordered So thinking I'm getting brand new furniture we throw out our old bed so I've been on the phone back and forth so frustrating and upset and the manager of the store tells me that the furniture was brand new it wasn't even in boxes After a week I finally got the right mattress but no bedroom set yet. I spoke to the manager today he told me the they are waiting for the rails which I think he was full of lies. Please do me a favor DONOT buy anything in this store the worse store ever you don't need headaches and stress

We worked with Elena M on a new set of 6 chairs for our dining room table. She did a great job finding something that matched our color, and didn't pressure us to buy a new table, which one of the other places two blocks down did, and it really put us off. We got a great price and would definitely come back!
Buying large ticket items can be a real task for me. I spent over an hour trying to make a decision on a 60 inch beautiful Television stand and Elena Morelli sales rep was great. She took her time with me, was willing to price every item I looked at. I finally decided on my and I should get it in 2 weeks. Charles the Sales Manager was great and so was Candice the CSR.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing from this location. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. They don't tell you the in additional to waiting for the furniture to get to the warehouse is 2-6 PLUS delivery can take weeks. Seriously reconsider shopping at this store!! In March 2019,We shopped here and bought several "thousand dollars"worth of furniture from here for our new home, Sales people were great, very friendly and helpful and we didn't feel we were being taken advantage of at all. But the Customer Service Dept.. OMG, After everything was purchased, went back to get a small dresser for our daughters room the thing might've cost $300+ I forgot, when it was delivered, it had so much damage(paint was peeling off from bottom of drawer, drawers were uneven and the framing to the bottom of dresser was cracked which is probably why the drawers were uneven) When I contacted them after receiving delivery they said it would be taken care of. After being passed around on the phone speaking to several people, told to send pictures to several people via email, promises that managers would call back that never happened we havent received any correction to the problem.. After spending thousands of dollars they lost my business over a $300 dresser that could've been corrected the day after it was delivered.. Very disappointed in this place.. I have purchased in the past here, didn't have a problem but I guess things change.. ****UPDATE*****Very impressed and much appreciated. After all the problems I had and after writing an honest review I was contacted by, I guess it might've been Ashley furniture Corporate office. They were aware of the situation I had and they made it right. I did receive a new dresser and they took back the old damaged one. Hopefully they change their practices or maybe it was just that store. There really was a lot of nice and affordable furniture at Ashley. Tip: Don't ever sign for anything from the delivery service until you go over the furniture with a fine tooth comb and don't believe anything they say, that they "will contact customer service and customer service will contact you before the end of the business day" and if they break out a camera and take pictures of the damages, telling you they will send those pics to the company, that's B/S also. It just makes their story sound more credible. What I found out was if we don't accept and sign for the delivery, they don't get paid for the delivery. My mom and I went to Ashley to look at new living room furniture. We were greeted by Steven. He was very polite and nice and NOT pushy. He asked if we needed help, we said we just wanted to look around first he was very understanding and followed up with us after a little while. He had a good product knowledge and was very honest. It was a pleasure dealing with him!
When you go in ask for Dena, she was absolutely amazing. Welcomed us in the store with a friendly smile and was with us for hours as we picked out furniture for our home. Ask for Bernadette! She was great, I was feeling outnumbered being I was with my husband and brother in law but, she was on my side! Went in looking for a specific couch and Dino helped us right away. They did not have ours in store but he was able to show us something similar to match the feel and color so we could get a good feel. He also matched our price to online so we got a great deal. Seriously reconsider shopping at this store!! In March 2019, we shopped here and bought several "thousand dollars"worth of furniture from here for our new home, Sales people were great, very friendly and helpful and we didn't feel we were being taken advantage of at all. But the Customer Service Dept. . OMG, After everything was purchased, went back to get a small dresser for our daughters room the thing might've cost $300+ I forgot, when it was delivered, it had so much damage(paint was peeling off from bottom of drawer, drawers were uneven and the framing to the bottom of dresser was cracked which is probably why the drawers were uneven) When I contacted them after receiving delivery they said it would be taken care of. After being passed around on the phone speaking to several people, told to send pictures to several people via email, promises that managers would call back that never happened we havent received any correction to the problem. . After spending thousands of dollars they lost my business over a $300 dresser that could've been corrected the day after it was delivered. . Very disappointed in this place. . I have purchased in the past here, didn't have a problem but I guess things change. .

They gave us a $1000 credit limit. Unfortunately they neglected to tell us the fine print that unless we paid in 90 days they were going to charge us %120 interest. So our furniture cost us $900 that has already been paid and now we owe $1000. Please don’t ever make the same mistake we made. We trusted the sales people there and they screwed us over so bad. I never wish this upon anybody.
I had recently purchased a sommerford dining room set from this store before, but was missing one piece. The piece I was missing was a dining room server. The store had a 75% off sale so I figured it would be a great time to pick the item up. The associate in the store tells me with the discount the server would come out to $725. 00. $725 for only a server?! The guy tells me yes, and that the original price of the item is $1400. Luckily, I walk away and check it out online. Not only was it only $550 dollars on the Ashley website with the sale, but the original price of the item is only $719. . . It's a shame that they would scam customers like that.

We had such a great experience shopping at this location! Kenny was so helpful and knowledgeable, he really helped us pull our home together. Briana was so nice when helping us, she went over contracts multiple times and even showed us pictures of our furniture to make sure everything was correct.

Was the worst experience in furniture I've ever had. The GM Mehdie, personified the worst used car dealer personification with English that was not understandable. The delivery promise is 2 to 6 weeks, be happy if you get it in 8 weeks. Not worth shopping there. Zee place foz dirty. Charless is even worse stoned out of his mind.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Giving them one star is far too gracious. I placed an $11,000 order. When it arrived, they sent me FILTHY chairs (that were tossed in the back of the delivery truck without any protective covering) and a $3,000 bedroom set that was engulfed in MOLD and CRACKED headboard. The delivery drivers proceeded to place a gaping hole in my ceiling and leave a three foot scratch on my newly painted walls. Upon rejecting the order (because I’m not spending thousands of dollars on disgusting, unsanitary, and filthy furniture) I was responded to with a $180 rejection fee. Listen to these reviews. This place is horrible.

My experience dealing with the customer service has been horrible so far. I ordered a mattress and a box from the store. The sales person who helped me was very nice and helpful. The delivery dept told me that they will call me to schedule the delivery on Wednesday. I was moving to a new apartment and wanted the delivery on Saturday as they don&'t deliver on Sunday or Monday. I kept waiting for a call on Wednesday and finally called them myself to make sure that the delivery was scheduled. I was then told that all the slots for Saturday had been taken and I should have called a little earlier. The delivery was scheduled for Tuesday. I was given a window between 3-7 pm. I took off from work and put all the chores on hold to stay home for that time slot. At 6:30 pm, I got a call to tell me that my delivery will arrive between 7:30-8:30 pm. The attitude of the caller was as if she was giving me a favor by making that call. The delivery guys got to the building at 9:30 pm. The building security didn&'t let them deliver that late so they left. Next morning, no one bothered to call me or update me. I had to call from this store to the delivery department to the department that scheduled deliveries. Their attitudes were very unapologetic and irritating. I was repeatedly told that the delivery can&'t be made even the next day because they items were checked in the warehouse so it will have to be another day. When you sign the bill for the delivery, it includes a list of provisions about how the company will charge a restocking fee if no one is available to receive the shipment etc etc. why is that same level of care not available for the customer ? I spoke with one of the managers who simply came on the line and said, yeah we can&'t deliver today. I had to ask him if he knew what&'s transpired over the past 24 hours ? His answer was simply ..yes. We can&'t deliver today. He then said yeah I apologize for this but the attitude with which this was said was so nasty. You guys might find good stuff at their stores but the whole experience of dealing with their customer service is horrible. I have got my bed delivered from Macy&'s which was on time and done in a very professional manner. This company will never get business from me or anyone I know as I will make sure to tell everyone about the horrible experience I had. Update: still waiting for my delivery. A week has passed since I wrote the review and the horrible experience. No one called for any update. Due to work commitments, I didn&'t have time to go to the store and cancel the order. I myself had to call them back for again scheduling delivery as I am stuck in this now. They have scheduled it for Friday (tomorrow) and told me that someone will call me for the delivery window. No one called so far and I had to call to ask them. Again it&'s 3-7 pm. Let&'s see what happens this time.

The absolute best place to purchase furniture. I purchased my entire living room set and my bedroom set from here and I even referred my parents to purchase their living room set from this Ashley HomeStore location. . and they did! This would not be possible without the help of MOE (awesome !!!!), Mahdi and Shawn!!!! The absolute best experience and I am even going back to buy a coffee table this week. Moe walked around the entire store with us with a measuring tape in hand and found us the best set for our new home. Our living room is kind of tricky to work with and we went to numerous stores (even other Ashley locations) but only Moe figured out how to set up the couches in our home using the measurements and layout we gave him. Thank you again to the absolute BEST . . . ASK FOR Moe, Mahdi or Shawn and you will not be disappointed. Overall, a SIX star experience and I cannot wait until our beautiful sofas arrive!
You think you’re getting a good deal but have to wait the full 6 weeks for delivery. They can’t even confirm when the furniture will be in stock. All dates are “estimated”. They also don’t refund the purchase until you wait the full 6 weeks. I’m surprised this store is still open since they can’t fulfill an order.
I previously ordered a bed for my daughter online at Ashley furniture. When I went to the store on Richmond Ave I was planning on purchasing a mattress for the bed. Last night, I had the pleasure to work with Dina in sales! She went above and beyond to help me to complete my order. Not only did I purchase a mattress but the price I got from her persuaded me to cancel my online order and re-order from the store. Thank You Dina!!! For not only being both kind but personable as well. Lesson learned, DO NOT order online, rather go into the store and work with Dina !!
Went shopping here a few months ago and the sales associates followed me around the whole store — from the moment I walked in till the moment I left, I was being followed. Made me feel super uncomfortable. They were acting as if I was going to steal something, would not recommend.

Before you buy...read all the reviews..good and bad...good reviews are about how helpful they were at the store..Bad reviews are about how their delivery is horrible and how they have the furniture marked up high and online it's way less...they will match it but you have to tell them...Example..I saw a coffee table that is 800 in store..online its 300..but beware because that coffee table would take weeks to months to get... My daughter bought furniture for our apartment and we were lucky to get it in 2 weeks only because we were on top of them and were willing to cancel the order..one item that she got for me was a accent cabinet..after waiting 6 weeks and numerous calls (getting a run around) I told her to cancel it and get your money back...How long were we supposed to wait?? They sure suck up to you for that sale and once they got your money...forget it...Who whats to wait so long... BTW..the good reviews are made in the store..they ask you to leave a review..I wonder why..it's because they want to drown out the bad ones...
What a great experience at ashley furniture home store On Richmond ave ! From the moment we walked in we were pleasantly greeted by Dina who spent well over 2 hrs with us (two very indecisive woman ) helping us decide on pieces , giving us her opinion even picking up furniture and moving it so we can see color combos ! She was patient kind and very attentive but not overbearing or pushy . When it came time to pay without even hesitation she gave us the BEST PRICES. No negotiating it was awesome . She actually gave us her phone number so that if we have questions we can call her any time ! Dina was our persinam interior designer for the day so fun ! Shawn at the customer service desk was also such a delight and helpful with looking up our account and explain the breakdown in detail and answer all question ! We will deff be working with Dina Shawn and the general manager again
I had an almost impossible task of replacing a 30 year old chair with some difficult room decor. Steven was very helpful in finding a replacement that will work for me. Very personable and patient and explained all available options. Checkout with Shawn was easy and quick. First time at Ashley and I am sure I will return.
First off they charge a ridiculous amount of money for the same exact furniture priced much cheaper on the website- had to go back the next day to cancel my order only for them to use the website prices which they honor if someone figures it out. Second- they gave me a 5pm-9pm delivery window- they called the next day to say they will be there between 10-2pm and if someone was not at the door to accept delivery they would charge me a 25% restocking fee which comes to $1250! Disgusting service and if I knew any of this I would never have walked into this store.
The store has allot of variety and great prices. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Dina was the person who helped us buy our bed and she was amazing. She was very thorough with everything and helped us get the best deal we could get. Highly recommend this store.
I have ordered a table set with alot of other things about two months ago. One of the tables came broken the first delivery so we rejected it and ordered a new one. They called and said it had arrived then they delivered the same broken table again !!!!!!! This is ridiculous and so frustrating.. so I went back to the store and chose a new table.... The manager promised he would call me in two days to set up delivery which he didn't do....... so I called again turns out he never updated the system with my new selected table!!!!!!!! I honestly don't know what's going on... I've never had such bad service and bad products with no proper support before!!! I do not reccomend this store to anybody !!!!!!!! Very dissapointing
Dina from the Staten Island location was the person that helped us out as soon as we walked in. She provided excellent customer service and went above & beyond to find us the best deal. She wasn’t pushy, she wanted to make sure she met all our needs, and was very patient. I will definitely refer and come back in the future as long as Dina is there to help me out. Purchased sectional sofa back in January. 6 weeks later received delivery with 1 piece missing.Called store in Staten Island about 5 times to get a refund for missing unit. Was told that I cannot get full amount refunded to me for some reasons that I could not understand. Finally decided to stop by at the store. Spoke to a manager who promised me to get it resolved and call me back within 2 days. 4 days later no calls and no updates

I went to Ashley furniture on Richmond Ave last night almost the time of closing. Jo Jo helped me gave made a great deal on couches that I wanted, even after the store doors were locked. She did so with patience no rush, and cared about making me comfortable. Great experience! Great Vibes and Thank you Jo Jo. I recently ordered furniture and it’s been 8 days since I’ve made my purchase. I was told 2 to 6 weeks. At first I was okay with waiting 6 weeks but, After reading all the horrible reviews online I decided I am no longer willing to wait 6 weeks. I refuse to take a chance and wait the 6 weeks only for you guys to give me the run around. So far I am satisfied with my order and Dina was awesome and I am 1 million percent satisfied with HER customer service HOWEVER, me waiting that long isn’t an option! After 2 weeks on the 14th day if all of my furniture isn’t in my apartment I’d like a refund. From what I read just a month ago a customer posted a review that it’s been over 2 months and you guys still have not delivered her items! That’s insane. It wasn’t a few bad reviews it was A TON! I see a lot of good reviews about the person who is selling them the furniture but no good reviews about delivery. It’s insane how we spend thousands of dollars on merchandise and that you guys can’t even provide a date. I am very very nervous! You guys build yourself a bad reputation hopefully you can make an example out of me and give me some good delivery service so I can go back and delete this post! I regret posting this but I refuse to be like the rest of your customers sitting and waiting. I wish I would have did my homework and read all of your reviews before I made such a big purchase because honestly I am disgusted with what I read! Just an up date still nothing. Took my money nothings in my house not a phone call nothing... NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER SHOP AT ASHELY! I called the store Dina told me they have a most of my pieces waiting on more and that I should call their main line or the place that does the shipping to get a split delivery... I called the first time the man hung up on me I called the second time and a lady said they cannot do a split delivery. They couldn’t give me a delivery date and had no idea when all the missing pieces will be available. Real professional

She was pleasant, friendly, extremely knowledgeable (on all the items I wanted) and had patience of a God. I am a very picky customer and she made sure that I was happy and all my needs were met. When we first went to Ashley Furniture, we were looking for a couch. However, we stumbled upon bedroom furniture that we loved, instead. After doing my research online, we decided we wanted the bed, 2 nightstands & the chest of drawers. I priced it out and was prepared when I went back to the store to order (we couldn't order online and get full setup delivery - only UPS, which I thought was strange). At the store, Isabelle began to calculate our order totals. I noticed prices were significantly higher than online, so I brought it up and she "price matched" the online prices -- DO YOUR RESEARCH! All of the items in store are MORE EXPENSIVE than online. We set up delivery for a few days later since everything was in stock. Two days before delivery, I decided to maybe add another piece to the order -- which was also in stock. I called the store and they said "we can't add anything because Wednesday's delivery date is already full." But we already had a delivery appointment for Wednesday -- they just had to add another item to the truck! In the end it worked out, but Ashley lost out on another sold item. Overall the product is good & was delivered on time; just be sure to do your own research.

As a returning customer to Ashley Furniture, I decided to stop in one evening to look at bedroom sets. The salesman was very polite and knowledgeable. It was close to closing time and my wife and I were advised to look online and return to the store with the online pricing. The sales man made us believe that he was going to honor and beat the online price. We found something that we were interested in and when we returned 3 days later the manager did not want to honor the price. He was dismissive and abrupt with my wife. He stated that the price the salesman gave her upon her return was the best they can do, which was $120 more than we had found online originally. This branch has poor management and customer service. We ordered our item online today for even cheaper than we originally found it.

I would definitely NOT recommend making a purchase here, especially if your expectation is to receive quality furniture, and good customer service. Neither which were provided to me! After promising a delivery date, they failed to follow through as agreed, which forced me to change my vacation. They stopped answering my calls, when I tried to change the date. Eventually I had to go in there physically, just to speak to someone, and was promised a courtesy check to compensate for their error. . . which i am still waiting on 2 months later. After complaining to the manager I overheard the employee call me a name that I cannot even post on this page! The delivery came in a broken box, the frame slanted, with the upholstery on the platform hanging off in two areas. To which i was told they couldn't do anything about because it occurred during delivery. Save your time, money, and sanity by shopping elsewhere! They were great in helping me with the sale, but once they had my full payment, they couldn't be bothered with assisting me.
2 months later i got a call from Ashley. So how they fixed the issue with my tables and bedroom set. They sent me an end table a week ago. Their bringing me another dresser which is fine (2 months later) And for the end table that has a chip in it they just told me there discontinued so 2 options. 1 they send a guy to repair the table 2. Come pick another set. If i wanted another set i would of picked it then 2. I paid for something to be brand new not to fix it. Bottom line after waiting 2 months their coming to pick up the end tables and refund my credit card. They didn't take 1 cent off my bill for all the inconvenience. You get 2 thumbs down Ashley. Horrible service! I don't recommend this place for any1.
Dina Moharam was very helpful with our purchase. We had a problem with the delivery of one item that came with our purchase of a matress, but Dina didnt left us hanging. She was on top of everything and even if its not her fault, she's willing to help us and update us of whats happening. Worse business transaction I've ever had. Made a order in October. My order still is not complete. Had to wait 2 months for my box spring. Now I'm still waiting for my chest dresser. The first one was sent broken. Waited a month for the next one. This one is crack. Still waiting on someone to complete this transaction. They wanted to send a repair man to my house to fix the crack ! I paid for new furniture not broken. Thank you for taking my $2200 ! Never will I do business here again. I suggest no one go to this store. They don't answer the phones there either. When you go to ask questions, they give you the run around and tell you they're going to fix the problem then don't.

I usually hate going furniture shopping because of pushy sales associates, but Dina was a breath of fresh air. She’s patient, not pushy at all, and listens to the needs and wants of the customer instead of pushing for what would work best for her. For two days she entertained us and guided us until we finally made up our minds. Even then, she offered to give us her private contact info in case we had problems with delivery. What an amazing experience I had at Ashley Furniture today! I was greeted immediately and everyone was attentive, not pushy. When I was ready to speak to someone, Dina introduced herself. She was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. I explained what I needed and she worked diligently to help me get what I need within my budget. I am a very detailed and picky person and Dina didn’t mind helping me for nearly 2 hours before I made my decisions. I can’t thank her enough for being an amazing professional and not just a salesperson. I would also like to thank Breanna and Kiana for there assistance as well. Ordered a kitchen table from them. Before the sale the store was great, AFTER the sale I will never go back to this store. Google and Ashley the website all have the wrong phone number. Extremely unprofessional. I told the sales team I haven't moved in yet so I will need travel time call me 15-30 minutes ahead of my scheduled delivery. They never called, sent my order back and tried to charge me a restocking fee. I called the store and the store dismissed it and gave me the customer service number. This store is ridiculous. No one received the "notes" on my account. If the furniture was returnable I would return it in a heartbeat. AND the chairs came damaged. Whatever delivery team they use are also not the greatest.

I do not recommend this store. I ordered a dining room server. When I purchased it, I was told 2-6 week delivery. Even though it seemed like a long time to wait I decided to go ahead with the order and my salesperson, Mo, told me I could call in a couple days and they would be able to tell me when the furniture would be in. I called the following week and they had no idea of the date. I called several times and no one ever had information. Finally after 5 weeks I tried again and the girl I spoke with said she just got a chance to call their distributor about the order. Needless to say, after 6 weeks, I still have not received my furniture. No one I spoke to seems very professional or helpful.
This place blows Bob's away for discount furniture. Bought a couch and fireplace TV stand here. Great price and fast delivery. I just didn't like that they kept pushing the protection plan which I wound up buying. I guess that's where they make their commission from mostly. But overall it was a pleasant experience and the furniture is really good quality. Time will tell on that.

If I could give this store a negative number rating I would. My husband and I have had problems with the associates of this store and them doing their job properly since October 2018!!! We are still having problems with this store, from them ignoring me when I call, to being placed on hold and hung up on, to not receiving furniture, and now to having a problem with billing (an error on their part) and not being able to get in touch with anyone over the phone to fix it. I WILL NEVER BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS ORGANIZATION AGAIN!
Probably one of the worst experiences furniture shopping in my life. I have spent almost 20k in Ashley furniture stores in the past 7 years and this store has by far deterred me from ever using Ashley again. Not only is the store employees that I dealt with and the supposed store manager Meesha unprofessional , disrespectful and beyond rude. Not only was I told the day of sale that I nor my wife CANNOT use either one of our ASHLEY credit cardS that have 0$ balances due to the fact that the order I was placing was under 699$. The store said it was a brand new policy from synchrony bank . Wow ridiculous. So I called the CC company after I payed cash for the sale and was told this is untrue. Then after making calls to credit companies, other Ashley stores and corporate I was told this is preposterous and unheard of. So after wasting 2 hours of my time with calls I receive a call from the store saying they miraculously changed the policy just now and that I can waste more of my time to come back in get refunded and use my Ashley card for the sale. Now after allllll of this nightmare I contemplated canceling. But did not formally cancel AT ALLLLL. Because I was told the only way to cancel was at the store. Which I have never been back to yet. On the day of supposed delivery. Oh boy no couches. So I call the store and they never scheduled a delivery date EVEN THOUGH MY RECIEPT CLEARLY STATES IN BOLD TYPE WILL RECIEVE ORDER BY 1-2-19 , because I was possibly going To cancel the order. Are you kidding me. Now Ashley is in breach of a written contract stating delivery. And there's no delivery. So you can make the decision, PLEASE I URGE YOU DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH ASHLEY OF STATEN ISLAND.
