Purchased an area rug I thought would be perfect for my room. Took it home, and discovered the color was all wrong. I returned the rug the next day and received a credit for the full amount and was told I could use the credit for anything in the store. The salesperson and manager were very gracious and made the whole experience very easy. I would definitely recommend this Ashley store.
Everything was great! Other than being told chair would be delivered and how great it is that all I would have to do is point to where I want it and smile. Then when I got home I see there is a $99 charge for delivery. That was never stated to me when telling me about the "great" delivery

This store has a large selection reasonably priced. What I liked best was the salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable but did not constantly follow me around the store. He let me just walk around and look by myself and every so often would check in to see if I needed any help. I felt no pressure to buy anything. Found a nice table and chair set at a great price.

I was searching for a table and chair set for my kitchen and found exactly what I wanted on the Ashley website. Not a fan of putting things together, I thought I’d call the Fairmount location to see if it was in stock at the store, if they could assemble and deliver it. I spoke with Colleen C. at the store. She explained that they could order the set for me, have it assembled and deliver it. I went in to the store to place the order. Colleen proved to be the most friendly, professional and knowledgeable sales person I have dealt with yet. She took the time to show me other options that were in the store and completed the transaction for my original choice quickly. It was my first time in the store and I enjoyed the experience!
Found a great new mattress for a price I was comfortable with, no pressure!
Upon arrival Steve was attentive and worked hard to ensure we found the right living room set we were searching for. Lisa was also very helpful and assisted us through our hiccups with Synchrony closing our account due to inactivity. Though I would not recommend Synchrony due to the lack of communication/emails/assistance regarding account status, I do recommend the team at Ashley’s Furniture Store in Syracuse. The atmosphere was very warm, welcoming and helpful from the start. We are pleased to have made our purchase at this location.
Me and my daughter recently visited Ashley Furniture store in Camillus NY. I met with Jillian Henderson during my visit. She helped us getting the right furniture for my daughters new apartment. Store was celebrating their purple event that day. Jillian was extremely professional and asked the right questions to understand our needs. Her knowledge about the products and offerings were spot on. Anytime when she was unsure about something she reached out to other team members and provided us the accurate information. Jillian took time and tried to work with our needs and a specific budget. She did not seem annoyed or irritated with our questions. Her efforts were genuine. During our interactions she mentioned that she joined Ashley furniture not too long ago and that really amazed me because she did not seemed like a new employee. We went into Ashley to look at mattresses. Nikki met us at the door and while we are more of a couple who likes to shop around alone, she lead us to the mattresses and was SO HELPFUL and in the end, we were very appreciative of her advise and expertise. She didn’t pressure us, but informed us and we told her we’d be back. She checked in once with us prior to coming back and again, she was very helpful. Purchased the mattress today and took advantage of a promotion they had (They had several! We were able to benefit from 3!) Go see Nikki. Looked like the entire staff were kind and willing to help.

Staff at every point of contact was friendly and helpful. Very proffessional but on delivery they left my king mattress behind and I had to go to warehouse myself and get it. When I called to inquire they apologized and gave me $150 store credit.

The Camillus store itself is very nice, and the salespeople are helpful. We have spent over $15,000 on various Ashley items over the past 8 months (both online and in-store orders) so we are a fan of their products. My only recommendation for future shoppers is to really understand their "mattress comfort exchange policy". Their advertisements pitch a "90 day" exchange feature if you are not happy with the mattress once you try it in your home, but they will only honor that if you purchase their in-house mattress protector (which is quite expensive). You could purchase a top-of-the-line mattress protector for about half of what they charge for a lower quality mattress protector, which is what we did, but in doing so it means they will not honor any exchanges. To be fair, they did disclose this to us at the time of purchase, so it was our mistake. At the time, we felt the mattress we had selected would work well for us. It felt fine in the store, and it was an upper-end mattress with a cost of $2,600, but after sleeping on it for a while we both would wake up with some pretty serious back pain. We feel like we are sinking into the middle of it. I sent some photos to the store and they were able to confirm that it was indeed the correct mattress that was delivered. Our first thought was that there was a mix-up, but sadly that wasn't the case. We ended up moving this $2,600 mattress into a guest room that is hardly ever used, and we are now looking for a different mattress from Raymour & Flanigan that offers a more lenient 120 day comfort guarantee. We would definitely shop at the Camillus location again, but probably not for a mattress.

Although the customer service reps are kind and helpful my issue is, I purchase an additional service plan the frame, paint has chipped off, I HAVE TO pick up the replacement and put it together…. OR I can pay an additional 100.00 for it to be delivered. Someone help me to understand why??? It’s a defective product, that is why I buy spend extra money. Soooo I have to rent a truck, dispose of the old one get it upstairs and put it together …. Never again Ashley.. never again!!!

Colleen was great! She let me look around by myself and then she asked me a lot of great questions about what I liked and what the space was like I needed to furnish. The couch I really liked wouldn’t fit in the space so I went with a smaller couch and chair. I went online later in the day to check what the other set of pillows that came with the couch looked like and I found a significant price difference between online and the store. I called and they price matched to the website and were very accommodating. I appreciate their patience and their willingness to work with me. I’m excited to get the couch.

We’ve been to a few other furniture stores in the area, but Ashley in Camlius stands out in two ways. First, aesthetically, there is something warm and inviting about the place and the way things are set up. Second, professionally, the staff here (Alexis, Colleen, and Anthony) are extremely caring, accurate, and supportive. We could not have asked for a better experience💐
I bought a couch from Ashley’s and it was delivered Friday. I absolutely love it so far delivery was earlier than the time they gave which was awesome. Sierra was wonderful with her help. The only thing I would suggest is if you apply for the leasing loan it’s 40 if u don’t get approved or don’t use it remind the store to put in for a refund before you leave. I had to call the next day to have it refunded and it takes like 5 days to get it back.

The furniture is good quality don’t get me wrong, but the thing is do not and I repeat, do not finance with this store. The finance companies that they go through double the price double the interest, even if the store tell you that you’re going to get a promotion with no interest that is a lie. I prefer you buy your furniture straight out! I made a purchase $1000 and end up paying $2000!
I found the insight of the sales staff very beneficial as we purchased 2 rooms of furniture. Sierra C offered suggestions and really knew her product--my wife had the perfect partner to shop with. Unlike many sales people, they listen to you carefully. I'm so glad we visited the Camillus store.

Exceptional customer service at the Camillus Ashley store location. I am Wheelchair bound. We were immediately greeted at the front door by Anthony and Sierra. (No automatic doors) Sierra immediately asked if there was anything specific we had in mind and began showing us our options. Her approach was genuine, not just to make a sale. She was extremely patient & helpful. She went above and beyond to meet our space and budget. Sierra is an exceptional sales person an asset to the Ashley Store.

Went into the store in Camilius, NY on December 2nd 2023 and spent $5,506.82 on a beautiful sectional and dining room table set. The products were delivered January 19th 2024 and that’s were all the problems started. Upon delivery, the table did not have any hardware with it so the delivery crew could not assemble it, and one of the sections on the sectional was broken, causing it to not connect to the rest of the sectional. Contacted Ashley and they sent out hardware for the table and a new section for the sectional. Hardware arrived February 8th 2024, so for almost an entire month I had a table not put together and 6 chairs just sitting in my dining room. Then today, February 16th 2024 Ashley sent out the new section for the sectional. The delivery crew refused to deliver due to 2 inches of snow being in the driveway claiming it was “unsafe”. Now Ashley wants to reschedule the section for the sectional AGAIN, and they offered to give us a $50 gift certificate for our trouble. What a JOKE. I spent $5,506 and for all of this they are offering $50. I will NEVER buy from there again.

Misleading Promises and Poor Customer Service I placed an order for a bed in November with the understanding that it would be delivered by December 12. However, the delivery was delayed twice, first to December 23 and then to January 16, causing a significant inconvenience. What's worse? On December 12, the exact bed that was meant for my house was conveniently placed in the store as a showroom model instead of being delivered to me. When I approached the store and asked if I could take the floor model since mine was being showcased, I was outright denied without any plausible explanation. The lack of transparency and the disregard for customers' needs and commitments is utterly disappointing. Not only was the promised delivery date missed not once but twice, but the company also saw fit to prioritize using my ordered item as a showroom piece rather than fulfilling their obligation. What's most disheartening is the dismissive attitude displayed by the staff when addressing my concerns. There seemed to be no attempt at finding a solution or even acknowledging their mistake. This experience highlights a severe lack of accountability and customer care. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider purchasing from Ashley if reliability, honesty, and respectful service are essential to you. As a paying customer, the treatment received is unacceptable, and I hope this feedback prompts the necessary changes in their service and attitude towards customers.
Today I bought some furniture in this store . The furniture is amazing. But the most amazing is the staff . As soon as walked in I met Nikkie . She’s absolutely the best . Made me feel like at home , super friendly, sowed me everything I wanted to see , so patient. I’m not an easy customer btw 😂 But Nikkie helped me a lot today. Thank you very much guys .

I ended up trying to go through the Better Business Bureau and let me tell you, they are just as worthless. Now I have a very expensive, terrible looking dining set. NEVER again will I spend one dollar there. Can't even sell it for even a part of what I paid for it as who is going to pay for a broken set?!?! NEVER AGAIN!!! If I could put 0 stars I most certainly would.

Well I have to say we had a wonderful afternoon with, Sierra Castro! I’ve worked in retail for forty years and I give her a 10! I went with my friend to shop for him. When I left I had spent, 1700.00 and enjoyed our experience with her. She was well informed, very friendly and patient. All of that and absolutely no pressure. I just retired from 25 years managing a fine jewelry store in Fayetteville NY. When purchasing my new mattress I was seated in an unusual chain. I have back issues and the, Art Deco, chair fit me like a glove. BUT it wasn’t for sale. It was old and had some damage to the fabric but I still wanted it and it was not priced. Sierra called her manager . He was professional, And greeted us with a big smile and a hand shake. He extended to me a price of 200.00 for the chair. He really knows how to take care of the customer. Was completely mislead on a sale. Was told to come back with a toy to obtain 50% off of a price that we were given two weeks prior which would have put the furniture around 1000 dollars. Was quoted 2300 last time I was in the store then came today on the sale day from over an hour away to be told 1900 I will never step into this store ever again. Unfortunate that these large box stores have deceptive sales practices.

Found dining chairs we loved and ordered them in the store. When we got home we pulled the chairs up on the Ashley website to match some other decor only to find them nearly 50% less than the sale price in the store. Shame on me for not double checking in the store. We called the store to ask about this difference and were told they would price match to the online price. Waiting to see if we get a credit processed or if will have to speak with a manager in person. Disappointed in the price gouging tactics.

The warranty service is a complete scam do NOT purchase I'm still trying to get them to return calls from a claim made in July. The guy they had came out took the furniture piece and I have never heard back from them now they are not returning my phone call's literally wasted more time and frustration on hold with warranty company than the couch is worth as this point. Still not fixed and no resolution! Very frustrated
I went in to look for wall decor almost everything was outdated or in bad taste. Something has changed in this store and not for the better. Yuck.

Worst customer service. I don’t recommend buying anything from them! We purchased several items to furnish two air bnbs from them almost 6000 dollars worth. They are your best friend when your buying something but when it comes to an item that came damaged then to find out it was discontinued. Still no refund no offer of a refund receipt. Overcharged delivery fees with no refunds either! No manager call backs. Called both stores asked for manager to return the call nothing. The fairmount location and called the Liverpool location. Will never step foot in one of the stores again! Sad thing for them is I work with new home builders everyday and will let them know my experience! I sure hope this post travels to Todd or Ron!!
Well, thanks Ashley Furniture for making me never want to purchase another item from you ever again. The 'additional' warranty doesn't cover anything, and just gives Ashley Furniture an out to also not cover anything under their warranties. After buying 2 couches and having to pay to repair both after actually paying for extended warranty for both... No thanks, I'll just buy things Literally anywhere else from now on. Edit: To the person who replied, We've already gone through that process multiple times. Basically, they say they can't do anything and tell us to contact the extended warranty company... when we do, they say they don't cover... and to contact Ashley "support"... and it's a huge finger pointing circle of no one able to do anything. When we ask for escalation, we are told there is no escalation process and that all they can do is recommend a repair company that we have to pay out of pocket. In short, thank you... thank you SOO MUCH for jumping back in and telling is to do the exact thing we've done multiple times already with the exact same result.

Every part of our experience has been horrible and we still a year later have not received parts of our order that we are paying on. From the sales team to the store manager and even costumer service did nothing to help us but instead just lie. I went in the store 6 months ago and was told that they were on it and fixing the situation and today told that the piece was still not in and if we wanted to talk with someone that we would be called tomorrow at some point Because the costumer service line was short staffed….. we asked to talk with someone today and told sorry maybe some point tomorrow. I want to give 0 stars….. I will NEVER come back…… and again I will tell everyone how we were treated …. I hope you read this and think before you buy….. it was so bad I can’t believe it Happened to us. We as a family are so let down. I’m not writing this to disrespect Ashley I just hope that if you do spend with them that you get a time line before you sign….. last August we walked in that store excited to put new furniture in our home and now almost a year later we are as a family very disappointed in our decision to trust Ashley..
BUYER BEWARE! I received a generic reply to call the owner but when I called the number listed below I received someone in customer service. I was told the warranty that I did not want in the first place did not cover the seat and arms that had flattened out. I was then told I would have to pay for the repair. Parts and labor. So let me get this correct. You send me the wrong chair, I chose to be nice about it and keep it but you want us to pay to repair a chair with a $199.99 warranty that covers NOTHING! We purchased from Ashley in Camillus in the past. We were talked into purchasing a warranty that was supposed to cover the furniture in its entirety. The warranty was expensive and covered nothing! Such as foam cushions, springs and frame. We were also told that if the frame were to break the piece would be replaced at no additional charge and if we didn't use the warranty we would receive a discount on our next purchase. That's because it's cheaper to give the credit than to give good customer service! Again the warranty is NOT worth the paper it is written on. It covers MINOR tears and MINOR spills. We called Ashley and they want us to pay them to send a person out at another $55.00. Fast forward to June 19 2021 we decided to take our previous experience to Ashley in Camillus and give them one more try. WHAT A MISTAKE! We purchased a reclining chair for $1899.99 less $100 warranty reimbursement from our previous furniture because the warranties are not worth the paper they are written on. This is the second time we have been burned at this location. Still have 4 years to pay for a recliner that A) was delivered in the wrong color and because of its size we let the color being wrong go. It was supposed to be blueish grey. We received brown. We didn't even call the store we chose to give them the break. B) the stuffing is so collapsed the chair is painful to sit in. C) Yet again another warranty that favors the warranty company not the consumer. BUYER BEWARE
Our past experiences were amazing but our newest piece of furniture has not lived up to expectations and we have had difficulty getting in contact with the right department after several calls. I ultimately was able to reach someone who said that despite having ordered an identical product to my last product and finding the new product is defective in its construction, they do not offer refunds or warranty returns. I don't personally recommend the quality of this furniture any longer.

I needed a side table but wasnt sure if this place would have anything in my price range. I stopped by on lunch break and Breana quickly came over and helped me find what I was looking for. Ended up leaving with the perfect table, a little more money than I wanted to spend but much higher quality than anything else I've looked at. I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely shop here again.

I bought a $200 pillow out of spite because I was being followed to and from the bathroom and throughout the entire store until I got the pillow. I am a person of color and sales rep Lisa stayed within 15 feet of me the 20 minutes I was in the store.
Awful quality furniture. Worthless warranty. No customer loyalty. Sell it and forget it.Ashley Furniture Monaghan couch. Cushions sagging after 1 year.. Cushion support randomly stapled along a 1x2 frame which is stapled to a front board. Most of the staples are out. That's all that supports the cushions. Couch is sagging all over the length of couch. Love seat as well. Nails in rest of frame are just rapidly and randomly shot until something stuck if even. . See picture of 10 plus nails in one corner. No support or feet in middle of super long couch. Definitely should be. The front frame is bowed. First in store complaint about sagging cushions which I thought it was originally resulted in manager saying you sure you didn't mean "kids were jumping on couch and now it's sagging" which would have been covered under warranty. Submitted insurance claim and was denied with a vague denial. Customer service sent complimentary cushions and repair support system. I tried the cushions which were ok however the support still appeared to be sagging. A few weeks later I went to lay down on couch and heard loud snap and observed from lower board bowed. I filed insurance claim and was again denied. I took bottom fabric off and observed the problem and the sloppiest workmanship and QA ever. I went into store and I thought I was getting somewhere last week as I speaking with manager who was as helpful as he could be, when another guy was later determined to be the GM asked if he could help. They also made mention that the cushion support system had been redesigned on the newer couch. He had me text him the pics and was drafting up an email coming from him. Which supposedly would have had some clout and also avoided me having to completely re tell this story again and again. They checked inventory for a replacement to swap it out with and were figuring out how to get it as a swap or close to swap as possible. The GM then decided it was best to push the frame warranty issue due to my pictures as his first option. He was gonna call me back by Friday. Fast forward to following Monday, still no call. So I call and ask from the GM who wasn't available. Ask for a call back. Get a call back from the store manager rather than GM and get a sorry, we're not going to be able to do anything for you and he mentioned maybe being able to discount on new couch if I come back in for one.This purchase (1 of several over the years) was for couch, loveseat, oversized chair, ottoman and.... Wait for this title... the - platinum ultra premium protection plan.The price I paid for the couch (alone) 2 years ago was literally half of what it cost today. For same couch. So if I want to buy a replacement couch, they "will try to help me out on the price".We bought the Ultra super platinum ultra protection plan and find out this isn't covered nor is it covered under frame warranty for this extremely poor construction. After 15 plus years and thousands and thousands of dollars, I'm completely done with Ashley Furniture for ever. Such a shame. Sell it and forget it. No consideration for loyal customers. 2 year $3500 throw away furniture. Great company.
We've bought a number of things from here. The quality has been great. We got the extra coverage on a chair we bought and our dog messed it up. The store was super helpful through the claim process. The tech came to the house and repaired it. No charge. The store is well organized, well lit, and clean. Prices are clearly visible on everything. Prices are reasonable. The staff has been awesome every time we've been in.

I've purchased in store & online from Ashley previously. All transactions and products have been exceptional. Tonight my wife & I visited the Camilus store interested in a bedroom set. Our sales person Chris was fantastic. At the very end of ordering, he stated they no longer accept Ashley Home Store (Synchrony) credit card for in store purchases. I've had the card for 5 years- no notification it was not accepted in store. We had no interest in opening a new account (hard credit application) for Ashley while we already have valid credit at Ashley....just not accepted there? Odd. We then opted for an emailed quote for the bedroom set we picked out to think about our options. Chris emailed the in store quote for $2,032.49 (total w tax & delivery). After we got home, we typed the item#'s from the quote at Ashley online and added the exact furniture into our cart to purchase with our Ashley credit card as an online transaction. The exact order online was easily purchased for $1,508 76 (total w tax & delivery). Exact order, $524 cheaper with our credit online. Buyer beware, CHECK YOUR SALES QUOTES ONLINE & SAVE HUNDREDS $$$.
Very pleasant store to shop at. Bree was extremely patient with my mom who had many questions. Bree was empathetic about shipping delays and the frustrations that is causing, and very understanding of our situations. We felt more confident ordering from this store right now, even with the shipping delays, than three other local competitors we visited this afternoon. We ordered six bar stools with white glove delivery. If needed, I will update and change this review, but we're hopeful the review won't need to be changed once the deliveries start coming in. Our salesperson Nikki was amazing and so helpful. We explained what our living room space was like, that we had kids, and the kinds of fabrics we preferred. Nikki immediately knew what to recommend. We left very satisfied with our purchases!
Well if I could put negative stars I would. Long story short- bought a couch March 6th. The store told us as we pick out the couch “this is a good one because of covid, it takes awhile to get the couch but this one will be in by the end of the month” which perfect because I was due with my 2nd child in April. Thinking we would have it by the time I have birth, we sold our old couch. Well that never happened. I had a toddler and a newborn with no couch in our house. Called every month for updates. Had birthday party where we had no couch. Eventually we had to borrow old couches from our parents waiting for this couch. Now we are 6 months in. Still no couch. They call and say it’s finally in! And we, rightly so, wanted it as soon as possible. They said “we only deliver in your area 2 times a month” we are 30 minutes away from where the warehouse btw. So we said can you please get it to us as soon as you can. They said “I will see if I can get it to you on Tuesday but if not, it will be on Wednesday September 1st. We will let you know Monday if they can do that” we said ok. We wait and no call Monday so we call Monday afternoon and they said that the truck is now full for Wednesday and we have to wait 2 MORE WEEKS! Until September 15th because the person we spoke to didn’t put us down for Wednesday September 1st and wasn’t even in the office on Monday hahaha!. So now here we are, going into 7months of no couch. I can’t believe how unorganized and absolutely ridiculous this whole process has been.

Go in for trying , touching and seeing products. Then get a clear description of the item and check your other local stores like Dunkin Brite. In my case at Ashley Home Store they wanted a total of $4000 after sales/discounts/delivery/protection for the same exact sectional set available at Dunkin Brite for just under $2500 after purchasing all of the exact same items. Do you homework they have significant markup in their stores compared to competitors that sell Ashley products. A previous experience should have taught me a lesson when the pushy sales person tried to get me to close on the purchase of an item that was over $200 cheaper on their website. You'll notice that often with the store products online they are cheaper through the Ashley site then if you buy from the retail store. Your best bet is to go in the store, try and then buy online or check another furniture retailer.
I'm writing another review because I don't want anyone to go to this crappy store and get taken advantage of like we did. We bought a really expensive table from Ashley and within months, the chair legs broke. We called Ashley and let them know that multiple chair legs were broken from the base of the chair. They said they were going to send us replacement legs and they only sent us 1 chair leg e months later, which didn't fix the problem because the legs were broken at the base. We had even requested for someone to come out and physically fix them from Ashley. This whole process lasted approx 5 months of going back and forth with them and waiting...and waiting... and waiting. We have since moved out of state and since every Ashley store is different, we are unable to take our chairs back to just any store. Instead Ashley in Syracuse suggested we drive aaaaallllllll the way back to Syracuse from Washington D.C. to drop our chairs off to get a refund... are you serious?? I'm calling corporate and complaining about this rundown store.. I can't believe they are still in business!!
Once again, I would leave ‘no stars’ if it would let me. The folks at the store successfully sold my wife a recliner. It was going to take forever to get here, but that was up front and accepted. The chair is here, but we can’t get it. The first delivery date was set with a time of 8-11 on a Tuesday. When we hadn’t heard by mid morning, she called to see if they had an update…..ah, er……the chair didn’t make the truck from point A to point B, (assuming a warehouse to delivery location, but who knows), and the next available date would be 4 days later. It is now 4 days later, we haven’t heard anything so it was time for another call. Well, the ‘acceptance’ of the new delivery date was never entered into the system so it will now be another 6 days before it can be delivered. My wife has cleared two days to be home for a delivery and both have been wasted. I worked logistics for years moving supplies and people in both foreign and domestic locations. I understand how involved it can get, but if I screwed up once I would be doing everything possible to make it right let alone twice. The Ashley people you deal with are all remote employees who have no ability to take any corrective actions. They just start over. You will not get accurate information, or the promised up dates. Fair warning, this is not a competent company to deal with.
Where do I begin... On March 6th, 2021 we came into the store looking for a sectional couch and ottoman. We found one we loved and purchased it. I asked about the time frame of the couch because I was having new carpet installed a couple weeks later. Salesman stated that the sectional we chose is not backed up as much as other furniture (salesman tactic). He told me it would be after I got the carpet installed but hinting that it would be close to that time frame. Went through all the financial process and returned home. When we got home I checked the the dimensions on Ashley website just to make sure it would fit fine in the room we are putting it in when I checked the website it was $500 plus cheaper to order it online and I immediately called the store to ask them why they didn’t price match for me. They stated because they need to be asked to price match. The sales manager I spoke to on the phone adjusted the price to make it closer to the online prices. But the price was still greater than the online price by hundreds. I have called customer service at the end of March to ask about order status and nothing they didn’t even know if it was made yet. I waited patiently and a text message from Ashley contacted me. They stated they would check on order status every week and keep me updates. A few weeks went by and nothing I had to text them asked what the deal was. They still to this date have no clue if the couch is completed. Maybe it is and they just haven’t told me. Who knows.. At this point the carpet was done in March and old couch was sold on marketplace and we have been sitting on the living room ground. If the salesman didn’t misinform the customer to thinking the couch would be delivered within 2-3 weeks I would still have the old couch. We have had two birthday parties at our house for family and we all had to sit on the ground. I am completely dissatisfied with this company and don’t know when I will get this couch. My guess end of July or August. Customer service gets a zero for this review and store can get a zero too for lying to customers just to make a commission on the sale of a sectional.

Walking in we knew what to expect. We were sure somebody was going to approach us ask us what we were interested in and give us the whole rundown. We were happy that when we got there although that did happen it was a very easy process not as much pressure as you would think. We were given plenty of time to roam the store and find the things we liked and when we did find something the woman who helped us was more than happy to give us additional information on each piece of furniture. Although we came in looking for a couch we walked out with a new reclining chair.

Update the company that inspected the mattress altered the photos submitted to Ashley. The actual mattress color was different in all three photos. Ashley is definitely not to be trusted.
Having worked in retail I tend to give lots of leeway to companies when it comes to errors, many times the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. However, I have finally lost my patience with the abysmal (putting it nicely) customer service with AshleyFurniture - 愛室麗家居. We purchased a bed almost two months ago and still dont have it. Afyer waiting several weeks for delivery due to COVID backlogs they delivered the wrong bed. Promised to get the right bed to us the following week Saturday between 12-3, called that they were running late that day, then called to tell us they didnt have the mattress we ordered. Sat around all day for the second time waiting only to have yet another mistake. Said they would need to reschedule delivery again, but of course couldnt promise when. I will never do business with this company again. Their concern for their customers is atrocious and I would recommended going just about anywhere else.
Arthur was extremely helpful in finding a bed frame and mattress and even found a wonderful side table! And on a second trip I worked with Anthony who was one of the best salespeople I've run into in quite a long time. After looking at couches a week ago I came back in on black Friday. He greeted me at the door, remembered specifically what I was interested in, and made the whole buying experience a breeze!

I would give 0 stars if I could. We ordered a couch, 2 chairs, 9 piece dining room table set, rug, and coffee/end table set from Fairmount. Pieces and parts of this order were delivered in a not so timely manner, coffee/end tables were discontinued after waiting 6 months to not even receive a call from Ashely, along with the table arriving broken/damaged and unable to be returned due to covid. To "make it right" I was provided with gift cards, in which I used to purchase an expensive 5 piece sectional(gift cards didnt even cover half the cost). I was told 12 week delivery times, which is already absurd, just for it to pass the 12 week period and be told they have no idea when my sectional will be arriving. STAY FAR AWAY unless you have the patience of a monk.
I bought a TempurPedic for my mother that I am now stuck with. We can swap it out for a different softness but that will not help due to new recent medical conditions she literally couldn't walk for 2 days. I was told by a manager they couldn't do a store credit because of Covid which makes no sense because I can return if for a different softness because I bought the mattress cover. Long story short if your buying a TempurPedic mattress buy directly from TempurPedic because you can return it for money back within 90 days. My mom's matress is in storage and I'm out 3k+ because I already have a new matress!
Salesman only ordered half of our split box spring. A month after we ordered it, they delivered half, and told us the other half would be there in a week. They paid for the shipping, so it was all good. A week later they scheduled a delivery, never showed up, never called. I called and was asked to text a Rochester number to fix my delivery. That number took over 20 minutes to respond every time, and eventually told me our delivery had been canceled and could not be rescheduled at that time. I tried to call, and they were closed at 4:26pm. Called the next day after seeing that I could get the same thing for the same price on Amazon delivered the next day, and told them if they could deliver tomorrow, I’d take it, but otherwise I wanted a refund. Was told the best they could do was Monday. I agreed just so I wouldn’t have to put the bed together myself. An hour later, they called back to say the box spring isn’t actually at the store and they don’t know when it will be available. Best part? When I said I just wanted to cancel the order, they refuse to take back the half a box spring they left at my house 2 weeks ago. So now I’m out $350, have a useless half box spring taking up room in my home, and I’ve been sleeping on the floor for 7 weeks now. Honestly, just order online. It’s cheap furniture with untrained salespeople.
We made a trip to Ashley HomeStore this past Sunday with my daughter and her boyfriend. They were looking to buy a new couch and my husband and I thought we'd browse a bit -- not planning on buying, but maybe finding some inspiration for a future purchase. Well, my daughter found her ideal couch and we found our perfect couch/loveseat set as well. Our salesperson (Arthur) was friendly, helpful and considerate. He was available when we needed him but not at all pushy. He was down-to-earth and polite. We appreciated his input. And on Monday, when I discovered a small problem and had a couple of questions about our order, a quick call to the store was all that had to be done. While Arthur wasn't available to help me (he was with another customer), Greg was able to fix the issue in an instant. He was also extremely helpful and very friendly! All-in-all it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone who appreciates beautiful furniture and excellent customer service. Thank you Ashley HomeStore!

Never ordering from this furniture store again. Furniture you order from this company take too long to get. 12-13 week lead times. Too long. Raymore and Flanagan takes much less time.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This store is worst furniture store I have ever dealt with. No one knows the right answer to anything. I ordered furniture in August, first I was told October, then November now January. In addition the staff cannot seem to be courteous enough to even call you when your partial order is in I had to continue calling MYSELF AND on top of it they forget to order things that have already been paid for. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE SHOP HERE.
I purchased 3 pieces of furniture (almost $3000)from the Liverpool store,5 months later it's delivered by a moving company and they were rough ,inexperienced and damaged 2 of the pieces. My third piece was in the showroom and they didn't offer delivery but after my long wait and no longer having a vehicle to pick up they said they would deliver.....just to shut me up! Lies won't deliver and I'm going to be waiting another 5 months for new undamaged furniture. I have never had such bad customer service! Stay away from Ashley!
Great people and Prices
My husband and I ordered a dining room and bedroom set from this location back on June 27. We worked with Mandi and the manager who stated they were telling customers 8-10 week for delivery but that they did not expect it to even take that long. The dining set was delayed but delivered in September. Fast forward to today and we have received yet another notification that the bedroom set is delayed and that they will not be providing an expected date because they do not know when it will arrive from the manufacturer. Speaking with the manager of this store is useless as he is rude and just tells us that we need speak with corporate. Then when we speak with corporate they can’t provide anything other than saying they don’t know. Take your business elsewhere.

I am beyond frustrated !! I ordered a bedroom set for my daughter back in May. The bed was delivered by UPS or Fed Ex which was fine, but when we went to put it all together the parts didn't line up and we had to drill extra holes to put it together. I also ordered a dresser. I received an email about a month after ordering saying it will be delivered in July.. the day came and went and we got nothing. I received another email on July 14th saying the dresser will be delivered August 28th.... guess what? It never showed up... I have been trying to call and just remain on hold forever. I have tried leaving messages and received no call back. I just want to cancel my order now because your customer service is pretty awful. I will happily take my business somewhere else. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about the horrible experience I had with you guys and I will not be purchasing anything from your company in the future.
I went into the showroom back in June and was told I would get my bedroom set the first week in July, then I was told July 26 after that it was mid August and then September 5 and now they are saying October. I closed on my house back in June and still have not gotten anything I ordered from Ashley bedroom set, sofa or table. Then I was told they would only do two deliveries so instead of them bringing what they have, they want me to continue to wait cause they don’t want to make more than two trips. Had they been honest in the beginning I could have picked something else or went to another furniture company. Do not waste your time at this company.
Purchase living room furniture and was told I would have to wait several weeks because production is behind due to COVID. Still had to pay up front so they could get my order in. So 5 weeks later I call for an update. Left 2 messages. Tried to use their &"text Message&" feature. No replies. Went to the store in person. Salesman gave me the same &"COVID&" excuse and said he would call someone and get an update. More days go by. Finally I am told its going to be another 4-6 weeks. He suggests I pick &"something else&". I ask for a refund. So I&'m still waiting for that, after NUMEROUS phone calls, & 2 visits to the store. Twice I was told they had &"started the process&" of refunding my money. Its a couple of keys on a computer for an ACH transaction. But nothing has happened. These guys are terrible. Don&'t go there. They cannot deliver the product, and they don&'t want to give back your money when they fail to fulfill an order. Went to R&F, picked out much nicer furniture and it was delivered 3 days later.
This is literally THE WORST company I have ever had the bad sense to give my business. My husband and I spent over 18k at their store and have been treated like complete trash. First, one of the pieces we purchased was discontinued, weeks after we ordered, and we were informed it wouldn’t be available until January. We requested a refund and were told it would take up to ten business days to process. Three weeks later we called to inquire where our money was, and were told that the return was never processed, and that it would be an additional two weeks to receive our money back. The remaining furniture we ordered was scheduled for delivery August 11th. Due to complications on our end, we requested to push back the delivery to August 22nd, which they did. Now that the time to deliver is approaching, we are informed that our sectional and some other items are not available. How are they not available now when they were ready for delivery on the 11th?? So we agreed to have a partial delivery of the things that were available, which they sent us an itemized list of what would be delivered. Hours later, we receive a call stating that our mattress would no longer be delivered. How was this item available hours before, and now all of a sudden disappears?? Are they selling the items that have been delivered to their warehouse to other customers and screwing over those waiting for delivery?? Because this seems to be the case. Ashley has a horrible reputation and we still have them a chance. It’s a shame their horrendous reputation is proven true. All that was offered was $300 off the mattress and we would still have to wait 4 more weeks to get the product.
The quality of the furniture is great. Could not be any happier with that, I am more so unhappy with what has transpired during and after buying the furniture. I would like to start out that we spent almost $19,000 on furniture and paid for in cash no financing. After we purchased our furniture we were in search of some items that Ashley did not have so upon seeing the same furniture that we bought from Ashley at other stores , their prices were way cheaper than what Ashley was offering in their store, mattresses included, also upon further investigation we were told by them that we had to buy the adjustable base made by beauty rest in order for the warranty to be in effect, I had found other bases that did the same thing but were half the price, I called beauty rest to ask them if that in fact voids the mattress warranty and they said no. so now I am upset that I had been kind of duped. I did reach out to Ashley about the cheaper furniture price and they matched it. then after we had already purchased the furniture a month later they called me to tell me that some of the furniture that we bought was discontinued and would not be delivered until January and we bought it in June. this was extremely frustrating as we had already purchased the furniture and now, we must wait till January for it or get a refund and find new furniture to put into the new house. so, we asked for a refund, they told us that we should get our refund in 7-10 days, well a month went by with no refund. so, I called them to ask them what the status was on the refund, and they said, "oh it was never processed". So we had put our new furniture on our credit card seeing that it would just cancel itself out once the refund hit but we had accrued interest from that purchase because Ashley took forever on getting us the refund. If their furniture were not great quality, they would have received a 1 star for horrible customer service, and price gouging. I thought when we made this purchase, we were getting great customer service and great prices with the sale they had one, come to find out the sale is so big because their furniture prices were jacked up. I am extremely upset with the fact that they didn’t not honor our purchase and deliver our furniture to us after we bought but to only tell us that it has been since discontinued ( after we had already bought it) and it would not be delivered for a total of 6 months after purchase. I recommended checking out Dunkin&Bright they carry all the Ashley furniture for half the price. I will not recommend the Ashley store itself but their furniture I do recommended. I will not be going back to this store and have not for all my recent purchases. Update: Now our most of our stuff is not going to be ready until the end of September when they scheduled me for 8/11 but i changed it due to closing on the house being pushed back. So what happened to our furniture that was ready to be delivered?! Do not buy anything from this store. They clearly do not make your furniture when you order it. Just a heads up to anyone who is thinking they will have their stuff made when they order it. By the way we ordered our stuff June 17th. Still no one has tried to make this write even with the furniture that we ordered and was not going to be ready till January.

Two brand new couches broke with in a few months in the same place. We are a low-impact family (no jumping or climbing on the furniture) and take good care of what we have. Edit: We purchased the additional insurance, so a repairman came out to fix the couches. The wood framing is made of plywood and will not hold up to even gentle use. Since this visit, we have had to fix problems with the couches several times.
I purchased a bedroom set in February and was told it would be delivered March 13. They said my furniture was still in production. They don't guarantee delivery. Next delivery date was 3/24. cancelled due to Covid. Understood. Next delivery scheduled for 6/5. For some reason my purchase wasn't put on the truck plus a night stand was not ready. Delivery made on 6/13. Bed frame wouldn't line up. My boyfriend had to get his tools and drill new holes to put it together. The paint was falling off in chunks on the frame of the mirror. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the 5 drawer chest was such a piece of garbage until the delivery crew left. 4 of the 5 drawers are broken. They won't exchange the dresser. They said they will deliver 4 new drawers in 3 weeks and then I have to schedule a technician to come to my home to rebuild my dresser. 2 of the 4 drawers came the last week of July. It is now August 11 and I'm still waiting on the other 2 drawers. Customer satisfaction sure isn't on the top of Ashley Furniture's list of goals. I absolutely do NOT recommend anyone to purchase their poor quality built furniture. Their customer service is as bad as their furniture. My patience is about run out. My next move is Channel 9 news/ your stories. #1 furniture store in the world?! How dare they use that as their logo. False advertising as far as I'm concerned.
They sell you a warranty and then resell it to a company that doesn’t honor it. The cushion deck to our couch and loveseat broke...they are only a year and 2 months old.

If I can give them a ZERO I would ordered my bedroom set 3 months ago, I emailed them they set a date witch was June 24th the second week of June they contacted me saying it had to get pushed back 3-4 more weeks so they set a date for late July!!! I ordered in MAY! I already waited a very long time and than to wait some more is ridiculous, I totally understand that they may be backed up and the pandemic delayed a lot but I’ve never in my life waited so long for something I ordered months ago, my coworker who ordered after I purchased my bedroom set got hers way before me Within the second week of her ordering I was and still am highly upset!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I bought a couch from them over 4 months ago. I get that there was a pandemic. But when that happened, my couch was only 2 weeks out from delivery. When they reopened, it got pushed to 6 weeks out. Today, my couch was out for delivery. It was supposed to be here between 3-6 pm. It is now 7:30 pm on the delivery date, and I have not heard ANYTHING from them. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. DO NOT buy anything from this store!

First delivery date I was told ONE piece was missing so delivery date was moved. Second delivery was completely ghosted without even a phone call. Two months later I get a call saying it would be another month because none of it was in (must have sold that all but ONE piece from the first call). Next delivery...guess what nope it will be another month!! Five months on a six week delivery...it’s time to move on.

I spent $10,000 on furniture and the buying process was fine but then everything was shutdown and instead of getting my furniture in at the beginning of April I didn’t get it till June. All while paying rent on an apartment I couldn’t live in with no furniture. I can’t fault this company for having to close but once they opened again I was told a date for delivery but it had changed at least twice getting pushed back more and more. When I finally got my furniture the delivery guys were great. They busted their backs in 90 degree weather to do the delivery. No more than a week later the bed that I ordered broke. I’ve been on the phone with probably 20 different people and visited the store multiple times to get this fixed. Turns out the structure for Ashley is one of the worst I’ve seen business wise. None of their delivery teams are local and they third party all their repair so you won’t be getting anything in a timely manner and you’re always waiting for a call back to get information that the customer service should have. I’m currently still waiting on a call back from the third party techs to fix my bed that broke after less than 2 weeks of use and the only form of compensation this company knows is gift cards as if I wanna deal with you anymore than I have to. One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a company. Their structure needs a complete overhaul. I recommend anyone looking to buy just find somewhere else to go
Great store - had exactly what we needed at the price we could afford. Eric was a great salesman, not pushy and he worked with us on price. Completely satisfied. They have a return customer in us. They even gave us an appreciation gift card. Outstanding experience.

I am very disappointed that I have been unable to get a hold of anyone from the store regarding my mattress purchase. My mattress is sitting in the warehouse and I cannot move into my new house without it.
Worst furniture buying experience I’ve ever had! I’ve placed an order for my furniture well over six weeks ago and am still waiting for it to be delivered! I was given a scheduled delivery date and time and no one ever bothered to show up! Every time I called the store they kept giving me the same run around “it must be on the truck” but no one ever came to deliver my things! Highly disappointed that my money and my items are not being taken seriously.

Well I gave 5 stars but that changed. We gave the dimensions needed to the sales rep and she said she had the right bed. After 4 weeks of waiting, the bed sent was not the right dimensions at all. Almost $1000 later we had to get a refund. They wanted to keep freight fee of 12% for their reps mistake!! The only reason they have 2 stars now is because after excessive debate of the validity of keeping money for their mistake, it was agreed to be returned. Very disappointed and think their training of associates and reasons for keeping money need to be reconsidered.
I want to give a shout out to Nikki at the Fairmount Ashley store. She couldn't have been nicer, so helpful. She went above and beyond trying to help me get the best deal regarding financing. I asked her what I could use to clean a previous chair I had purchased at Ashley. She not only verbally told me but went on Amazon to find the cleaner and text me the link. I'm still deciding about purchase but she did so much knowing I wasn't walking out buying something today. I will go back !.and see Nickki and see N
My husband and I worked with Duncan and Jon today and had the best experience we could have hoped for. Duncan and Jon listened to our needs and price range and did everything in their power to get us exactly what we needed in that range. Everyone was super friendly and personable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. These are great people that you can tell aren’t just putting on a front for their job. They are truly genuine and Ashley Furniture should be proud of their hiring choices.

Terrible experience!!!!! When we purchased our bedroom set and couch for our new home, we were told it will take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Now our delivery day has been rescheduled 2 times (I had to take time off from work) and they moved it from original February 21th to “sometime in April”. I am beyond disappointed considering we spend almost 6 thousand cash!!! And it’s a new home and we have no other furniture and can wait for 3 month!!! If they were honest upfront with how long of a wait it would be, we would of went with someone ales. Now, they making it difficult to cancel our order. Just an awful experience overall!!! Would not recommend at lest you don’t mind waiting 3-4 month, but who knows if it’s happening in April since they keep rescheduling and I’m not sure about quality either.
Ordered our bed set in January with a delivery date of February 7th then got a phone call and it got moved to the 28th. Well just got a phone call and it’s now March 13th, this is unexceptional. We moved house and have only our mattress, only compensation was refunding the deli every fee. I will never order from this store again.
Horrible awful customer service. I spent over $5,000, and put $1,000 of my own money down. I’ve already received my billing statements and credit card, but have no furniture to show for it. I placed my order on January 12 and customer service is telling me my order is now delayed until MARCH 18, when I was previously told my order would take 4-6 weeks. As a returning customer of a business, I have never been so poorly treated. I will never buy a single piece of future from this horrible company ever again and will try my hardest to deter any future customers from making the same horrible choice I did.

Good selection. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. It lost a star because the prices seem inflated compared to other similar stores in the Syracuse area. When pricing out sofas, we were able to find the same exact set at another local store for 20-35% less, and there were other comparable options that were also less expensive.
We went in there for a recliner, we wanted to have it priced matched to what it is online, they would only price match what the item was + shipping. We told them we would do pick up, they would not price match to it and acted sketchy
DO NOT GO TO ASHLEY FURNITURE for furniture or any other needs. I&'ve had the WORST experience. Originally I went to look at beds because we wanted a new bed and mattress. We picked out a king sized bed mattress and frame. Three to four weeks after purchasing this bed and waiting for it to be delivered we were notified that the bed had been discontinued and they were not selling them anymore. The store was unsure if I&'d be able to get it. They told me that I could have the floor model for the same price and everything. I said now I have to think about it. So after deciding that I really wanted the bed, they took almost $600 because it was going on clearance but of course didn&'t offer me that after it was discontinued. I set up for the bed to be delivered which they only come on Friday&'s to this area. They were supposed to come and set up the bed with &"white glove delivery&" 1/24 but were unable to because there was something missing??? Somehow? Wasn&'t explained that. Took $100 more off for the inconvenience. Now today they are here delivering the bed. I was told it was a 4:30pm-6:30pm delivery time which seemed pretty late. Had my wisdom teeth out two days ago and SO not home to move the old bed out so when I got a 2pm automated call saying that they&'d be here in 20 minutes I had to go upstairs and get the whole room re arranged and broken down. When I came back downstairs to ask if they&'d be able to complete the 4:30 time frame because of my wisdom teeth and no one able to help with the bed they said they&'d call the manager. They left, without telling me anything. The manager called me saying &"no one was available at time of delivery, and that I then refused delivery&". I said please have them come back and deliver it now, I will make sure everything is moved. NOW. They&'re back and moved everything upstairs. The bed, mattress, box spring, etc. are all in the room and then he has me sign. I say &"you guys are going to get the bed all hooked up and installed right&" and he said &"they said just to drop it off&". Now I&'m here so frustrated and upset that I&'m almost crying out of frustration. IF I WENT THROUGH ALL OF THIS & PAID FOR &"WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY&" I SHOULD GET IT. Now to make sure my hardwood floors that have been refinished aren&'t scratched and dented. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS UNLESS YOU WANT HASSLE AFTER HASSLE. No

Attacked at the door by salespeople. Back off ya'll. I bought a mattress that cost 5k. Black diamond beauty or some nonsense name. It is the best mattress I've ever owned though. We bought two identical looking bedroom sets years apart and the quality seemed to go down with the second. One was queen and the other king so maybe that was why. Either way do your homework as many places offer the same thing.

Dear CEO OF ASHLEY FURNITURE STORE. I will not advise anyone to shop here at all, the girls behind the desk are truly ignorant to minorities. I have been waiting for my area rug that i had been placed an order for since Thanksgiving and now it's a new year of 2020. I STILL have not received my rug nor any updateds on whats going on. I am highly disappointed with this company.

I had a very unusual experience at this store 1st they had problems with their Delivery service. I order on October 5th and they would come on November 9th but then had to reschedule for the 21st. But they were very very accommodating and gave me a sizable Gift card! However when the sofa came I had to return because it wouldn't fit. up my stairs!,They were very sorry and accommodating again,There Delivery service is not very fast, you have to be a patient person!, takes weeks, And the furniture is to pricey for me.But high Quality, All the customer service and salespeople were Very nice and extremely kind , ,However I personally don't think I'll be shopping there any time soon! Originally we had an issue with the Camillus NY store. However Ashley Furniture came through and corrected all matters, the regional team really cared and in doing so increased our brand loyalty. I would recommend doing business there just in knowing if things go wrong they will strive to make things right.
My review is gone now too!Never ever buy a piece of furniture from this place, we purchased a three-piece set of and tables and coffee table that we had to have replaced three times and it still is splintering !! We first purchased the table there is a triangle and had four barstools and the bench, the finish kept wearing off the top of the table they try to repair it once it happened again, they replace the top and it happened again they told me I should be using a tablecloth on a beautiful so-called dining room table I bought because it was so unique, And after they replaced it they told me I had to buy a new warrantee for the second one which made no sense and I refused and made them on her a new one for free. If you insist on buying from here get the warranty plan, but I say save yourself a lot of grief and skip it !

We just had the best experience with Walter. We came to the store in need of a new king size mattress, Walter was so helpful and did not pressure us into buying something we didn’t want . He was very patient and kind. We have had the same mattress for 15 years and he was happy to answer all of our questions about buying a new mattress. We usually do not like to deal with salesman but Walter made everything simple and easy for us. We will be back to furnish our new home in the future.

About 8 sale associates in the store today, NOT ONE attempted to help me. Didn’t even greet me as I entered the store. The only words spoken to me was, “Have a nice day,” as I walked out deciding not to spend my money there. I needed a nice plush chair for my salon suite, but I’d rather give my money to Marshall’s home goods. At least they were helpful. Update: Went to Dunk & Bright, found a chair for my salon, $300 later; I’m a happy camper. Everything happens for a reason. But I will never shop with Ashley again. Hate to state the obvious but judging people by their appearance definitely caused the loss of a sale today.
Awful scheduling and delivery services. They texted the day before delivery to confirm delivery date and something had come up and we had to reschedule so we called the store and requested that. We were given a new date. The furniture still showed up on the original date and we were not in town to receive it so they left with it. To where? Who the hell knows! Today was supposed to be the new delivery date and it hadnt shown up yet so I called the store and they have no record of it being rescheduled for today! So now I'm sitting on the floor in my living room because we got rid of all our other furniture yesterday to make room for new stuff. I was told "next delivery isn't until September". Such awful service. Never ever again will we do business with this company.

I went to Ashley‘s furniture andoriginally purchased a sectional sofa that apparently has a reputation of not fitting in certain places.I was very clear with the salesman that it would be going on the third floor accidents happen. the furniture was delivered but of course didn’t fit went back to where we purchased it route 57 and Clay and encountered their general manager .Who was incredibly rude condescending and unhelpful at this point I had no intention of doing business at Ashely‘s ever. But due to the fact that we couldn’t get a refund and would need a credit I decided to stop at the one in Fairmount I had the absolute most wonderful experience from the sales salesman to their GM and everyone in between I will never shop at the one in Clay and I would never encourage anyone to.But I will continue to buy all my furniture from the Ashley store in Fairmount And will be sure to encourage my friends and family to do the same.I guess that old saying one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch well that GM and Clay was definitely a bad apple. I’m glad I decided to give Ashely another chance thank you so much Fairmount
Terrible experience, I don't recommend shopping here. -Delivery is over a month late and still waiting. -They provide no updates alerting you to dates changing -If you call to find out updates you have to wait on hold for up to and over 45 minutes. -Corporate customer service non-responsive. Do yourself a favor and go to China Towne in Solvay.
Let me just say that William Prue and Scott were AWESOME. After an issue with delivery, both William and the customer care center took care to make sure I was satisfied.
I would recommend avoiding Ashley Homestore and at the very least the one in Camillus, NY. The initial order went fine, but since then they've been a nightmare. The purchased items are already over a month late with no true delivery date set yet (as of this review). They provide no updates to their customers if delivery dates get extended, so it's completely on you to follow up. Following up is beyond difficult, b/c they put you on hold for as long as 45 minutes and likely longer if you call at the wrong time. Once you get a hold of them, they seem confused and just push your date off even further. Do yourself a favor and go to China Towne.

VERY disappointed. Ashely normally has great reviews. I visited Ashely to purchase a bed, a sectional and a 3pc wall unit/tv stand/ entertainment center that I found online. When I arrived, NONE of the items I found online was in the store so I couldn't even SEE in person what I saw online. The salesperson DID offer a price match which was nice. Here's where things went horribly wrong... I saw ANOTHER bed I liked so I decided NOT to get my original one. The salesperson told me my order wouldn't be delivered for another 2-4 WEEKS!!!!! I've NEVER heard of such. I've explained that I was having a huge gathering at my home on June 14th and would need my furniture. The salesperson ACTED as if he made some miracle call and told me my things would be delivered by May 22nd. TWO days before my delivery date I had not heard from anyone about my delivery so I decided to call. I was told by someone in customer service that only my BED would be delivered on May 22nd. The sectional and entertainment center on JUNE 20th. I was told that SEVERAL attempts was made to contact me. NOT TRUE. There was nothing in my email. Then she recited a contact telephone number that wasn't my number. It was from NORTH CAROLINA. I live in NY (even though the spokesperson CONFIRMED my correct number. AND email when drawing up the contract) so I KNOW they had the correct information PLUS it's the SAME email they sent my invoice to. So here I am a disabled Army Combat vet, laying and sitting on the floor in my home. Expecting family and friends flying in from different states and I have NO furniture for them to sit on. So am I supposed to pay the $299 delivery fee for a headboard, foot board and 2 rails? Am I supposed to pay the 12% penalty for cancelling my purchase of the sectional and entertainment center because I was given incorrect information JUST so someone can "make a sale"? Am I supposed to make a payment on an account that didn't deliver the goods? The customer service rep told me it was standard for furniture to take 2-4 weeks for delivery😳😳😳. But in MY case it will be almost TWO months. I made the purchase on May 7th. But my furniture won't be delivered until June 20th (do the math). UNACCEPTABLE. If I didn't like the bed so much I would've cancelled THAT too. I should NOT have to pay $300 for delivery of a bed!!! I should NOT have to pay a $12% cancellation fee. As a matter of fact, I SHOULD be compensated for my inconvenience and for deliberately being told false information just somene could make a sale. I will NEVER shop Ashely again and I WILL be taking this up with corporate. I just saw on your site the 10% off for Memorial Day. Could I take advantage of this offer considering all I've dealt through with Ashely? Not to mention I'm a disabled Post 911 combat veteran?

Come to see Paul. Being in the sales business my biggest concern is the feeling of being hustled. Of course in any sales job there is an expectation that the person selling will do a lot to make the sale, but there is a fine line between the feeling of being ripped off and walking out feeling as though you were genuinely helped by the sales associate. Paul is a great example of the latter. Keep it up bud, your doing good things.

We just visited here today and purchased a brand new bed set! We are very excited and very satisfied with the selection we made. Our Home Furnishings Consultant, Haley Wright, was very helpful, courteous, patient, understanding, flexible, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. She had us try several mattresses, pick our own options, find a bed frame that we liked from anywhere on sales floor, and worked diligently to get us great pricing on everything, even the delivery costs! This is our second purchase from here, and our couch is still amazing and perfect since the day we got that. I'm sure the new bed will have the same effect. Ashley has great selection, prices, payment options, and staff to help anyone get what they need. We are more than satisfied with our service and the level of care that Haley put into helping us get the perfect bed. I would highly recommend Ashley for anyone that needs anything for their home, from beds to couches, from desks to TV stands. We will be going back again soon for more great furniture! My boyfriend and I recently purchased a sectional and a king sized bedroom set from this location. When we walked into the store we were greeted by the home furnishing consultant, Nikki Cammack. She was AMAZING, we would highly recommend her! She didn’t make us feel pressured to buy anything and was helpful in showing us all our options. We went into the store knowing we wanted a bedroom set and a sectional but had no clue what design we wanted. Nikki was very patient with us as we literally walked and dragged her around the entire store, sitting on every sectional. She even brought over drawers of different dressers from bedroom sets that we liked so that we could compare the coloring! After a while we picked our favorites. Nikki helped us with calculating prices if we added or took off any items and was very knowledgeable around the products. Although we won’t be getting our furniture for another few weeks, we wanted to leave this review in regards to the professional and delightful experience we had at this store!

This store and the people that work here are amazing. The sales people care so much for their customers and help them to get them the best prices for their purchases. They match prices and don&'t give you a hard time about it. Have shopped there several times and bought two apartments worth of furniture. We recently had a delivery issue and went back into the store and spoke to Allison the manager about it. She was so nice and so helpful. If anyone is looking for furniture I would definitely recommend going to Ashley in Camillus before anywhere else. They have such a huge selection. You will definitely find what you are looking for there for the best price.
Steve Spendle was very down to earth and helped me pick out my couches. He was not pushy at all. He periodically checked on me and whenever I had a question (which I had a lot) he was there with answers. I highly suggest you ask for him!

We were looking a for a leather sectional and we had been to at least 5 different stores to see what was out there. We went to Ashley first and returned after seeing all the competitors. The service was top of the line, they had the exact sectional we wanted, the process was quick and easy! Chris did a great job with all of our questions and never was impatient. Both showed amazing customer service skills and have been two of the best people I could have ever worked with during all of this. This occurred at the Liverpool location.. We purchased a couch set and purchased the 5 year extended warranty. It felt like buying a car with a used car salesman they tried to over charge us by 1,400.00 the internet price was a lot less for the same furniture. So we complained they were reluctant to give us the internet price but eventually did but not before they said the internet delivery fee was going to be a lot more than their store delivery price but the internet delivery price was also 100.00 cheaper. That was just the start. After purchasing the furniture we were going to get a 300.00 gift card upon delivery of furniture well they forgot the gift card and one of the couches had a bent frame. They refused to put it back on the truck and said a tech would be out to look at it. After 3 hrs the recliner mechanism broke! I called them and now there sending a replacement couch. Now that we received our 300.00 gift card we went to use the card and after picking out a mattress we were told it was not covered by the gift card and a Ashley gift card is not a gift card it&'s a store credit and it did not include mattress. But no where in the disclosure did it say does not cover mattress. So I had a few choice words to the manager of the store who was a complete ass. So we left and called another store and come to find out the mattress we wanted was covered in the store credit so we went to that store and completed the transaction with no issues. But there gift card is not a gift card it&'s a store credit and has many disclaimers that are not listed so beware! Now with there extended warranty we were told if we don&'t use the extended warranty in the 5 year period we would &"get our money back&" so what there disclaimer say is that you will get it back in a store credit to use you don&'t actually get your money back so now you will have another crappy store credit. You will be lied to and deceived at this store I recommend you find another place to spend your hard earned money!! Hope this helps your decision.

So basically you pay $100 for them to deliver it only when it's not too much of a bother for them. FULL STORY: First the information they give you is wrong. The "important delivery information" says call between 8am - 6pm Monday - Thursday. I called at 8:15 on Tuesday and it tells you the hours are 8:30-6. Then I called back at 8:30 and had to wait on hold for 10 minutes for "high call volume. " Then a guy answers only to tell me the wait is going to be longer because they're taking care of calls that came in last night. I decide to call back later. Second call. Finally get ahold of someone. They tell me they can't deliver to my area till mid April. I'm calling on March 12th, the earliest they tell me is April 12th. I ask them what time of day because I work on Fridays. They can't even say if it will be morning or evening, so you have to be home all day. Not even cable companies pull that nonsense anymore. I tell the girl it has to be a Wednesday or Thursday because those are my days off. She says ok, then she says she can have it delivered Monday, Friday, or Saturday. Wow, ok, thanks for not listening to a word I said. I repeat that it has to be a Wednesday or Thursday. She says she has to contact the "logistics manager" and she'd call me back. She never called back. Day 2. Third call. Same situation. I explain everything this time with a different girl. She says she has to call the "delivery manager" and she'll call me back. I decide to go into the store and talk to a manager. The manager has no control over shipping, but she looks up my info and it says that the girl I talked to did put in the request and I'll receive a phone call by 4:30. She also says there are no notes from the day before, so the original girl didn't actually do anything. I ask her to simply cancel my order, but she can't do that. The only people that can cancel an order is the delivery department. Fourth call. Someone, supposedly a manager from corporate this time, calls me around 4:15. She says she's calling to set up my delivery and offers me. . . . . . April 12. I explain the situation to her and she says to get a different day, she'll have to call the "shipping manager. " I explain that the first 2 girls I talked to were supposed to do that, and this phone call was supposed to be the one where they had already talked to this mysterious manager who no one seems to know the correct title for, but absolutely, most definitely exists. She says she's looking at my info and none of this is in my info. Even though the manager at the store could see the info, and she even added more to the file. So after 2 wasted days and dealing with a completely incompetent staff, I ended up canceling the order. This was the Liverpool store.
Store(in Liverpool) had great selection and the sales person Derek was friendly but while searching for furniture he said at least three times that it takes up to eighteen days for arrival because it was made to order. I got home and called the next day to schedule the delivery and they told me it would be 35 days. So after I got upset they rushed it and made it for 28 days and went on telling me that their policy is 14-28 days for delivery. I said ok that's better than 35. Then on receipt it said I ordered a twin/full frame for my queen mattress so I called and the manager Sean said it's a glitch in computer and that it will fit my queen. It got here and of course it doesn't fit! So I probably will never be back unless it's worth it

Highly over-priced furniture unless you have more money than brains. Salespeople come at you immediately upon entering like vultures on a carcass, and don't let you browse in peace until you are quite blunt about being left alone. This was the second Ashley store we visited, and the experiences were almost identical. Go at your own risk, or if you enjoy sales people chirping in your ear while you're trying to make up your own mind.
