Going into the Ashley store at Green acer mall,kwesi was right behind my wife and I urging us in. Immediately taking charge. Showed us around there products. Kwesi was very professional,articulate and awesome. He got us a very good deal and got us a comfortable financial plan. SCAM ! Do not buy a mattress from them . You will pay for a warranty and they will not honor . Spent 10k on a mattress paid for 10 year warranty 6 years later mattress sunk in and now they will not cover damage because mattress has a stain . Very poor business practices and very misleading. They need to do better !
It was so easy working with Kwesi “Q”. He listened to what we wanted our home to look like. He was patient with us and answered all our questions. If I come back to Ashley’s to get anything definitely would work with Q.
