!WILL NEVER BE RETURNING! Shiv was great and extremely helpful. Unfortunately I will never go back to Ashley furniture due to I had ridiculous amount of grief when I was with trying to get something delivered. I scheduled for the delivery of my new couch and a pickup of my old couch just to find out that they're trying to drop off my new couch and then several days later pick up my old couch. Which is extremely confusing because I wouldn't know where I was going to put in my new couch when I already have a couch. I even called the previous day due to seeing indiscrepancies just to be lied too that it'll be okay and everything will be fine. I had repeatedly told them that I will not be here on the second day. I then had to sit on customer support for 15 minutes longer than I ever should've been because it should have all been handled. I will never return to this company for anything. Your handling has lost you a customer.
Please go and see Zach when you stop by, great customer service without being pushy. We will definitely be stopping by again for our furniture needs!

All of these factors were a key factor in my decision to go back & purchase the matching ottoman. On my second go round the salewoman, Raneesha (hope I'm not butchering her name) was super cool. I wholly recommend this store & truly appreciate the professionalism of the staff.
First time purchase at Ashley and everything went perfectly. I usually shop at competitors, but this time Ashley had much better pricing for what I was looking for in comparison. Price was the determining factor for where I’d select, but my overall experience was great. Donna at the valley stream location was super helpful. I actually love my furniture and recommend people to ashley furniture but I was completely outraged with the warranty experience. I spend a $1000 on a 5 year worry free warranty. They show you the selling features and make you feel like it covers everything and then you try to use it. I was never informed at the sale about what it doesn't cover, or what will void the coverage so I can do an even better job of taking care of my $10,000 order or I would have decide not to get the coverage because I find out it doesn't cover anything of any real value when it came to my bed for example. The wooden support leg under the bed broke and I was shocked that wasn't covered i was told. That's basic wear and tear.unbelievable. then it's not like they follow up with I'm sorry it's not covered but offer a solution like we can order that part for you or direct u to the facility in which I can order that part. It leave you with the feeling of we got your money and there is nothing we can do for you. You figure it out.then the warranty bullet points show that it covers cosmetics damage. Then I find out my claim was denied because of accumulation damage. I would also like to add they did not give me the terms and conditions to look over before I made my decision. So my fiancé's night stand hand some rings on 1 corner of the night stand and they said it's not covered because of accumulation. My argument to the individual was there is only one process for fixing the finish on wood and that is sanding the area and re staining and add polyurethane if they are not using a combination poly stain. So what does it matter if it's 1 ring or 4 rings.also I looked up the terms and conditions and found out that you have to report any accident within 30 days but the warranty is good for 5 years and you can make multiple claims. It doesn't make sense. it appears they just add stipulations to make sure they don't have to fix anything. So let's do the math. I have an accident then you send someone out to fix my ring on my night stand and this happens several times across my 5 years warranty how much is that. Verses you coming out1 time and fixing 1 section. I feel tricked because if they gave me all the information so I could make a well informed decision I would have never got the warranty on anything other than my recliner just in case the motor went bad. If ashley is in the business of just trying to get as much money as possible and their staff might have a bonus incentive for selling warranties and they don't care about having repeat customers than they are doing a great job and they should continue their practice but if they have integrity and want loyal customers they should do a retraining with their sales staff to inform customers of what it actually covers,what it doesn't,what will void the policy.let them know u have 30 days to report.let them know of the basic wear tear damage that's not covered that will typically happen especially with the bed frames that use those spaced out legs for support and let them know it's not covered and let them know how they can order it if and when it happens because that will be a common problem. I also called up ashley store in which I made my purchase and explained my situation and was told if that is what the warranty department said there is nothing we can do. I have never took my time to write a bad review before this whole ordeal made me furious.i spend a $1000 dollars on a warranty on $10,000 worth of furniture and I can't get anything fixed. Then when I ask is there a way I could find out what color stain did they use on the furniture so I could do it myself because I actually love my furniture and I would like to put it back to it's original look. I was told to look for a label,look online.i asked is there a way to contact the manufacturing to find out and he had no answers for me other than go to homedepot try match swatches to get it as close as possible.so if the 3rd party did come out how would they match the color? I would have mismatch furniture if they couldn't get it close enough.

I am so happy that i walked into the store and got Q as the representative to help assist my family and I. We went in there looking for twin beds for our toddler girls. We found ones we loved quickly and was excited to completing our purchase. I had an Ashley card and figured it would be a quick purchase however that wasnt the case. My card was close without my knowledge and i didn't have enough to carry out sale with the one on file. Q quickly assured me that we will figured it. We had to make a couple of calls...he even went as far as talking to his manager when the call service didn't help. He went above and beyond to make sure that i stayed as close to my budget as well as he was clear about the different offers made in order for me to complete my purchase and be able to pay off in a timely manner. SCAM ! Do not buy a mattress from them . You will pay for a warranty and they will not honor . Spent 10k on a mattress paid for 10 year warranty 6 years later mattress sunk in and now they will not cover damage because mattress has a stain . Very poor business practices and very misleading. They need to do better !

I visited that location and met Akiem Martin. He was very attentive, professional, and an active listener. I placed the order and they was delivered on time. The small extendable dinning set was the only thing I interested to purchase. I had visited the Rosedale location to place the order and the sales reps were very rude, unprofessional, and told me to open an Ashley credit card to pay for the item.

Sunday 12/31/23 my brother, my son and I when to the Ashley Store in the Green Acres Commons. My brother is moving and wanted new furniture. When we first entered the store sales rep Donna greeted us immediately. Donna was friendly and very professional. What I really liked about Donna was she was easy to work with, great listener and she had a great eye for style. Sometimes sales people tend to talk over you and can be pushy. Donna listened to my brother guided him but allowed him to choose. In the end we bought a dinning room set, sofa and rug. I love Ashley furniture and their sales team are the best. Bravo Donna!

I purchased a bedroom set with the mattress and everything. Got the delivery and the mattress is wrong. I asked for a 2-sided mattress, and they sent me a one-sided mattress. Talk to warehouse and they ask me to wait for 2 or 3 days for the right one. They are saying that they can't do anything and that we have to sleep on the floor in this cold weather.

After a month of nonsense going back and forth with the corporate who were absolutely awful, these two were amazing and solved our issue with our broken base within 24 hours. I purchased a Sealy Posturepedic from the Ashley, Green Acres store. When I purchased the mattress I was told I had to purchase a $179.00 mattress cover that needed to be present in my home when the mattress was delivered or else I would void the warranty. This mattress cover came with an extended warranty so I purchased it and took it home. 5 days later the mattress came and it had a hole in the mattress. I refused the mattress and was told a replacement would arrive 3 days later. The replacement never came. I was told this was a factory error. After some back and forth with Ashley I cancelled the order. Ashley refused to take back the mattress cover. I am stuck with a $179.00 mattress cover that was so expensive because of a warranty that I don't need without a mattress. I ultimately purchased my mattress from Raymour & Flannigan. Much better shopping experience and customer service. Avoid Ashley!

Delivery did not set up my couch. They said there was not enough space but there was. Additionally, they said they could not come back for 3 days even though it was 3pm and their team was a few towns over. The customer service representative and the store manager not only refused to refund my assembly fee but the customer service rep lied to me saying someone came back the next day to fix it and then hung up on me when I asked to speak with her supervisor. Totally ridiculous. All they had to do was refund my assembly fee for literally not assembling a huge sofa and living room table. The customer service reps name, I believe, was Mary or Maryanne and she was in deliveries. I would never order another thing from this place.

I have an Ashley card and yet at purchase I was required to pay $100 down from my bank account. If Ashley is a credit account why am I required to put a down payment?
Never but their furniture warranty. They just fool u by saying that everything is covered but when its time and u call them they will say its another company handling that and the company which handles will say its not. Few items are on warranty for only 30 days and they will say its for 5 yrs. Its just there way to making money as they will make it sound so tempted and later on ur money is in waste. Whatever they charge on warranty u can but a extra furniture item for urself but never and i say never buy there warranty. I called and after continues contacting there warranty company called 5 star service informed me that nthng is included and i should have read the warranty disclosure which was never given and they have no idea why the sales person said everything is included in warranty so in a way just throwing balls at each other. So will highly say never waste ur money on Ashley furniture warranty as its total waste on money which they make sure u pay in full when ur buying the furniture.

Do not purchase from here. They don’t explain that every sale is a final sale even if you want to exchange for more items and actually make the store MORE money. They purposely fail to explain these things so they can make a sale. Terrible customer service. Adele is a sales rep that only cares about her commission. Arnell the customer care rep was very arrogant. They offered no assistance in resolving the issue. The same day we received the delivery we tried to call to arrange for an exchange and were denied. save yourself the stress, don’t do go here.
I purchased a a living room set in 2019 and purchased their 5 year warranty. A few beams broke under the chaise lounge section after 2 years of purchase. Their five star customer service for the warranty was horrible. I got the run around for months before someone came to try to fix and then they never came back when they said they couldn't fix it. I had to call them several times before a credit was sent to purchase a new one.They told me at the store they would haul away the broken chaise but on the day of delivery they told me they couldn't. Just to be told after that it would cost me $180!!!! Ridiculous!!!... horrible communication and knowledge of what the store policy is. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.

Ashley Show room does not tell you give a true understanding of what the Premium Protection plan covers. In less than a year my chest was not able to close due to broken reals on the draws… the warranty company just told me they can’t help me cause they don’t cover such. Thanks to Ashley Furniture Valley Stream, i am stuck with defective furniture forever. Please save your money!!!!
It was a horrible experience I ordered parts for a bed since the third week of May 2023, I was told that I would receive the items within 10 days, 10 days passed no delivery, I called to get an update they inform me that the part was shipped, two weeks passed, I called on a Tuesday and they inform me that they spoke to the warehouse and I should receive the parts that Saturday. Again no delivery I went to the store in valley stream and I was informed that the part is out of stock and they have no idea when will I receive the parts. Lies lies lies, so unprofessional and I just received the parts on August 3, 2023. I would not recommend Ashley to anyone….. they don’t even deserve one star….

The associate that assisted me name was Ronnisha she was very polite professional and knowledgeable of the items in the store and the specific items I was interested in that was not in the store at the time;but she was able to find it on her tablet and show me one in the store that was similar. She took her time in with answering my questions and finding out the difference in the measurements of the items in the store compared to the one I actually wanted that was online so I could have an better idea of the size I was getting. I had a really lovely comfortable (Not pressured) experience with Ms.Ronnisha at Ashley Furniture Store in Vally Stream. I did purchase the items I wanted from online;the price in the store was a little bit higher than what was priced online and I was given the online price…Yay! Mr.Alberto closed out my purchase and it was a pleasure dealing with him as well…very nice. I was unaware that I purchased a damaged chair until I got home…I am aware that it was a discounted floor model but damaged goods should’ve been communicated so that I can make an informed choice vs paying close to $400 for a a damaged chair. I could’ve chosen to settle or ask for a deeper discount. I showed proof and the response was I’ll be taken care of on a future purchase. There will be no future purchase.

I’ve been a valued customer of Ashley for a long time now! I’ve vouched never to order anything again after the last time, but I went against my decision and did order. I wanted a bedroom set for my son, a love seat, a mattress, coffee table and two side tables. I Chose the love seat I wanted. The guy there also looked at it and told me that’s a great choice. I even showed him the video of the space at home for it. I signed and made the necessary transactions in hope of the items purchased. First they didn’t come when they said they would.🙄 my husband was there at home to receive the furniture. Turns out they sent a big old couch that took up the entire space of my sitting area. I had to cancel the order for the coffee table and the two side tables because I had no space for them!!! I was livid!!! So now the guy is saying that is what I signed off on!!! When clearly I pointed out the piece of furniture I wanted. He made the mistake on his computer!!!!!! Talking bout I signed to it! Yes I trusted you give me what I wanted!! Ashley I would never introduce anyone to Ashley furnishing!!!!!! And even if you decide to buy anything from them please pay keen attention over and over, because they will give you something you didn’t want, and tell you that once it’s in the house they are not gonna come for it. And to make it worst none of the two guys called me back to apologize or to find out if my issue was resolved! All they care about is the money. I really expected better from Ashley. Shame!!

And also please look at the online price. They have a different price than online. They are waiting to steal your money in every way.

4ys ago I Purchased a sectional at Ashley. I also purchased the platinum warranty because I was told by Ashley employees it covers everything. Lies,lies. I put in a claim and all of a sudden the warranty changed. How does that happen. I do not recommend them to anyone. EVER
Purchased furniture and platinum warranty, was told everything was covered. They lied, the warranty company lied as well. I would never recommend them to anyone. The worst experience buying furniture in my life. They are thieves and liars. ASHLEY FURNITURE VALLEY STREAM..LIARS AND THIEVES. If. I could give them 000 stars I would. I can't believe this is happening and I'm appalled by this. They are not trustworthy people. I don't even know how they stay in business. When I sent the pics to the warranty company the story changed to material isn't covered from parting. 1st it was seams aren't covered. I explained it wasn't the seam, oh how the warranty changed in a blink of an eye.

First off the sale rep (CASSANDRE GAUBE) totally lied to me just to make a sale. She doesn't return your calls or respond to your text. Gave me no updates on my delivery never returned any of my calls. Had to call the store and found out my delivery would be in 2 to 3 weeks from the date she said it would be delivered. I just canceled the order all together because I was expecting it to be delivered before Christmas being that we placed the order the day after Thanksgiving. I refuse to let her earn a commission for a job poorly done not off my money should've went to A&M DISCOUNT FURNITURE like I started to. 😤 but I will going there this time around...

Ashley has the worst customer service. I purchased all the furniture for my new home an year ago with 5 year warranty service. When one of my night stand got damaged & when i went to the store to place the order after everything the store associate said its almost 100$ for shipping which is impossible. The store associate wasn't helpful at all & all she said is call customer service.When i call customer service they said its nothing they can do about the shippi ng price & only the store can help with that. Spoke with (Christina)store,(Arieo) customer service & ( Eber) platinum warranty service to get my money back for the item due to terrible customer service. As a customer I would not appreciate this.

Terrible experience with this store. The sales representatives gave me incorrect information about the required measurements of my doorway telling me that the couch would NOT fit unless it were a certain width, and convinced me to pay for the $170 guaranteed delivery. The couch arrives, and I look at it, measure it, and turns out it absolutely would have fit and had room to spare. I called to see if anything could be done since this was a service they sold me on that I did not need, and the manager I spoke with was unbelievably rude and just kept repeating the same bogus line about "this is our recommendation and you don't have to take it, that's on you for deciding to" - basically telling me that I shouldn't have trusted what his employees told me about the measurements. What excellent customer service! Isn't the point of their sales reps to provide me with correct information? Terrible experience, I would absolutely not trust anything their employees tell you and make sure you do your own investigation into dimensions to determine if you need this service or not. I provided them my doorway measurements, and they told me that I needed it or else the couch wouldn't have fit, and they said they would charge a $100 fee if it ends up not fitting, so of course they are trying to sell me on the guaranteed service. Unbelievably not cool, and definitely not cool of them to not want to do anything to rectify this. Will not be going back. I would have been a returning customer, but not anymore. 2 stars only because the couch is nice and the delivery guys were great.

I went to shop for bedroom furniture for me and my boys. I was greeted by Adele who helped me find the best bunk bed and queen size bed. She was very helpful and patient with me. Anything i seemed confused about she took her time explaining all the different beds and mattresses. Let’s just say i walked out of that place a very happy person. Ask for Adele when you go. It is very humble of me to give 1 star. Very rude uncooperative delivery drivers. They’ve disrespected my mother who cannot speak English couldn’t find a translator meanwhile the driver clearly spoke Spanish but pretended he didn’t. My mother spoke to service and they also disrespected and ask why didn’t my mother learn English. There are between 350 and 430 languages spoken in the United States making it one of the most linguistically diverse countries in the world. There is not an official language at the federal level in the US so there was no reason why we were disrespected !!! I’ve purchased from Ashley’s multiple times and this will be the last time. I do not recommend anyone to do business with a company who discriminate customers.
It was a pleasure picking my living room sectional at Ashley. I came to the store for three weeks deciding on what I really wanted and Chantel was great to work with. She was kind, informative, she listened to what I was looking for and lead me to the sectional my husband and I purchased. Adele was also very helpful in this process. I will absolutely purchase my next pieces of furniture from Ashley and I look forward to working with Chantel again.

Technically I would not leave any reviews Ashley does Not Follow directions They sent my furniture assembled when I did not want it to be assembled I needed it to be in a box so it could go into storage then when I accepted it and I spoke with them and they heard it on the voice message or they recorded line they're gonna tell me that they cannot take it back I am very unhappy with this purchase that I made from Ashley's furniture from here on and I will not order from Ashley home furniture again and make sure that you get everything in writing and check your furniture before excepting it they will not take it back I give it 100 Thumbs down

VERY POOR SERVICE AND PRODUCT Dear customer, try Raymore or Bobs furniture instead of Ashly Furniture before making a purchase. I ordered a dining room set from Ashly, but three times they gave it to me broken or damaged, and the fourth time they asked me to wait a month. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact Ashly's customer service department and manager, I decided to buy the dining table from Raymore.
Ms. Taylor at the Green Acres mall provided excellent customer service. She was patient and extremely knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and took a considerable amount of time with me to ensure I absolutely love my furniture. I would a million times over return to this store.
Cassy is the best. Knowledgeable hands down about beds like you've never heard before. "You can't sleep on your bed set and dressers, be sure you invest in your sleep" she says. And she can explain why. I dont have a house but I will be finding one just so Cassy can furnish my home! Managers raise her immediately I have $20k in bedroom furniture on standby with her.

Clearly companies do not care about their customers anymore. If I can give this place 0 stars I would. To start off the communication is awful. I noticed customer service is not their number one priority. I received a bed with a crack on the side of the frame, and no rails or slats attach to it. I paid extra money for their employees to put the rails, slats and bed together and I didn’t get the results I paid for. Instead, all I get was a guy coming to my house to spray on the bed frame to cover the crack which left behind an unbearable smell of chemicals. Disgusting!! I sent numerous emails with pictures of my complaints, and I was told that they are not responsible for putting the rails together. Mind you there are holes in the inside of the bed on the sides for the rails to be attach, and they sent me a box of the rails. So, explain to me what was the point of me paying extra money including insurance to get the job done when it was incomplete? I can’t even enjoy sleeping on my new bed without it moving which makes me feel unsafe. I went to the store in person to see if I can get someone to understand my issues I am having and I was told someone would call me back in 1 hour, and it’s been two weeks. Save your money and go somewhere else to purchase your furniture and bedroom sets. It is easy for them to take your money, but not taking care of the problem when you are having one. ASHELY FURNITURE IS NOT THE PLACE!!!!!
I've had the absolute worse experience with Ashley Stewart. They tried to deliver damaged furniture to me not once, not twice, but three times. God only knows what condition the furniture will be in when they attempt the 4th delivery. This has been going on for months. Dont buy their furniture! I will never shop here again! The customer service is horrible and furniture comes off their truck already damaged. If I could leave a negative star I would, they don't even deserve one star. They're horrible and disrespectful.

Customer service is horrendous! when you ask to speak to a leader/supervisor, they hang up the phone on you. No professionalism what so ever. No one seems to know anything or have any answers- their go to response is "working on it" when actually not one thing is being done. They delivery furniture that is damaged and/or missing parts. You have to wait weeks to hear from a manager from the store to clarify and confirm a re-delivery. Never again am I buying from Ashleys or recommending this place to anyone.

See below for review edit** I ordered a couch 2 months ago and paid in full. I explained at the time of purchase that I know many things are back ordered so I’m hoping to find a floor sample or something in stock. Our sales person told us have no fear this couch will be there in 3 weeks, March 15 2022 but not only have we not gotten our couch, we haven’t heard a single update from the store. I’ve had to call the Ashley hotline 4 times and every time I’ve called I’ve heard a different answer about this sectional. They said half of it was in stock and coming March 29 then the 29th past with no call. Then the first week of April and I called any today to hear April 15. I understand things are backordered but it’s not acceptable to continue to withhold information from a customer you’ve already taken $2000 from. I’ve tried calling the store and been disconnected multiple times. I’m extremely dissatisfied and will not be shopping at Ashley ever again. Review edit** on April 1 the couch was delivered. Unfortunately I had to negatively review the store to get the couch to arrive but the delivery team was great and the couch is wonderful!

I needed a Sofa to relax on and watch television, read and just relax. Ashley Homestore - Valley Stream has the sofa that completed all the above for me. I was lucky to get Ms. Subaas who is professional, friendly and most important worked to satisfy my needs. She listened attentively and help me. I got a price match of the same sofa that is on Amazon but there was a difference, I saw the sofa in person, was able to sit on it and feel comfortable, experience all the functions, especially for my knee replacements, shoulder replacement and lumber back pain. I could not do that if I had bought it on Amazon and I would not have been able to have Ms. Subaas help me. I was offered choices of Coffee, Tea and water. Clean facility. Absolutely unbelievably magnificent experience from Mr. Royan Singh. He helped me with his knowledge and patience and 0 attitude. If it wasn’t in the store he looked to see if the item was in stock in his computer and let me know what my options were. On December 2021 i order 8,406.06 worth of furniture. I had not got 24 out of 30 of items yet. I had asked for my moneys back . this store manager Ronnisha in valleystream. she going to tell me that i am only getting my wish my experience was better. I feel like I completely wasted $8406.06+ . I feel robbed not even so much so of my money because I believe the items are still of great quality but more so of my experience as a paying customer. No one is of any help. Everyone is so passive and I’m continuously being pointed to this “no refund” contract. A contract goes in effect on the basis that my products that I’ve paid for are received in full and customer satisfaction is met. I am not at all satisfied. I would never recommend doing business with Ashley to anyone.
Adele customer service and patience is beyond exceptional. She’s very helpful, attentive and a good listener. It took us almost 2 hours to get what I want and she was able to get it done with all smiles. I highly recommend her.

Great service at the Valley Stream store. Quick delivery with the delivery guys, with special attention to setting up furniture. They even removed their shoes at the door when I asked, because it was a wet day.
I went to Two (2) well known stores .. Ashley should have been my first choice. Ronnisha ( sales rep ) and Kathy ( very knowledgeable in the mattress department. I hope I got all the names right. Together they are a great asset to Ashley , CSR service was impeccable . They ensured we viewed all available options , and assisted us with financing options , thus making it possible to get all we needed THANK YOU KAT and CANDY. I will return.
The showroom was beautiful and very clean but our salesman, Corey, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to help us. We had so many questions and kept changing our minds about what we wanted and he was very professional and very patient with us.

Don’t buy Ashley’s furniture warranty! It’s a scam. I bought my wooden kitchen table 3 years ago and the finish is coming off. I tried to contact them about fixing the finish and they told me they don’t cover wear and tear. So what’s the point of the warranty. Why spend that much money?

this store is FINAL SALE and they fail to tell you. Whether it's faulty or want to exchange. It is Impossible to refund anything. Also, customer service was very rude! I do not recommend as everything is FINAL SALE and they do not tell you. If there are any other reviews with damaged goods or shipping or refunds, I recommend you strongly consider. Also, here attached is the small sign that was not placed in plain site that provides misleading and ambiguous information about cancellation,returns, and refunds.

Don't believe the hype. My parents and I were looking forward on receiving our furniture through Ashley HomeStore and so far the experience has been a huge disappointment. We were told once we purchased our furniture set that the delivery would arrive upon the same week. Update, were now on week 3 and half of our living set is STILL hasn't arrived. Were tired of getting the run around, from being told that our furniture corner seat being damaged and receiving a call 3 hours later on the same day stating the piece would come this Tuesday 12/14. Only to find out today that the delivery date is AGAIN being pushed back . This is extremely and beyond unprofessional and misleading to my parents and I.

I recently purchased a farmhouse dining room set from Ashley HomeStore which luckily was in stock at their warehouse and ready for delivery within a few days. I can honestly say I had an overall great experience. The sales associate Royan was very helpful and professional as well as the delivery and set up. Based on my experience with buying my dining room set, I would recommend Ashley HomeStore Valley Stream :)
Ashleys has the worst customer service ever. There in Valley Stream store representatives are mostly concerned about the sale. After the deal is done if you have problems with your items you will never get help. Customer service are rude and knows nothing. Do not ever get there Platinum Protection Plan. I have parts of my sofa where the threads are detached, on the back rest and the sponge is showing, under the sofa has a rip and the fabric has been discolored .I was told by 5 Star Service that's the thread and sponge being visible is not covered and you will have to pay out of pocket if needed repaired. By the way the sofa is just past being 1 yrs old. Honestly no where on the protect states threads and sponge not covered. But states rips an tears or punctures are. Interesting that Ashleys has such a scampish protection company. I must say I also have Bob funiture protection on some of my furniture and I never had any problems for service..
I've been to Ashley in Green Acres the trusted advisor, Cassy, was fantastic. At first, I didn't want to buy the dining set I was exploring, then she went above and beyond to very courteously convinced me to buy it with the largest and most beautiful smile. Good furniture store.
Waited 5 months for back ordered item, then delivery guys damaged merchandise then left without finishing the delivery. They said 1 item didn't fit but they didn't try all options. Horrible!!!
Cassy was sooo friendly and helpful. She assisted my mother and I for hours, from start to finish. She was even willing to stay with us after closing to look at mattresses. She was also very patient and informative. She reassured us that she will follow up on our deliveries to ensure they will go smoothly and efficiently. She even made us coffee, and let me have some chips from her personal stash. We live about an hour away, but we will definitely come back based off of her service. 5 stars, my girl.

Poor attitude
They offered me the worst customer service possible. Upon delivery, they brought the wrong headboard and told me I had to wait 7-10 days for the correct one to be installed. I was not irate and I said okay because there was nothing else that the delivery guys could do. After waiting 7 days, the new delivery team ripped my mattress because the gentleman unboxed it with a blade. I am now being told once again that I HAVE TO wait 5 days for my mattress to be ready exchanged and also there is no form of compensation they can offer me (not that I wanted any in the first place). I wish my experience was better. I feel like I completely wasted $1000+ . The sales staff was friendly and very accommodating. They showed a lot of patience. This is a store that I would recommend to anyone.
Cassie was a pleasure to work with. She was friendly, patient, and not pushy. I came in to look for a table, a bedframe, and possibly a bench or chest to fill in an empty space I had between my shelves. Cassie immediately took me to see several options. I spent over an hour there, took pictures, and took measurements. I didn't even buy anything but she didn't show any displeasure. She even gave me her number to schedule an appointment if we made any decision. So I showed my wife what I scouted, returned the next day, and ordered what we wanted. We kept switching back and forth between furniture and sizes. Cassie patiently waited. Finally, we made a decision and paid. Very next week, I changed my mind and went back to Cassie to change the order. She was sooooo patient. Meanwhile, my experience with Raymour & Flannigan across the street was the total opposite. They were pushy. I felt spoken down upon. They assessed if I was going to make a purchase that day or not and acted accordingly. So I was mostly ignored.

If I have to rate the experience with returning a purchase here, it will be below negative 0. At the time of purchase they are verifying your ID and credit card but they need you to return to the store to verify your documents to refund you your own money. 🤦♀️ I have been waiting for 3 days for someone to return my call after speaking to the salespeople that did the transaction. Several emails sent to the store to refund the transaction. I have always bought furniture from Raymour and Flanigan. I decided to take a chance due to something I liked. The return process is horrendous!

Worst place to shop for furnitures! My bill was $8,100 and I paid CASH!!! Bought all my furnitures in november 2020 and didn’t receive them until February 2021, they sold me a bullish!+ a$$ protection plan claiming that I can call for service and maintenance of the furniture as many times as I need for the next five years, I started the first claim and they are saying that the plans doesn’t cover so many stains all at once and that I should know to take care of my furnitures when I have a toddler. If I could rate 0.5 of a star I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY TO SHOP HERE! It’s not worth it. *on the plus side there are a few nice staffs working there.
They were very unkind to my mother she bought a bedroom set and when it was couple days before the delivery. They call her and told her that they don't have the mattress and they don't know when they are going get it. Might I had she already pick out the mattress when buying the set then all of a sudden the don't have it. They are shady!!! Bad business!!

Don’t fall for the lies. The representative is a liar. I inquired about the lease to own program and spoke with a young lady who offered not to run my credit and help built it. The representative Billy asked me for my driver license and social security to enter in the system and guess what they ran my credit and my score went down 3 points a hard inquiry stays on your score for years. I will never purchase anything from Ashley a bunch of liars.
I visited the rosedale location on May 12th to purchase a new dinning room set. The customer service was excellent. I didnt feel hounded when I walked through the door compared to other furniture stores. Cassy was patient and provided great customer service. I couldnt make up my mind on what to choose. Cassy assisted me until I was 100% satisfied and happy with my selection.

Ashley furniture is one of the worse place to buy your furniture from. 1. The draws from the dresser is broken. It’s been over 3 months and still not fixed it any attempt to replace the dresser . 2 I bought 6 pieces set and I only got 5 pieces, when I call the store and question it they say the bed is consider 3 pieces. Which is bull because they don’t want to admit they made a mistake. This has been 3 plus months and still trying to get resolution on this matter. Also I been lied to about the finances Ashley’s offer. They workers in valley stream lies to the customer so that they can get sales.

BY FAR THE MOST DIFFICULT UNTRUST WORTHY STORE IVE EVERY BOUGHT ANYTHING FROM On Mar 17 I Purchased a Large tv Stand From this store that happend to be to larger by a tad. i quickly called Khyri the rep to have him do a swap for a smaller one which was alot cheaper i thought soi questioned it and the rep said he was able to get me 25% off but thats the lowest ... .. all went smooth and everything got scheduled but i never got a updated reciept which i have bin asking for since the day of initial purchase.. i tried calling the store no asnwer so i just kept in contact with the rep letting him know i need the reciept ...... Until today i finally decided to call the customer center only to find out that the furniture had a added warranty for a additional 129.99$ that the rep failed to mention to me or ask if i was ok with purchasing it .... now im trying to get my refund and The store is telling me they cant do anything about it until the warranty company send them a email... and the warranty company is telling me they cant gve me a refund i need to call the store .. GO FIGURE NOW IM GETTING THE RUN AROUND FOR MY MONEY BACK !!!!?????? Update to 2 stars .. I got my refund but I deeply encourage corporate reevaluate they’re processes with handling refunds I deeply also recommend retraining store associates and operation managers ... and keeping a lot closer look at what store associates are doing

Don’t shop here and waste your money they’ll bring you messed up furniture and the delivery people won’t take it back! They don’t do refunds only replace it with another one of their pos furniture pieces! They told me they would send parts for my furniture it’s been a month and nothing has been sent WHAT A JOKE! EDIT: after multiple phone calls I’m still waiting for the pins to hold the shelves, they sent me one single pin when I sent them pictures and an email stating that I needed all of them, so it’s now been 7 months since buying this furniture and not being able to properly use it! And to add to the damage the door fell off when I went to open it because the quality is so cheap!

We paid more at Raymore and Flanigan but we actually got the sales associate's direct # and are confidant things will go smoothly. At Ashley if anything goes wrong with the order you are screwed. There is 0 way to get in touch with the store directly because they never pick up. You have to call their corporate customer care and they make futile attempts to get in touch with the VS location. NOT ONE GOT IN TOUCH WITH THIS STORE. STAY AWAY!!! Must have spoken to 100 customer service reps. No one even cared when we canceled the order. They refused to compensate us for this ordeal or apologize. I recommend staying away from this location. Will never shop at Ashley furniture again

Still have not received my couch and its been over 1.5 months. Before the 4th failed delivery attempt the delivery service contacted me to inform me that the sectional I ordered is comprised of a grey sleeper and a tan chase. They asked if this is okay. NOOO!!! The operations manager at Valley Stream said her sales manager would contact me about compensation for my troubles. Still have not heard from them. Total radio silence. Their own corporate customer care team cannot get through to this store !! No one answers. Its extremely unprofessional. Never buying any Ashley Furniture products again. Please stay away from this store. If anything goes wrong with delivery there is very little recourse or accountability.
The furniture was not delivered at a scheduled time. I had to reach out to them first and ask about the delivery status. They kept extending the time and I rescheduled it but delivery even then it was not delivered. I had take day off from the work on schedule day for absolutely no reason. I called multiple times to the store and no one helped me at all. They transferred my calls and put me on hold for 30+ minutes. I still have not been able to cancel my order. I am extremely frustrated and angry. I want to cancel my order but no one has yet to assist me. If anyone id looking for furniture to buy, Ashley Furniture is the worst place to go. I would recommend not shopping here at all!
My nature is not to write these posts. I try to be fair and flexible. But my experience with Ashley’s furniture is an unmitigated disaster. The salesperson was very nice but extremely disorganized. But the real disaster came when I ordered a sleeper sofa with breakdown service. Salesperson said I only needed break down on one part, really needed on both so when they finally delivered the couch (on the 3rd attempt) they had to take couch back...could live with this if I could ever get in touch with the store- even when corporate calls and emails they don’t respond...finally went into the store again and was promised help that never materialized. Can’t imagine how they are still in business. In the midst of a global pandemic Ashley has made it clear through this ordeal that as a company they are more concerned with quick profits then quality individualized customer service. One piece of advice to Ashley’s Valley Stream location: if you don’t care about your customers that’s one thing but the least you can do is pick up the phone.
I ordered my furniture before December. I still haven’t received it! It’s not even in the warehouse yet?? I have never ordered from Ashley furniture this is my first time and it will be the last. I have never written a bad review before either for any store. I have always ordered my furniture from Raymour and Flanagan. I’m sorry I took a chance on Ashley!
Absolutely amazing!! If you need anything you MUST see NATASHA! She is the sweetest and most down to earth sales rep! Gave me so many options to accommodate my pockets!! She super informative and so willing to answer any questions! If I ever need anything in the future I will definitely be returning!

This is the worst experience ever, I recommended my daughter go there since I went and got my mothers dresser with little to no issues, spent more than an hour in there and I was using cash, they are either just too busy or just plain slow. This was not the case for my daughter who spent $14000, they ordered the wrong side rails for her bed, did not have full couch in stock as first told and it took almost a month to receive. The delivery truck when delivering the couch, side rails and armoire supposedly broke down when they gave a time frame of 6:30am-10:30am woke up super early for an appointment that didn’t happen until after 12pm. Little to no communication had to keep calling in the end to find that “truck broke down”?????? What I can tell you is they spent 8 hrs ordering and setting up financing in the first place NOTHING SHOULD TAKE THIS LONG!!! Salesman was fairly new and did not know much that’s why parts not available and wrong sizes ordered. I would say Ashley has beautiful furniture but when it’s surrounded by bad business then you have a bad overall experience, I would say Valley Stream Ashley furniture is not where you want to go; try any other location and see what the overall experience is because this one is just a big MISS!
The service I received at this store was absolutely amazing. If you ever go here, ask for Corey Johnson. I was not looking forward to furniture shopping but Corey made it so easy. All I had to do was show him a picture or give him a description of what I wanted and he literally helped me find everything I was looking for. He showed me ways I could save money. I didn’t feel rushed, or ignored. I’m telling you, he is wonderful. I furnished my entire apartment with him. Love this place

We purchased furniture at this store in November 2020, and was told we were told that everything would be delivered by 1st week of January we would have everything, it was supposed to be two delivery dates, which I was fine with, that didn't happen it kept getting delayed and there is no communication from the company or the salesperson about the delay, it is now January 30, and they and I have to call to find out whats going on, at this point they are saying Mid February, whenever we call no one has any good answers for us or solution, even spoke to a manager who promised to keep us in the loop , I never heard back from her or anyone in the store, and would I would not know the status of my stuff if I didn't call myself very unprofessional i am never doing any business with this company again, they shouldn't sell stuff they can't deliver, in a timely manner.

If you’re thinking about setting up your home Ashely is the best place to go. I had the most wonderful experience while shopping at the store in Valley stream. My mother & I have shopped at this location a few times. From bed room sets, to living room set and everything in between. Jazmine is very friendly, helpful and professional. I've never had an issue with a delivery or an order. The staff makes shopping for your home very easy

I went into the Valley Stream location on 11/10/20 to purchase a bed for my daughter. I was greeted by Oliver. He made the experience smooth and easy. He's straight forward and to the point. He made sure that I took advantage of any promotions that were available. In the end both my daughter and I loved her new bed. I will most definitely be returning.
The overall experience was excellent. Oliver was very helpful and patient with helping me find what I wanted. He also was very helpful explaining my payment options and promotions. I will be going back to make future purchases.

Corey helped us when we came in to check out the mattresses and managed to take care of us with a sale that didn’t start till Wednesday but we wouldn’t be able to get back in time for. He was/is friendly, helpful, not pushy and genuine, definitely would come back in the future!

Buyer Beware! Entire experience is a headache. Spent over 15K on furniture and had issues with every step of it. From purchase price being inflated, to issues with delivery and issues when claiming the insurance. Save yourself the headache and the money and go somewhere else.

The sale associates went above and beyond with their service. They not only have me the furniture of my dreams but when there was an issue with the delivery team getting one of the reclining sets down the stairs, they came to do so. Very appreciative of the whole experience.

Perhaps the biggest collection of either incompetence or plain fraudulent practices. Went to the store and dealt with Natasha who at first seemed very professional, i came in saw one item and purchased it immediately. We did the paper work and i was told it would arrive in a week. After the item arrived i realized that the item was not the one we had discussed but a similar item that had a few difference. It was a bit difficult to notice since the difference is inside the adjuster. I called and texted the sales rep and they told me that she had taken it upon herself to sell me a different one from the one discussed for the purpose of saving me money. I called customer service and then called the store and they hung up on me twice. When i get someone they put me on hold and then transfer me to the main line. The managers also seem to be aware of the scam of because before i even said anything specific regarding the situation she mentioned that since the item matched what i signed that there was nothing she could do. I then asked them how did she know that was what i was going to complain about and then they transferred me. BE CAREFUL!! Also shipments are delayed for months! I still waiting on a vanity and bed frame since October

Royan Singh, by far, the best all around. He's very knowledgeable with the product and very patient. We've recently moved in to an apartment and had just finished painting so the next step? Furniture. I had mentioned to him my experience at Bob's Furniture wasn't even close to good and he had mentioned it would be a completely different experience which it definitely was! I'm an auto salesmen myself so his customer service is the type of service that is phenomenal, no matter where he goes, you will follow. Thank you again Roy for your patience and expertise. I highly recommend anyone who goes here to ask for Roy Singh. You won't be disappointed. He made everything easy and fast.

I bought a dining room table about six months ago, when l bought it, l was told its was made from wood, l later realized its fake wood material and it is peeling, took picture and reported it to the store, they are saying that they are not responsible i should buy extra warranty which is a scam, because l had warranty on stuff before and they not pleasant to deal, l should have gone somewhere that sell better quality furniture.
Would have been a great experience except the dresser I order came to me severely damaged and had to be taken back. It wasn't inspected before it got to me and now I don't know when I'm going to get a replacement. Just very frustrated I waited long enough for it to arrive and now I have to wait who knows how long for my replacement 😡 will go somewhere else next time.
Great experience with my salesperson Roy from Valley Stream Store. We ran him around the store twice and online till we finally decided on our purchase. Delivery was on time and everything came in good condition. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

This dresser (well, the whole bedroom set) is complete garbage. The dresser drawer broke by me putting shirts in it. I can't even begin to say how big of a pain it was to get it all delivered. The running boards, dresser, mattress (which is the worst mattress I've ever had), head/foot board all came separately. Even after I paid for the "hassle-free" delivery. Not to mention, I received two nominations that it was being delivered and it never showed up. I had to take multiple days off to sit and wait for the deliveries and even with paying extra for them to take the packing material with them, they left it in my room. I tried calling "customer service" over 20 times to try and find out where the deliveries were and I was hung up on over a dozen times and transferred even more. Finally, I reached a CSR that "said" she'd email her boss and someone would get in contact with me...which never happened. This is the worst furniture company I've ever seen. To think that I decided not to go with IKEA because I wanted "nicer" stuff, that I would have for a while, this was a big mistake. On top of it all, when you order online they charge your card, when they ship it they charge your card again and then it takes 2-4 days for them to credit your card back for the first charge. I'm VERY glad I didn't go ahead and buy furniture for my whole house (like my wife told me to) because it's complete crap. Save your money and hassles and go to IKEA, at least with them...you know what you're going to get.
My experience at Ashley’s furniture was amazing!! My mother referred me to the sales person who assisted her from a previous visit. Jazmine was patient and provided me with information about sectionals that matched my expectations. I left the store feeling satisfied and I have informed my friends and colleagues about the promotions and deals that the store offers. I will definitely purchase more furniture from this store in the future.

My husband and Our family had the pleasure to visit This Ashley Furniture Store Sunday November 1, 2020. We needed a mattress and was pleasantly greeted by a sales associate right away her name was Kamrie Carson . To see someone smile behind a mask and to hear such a pleasant warm voice meant everything to us . What meant even more to us is We had my 12 year old daughter with me that has autism and my daughter took Kamrie’s hand and she lead us to the mattress area. Kamrie had her job cut out for her to try and sales us a mattress and soothe my daughter who didn’t have much patience . However Kamrie remained patient and professional as she assisted us and kept my daughter happy and calm. We had no idea we were going to have to also meet with a mattress specialist which made us nervous due to our daughter’s lack of patience . However , Kamrie was right by her side talking to her and it made her so happy and calm . I must say we would have walked out without a mattress if Kamrie was not our sales associate . However we walked out so happy and satisfied with with an awesome comfortable mattress and mattress pad of our choice. I received phenomenal customer service from Ms Adele at Ashley furniture store of Valley Stream. My family and i started at Raymour & Flanigan around the corner and had the worst experience. Not one store employee approached us to assist us in anyway. We in turn left the store and when i tell you go with your intuition you do it. We then spotted Ashley Home store and had a wonderful shopping experience. Immediately upon stepping into the store we were greated warmly. The feng shui of the decor was amazing, with the visual furniture layout strategically placed which was very inviting. Adele approached us right away and asked us how she could help us 🙌.. What i thought was a thing of the past still existed! Shopping experience restored and saved by Adele! We advised of the style of Sofa we were interested in and she knew exactly what we needed.. My family and i were given complementary beverages as Adele worked her magic preparing our order. She was very knowledgeable of the products and order process. We received exemplary service with her conservative demeanor. This type of customer service is what makes it worth getting out of bed and fighting through traffic to shop in store. I am writing to inform anyone who is considering doing business with Ashley Furniture to STOP WHILE YOU CAN! Never in my life have I dealt with the most incompetent, disgusting corporate business. I purchased a couch over $2,000 3 months ago. The couch arrived damaged. I opened a case and that case was canceled without my knowledge. I opened a new case and I am still sitting here with no help and I damaged couch. I was sent replacement parts in giant boxes that are sitting in my apartment. I was scheduled a repair service and nobody showed up! I called to find out I was not properly scheduled so I took off from work for not reason! I now have been trying to reach someone for a week ! This is the most frustrating experience and I hope this review will stop anyone in advanced from purchasing from this AWFUL company!!! If I could give no stars I would
Kamrie Carson and Adele was a dream! They treated me and my mom beautifully and the process was smooth and QUICK!!! Delivery date given was a great turnaround time as well! I left there happy and smiling!! Can’t wait to receive my new sectional!

The sales team here is very very nice. They’re helpful and patient and helped me get what I needed. But the delivery team? YOU CAN KEEP THEM! They are the rudest most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered, not once but twice. First my mattress arrived and it was written clear as day to come to the building service entrance on the delivery order but this guy decided he couldn’t be bothered and aggressively rung the bell in the lobby despite my saying you need to use the service entrance. He then replied “I’m already here and I see boxes in the lobby just let me in”. When I explained that building policy was he had to use the service entrance he huffed and puffed and angrily brought up my mattress and flung it on my bed frame. Appalling. Then a couple weeks later another team came to deliver my couch, and left me in tears. They were in a rush, dismissive and plain rude. When I asked them to please try to bring the couch in another way they threw their hands up and told me “we have too many other deliveries I don’t have time for this” AND LEFT THE COUCH IN MY HALLWAY. I then had to call friends and a completely separate company and pay $250 to get it in my house. After paying the addition Ashley fees to get it in my house for an extra $75. The customer service rep told me it was my fault as I shouldn’t have let them leave. As if I was supposed to tackle them to the floor? They outright told me they were too busy to help and left. Laughable really. The entire ordeal has soured me on using Ashley in the future because their delivery professionals are such a colossal let down. The furniture is nice though.
The customer service is very excellent. They made sure I was a satisfied customer even though I asked them alot of questions. They were patient and kind. When coming into Ashley ask for Kamrie and Adele! They are the best!! 😁
My experience at Ashley furniture was surprisingly a good one. Upon arrival we met James, one of the salesperson. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. James was very helpful and was able to help us make our final choices because he understood what it was we were looking for. Went in looking for a table and sofa and also ended up with a tv fireplace entertainment stand too. We were very pleased and satisfied with the service and our product!! Love my new furniture!!!!
Horrible service when scheduling deliveries. Using COVID as a reason to provide slow and non existent customer support is sloppy and you have definitely lost a customer. Waited online for two hours, could not be connected to a manager. Delivery person showed up out of time range and didn&'t call until they were leaving. Thank goodness for front door video camera for proof.
Came in looking for love seat. Rep said have look around. Displays were unorganized. No names of product on signage. Rep said sku is on back. Gee that helps me. Rep.said inventory online diff from store. Love seat i wanted not on display. I refuse to buy something i can&'t see or sit on like a couch or mattress. Wont be coming back.

We received exceptional customer service from James from the moment my daughter and I walked into the Ashley Homestore in Valley Stream. I dreaded shopping for furniture, but James was genuinely patient, calm, and courteous. He made me feel less anxious and more relaxed about the whole shopping experience. James patiently answered all the many questions my daughter and I had. He is very knowledgeable about the furniture options and the few times he didn't readily have the answer he persued the information for me. Even after I left the store that day, James was diligent to follow up with me to provide additional assistance. His professionalism and customer service skills are outstanding. Without hesitation, I would recommend James to friends and family.
I have never had an experience like this, and we are going on 4 months. Ordered a loveseat/ottoman, and was told there was a delay. Delivery called to drop the loveseat, turns out it was the ottoman. We took delivery, unwrapped the piece, and it looks like it was used. Scratches on the feet, stains on the fabric. Called immediately, and it went downhill from there. Literally 4 months trying to sort it out. Ashley wanted to hit us with penalties to pickup and restock - hundreds of dollars. We argued/escalated etc - no resolution. We opted to file a grievance with our CC company, and cancel the loveseat delivery. We have literally had a truck here to pick up the ottoman, even after denying the pickup, escalating to Customer service (a joke of a term to this company) 6 times, which no end in sight. Literally THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. avoid this company at all costs.
Anyone who is furniture shopping..DO NOT BUY ANYTHIMG FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE. I PURCHASED FURNITIRE FROM THEM. PART OF THE WOOD ON THE DINING ROOM TABLE SPLIT AND ALSO ON ONE CHAIR. I SPENT MONTHS TRYING TO HAVE IT REPAIRD. FINALLY MONTHS LATER I RECIEVED A CREDIT FOR THE TABLE. BUT GET THIS I HAVE TO PAY FOR DELIVERY . WHICH I REFUSE TO DO. THEY ALSO DONT HAVE INFORMATION ABOUT THE CHAIR THAT IS DAMAGED. IN MY OPINION THEY ARE TERRIBLE. I WILL NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!!
I am so sorry that i chose ashley furniture. We bought in-store, a leather love seat and sofa set. Got a reasonable delivery date. When the day came, they brought 2 different color sofas. We refused one and kept one. We were told the right couch wouldnt be here until November. 2 days later, we got a call that magically the couch was in stock and would be here soon. Delivery day again, and its the same couch. The wrong color! I let ashley furniture know what happened and no call back. They have had enough time to get my furniture here. They had 2 chances and got it wrong both times. I was lucky enough to find a group on facebook called ASHLEY FURNITURE COMPLAINTS/ISSUES ADVOCACY AND RESOURCES. Come to find out that THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE have become victims of Ashley furniture. They send wrong items multiple times to customers, no customer service, no refunds, and no warranty coverage when you spend so much money on it, and receive B-goods. This is all done knowingly & on purpose to string you on to accept whatever they want to give. And They markup their prices 700% percent. I am appalled by them and their ‘service’. I will work to let everyone know about their product and stay away!
This store gets 5 stars in extremely poor service and customer service! On date 09/08/20 my pregnant wife had purchased a mattress with a foundation spring box and Also a couch. Ashley home store told us that we would receive our mattress together with the foundation spring box by the date 09/15/20 because they did have those items in stock!. So we received the mattress but with no spring box! Meaning that we cant even use the mattress because it would get ruined without the foundation spring box and that's not what we want or agreed too with Ashley home store. Todays date is 09/23/20 ladys and gentlemen My pregnant wife and I have been sleeping on a Air mattress since the date 09/01/20. We are extremely upset that under the circumstances sleeping on a air mattress we didnt go for a more reliable company like Sleepys, PC Richard's, or even IKEA or wayfair. We havent recieved our foundation box spring and when we called Ashley home store a representative by the name of Tania was extremely rude to us and talking and yelling over the phone when we were just trying to get in contact with a supervisor. We haven't received our foundation spring box and they havent giving us a official date of when or where it is. I recommend everyone who's in need of a mattress and foundation box spring asap Not! I repeat Do Not Buy From Ashley home stores. For there poor unreliable service and misleading agreements. I feel horrible that my pregnant wife has to sleep on air mattress under these circumstances.
The experience I had with this store was nothing but the worst experience of my life shopping for furniture I cannot tell you the amount of lies that comes out of these people mouths it just disgusting they called n told me I should expect delivery on one day then they changed the day on the automated system and no more furniture who does this only ASHLEY where the hell did the furniture go only ASHLEY knows smh please save yourself the frustration don&'t bother

Have to retract my 5 stars. Yes the Sales associate Jazz was amazing. However, customer service is horrible!!! My order was supposed to arrive two weeks ago, but after calling for two weeks with no luck, I just spoke to a corporate worker who DO NOT have no direct contact with the store, I find out that I won't get furniture until October. Don't waste your time!!! Go some where else.

THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE! Very rude considering they tell you it's so easy to just cancel an order if need be, or anything you may need. I've been trying to cancel an order for over a week and in hopes of avoiding a trip out there I'm calling first. You would think during COVID they'd encourage this type of call. Very irresponsible of this store manager to not always have someone responsible for phones.
Very unhappy with a recent experience w the Valley Stream Ashley store. I purchased a couch right before July 4th with an expected delivery date of 3 weeks. The week of my anticipated delivery I received a call from corporate that my couch was in back order and would not arrive for an add'l 3 weeks. When I called to check on my order in the beginning of August I was informed that it was now expected to arrive in September. No one called me to inform me of this. I wanted to cancel and was told that my rep from the store would give me a call. 2 weeks passed and still no call. I called the store again and was told now my order was delayed until October! Again if I would not have called the store myself no one would have reached out. Notably upset they offered to waive my delivery fee. I declined and just said to cancel my order so I can go to another store and purchase my couch. The manager just said ok and cancelled. No apologies and nothing else offered for the lack of customer service and close to 2 months of waiting. They have lost a client due to lack of service and customer care.
I only wish I had read the reviews before I spent my money here. Here are the basicsA. The furniture is cheap and breaks easilyB. They sell you a protection plan that they have no intention of honoringC. They LIE!!!!!!!!! They lie and say they will deliver on X day they literally do not come, everD. You have to jump, skip, hop, crawl under go through a maze and pay extra to speak to a live personThis is the worst company I have ever worked with. I have no idea how they are in business. I bought furniture from them that broke in less than one year. Then I thought, &"no problem that expensive ass protection plan will have me covered.&" Well I thought horribly wrong. The protection plan sent me back to the actual Ashley store who sent me back to the protection plan who sent me back to the store. The store finally agreed to fix their crappy furniture. I was told the parts would be delivered that week and to call once this happened. That week they called to say they would be delivering on Wednesday... yeah right, Wednesday came and went. I had to again jump skip hop a million loops to speak to someone who acted like they thought the parts were delivered. They said they would send it out again.. nothing. Absolute terrible experience. I got confirmation a delivery was occurring today, took off work, rearranged my entire schedule, they didn&'t even call me to tell me the delivery was in fact not coming. They charged my card months ago which i was paying interest on. Most places don&'t even charge until the furniture is actually in your home. This was a horrible experience. I cancelled my order and now I have to start all over again with a different furniture store because I will never be going back here again. And I&'m sure they&'ll be issues with my refund. Absolute disgusting company

Bought furniture which had some defects. Waiting for repair, have been given the run around. Store stopped responding to my request for support. Paid for a loveseat over 1.5 months ago have been given several dates for delivery and nothing. Now no response. The service is horrible! I have contacted the BBB and a lawyer
I had a wonderful experience at the valley stream location. Kendrick was the sales person who helped me as soon as I walked through the door. We tried raymour and flannegans first but they didn&'t have what we wanted and the sales staff was off somewhere else while we were shopping. We were pretty set on the style and color for the bedroom set we wanted and Kendrick was wonderful and not pushy. He showed us countless options until we found what we were looking for. He sat us down while we waited for the finance department to crunch the numbers and showed us all the options and which one worked great for us. During this COVID - 19 pandemic arising now all the stores were closed down and it was particularly difficult to reach an agent about my furniture delivery. I contacted Kendrick and he helped my step by step to push the delivery to an earlier date and it went off without a hitch. 5 stars. Would recommend. Quality of the furniture is great as well.

I had a really good time at this Ashley Furniture Store Location...I went in to inquire about the Dreamur Mirror and Dresser...My sales person Ms. Erica Nelson was so amazing...She helped me in ordering the Dreamur Mirror, Dresser and Chest. She also helped me to pick out the perfect couch for my mother...We chose the Almanza Wheat sofa...it is very big and comfortable. It sits high up and your not sinking into the couch at all. I highly recommend that if you are looking to purchase any Ashley furniture that you go to the one in Green Acres Mall and ask for Ms. Erica Nelson...She was very friendly, funny and knowledgeable. You will definitely leave the store knowing that you made a great choice!
I worked with Royan. If you want someone to answer all your questions and worries, inundate them with none stop questions he’s your go to guy. He was available via text and answered any questions and concerns I had with pricing, dimensions delivery, protection etc, the decision was very big for me as there’s so much market competition and so much to choose from. Royan took it upon himself to explain everything to the last detail for me on 4 occasions as I couldn’t decide right away. He never gave up on my indecision’s and was dedicated to the whole sale process right through to the end. He’s dedicated, hardworking and if he doesn’t know something he will make sure he gets the answer. I told him to keep up the good work.
I had an amazing experience with FRITZ at this location. He took his time and showed me many options of sofas and bedroom sets from my explanation of what I was looking for. He was honest and straight forward. He answered all of my questions and even gave me his cell # if I had additional questions. He even moved furniture around in the store to give me the vision of how it would look in my house. He has a great eye for interior design and suggested what rugs would look good with the sofa, ideas that I wouldn’t have thought of on my own. Just interested in money, they dont tell you the truth. Needed to cancel my order and they didn’t give me my whole refund. The force me to stay with an item I not even need or want. But they never told me anything. I NEVER will buy from there. I will go and shop Raymond and Flamingan. Better quality, price , faster and customer service. They lost a customer for $140 dollars.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a bed from them in June 2019 and have been calling their customer care center since July 2019. My calls are in regards to the bed breaking. Every two weeks I am told that they are shipping the item. Today I called and they cannot get a manger to the phone. Days lost from work because of parts that were to be delivered to me. At this point I need my money back. I cannot and will not be inconvenienced any more. This is poor service and I will be sure to ensure that no one in my circle purchases from them. This is the worst service I have Ever received.

I was greeted by this wonderful sales person CAMELLA.. she showed me a living room set floor model that was 50% off its original and gave me the purchasing options, she was involved with my purchase until I actually took it into my delivery van.... great customer service from her.
We are in the market for buying living room furniture. The department store has a wide variety of furniture. We looked at the 3piece sectionals but my wife was focused on the sectionals with lazy boy features. I was fascinated with the USB charger and outlets. This furniture store caters to financing. From the store's agent point of view, it's in the best interest of the client and options for choosing the optimal method of payment. However, from our point of view it's what we want and if we can afford it. The agent was very understanding and courteous but in explaining our options he wrote the breakdown of long-term payment but kept his notes while he gave us a moment to review and consider our options. Otherwise, great furnitures. This furniture store is located in the Green Acres Mall. Parking is free but accessing the HomeGoods furniture store may be a little difficult depending on how mall is accessed.
Yesterday, while I was out I went into Ashley&'s furniture store in Green acres. I come a cross a display that really made feel pissed and also had me thinking. Angry because the sales person thought it was beautiful. My love doesn&'t usually speak on things or ever get angry but this took the cake. He told the gentleman do you know what this set up represents. The Asian guy says no but it&'s beautiful. He told the guy they need to remove it now. They didn&'t he says to me take pictures baby post it everywhere. My thoughts are who was sitting at the table when this concept came up? Who leads your diversity team? Ashley home store should be a ashamed of themselves.

This store is useless. Employees joking around constantly, and loud vacuuming during open hours. Valerie and MD showed visible signs of being annoyed when it took us a long time to choose a bedroom set. There's no reason to get upset when you have to make a big purchase. They constantly try to upsell you even if you're set on a cheaper set. They didn't explain the return policy and once everything was set up in my house, it was way too big for the room. I called them and then they told me I couldn't return it once it was set up. I called Valerie and customer care several times and it was an absolute headache. Avoid this stupid store. Waste of $2000 dollars.
We relocated from across the country and had to sell all our furniture. We are here for the next few years so we only wanted to get affordable furniture that will get us by for now. I highly recommend Xavier he has remarkable customer service skills and is not pushy at all. I can’t wait to get my couch. I am giving this review due to Xavier the salesman. His disposition was kind and not forceful. He was patient with my mother who is in her early 70&'s and explained everything clearly. I would recommend purchasing from Ashley if you deal with Xavier or any sales-rep that has his disposition! I will also say they do have a large selection of furniture at this location!

Besides the fact that they have an employee named Valerie who is trying to commit identity theft, a rude rep named Jasmine who cant be bothered with you unless shes taking more money from you and a liar for Operations Manager Lindsey, I cant find anyone who will help. my wife and I went down to Valley Stream from Brighton Beach Brooklyn to cancel an order only to find it wasn&'t cancelled. I&'ve been trying for days now to reach someone to help end this nightmare, but to no avail. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. LIARS CROOKS AND THIEVES. I am now forced to report them to the BBB because it all seems like one huge scam here.

Purchased several items from Ashley's at this location. I ordered a leather couch and had mentioned the price was cheaper online could they use that price. Online and instore should be clear about how and why they are two different companies when it looks like it all one company. The individual selling it was trying to convince me the price was similar once they added up everything. Let me just say there was a huge difference! I purchased it and I would not recommend it. It's amazing how quick they are to justify the difference between why the price is different from instore and online. Well the store did not give the online discount. I should have waited, my mistake. You can feel the wood through the couch and metal in the leg rest my children have bumped there head causing bruises by just laying down. This is definitely not kid friendly couch as the sale associate stated. I would like to add that I purchased bunk beds online and at the time when I purchased it there was not a discount. A few days went by and a discount was advertised online. I contacted Ashley's online and they said they would apply the discount to my order even after it was already charged. I had some issues that came up with the bunk bed but they were quick to send replacements because it was received damaged. Unfortunately, my in store experience was not a great one.
I bought furniture from this location about 11k, I was very happy with the sales manager Talukder, he helped me to select all my furniture, he is very professional but I am very disappointed by delivery team, they don’t bring equipment to fix my bunk bed. Then they took it back. Door is 34” they didn’t even try to bring the sofa in. I came to the store to cancel Because of Mr. Talukder’s politeness, I just made some changes. I wouldn’t order from here again. They need to improve the delivery systems

After multiple delivery mishaps, I attempted to reason with customer service to find an acceptable solution, but unfortunately they claimed to have no supervisors available every single one of the 43 times I called during a 3 week span. Not only will I never purchase anything from here again, but I urge everyone else considering making a furniture purchase to go anywhere else that possibly sells furniture.

AVOID SHOPPING HERE AT ALL COSTS. Worst customer service I&'ve ever experienced in my life. Once they have your money, you&'re chopped liver to them. I honestly wish I would have read the reviews for this place before making a purchase here. After expressing concerns that the in home service I was provided wasn&'t what I was promised in the store, I called customer care to ask to speak to an in store representative or manager, the customer care representative informed me that the in store representative refused to accept my call and advised that the customer care representative on the phone resolve and issues. I purchased a king Tempur-Pedic mattress with the adjustable base and king size headboard/frame. I was misled many times over. First, I was told the 11 pc package I was getting would be the perfect fit. Not only did the very expensive sheet set pillow cases, not fit the $600 pillows, but the protective cases I purchased for the $600 pillows, also did not fit adequately. Second, I was told the crew delivering the new mattress and adjustable base would remove the old mattress and box spring; which they did not. Lastly, I was told the headboard/bed frame would be delivered at a later date, which it was, but it was not set up because apparently the first crew that delivered the mattress and adjustable base did not provide me with the screws necessary for the headboard and frame to be set up. This has truly been a nightmare of an experience.

Never again will I purchase a piece of furniture from this company. I needed a nice couch and decided to check out this location as it is convenient. I should've checked out the yelp reviews prior to coming because it was the longest ordeal of my life! I went in on a Thursday and was sold a couch by Mike G. He informed us that he was doing a price match and as the customer you would think the price match was accurate. When I got home that evening, I noticed the price match was over $100 cheaper. I immediately text Mike G and brought it to his attention, as the couch was scheduled to be delivered the next day. Mike assures me that he would speak to his manager and get back to me regarding the price match which in my opinion would be a no brainer to process right? WRONG! I didn't hear from Mike the next day or the weekend. Monday I politely sent him a text asking about the price match in which I received no response. I called Ashley Customer Service and informed them of my issue in which out the blue I receive a text from him apologizing about not getting back to me, that his manager was out the office and he would see what could be done. In my mind I'm thinking, so you expect me to believe that there was no store manager for five days? Anyway, he proceeds to tell me that he is unsure if he could honor the price match due to the furniture having been already delivered. That's when I hit him with the fact that I informed him prior to delivery of the correct price match and that if he couldn't honor it prior to delivery, I would've surely canceled my order! That's when he said to give him until the morning of the next day. The next morning I heard nothing again and had to call Ashley Furniture customer service. They connected me to the store and he answers. I requested to speak to a manager and then he places me on hold and states that the manager stated that they would honor the price match and to give it 24 hours. He even asked me to email him the picture of the price match again, which I did. I waited a few days and still the issue was not rectified. That's when I called Ashley Furniture customer service again and informed them that I am getting the run around. They connected me to a manager who stated that she saw nothing on my file about a price match correction on his end. She stated I could come in the following day to have a meeting with him and the store manager. I'm thinking why am I taking time out my schedule to do this, but I showed up and Mike G was MIA. Spoke to a store manager named Janelle who stated that she wasn't aware initially of the issue. So either Mike G never told her or she was covering for him. Either way I pulled up the receipts of the text message thread because she was under the impression that I informed Mike G the day of delivery. NOPE wrong again..and hmmm I thought you weren't aware of the issue? Eventually she changed the amount to reflect price match, but wow to go through all that drama is not worth it. Don't shop here. If sales reps aren't going to be honest and lying then they don't need our hard earned money.

I am so extremely frustrated- I purchased 8 dining room chairs and they were delivered on Saturday and by Saturday evening one had already broke with my elderly parent on it. Thankful my parent is ok. My hardwood floor is scratch though. No one at the central Ashley customer service was there they had already closed. When I called this store where I purchased them from -the first representative told me there was nothing I could do but call customer service and when I told him I already did and they were closed he told about a &"special&" number ( same number I called) he refuse to let me speak to a manager. I called back and spoke to someone much more knowledgeable (he is the only reason for the one star ). I have to wait until tomorrow to speak to a customer service representative and I hope they take back all of my chairs without any problems.
I have waited over 1 week for them to schedule my delivery but i cannot get through. there is no direct store number but rather routed through a central system which shuts down earlier than the store closes.

Her energy was warm and professional and she listened to our needs and delivered! She has so much patience and made us feel at ease. The store was closing and we still weren’t done but she never rushed us she took her time and gave us A+ service. We walked away with a living room set, dining room set, & bedroom set with the mattress! The entire team here including her manager Jeanette and Ladora are great! IF I could give this store 0 star I would. I have been trying to get a refund for nearly one year and they keep giving me the run around. I purchased furniture and on the day of purchase they told me to pay taxes and deliverer upfront. The furniture was returned and they never refunded the taxes and fees. Took them to court and won, yet they still have not refunded the amounts they took from me.
Today I was served by Ayaz. I had an excellent experience. He is a professional at his job. I would recommend him to friends and family. He works at Ashley furniture in green acres mall. We were actually shopping for furniture to be bought at an Ashley furniture in a completely different state that Ayaz couldn’t help us with unfortunately. Still though he was glad to show us around everything and answer all of our questions, even though we didn’t get anything from him. Great Store Great Location
The service here is fantastic. I just moved into a new home and my trusted advisor was so helpful. I initially only came in for two chairs but once I saw how great the pricing and financing plans were, the deals were too good to passup. I ended up furnishing another room. I went to Ashley store on 03/23/2019, in Valley stream. I went to all three Furniture store and Ashley products was on by far the best. They had great financial options plans to help you purchase your dream furniture. Adele and Lindsey was superb in customer service relationships. I will definitely comback and buy here again.
Excellent service they assisted me with picking out my desired furniture I found everyone to be well dressed and professional i especially liked the discounts they even offer you a cold drink of bottled water and a lite snack. Highly recommend The furniture there was of high standard quality. I also find the store nicely decorated compliments to the floor designer

I am surprised this place got 4 out of 5. The only thing was nice was the furniture. But absolutely NO HELP ..i was ready to buy. I researched the set online. And went to the store to if i can get some discounts. No one even said hello. When i asked for help i was ignored. Sales people kept passing me by. And it's nt liked they were assisting anyone .finally i saw the manager And i stopped him to ask a quick question. I thought to my self possibly i was not their target consumer. I should've gone deep in LI. Possibly Garden City. I was deeply ashamed that no one even stopped to assist me. When i walked out i made sure to let the sales personoutside knows what happened. Finally i went to a website got the same set cheaper with free delivery. I saved over $500 by not buying from the store ..I guess that's how they assisted me by not Assisting me.

Their customer service is really terrible. I purchased some items and arranged to pick them up the following week. When i went back to the store, they apparently could not find my paid-for items. They promised to re-order my items, then 2weeks pass and I don't hear from them. I called them, and after making me wait for more than 40mins and speaking to many employees, no one could find my order. They again promised to reorder the items, and two weks later same thing happened: no one can find the order. Like really?? How incompetent are these people? I'm getting my money back. Buyers beware and don't waste your time. Stay away from the Valley Stream location.
Great furniture
Valerie and Camille (the mattress expert) were the BEST ! They are so sweet, and they listen to what you have to say, ask for your opinions, and they don't try to force you to buy things you don't need or want. I'm so happy Valerie came to help my husband and I find the perfect sectional with a sleeper that we asked for. We were originally told they had NO sectionals with sleepers at all by a different associate, but Valerie helped us find one. These two ladies make the best team to work with, and we WILL be back to see you both once we buy our house in the next few months. See you soon ladies!

Although my issue resolved itself, I wanted to relay the terrible, unprofessional customer service of the store and its manager, Janelle. They were less than helpful and should serve as an indication to potential customers to purchase furniture elsewhere. I was shopping for a mattress and adjustable bed for my mother, who was having shoulder surgery the following week and a forthcoming back surgery. We were assisted by two nice salespeople who showed us several different beds. However, my mother--petite at 5 feet tall with a bad shoulder, back, and knees--had some trouble getting on the beds and needed a stool to get on as they were rather high for her. After finding a mattress, I asked both salespeople a few times if the adjustable bed could be lower than what was on display on the sales floor, and they reassured me that it could be. So, I purchased both the mattress and adjustable bed--at a price higher than what I was quoted at another store, mind you. After the bed was delivered, my mom had said that the bed was quite high and had asked the two delivery men if the bed could be lowered; they kept insisting it couldn&'t. Since I was at work, I phoned the Valley Stream store to inquire if and how it can be lowered, noting that there was a possibility in miscommunication as my mother said that the delivery men didn&'t speak English and there could&'ve been a language barrier; I wasn&'t even asking for a refund but simply a question of clarity. After speaking to three different customer service representatives--who each seemed to give me strange runaround excuses--I finally spoke with the store&'s manager Janelle, relaying to her the issue and appreciation for any resolution; she was unnecessarily rude and short with me, saying she&'d dispatch the delivery center and call me back, abruptly hanging up.Needless to say, I never heard back from her. I called the store later that day and again a couple times the following day; customer reps gave a litany of more excuses and ultimately blacklisting my calls--none of which were hostile at all! It was then that I saw the Yelp reviews, and was dismayed to see that the Valley Stream store has treated past customers in the same way, and in many cases, worse. Again, while I finally managed to resolve the issue myself, it was no thanks to Janelle and its representatives, who obviously lack integrity and professionalism, avoiding your calls and any follow up.Please don&'t read their paid fake Google reviews and purchase your furniture elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY ! Horrible customer service manager was supposed to call back and I’ve been waiting since Feb.19 for that call!!!, they only care about making the sale, check your prices . They tried to invoice $2000 more than the advertised price, and when they delivered they brought the wrong sofa wrapped with the right SKU . SCAM !!! They wanted me to keep an item that was not the correct one claiming it had the right SKU on the packaging, luckily I took pictures of everything, now the item that was supposed to be delivered yesterday magically is on back order and they are not even sure when it will be available ....VALLEY STREAM NY STORE IS GARBAGE ! Horrible! Worst nightmare ever, if you end up buying here please check your prices, they advertise 0% financing when in reality if they finance they triple the original price!!! DO NOT FINANCE , and check website prices as well, after catching the "mistake" in prices which was over $2000 everything went downwards, when the delivery finally came the wrong items were sent, but they were wrapped and boxed with the correct SKU's !!! so basically they deliberately sent out the wrong items, and coincidentally the items that I ordered are on back order !!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.

Loved this experience. Latoya helped us for hours with our decision to buy a couch. She offered us amazing prices and deals. Walked out with both a couch and reclining chair. Took too long to buy and get my furniture
I absolutely hate this store!!! They are so unprofessional it is really unbelievable. I have been waiting on a refund from this store since November 2018, it's now January. All I keep hearing is it's processing.at this point am ready for them to take all their s... out of my house. I would never buy anything from the Ashley furniture company again. And really would just like my check so I could be done with this company.
My family and I had a great experience at Ashley HomeStore. We were immediately greeted upon entering by an amazing Sales Associate - Iateaka. She assisted us with looking at a variety of sofas in our price range. Although we were not able to purchase on the day we came into the store, Iateaka kept in contact with us and we were able to make our purchase about a week later. If you go into Ashley HomeStore be sure to ask for Iateaka! I can guarantee she will assist you with whatever upgrades you need for your home.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! Try WAYFAIR, OVERSTOCK, TARGET, ANYWHERE BUT HERE.They are scammers. They present well and will give you the best deal in person but once they have your money there is NO customer service. I ordered a bedset, mattress and love seat with warranty. All was confirmed and set to be delivered on the scheduled date. I even got an email and text notification that my delivery as on the way. Upon arrival the delivery guys inform me that my bedset couldn&'t be delivered and to call the distribution center for more information. Funny thing they wanted me to sign this paper that everything (including the missing bedset) was delivered which I obviously didn&'t.I call the distribution center and they tell me that the bedset is discontinued and is no longer in production and that soon as the delivery guys head back to the center I should be eligible for a refund and to call the store that I purchased from. 48 hours later I call this sh**ty store back and they say the bed is just &"out of stock&" and I can come back to the store and select another one. I live almost 2 hours from this location so that wasn&'t an option for me so I just wanted a refund for the item including my warranty. Long story short I still haven&'t received my refund until this day and this was over six months ago. The staff gave me the run around and purposefully kept me on hold for long periods of time to deter me from receiving my refund. Note they offered to only refund me for the cost of the bedset and not the warranty. So I in the end I paid $1700 for a $200 mattress and $600 love seat.Tried to dispute with my credit card company but they noted this refund must be settled with the company directly. DO NOT BUY HERE. YOUR POCKETS WILL BE MUCH BETTER WITHOUT.

As someone with a sales background I have always disliked working with sales people who are focused more on selling to me than listening to my needs. They both listened and I left feeling very satisfied. I would strongly recommend them to my friends and family.

Do your self a favor an avoid this store/brand. Two months,multiple deliveries an i still don't have my furniture. First they bring the wrong furniture an tell me they can't take it back, then they re deliver only to not have my complete order. I am trying to cancel my order, no one can help. They have my money and my furniture and no one can ever give you a straight answer. ps speaking to management doesn't work. please avoid
Just avoid this store period. If you are planning to have it deliver to any other state like NJ or CT, is not going to work. I have been waiting for my delivery for two months. The first attempt the delivery crew brought the wrong item and refuses to take back after it was inside my houses. After 3 weeks they retry to deliver my items and pick up the wrong furniture. Just to find out they were going to deliver another wrong item. I am in the process of cancelling the order,they do not want to help me get my refund or get my furniture. Always put you on hold and hang up the call.
Bought new furniture and was given a delivery date. Unfortunately only half of a sectional was delivered, after calling the store was told there was a computer glitch and only half of the furniture was ordered, being understanding I said ok and waited for the other half. Got a call to confirm delivery of the sofa, day came and went nothing arrived, when I called the customer care was told nothing was scheduled and nothing was pending. Decided to return the furniture. They picked it on 21 December 2018 and still waiting for the refund. After calling the store several times and being told I would get a call back nothing has been resolved as of 16 January 2019. NEVER AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU SPEND A LITTLE MORE AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Wow great deals on furnisher
Natasha is so knowledgeable and patient. We ended up buying our bedroom set and mattress. Anyone that knows us, we are extremely undecisive and she was so understanding and kept checking up on us. If we had any questions, she knew them all. We felt completely comfortable with her and were able to get a great experience with her!
There are some good styles here. I definitely prefer their product to Bob’s Discount Furniture. Employees are helpful and good at their job.

I have nothing bad to say about the furniture itself. But the custom service is not good. I scheduled my delivery for October 5th. The delivery comes WITHOUT my couch. When I questioned where my couch is I was told there was another delivery date scheduled. No one called me to tell me the couch was not in stock. No one called me to schedule a different delivery date. I spoke with a woman and they confirmed that no one told me or asked me to schedule a different delivery date. I asked to be please be the first scheduled delivery for the next delivery date as it was not planned and I had work. Well here comes my email and I’m 9th?!?! Totally unacceptable that there was 0 communication and I’m stuck taking a day off work because of it.
