I cannot say enough wonderful things about the exceptional customer service I received from THARRY at the Yonkers location! From the moment I walked into the store, he greeted me with a genuine smile, positive energy, and such a warm, welcoming personality. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond truly made my shopping experience a pleasure. What made this experience even more meaningful was the difference between my visit to the Yonkers location and my earlier experience at the Bay Plaza location. At Bay Plaza, I had inquired about a price adjustment on an item I had seen advertised online. Unfortunately, the manager was not particularly accommodating or willing to explore any alternatives. While I completely understand and respect that stores have policies regarding price matching and discounts, I also believe that exceptional customer service is about making an effort to work with the customer, even when certain requests cannot be fulfilled. Additionally, the female sales associate who initially assisted us at Bay Plaza seemed to lose interest once it appeared we might not be making a purchase. She walked away and never returned to follow up with us, which left us feeling somewhat dismissed. My experience with THARRY at Yonkers was the complete opposite! He was genuinely interested in helping me, took the time to listen, and made every effort to accommodate my needs. Even when there were limitations to what he could offer, he demonstrated a sincere willingness to explore available options and do what he could to earn my business. That level of dedication, patience, and customer care speaks volumes. What impressed me most was that THARRY never made me feel pressured or as though I was simply another sale. He made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer, and that is something you don’t always experience when shopping for furniture. THARRY is truly an asset to the Yonkers location, and his exceptional service deserves recognition! He turned what could have been a disappointing shopping experience into an incredibly positive one. Because of him, I will absolutely be returning to the Yonkers location for future purchases, and I will specifically be asking for THARRY!
