I called and Ally answered the phone. She was extremely helpful, even answering product questions. Janicia and Kevin helped me. Janicia spent a lot of time with me doing different sofa configurations, and showing me the version. She also found a mattress within my budget. The staff I interacted with were all friendly and I had an excellent experience!
I went into Ashley furniture with an online print out 😆 and Q was very knowledgeable on how to use my Acima. She ordered exactly what I wanted. I can’t wait to receive my furniture. I’ll be back did my living room set.
Lourdes is a great interior designer, she really helped me map out my floor plan. Lourdes took her time to find exactly what I was looking for, she’s very patient and genuine. I would definitely recommend her to future customers.
The visit to Yonkers location was spectacular! I was assisted by Kevin, the advisor. He was professional, friendly, and was very knowledgeable about each furniture we enjoyed. We show Kevin our space and the dimensions. He was able to make certain recommendations to help make the best decision. A couple days into the process, Kevin follow up via text and call to help answer any questions. He even help via FaceTime to help us with this purchase. Overall was very personal.
