We came in planning to just look for furniture for the living room and a bedroom. It’s a great place with a great selection, but what made it really awesome was Angie! She met us at the door, asked if we needed help, explained the sales and left us to look around (per my request). She checked on us a little later and immediately had answers to my questions. Angie got this blank project clipboard and drew out the weird dimensions of my living room. Then she helped me piece together a living room combination that’s beautiful, comfortable and will stand up to my family’s wear and tear. Plus a bedroom set. Been to three Ashley furniture locations and Albemarle is WORTH THE DRIVE! Bought their top tier couch and delivered on time, Ashley communicated every step of the way, delivery team was on time (early actually) and very professional. Loaded in the couch and not a stitch of packaging was left behind. Store manager texted to ensure I was satisfied. White glove service start to finish. Me and my wife went in to look out of boredom while enjoying our coffee. We were in here for a bout 5 minutes, then Jaylon found us. After a few minutes of banter and introducing ourselves he got down to business. He was very friendly and very determined to make sure we found something we wanted, and honestly we didn't really know what we wanted. After showing us 3 different loveseats he brought us to the one we were destined for. A beautiful light gray powered recliner loveseat with a center console. My wife was the first to sit down. I could immediately see her satisfaction, so I sat as well. Her smile was justified because it was indeed...comfortable. For a cheap price just north of 2k with absolutely ZERO interest and a small down payment we we finally able to call ourselves the proud owner of this fine loveseat. While i sit in it writing this review I owe it all the the master salesman Mr. Jaylon and his silver tongue. Thanks again for all your help and your positivity that day. 😀🫡

This store is run like a car dealership. Scripted, robotic welcoming both times we’ve come in, on two separate occasions. The first time we were greeted by Jose. The second time we came almost 2 weeks later, greeted by Diana. It’s okay to offer a genuine “hello” and ask how someone is doing today versus offering a phony-enthusiastic catch line which reeks of desperation. It’s a facade. Also, we stated several times that we are cash buyers, yet we were met with financing details twice. “What do we have to do for you to say yes today?” Again, we’re buying a sofa, not a car. Try offering the door buster price that’s listed in bright red versus hiking up a $795 sofa to $1399 because “taxes, fees, and delivery.” Lastly, we have a process for purchasing furniture that includes walking around, envisioning what we could see ourselves coming home to after a long day, and sitting to test the comfort. We asked for a moment alone to do a lap up front and were still followed before we could finish our lap. Your sales will come, just treat people like humans rather than a walking dollar sign that you need to chase.

We bought a couch from there a little over a year ago. Although the service in store was great, the couch and the warranty not so much, the mechanism for the recliner has broken going on 3 times now, the first time they where out to fix it quick but then they switched and outsourced there warranty department and it has been a hassle since, Along with jumping threw hoops. I know get told it could take 6 months or more to get the part to fix our couch, So know we have a broke couch with 2 babys and no where to sit. It's frustrating when you buy a 5 year warranty just to get this kind of service. Be aware of there 5starservive company.

Knowledgeable salespeople, not too pushy, and a seemingly solid product for the price. I bought 2 sofas with the care plus plan. I usually don't fall for the extended warranty, but I have a 4 and 6 yr old, so we'll put this plan to the test and report back.

First impressions: they have a very large selection of furniture (including mattresses) and the store was well-lit & clean. The staff we interacted with (Bradley & Jaylon) were very knowledgeable regarding mattresses. Bradley (the GM) is a sales guy and you can tell 🙃 But he was straight-forward and honest, really helping us find the best option for our price range/budget. He was very accommodating, and we ended up getting a mattress set for our teen as well as a mattress/adjustable base for ourselves (with delivery & haul off of our current mattress)—all for what I feel was a pretty dang good value. We had a good experience all around and I would definitely shop here again 🙂

I went in this store first. Was in a hurry but just wanted an idea of what was out there. Spoke to Jaylon…. But also what we needed as we have dogs 🐕‍🦺 and teen boys❤️❤️. I needed something we could wash easily. 🧼🧽🧺. But I didn’t want anything like what we currently have. When we came back together, knowing the measurements of our family room, Jaylon spent a good amount of time cutting out all the stuff we didn’t need to look at and showing us the best choices. Bradley Sullivan..the general manager was friendly, courteous and just very knowledgeable about each mattress. I found a firm mattress that was super comfortable for me. Goodbye back and hip pain..hello ..good night's sleep. I was very satisfied with the price of the mattress..it didn't break my budget. I highly recommend Ashley Store ...you won't be disappointed.

My husband and I had to go furniture shopping for a living room set for our new house. We had the pleasure of being helped by Diana. She asked us about our needs and recommended the perfect sectional with new material that our dogs can’t destroy. She was not pushy and has the best demeanor. I would definitely recommend this location and ask for her. The general manager was also extremely helpful. It’s really nice to shop in a place where the employees are happy to help. Took my 85 year old mother there to get a dining room set. The salesman Jose was helpful and let us look without looking over our shoulders all the time. Our experience was great. Diana meet us at the entrance, asked what we were looking for and took us directly to that section of the store. Diana, demonstrated and told us about all the functions of the recliners. She stayed with us as we made our decision on which one to buy, even though it too us quite a while to decide. The store manager also came by and gave us additional information on the recliners we were liking at. No hard sell tactics were used and we enjoyed the experience. Absolutely wonderful experience. Purchased our bedroom, living room and entertainment center from this store. Bradley Sullivan helped us pick out the right furniture for our new home. We recently visited this store to pick up a discontinued dresser (pictured to the left at our home in the photo) that we couldn’t find at our hometown Ashley stores. Bradley and Jaylon were the absolute best. Not only did they have the dresser ready to go, but they also helped us get it safely into our car as it was quite heavy. Since the dresser was a floor model they were able to mark the price down hundreds of dollars! On top of that, we just so happened to go on a weekend when accessories such as pillows, blankets, pictures, etc. were marked down between 80% and 90% off! All in all we paid a little over $750 for over $3,000 worth of merchandise. It was an awesome experience and Jaylon and Bradley are top notch folks who go out of their way to find every discount possible while making your shopping experience delightful. We highly recommend both them and this particular store. It was more than worth the drive and we will most definitely use their services for future furniture and home decor needs. Thanks again Bradley and Jaylon!

Checked out Ashley furniture for the first time labor day weekend. I was taken care of extremely well at the Albemarle location. Bradley, the manager, was available and made sure all my expectations were met! All of the staff were very helpful. What a great team. Got my sofa, ottoman and chair & a half today. Exactly when I ask it to be delivered. Timing was excellent! Product is beautiful. I would have been 200% pleased if the delivery guy would have taken a little more time to put feet on straight. He did, however, fix the ones on the couch when I pointed the problem out. Great experience! Thank you!!!

Less than a year ago, my wife and I purchased recliner combo from the Signature Series and now it is barely to be sat in. Normally, You would say that you get what you pay for, in this case, I feel like a product should last more than one year. Rods are bending and nuts and bolts are popping out everywhere. The way put together you can’t find where to put them back or how to even fix it. I am so disappointed and I will never buy from this company ever again.

Very nice furniture, no pushy sales people, Manger came out and spoke with us. Everything went great. Jam Jam was our sales lady at the Alebemarle Stoue she was very helpful.

Was told a receipt would be sent to me but nothing. Had to call CS to get one. Purchased a bed which is very beautiful BUT we had no help at pick up and pretty much loaded it ourselves Kept hearing that the warehouse guys were unavailable. Asked for padding since the bed had no box and that wasn’t available either. I’m sorry to say that we will not be back to purchase anything else .

Ashley Home Store, you guys done something right by hiring Jon Zito. This man was excellent. He has such a warm personality.. and fun and funny. I had to take my 3 kids in with me.. He kept them entertained the whole time. He showed me everything in the store that pertained to anything I had in my mind. He was so very patient (rarity these days). This man was just as nice as could be. People like him are the kind of people I want to be around and definitely the kind of person I want to buy something from. Walked into one of my favorite store in Albemarle, NC, just to look around and was approached by a friendly face name Jaylon he was so professional and knowledgeable he asked if it was something particular I was looking for and told me about the different areas of the store of where to look pertaining to what I would be looking for. I ended up giving my daughter my old couch the same day because she had just moved and needless to say I ended up getting approved for something I wasn’t even trying to purchase at the time but God is good I’m walking away with a new leather recliner couch set. Thank you God and Jaylon for being such a blessing.

I ordered a sectional and recliner on line, after it was delivered, I did not like the left side chaise. It did not fit well in the living room. I returned it for the right side chaise. Since I ordered the first one online, I could not do an even swap. I had to return it and buy a new one. Eric Hill did a great job in helping me get the best price for the replacement sectional. I highly recommend the Albemarle, NC store.

I had a exceptionally amazing experience today, visiting various local furniture stores looking for the perfect living room furniture designed for me. I decided to browse around in Ashley’s home store in Albemarle NC. I could not have been anymore pleased with my purchase that I absolutely love and adore, not only was my purchase truly perfect for ME; but I had the best sales lady that seemed very busy as the the store had a good many customers. She made her way to greet me at the door with a beautiful smile and asked me if she could help me out with what I I was looking for, I told her I was looking for a living room set and she began telling me from front to the back of the store and the sales that were taken place. The sales lady’s was Jamisha, she went above and beyond to make me happy and to make sure I was nothing more than satisfied with the purchase and the price, she made sure I was able to receive the price discounts and the manager was extremely passionate even though I changed my mind about 4 different times they never stopped helping me and treating me like I was the only customer in the store. While I was still finishing up my paperwork I had the time to meet about 3 other employees that were very knowledgeable about the store and all were as kind and helpful to one another. I will make it my point to refer this store and the sales person and tell my awesome experience to my friends and family. Thank you so much for all your help and kindness Jamisha and Eric. You guys were amazing.😇

We went today to purchase a bedroom set for our daughter, and may I just say the customer service in this store is 10/10! Jaylon Fisher assisted us and was so kind, patience and knowledgeable when it came to all of our questions on their products! He did everything in his power to help us and guide us in the right direction. Jaylon deserves a raise or promotion for his hard work!
