Bradley and all the staff at the Ashley store in Albemarle North Carolina were so great. Bradley was so patient and worked with us for about 6 long and excruciating hours. He answered all of our questions. He demonstrated all the beds and knew every brand inside and out. He helped us choose the bedroom suite and living room that was best for not only us but what was best for our health. Thank you Bradley for being so patient and caring with us., The McClains

My husband and I just had a wonderful experience at this location in Albemarle. The staff here are great. We worked directly with the sales manager Jaylon and he was wonderful to work with. He was very personable and took his time to explain the different features of the items we were interested in. If you’re in the market for new furniture or mattresses, you should check them out. 😁

Knowledgeable salespeople, not too pushy, and a seemingly solid product for the price. I bought 2 sofas with the care plus plan. I usually don't fall for the extended warranty, but I have a 4 and 6 yr old, so we'll put this plan to the test and report back.

Jalen went above and beyond, making sure that I was taken care of and that I got the best customer service Imaginable. He was both professional and thorough and always did what he said he would do without hesitation When I’m at Angie for the first time, I was greeted with a big beautiful smile and the willingness to assist me through the whole process. I was very pleased with our experience at Ashley Homes in Albemarle, NC! We were met with a very warm welcome by Jose as soon as we walked in! The special thing about Jose is that he was very personable and sweet with our young kids! Angie also was helpful and engaging with our kiddos. We are very happy with our couch and it is super comfortable. We purchased the Avocet couch. We would be happy to do business with them again!

My husband and I were shopping for a full size mattress for our teen (while browsing mattresses for ourself as well) and dropped in to see what this store had to offer. First impressions: they have a very large selection of furniture (including mattresses) and the store was well-lit & clean. The staff we interacted with (Bradley & Jaylon) were very knowledgeable regarding mattresses. Bradley (the GM) is a sales guy and you can tell 🙃 But he was straight-forward and honest, really helping us find the best option for our price range/budget. He was very accommodating, and we ended up getting a mattress set for our teen as well as a mattress/adjustable base for ourselves (with delivery & haul off of our current mattress)—all for what I feel was a pretty dang good value. We had a good experience all around and I would definitely shop here again 🙂

I went in this store first. Was in a hurry but just wanted an idea of what was out there. Spoke to Jaylon…. My husband went in later and also happened to speak to Jaylon and he remembered everything I had said to him. About us, what we were looking for, etc. He knew what I liked. But also what we needed as we have dogs 🐕‍🦺 and teen boys❤️❤️. I needed something we could wash easily. 🧼🧽🧺. But I didn’t want anything like what we currently have. When we came back together, knowing the measurements of our family room, Jaylon spent a good amount of time cutting out all the stuff we didn’t need to look at and showing us the best choices. We ended up with some furniture I am so excited about! I’m literally counting down the days til it gets here! ⏰⏰

My husband and I went mattress shopping today. We went inside the Ashley Store in Albemarle and discovered a large room stocked full of any type of mattress that one would be interested in. Bradley Sullivan..the general manager was friendly, courteous and just very knowledgeable about each mattress. I found a firm mattress that was super comfortable for me. Goodbye back and hip pain..hello ..good night's sleep. I was very satisfied with the price of the mattress..it didn't break my budget. I highly recommend Ashley Store ...you won't be disappointed.

The staff was great. I had an educational experience while shopping for a bed. Everything went smooth. Only thing I don't like is it is going to take over a month to get the bed I bought delivered.

My husband and I had to go furniture shopping for a living room set for our new house. We had the pleasure of being helped by Diana. She asked us about our needs and recommended the perfect sectional with new material that our dogs can’t destroy. She was not pushy and has the best demeanor. We recently visited this store to pick up a discontinued dresser (pictured to the left at our home in the photo) that we couldn’t find at our hometown Ashley stores. Bradley and Jaylon were the absolute best. Not only did they have the dresser ready to go, but they also helped us get it safely into our car as it was quite heavy. Since the dresser was a floor model they were able to mark the price down hundreds of dollars! On top of that, we just so happened to go on a weekend when accessories such as pillows, blankets, pictures, etc. were marked down between 80% and 90% off! All in all we paid a little over $750 for over $3,000 worth of merchandise. It was an awesome experience and Jaylon and Bradley are top notch folks who go out of their way to find every discount possible while making your shopping experience delightful. We highly recommend both them and this particular store. It was more than worth the drive and we will most definitely use their services for future furniture and home decor needs. Exactly when I ask it to be delivered. Timing was excellent! Product is beautiful. I would have been 200% pleased if the delivery guy would have taken a little more time to put feet on straight. He did, however, fix the ones on the couch when I pointed the problem out. Great experience! Thank you!!!

Less than a year ago, my wife and I purchased recliner combo from the Signature Series and now it is barely to be sat in. Normally, You would say that you get what you pay for, in this case, I feel like a product should last more than one year. Rods are bending and nuts and bolts are popping out everywhere. The way put together you can’t find where to put them back or how to even fix it. I am so disappointed and I will never buy from this company ever again.

Very nice furniture, no pushy sales people, Manger came out and spoke with us. Everything went great. Jam Jam was our sales lady at the Alebemarle Stoue she was very helpful.

Was told a receipt would be sent to me but nothing. Had to call CS to get one. Purchased a bed which is very beautiful BUT we had no help at pick up and pretty much loaded it ourselves Kept hearing that the warehouse guys were unavailable. Asked for padding since the bed had no box and that wasn’t available either. I’m sorry to say that we will not be back to purchase anything else .

Walked into one of my favorite store in Albemarle, NC, just to look around and was approached by a friendly face name Jaylon he was so professional and knowledgeable he asked if it was something particular I was looking for and told me about the different areas of the store of where to look pertaining to what I would be looking for. I ended up giving my daughter my old couch the same day because she had just moved and needless to say I ended up getting approved for something I wasn’t even trying to purchase at the time but God is good I’m walking away with a new leather recliner couch set. I ordered a sectional and recliner on line, after it was delivered, I did not like the left side chaise. It did not fit well in the living room. I returned it for the right side chaise. Since I ordered the first one online, I could not do an even swap. I had to return it and buy a new one. Eric Hill did a great job in helping me get the best price for the replacement sectional. I had a exceptionally amazing experience today, visiting various local furniture stores looking for the perfect living room furniture designed for me. I decided to browse around in Ashley’s home store in Albemarle NC. I could not have been anymore pleased with my purchase that I absolutely love and adore, not only was my purchase truly perfect for ME; but I had the best sales lady that seemed very busy as the the store had a good many customers. She made her way to greet me at the door with a beautiful smile and asked me if she could help me out with what I I was looking for, I told her I was looking for a living room set and she began telling me from front to the back of the store and the sales that were taken place. The sales lady’s was Jamisha, she went above and beyond to make me happy and to make sure I was nothing more than satisfied with the purchase and the price, she made sure I was able to receive the price discounts and the manager was extremely passionate even though I changed my mind about 4 different times they never stopped helping me and treating me like I was the only customer in the store. While I was still finishing up my paperwork I had the time to meet about 3 other employees that were very knowledgeable about the store and all were as kind and helpful to one another. I will make it my point to refer this store and the sales person and tell my awesome experience to my friends and family. Thank you so much for all your help and kindness Jamisha and Eric. Update on review. Sectional coushins were horrible and did not allow for sitting comfort at only 18 months old. Warranty was of no use, as the offered no solutions or replacements. We were just about ready to take sectional to the dump, because the coushins were so uncomfortable. All filled with feathers vs seating foam that provides support and comfort. Thank goodness found local upholstery man and he replaced the 6 coushin inserts with 5 inch seating foam and saved our costly investment in oversized sectional, that should have lasted longer than 18 months. It cost us another $695, but I guess better than buying another couch . I will not be an Ashely customer ever again. Great service and competitive price on exact sectional we wanted.

The white women supervisor is very rude!! As a black women all the sales representatives were nice to me except her .. highly advise not going there if she is there!! She tore up the our quote directly in our face and had a mean demeanor as soon as we step into the back to check our payment options. Not only that she made irritated facial expressions towards us when talking to each other.

The staff at the Albemarle store have been so helpful as we are buying furniture to prepare our new home. The Ashley Homestore has so many beautiful options for living room furniture and the Albemarle team was so patient with us as we made our decision. Buying sofas and chairs may be ok but not a good experience with buying a bed. Was told it would be within 90 days that I would receive. Haven't had a personal update within that time so I called. Was told I could get a partial delivery because it was ready except for pieces on the frame. I denied because I have 2 kids and 2 dogs and don't want the mattress messed up so they said they understood and I should have it in 2 more weeks. No update so I called again. Now I was waiting on more pieces because they gave what was available to another customer because I wouldn't take a partial delivery....I paid for the furniture and should have received it when I was told or keep the furniture for my order instead of now keep waiting because I wouldn't take a partial delivery because I have to commit to being off of work for 2 days for 2 different deliveries when they can't even commit to a day to be done or time during the day to be delivered. I was told they would give me a free metal frame this last time I called until the rest of the furniture was finished in an estimated 3 to 4 more weeks. I paid for the furniture and was fine with waiting the 3 more weeks until I was told I'd have to wait longer and they gave the bed to another customer because I wouldn't accept a partial and was told they would call me back then pretty much called me a liar because I never got the call or voice-mail they said they left.

I went in there last weekend to just see what all they had and she hooked me up with an AMAZING deal on a sectional and kitchen table! I will never go anywhere else for my furniture from now on!! 10/10 WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Exceptional experience! Tonia was our salesperson. Very knowledgeable. Very friendly. We bought a living room set and a King bed and could not be happier with them!

First of all the customer service is amazing everyone is very friendly. Mrs. Tonia was simply amazing and she found us the best deal possible she truly takes the time to understand the customer. We have had phenomenal experiences with Ashley furniture! The GM at the Albemarle store, Eric, is exceptional, as were all the staff we spoke with this weekend. We will probably never buy from anyone/anywhere else! If you are in need of any furniture, go see Eric (and tell him I sent you!)!!

Very nice showroom. Jaylon was a good salesman. He was very pleasant and not pushy. All of the staff and managers are good people. We found what we wanted and Jaylon worked a good deal for us.

Eric made me do this... I'm just kidding, butI told him I was going to put that in my review... Came by here with the wife today to pick out a new coffee table. Came by 3 weeks ago to pick out new bedroom furniture. Eric, the general manager helped us the first time. And Nug, yes that's his name...gun spelled backwards... was the kind the gentleman that helped us today. The customer service was excellent! The delivery was on time and painless! The in-store prices are sometimes a little bit higher, but they've always matched the Ashley website when we ask and when we bought our bedroom furniture, they even had a special that beat the deal we found online! Full disclosure, I came here a couple years ago with an expectation of being able to walk in the store, purchase my product, and leave with it in my truck. I left a one-star review, and apparently the moment I walked in two or three years later, they knew me by name lol. I feel like there's probably a poster in the back office with my face on it! Stores today aren't like that anymore. Between shipping delays, manufacturer delays, and just changes to the supply chain in general, this is the new experience. It's a home store, not a retail outlet. Come in, check out living room suits, bedroom suits, dining room ensembles, mix and match the one you want, and they'll deliver it for you, install it, and haul away the trash. As long as you can accept that and don't need it that day, it's a great experience. The people were fantastic. The service was great. In fact it was great enough, we came back again two weeks later. And it's likely I'll be back here again within a month. I really want that new recliner! Just have to convince the wife that she needs it in her life!

Ask for Tonia! My experience with Tonia D. at Ashely -- Albemarle was a dream. *Of course*, I knew my purchase would be delayed due to manufacturing delays but if it wasn't for Tonia I would have lost my cool in waiting. She made the long wait for our Tanavi sectional bearable by keeping us in the loop constantly -- even if they're weren't any updates to give she would simply let us know that -- shipment, delivery, etc. She let me email her once monthly and never showed if she was annoyed with my persistent "any update?" inquiries. Whenever I chatted with her on the phone I felt like I was talking to a girlfriend and she always kept it real with me! Thank you Tonia!

Very pleased. The salesperson did not pressure us but was hugely informative and up front. This is the kind of service my husband and I prefer. We will be back to make a sizable purchase to furnish our new home. They should be the model on how salespeople are supposed to be.

THIS IS THE WORST FURNITURE STORE IN ALBEMARLE THE 2 SALES REPS I DEALT WITH WERE GOOD BUT THE WHITE LADY SUPERVISOR IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DIDN'T CARE ABOUT MY CONCERNS TRIED TO MAKE US PAY FOR A BED WE NEVER GOT TO USE. AND I FEEL THAT IS BECAUSE WE ARE A BLACK COUPLE AND WE WERE TREATED WRONG AND THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSONESS AGAIN AND I WOULD ADVISE ANYBODY BLACK OR ANY OTHER RACE DO NOT GO TO THE ASHLEY'S IN ALBEMARLE WORST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE EVER

The staff were very friendly. Tonia took the time to listen to me and what I was looking for and gave me several different options and help to visualize the space.

Went to our new store here in Albemarle just to check out reclining living room furniture, to test drive different types. We were not planning on purchasing yet but, the sales staff we dealt with were all very knowledgeable & friendly so we ended up buying that day. I was not aware they build & ship the furniture right here in the Carolinas, a definite plus compared to others we checked out. We haven't received our furniture yet but will update once we've had it long enough to "break it in".

Both experiences (our first and second) were very pleasant. We had just started looking for family room furniture, Ashley was the very first stop we made. After comparing elsewhere we returned and the staff remembered us and actually informed the salesman previously helping us that we had returned. The fact that he truly remembered us and what we had looked at previously meant a lot . We ended up choosing something different, the quality was superior to others we had considered, everything was explained with expertise. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, we are more than satisfied with our purchase. We were impressed with Ashley Home Store and would return as well as tell our friends about our experience.

Was Greeted by 2 very nice people as we entered store - explaining what I was looking for a woman from the back came up rudely interrupted the worker helping me- that ended up not helping us AT ALL!. ( Hope she doesn't do that Everytime someone walks in) My Friend apologized to the 2 nice workers as we were leaving. Sad to say -

Wonderful selection. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Didn’t feel pressured to buy or watched like a hawk while we were browsing. All sales associates were great but we dealt with Tonia and she was wonderful!

I had searched online for a sofa and loveseat and found what I wanted but didn't want to purchase without seeing or sitting on both so I decided to visit the store in Albemarle. I am so glad I did because I was able to purchase at a reduced price. Jon, the sales rep was very friendly and professional. He was able to answer all of my questions and made my purchase so easy. I would recommend to all my friends and family!!
