Everyone was very nice and helpful
Our experience was great. Diana meet us at the entrance, asked what we were looking for and took us directly to that section of the store. Diana, demonstrated and told us about all the functions of the recliners. She stayed with us as we made our decision on which one to buy, even though it too us quite a while to decide. The store manager also came by and gave us additional information on the recliners we were liking at. No hard sell tactics were used and we enjoyed the experience. I recomend this store if you need furniture. Good people and good furniture.
What an awesome experience at the Albemarle store. The hospitality was off the charts and I can’t say enough about their customer service. Huge shoutout to the entire store staff. The Tucker’s will be back. Thanks again for everything.
Absolutely wonderful experience. Purchased our bedroom, living room and entertainment center from this store. Bradley Sullivan helped us pick out the right furniture for our new home. He was not pushy like some furniture stores. He helped us think through the furniture pieces that we liked and offered some suggestions that helped as well. If you are in the market for furniture it is worth the drive to have Bradley help you.

The manager, Mr. Sullivan took care of us himself since Jaylan was off when we went back. He was very courteous and friendly and gave us some great deals on the 8 items we bought! The store was clean and neat and arranged nicely too! We can’t wait to get our new furnishings!!
