Don’t buy there furniture!!!!!!!!!!!! So to start me and my girlfriend has bought two couches from them at two different times . And have not had nothing but trouble out of both times .The first time bought a from them payed over $3,000 plus bought the best warranty 600.00 and the warranty was supposed to cover if anything Happens to it and any stains that is a bold face lie and telling you do not buy it they will find any and every loop hole to get out of it so they don’t have pay for it.Do not but the warranty a scam My first couch the stitching in the fabric started coming out . And the boards was broke in the bottom . And the fabric was scratched on the back from delivery bring it in the house . We called the store in Arden and they told us we had to go through the warranty company and told us the store could not do nothing . So we called the warranty company and file a claim and they kept telling us they will sending some one out out and get it fix . Wait for 5 to 6 months calling them every week and for the warranty company to tell us they will not cover anything the unraveling stitching, the scratch on back from them moving it in house , the broke wood slots,or the stains when the warranty was supposed to cover everything. So called the store back told them that the warranty that they sold us would not cover anything that was going wrong with the couch that it was pretty much just a scam to scam us out of $600. Well, I’m getting ready to move from one house to another house And we kept calling both warranty and the store them pretty much both blaming it on each other to tell us to call that person or that person tell us to call the other then Ashley store in Arden told us to call and file another claim so we called to file another claim and then the warranty place tells us Because we are moving to a new house, the warranty will be avoid so do not buy the warranty and do not buy nothing from Ashley furniture..So on the second couch and recliner set that we bought, I didn’t even want to go through them because bad experience, my girlfriend told me to give them another chance she was going to go through online so she went ahead and bought a 4000.00 sectional recliner and literally only had the sectional For a week and 1/2 and it started having problems with one of the reclining chairs it sagged down and feels as if it is not right and when you try to push in the recliner, you have to literally get up and push it in with your hands because it doesn’t wanna go in it feels like the armrest on the left of it is hanging down more than what it should so we called and told the store because it was within the 30 days and now it’s going on January and they keep telling us that they were going to send somebody out for the last two or three months nobody’s came out or did anything we keep calling them, and then we even gave them time because of the Christmas And holidays so we called them again today pretty much told us they don’t know anything About it and then they said they did find it that we reported it but they’re waiting on parts to be Delivered and ordered they’ve never been here once to see exactly what’s going on with the couch and recliner So just for a heads up, I would not recommend them for no furniture both times I’ve had nothing but problems with the furniture in the store with both times buying a couch through them Over $7000 in furniture and have not had nothing but problems with the furniture falling apart within weeks of having it and then still having problems with the store so I do not recommend buying no furniture Save your money and go somewhere else that has better quality and better warranties and do not I mean do not buy the extended platinum plus warranty because there is nothing but a scam In the store, they wanna be all nice and friendly on the inside so you buy It’s your problem.And even bought a $600.0 + coffee table With the reclining sectional And when they brought the coffee table in, I just brought it in a Set it to the side and said $150-$200 for them to put it together.

After a move to NC, I spoke with Chris at the Ashley Store in Arden. Chris was able to move me in the right direction for the reclining loveseat we desired. The entire transaction was done on-line and over the phone (we actually had seen the piece while still in SC). Chris was very professional and thorough in making this happen!

We purchase all of our furniture at Ashley. The Arden location has always been are go to in the area. Today we purchased a recliner, our salesman was Erik Demaaijer. Erik helped us find the perfect recliner at a great price.
