I had a great experience visiting this Ashley Furniture store. Not to say I’ve had bad experiences at other locations, but Judi provided a fun and exceptional experience. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about the store’s products. I really appreciated the time she took to educate me on a product that I already purchased from another Ashley store. While she makes commission on sales, she didn’t pressure me at all to make a purchase. This made my experience very pleasant. I would highly, highly recommend her services if you are in the market to purchase furniture.
On Monday afternoon, June 22nd, I stopped by Ashley’s Furniture because I needed a new cable for my recliner that my fur baby bit and ripped. When I walked into the store, I was greeted by a lovely woman by the name of Amanda Dunn. She asked me if I needed help with anything and I told her that I needed a new cable for my recliner since my fur baby ripped it. At first, I thought that I was going to pay a lot of money for what I needed but she reassured me that I am in good hands. I am unsure of his name, I do apologize, but this nice, older gentleman came up to the front and I told him what I needed and he went to the back to check for me and he came back out with the exact cable I needed and said that I hit the lottery! I immediately was relieved because he helped me with what I needed! Big shoutout to Amanda Dunn and the older gentleman that helped me with the cable! Ashley’s Furniture is a great place to get furniture at great prices and be treated with the upmost respect and care! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
