Judi has been amazing throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked into the store until the last piece of furniture was delivered, her customer service was immaculate. She stayed in contact, answered all of my questions, and made the experience seamless. While I was in the store searching for a sectional, Judi was very intentional, she walked through the store with me and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my selection.

Great experience and the electric recliners are working great. The sales team was polite and very helpful. Delivery was fast and convenient for my schedule . Great experience all around.

I went to the Ashley store in Burlington because I was having difficulty ordering through the website the night prior. I was looking for a new living room set and left happier than I would have been from completing the order myself. Amanda met me at the entrance with a warm greeting. She asked me what project I was working on and showed me around the showroom floor. She listened to what I wanted and helped me decide on going with the set I'd initially saw on the website. The transaction was seamless and worry free. Her and the manager were able to see what payment options I had that met my needs and we were able to get my furniture financed for 24 months without interest; this was what my main concern was with purchasing my set. I left with a pending delivery scheduled for a couch, a loveseat and a beautiful, round marble table that I happened to see during the checkout process. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture in Burlington NC and Amanda D as a wonderful associate. I will be back for more pieces. Her manager was really friendly too. Thank you both! :)

I walked into Ashley just to look and walked out with 3 new pieces of furniture. It was never my intention to purchase that day, but I couldn't turn down the price. Was looking for ideas for a furniture set in my spare bedroom to make a guest room. Local consignment stores were expensive for used furniture. Kevin listened attentively from the get go. I told him I wanted a full size bed, nightstand, and dresser. He showed me 4 sets that come in a full size. Answered all questions I had right away. Best of all, he did not follow any stereotype of being a car salesman of the furniture industry. I felt no pressure to move forward with the purchase, but I did. He was patient and knowledgeable. Things I always wish for when making a big purchase. He followed up with me after my purchase. Delivery went great. Both helpers were very nice and assembled everything quickly. They were at my house roughly one hour. Everything about my experience was great. I walked in on a Thursday to make the purchase. One week later it was delivered and assembled. I will definitely consider using Ashley again in the future.

Judy's knowledge about beds and sleep was amazing. her background of being a doctor's wife truly added to this knowledge. her product knowledge was very good as well. It played into my decision to buy at Ashley rather than shopping elsewhere.

Bought 2 pieces of furniture had the best experience with Sean comer who assisted me with a buying a couch. I talked to him before and came to the store just buy from him. Well here it’s been over a month I finally got my bed two weeks ago however no rails slats or hardware so guess what no bed still and today I called they still haven’t shipped the hardware needed “it ships tomorrow “. Bed headboard and footboard are damaged and they gave me 150 dollar credit on a 2000 bed I’d rather have it replaced but lord I’ll never end up having a bed if that’s the case. Salesman was nice guy but Ashley SUCKS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

EDIT!!!! READ AT THE END!!! I purchased furniture from the store that was on discount, paid the delivery fee and upon delivery our new furniture was damaged by the movers so I called to see what could be done and they told me they will absolutely do nothing unless I pay for the repairs even though the furniture was in pristine condition when I bought it and I was damaged by their employees after a $140 dollar delivery fee. I would not recommend Ashley furniture to anyone as they don’t stand by their customers if they are in the wrong. After going to the Burlington store and having sales and workers at the store agree that the furniture was damaged during delivery and is going to be replaced or repaired due to Ashley furniture being at fault. With that said we were told we would receive a call from the store manager on Sunday April 13th and yet here it is Friday April 18th and we have received no calls or communications and you can’t call the store directly. I urge everyone to buy your furniture from a more reputable furniture store as they will do everything the can to avoid taking action when things are done incorrectly on their end, even if you purchase a warranty they will try to find poop holes to get out of it.

I will not buy from this location again. I went into the store at the end of November to purchase a kitchen table and 4 chairs as a Christmas present for my parents. We were helped by Shawn that day. He confirmed what I wanted and ordered it. We ordered it unassembled so that it would come in boxes just like Shawn confirmed also. The shipment arrived and we received 2 chairs instead of 4 and the table was in pieces wrapped in moving blankets not in a box and also no instructions to put it together. My husband went up to the store where he found out Shawn had not ordered 4 chairs he only ordered 2 but were charged for almost the price of 4 and we were put under “white glove” deliver where it comes in pieces. Henry was very helpful and super kind to my husband!

After 5 months of waiting for a coffee table you guys wouldn’t even give me the hand to pull my rug out.. I understand your policy but at least give me the decency and help me it would have taken all but 30 seconds. Not only is Ashley furniture ever getting a single cent from me again I’m also never advising anyone ever to buy anything from this company again. Burlington North Carolina location sold me the furniture back in May, told me it was a 5-7 week delivery which turned into 5 months… I had actually gone into the store after waiting 4 or so months and they proceeded to even forget that my order was even placed! Terrible business, terrible service if I could give a zero star I would.

Had such a great experience the first time. I'm going back to purchase more furniture. Furniture is heavy duty, not cheap put together. The customer Service I received from the salesman to the delivery drivers. I love Ashley furniture.

Janet was amazing. We had gone to our local Ashley store and what we were told didn’t make sense. We left and ordered furniture from another store. After a delay and 2 months later we still didn’t have our furniture. We happen to be in Burlington one Saturday and stopped to see if they had patio furniture out and spoke to Janet. We ended up telling her about our experience and what we had been told at our local store and she was dumbfounded as those are not Ashley’s policies. Janet helped us get the original furniture that we wanted and made us feel like we were family. Our furniture arrived before the date we were told and we love it.

I purchased a Total protection plan from Guardian at Ashley Furniture and now when i reported the frame in the couch I got a refusal because it must be accidental and within 30 days, WHAT?. How can a failure of the frame be accidental, it breaks or warps over time. They denied saying the damage happened more than 30 days ago, no it’s been breaking for some time but recently became very noticeable. I think that many purchasers of this plan got duped into thinking they will be taken care of when something fails during the 5 years period. I paid $299.00 for absolutely NOTHING. To the people reading my and other 44% of the ONE STAR ratings, save your money and don't buy this protection, it's a sham.

My fiance and I purchased an all leather sectional sofa that was very expensive. The sales man who sold us the couch also suggested we purchase the protection which we did. He said if we did not use the protection plan we would be reimbursed the money. Unfortunately, six months later we are unable to sit comfortably on the couch. The spots were we sit have become compressed down so you sink in when you sit. I have reached out to everyone I could to get this repaired. Since then the couch has been discontinued they will not offer replacement OR repair for us. Ashley will NOT even give us our protection plan money back even though the couch is now discontinued. I have sent in photos to customer service with a negative response.... The worse too is that we are willing to pay for this ourselves and they are not even willing to get us anyone to come out and repair it. The dissappointment in Ashley furniture is tremendous for us. We will never spend any money there again. SO now I am returning the negative response to you Ashley Furniture !!

I used to recommend this store. I will not anymore. Sent family to purchase an item. The were told you had to get the 5 yr warranty for $139. They didn't want it saleman said its not optional. Then they had to pay shipping. I went to Ashley online for the same item free shipping and warranty is optional. I bought several items and never bought a warranty. I was asked but declined. I like their furniture but I will purchase online next time.

Because we are moving and our delivery address at the time of placing the order is different than our billing address (because duh, we are moving) they cancelled our order without calling or anything. I would have gladly sent them my lease/selling info to verify it’s legit. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Delivered my 9yr olds bed without rails on (08/02) then they shipped the rails to my house (09/01). I called on 09/05 as no contact was made. The manager Lance stated they had not set up installation since we did not call them about the parts being delivered. After stating, IT IS NOT THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY, he then hung up the phone call. Unprofessionalism. I would set up the bed myself but they never left the bolts.

I had a very pleasant experience with Esteban! He took his time with me in the store and never pressured me to buy anything. He demonstrated how some of the items worked, like the push-button recliners! I’m older and not familiar with new technology. Esteban never made me feel less than and always explained how to use these items. His kindness and thoughtfulness were greatly appreciated! I definitely will be going back to make other purchases in the near future.

Just bought a beautiful, sturdy dresser for our spare bedroom. The original price was out of our budget but John Zaharris worked with me so the dresser is ours! I am ecstatic!
