We purchased a lot of furniture as we’d just moved from the UK. The customer service and quality of furniture is amazing for the price. Everything is large, well built and comfortable. Although the delivery is expensive it’s also amazing and all of the delivery people have been great too. I would highly recommend purchasing from this store!

My store assistant was Mashud. He was recently hired and I was actually his first customer. He was very personable and helpful. I was looking for a specific chair to match my Ashley sofa that I bought somewhere else. He helped me find it and checked with the manager several times to match a price I found at another store. He was trained on how to do the checkout and caught on quickly. I would buy another piece of furniture from Mashud. I'm sure he will be an excellent employee!

I love everything about Ashley store the minute I arrived I was welcomed. I met Leah I mentioned I had seen a couple of pieces of love seats online she took me to the one's I had looked at. Gave me and my sister some space to feel around we liked them but they weren't the ones giving us the right vibes. So she allowed us to walk around and then both my sister found it together the one we fell in love with. The rest of the story is history we got them and are still in love!!!!

Just purchased a beautiful sofa and recliner from Leah at Ashley Furniture. She was so helpful and really listened to what I wanted and found the perfect recliner for my husband. It also had a matching sofa so Even though I was going to wait on the sofa, I decided to go ahead because of the great service. Also had to call to change the delivery date and Leah and Carrie were so helpful with that. Have not had delivery yet but expecting another great experience with Ashley.

EDIT* we had to update our furniture as it would not fit as previously expected. We updated our order with plenty of time and our sales representative Leah assured us our order was fixed. Upon receiving our order, it was not updated which is ok, mistakes happen. However despite leaving multiple messages, Leah did not return our phone calls and we had to go through corporate to have the issue fixed and addressed. It’s been a few days and we still haven’t heard back from Leah. Disappointed with the customer service is an understatement.

We came in looking for all the furniture to fill our three-season room and absolutely knew that we definitely didn’t want outdoor patio furniture. He guided us on where and what to look for after hearing about our needs and wants. He is so easy to talk to and gained our trust very quickly. We are tall people so finding comfortable furniture has always been a challenge. He mixed pieces from different collections to exactly meet our needs. Mike was helpful during the buying process, which we appreciated. However, the delivery experience was very disappointing. We were told they would try their best to deliver early, but it seemed like no real effort was made. Instead, we received generic, canned responses that felt like an eye-wash. The post-purchase experience has been far from satisfactory.

Just know that you are unable to return or exchange any items when you buy from the store. The bed I bought looked great in the showroom and online but it didn’t have the same effect in my apartment. I inquired about exchanging the bed for another and was told that I can’t. Haven’t even had it 7 days. Never buying from Ashley again.

Be aware of the fake 5 star reviews ! as there are plenty ! Our experience with Ashley furniture Cary was literally a disgrace. From damaged items, rude and unacceptable behaviour by the delivery teams (subcontractor at subcontractor at subcontractor, you get my point) to dishonest and deceiving "customer service" and management, I could go on forever. We had high hopes but we were let down to the point of considering suing them. For us it has been the worst buying experience we ever had ! If you respect yourself, your sanity and your finances, stay away from Ashley furniture as they are as bad as it comes !

Yesterday my mom and I had the pleasure of working with Matt. The whole experience, he was kind, knowledgeable and was very patient working with the both of us on getting the best deal and financing options. As a young professional starting to make big girl decisions, I was incredibly thankful that he was incredibly patient, as I was very overwhelmed with the whole process. When we went to finance we had him sit with us and crunch numbers for quite a while when deciding what financing options would be the best. He was great to work with as I was very adamant on getting exactly what I came in for and thorough making sure that I was getting the exact furniture I wanted/ needed for my space. I do also want to shout out Mike + Leah as they had waited over an hour after closing (on a Sunday) while Matt, my mom and I figured out financial side of everything. I’m very excited for the arrival of my furniture this weekend. If you’re thinking about where to go- Ashley is the place. The showroom was the largest and had the most selection out of the 3 Ashley stores that my mom and I checked out in the area.

Ashley has great furniture selections and the staff are attentive and helpful in finding the best selection, especially Leah. She was great. My husband and I were looking for a very specific couch type for our home. She listened to our needs and was very helpful in finding the right choices quickly.

I had a phenomenal experience with the cash purchase of my Midnight Madness Oynx living room sectional with the assistance of Jesus and Daniel on a 5 minutes to close night a little piggy back on my experience I went into Ashley one Thursday and purchased a head board set that had been marked down thanks to Ben the customer that requested to but never came back so he assisted with me purchasing the head board! While in the store my eyes were laid on the midnight sectional very oversized I had several attempts with both some of the staff trying to get the banks to allow us to finance but some reason it did not allow…..I went into Ashley again on last night to just look at the size of the sectional in the store to see if it will fit until my living room space with the hope of being able to purchase it but knowing the store was about to close. Jesus definitely help my purchase go very smooth with the assistance of Daniel (I hope I am spelling this correct) being sure I was certain and okay with the price the delivery day and explained the details of the warranty to me helped me understand that Ashley will have my back and the merchandise will be covered even with me buying this product out. The help of these 2 were amazing with making me feel so confident about my cash purchase of $3137 I am so excited and can not wait until it arrive. Thanks so much guys for not allowing me to leave the store undecided I think this will be the best purchase I have made this year. Love this place. Went to buy a couch. There were so many excellent options, it was just hard to pick exactly what I wanted! Federico was my sales guy, and he was top notch, heard exactly what I wanted and took me to some options that fit the bill just right. Had a powerlifting recliner delivered yesterday. The technician set it up and had me sign for it as he ran out the door and now Ashley refuses to replace the chair and say I’m going to have to wait a month to get it fixed . The chair is sitting g in the living room in the upright most position . I am an elderly disabled woman and can not move this myself and have no seat to sit in for a month . Do not buy from them

Mrs Hayes was very professional and willing to help me get exactly what I needed.

I came to this store to furnish my new home. I spend $7000 with them and I agreed to a 5 piece sectional coach with a dining table and a mattress. Mike cohen the salesman there was a liar. Lied about the entire order. Told me he will give me protection plan and delivery for free than I see in the purchase agreement that he charged me $1100 for those services. When I said I don’t want it he said I’ll take it off but I’m still going to charge you the same price. I then leave extremely frustrated. Delivery came to drop the sectional off and it came as a 4 piece when I told MIKE I wanted the 5 piece. I than call the store and they said that Mike told them I ordered a 4 piece and called me a liar. I than speak to the GM Kevin Ashmeed. He than tells me Mike said it’s only a 4 piece and that’s all your getting. If u have a problem talk to customer service. On top of all that the mattress had multiple rips in it and was extremely dirty. Mike Cohen is a liar. Worst type of person. And will manipulate you into making a purchase than completely ghost you after the sale. Also the GM was no help and basically told me to F off. Never shop here and I hope corporate can fix these issues because I will not be using any of this furniture after this experience. Update. I see you replied saying it won’t happen again. How about fix the issue now while you still can. If not than don’t reply making false claims to act like you care about customer service. Fix the issue you still have time.

If I could give a lower rating I would. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! Absolute joke of a business. Worst shopping experience I have ever had in my 40 years on earth. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE. They canceled my delivery 3 times, broke multiple pieces to the order, lied about time lines, lied about everything. It took me hounding them repeatedly over and over again to get my full refund. Each time they paid me back it was short. It took them 3 payments and over 60 DAYS to get my complete refund. There is plenty of places to get furniture, don’t give these people your hard earned money, they have no clue what they are doing. They aren’t even competent. If you don’t believe me just look at all the recent reviews in the past year. It’s right there in black and white. Don’t let the 4.7 stars fool you.

I walked into the store not really sure of what style dining room I was looking for. I had all different visions in my mind, but couldn’t figure out how they would look. Ebony was the sales associate to deal with my constant changes. She was professional, patient and all around very sweet. Even after I made my purchase, I changed my mind on an item, and she was able to quickly exchange a piece of furniture without any problems. Ebony you rock! If you are looking to buy furniture , Just ask for Ebony, You will not be disappointed!
