We bought our Ashley couch in April. We wanted to give a huge shoutout to Federico. He is probably the most amazing and patient salesperson I have worked with. We went on a Sunday afternoon with a toddler. Federico showed us multiple sofa which would work for our family and space. He was able to stear us in the right direction and we absolutely love our coach these past months. He is everything I would want when I walk into a furniture store, patient, respectful, funny and knowledgeable about the furniture on the shop floor. Also huge shoutout out to the store manager who worked with us with the financing and made sure we are happy with the final payments. Overall it was a joyful experience which made it special.

We ordered new furniture and the delivery company Ashley uses is awful. They left the furniture uncovered out in the rain and deeply scratched our floors. They admitted to the damage and took pictures. They then sent us a letter that our claim was denied because the pictures were taken after delivery…the pictures they took. The cost to repair our floors was more than the furniture.

Very nice store, lots of options, in many different styles. Leah H was amazing. She asked what I was looking for, took me to the appropriate part of showroom, explained signage and then allowed me to squirrel off on my own (I despise places that hover). I ended up purchasing an extra piece of furniture because of her. Will definitely be back as future needs arise.

Avoid this place. I bought a mattress and a “box spring”. The box spring is a creaky, metal frame and is not actually a box spring. They did not explain this when I purchaed and do not except returns. It was very deceitful. The post-purchase customer service is poor and the salespeople are very pushy. Overall terrible experience, feel lied to.

Daniel was such a massive help and incredibly patient with my friend and I. He was very aware of time seeing as I was having to do business with a toddler in tow, and he gave such realistic input that helped narrow down choices instead of upselling us on anything. We actually went back and even did more business with him because he was so trustworthy and helpful. Daniel did everything he could to make it the most affordable for us too! This isn’t the first time I’ve done business at this store and certainly won’t be the last! Thank you so much!

We have visited other Ashley stores in the area and have walked out but this location always has the best employees. We will be back!

I bought a couch at this location and it was possibly the most efficient purchase I’ve ever made, their salesman Dani was quick to answer my questions and didn’t waste any time over explaining. It was definitely a more than pleasant experience and I look forward to shopping with them more.

Lindsey was a solid person to work with. She didn't try to over-sell, just let me browse and ask questions when I needed. The store itself had good selection, and overall I was happy with how knowledgeable about the products she was.

We initially thought we had an excellent experience here when we purchased our items from Lindsey. We walked out feeling assured of our purchases. We purchased a king size bed and Lindsey told us we would need 2 bunkie boards with it. However, delivery day, the bunkie boards were making our mattress sit way too high. We asked the delivery drivers to take them back, but they told us we had to contact Ashley directly. We went back to Lindsey and she told us we needed to call the corporate center. We called the corporate center and they told us we need to go back to the actual store. After going back and forth, the Cary store manager refused to return the bunkie boards saying they were final sale. Lindsey failed to tell us that when we purchased them. Instead, she told us we would need them with the type of bed we were getting. The manager told us we should have read the fine print, but it should also be on the sales representative to inform customers as well. So, $300 went down the drain. Even more, they delivered my sofa with a stain and the delivery team hid it by putting a pillow on top of it. After they left, I saw it and reported it right away. BE CAREFUL OF THEIR SHADY PRACTICES. THEY WILL PURPOSELY LEAVE OUT KEY INFORMATION TO GET A SALE. I will never buy anything from Ashley furniture stores again and do not recommend them to anyone due to their service.

The sales rep at the store was fantastic, but my furniture delivery has been incredibly disappointing. It arrived on a Wednesday, and I had two sick children. Between taking them to the doctor and trying to maintain the house and get things together, I couldn’t use the sectional yet. I work from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM every day, so by the time I get home from work, it’s dinner time for the kids, cleaning up, homework, and bedtime. Since today is a weekend and I have the day off tomorrow, I finally got to try out the sectional. However, two of the recliners are broken, and my table is scratched up. Ashely’s offered a discount, which I found ridiculous. I truly wish they could come pick everything and I’ll get furniture elsewhere where. I do not recommend

The seller sent the wrong order, the delivery was sloppy, and the furniture was damaged. I will never buy from this store again.

We were fortunate to have Danny as our Sales Rep. He was extremely knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions without hesitation, explained our product in detail. Gave us great suggestions and options. Went over the warranty in detail. Most of all he was patient and kind. He did a great job. We felt good about our purchase thanks in large part to Danny.

It’s been a few days and we still haven’t heard back from Leah. Disappointed with the customer service is an understatement.

We were told they would try their best to deliver early, but it seemed like no real effort was made. Instead, we received generic, canned responses that felt like an eye-wash. The post-purchase experience has been far from satisfactory.

My wife and I would recommend this furniture store to anyone looking to make a furniture purchase. Ben was exceptional and super customer friendly. He took the time to make our experience very pleasing and we felt that he valued us as first-time Ashley customers. 100% satisfied on the sale.

Just know that you are unable to return or exchange any items when you buy from the store. The bed I bought looked great in the showroom and online but it didn’t have the same effect in my apartment. I inquired about exchanging the bed for another and was told that I can’t. Haven’t even had it 7 days. Never buying from Ashley again.

Be aware of the fake 5 star reviews ! as there are plenty ! Our experience with Ashley furniture Cary was literally a disgrace. From damaged items, rude and unacceptable behaviour by the delivery teams (subcontractor at subcontractor at subcontractor, you get my point) to dishonest and deceiving "customer service" and management, I could go on forever. We had high hopes but we were let down to the point of considering suing them. For us it has been the worst buying experience we ever had ! If you respect yourself, your sanity and your finances, stay away from Ashley furniture as they are as bad as it comes !

When we went to finance we had him sit with us and crunch numbers for quite a while when deciding what financing options would be the best. He was great to work with as I was very adamant on getting exactly what I came in for and thorough making sure that I was getting the exact furniture I wanted/ needed for my space. I do also want to shout out Mike + Leah as they had waited over an hour after closing (on a Sunday) while Matt, my mom and I figured out financial side of everything. I’m very excited for the arrival of my furniture this weekend. If you’re thinking about where to go- Ashley is the place. The showroom was the largest and had the most selection out of the 3 Ashley stores that my mom and I checked out in the area.

Very Positive Experience! Taylor was very helpful!!

I had a phenomenal experience with the cash purchase of my Midnight Madness Oynx living room sectional with the assistance of Jesus and Daniel on a 5 minutes to close night a little piggy back on my experience I went into Ashley one Thursday and purchased a head board set that had been marked down thanks to Ben the customer that requested to but never came back so he assisted with me purchasing the head board! While in the store my eyes were laid on the midnight sectional very oversized I had several attempts with both some of the staff trying to get the banks to allow us to finance but some reason it did not allow…..I went into Ashley again on last night to just look at the size of the sectional in the store to see if it will fit until my living room space with the hope of being able to purchase it but knowing the store was about to close. Jesus definitely help my purchase go very smooth with the assistance of Daniel (I hope I am spelling this correct) being sure I was certain and okay with the price the delivery day and explained the details of the warranty to me helped me understand that Ashley will have my back and the merchandise will be covered even with me buying this product out. The help of these 2 were amazing with making me feel so confident about my cash purchase of $3137 I am so excited and can not wait until it arrive. Thanks so much guys for not allowing me to leave the store undecided I think this will be the best purchase I have made this year. I value the fast and amazing experience I had with both Daniel and Jesus last night you both rock!

We shopped at the Cary store to furnish our new build home in Chatham Park. We had a great experience and found everything we needed with the help of Matt, our sales consultant. After spending many hours on my computer looking for "just the right chair" replacement for my den, I found multiple chairs of interest on the Ashley website. Dealing with some recent back issues I knew that I had to be able to find a chair that I would be able to " try out" before ordering, and Ashley had one of my favorites on display on the floor! I was thrilled to be able to feel confident in purchasing it after being able to sit and study it. Looking forward to its arrival.. Leah was very nice to work with.

We had a great experience with Taylor R on Saturday. We were in the market for a pull-out sleeper sofa. Taylor showed us our available options and then left us on our own instead of hovering like some do at other stores. Once we had found a sofa that we liked Taylor honored a misquoted price for us without us even asking. We were in and out of the store in less than an hour and the process was a breeze.

Huge thanks to Danny for being such a chill, honest & massive help for me & my girl getting a new couch after losing our previous one to an apartment flood.
