Avoid this place. I bought a mattress and a “box spring”. The box spring is a creaky, metal frame and is not actually a box spring. They did not explain this when I purchaed and do not except returns. It was very deceitful. The post-purchase customer service is poor and the salespeople are very pushy. Overall terrible experience, feel lied to.

Daniel was such a massive help and incredibly patient with my friend and I. He was very aware of time seeing as I was having to do business with a toddler in tow, and he gave such realistic input that helped narrow down choices instead of upselling us on anything. We actually went back and even did more business with him because he was so trustworthy and helpful. Daniel did everything he could to make it the most affordable for us too! This isn’t the first time I’ve done business at this store and certainly won’t be the last! Thank you so much!

The sales rep at the store was fantastic, but my furniture delivery has been incredibly disappointing. It arrived on a Wednesday, and I had two sick children. Between taking them to the doctor and trying to maintain the house and get things together, I couldn’t use the sectional yet. I work from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM every day, so by the time I get home from work, it’s dinner time for the kids, cleaning up, homework, and bedtime. Since today is a weekend and I have the day off tomorrow, I finally got to try out the sectional. However, two of the recliners are broken, and my table is scratched up. Ashely’s offered a discount, which I found ridiculous. I truly wish they could come pick everything and I’ll get furniture elsewhere where. I do not recommend

I was looking for a specific chair to match my Ashley sofa that I bought somewhere else. He helped me find it and checked with the manager several times to match a price I found at another store. He was trained on how to do the checkout and caught on quickly. I would buy another piece of furniture from Mashud. I'm sure he will be an excellent employee!

Upon receiving our order, it was not updated which is ok, mistakes happen. However despite leaving multiple messages, Leah did not return our phone calls and we had to go through corporate to have the issue fixed and addressed. It’s been a few days and we still haven’t heard back from Leah. Disappointed with the customer service is an understatement.

We came in looking for all the furniture to fill our three-season room and absolutely knew that we definitely didn’t want outdoor patio furniture. He guided us on where and what to look for after hearing about our needs and wants. He is so easy to talk to and gained our trust very quickly. We are tall people so finding comfortable furniture has always been a challenge. He mixed pieces from different collections to exactly meet our needs. We called him the next day and bought the perfect patio furniture without even coming back into the store. We had been looking for a new bed for a couple months and decided to drop into this store on a whim to see if we saw anything. We did decide to go to another store "just in case" but came right back after deciding this set was what we were looking for. Mike was helpful during the buying process, which we appreciated. However, the delivery experience was very disappointing. We were told they would try their best to deliver early, but it seemed like no real effort was made. Instead, we received generic, canned responses that felt like an eye-wash. The post-purchase experience has been far from satisfactory.

Just know that you are unable to return or exchange any items when you buy from the store. The bed I bought looked great in the showroom and online but it didn’t have the same effect in my apartment. I inquired about exchanging the bed for another and was told that I can’t. Haven’t even had it 7 days. Never buying from Ashley again.

Be aware of the fake 5 star reviews ! as there are plenty ! Our experience with Ashley furniture Cary was literally a disgrace. From damaged items, rude and unacceptable behaviour by the delivery teams (subcontractor at subcontractor at subcontractor, you get my point) to dishonest and deceiving "customer service" and management, I could go on forever. We had high hopes but we were let down to the point of considering suing them. For us it has been the worst buying experience we ever had ! If you respect yourself, your sanity and your finances, stay away from Ashley furniture as they are as bad as it comes !

Yesterday my mom and I had the pleasure of working with Matt. The whole experience, he was kind, knowledgeable and was very patient working with the both of us on getting the best deal and financing options. As a young professional starting to make big girl decisions, I was incredibly thankful that he was incredibly patient, as I was very overwhelmed with the whole process. When we went to finance we had him sit with us and crunch numbers for quite a while when deciding what financing options would be the best. He was great to work with as I was very adamant on getting exactly what I came in for and thorough making sure that I was getting the exact furniture I wanted/ needed for my space. I do also want to shout out Mike + Leah as they had waited over an hour after closing (on a Sunday) while Matt, my mom and I figured out financial side of everything. I’m very excited for the arrival of my furniture this weekend. If you’re thinking about where to go- Ashley is the place. The showroom was the largest and had the most selection out of the 3 Ashley stores that my mom and I checked out in the area.

I had a phenomenal experience with the cash purchase of my Midnight Madness Oynx living room sectional with the assistance of Jesus and Daniel on a 5 minutes to close night a little piggy back on my experience I went into Ashley one Thursday and purchased a head board set that had been marked down thanks to Ben the customer that requested to but never came back so he assisted with me purchasing the head board! While in the store my eyes were laid on the midnight sectional very oversized I had several attempts with both some of the staff trying to get the banks to allow us to finance but some reason it did not allow…..I went into Ashley again on last night to just look at the size of the sectional in the store to see if it will fit until my living room space with the hope of being able to purchase it but knowing the store was about to close. Jesus definitely help my purchase go very smooth with the assistance of Daniel (I hope I am spelling this correct) being sure I was certain and okay with the price the delivery day and explained the details of the warranty to me helped me understand that Ashley will have my back and the merchandise will be covered even with me buying this product out. The help of these 2 were amazing with making me feel so confident about my cash purchase of $3137 I am so excited and can not wait until it arrive. We had the most wonderful experience at Ashley with Taylor!!! When you walk in you should ask for her. She was hands off, asked us what we needed and what we were looking for and let us just browse around uninterrupted. When we did have a question, she was thorough and helpful. I’ve been in sales for over 20 years and I know what I like when I walk in the door and Taylor checked all the boxes! She exceeded our expectations!

Ben was amazing!! He helped us through the whole process from the time we walked in the door and we got exactly what we wanted. He was very genuine and just a good person.

We had a fantastic experience today at the store with Mayra. We had already been to two other major furniture stores this morning so I wasn’t looking forward to a third. Mayra was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and knew when to offer her opinion and when to let us roam. We ended up with a great set that will fill our space perfectly but to be honest, the highlight was working with such a great salesperson. Do yourself a favor, ask for Mayra if you find yourself looking for an elevated experience.

I visited the Ashley store in Cary and had the pleasure of working with Federico (Fedi). Fedi was so patient with my husband and I. I know we had him do at least a lap around the store and he remained pleasant. Needless to say we left with a new mattress and base. The prices are very reasonable and they work with any situation. Overall I would definitely recommend Ashley Furniture and ask for Fedi when you visit.

Love this place. Went to buy a couch. There were so many excellent options, it was just hard to pick exactly what I wanted! Federico was my sales guy, and he was top notch, heard exactly what I wanted and took me to some options that fit the bill just right. And he asked good questions about pets, how much space, what colors is the couch going to match against. 10/10!!! So happy with the experience

Ebony helped with closing out my order. She was very personable and helpful with finalizing everything. I loved how knowledgeable she was with each piece. Her interior design expertise was very helpful. I left very confident and happy with my order. The overall store was clean and welcoming. I loved how all the salesman worked together. You can tell they all get along very well and had high moral. That is not something you see often in furniture stores. Their kindness towards one another and myself was much appreciated. Will most definitely recommend to friends and shop here again.

Great experience, Ebony was so helpful! We came in to purchase a couch for our playroom and realized it was too small. Ebony with her expertise was able to give us great advice and also help reconfigure the space to pick the right size to fit.
