My wife and I were looking for new living room furniture for our home, so we decided to check out Ashley Furniture in Cary. We were impressed by the large selection of quality furniture. We were really grateful for our salesperson, Leah. She was not pushy at all. She gave us our space to look and decide, and answered all our questions. She was very nice and personable. We got our new living room set at a great price. The only downside (which we overlooked) was the manager. He was just very very pushy and gave us a used car salesman vibe as he pushed the $500 protection plan which he reduced to $250 thinking that we would bite. He said, "It is a no brainer to take this deal." We did take offense to that because the implication of his statement is that we are not very intelligent if we don't take his deal. Maybe it was a good deal, we just didn't want it because we didn't care. I am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt in hopes that he didn't think before he spoke. I have done that before and regretted it. This was a very small issue in comparison to the service, selection, price, and quality. All in all, it was a great experience and we will go back and buy furniture in the future for a couple other rooms. We will definitely be calling Leah.
